Yes many years later I got this done. the final chapter to this long joinery I like to thank everyone who help me with this story and all of you who still stalk me here. It is here the final chapter to this great journey.

They have come full circle the two lovers now can they still love each other and move on?

Pyra sees the two legendries as they come by to see the two lovers. They have been nice this last month. Both having fun at the fun their expense. Yet something was wrong today something was off they both seem somber. Suicune was a bit offish by asking her to talk alone with Pyra. As she walks off with her and seeing Raikou with Jeff. Something was wrong something was off. Something was screaming at her not to leave Jeff alone. Through there link he could feel her being scared and sent her soothing thoughts and the promise to use him as a pillow later.

It was then she saw it, a portal appears. Jeff was scared as he looked at her. Pyra pushed past Suicune as she rushed towards her love. If anything, she would go with him through the portal to wherever it took him. She was running as fast as she could the ground beneath her feet thump with the power she exerted to get to Jeff. It seems all around her seem to stop as she tried to reach him and the portal. She leaps towards him as could feel their connection before it broke with the portal vanishing.

'I love you.' With that there link was gone as was he.

She hits the ground hard as she rolls across the hard dirt rolling until she digs her clawed feet to stop her movement. She tries to feel for him as there is nothing there. She panics as she looks around and sees the two legendary dogs and celbii floating there. She looks around thinking this is a nightmare something was wrong he was not here. She could no longer smell his scent. The pain of him gone rips at her heart as she howls in pain. The howl fills the area as all pokemon nearby can hear the sorrow in it as all can feel the pain as if linked together.

Suicune walks over to her trying to console her. That was a mistake as Pyra attacks her with an iron tail attack making the water goddess fly across the field. Raikou tries to stop Pyra as she unleashes a flamethrower that makes Raikou scream in pain he has never felt such heat since fighting Entai. She turns her anger towards the flying time traveling fairy as she uses her psychic powers to try to restrain him. Celbii breaks free and just looks at her sadly as he retreats through a portal.

With that he was gone the love of her life the one who promised to stay with her and forsake his home was gone. As the tears flowed down her muzzle the world was nothing but an empty shell. He was that matter. All she wanted was to be with him. Now that was taken from her. She had nothing as she laid on the ground and cries.

The two legendries tried to go to her, yet Pyra's pack was there hearing her howl preventing them to come closer to her.

“It is best you leave now. I am sorry if you think you did the right thing. Yet I will not allow you to hurt my daughter anymore. You have taken her mate from her and now you wish to what? Say words of sorrow to ease your minds? You have error in the worse way. We are grateful for what you have done for us, yet your presence will only cause problems. You best leave our lands. I will not ask again." The proud ninetales stands before them. As the rest of the pack stands ready to attack them.

Raikou is about to say something when Suicune shakes her head. “We had to do this; I hope one day she will understand this was the right path."

Pyra's mother growls at Suicune. “I don't think so unless he is coming back to her. I doubt your words will mean little to her."

Suicune looks ready to say something but is cut off.

The mother of Pyra growls loudly. “Leave." Her tone leaves no quarter to allow any more discussion.

Both legendries leave limping away as they look sadden by what has happen and the one the called a friend they had betrayed.

Pyra weeps as she can only think of what is to become of her now as she has no real purpose.

A few years later-

Winter has settled in as a lone ninetales sits on top the hill overlooking the town as it has grown since they have saved it. The snow has fallen around the ninetales yet when she lays the snow is gone her body heat seems to have melted the snow that has fallen. It is strange being this close to town as no one does anything to them. Her kind walk around town as if they were citizens of the town itself. Jeff telling her he talked to town elders. Telling they were scared beast that need to be protected. Since then, they people of the town have respected them as such. No one is trying to capture or harm the ninetales. Pyra has cared little for the humans as many seem to avoid her. The anger that flows from her makes many stays away from her. Many males stay away as word has spread from many of them of the forest as she will attack anyone who tries to court her. A pack of mightyenas learned the hard way as many were injured and some killed.

Since then, no male has approached her. Expect one.

He stands behind her another ninetales. He looks at her scowling.

“Father would be upset with you pouting like a little vulpix not getting her way." He scoffs at her.

She barely moves at her brother's words, as she just look at the town with a bored look. “Do you know why he hated this town dear brother?" The question asked to her brother.

From the silence of her brother allows her to continue. “He was a cursed child because of our kind. We ninetales turned on him making people think he was cursed. We sent him to his path of hatred. That is why he had made me promised not to save the town he wanted it to vanish with his pain. Yet with me he had none of that. He spoke about the time he was from it was a different world than we have lived in. He was sad there so alone when I met him, yet being here with me he was….happy. I was happy with him. Yet I was weak and unable to keep him safe from the world he came from. All I could do is watch as he was taken from me. I would have killed them you know the legendries that is."

“Ha! My dear sister I know you are strong but not that strong." Then he notices many rocks around him begin to rise. As they all begin to swirl around the shocked ninetales.

“My dear brother my power has been growing in ways even the elders fear. Do you know the humans bow to me and a few of us who enter the town they were treated as if we were legendary beast? Yet with me they fear me. As if they sense my true power. Even other pokemon have become afraid of me. None dare to come here now unless asked. Yet I all feel is hallow. It all means nothing without him. Yes I know he was human, but he was more than that to me dear brother her was part of me part of my soul. A part that I cannot get back."

Her brother looks away knowing what little he could say would change as he sees her make the rocks stand on top of each other. The rocks all seem to balance perfectly as they were meant to be that way. He pokes them as they barley move. Her power was impressive.

“I am alone now. Alone from everyone. Yes I could find another male, yet none would fill the hole in my heart. I would be sated in my sexual desires. Yet that would be all for naught as I would give no love back. I would not be cruel to anyone who would expect me to sire them offspring. Best to be alone so I do not hurt anyone else. No, I will make the village a better place for him. A place where no one will be seen as less. I will make it a paradise for him." She smiles weakly.

Her brother is silent as he looks at her. As she seems to see something he does not see as they both look at the village.

Pyra sees a future here where her love is safe and embraced by all. “I will make sure he is never sad. I will make sure his life will be happy." She smiles sadly as she knows how long it will take knowing her life will not let her to meet him one day.

“Are you sure my sister? You do realize what you propose will take yours and several lifetimes. To achieve this." He looks scared for a second about what his sister proposes.

“Don't worry someone from our pack will continue this. This is necessary for the survival of our pack. The legendries will not come again after what I did. Yes brother I do accept full responsibility for my actions. I may have been just, but it did not bring him back nor will thinking about it now. The nights alone tell me that as I cry for him. Yet what I do now will ensure he will never be that way again for him."

From that day Pyra set out to do that. As she approached the town's elders. It was then she realized how much power she had as she was able to speak to them in their minds. Many freaked out and bow before her. She told them to stop that as they refused seeing in a sense a god of the land asking them for help. She asked to continue to help the pokemon of the land and to always respect and protect the ninetales. It was adopted as a new law that was passed none shall harm the ninetales and the packs that followed in these lands.

After that decree many ninetales wanted to come be part of the pack that was part of the village that was slowly becoming a town if not more than that. As the new laws that allowed the ninetales to come go as they pleased. Time passes as fast as the seasons blur before her eyes, yet Pyra barely noticed as she was seen more of leader and a go between the humans and ninetales.

It was then she noticed her brother had passed one day. It was strange as he grew older as her mother did. She could see that age come for them both as he grew older and grey on his fur as her mother grew weaker.

Yet she seems to have endless energy. She saw many of the pack grow from vulpix to ninetales. Yet time seem to stop for her. It was strange but it also brought much loneliness to her as her family and friends had grown up and age till they passed. She was also feared by many thinking she was a ghost due to her long life. She ignores it. She figures it was her stubbornness that allowed her to live this long. To make sure it was all set for her love. She would make sure he would be loved not hated as a cursed child.

She watched as the town became more brick and mortar then mud and sticks. The technology came to the town changing it before her eyes.

-Decades later-

She first met them during her long walks. The trainer.

It was strange she was told who they were by her love yet to see one was a bit funny. They all seem to be filled with such pride and belief in there pokemon they could do anything. Many trainers were told not to bother the ninetales as they were off limits. Not too many of town people were surprised they ignore the rules or feign ignorance of not knowing that there were rules. Much to their sorrow after meeting Pyra.

The first trainer was funny to see as he seems to want to battle her with no knowledge of how powerful she was. They seem to think they had knowledge that made them superior to the so-called beast. Which she assumed was her kind. The trainer summoned his vaporeon yelling in excitement thinking he had the advantage. A glow from Pyra launched the poor vaporeon about 20 yards away. Pyra was surprised by this as she only wanted to knock it over. She knew it was not supposed to happen like that, yet she was a bit mad at the trainer about his attitude towards her about how rough she was to their pokemon . After having some medical people arrive to help the trainer from his shock and vaporeon from its injuries. The trainer who was promptly fined and asked not to come back to this town left with little fanfare.

After this Pyra started to test her abilities she asked for four trainers to attack her with their best pokemon. Offering herself to go with them if they can injure her. The trainers were surprised by this as most pokemon beyond psychic could speak to humans in English in their minds.

It was a slaughter. None were able to do much to her as she walked all over each. One trainer went so far to call all his pokemon he had on him to attack her at once. She simply told them to sleep. As the umbreon was the only one unaffected but was terrified to death as she walked upon him. He pissed on himself as he cowered before her. He could feel her power and refused to do anything despite his trainers' threats.

It was then she realized her power had grown to the point many of her own pack would defer to her even the alpha would always bow to her despite her not wanting any of this. She still had to do many things before the time Jeff was born she had figure out when it was time for his arrival into this world. She had seen his family come here. They seem to a happy couple, yet something was nagging her. With all this she will never have him as when she sets things right it will not be the same as he will not know her. Maybe she could build a new relationship with him. Yet how would that work. She had seen what happens to humans who had relationships with pokemon. Even the ninetales who sought to have the urge to mate with a human be shun. Well, more the human would be shunned by other humans saying they were taking advantage of the pokemon. It was always strange to hear that since she and Jeff loved each other. Yet some humans just did not understand true love. Just as they were still beast despite the world she had built for her kind.

-More time passes-

The joyous day. Jeff was born. She got into the hospital with a few mind ticks and made it to the maternity ward and look at him through the glass. He looks so cute as a child. Now it became a waiting game.

Jeff told her about a ninetales that had ruined his life. He seems at times hesitant about telling her this as it seems to upset him as seeing her brought back bad memories. Yet she always pushed by giving him those big puppy eyes and whine. He always gave in. He told her about the ninetales always being there always watching him making sure he could not be happy not have anything worthwhile in his life making him despise the ninetales. Telling her that he nearly killed the said ninetales.

Yet something was off by all this. None of the ninetales would do anything to the town folk in fear of her wrath as she has told every new member to respect the town and humans as they respected them. None of the large pack of ninetales would not do anything without her say so. Yes she had started the ritual of her kind allowing some to travel with the human trainers or others from this town always bringing many here during the time of celebration.

Why would there be a ninetales that would do that? She would not allow any of her pack to do that. She sits at the edge of the lakes looking at her refection pondering this dilemma.

“Yet one will do that. One will hurt your precious Jeff." A voice says from behind her.

She turns around in surprised that anyone could sneak upon her like this. She sees a ninetales there a male powerful one at that. Yet he was not from her pack. She could tell from his scent. Strange thing was she heard nothing or sense his presence. As if he just appeared out of nowhere.

An outsider?

There have been many who come here to escape being hunted or capture and have been accepted into the pack. All had to follow the rules established by her as many felt it would not be in their best interest not to say no.

“Who are you?" She growls at him her tails raise up as her power flows along her body.

The ninetales just looks at her as she stalks around him yet does nothing as he can feel her power yet does nothing to this raise in hostility towards her.

“To tell you this. You know the answer already. To that question that has bother you since your true love has left." He looks away for a second as if not wanting to continue.

Pyra looks confused by this as the power seems to drain from her due to the words spoken.

“Yes you do know the answer already. He gave you all the clues and by now you have pieced it together already. I wish I did not have to be here to tell you this but things in flow of time sometimes needs a pushed for that leaf to flow down the river to meet its destination."

Pyra looks at him confused as more pieces fall into place from her own memories and Jeff's own words. As the thought came to her mind. Shaking her head as to make it fall away as if it would not make it real.

“You know it to be true. You must know it by now. None would do anything to him unless on your say so. You know none would dare cross you as to incur your wraith. Even outsiders would not dare cross you after seeing your power. Those in power in the town know of your existence know not to cross you as you could probably level the town. “

Pyra roars at him unleashing a flamethrower that scorches the air and ground as it races towards the ninetales. It crashes into an invisible wall which was a barrier as it holds strong against the power flamethrower. He does not move from his spot as if not afraid of her power.

“Attacking me will not change it. You must come to terms with it. I can only push you towards what you know already. You know the truth as he had already told you. “

Pyra is shaking in rage as her rage builds as she glows with power. Many rocks around the area begin to rise up as they float around her as ready to destroy this fool.

“You can try to kill me but in the end you know the truth. As much as he did when he went back in time. Knowing what he asked you what to do with the town. You remember what that promise was Pyra? You were not supposed to help the town. You were to let it die let it be destroyed you were not to raise a paw to help. Yet you did you allowed your feelings for him to save him and in turn saving the village. You sealed his fate. With history being fixed celbii had to send him back."

The words seem to take the rage to vanish as the rocks fall to ground. As tears begin to well up as she tries to find rage but only sorrow to be found.

“You set all this up. Trying to fix it all for him to be happy yet you set it to be as it was supposed to be. What led him to be alone to hate our kind the sadness to fill him. I know you are trying to fix the world for him, yet he will not remember you as he will be raised in this time and with their values. Which means he will not love you. As your love built through a bond. A bond that is not there nor will it ever,. Unless you do what you already know what you must do. You will have to be the villain of the story. You will have to set him onto that path that leads him to you once again."

Pyra is crying badly knowing what he says is true. She is the one he hated the one he wanted to kill the one who destroyed his life. She hears the other ninetales walk up to her as he looks down with pity in his eyes. It was then she noticed his eyes were different. They seem to be familiar to her, yet she could not place them as she was in her own world of misery.

“Do not worry it will all work out, but you must bear this pain till it is time. This is only the beginning of your story. I know you have become more than what you expected to be. You are here as everyone one you know, and love has gone. Before you ask it is a rare gift or as some say a curse we possess. You can live for as long as you want. Those powers you have are part of it. You have one more gift you will discover one day. Yet you will have to bear the pain a bit longer to reach that part of the story. Know it will be worth it." He seems to want to say more but looks away trying not to say it knowing she can barely hear him.

He walks up to her and nuzzles her. Anyone else she would attack them, yet she allows him to do it. It was then she smells his scent it is familiar but at the same time different. She looks at him as he smiles at her. “You are stronger than you realize. You can do this. He is waiting for you as you waited for him all this time. Know the time will be right for him to go back to only come back to you when the time is right." With that he leaves as she does nothing to stop him. What would it matter? She knows now after denying it all this time what she must do. The pain she feels knowing she must crush him. She must be become the villain of the story. Her lover story she must be the evil ninetales.

-Time of the Choosing-

She has already told the others what they must do when he comes up many confused by this. As some say why they could just not pick him, but she tells them they must turn their back on him.

She watches him as it happens. It crushes her seeing him cry and run off. The pain he must be feeling. She wants to comfort him yet knows he must endure as she must. The tale plays out as she heard it as she does everything to make him alone in this world. No friends no pokemon nothing but his family as they can do little but give him little comfort. She is crushed as ever day she rams herself into the walls of her cave. Trying to kill herself making rocks hit herself but in the end she is too much of a coward to kill herself. She lays on the ground weeping bruised and battered. Weeping from the pain he feels every day from her actions.

-a few years later-

It is then she sees her the one he had loved the one he talked with such reverence as she was his first. Pyra hated her for that as she was Jeff's first everything. First love first one to be with him. She watches them as they are waking one night holding hands as they seem to look into each other's eyes with such love for each other. The same look he gave her. It was then she snapped. She ran upon them growling like a savage beast. Snapping and barking at her ready to attack her. The female runs off as Jeff tires to stop Pyra. The female makes it to a pokemon center and Pyra stops a bit satisfy with herself as to show this female she is the more dominate one here. It was then a rock hits her as a bit of blood falls from where it hit her. She looks at Jeff in shock at this. -The day of travel-

It had arrived it was as Jeff described it as she watches him let his tirade out towards the statue. Funny as it is her and him in the statue, so he is yelling at himself. With those word and on cue the portal opens as he is sent to her past self to do what needs to be done.

Before he goes she says what needs to be said.

'I will be waiting for you. '

It is then she hears the sharp crack of a portal opening as Jeff flies out hitting the ground hard. He looks in so much pain.

She can barely believe it he is here. After all this time. It must be a few minutes for him but her an eternity.

He stands up looking around in anger as he looks up at the statue pointing at the Raikou statue. “I AM GETTING AN IRON POLE AND SHOVING IT UP YOUR ASS YOU ELELTRIC MUTT!!! I AM GOING TO MAKE YOU A FIGGING LIGHTING ROD FOR ETERINTY!!!!"

With the talks being over with the leaders of town he heads home to get ready for what?
