Hatsuko wears a tabard as a loin cloth, a faded crimson embroidered with an image of suzaku in golden thread. her fully human torso is wrapped around her small breasts with medical wrap rather than a proper top.

In her demi-human form she wears a tengu mask assembled of bone shards from past victims, simple medical wrapping around her bust, and a suzaku tabard as a loincloth.
