Happy Pride Month! Here I got you the mini sequel of Rexville. Enjoy~!

Summary: A very busy week for Hunter and Keanu at Rexville University as they face some tough exams ahead of them this semester. They soon found themselves having second objectives that almost hinders their work studies. The wolf couple won't be seeing each other around as they dice around on their decisions between studying and getting that one thing off of their shoulders as soon as possible.

Chapter 1: Saturday

The Jake and Bumper's establishment in Rexville Mall was full of upbeat energy that evening. Kids, teenagers, and adults alike wandered around playing arcade games while the other half of the establishment were dining and drinking in the restaurant and bar section. Hunter and Keanu were among them, playing and trying out some of the games to gather plenty of points and win some cool prizes after emptying their game cards.

The wolf couple were not alone. This evening was special; it was River's sixteenth birthday. The young wolf was so ecstatic tonight as he knew where he wanted to celebrate it. He loved playing video games and winning prizes like a place such as Jake and Bumper's was truly a blessing from heaven. It was River's favorite place to celebrate his birthday. He had celebrated there before but he shamelessly chose it to get extra presents from the prize section after playing dozens of arcade games to gather game points to win a cooler prize. Only Rylan knew about his little brother's ulterior intentions, but nobody else was complaining.

Keanu and Hunter tagged along with River and Rylan playing arcade games in the complex as they waited for their food. Hunter looked and felt mentally relieved and lightened shoulders as he and Keanu had a tough week and this was their way to chill on the weekend.

“Take that!" shouted River.

Hunter, Keanu, Rylan, and River sat together inside a booth of a first-person shooter, multiplayer arcade game. Each held a small plastic machinegun-like pistol with both hands and randomly shot around at the screen in front of them, defending themselves from being attacked or eaten by zombie pirates. The sound effects were deafening and barely could focus on their targets. The zombie pirates were rampaging at them with their cursed swords and explosive paranormal weapons. They cleared the first level and the second was already throwing them with wild surprise attacks. Keanu was the first to lose.

“Ugh, I lost." Keanu slumped his whole body back on the seat, letting go of the plastic weapon. His arms were nimble and tired as he felt the fading vibrations in his shaking hands. Games like this really drain his energy.

Next to him was his boyfriend, Hunter, who was deeply focused on the screen, shooting more accurately at the enemies almost flawlessly. The plastic gun simulated heavy vibrations on each shot, and it vigorously coursed through his strained, muscled arms, rippling and flexing all the way to his chest and shoulders. The game's experience was very hardcore. Hunter definitely looked the part of a wild veteran soldier shooting with a machine gun as he sharply frowned and narrowed his green eyes, ears flattened, and clenched his sharp teeth intensely against the enemies.

“Watch out!" shouted River as he swung his gun at the incoming cannonball. All three remaining players gathered their aims together and shot back against the fiery ball. It blew up before it hit them and automatically marched on to the next obstacle.

“Here comes the Kraken," warned Rylan as he reloaded the gun.

Keanu watched the screen as the next scene showed a beautiful cascade deep in the jungle until giant tentacles emerged ominously from the surface and more zombie pirates appeared from the cascade.

“Hunter, take care of the zombies while we deal with the tentacles," shouted River.

“Got it!" Hunter obeyed and fought against the undead pirates. The Kraken's tentacles were mercilessly swatting at the players, but they could stop it by shooting them before it struck them.

Hunter broke some beads of sweat on his forehead as he ceaselessly shot around against the pirates. But he felt outnumbered as he received a lot of blows and he was losing his life bar. Rylan tried to compensate for some backup as River focused on the Kraken but could not handle two at the same time, and Keanu no longer was playing so they were compromised and were stuck doing almost two things at a time in the rampage.

Hunter missed a pirate; it swung the cursed sword and took the last of his health bar. “FUCK!" The wolf slumped against the seat, letting go of the gun as his arms throbbed exhaustively. “Phew…"

Rylan cursed and struggled, doing what Hunter did and River took care of the Kraken, but it was a losing battle. More zombie pirates ambushed the two players and resorted to using their powerups to repel the enemies for a short while so they could take down the Kraken's tentacles. The 3D monster unleashed a random surprise attack and swatted both players with one tentacle. Rylan was gone and River was alone. The young wolf cursed and threw all his will to fight to the very end and cried out loud at the screen.

The Kraken caught the last player with one tentacle and ate them. “GAME OVER." The in-game's deep voice laughed, then asked to try again for another round.

All four wolves were drained as they exited the booth and not too long another group of four took over for another round.

“Damn it! I almost had it!" cried River, throwing his arms in the air as they walked through the rows of arcade games.

Rylan patted him on the shoulder. “Until next time."

Keanu and Hunter walked behind them, holding hands carefreely without worries. The wolves might have taken advantage of his weekend as their unofficial date on River's birthday. Both of them were happy and satisfied after a long week of exams this November and a hangout weekend like this was deserving.

Keanu looked around the games and spotted a claw machine that scored points for prize purchases. “Look, there it is."

The arctic wolf in a purple and cyan hoodie stopped by in front of the machine and swiped his card in the scanner. Hunter followed and kept a fair distance for his boyfriend to concentrate. The goal was to collect as many ticket rolls as possible that contained ticket points in one go. Keanu held the joystick to move the claw over the piles of colorful ticket rolls and pressed the button. The claw descended with its prongs wide opened to grab anything beneath it and landed…

Hunter commented, “That's a good one." Both wolves held their breaths and watched the claw ascending and gripping at least five handfuls of rolls and one of them was really thick. “Did you just get a 500 roll?" Hunter cried. Upon closer look among the rolls, besides the 500, there were 50 tickets, 75 tickets, another 50, and 20.

“Really? Oh, wow!" Keanu said. “So that means?" The claw retreated to the center where it would scan the grabbed rolls of tickets and count them in total. “Oh, sweet! 695 ticket points!"

“Let me try, babe…" Hunter stepped in as he took a good lungful of breath. He swiped his card into the scanner and the next game began. Hunter held the joystick and moved the claw to find a good spot to pick a good number of rolls beneath. Once he was sure, he pressed the button and watched the claw opening up for a good grab. The prongs slid through the hops satisfyingly and started to ascend. Both Keanu and Hunter watched in anticipation, the claw held on four rolls but… one that had about 100 tickets fell… and then a 75…

“Oh, damn it!" Hunter growled as he saw the claw reaching the center to scan the last two rolls. One for ten tickets and another for twenty… “Urgh, only 30 tickets. That's it! I'm done with claws games!"

Keanu laughed, knowing he sometimes did not have the best of luck. He tried to cheer him up. “Don't worry, Hunter, one time I almost won 1,000 tickets. It fell at the last second before it could be scanned."

Hunter could not help but feel a little envious that Keanu got lucky tonight. He gathered more tickets than the last time they visited the place. Keanu continued, “I'm sure there are other games you're very good at and win big."

That calmed him down, he could not help but be competitive when it comes to games and winning prizes… or was he really trying to impress Keanu subconsciously as he did at the amusement park? He really needed to grow out of it, sometimes it could hurt his pride.

“Come on, guys," Rylan calmly said, “the food is served." Keanu and Hunter followed River and Rylan to their dining table. Soon it would be time to blow out the candles.

The family table was full, which consisted of the Montana family, Keanu, and Sally's boyfriend Richard. A few of River's high school friends also gathered around to celebrate his sixteenth birthday. The food was served, a large sportsman pizza with cheese and pepperoni.

After the delicious feast, then came the birthday cake as a group of waiters gathered around to sing Happy Birthday and clapped with their hands loudly. Mary Montana recorded the moment as her youngest child had become a man. The cake was delicious, and every guest had a slice of cake with some ice cream in the mix. Then Dylan Montana brought gifts for his son. The young wolf could not stop wagging his tail happily.

River said, “I was expecting a few presents but… okay!" he shrugged off and grabbed the first present, unwrapping it eagerly.

Hunter sat comfortably on the seat, relaxed, and watched the moment of happiness. As River opened his presents, he leaned to Keanu next to him and said, “Thank you, love."

Keanu smiled as he held his hand lovingly. “No need to thank me, Hunt."

River opened the first gift; it was a T-shirt from his favorite rock band. “Awesome! Thanks, Marcus!"

The young fox smiled, “Glad that you like it. I'm surprised you still like The Werewolves."

“Of course I do!" River said as he checked out the black T-shirt, it was just his size but slightly baggy. The shirt had five faces of every wolf member printed on the front and the name of the band.

The next present was Filmore's, River picked it up as the teenaged bluejay quietly gulped. The box was a shoebox wrapped up nicely and River simply pulled the ribbons out and lifted the lid off to see what was inside…

“A car model kit of…" River looked closely and read the box's label. “A Mustang?"

“Y-yeah," he nervously said, “I remembered you talking about it and dreaming of having a sports car and thought of giving you a model kit."

Marcus leaned on River and whispered, “He got it at the last minute."

“Marcus, please." Filmore blushed in embarrassment.

“It's alright, Filmore, I like it." River quickly gave him a hug for the trouble.

Keanu smiled at Hunter, “Guess we're not the only ones."

Hunter could not help but chuckle and rubbed the back of his head fur. He was glad they got a present for River just in time before the deadline.

The next was from Rylan. River ripped the wrapping to see his next gift. “Sweet! A Mini Pintendo 64!"

“One hundred classic games in it," added Rylan.

River put away Rylan's present and picked Sally's present, unwrapping it mercilessly and eagerly. “What's this? An entire… DVD set?"

Pacificus: The Lost Empire! We know you love the series, so why not?" Sally said.

“Sweet! I'm gonna binge-watch all the commentaries and behind-the-scenes." River put the present aside and finally paid attention to Hunter's and Keanu's wrapped present. “This is from you both?"

Keanu and Hunter nodded. The former smiley said, “We have one heck of a story to tell on how we got it."

“Well, you had been acting weird all week, so I guess it was all worth it then…" River focused on the present and unwrapped it swiftly. He gasped dramatically. “Are y'all serious!? A Nebula Tab Ten!?" He showed everyone on the table the box. “How'd you know I wanted one?"

Hunter smiled. “Oof, It's a long story, River." He shifted a little uncomfortable on the chair and brought his long tail over his lap for comfort.

“Oh! I gotta hear about it!" River cried and insisted they tell.

Keanu was more than happy to explain. He smiled with a hint of embarrassment as everyone gathered their ears to listen. “Well, it all started about a week ago…"

--One week earlier--

In a quiet Rexville City Saturday morning, the university students were not taking their time to relax as they faced third-terms exams ahead of them and not one day was spared for them to relax and take a breather. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday were occupied to the brim with busy exams, and not one but a handful of students on Rexville University's campus were deserted. It was just how demanding and strict were their professors. This was one of the perks of college life after all.

Keanu Winters lived a couple of blocks away from the campus and studied in the comfort of his home apartment building. His room was a bit of a mess with textbooks and notebooks on anything but the floor. His computer desk table was littered with papers and notes, and even the bed was holding his empty backpack and books. The young arctic wolf had no time for breaks until he called it a day. He had an essay to deliver on Monday for Professor Duval in English Conversational. If he finished this he could take a break for a while before resuming studying and rehearsing his upcoming busy exams.

Keanu typed away on his keyboard, drinking a glass of water, and re-read for any misspellings and grammar errors. It wasn't much but was glad he was finishing this so soon than he had anticipated. Now that he exceeded more than one thousand words, and font in Times New Roman and size twelve as instructed, Keanu finished his essay homework.

He saved his homework and took a relieved breath. He slumped his back against his desk chair with arms dangling feebly limp. “And done…" he sighed softly. Now that out of the way, he could focus on rehearsing what he had gathered in the last two weeks of lectures.

He looked at the time on his phone, it was lunchtime, and it was a nice time to make a sandwich.

Keanu heard the doorbell ringing; he knew it wasn't his father but coming from the speaker when a guest was coming from the doorman in the reception area. There was only someone he knew who was coming in.

The young wolf came to the speaker near the main door and pressed the button. “Hello, Winters' residence."

The doorman on the phone spoke, “Good day, Mr. Winters, I have Hunter Montana in the reception coming for a visit today."

“Yeah, let him come in." Keanu smiled as his white fluffy tail wagged excitedly.

As Keanu waited for Hunter for a moment at the dining table, he sometimes thought about what brought him today. He knew they would usually or occasionally hang out in his place for a while before Hunter went back to his house. This was by far they could see each other this semester as their schedules clashed heavily in seeing each other. Now that this week was going to be super busy, this could be their only time to hang out a bit before Hunter goes back to study for his exams. They were not strangers about it, they recalled not seeing each other for almost three weeks straight one time alone. When they got to see each other on the campus, he greeted and kissed him and carried on to their next class.

Keanu and Hunter had their circles of friends to hang out with, who were more aligned with their schedules, so nothing felt amiss and lonesome during their days in university.

Of course, this was Keanu's third year and Hunter's final year in university. Solomon Stone, Broderick Wood, and Xerxes Windsor had all graduated and were no longer around on campus as Keanu fondly remembered. But there was Xavier Islas, Sergio and Milagros Primeras. And he also made new friends in the past few years so far and he was having a great time expanding his social circle around campus, and the same went for Hunter to keep their minds distracted from missing hanging out with their significant other during their busy days. In the end, they would see each other and have a nice chat and catch-up which had become a tradition for both of them to whatever what was happening in university when they weren't around. It was fun.

The doorbell rang, and Keanu briskly walked to the main door apartment. He unlocked it and met his tall boyfriend on the threshold. Hunter Montana stood there in the flesh with a proud smile after jogging around almost the whole morning with his brother and father in the park.

The brown and white wolf-man was taller than Keanu, measuring six feet while the arctic wolf was only five-six and slightly growing. He was athletically muscular, and the compressed green-and-white shirt showed it. Keanu caught a whiff of his smelly musk before harshly blowing it away from his wrinkling nose.

Despite that, Keanu smiled. “Hi, Hunter. How's it going?"

“Just great, Keanu, got back from jogging at the park." Hunter stepped forward into the apartment and kissed Keanu.

Keanu stood back a little for a bit of space and observed Hunter holding a small duffle bag. “I see you brought spare clothes."

“Yeah, sometimes, Rylan and Dad would take too long to wash off."

“Alright, you can use the bathroom again. Just don't make a mess like last time."

“I won't. I promise."

“Heh, you better." Keanu teased as he closed the door.

In the living room, Hunter despite jogging all morning, still had a bit of energy left and calmly took sweet breaths from his nose. “So, what have you been up to?"

“Me? I'll soon start studying for my exams this week. You too, right?"

“Oof, I have. After this, I'm going to spend the whole weekend studying."

“No plans this weekend?"

“Sorry, buddy, I neglected too much. I need to catch up." Keanu nodded understandingly. “And then tomorrow morning we have… uh, I don't know what my parents are planning this Sunday, but I'm certain I'm gonna be busy."

Normally it would be convenient to study together and hang out, but Hunter already finished those classes that Keanu was currently taking, and knowing the young wolf, he was doing fine, and little was needed to help him study. Hunter honestly would study with his classmates with the same subjects rather than tutoring someone with previous subjects he had taken. It almost gave him a bit of silly trauma of reliving a hard subject.

Unfortunately, Keanu could not help Hunter with his year-above subjects he would soon study in the future as he could not mix different subjects clashing with his current lectures at the same time, and it was not worth it, they were by themselves but with their respective classmates.

“Phew, I'm all stinky," Hunter said as he beelined to the bathroom.

Keanu returned to his room and lounged on the desk chair with his new tablet device, a Nebula Tab 10plus. It made things a little easier and more useful during his lectures and was glad he found flexibility during the semester. Now he was playing a game where he ran a luxury hotel resort, and soon he would open his next new resort in Australia.

Hunter took his time showering; he brought his own body gel soap and shampoo with him without borrowing Keanu's personal products as recalled they were a little expensive as the young wolf needed extra care for his sensitive fur. That softness did not come out cheap.

Keanu calmly waited and noticed Hunter left the duffle bag on the bed and only took the essentials, towel, body gel, and shampoo, leaving his spare clothes in there… so, that meant he would see Hunter nearly naked as he put on his clothes. Keanu chuckled and smiled giddily.

All accomplished, Hunter came out of the bathroom with a towel on his waist, then he realized he left his cleaned clothes in Keanu's room, so he had no choice but to show off a little. Good thing his father was not in the house today. He was always at work, especially on the weekends sometimes.

Hunter entered Keanu's room where the young wolf was busy tapping and swiping on his tablet on the chair. He glanced up at him with a fanboying smile. “How was the shower?"

“Heh, just refreshing, uh, I forgot to take my clothes with me." Hunter walked to the duffle bag with a sheepish chuckle.

“Dad's not here, so it's okay." He assured as his tail wagged.

Keanu watched shamelessly; Hunter did not mind as he picked his underwear first. Hunter cleverly used his tail to cover his butt as he dropped his towel on his feet and turned around his back on Keanu. The natural light from the window gave him a nice compliment on his clean and lustrous fur. Not a single droplet on his fur was sparkling visible. He hair-dried his fur on every nook and cranny. The view was still worth it, his muscular brown-furred back moved and flexed as Hunter put on his boxers. It snuggled neatly his buttocks and thick thighs as his tail sprang freely through the tail-hole like a blooming fluffy flower.

The rest was almost mundane, Hunter still facing away from Keanu out of modesty, and put on his black cargo shorts and his favorite green button shirt that somewhat hid his true body frame. In the end, it was satisfying for Keanu to see his neatly cleaned wolf putting on fresh clothes.

Keanu's nose twitched as he caught a whiff of Hunter's scent. “Hmm, sandalwood?"

“Huh, you noticed." Hunter sat on the edge of the bed in confidence. “I just tried a different scent than pinewood. Still love it, though, just trying something new, you know?"

“Yeah, I tried lavender before, but ever since that Adastra movie came out, people began to buy lavender-scented products. I felt it was too overrated, so I went out to the store and bought juniper soap instead."

“What's juniper?"

“It's a berry from a tree, Hunter, you can smell it from just looking at it and it's similar to lavender. And I like its soothing scent."

“Do you have it on you?"

Keanu sniffed his forearm, there was a fading scent of it as he had not taken a shower yet. “A little… I haven't taken a shower yet."

Hunter sniffed from afar and picked a small aromatic hint of smell he assumed was juniper beneath Keanu's natural scent. “Hmm, interesting. But you still use 'arctic breeze?'"

“That's just deodorant, I still use it, and keeps my fur cool during the day." Then Keanu sat up from his desk chair and continued, “I'm gonna make a sandwich, do you want one?"

Hunter shrugged and smiled. “Sure, add some mustard to mine."

“Okay, roger that." Keanu walked out of his room to the kitchen, his tail was happily swaying as he left. Happy to be a good host and boyfriend.

Hunter leaned back on Keanu's bed with arms behind his head. His tail wagged up and down between his legs and smiled goofily at the ceiling. This was the happiest he had ever been since he began dating Keanu and loved it every moment. Keanu was the same as he made their sandwiches in the kitchen, trying to be a good caring boyfriend.

Keanu didn't take long and brought a tray with two freshly made sandwiches and two glasses of lemonade. “Here, Hunter. Enjoy~." He placed it on the bed next to Hunter and picked up his sandwich and drink.

Hunter sat up on the bed and picked one. It was tasty as usual. “Mm, not bad." He swallowed. “You said your father makes some good sandwiches?"

“Yeah, he does, he would buy French bread from the bakery shop and throw in almost every variety of condiments. Despite following his moves, I still cannot replicate the amounts he does…" he put a finger under his chin. “Just how he does it…? Less cheese? Less mayo? Or…"

“Less mustard?" Hunter added. “Not everyone likes mustard."

“He adds lots of types of hams, plenty of lettuce, and well slices of tomatoes… a little of relish, and Swiss cheeses… hah, I don't know, I must ask him, or I'll never make my own sandwiches."

“Aw, cheer up, yours are still good." Hunter smiled as he took a bite of his sandwich.

“Yeah, that's sandwich 101. Everyone can make a simple sandwich."

“Hey, I'm just trying to cheer you up."

“I know, Hunter, but it's my goal to achieve Dad's skills of sandwich making. I think he has a secret ingredient he is not telling me."

“Heh, maybe the secret ingredient is love~." Hunter jumped his white eyebrows.

“How cheesy." Keanu cringed.

“But it's a good cheese~." Hunter grinned jokingly.

Keanu ate the last bit of his sandwich, munching and swallowing. “One day, I get the real recipe."

Hunter finished his sandwich and took a sip of his lemonade. “I'll admit, I had some of your dad's sandwich and I loved it, would be a shame if he didn't share it with us."

“Only Grandpa and Grandma, Dad, and my uncles know how to make it, and soon I'll get my hands on it." Keanu grabbed his glass of lemonade and sipped through the straw. “They just cannot keep me from knowing it, I won't tell. Isn't this an old family recipe that is traditionally passed on to the next offspring?"

Hunter laughed and sipped his drink. “I agree, they should. Or it'll be lost forever."

“Ugh, don't say that! I don't like how that would end." Keanu sighed and finished his drink. He looked a little fumed but calmed down quickly. He looked away at nowhere for a moment, then turned back to Hunter, eyeing him up and down, and said, “So, how's your workout progress?"

“Just great, did some jogging today with Rylan and Dad. I also tried those outdoor workout equipment in Mariposa Park. They're pretty decent."

“I should try those things sometimes."

“Yeah, we could do that next weekend. I also had no choice but to use them, because the gym in my home apartment is out of service. The machines were worn out and dilapidated. I heard they were going to replace them, but I don't know when."

“Well, there's the park, but don't you have your own workout set?"

“Yes, but just dumbbells, the pull-up, and the chin-up bar. Technically, I can work out full body in my own home, but I prefer to use proper equipment to keep up better."

“Ah, I see," Keanu sat calmly on his desk chair. “Can I see?"

That jumped Hunter's pointy ears and raised an eyebrow with a curious look. It looked like Keanu was acting curious to insinuate the obvious, but Hunter played along. “Huh?"

“You know…" he shrugged, “let's see those results you have been working on."

“Heh, you want to see, huh?" Hunter said slowly, understanding what Keanu meant.

The arctic wolf smiled a little boldly and curiously. He nodded wordlessly.

Hunter lingered for a moment in trying to comprehend what Keanu inquired curiously but knowing him so far in their time of their relationship, Keanu had grown a little more daring in the past few years, probably from the influences of not just only Hunter but his friends as well. Social interactions could shape a person to overcome their shyness to be more open and outgoing.

Hunter smirked and sat up from the bed and began to unbutton his green shirt with a wink. Keanu mildly smiled as he watched the teasing session. He already had seen him shirtless so many times and it never got old when Hunter took off his shirt in so many convenient times.

Hunter was unbuttoning slowly on purpose, never dropping that teasing smile and gaze at Keanu. He knew where the buttons were without looking, and one by one, Hunter felt a light breeze kissing his open chest. Keanu could make up Hunter's white-furred cleavage on his chest after four buttons were removed. Hunter still kept his gaze on Keanu, showing his dominant side as Keanu submissively sat there, staying still, and only looking at him a couple of eye-contact glances. Keanu was flushing red, realizing what he had done but satisfied in accomplishing his little daring moves. Sometimes, he could not wait for Hunter to make a move on him all the time, so why not ask him for some intimate fun?

Hunter reached the last of his buttons, separating the fabric of his garment to reveal his rippling six-pack abdominals and his thick muscular pectorals.

“I don't know if you noticed but I have grown a bit in a few years since we dated," Hunter said as he pulled off the shirt behind him and slipped off from his shoulders to unveil his strong, muscular arms. “I think my progress has shown some good results." The shirt fell behind him to the floor. He put his hands on his hips and said, “So, what do you think?"

Keanu's smile broke into a sheepish. “Y-you look great. I… it's hard to notice really, you still look like when I first met you."

Hunter shrugged, understating Keanu's perspective. “Well, like I said, I've grown a little, but…" he flexed one arm. “I think my muscles say otherwise."

Keanu stared quietly in awe at the simple gesture. This was his chance. “Can I check you out?"

“Heh, why not?"

Keanu sat up from his chair and stood in front of his shirtless boyfriend up close. He looked even bigger as he remembered when he approached. His body was a temple and needed some tender loving care by his hands to show value and adoration. Hunter stood there and patiently waited to let him take his time to settle.

Up closer, Keanu caught the fresh scent of Hunter's sandalwood body gel, but manlier. The young wolf scanned the taller wolf from face, chest, to abs, maybe he had indeed grown a little more from his workouts. He looked up for a moment where he glanced at his boyfriend's imposing, green eyes before initiating his physical desires.

He started with one hand reaching for his left bicep. His fingers touched gently and traced admirably through the long vein traversing the whole length of the muscle. Hunter softly chuckled at the tingly feeling and let Keanu quietly continue. He palmed the whole muscle and gently gripped the unflexed upper arm which felt impressively strong without giving any little effort.

“Could you flex?" Keanu asked.

Hunter obeyed and curled his left arm to showcase its full capacity. The bicep and triceps pumped as Hunter flexed with a smirk. Keanu caught another fresh whiff of Hunter's deodorant spray from his armpit but focused on his arm. He reached back with one hand gripped on it, nothing but hard stone and an arm so stiff it would not budge if Keanu dared to cling to it with his whole weight. With one hand alone did not cover the big mound, so he used his other hand to cover it whole. Keanu chuckled as he enjoyed feeling and checking every corner of Hunter's muscular arm.

“Wow…" he said with sheepish smile.

“Impressed?" Hunter smirked smugly.

“Very…" Keanu let go of his arm and turned to the other. “How's this one?"

Hunter raised his right arm and pumped its muscles. Keanu's tail wagged in excitement as he checked on his strength. There were no differences, Hunter treated both arms equally that it was impossible to tell despite Hunter being right-handed. Maybe slightly stronger but with his hands alone was not the best way to tell. But in the end, his bicep and triceps were very awesome to feel. Keanu brought his other hand to join in and tried to squeeze the upper arm, but it was impossible as no matter his efforts the arm remained in place and unbothered while Hunter was cockily smiling.

“No longer thinking they're filled with silicon, like you said?" Hunter teased.

“Yeah, you're right…" Keanu kissed his arm on the bicep.

“Hehe, and the other?" Hunter gestured with his other arm, pumping the bicep as if pleading for a kiss, too.

“Sure thing." Keanu blushed and leaned for a kiss on the other bicep.

With that accomplished, Keanu focused on his boyfriend's great white chest. The muscles were well defined in every angle to ogle for and calmly breathed steadily healthy.

He laid one palm on his left chest and squeezed gently, fingers digging into the short fur and feeling the supple mass of the unflexed muscle, but still felt firm. The other hand joined up and synchronized the groping massage together to feel both pectorals equally. Hunter's chest heaved gently and allowed his curious lover to explore his build. It felt nice being noticed and complimented about his work and sharing it with someone else. Keanu's hands felt warm on his chest, rubbing and kneading them felt relaxing after doing pushups in the park.

Keanu's soft voice said, “Could you flex them?"

Hunter nodded and smiled. He moved and flexed with his arms to assist his pectorals to come alive. It rippled, strained, and puffed up, looking bigger than it looked. Keanu's hands could not find a soft part under all that mass and it proved Hunter's point about his statement. He had grown stronger than before.

“You're right, you have gotten stronger." Keanu was impressed as he felt them both.

Satisfied with his praise, Hunter chuckled and decided to give him a show. He bounced his pecs, dancing at random rhythms beneath Keanu's hands. Keanu laughed as he enjoyed the funny feeling and exchanged it slapping his chest like bongos. The meaty thumping filled the room as the wolves enjoyed playing with each other.

Keanu kept on, rubbing his chest up and down until he was satisfied with every corner being treated with care. He did not forget the nipples. They were in their natural warm state, not shrunk, but the nubs were a bit perked up. Keanu chuckled devilishly and gently pinched them with his thumb and index fingers.

But he pinched them a little too hard, Hunter gasped and his whole body stiffened. “Ah! Easy." Hunter almost held his lover's shoulders to stop him just in case. He did not mind the teasing, though.

“Sorry, got carried away. I didn't mean to pinch them hard. A little more gentler," Keanu said and tried again more gently.

Hunter blushed and chuckled. Keanu carefully rubbed the nubs gently and heard Hunter resisting a moan and grunt. At this point, they knew where this was going, and Keanu hoped they could go a step further. He could use a little time off after working hard on his studies.

Keanu was done, and in return, he kissed both of Hunter's nipples as an apology. Hunter flinched a little at the sensible gestures but enjoyed it, nonetheless. Keanu's hands moved down to Hunter's abdominals. All six-packs displayed strongly visible to the naked eye and no bit of light was needed to see it just right, they were great and perfect for cheese grating.

Just the fingertips poked at the bumps which tickled Hunter a little and flexed them in return. Hunter's tail wagged subconsciously, happy to have a nice close encounter with his loving Keanu.

“Could you turn around to see your back?"

“Huh? Oh, sure…" Hunter obeyed as he turned around to introduce his back muscles. Nothing but brown fur but there was a lot to see. Hunter flexed in a standard pose and widened his back which made him look a bit bigger.

Keanu massaged him with his hands and felt his smooth surface of fur and tough muscles beneath from top to bottom. His back was very firm with little force to feel them that were so clearly visible and well defined. Hunter watched Keanu behind his shoulder as he explored him, it felt nice with those gentle hands treating him with care and made his tail wag faster. It brushed and interrupted Keanu's session, but he swiped it off as he focused on his back and laughed.

“I think you're excited to see me." Keanu teased as best he could.

Hunter laughed as he turned back to Keanu. “You could say that. It's been a while, you know? We haven't seen each other on campus in the last two weeks."

“Yeah, it's been tough these past weeks and now we have this week's third-term exams," Keanu said while caressing Hunter's abs. “Can't wait to dominate them all…" He stared at Hunter's belt, holding his cargo shorts together.

All of this reminded Keanu of that homemade video Hunter made a few years back and he still kept it deep in his personal files. He remembered the moment Hunter teased him by showing his goods behind his underwear but stopped right before he could expose his genitals. Now he wondered if Hunter was up for it today.

“Hey…" Hunter said. “Eyes up here, pup."

“I know…" Keanu said as he stared at Hunter's belt, one finger lingering around the buckle. “Are you really happy to see me? Because… you know…"

“Oh, Keanu. I never thought you'd ask~. But first, give me some sugar."

Keanu chuckled and leaned forward for a kiss. Hunter held his lover gently and steadily, kissing leisurely without worries. It was warmed and comforting, their tongues brushed and savored each other's breaths and their recent sandwich. They didn't care what they tasted and kept on consuming their energy embracing their soul kiss.

Both automatically separated and breathed in relief as they stared eye to eye in lust. Keanu gave him a cheeky smile before lowering down, his snout brushing through his chest and abs as his knees were planted on the floor. He promptly unbuckled the belt steadily, then unbuttoned the button, and pulled down his zipper. He saw the blue underwear. His crotch sported a healthy aroused penis underneath the fabric. Keanu licked his lips as his cheeks flushed hornily. Keanu looked up at Hunter. “You really are happy to see me~."

“Very, very much." Hunter's tail wagged.

Keanu put both hands on the waistband and pulled down both the shorts and underwear simultaneously. He embraced the moment as that video he saw, watching unveiling his white pubes coming out of his underwear and finally seeing his—

Both the wolves' ears heard the sound of an unlocking door…

In a short beat, Keanu stood there almost doing absolutely nothing while Hunter jumped away from Keanu, picking up and putting on his clothes immediately. Good thing they did not go too far and only Hunter hastily pulled his shorts up and swiftly buttoned up his shirt with trembling hands.

Keanu quickly broke his stupor and made for the kitchen for a glass of water as he heard the door opening to meet up with his father there. Hunter was left alone in his room to gather in his panicky thoughts of being almost caught.

“Keanu, I'm home!" said Officer Kendall Winters. The older police wolf man arrived at his home carrying some bags from the convenience store.

“Welcome home, Dad." Keanu greeted as he stepped in front of the door with a glass of water, albeit with a shaken hand.

“Is Hunter here today?" He said it naturally, expecting Hunter to come over sometimes on the weekends.

“Yeah, he's here, we just had lunch together."

Hunter came out of his room after composing himself. He hastily buttoned his shirt, only three buttons out of seven managed to hold the shirt together without looking suspicious.

Despite his shaken state, he kept his spirits up. “H-hello, Kendall, how was your shift?"

“Pretty good." Kendall smiled. “How's college going?" He dropped the paper bag on the table and Keanu promptly looked and scrutinized his purchases.

“Just the usual, you know," Hunter sheepishly said as he rubbed the back of his head, trying to act naturally but his blushing did not go away from his cheeks. “We have heavy exams this week, we're just catching up. We haven't seen each other for a while, you know?"

“I see," Kendall turned at Keanu who was pulling out the groceries, “did you finish your essay, Keanu?"

“Yes, Dad, now I can focus on rehearsing and studying for the third-terms."

“Wouldn't it be convenient for both of you to study together?"

“Dad, we've discussed this, Hunter is in the fourth year and he's too busy to help me study. I have classmates for that, and tomorrow, I'm going back to campus to join up with them."

“Ah, right, I forgot, it just sounds convenient to help out each other if you both want to spend time together."

“I would love that, Kendall, but you know how it is," Hunter said. “All I can do is give Keanu some old notes from my previous classes."

“And what about that one time when you both did study together?"

“That was in History of California class," Keanu explained, “that was just a fluke back then. Multiple students of different grades were mixed then. But now, we have different classes of different levels, we cannot just mix and eat more than we can chew."

“Alright, I get it," Kendall spotted Keanu picking out a sealed pack of chicken breasts. “Ah, son, leave the chicken breasts out, we're making them grilled tonight."

“Yummy~." Keanu smiled and licked his lips.

“So, you boys didn't fool around when I was gone?"

Hunter's ears jumped, hoping he was joking but he was just digging too close. “N-no, sir. We… we're just about to play some video games for a short break."

“Oh, Dad, stop it." Keanu rolled his eyes. “You already gave me 'The Talk,' isn't that enough?" He put the new liter of milk in the fridge.

“Oh, boy, not 'The Talk,' my dad gave me one after my brother Rylan put a condom on the nightstand. My mom found it there when she was passing the vacuum."

Kendall laughed. “Guess your brother wanted to avoid the talk."

“To this day, I still don't know where he got that condom, that was when I was fifteen in high school."

Keanu guessed, “I assumed it was one of his friends who gave it to him and maybe didn't know what to do with it back then?"

“Eh, maybe." Hunter shrugged.

Kendall continued. “Well, it's nice you boys get to have some time by yourselves to make up for it on the weekends. Must be very tough to keep up a relationship while working on your studies."

“Hah…" Keanu sighed. “You have no idea, we haven't seen each other for almost two weeks, but I'm glad to have some friends when Hunter isn't around. They keep me busy from being dependent on one person during the week. I don't feel so alone in college."

“That's nice to hear." He turned to Hunter. “You too, Hunter?"

“Oh, yes," at this point Hunter had calmed down and the subject of being suspicious was gone. “I have friends if Keanu is not around, but some have graduated and now I'm trying to make up for it by meeting new people."

Hunter's phone rang in his pocket. “Ugh, excuse me." He answered. “Hello, Dad."

Are you in Keanu's place?" said Dylan Montana, almost a little annoyed.

“Yeah, Dad, I'm—"

Don't waste your time staying there, you have serious exams coming up. I hope you had a good break and meeting with Keanu, but you have a tight agenda. Please come back home."

“Okay, Dad, take it easy. I'm coming back right away."

You better." He hung up almost bitterly. His father could be easy-going when times were calmer, but with turbulent times ahead this week were the times when his father would be stricter if the firstborn did not stay on the right track. Especially when it came to exams.

Hunter put his phone in his pocket. “Hey, guys, I must go back now. I have all weekend to catch up with exams." Hunter smiled at his boyfriend. “See you, Keanu, I'll see you next weekend."

“See you next week," Keanu said as Hunter approached him for a kiss before leaving the apartment.

“See you again, Hunter." Kendall waived. “Take care."

After the door closed, Kendall turned to his son. “Did you both fool around when I was gone?"

Keanu sighed in defeat and blushed. “K-kind of, we didn't do much anything but hang out."

“Okay, no pressure, but take care of yourselves and use protection."

“Yes, Dad, I know, and stop treating me like a child."

“I know, I know, but you're still under my roof," Kendall remarked.

“Ugh, touché." He crossed his arms annoyingly.

Hunter came back home with a wagging tail despite his father's commanding orders. The walk did not take long as he only left the Starlight building, passed through the pedestrian bridge and tram station, and entered the Emerald Tower across. He rode one trip on the elevator to the niner floor and unlocked the door of his home.

“I'm home."

There was only one wolf-man sitting lazily on the living room couch. A paled-palette version of Hunter but younger, Rylan Montana. He had not started college yet after graduation from high school, so he started working at the movie theater in Rexville Mall. He should be in his second year if he started after high school. He did this so his parents would not be spending more on their children's education, so why not start a job first that accepted a high school diploma? Also, he preferred if his younger siblings, Sally and River, would attend university first before he would.

“Welcome back," Rylan said stoically as he watched TV.

“Where's Dad?"

“Upstairs working. I'm the one who told him you should be here to study for your exams. I heard you're struggling."

“Yeah, kinda, but these exams are a piece of cake."

“Are you sure about that? How do you do it?"

“I have notes and other of my classmates' notes. Look, I'll take my time to study, I don't need to be told. You know how degrading and unmotivating is when you're being told to do this and that."

“Like doing the dishes before Mom told me to and lose motivation in an instant?" He snapped his fingers.

Hunter laughed. “Yeah, like that." He walked to the kitchen fridge for a glass of water. His mouth was a bit dried after his handsy session with Keanu.

“Hunter, are you home?" His mother's voice echoed in the living room as he walked in a little hastily.

The female wolf was in her everyday clothes at home, a shirt and leggings for maximum comfort. She still had the headcount mentality to check on the four children she gave birth to, and Hunter was almost the first to count as he was often present and close, but nowadays it wasn't the same anymore, and found herself counting Rylan and River first before Sally despite being the third-born.

“Yes, Mom, I'm here." Hunter sipped his drink.

“Good," she stopped by in the kitchen to her son, “I just want to remind you about your dentist appointment for tomorrow morning at nine."

“That was it? I knew there was something I was forgetting. You told me before, right?"

“No… not really. I think it was something else in your mind."

“Honestly, I think I'm forgetting something, and I thought I had something serious to do tomorrow. Is there something else?"

It was Rylan who reminded him, speaking out loud from the living room couch. “You're planning to buy a birthday present for River."

Hunter's jaw dropped, and ears perked up in a panic. He checked the calendar of November on the fridge. “Oh shit! His birthday is next weekend!"

This wasn't just a birthday; it was River's 16th birthday. He knew he must give something special to his little brother as he was becoming a man.

Hunter gulped nervously. He had one week to get him something from his heart. “So… what did you buy, Rylan?"

“Ah… I bought a Pintendo 64 Mini. It has 100 classic games on it and got it at a pretty good deal discount. River will love it."

“What about Sally?"

“She bought a full DVD series of his favorite animated show, Pacificus: Lost Empire."

“Oh man, I need to step up or…"

“Don't worry, Hunter," said his mother, “you'll soon find the perfect gift for River."

“Oh, I will, if only that were easy if it weren't for the upcoming exams."

“I'm sure you'll find available time to do it. Maybe in the evening after class?"

“I'll figure it out, Mom. I'll get him a present."

“Make sure is in your budget. I'm not planning to lend you some money… unless you found the right gift of course, and maybe a little of cash wouldn't hurt. But still, you'll find it, Hunter."

“That's… pretty assuring, Mom." Hunter partially doubted her statement. He knew he could not buy something too expensive and only affordable. So, looking at Sally's and Rylan's presents, he assumed to be bought at a discount and cheap, so that was a good example of their spending. Buy smartly, as said Mary Montana.

This was going to be a unique week.
