Akira woke up, he slowly opened his eyes and looked around.

He was lying on a bed with a white blanket.

'Must be part of the medical field," thought Akira.

In the room there were no windows, no great lighting and no decoration, only one door was there.

He was about to get up, he felt a sharp pain on his right hand.

'Oh,' he thought, looking in pain at his hand, this was freshly bandaged.

He jumped out of bed and pushed against the door.

"How does this crap open, I have to go to Shane," he cried, and knocked on the door, but no one opened it.

He looked around and looked for a panel or a lever to open the door.

Finally, he noticed a small panel to the left of the door.

'Maybe I can hack it, I just need the tools from my belt,' he thought, reaching for his belt.

"What the?" He said.

"Where's my belt? And my armor is gone? Give it to me immediately!" he screamed.

With his left hand he tried to operate the panel somehow.

Akira shook and pulled with all his strength on it until he finally made it.

'What the fuck is that? I can't open the door. That's Lupain technology.'

He could hear steps that sounded very dull at first, but seemed to get louder and louder.

Akira pressed the panel halfway to the original position and jumped back onto the bed.

Someone knocked on the door. "Akira are you awake? Can I come in," a voice asked.

"Yes," Akira said after a while.

The door opened slowly and Kayla's father came through.

"I see you're awake."

"Where's Shane? Where are my things?"

"Akira I come to get you, the supreme council will decide your fate."

"How is Shane? Where is he?" Asked Akira.

"He's fine, I can take you to him, but then you have to go to the supreme council," said Kayla's father.

"Agreed."

"Here put these handcuffs on."

"Why?"

"You are, after all, a prisoner and are classified as very dangerous."

"Classified as dangerous?"

Kayla's father looked at the control panel: "Apparently with reason."

Akira smiled embarrassed and held out his hands to the front.

Kayla's father put him in handcuffs, then both ran out the door.

They walked past two heavily armed Lupains who guarded the door.

As Akira looked at one of these two, he could see the fear in his eyes.

'I've never seen this armor before,' he thought.

"Do you understand now why you need handcuffs?"

"Yes, I see, you think I am very dangerous."

"Yes, but we won't continue on our own."

The two guards started to follow them.

"What's your name?"

"Unlike my son, I have given me no human name, I tried to find a human pronunciation, which has a similar meaning."

"What's your name now?"

"Just call me Blaidd."

"Okay Blaidd, where remained my stuff, where's my belt?"

"Your belt?" asked Blaidd.

"Yes, I remembered something. In the belt is a USB stick that could help me in the process."

"I'm sorry, these things will have been taken to the supreme Council."

"Why?"

"You will be thoroughly investigated."

They walked on through the medical field until Blaidd stopped.

"Behind this door is your friend, he is still very weak. For three days he is already there."

"Three days?"

"Yes, now go to him. I can't promise how long it will be until I have to pick you up."

"Thank you, can you remove these handcuffs?"

"Yes, but you have to put them on later," he said, and removed the handcuffs, then he opened the door.

Akira went in cautiously, he looked at the bed.

Shane was laying in a large bed with white sheets, his head was bandaged at the operated site.

Akira walked slowly and smiling to the bed, as he stood in front of it, he took a chair and sat down.

He held his hand gently and asked him: "Hey Shane can you hear me?"

Shane didn't answer him, because of this Akira shook Shane gently, but Shane still didn't respond.

'At least he is alive and he is well,' thought Akira and put his head on the bed.

He took Shane's hand and placed it on his nose, he felt how Shane moved his fingers slightly.

'He dreams of something,' thought Akira and enjoyed the time with Shane.

Akira closed his eyes and fell asleep slowly.

After several hours he felt the hand moving increasingly.

He slowly opened his eyes and looked how Shane again moved his head.

Shane started to speak in his sleep, at first very softly then louder and louder.

"Aaakira.. Aakira.. Akira" he whimpered.

"Hey, hey Shane, I'm here," he said, pushing Shane's hand.

Shane opened his eyes slowly.

"Akira," Shane said, and practically jumped up.

He hugged Akira and pressed his head tightly to him.

"I've missed you so," said Shane.

"It's okay little one."

"Please don't go away."

"Shane, I have to go soon, maybe I won't come back. I don't know what ."

"No Akira, you have to disappear somehow. They may not get you."

"Shane, I have committed crimes for the humans and I will have to accept the outcomes, even if it's not fair. The people have changed us and abused us for their own purposes. I'll take the USB stick from Carol. Maybe it can help me. "

"Yes, Carol .." sighed Shane.

"Yes?"

"Do you know where she is?"

"Why?" Asked Akira.

"Please take care that she will be buried, she deserves it," Shane asked.

"You're right. Without her we all would still be trapped in the laboratory," snorted Akira.

"Do you know something about Ari? Maybe he can help you?"

"No, I have totally forgotten him. I immediately ask Blaidd."

"Who is Blaidd?" Asked Shane.

"It's Kayler's father, I know his son is quite an asshole, but he seems to be different," Akira said.

"Please don't trust him too much, Kayla lied."

"I'll give my best. Do you know where your stuff is?"

"What do you mean Akira?"

"They took my things to the Council for inspection. Yours too?"

Shane looked around desperately.

"Where are my things," whimpered Shane.

"Hey, hey Shane, calm down. They're just clothes. We will get them again."

Shane lowered his ears: "No, you don't understand, the things are from Carol, they mean a lot to me."

Akira smiled and patted Shane's head: "I find your stuff and bring it to you."

Shane hugged Akira again: "Thank you so much Akira."

Someone knocked at the door.

"Shane, I have to go now, wish me luck," Akira asked.

"Promise me that you come back Akira, even without clothes. The main thing is that you come back," Shane said, and licked repeatedly Akira's face.

"Hey Shane, you're making me all wet. It's all right, I promise you, it will be all right."

There was another knock at the door.

"Akira, we have to go now!" ordered Blaidd.

"I really have to go," Akira said and quickly disappeared through the door.

'I can't tell him the truth, I didn't even manage to say goodbye properly," thought Akira.

"I have to go again in there," Akira said, and went back.

He crawled onto the bed and grabbed Shane, hugged him, he carefully placed his chin on Shane's head and cuddled him.

Blaidd came into the room: "You seem to like your friend very much, but we have to go now. If the supreme council hates something, it's lack of punctuality."

"I see," sighed Akira.

"Can't I just come with you?" Asked Shane.

"I'm sorry Shane, but I have the order to bring Akira to the supreme council and not you. You have to wait here, I'll come by later and talk to you about the judgment," replied Blaidd.

"What about Akira?" Asked Shane.

"He will, no matter what the judgment is, once again imprisoned," Blaidd answered.

"Then I'll stay awake," Shane said.

"Do it, but we really need to go on," Akira said.

Akira stood up and hugged Shane again. When leaving he waved to Shane, until Blaidd put him the handcuffs on.

Shortly after Akira disappeared, Shane grabbed a pillow and began to cry.

'I hope it will be all right, Akira is my friend, I don't know what to do without him', thought Shane.

Shane recalled how he met Akira the first time.

How he took care of Akira and how they have trained together.

He remembered how Akira protected him before the gang and how they freed Ari, Shakiria and Kai.

Meanwhile Akira, Blaidd and the guards ran through the huge Lupain ship.

Whenever they met other Lupains, the women and children hid. Only male Lupains growled at him.

"You've made yourself a very bad reputation here, no matter how the judgment. I advise you all to live outside the ship and the residential area," said Blaidd.

"You mean with the humans?" Asked Akira.

"Yes. You have no future here anymore," Blaidd answered.

They stopped in front of a large gate.

"Behind it, the guards are not allowed to enter. Only I am," said Blaidd.

"You're coming in too?" Asked Akira.

"Yes, since you no longer understand our language, I will translate for you."

"Thanks, Blaidd."

"So you know, I have indeed pushed to help you, but this heavy burden I didn't choose. Your odds aren't very good, I didn't want to tell you before."

"I didn't want to rob you and your little friend the hope that you would be spoken free or maybe just go to jail."

"Well, actually the judgment has already fallen?" Asked Akira.
