"The details are coming to us slowly but apparently, after Thanksgiving a group known as the Neuroseekers invaded Town Hall and killed the mayor, setting up a fort and then hiding it with a perception filter, all the while the Outsiders were thrown out into the streets and on the run. They only managed to send the Neuroseekers running late yesterday as it seems, and it this is true we owe them a great deal of thanks."
