Dragoness’ Gambit, Knight's Gamble
Not part of the series, but hey, it has a dragoness and a dude. Woooooo~
It was a knight's sworn duty to serve the kingdom. For most that meant following the crown and the coin, but for some few, it was about protecting the people. Those few who did typically were regarded as heroes, and had short lives as a result. The crown only dispatched knights when it felt its own power was being usurped, or when there was profit to be had. Knights who rushed on to the side of suffering people did so typically on their own, or with a small group of other like-minded individuals. Chief among the places that these knights were found, were the small villages surrounding the kingdom, far outside of the gated capital city, where bandits, raiders and monsters were common place. Monsters especially had given the hero knights trouble and even the crown itself had taken interest in ridding the borderlands of those foul creatures. In particular a silver scaled dragon had been spotted taking residence inside of a mine that had been previously occupied by the crown's miners. Some told of a great hoard that it hid within the mines tunnels and others only spoke of the terror unleashed by the pale scaled dragon as it laid its claim, frightening all that dared get close. The crown had called for heroes, for knights and adventurers of any background to take the dragon down; for a reward of course. Of the knights, a young man by the name of Pence had set his sharp gaze upon the mine, hoping to make a good profit rather than anything else.
Pence arrived at the small town just before the mine expecting very little. From what he saw all of the townsfolk seemed to be on edge. Men and women alike patrolled the streets with whatever weapons they could find, some of them holding pickaxes, and some of them wielding crossbows. At the entrance some saw him approaching and beckoned him. Pence was dressed in leathers with a sword at his belt. He was a knight that was accustomed to fighting monsters and thusly had been branded. His shoulder bore the mark of the crown's beast hunters, a wolf's skull with a dagger through the eyes. Not many who bore the mark ever lived too long, but Pence had made a healthy career in being a sell sword knight, because he did his job while keeping his limbs intact, all for the right price. The people gathered, one by one they all began babbling, speaking superstition and nonsense to his ear about the dragon. Putting a hand up to silence the people he closed his eyes. He couldn't stand the babbling of simple folk, and already he knew that there was no confirmed intel on the happenings of dragons, but what was near truth was, "Dragons are powerful creatures of might and magic despite any size...they are more intelligent that wyverns and have no known weakness. I will handle this one on my own. Should it come out of the mines, fire upon its underside, but do not take risks."
The people grew silent at this. Seeing him so direct, so confident must have given them new life for they began leading him to the mine quickly, words spared. Truth be told, Pence was nervous. What he had said was true. Dragons were powerful creatures, intelligent at that, or so the rumors said. He could handle cockatrice, wyverns and basilisks, but all of those were simple minded beasts. They were smarter than the typical garden variety creature, but they were still gullible, with clear weaknesses. Dragon's, if they truly were as smart as some said, would be a much larger problem should they attack. Still, he didn't show a single sweat drop, he couldn't, his retirement counted on his confidence and moreover, his competence.
Upon arriving just outside the mine Pence had to quirk a brow. The townsfolk, though a bit dull minded, were resourceful. They had built a makeshift garrison out of splintered wood and sheet metal. A barricade where they could watch the mines from a safe distance. Of course, if dragons were truly as fearsome as the rumors told, then the garrison would mean nothing, at the same time it would soothe any simple man's woes for the time being. A strong looking man that seemed to be the chief miner had begun speaking, giving him a small report. The dragon was silver scaled, some say pale. It was no taller than barn, and fast. It was fast enough to leave the mine and come back without the townsfolk so much as being able to let loose a bolt to stop it. A slender snouted, silver scaled speed demon. If this was the case then perhaps he had little chance, but perhaps he had something for this, perhaps he had a plan. The strong man was quiet, watching Pence expectedly until Pence began speaking, "I have a plan. It is something that works upon wyverns of such a nature, but many say that the difference between such creatures is...vast, so should this plan not work then I will most likely be gutted, if it does then well, we'll have ourselves a dead dragon. Regardless, open the gates, I'm ready." or ready as he'd ever be.
From behind him he could hear clamoring, simple folk making bets, and those kinder making their prayers for him. It seemed that the people had put their money on the dragon for the most part. Honestly, he couldn't blame them, the dragon was a fast creature with powerful claws, and it most likely had some sort of terrifying magic, but he had his plan. As the makeshift gate was pushed aside his fingers moved to his belt to feel over a small pouch with his plan resting within it. Taking a breath he entered area just before the mine. The gate was shut behind him almost immediately. He didn't bother to look behind him to see if the people were watching over the wall, he only continued on towards the mine itself.
The tunnel leading down into the mines was an impressive thing of craftsmanship. Shafts held the walls and ceilings from falling and torches lit the way. Lower and lower he went he found very little sign of the dragon until suddenly he stumbled upon an open cave. It was there that he could see that the rumors about the dragon hoarding were true. Gems of all sorts were gathered along with coin. What would a dragon do with such things? Wind surged from behind him and he turned to see nothing there, turning again he was face to face with the object of the hunt. Its blue eyes were locked upon his own brown. The great scaled thing looked so calm, so at peace, there was not a tense muscle upon it. At the same time Pence was still, he had to be careful, one false move and he was dead. Fingers in the pouch he had been making sure was with him the entire time, he pulled free black pellets and kept them held. Seeing him moved caused the dragon to hiss and lowers itself, preparing to pounce. Gritting his teeth, pence threw the pellets without hesitation. The dragon clawed the pellets out of the air almost as soon as he threw them, exactly as planned. The pellets burst into a bright red powder that brought his own eyes to tearing, but caused the dragon to wail and sneeze. Powder and gunk had found its way inside of the dragon's eyes and nose. It was now that he could strike it down, but suddenly he heard a shrill female voice coming from the dragon, "Fu...bloody why...ugh, why would you carry that foul stuff with you! By the gods it stings! Couldn't leave well enough alone, well fuck, perhaps I should kill you now just for this, fuck, if I could actually see..."
Pence blinked, sword half drawn. He had heard dragons were intelligent creatures, but never expected one to be able to talk. He didn't know how to feel about killing a creature that could speak, even if the prize was enough crown gold to start his own kingdom. Pence should have struck it down while it wiped its eyes on the ground, but instead he asked, "Dragon, why are you here?"
The foul mouthed dragon spoke aloud, "Lola. Looooola you idiot. I have a name, we all do. You humans just go for the knife first...what the hell does it look like I'm doing idiot. I'm looking for a nest and gathering trinkets to store magic in. If I could see you I'd sit on you just to scare you off, but then again you look like a hunter...so tell me hunter, why haven't you crammed your little poker in my neck yet while I can't fucking see!?"
Pence had to hold himself from laughing. Laughing from hysteria. Such a thing was wild. A speaking beast and one with a mouth at that. Surely no one would believe him, but that hoard looked like something impressive. If he could get the dragon to relocate, he could take the hoard for himself and take the prize, "Well, I didn't know dragons could speak. It’s a bit hard to kill something that can talk, and from what I've heard you haven't killed anyone."
Lola sneezed and wiped at her eyes as she spoke through sniffles and snorts, "Yeah...sounds real good, but what’s the actual deal? Crafty humans are a dirty lot...no other hunter has ever used such a dirty little trick..."
Pence crossed his arms, "Dirty? No, smart more like it. People try too hard to impress with their own strength when they can just exploit weaknesses...and well, you're not wrong. I need you out of here, and by the look of your hoard, you could gather me a very hefty sum of treasure, while at the same time earning me the crown's favor...so tell me, is there anything I can do for you dragon?"
Lola snorted. Finally she was freed from that foul smell, but the hunter had more. At the same time, she was now privy to his ways. She raised her front most paw and pinned the hunter to a rock, narrowing her eyes which still stung from his little trick, "So...as a magnificent beast, you want me to lower myself to your level...and make some sort of deal that will profit you and somehow will make me happy?"
Pence nearly felt his lungs cave in as he was pressed to that stone by the dragon's singular paw. It wasn't even that big, the dragon simply just had that much power. He then choked words through the pain, "I suppose...in hindsight, I should have perhaps offered my services before blinding you...It was very rude of me and won't ever happen again should you decide to not kill me and as for what I can for you, well anything within my power should you let me live."
The dragoness thought for a moment. What could she use a male human for? A fully grown hunter who probably had his own home, "The only thing I need is a safe place to nest...and a mate, but you can't help me with that...unless you're very attracted to larger women."
Pence could see that the dragoness was flashing him a fang filled grin and without hesitation he responded, "Anything for gain. My home is too small...but if you really have an itch that needs to be scratched, sex with a dragon beats being mauled..."
Lola's eyes narrowed for a moment and she leaned in close as if she didn't hear him properly, "So sex for coin hm? You're willing to give me what I want, even if it is your body...in exchange for treasure. I'm certainly not going to find a mate anytime soon around this area...so...satisfy me, make me cum and I'll drop a bag a king's worth of gold near your home...fail and die."
From there the dragoness backed away to sit upon her haunches, tail swishing from side to side as she awaited the human's response. Rather than run or betray her. The human began to remove his leathers. Straps were popped and pulled aside until finally that nude body was shown to her. It was nothing impressive, not even the meager human cock which bounced so excitedly at the prospect of money wasn't anything to impress her, still, it was something. Getting up from where she sat she turned around and raised her tail unashamed. She was in control, and she would be the judge if he pleased her properly.
Pence could have killed her, but the crown's prize and the dragon's together would be more than enough to live a full life without hunting another creature, and with benefits. Stepping to the dragoness he placed his hands on her legs. His hands felt over surprisingly smooth scales slowly moving to that center of warmth below her tail and between her legs. She had kindly lowered herself so he could fit himself in, she probably figured that he would only push inside of her immediately to get it over with. If that was truly what she thought, then she was wrong. Like a proper whore he worked to please her. First his fingers worked on spreading her slowly, two digits entering her immediately to search around and spread. No reaction from the dragoness yet, but his fingers continued on searching for any single little spot that might coax a reaction. Suddenly, the tip of her tail began flicking from side to side, a motion which was either agitation or hidden pleasure. With a small smile he kept pushing his fingers against that spot, rolling them around and pushing them against it before suddenly adding a third finger. It was then he saw the rock crack beneath them as her toes curled and her talon like claws dug into the earth. With a smirk, he continued his work, digging his fingers further until finally he heard her let out a shaky moan, her upper body lowering itself, "...Hrm...keep working like this and you'll get more than what I promised human...performance counts for credit."
Lola let out a near purr as suddenly she felt the human drop to his knees and his tongue bury itself deep inside of her warmth. She could feel that tongue swirling around inside of her, and certainly by the gods it was nowhere near as effective as a tongue of her own kind, but the human was certainly diligent, rolling that tongue around and still pushing his fingers inside. Not only that, but it was such a silly dirty situation that it had her panting at just the though. She was buying a whore, a human whore at that. Should anyone find out she would be shamed, shamed so much. It was this shame that drove her on to wrap her tail around his head and drag his face in deeper, letting out a low groan as her body began shaking. She could feel her orgasm mounting, her body about to collapse. Finally she could hold herself up no more, the front of her body collapsed, leaving her hind quarters high up in the air still, her pussy quivering as her tail slowly unwrapped itself from the human's head.
Pence took a deep breath. He had not expected her to nearly choke him, but then again this meeting was anything but expected. Seeing her quivering there, moaning, stretching so languidly, he decided that perhaps he would go for extra credit since her rear was still presented and ready for more. Arms wrapping around her tail he leaned up to push his twitching cock against her pussy. For a moment she seemed to rouse and growl, snorting just a bit until she felt that thick thing enter her. For a human he was a good size, but surely for a dragon it was nothing. No, it was only the fact that it was such a sick and lustful action that kept her at bay. Again she let out a moan as he entered her, pushed inside of her folds. Pence winced, he hadn't expected it to be so tight, to feel so good. It was as if every single part inside of her was working at lovingly milking his cock, tugging and pulling at it as he thrust. Not only that, but it was sticky, wet and pleasant to push against. Every single thrust brought about a wet plap that sounded off the cave walls. Every push also brought out more of those sweet feral noises from the dragon's maw. Rocks beneath them groaned as the dragoness clawed and even bit at some stone, no doubt to keep from tearing him apart. Pence's mind was nowhere near worry at the moment. He had even forgotten that he was doing this for money. His body shook as he continued thrusting, his hips working furiously to get more of his cock inside of that pussy, to bury itself as far as it could manage every time. Now he felt that hot rush coming to his lower body, that feeling of near completion that he so loved during sex. Again and again he thrust, moaning and tugging at her tail even, his muscles tensing as with one last thrust he felt himself bottom out. Hot cum poured from his cock with every twitch sending hot pleasure up and down both of their bodies. The dragoness groaned out and roared, a loud noise that shook the very caves. Meanwhile Pence kept himself rooted deep inside of that tight dragoness cunt, breathing out against her tail as he did so, wiping strands of brown hair from his face.
For a good while they stayed there. He couldn't find himself wanting to pull out of her just yet, and when he did it was with a satisfying feeling of that pussy holding on as tight as possible. When finally free he breathed out and placed both hands on her rear to steady himself. He could see that she was staring at him now, her eyes narrowed and glaring at him. Suddenly she turned from him, her tail lashing him over the eye leaving a shallow cut only upon the skin. With this blow he was knocked over and holding his face with one hand gasping and cursing her at the same time. Finally the dragoness broke her silence, "You did well...for a twisted human...you'll have your payment, eventually." With that she took off from the cave and the mines, fast enough not to be hurt, but slow enough so the people could see her fleeing.
When Pence left the cave he was swearing, hand over his eye and the other hand on his back. The townsfolk were there with baskets and other celebratory nonsense in hand. Seeing that he was hurt the brought forth a doctor to touch his eye. They all asked so many questions, chief among them how he had survived. He would have to give up a trade secret, but it didn't matter, he wouldn't need to be in the trade with or without the dragoness' prize. He told them about the pellets and of how the dragoness let out a mighty roar and lashed out at him with her tail blindly, catching him in the eye before he jumped upon it to begin his assault. He told of how his blind eye gave him little chance to finish her off, but the dragoness had fled not wanting to risk a fight that she could not see. The people were happy with this, they cheered at this, and they believed every single word.
Back at his home among the woods and away from any human he sighed. The crown had only paid half of what they promised, because he had not killed her. Now he had a patch over his eye, half the coin promised and no dragon's hoard. He had been fooled and justly he felt stupid. Kicking over the wooden table that held the bag of coins he sighed and rubbed at the back of his head. At that moment he heard a great wind pass by and the sound of something heavy landing at his front. Exiting his home he could see a large sack brimming with shiny goodness. Golden baubles for his hands. His healthy eye sparkled as he looked over it and then he looked around and up in to the sky to see if he could spot the dragoness, but he could not. She had taken what she wanted and paid for it properly. Perhaps he could get used to working as a dragon's prostitute if this were the pay it gave, then again, he didn't know how many eyes he could spare with that type of temperament, still, he got his gold and hopefully he would never run into that dragoness again.
Lola was flying past the kingdom's borders into another area, one less inhabited by humans. Something had occurred to her while she was flying there. She should have told the human to pull free from her insides. She cursed herself for allowing herself to feel so very good during that moment, her foolish body may have cost her, since after all, and it was never known whether or not a dragon and a human could have children with one another. Certainly there were supposed cases of male dragon's taking young human maidens for their breeding purposes, but never a female with a male human. Now it would bother her for the rest of her days until her eggs came in, still, what was the worry, if she bore eggs she would find the human and take him as a husband, even though he was a dirty tricky human. With a smirk she continued on to find her new home, eager now to find the results of her little adventure.
