=====--=--=====

Welcome to The Vore House of Klyneth

The one unifying theme of all of Klyneth was that there was always something interesting happening somewhere in town. Day, night, morning, evening, and every time in between the city was bustling with activity due to it being the central and most inclusive hub in all of Dalon, open for all races and probably the most liberal place in the world. The diversity seen there in culture, relgion, race, creed, and species ensured that there was literally nothing one couldn't find there.

That was why Var'Rex decided that Klyneth would be the place he'd finally settle down. After a lifetime exploring, doing odd jobs, and seeing the world, he came to feel that the best place for him was where everyone gathered, everyone was welcome, and he could do whatever he liked without issue.

Of course, The Vore House of Klyneth was also a significant factor in keeping him around. When he first visited Klyneth, a very particular brothel had opened up north of town that focused on the sexualized act of vore - the consumption of another - within the safe confines of a regulated locale.

Upon first hearing of The Vore House, his curiosity struck him pretty hard, but his shyness kept him from making a move. He wanted to check it out, but ended up too shy to put himself in a situation such as that and thus missed his opportunity to offer himself as prey to the serpents that worked there. He missed the first grand opening, got overwhelmed when he tried to attend the live demonstrations, and lacked the companionship to go with a friend; instead, he read about the goings-on from afar, on the internet or through the videos they posted to their website.

However, after about a year and a half of operation, the place suddenly shut down. They closed their gates, halted operations, and completely cut off all future meetings with prospective clients. The entire house had supposedly gone out of business, and it took years for the general public to find out what had happened and why the place had shut down.

As it turned out, The Vore House was beset by some absolutely abhorrent management, terrible business practices, and a relative lack of interest. There was still a market for Vore-themed activities, so the workers of The House still sold some potions and did demonstrations, but for the better part of half a decade, The Vore House was no more. Var did his best to keep an eye on the news to see if anything happened or if there were plans to once again open up, but no news broke and he had to live without it.

That was, until a mysterious fox-moth showed up with vested interest in The Vore House. She had heard of it and wanted to see it come to life once more, so she made an effort to do something about its abrupt closing. She somehow had the resources to invest in a grand re-opening and thus, a few months later, The Vore House was once again advertising yet another grand opening.

Things had certainly changed in the years between the prior iteration's shutdown and the new iteration's grand opening. The public's interest in the unique pleasures that The Vore House offered never wavered, but nobody was quite ready for the impact the place would have on the local economy and social structure. Var, being a tech-savvy consumer of internet delights, read up on all he could, checking out articles and comparing and contrasting the different ways things were done and the new employees who took over for the old guard that couldn't quite get it done.

As best Var could tell, the history of the Vore House was as follows. In The Vore House's first iteration, the entire operation was overseen by a trio of scaly folks, each with slightly different motivations, and it turned out those motivations clashed and were what brought about its downfall.

Leera the female naga, Vinn the lizard, and Yetzer the male naga worked together to gather the funds and resources to open up a vore-themed brothel and called it The Vore House of Klyneth. Leera and Yetzer both came from a bloodline that had a weird evolutionary adaptation that gave them a 'digestive cycle', wherein three quarters of the time they could consume prey and keep them alive in their bellies. This was to psychologically feed off the terror of prey unable to escape, a truly nasty and drawn-out way to go, which was why Leera rejected her predatory instincts in lieu of kindness.

She, as best Var could tell, agreed to start up The Vore House as a way to satisfy her innate psychological need for 'fear' by tricking her body into believing it had prey wiggling about in her belly, while also making money off the side. Yetzer was in a similar situation but had far less compassion for his prey, thus resulting in the two naga being at odds about the viability of the less scrupulous parts that were inherent to Vore.

In the end, they were eating people, after all. Leera wanted to use the house to please others while also feeding her own needs but had a very strict rule about the level of safety involved in the acts. Yetzer was a bit looser with the rules, which was why he eventually resigned. Vinn was in the middle and mostly just functioned as a lab technician studying the biology of the two naga to see if he could concoct a potion that could either give others the same 'safe vore' ability or could manipulate their cycles in such a way that they could always be 'safe' predators.

He succeeded, but could only create the potion in limited quantities. This resulted in the first iteration of The Vore House being limited to a few clients per predator per week, all of which took place in The Manor - the huge castle inherited by Yetzer and donated to the cause for The Vore House.

That was, in many ways, the crux of their downfall. With only a handful of predators and few who were naturally able to consume safely, they got next to no business. Sure, they had interest, but they lacked the means to meet the demands and thus had months-long wait periods to get an appointment with the predators. They did end up doing a live demonstration that also served as an audition, where they hired another predator (Spike) and prey (Tritus) to work, but it still wasn't enough.

Var actually tried to attend the auditions, but just like everything else leading up to that point he lacked the bravado to put himself out there and didn't have vore-interested friends at the time to convince him to go regardless. Since then he had met a few folks that were into vore such as Meeko and Jayri, but by that point The Vore House had already shut down once and he felt he lost his turn.

Once it shut down, many locals expressed their disappointment but the founders lacked the funds or means to reopen the place until Foxifly came back and funded the grand reopening.

At that point, a handful more people were hired to work in the back, they secured sponsorship from Ceylon's NoThEn Labs, and suddenly they had all the resources they needed to not only reopen, but to completely change the face of the company and basically start over.

The new hires had included Anax Agorean Spektrr and Cero Dactyl Unilete, two anthro snake sisters who apparently had genetic links to both Leera and Yetzer who also had extensive experience in the field of potions and magic studies. They worked with Vinn to vastly increase potion production to the point that basically anyone could get in at any time, thus expanding The Vore House's potential exponentially! This was great news, but they still only had a handful of predators and thus needed a new way to service their clients on a more regular basis.

Which was what inspired the event that got Var'Rex to finally get involved.

Foxifly, Leera, and the others who ran The Vore House all agreed that they needed more preds and prey known as Ambassadors to the brand. The first person they sought was Jayri, another long-time supporter of The Vore House even when they were out of business. By this point, Jayri and Var were casual acquaintances, each of them very loosely considered friends but not all that close. When Foxifly, Cero, and a handful of others all approached Jayri to show his mettle as a potential predator, they also chose Var - who was reading a paper on a nearby bench - to be his prey for the demonstration.

Right there, at the edge of the park near the fountain, Jayri tail-vored Var in public, casually gobbling him up and keeping him in his chamber for the majority of the day until it was time to part ways. That night, Var couldn't help but share his excitement with his buddy, Meeko. This naturally resulted in even more vore in the alleyway with his friend, an act that triggered his untapped desire.

Once the ambassadors were chosen and announced - they included Jayri, Febii, Nantangitan, Ithilwen, and Haloren - Var found himself in a position to force himself to once again build up the courage to give The Vore House another shot. He really did feel like he needed an extra boost, but by this point he figured that if he didn't have the intestinal fortitude to offer himself as prey, he'd never have the guts to go and make an appointment at The Vore House.

So that's what he planned on doing. Soon, though. Not quite yet. In the mean time - a few days after that delightfully cozy encounter with Jayri - Var was sitting at one of the outdoor cafes in the middle of town where the six districts met. He was enjoying a lovely meal with Meeko, his partner, only to be playfully chastised for not taking action when he had a chance.

"So why exactly aren't you just going for it? You just told me your love for nums has been brought back to life by Jayri and I, so what's holding you back?" Meeko asked as he sipped his drink.

Var blushed and avoided eye contact. "I dunno, I don't want to impose, you know? They're not open yet and the grand opening isn't for another two weeks. I really feel like if I showed up now, I'd just be a burden. Some weird fan trying too hard. I'm sure if they wanted folks like me to-"

"They want folks like you." Meeko interjected while raising his glass in a toast. "That's all they ever wanted. That's what they'll always want. I guarantee it. And I know the 'grand opening' isn't for a few weeks, but they're still taking on clients and I hear they've got a whole new division that's going to completely change the landscape of the subculture."

"Are you drunk?" Var asked through squinting eyes. "I haven't read anything about that, just that they hired those ambassadors to do live demonstrations around town and in The Manor itself."

Meeko grinned and downed the last of his drink. "Yeah, that's because they haven't announced it publicly. The few folks I know say they're calling it 'The Wilds', and that's all we have to go on. No idea what it is, no idea what it means, no idea how it works, just the title: 'The Wilds'."

Var wasn't sold, so he shrugged dismissively. "Sounds dangerous to me. You know how I am about this kind of stuff. I'm very, very particular about who I offer myself to. A place called 'The Wilds' makes it sound like it's a free-for-all, and I just don't trust those odds, you know? The allure of The Vore House in the first place was that it was strictly safe."

"Trust me, it's still safe." Meeko said with a wink. He then leaned in close so that he could speak quietly, urging Var to do the same. "I've been there, and while I'm not permitted to share details, I can assure you that you definitely want to check it out. You won't be disappointed."

"You just told me that you were told this information from a third party why are you-"

"I was trying to be discrete. It's a lot easier to get away with leaking information if you pretend you're just reporting what others have told you." Meeko explained. "But no, I'm the informant, I just, you know, I don't wanna lose their trust. I went there, they gave me a tour and explained the place, and kindly requested I do this exact thing."

Var snorted. "What exact thing?"

"You know, drum up interest without sharing the details. I can tell by the look in your eyes that you're interested, but I can't share those details so you'll have to go check the place out if you wanna learn more." Meeko giggled at himself, chuckling heartily. "Look at me, bein' all sly. Just be sure to let them know it was me who convinced you to go, I get an extra session for every person I convince."

In truth, Var was impressed with his friend's subtle power of suggestion, mostly because it actually worked. Knowing that, he raised a glass to his friend, downed it, and made the decision right then and there that he would make the next move, that he would finally visit The Vore House!

With Meeko's help, of course. And only with his friend's help. He knew he would back out if he didn't get that assistance no matter how bold he felt in the lead up to it.

Much to Var's delight and surprise, he made it most the way to The Vore House with minimal need for encouragement! His excitement propelled him, driving him to walk all the way north of town without any real hesitation or bashfulness getting in the way. This was even more exciting and surprising since the trek from Central Klyneth to the intersection that would take them to The Vore House was a few hours long on a good day.

It helped that he was able to ride atop Meeko's back. Had he walked on his own two hindpaws, it would have taken him until the following morning, and by then he certainly would have allowed his hesitation to guide him back home instead of his destination.

The Urto Trade Route was a four-lane highway that extended from the central hub in Central Klyneth right up through the hamlet of North Klyneth, and right into the Vast Emerald Wood - where the Vore House grounds were situated. Said trade route cut through the woods all the way to the northern border from Klyneth, with five other trade routes all splaying out like a web from that same six-sectioned hub in central Klyneth. The entire trade route had walkways on either side for folks who chose to not drive or fly - there were plenty of quadrupeds who walked everywhere - and each intersection served as a business hub for merchants and vendors.

Some things never changed, and it seemed that opportunistic entrepreneurs were eager to make coin in any place they could, up to and including off the highways on the off-ramps.

This intersection off-ramp had dozens of businesses that formed a bazaar that was almost entirely vore-themed, since everyone was trying to capitalize on the popularity of the grand re-opening of The Vore House. By this point, the bazaar only held a handful of stands and vendors, but it was clear that this intersection would inevitably blossom into something more if The Vore House was successful.

There was also a bridge that went over the Urto Trade Route, connecting both sides of the intersection and the marketplaces on either side. On the eastern side was the road and walkway that led to The Vore House, while the western path apparently went to a place called The Nectar Squeeze, which was said to be an ademane orchard. Var wasn't all too experienced with that sort of stuff, but he knew that ademane was the active ingredient in potions and played a huge part in spell-casting. It wasn't hard to decipher that an ademane orchard specialized in fruits rich in the fluid, presumably used to enhance the flavour of potions without sacrificing potency.

He wasn't sure without investigating what was offered there, but he didn't have time to check it out at this time. Mentally, he took a note to visit some time, but then redoubled down on his motivation to focus mostly on his route to The Vore House.

But just as he turned to motion to Meeko to join him, he noticed that his pal was walking away backwards, casually and flamboyantly waving while calling out, "You're on your own from here! You can do it, and I'll see you tomorrow! You better have one exciting story!" And with that, he turned and fled, leaving Var alone in the busy bazaar intersection.

This upset Var since he wasn't fond of being abandoned under any circumstances, but he also knew Meeko was just looking out for him and doing what was necessary in order to give him that little extra push needed to take the next step. So while such a sudden, unwarranted disappearance would usually upset Var quite thoroughly, he used that frustration to pull up his straps and saunter down the path with an exaggerated, confident gait!

Such displayed bravado didn't last long. The second he got to the part of the pathway that went under the canopy of trees en route to the Manor's front terrace, his knees went weak. He had a goal, he knew what he wanted, and he knew how to get it, but that transition from the off-ramp bazaar to the secluded property of The Vore House itself seemed to change something inside him. He was really there, he was on the verge of finally taking that leap, and it terrified him.

He wasn't scared, in the traditional sense. He wasn't fearful of his life or safety - he was able to do some reading and research to alleviate those types of concerns prior to making the decision to visit - but he was still rather meek compared to what he wanted to do. In his daily life he was a stud of many talents, willing to work on just about any job and do any dirty work necessary to help out others, but in his sex life - which was what was at stake, here; vore as an act might just be fun for some people but for he and many of his friends it was a very sensual act - he found himself less commanding in general.

That was why he was so worried about this trip. He was excited and eager, Meeko had even encouraged him with all his might, but it still felt like a huge step. The thought of paying someone to swallow him just felt so weird, given that it was such an intimate act. To him, this was kind of like purchasing the services of a whore, which was not something he was likely to ever do. In fact, as he got that idea in his head and made the connection that Vore House sounded a whole lot like Whore House, he stopped dead in his tracks and considered turning around to leave that very instant.

But of course he didn't do that. Var had come much too far and his ride home had abandoned him, in a manner of speaking. Instead, he forced his way through the tunnel under the trees to emerge into what looked like a personal paradise!

The Vore House grounds reminded him of an ancient castle, with the front terrace an ebon-stone wall, four stories tall and covered in vines, a red ceramic roof, golden windows and features, as well as a rather sizeable garden in front. The lawn was well kept, with patches of flowers and bushes and ornately arranged rocks and sands giving the whole place a feeling of zen. There were two pathways, one for foot traffic that led to the front gates that went over the second one meant for vehicles through a lovely walking bridge, both of which crisscrossed over one another before going to their respective destinations. The foot path went to the front doors, and the vehicle path went to the parking lot.

There was a single, lone stallion kneeling next to the garden nearest the front gates, the garden that had red-leafed plants with green and yellow flowers. The stallion was mottled gray, with a flowing black mane and dappled white spots all over. Curious and eager for a chance to hold off on entering the building before he was ready, Var approached him.

"H-hey there!" He said, idly rubbing his neck. "Do you work here?"

The stallion turned and smiled at Var. "Yeah, man. Just got the job a week ago. What's up?"

"Oh, just curious, is all. Are you into the services they offer? You know, vore and stuff?"

The stallion perked his ears up and half-cocked a grin. "You're allowed to say what it is, my friend. It's vore, you don't have to be all shy about it. Sounds like they're planning on making it pretty mainstream or at least more widely accepted, or something. I dunno. I don't think this sort of thing will ever be mainstream, but that might just be because I'm not into it."

Var tilted his head. "You're not into vore? Why work here, then?"

"I have bills to pay, you know? I'm a pretty big guy, they needed someone to do landscaping and general maintenance that didn't need to have a degree in magical chemistry and I was that guy! Plus, my boyfriend is super into it and he figured I might change my opinion if I was exposed to a nom fetish. Can't say I'm there yet, but over the past week I've seen some shit and I have to say, it's not as weird as I thought." He shifted to his hooves and stood tall, a full head and chest taller than Var, then extended his massive hand to shake. "I'm Vvilfred, by the way!"

Var took his hand and gripped tight while shaking it once. "Var'Rex. Pleasure to meet you."

"So what brings you here? I might be off base, but I get the impression you're as confused by all this as I was and looking for some answers? Curious about how it works?" Vvilfred offered while leaning back. His thick, muscled chest fur gleamed in the sunlight and his mane gently swayed in the breeze. He wore only a work belt and a loincloth, so there wasn't a whole lot on his body left unseen.

This image made Var weak at the knees; he wasn't here for a partner, but it was hard to keep himself from swooning at the sight of a hard working stud. The knowledge that Vvilfred was taken helped Var not make any flirty jokes, allowing him to focus on the task at hand. "Well, I'm into it, I've just never seen a place like this and wanted to check it out. I did a bit of reading and what I found does seem good, but I'm a little apprehensive."

Vvilfred's expression changed from that of casual discussion to something more self-assured. "Well, I've witnessed a lot going on here, and if you're worried about safety I can assure you it's all good. They've got some cool potion shit going on there that makes all predators and prey completely safe no matter what happens. Pretty impressive; I'm curious if they sell it at a loss since it's powerful stuff, all around. Beyond that, I don't know what could make you apprehensive."

Var shrugged, unsure how to continue. "I dunno, just one of those things, I guess. Only ever done stuff like this with friends, I'm not sure how it'd feel with a total stranger."

"That's fair." Vvilfred agreed as he nodded. "That's totally fair. I get it. I'm kinda in a similar boat. I'm not into this, but I am curious enough to give it a shot. The boss told me she'd swallow me up one day so I can see what it's like, but I just can't do it. Not yet. I'm a stallion, man, I like the open air and vast emerald fields and my mane blowing in the wind. The thought of being all squished up, smothered on all sides, slimy from saliva and other juices? I might be claustrophobic because the very thought of it makes my heart flutter in all the wrong ways, you know?"

"I think I do, but I guess it makes my heart flutter a different way." Var countered. "Either way, I do hope you change your mind about it! I know from experience it can be great with the right partner so I bet that's what's holding you back. I have some business to attend to, so I'll leave you to your work and I'll avoid creeping you out with my fantasies."

Vvilfred laughed. "It's fine, I promise. I've seen cock vore, unbirth, anal vore, full tour stuff, egg transformation, tail vore, and some other weird-assed stuff. Trust me, I don't think it's that creepy at all, not anymore. But thanks for saying hi! Hope to see you around after the proper grand opening!" He waved politely, bowed his head like he was tipping a cowboy hat, and returned to his work.

Thanks to his revitalized confidence that stemmed from his endorsement of vore to Vvilfred, Var figured it was about the right time to make those final steps into The Manor itself. So, after politely waving goodbye to the admittedly sexy stallion, he grabbed the golden, snake-scaled door handles of the bloodwood twin doors and stepped into the grand hallway of The Vore House Manor!

"I don't know what I expected." Var said to himself as the massive twin gates swung open before him to reveal the interior of The Vore House Manor. He was shocked to see that, while the outside and front terrace all looked somewhat dilapidated and run down, covered in vines and moss, the interior looked like it was fit for a queen! The floor and walls were made of marble, there were white pillars with black marbling throughout, red carpet with golden trim, a gold and ivory chandelier, and black accents all over. There were paintings on the wall, a lounge for folks to sit while they waited, and a huge concierge desk off to the left with a small lizard sitting behind it at the computer.

The room, though big enough to house a banquet and two stories high with balconies atop the pillars, was completely empty. So much so that his silent expression echoed against the doors opposite the ones he came in and gave him a hollow sensation. Suddenly, Var felt wholly out of place.

"Welcome to the Vore House of Klyneth!" The blue and red saurossin said from behind the concierge desk. He was so small he had to stand on his chair to be seen above the desk. "My name's Theodit and I'm here to answer any questions you have about our services!"

Var made his way to the desk and leaned up against it, idly glancing around the room to take it all in before addressing Theodit. "Questions, questions. Well, I actually have a lot of them, to be honest with ya. Most of which just revolve around the logistics of a place like this."

Theodit sat back down in his chair, feet up on the desk and tail draped over both calves. "Well, I gotta know some more details. What do you know? What exactly are you asking here? I don't know your starting point, I don't know what you know. We have sent out brochures, so I'd imagine you'd read one before coming or else this would be a silly adventure, wouldn't ya say?"

"Yeah, I read the brochure and looked up some stuff online. I know what this place is about - it's in the name, I think - I just don't know how you go about doing it. Not anymore. I know how it worked a few years back when it was just the House itself, but I never visited and everything I'm hearing makes it sound like things have vastly changed. So tell me about 'The Wilds', and we'll go from there?" Var was acting oddly confident and forthright, but he liked that part of him and Theodit's demeanourmade it seem like he was easy to talk to and that loosened Var up a bit.

He'd have to be, really. If he was the first contact of anyone who came into The Vore House with questions or desires, he'd have to be sociable and knowledgeable.

With a nod and a grin, Theodit was happy to answer. "Well, for comparison's sake, The Manor itself used to be 'The Vore House' in its entirety. I know you said you know that, but it's important to see the difference. Back then, we had a handful of predators who would treat the place like a brothel, each with their own rooms and abilities and preferences, and we'd let clients decide who they wanted, what sort of vore they wanted, and what themed room they wanted. From there, they'd simply tell the predator what sort of scenario they wanted, they'd work things out, and the noms would happen!"

"And you said you still do that, right?" Var confirmed, still leaning over the concierge desk.

"Oh yeah, we do. Ever since Foxifly showed up, it hasn't been as popular, though. Mostly just because it's expensive and requires a lot of prep as well as a scheduled meeting. Vore's not as fun if it's seen as a chore or a meeting, I think." Theodit explained while being particularly expressive with his hands and fins. "The House itself still has the themed rooms, but most of the fun happens in the wilds."

Var simply nodded to keep the conversation going. He knew this much about their past and was mostly just curious to hear what had changed.

Theodit continued. "So based on your expression it looks like you know all this already, so here is where the main differences crop up. Back then, our predators were almost all naga or dragons with digestive cycles, and they were either only available while their bellies - or other parts - were safe, or if they were given a powerful potion to force them to be safe, hence the need for appointments. The Wilds vastly change how we do things in virtually every way except our stringent rules on safety."

"That's what I like to hear." Var said with a smile, his heart aflutter to hear Theodit say that. It really was the number one most important thing to him, with a very, very close second being that his partner be passionate and affectionate. Safe and sound; it was almost poetic.

"We imagine a lot of people like to hear that, yeah. That's one thing that Foxifly was adamant about when she first showed up - wait, you know who Foxifly is?"

"Yeah, she's the mysterious supporter of the place who came out of nowhere to fix it, right?"

Theodit couldn't help but laugh. "She's really not that mysterious, but the air of mystery certainly gives her a certain allure. Other than that, yes, she showed up with a bunch of ideas and two long lost friends of Leera's - I think they might be her daughters - and a whole lot of desire to make this place special. Leera wanted that, Yetzer wanted that, everyone else wanted that, but none of the founders knew how to make it work. As it turned out, The Manor itself was sitting on a massive plot of land surrounded on all sides by the Vast Emerald Wood, so they decided to turn it into a safari of sorts."

"Only 'of sorts'? What exactly does that mean?"

"Well, it's a mixture of a safari and a theme park, sort of. It's kind of hard to explain since we're still working things out and doing our best to find what works best, but the way we've set it up leaves a lot of room for interpretation and potential. As it stands right now, The Wilds are a massive, five thousand hectare plot of land specifically manufactured and cultivated to include as many unique environments as we could fit. We have grasslands and meadows, a savannah, cliffs, mountains, waterfalls, jungles, forests, a tundra on the plateau, a lake, beaches, islands, and even an ademane crystal forest, though that place is still growing."

Var rubbed his chin while leaning over, casually trying to probe while also being genuinely excited to hear what came next. "You call it a safari, does that mean that I gotta go out and find a pred or something? They gotta find me?" It all sounded so fun to him.

"Sort of, yeah." Theodit answered with about half as much self-assurance as he'd displayed prior. "The idea we have right now is that our clients - that's you - would go out into The Wilds and you'd sorta maybe be hunted?" He shrugged, knowing that his word usage was less than ideal. "Or not. It's hard to say right now. Basically, the hope is that this place gets to be popular enough that predators, prey, and observers will come to The Wilds and make their own fun. Create their own scenarios, or go on an adventure of their own creation all within the safe confines of our facilities. We even built a bunch of buildings and ruins to further let our patrons have fun."

"Buildings? I hadn't read anything about that." Var admitted; he had checked out a bunch online but hadn't heard anything beyond what Meeko had told him.

Theodit nodded. "Yeah, many of which were specifically designed to house the adventures of our patrons. There's a temple in the jungle surrounded by purposely dilapidated ruins, where there's something about a vore god going on. There are cabins in the woods, a hospital, a stilt village on the beach, a series of caves and mines under the mountains, a regular village, a bayou village - lots of villages, since we had to include a lot and it cost a bunch - and a tribal village, too! Just a whole lot of places to go and landmarks to visit, all before ending up in someone's belly."

"And how exactly do you make things, you know, safe? You said safety is important, but it has to be pretty difficult to monitor and control predators coming in from outside, isn't it?" This bit of hesitation actually formed a pit in Var's stomach as he came to worry about the reality of The Wilds.

But Theodit returned to his confident image to answer. "That's just the thing, we don't let anyone into The Wilds without feeding them what we're blanket-calling a 'vore potion'. It's a catch-all potion that works on predators or prey that ensure that no matter what happens, everyone is safe. It makes everyone's digestive system habitable for a full thirty hours - that's a day and a half - and also ensures that the subject - erm, client, or patron, or whatever. You - are impervious to any negative potential impacts of vore, be it chewing, digestion, crushing, all of that. We don't like to think about that sort of stuff but it's all taken into consideration when making the potions."

"Wait, that sounds remarkably complicated. How can-" Var paused to shake his head, realizing he wasn't sure if he wanted to know or be taught the minutiae of how potions were made, but he was curious enough to let Theodit continue. "How does that work, exactly?"

Before answering, Theodit hopped off his chair, grabbed a vial from under the desk filled with a pearly, teal and purple mixed potion in it, and then got back up on his chair. "Every potion has the two key effects. It's actually two potions mixed, one for predators, and one for prey, specifically formulated and enchanted to not interact with the other. The predator potion just makes a person's digestive system emulate that of Leera and Yetzer. It makes their fluids safe and breathable, while also ensuring the flesh can stretch and accommodate prey bigger than normal. It's a snake thing."

Var nodded. "A good start, but why not just give predators that potion and prey their own?"

"It's just safer. In very uncommon situations, a predator's biology or natural magical chemistry - AKA: Alchemy - rejects the potion and it doesn't work. The prey's potion basically turns all fluids that touch them into the same breathable stuff that the pred potion turns digestive juices into. It also fortifies the skin so that it can't be torn, punctured, or rendered in any way. Plus, some people play switch roles, so while for example our predator Spike might prefer being the dominant one, he could also be prey to a larger dragon or a serpent. It's just safer all around for all our cli-er, visitors to be prepared to be in either role. Even folks just interested in watching have to take the potion in case a pred gets em."

"Is there a system in place if you aren't comfortable? Like, I am interested in being prey but not to just anyone. Lots of predators out there aren't appealing to me and there are some who are unkind." He felt like he was doing an interview, but continued. "Would it be better for me to only do Vore House Manor appointments, if I'm so specific about this?"

Theodit snapped his fingers and beamed. "Aha! That is a perfect question! We actually have a universal safe word that is actually, uh-" He leaned in close to whisper, "-baked into the potions. If anyone says BoomWakkaDoo, a behavior modifier in the potions puts an immediate stop to all nommy activities. We made it such a peculiar and odd safe word because some people are really into the idea of being taken against their will. You know, roleplay and all. And if we have predators hunting prey, it's a good way to differentiate between willing prey, unwilling prey, and participants who want nothing to do with that scene in particular. So if someone is hunting you and you say BoomWakkaDoo-"

"Then that'll force them to stop. Yeah, I think that makes sense." Var confirmed. "So let me go over this, here. The Wilds are a massive open world where predators and prey alike can adventure and play whatever role they want. Every visitor drinks a potion to cover their ass no matter what happens, and if you want out of a scenario, just say BoomWakkaDoo and the potion ensures all participants will halt activities?" Summing it up like that, Var felt a wave of warmth wash over him resulting in a smile.

It was then that an unfamiliar voice came from beside him. "I could maybe show you around." It wasn't a spoken voice, but a telepathic one; a voice that could be heard but made no sound. Rare, but not impossible, so Var barely took notice and continued to act as if it was a normal voice.

Var turned to the pair of twin doors at the back of the room to see a handful of faces watching over him, some familiar and some not. Jayri the blue and orange dragon stood tall over four others, including a two-toned blue and red felkin, a blue and white wolfess, a white and pink and blue female wolgon, and a thick-skinned bipedal dragon with a crotch bulge the size of Var and a mechanical arm.

The felkin was the one who had spoken. "I just finished signing my papers, and I kinda wanna do a tour of the place. Wanna join me?" He stepped away from the group with Jayri in tow behind him. Once he got close enough, he outstretched his front paw to Var. "The name's Haloren. We appear to have a mutual acquaintance in Jayri, here."

Somewhat confused but still amiable, Var shook Haloren's paw. "So what exactly's going on here? What do you mean, signing papers?"

Jayri stepped forward to be shoulder-to-shoulder with Haloren. "Well, you know back in the park, when I tail vored you in front of Foxifly and the others? That was an audition, apparently. Ithilwen here, as well as Febbi, Nantang, and Haloren, all got their own auditions throughout the day and it turns out I've been hired as what they're calling an 'ambassador'. We're gonna be travelling sales people who do live demonstrations to show how safe the Vore House potions can be!"

Var's eyes went blank and his lower lip trembled a bit as if in awe. "I-I wanna do that..." He whispered to himself, mind focused on what that could entail.

"Well, maybe you can come with us some time and I can use you in a demonstration, if you're comfortable with that." Jayri suggested. "But for now, Nantang, Febii, and I have to go sign our papers. Haloren here has already signed and so has Ithilwen. I'll leave you guys to your business, and it was nice to see you again!" He leaned in close and nuzzled, cheek to cheek, with Var before casually strolling down the hallway with Nantang and Febii.

With a blushing, eager wave, Var said his goodbyes and turned to Haloren. "So, uh, were you gonna take me on a tour, or something? I'd love to see what this place has to offer, you know."

Haloren laughed with Ithilwen next to him. "Not sure how that applies, I'm not too well-versed in the layout of this place, myself. I have done some reading and looked at the maps, but I think it's more like, we'll be exploring together. And any friend of Jayri's is a friend of mine."

"Likewise." Var concurred, then turned to Theodit. "So I guess we have to drink potion before we enter The Wilds?" He reached out to grab the vial left on the counter but waited for approval.

Theodit nodded. "Indeed! Normally you'd have to pay for it, but we're allowed to give away free potions and access at our discretion and your relation to our new ambassadors makes it clear you'll likely be a regular if you end up liking what we have to offer. Go ahead."

Var nodded and popped the cork off the potion vial before quickly downing it in one gulp. He immediately gagged due to the potion's mucous-like sliminess. "Gah! That's terrible! Are you guys going to be making that taste any better?"

"We've got a partnership deal with the orchard across the way and will be finding ways to infuse the potions with floral or fruity flavours without compromising quality. We're not there yet and might end up waiting until autumn to get there, but that's the plan." Theodit explained.

"Ah, and what about you, Haloren?" Var asked as he turned to his new felkin companion.

Haloren offered a toothy grin. "Had a potion this morning as soon as we arrived. I guess it's company policy to be 'safe' during all hours of work. A policy I can get behind."

Var agreed wholeheartedly but didn't get a chance to say so before his other partner spoke up.

Ithilwen patted Haloren on his flank. "I'm gonna head out, too. Foxifly said she had some things she wanted to talk about and I get the impression that she's in season so that might result in some fun."

"She's here? Right now?" Var asked. He wasn't one to be starstruck, but after meeting her for the first time by the fountain when she got him to offer himself to Jayri's tail, he's wanted to thank her for that. He had no interest in her, physically, since she was a woman and he was only interested in other males, but he still wanted to meet her.

"Yeah, but she says she's busy. You to go on tour of the grounds, I'll meet you back here tonight." Ithilwen commanded Haloren, who nodded in agreement. Once they came to their conclusion, Ithilwen gave him a peck on the cheek before she went down the opposite hall of the others, leaving Haloren and Var alone with only Theodit to give them company.

That meeting didn't last long, however. By the time Ithilwen had disappeared into the halls of The Manor, Haloren and Var turned to the back gates and were on their way, both eagerly anticipating what lay before them. Neither had seen The Wilds yet, so it would truly be an adventure for them both.

The layout of The Manor was fairly pedestrian, even if it was accentuated by dozens of little features that made it unique. The castle itself was a simple rectangle, about twice as long as it was wide with the front half being built entirely of erratically shaped, ebony-coloured stones that were adhered by an ashen mortar. Some of the stones were shiny jet black like volcanic rock, while others were muted with a matte texture. The roof was covered in red ceramic tiling, giving the Manor itself an intense and stark contrast of red on black with golden accents all over.

All wooden features such as the doors and the window panes were made of blood wood, a deep crimson colour with more ashen splotches and streaks woven throughout the grain. All metals were either solid gold or gold plated, which gave the castle a regal look.

Furthermore, the difference between the inside and the outside was stark, with the outside looking medieval and ancient like castles of old, while the interior was refined and decorated like the inside of a palace or a more modern castle, with stark white and black marbled pillars, fabric banners, dark stained wood, and ornate fixtures lining the walls in between the portraits of the Vore House employees lined up to look like they represented the bloodline of Klyneth going back eight generations.

Outside, once Var and Haloren had made it out the back doors from the main hall of The Manor, they emerged into a perfectly square courtyard lined on all sides by a raised balcony that was both for observation and for access to the first and second floors of The Manor from the outside. Atop the castle walls were eight large, house-sized turrets that added octagonal rooms on an additional story at those points. There were four at the very back - two on each of the corners and two more on either side of the draw bridge - with two more on the front corners of the castle and two more at the halfway mark where the courtyard met the main part of the castle.

All in all, this resulted in the courtyard being surrounded on all sides by the Vore House Manor, which must have been as thick or thicker than a large house with the courtyard being the size of a city block. Var had seen the front of the structure before so he knew the Manor was huge, but he had no idea that the House had included so much and went so far back. Of course, it should not have come as a surprise since such a vast locale would need to house many guests both predator and prey.

It seemed Haloren was equally in awe, as he had not come this far back before. "You know, I haven't even been in the courtyard before. Seen it through windows but we always just went to Foxifly and Leera's office to sign papers or discuss the nature of what it is we'll do."

"Yeah, I remember being, uh, reborn after Jayri was done with me that day. We only went on the front yard. Kinda surprised you didn't take the tour then." Var pointed out as the two approached the drawbridge at the back of the courtyard. "Did you think to ask?"

Haloren nodded. "We did, but that was a week ago and as they explained, the Wilds were still under construction at that point and they didn't want the details getting out." He grinned. "But I guess a week makes a world of difference, because-"

The felkin was interrupted by the sound of a loudspeaker booming down from above the drawbridge using Theodit's voice. "Sorry about that, I'll lower the gate for ya." A moment later, a click and a horn could be heard as the chains started lowering the drawbridge and slowly revealing The Vore House Wilds in all their majesty.

Such a scene could only be described as picturesque, like a postcard symbolically representing all regions of a continent at once in a compressed view with birds flying, a rainbow over a waterfall, and a peek at what lay beyond.

To the left - the north - was a tall mountain accentuated by a series of steep, rocky cliffs and topped with an icy tundra upon a vast plateau. Its foothills were lined with a cabin village and a thick forest made of temperate deciduous and coniferous trees that bled into the other regions surrounding it on all sides. To the right - the south - lay a shallower mountain range covered in a thick jungle and a series of layered pools all connected by waterfalls, a golden-stone temple poking out from the basin in its foothills as well as what appeared to be a tribal village. A snake-themed statue stood upon the peak of the jungle mountain, high above the waterfalls and rainbows that accentuated its descent.

Between the two mountain ranges - each easily hundreds or maybe even thousands of meters tall - was a golden yellow savannah, a plain accentuated by watering holes and sparse scrubland. There were tall rock formations in between the patches of bush, and a river on either side to clearly differentiate between the savannah region and the mountainous forests on either side.

In front of the savannah, again differentiated with an abrupt cut made by a flowing river, were what appeared to be bayou or marshlands nearer the jungle half of the region and wetlands or swamp on the northern half nearer the temperate half of The Wilds. Then, between those regions and where Var and Haloren stood was a hilly meadowland accentuated by mossy rocks and flowers and patches of woodland all on the shallow incline to where they stood a hundred meters above the savannah.

Scattered about and between these regions - which were all distinctly marked and divided by rivers and fences - were buildings of all sorts that represented the same locales seen in The Manor prior to the grand reopening. There were of course the cabins in the forest and the temple and village in the jungle, but there was also a small contemporary village with what appeared to be a hospital and university to the south where jungle and bayou met as well as a castle that looked like it could double as a mad scientist's lab to the north where the forest and wetlands met.

It wasn't immediately clear or obvious, but beyond the twin ranges and past the savannah that served as the valley between them was a huge lake surrounded by tropical beaches and an archipelago of islands in the middle. The village in this region was on stilts over the clear blue water, with dozens of huts overlooking the water's surface.

Finally, at the very end, was a pair of less common biomes: The crystal forest and the myco-wood. The crystal forest, though not easy to tell from a distance so far even given their vantage high upon the hilly region nearest the Manor, was comprised of trees with oddly coloured leaves and glowing teal crystals growing out of the bark and in between each trunk. They didn't glow in the day, but it didn't take much to recognize them even from what must have been a dozen kilometers away. The myco-wood replaced trees with fifty-meter high mushrooms with stalks the girth of trunks and caps the size of buildings; this region was also accented by smaller growths of crystals.

"Wow." Var whispered. "So much bigger than I expected."

Haloren huffed as he grinned. "Me, too. I heard it was meant to encapsulate all of Saff'Rald in one location but I didn't expect this. Not at all. So where you wanna go? I guess there's a world to explore ahead of us and I don't know how much time you have."

"I have as long as this potion lasts, so a full day I suppose." Var confirmed. "So I guess let's walk, shall we?" He extended his hand to hold it, but given Haloren's quadruped form that made it very difficult for him to reciprocate. Instead, he outstretched his wing and let Var grab a hold of the claw at his wing's elbow. The two made their way down the rocky pathway, a winding, meandering trail that branched off to the north and south ends of The Wilds before getting to the bottom.

Together, they headed North first, slipping through the wetlands and past the castle-lab en route to the cabins in the wooded area. They noticed as soon as they crossed the river and into the wetland region that the pathway switched from that of a rocky, cobblestone path to an elevated platform on stilts with guardrails above the shallow waters of the wetlands with the tall trees rising all around them.

As they made it down the pathway together - which was wide enough for the two of them to walk side by side with plenty of room for another pair of folks to walk in the opposite direction - Var saw something in the water that caught his eye. It appeared to be a slimy snake swishing from side to side past some reeds resulting in bubbles popping on the surface.

"What do you think that was?" He asked, gulping heavily as his heart started to race. He had theories but didn't want to jump to conclusions in case it was literally just a snake that shook some trapped air from its place below the surface.

Haloren wasn't so quick to dismiss it, though. "I can't be sure, but during our orientation they told us they acquired various creatures from around the world to give the place a sense of adventure. I don't know all of them, but I'd imagine that's some sort of tentacled beast waiting for someone to get curious or something. I'd avoid leaning over the rail if you don't wanna be dragged under."

Var pushed away from the guardrail and brushed his chest off. "I thought this place was supposed to be safe and fun for all."

"It is, if you don't wanna be taken, just say the word - I think you know the word - and he'll let you go. Same goes for us predators. Say the word and you'll be fine." Haloren explained.

"What word, Boomwakkadoo?" Var asked, his intention innocent. His partner's response was anything but innocent.

Haloren immediately started retching, his maw gaping wide and gullet gaping as a torrent of pink-tinged saliva flowed past his tongue and onto the planks of the platform. He arched his back and widened his wings as he hacked, coughing and gagging against his control until Var leaned in, an attempt to calm his friend.

"H-hey, are you okay?" Var asked, equally concerned and worried for his own safety. He had no idea why Haloren was suddenly retching and spitting up silken, pink fluid.

Fortunately for him, Haloren was able to regain control by rubbing his lips with his forearm and swallowing what fluid was left in his maw. Since he spoke telepathically, he didn't have to wait to finish dealing with his maw before answering. "The code word. I didn't say it because, with the potions, it triggers a regurgitation response. It's quite involuntary, but like you said, safety is key. The safety of all guests is paramount to The Vore House, and that is one way to ensure that even if malicious folk show up, prey still have the final say."

Var gulped nervously before reaching in to wrap his arms around Haloren's neck, holding him tightly enough to apologize with his body language. "I didn't know, I didn't realize! Did it hurt?"

Haloren licked Var's neck from his position and pulled back. "I'm fine. It's a little jarring, a little uncomfortable, but it doesn't hurt. And since all my digestive fluids have been converted, it doesn't burn coming back up. All safe, all breathable."

"Th-that's good. Should we keep going, then?" Var suggested, nervously stepping forth to guide Haloren further along the pathway, all in an attempt to get away from whatever creature lurked below the shallows of the wetlands and onward to whatever wait for them in the cabins in the foothills of the temperate mountains. Haloren was quick to follow, as he understood the value of comfort in prey. Together, they made their way past the boardwalk-lined pathways of the wetlands, leaving said creature behind as they found new curiosities in the foothills of the northern mountain range.

Put simply, the forested region of The Wilds resembled that of a national park. There were trees of all sorts, pathways made of brick and wood and cobblestone, meadows, clearings, signs guiding them, and ultimately a whole lot of green. There were rocky outcroppings and cliffs and valleys scattered around, with none of them being too big aside from the few leading up the steep incline of the mountain where the cabin village had been erected.

From a distance it looked like each of the cottages were in close proximity, but the dozens of them that Var and Haloren saw were each hidden in what appeared to be their own clearing off a path, hidden from view of all the others by the thick forest that surrounded them all. That way it was easy to see the area from afar but each of the uniquely built log cabins enjoyed peaceful solitude.

Upon arriving on the front door of the biggest one they could find, Var found himself once again retreating to a place of bashfulness and nerves. He had spent much of his day preparing for the possible 'sacrifice' he'd make to a loving predator, but now that he was alone in a remote location with someone who wanted to eat him he just felt like he wasn't ready. He knew it was safe, that the potions ensured all parties would be without harm, but this was still a felkin he barely knew.

Fortunately for him, he had a small bit of history with another felkin from his past that helped him relax a bit around Haloren. Not only that, but this old friend of his was also an occasional vore partner. This was not Var's first role as prey, even if it remained something he would always be at least a little nervous about. It was natural to be nervous when submitting to another in such a way.

Haloren picked up on this and stepped ahead to sit daintily on the front porch of the cabin's deck before turning back around. "You alright? You've been almost entirely silent since we left the wets."

Var nodded and gave a thumbs up. "Was just taking in the scenery, really. I'm impressed at how much beauty they managed to condense in such a small area." He glanced around, seeing only the peak of the nearby snow-tipped mountain jutting above the canopy of the surrounding forest. "Well, okay, it's a pretty big area but it's got so many different, uh, biomes? Is that what they call it?"

"Biomes, yeah. Biomes, regions, settings, worlds, they haven't really settled on a single term for what they're calling the divide. The Wilds are still a work in progress and likely will be for years, if things go well." He outstretched a wing to invite Var up onto the deck next to him. "But I think it's more than that. Are you nervous?"

Var took his wing tip but only sat on the steps instead of joining Haloren on the deck, back turned to him as he looked out over the clearing and the dirt path that led to the rest of the cabins. "I suppose you could say that. Maybe I'm apprehensive? I dunno. I don't know if this will ever not be weird and uncomfortable at first. You should have seen me when Jayri first pointed me out. Or was it Foxifly? I don't remember. I practically choked on my sandwich and had to cover my groin when Jayri's tail opened up. Tried to be courageous but I was nervous as I could possibly be. I know it's safe, I know vore's getting more and more popular to the point it's nearly mainstream, but still..."

As Var trailed off, Haloren sidled up behind him and lowered his head so that his hot breath tickled the back of Var's neck. His front paw came to rest on Var's shoulder while his claws curled and dug into his prey's chest. He was gentle and sensual, but still clearly predatory in his movements. "That is what we're here for, to normalize it. Vore's strange, sure, but there's a reason so many people like it. There's a reason there's enough of a fanbase to operate what functions as a free-for-all safari. In time, the Vore House will be as widely known as any brothel or exotic, adults-only club. And then, maybe then people will accept it and you won't have to be so nervous."

The warmth of Haloren's breath tickled Var's ear, making him shiver and clench up in delight. He tried his best to not show it, but the meek whimper that escaped his lips betrayed his faux stoicism.

Such cracks in his defenses gave Haloren the opportunity he needed to pounce. Figuratively, of course; his intention wasn't to frighten his prey but to ease him into some fun that they'd both enjoy; a meal that pleased them both in vastly different ways. He used this opportunity to ease himself closer by nuzzling his cheek to Var's, tongue out and drooling saliva down his prey's chest. Since he spoke telepathically, he could speak even with his maw open, his breath tickling Var's fur, and tongue lolling out to guide a steady flow of saliva onto his meal. "You know, if I could give a demonstration..."

Naturally, Var tensed up and took in a deep breath before responding. He was awash in emotion and unable to fully articulate his feeling at this time so he chose to freeze in place and ball his hands up into fists. He wanted to say something, to give Halroen some communication that might encourage the felkin predator to make his next move, but he just couldn't. Instead, all he could do was close his eyes and imagine what might happen next.

"I understand." Haloren countered as he leaned forward, still cheek to cheek with Var. "Here, let me sample and if at any time you're uncomfortable, you know what to say." As he spoke - his voice echoing in Var's head without making a sound - he leaned in and slowly wrapped his long tongue around his prey's chin and the front of his neck, smearing saliva all over. While he did that, he slowly peeled his paw away as his claw snagged Var's scarf and tossed it to the side.

The immediate chill Var felt on his neck without his scarf made him tense up, but he didn't say or do anything to stop his partner. Instead, he took in a deep breath - one that sampled the sweet breath of his felkin predator - and slowly unbuttoned the front of his jacket so that it was open at the front. His member was hard, but he hid it well by crossing his legs and using the fold in his pant fabric to mask it. Haloren wasn't fooled, but it felt good for Var to at least imitate modesty.

Without missing a beat, Haloren stepped forward and wrapped his one paw around Var's chest, much like he would while mounting only instead he curled his claws around the belly of Var's shirt to pull it up over his head, revealing the hybrid's chest to be scarred with a series of slashes where the fur failed to grow back. This concerned Haloren, who hopped over him and paused his sensuality. "Are you okay?" He asked, referring to the pink, furless scars across Var's chest.

Var patted himself and dragged his fingers along each of the strips. "Yeah, it's from a long time ago. Nothing to be worried about. As you were."

Though it was clear Haloren didn't want to just take his word for it, the felkin did feel like it was his duty as a predator in The Wilds to do his due diligence by proceeding. Since he had hopped down off the deck and was on the path facing the front steps of the cabin, he hopped forward and pinned Var on his back, hovering over his meal while faux-growling. His lips curled back, allowing more saliva to soak into Var's chest and scars.

It was at that point that Var's instincts took over. Sure, he was nervous and bashful and a little scared about the situation, but the right amount of dominance and pressure triggered something in him and he took control. Rather than whimper or curl up in a ball or freeze in place, he slipped out from under Haloren's front paw, snaking his way down the steps until he was on his knees between his pred's hind legs, one hand on each of Haloren's thighs.

"Uh, whatcha doin' back there?" Haloren asked, head flipped upside down between his front legs to look at Var while upside down. "My maw's this way."

"I know, but I don't see any reason you can't also enjoy a bit of me before we get to that." Var explained, slowly sliding both of his palms up Haloren's inner thighs. "If you're uncomfortable, you know what to say." He then gave one final wink before turning around and probing Haloren's belly with his snout, slowly easing his way backwards until he was near the felkin's sheath. There was a distinctly sweet aroma of arousal coming from the felkin's folds, a scent that drove Var a little wild.

Before Haloren could protest or encourage anything, Var immediately took to using both hands to caress and stroke his length, his whole body lurching back and forth to slowly urge the felkin's cock from its depths. It was clear by the nervous behaviour of the predator's member and its refusal to pop out immediately that Haloren wasn't sure how to respond to this.

Clearly, he wasn't planning to do any mounting, but as a compassionate predator who knew that The Wilds were as much a safari of love as they were a showcase of his skill as a predator, he quickly gave in by bucking his hips with enough force to slip his entire member from its depths so that his many features probed Var on the cheek. He still wasn't sure, but let his meal have some fun, first.

Var was happy to take a bit of control in this situation. His arousal - marked by the firmness of his member and accentuated by the scent of Haloren's eagerness - gave him all the out-of-place confidence he needed to service the predator before meal time. He cradled the felkin's length in both hands like he was sampling fine cuisine, tongue out to lap at the tip and collect the delicious fluid that seeped out, swallowing each drop a bit at a time. He felt Haloren's heartbeat in his palm as the predator tensed his cock, shaft throbbing and head swelling in place.

Haloren couldn't help but raise one of his front paws off the ground so he could twist his head around and watch Var's expert maw doing its job. He had a look on his face of impressed confusion, like he was shocked at what Var was doing but was enjoying it nonetheless. He licked his lips to maintain the image of a predator but was quickly disarmed by the sensation of Var's maw wrapping around his member and tongue cradling its underside.

The delectable meal had turned the tables on the predator, having gaped open his maw to hungrily swallow the felkin's cock. Only half of it disappeared beyond Var's lips with the nubbed tip pressing against the back of his throat, but that was all he needed. He closed his maw and gulped, gullet flesh squeezing and stroking with the help of his tongue, sucking in tandem with the strokes of his hands sliding up and down the shaft.

In an odd act where Haloren lost control, he reached down between his front legs to bite down on Var's belt loops, yanking the morsel out from underneath him and pulling that well-trained maw off his member to leave Var on all fours next to him. The two shared a moment staring into each other's eyes before Haloren wrapped a front paw around Var's waist and used a claw to undo his pants.

Having gotten the hint, Var happily helped to disrobe fully, kicking his pants off before getting back into a position on all fours at the foot of the cabin's steps. His tail was up, his maw was dripping with felkin precum and his own saliva, and his rump was ready for whatever it was that Haloren had planned for him. There was a tinge of concern in his mind, but he mentally swiped it away upon reminding himself how gentle Haloren had been up to this point. Plus, he had the secret word if things got out of hand. The word that would end all fun immediately if he felt concerned.

It was at that moment as he found himself lost in the fantasy of vore-themed safety, that Haloren made his move. The Felkin leapt up and mounted him, one claw on his shoulder and maw nuzzling up against Var's cheek as his heavy member slid between Var's rump cheek and tail base to rest on his lower back. The position on its own was arousing beyond belief, but it got even better when Haloren twisted his neck and wrapped his maw around Var's upper body and shoulder to pin him down while bucking his hips, the many features of his member sliding between Var's cheeks in the process.

Almost as if it was pure instinct, Var reached back and grabbed Haloren's member by the head and forcefully wrenched it downward so that the tip found its place under his tail.

"Thanks." Haloren spoke to him, his telepathy allowing him to do so even with a maw full of Var's shoulder. "You gonna be alright?"

All Var could do was slowly nod as he clenched his booty and flagged his tail, relishing the throbbing sensation he felt as Haloren's member pulsated against his pucker. He wanted it. He needed it. He wasn't even thinking about the theme of their locale at the time, he was just in the mood for a good mounting without any concern for where he'd end up afterward. The passion that came with arousal and the subsequent alteration of his mindset saw to the lowering of his defenses on both ends.

As a result, Haloren was able to slowly and forcefully slip his entire length into Var after only a few shallow thrusts. His member, covered in a concoction of his own natural lubricant and some saliva left there from Var, parted the hybrid's rump with ease, lurching in and expanding inside to fill him with satisfying ease. The girth of his shaft expanded inside to fill Var's tail hole, the friction between them tugging ever so slightly but not catching as Haloren bucked and arched his back.

He kept a firm grip on Var's neck and upper chest, his teeth clenching down on his meal's upper body for stability as he leaned inward and started grinding his hips. Haloren's every motion resulted in more physical sensations for his prey, be it the sharp but pleasant trigger points at the tip of every tooth to the throbbing, pulsating pleasure underneath his tail, his partner was satisfied.

Which was exactly what Var needed to curl his toes and lower his head in delight. His predator was treating him right, and moreso than the intensity of the sensations he felt on either end of his body, that made him melt a little inside. His rump twitched, his own member throbbed and leaked precum, and he couldn't help but ball up his fists in the grass on the front lawn of the cabin's property. He was floating in the skies above, tickled by the clouds and pumped full of felkin shaft all at once.

Of course, this couldn't last forever. While Haloren was keen to extend their encounter, the tightness of Var's booty proved to almost be too much for him. After only a few minutes of intense, deep thrusts that pumped and tugged on Var's tail hole, Haloren's cock tip and shaft tensed up and began to throb, each rhythmic pulsation pumping another shot of hot felkin seed deep into Var's depths. His knot, which didn't quite make it past his meal's pucker, began to swell and push out against both of Var's rump cheeks, dilating his hole in the process.

At the same time, Var threw his head back to howl, fists balled and toes curled as his every spot was hit all at once. In that moment of bliss, however, the warmth of the midday sun was quickly blotted out by the teal flesh of Haloren's gaping maw hovering over him!

Everything looked to be upside down, with the felkin's tongue on the roof of the maw and drooping down, saliva trickling off the end of the tongue to splash on Var's face. This image lasted only a fraction of a second as Haloren bit down gently, wrapping his jaws - both top and bottom, both padded by lips to ensure no harm was done - around Var's upper torso, the movement immediately engulfing his prey's entire head and neck with ease!

Var flailed a bit, instinctively bringing both hands up to cradle Haloren's muzzle to make sure he was properly situated where he was, nearly poking the felkin in the eye as he did so. Once he realized what was happening, and the soft undulations of the predator's maw effectively massaged his head and neck, he relaxed. His rump relaxed, too, allowing Haloren's member to slowly slide out of him with a guttural squelch followed by the leaking of felkin cum that trickled over his taint and soaked his balls.

Then, all at once, Haloren rolled over onto his back with Var in his maw, all four paws gripping his meal and pinning his limbs together as he hoisted him up and let gravity do the rest! With a series of gulps that has his throat undulating in waves and his tongue reaching out to help cradle Var's body, Haloren forced his meal down his gullet a bit at a time.

He had to twist, to extend his lower jaw, and extend his neck every few gulps, his cheeks barely sliding past Var's shoulders before finally wrapping around either side and smothering him with felkin saliva and flesh. He gulped again, this time deliberately taking in some air to alleviate any stresses his prey may have had, before using all four limbs to stuff Var down his gaping, distended gullet!

Var, on the other hand, was mostly complacent in his post orgasmic bliss. The climax that came soon after he felt Haloren's cock explode in him had left him tingling all over, a sensation that persisted the from the moment he felt Haloren's gullet flesh wrapping around his face and neck. The sensation of being stuffed, the tingle of sexual friction, extended to envelop his whole body as soon as he felt throat flesh sliding over his form.

Furthermore, Haloren's gullet was stretchier than he imagined, like snake skin or dragon flesh. His gullet distended and expanded to accommodate Var's form, even as he pulled his arms up across his own chest to hug himself. Only once Haloren gulped did the muscles that constricted him made the throat flesh feel tight. Of course, this didn't last long, as his predator partner quickly relaxed and gaped his maw once more, using his front paws to wrap around Var's ankles and stuff him in deeper.

Haloren rolled back to all fours with only Var's feet sticking out of his gullet, trails of saliva and belly slime seeping out and forming a puddle on the ground in front of him. He gulped, he reared back to let gravity do its work in a way that actually twisted his prey in his gullet, and he wrenched his neck to the side the moment he felt Var's footpaws pass by his lips. The meal was about done, save the bulge in his crop that stuck out like a bird's mating display.

Inside, Var had almost completely lost his orientation. He had no idea which way was up, which parts of him were inside and which were not, and had no idea when or how he'd reach Haloren's belly. He felt only the felkin's silken, slimy flesh pummeling him in waves to force him deeper with each gulp only to have the tightness of the passage open up ahead of him.

That must have been his destination. The felkin's belly.

One more gulp lurched him forward, the suddenly looser bend in the felkin's tract allowing him to slide through and flip around inside with ease. He ended up in a fetal position, curled up as the sack of felkin belly cradled him from all angles at once, squeezing just enough to be felt without making him uncomfortable.

Only then, after he found a relaxing position, did he finally allow himself to breathe. All at once he inhaled the fluid that smothered him and filled the spaces between himself and the hot belly flesh that wrapped around him and squeezed. The initial gasp was unpleasant for about a second - a sharp pain in his chest - but that quickly dissipated as a warmth spread throughout his body.

Before he even had time to contemplate what had happened, Var found his consciousness slipping away from himself, his thoughts growing less lucid and more ethereal. He didn't want to pass out, but with each deep-rooted breath he took of the potion-altered belly juices, the more fatigued he grew. And then, after a few moments of idle struggling, he let the slumber of the belly take him, leaving Var with only the gurgle of Haloren's surrounding digestive system and the steady throb of his heart.

Var completely lost himself in the lucidity of half-consciousness that comprised his stay in Haloren's belly. While he had some semblance of mental clarity floating somewhere in his mindscape, nothing felt real and he lost his grip with reality in a way that warped his perception of time.

Because of that, to him it felt like he was both inside his partner for days or minutes, depending on the state of consciousness he found himself in. The more lucidity he was able to wrest from his subconscious, the quicker time seemed to pass and the clearer it was that he wasn't gone for days. All he could do in those moments was attempt to stretch and yawn, only to have Haloren's belly flesh keep him curled in a ball even if his yawns did suck in more of the fluid.

Fluid with put him right back in an ethereal state that returned him to his dream world.

After about a dozen of these cycles of slumber and alertness, Var was suddenly jerked back into the waking world as the walls around him suddenly twitched and constricted him, forcing him to roll about until his muzzle found Haloren's esophagus once more. This was immediately followed by another powerful constriction that shot him up the felkin's gullet and out his gaping maw in one swift motion that left him curled up in a puddle of pink and teal fluid on some black cobblestone bricks.

He blinked, wiping the slime from his eyes as he tried to figure out where he was and what was going on. He was still outside and the sun had set, so he knew he had been gone for many hours. He also saw the faint outline of a castle drawbridge nearby.

More importantly, he saw the figures of three serpents hovering over him. Three snakes and Haloren, with the latter connected to Var's puddle by a series of silken strands of saliva.

Var recognized each of these snakes as Leera - the green, yellow, blue, and red one - and two others. The first was black and white splotched, an anthro biped with a long, thick tail, while the second was the same shape but more like Leera's colours of green, black, and red and a cobra's cowl.

With absolutely no idea what was going on, Var rolled onto his rump and used his tail to cover his groin. "Uh, can we save the report cards for later? I just wanna bask in this." It was oddly comical and assertive for him, but given his state of mind it was barely within character.

Each of them laughed as Haloren used his tongue to clean him up. It wasn't until he was dried and offered his clothes that Leera actually did hand him a tablet to answer questions about his experience with Haloren in The Wilds.

One of the first questions was, 'Did you feel safe?'

He gave an enthusiastically positive answer to that one, knowing it was their top priority. He had never felt so safe and comforted, and knowing this was a motif of The Wilds was already inspiring him to plan a return visit. This was only his first nom, so he suggested a frequent meal card as a joke.

They took him seriously. Even more reason for him to come back!
