#2 of Taboo Market Industry Era

This is easily one of the darkest submissions ever I could put on the site. I have ONE story more disturbing than this one, but it would be too controversial.

NOTE: No Arcanine were harmed in this tale's making. Please adopt an Arcanine to give them a home.

Mark Krieg hurried in the lair of the TMI (otherwise called the Taboo Market Industry) as he sought its remaining members. "With those women's bodies mutilated to death, my genocide increases in death toll," he thought with the demonic tooth he hung around his neck, courtesy of Lucy Ferr, the one who got the tooth from a cursed demon skeleton. "You should take this, dear; I know it will help," she said when she broke off the tooth, then burnt the bones to ash. It was a curse at times, but "a strange good luck charm". Some say the tooth itself affected his mind and made him genocidal. Nevertheless, its curse made Mark stronger, but made him much more sadistic. "Where are you pussies," he angrily yelled as he walked down the hall from the scene of gore. With the tooth, inner bankai, as well as Blitzkrieg, death was inescapable wherever he went within TMI grounds. Suddenly, two guards blocked the entrance to the vault with various treasures. "Stop there, Krieg! Move one more step, and you're gone," one of them warned him.

Mark sighed as he aimed his sword at them. "What can you do for preventing more of my bloodshed," asked Mark. One guard attempted to shoot Mark, although his gun failed to work. "What the hell," thought the guard. Mark charged at the guards and split both of them in half with one swing. With the sliced abdomens gushing blood and various organs as the two guards' corpses plummeted to the ground, Mark saw what he left at the guards' point, then the hall to the vault. "Good; I got in," he thought as he snuck in the vault after stealing both the guards' bloodied hats, in addition to their badges. Mark sensed the security lasers and intentionally threw a hat into a row of them, triggering the alarm and the lasers' much intenser beams. It was not long until a new challenger came to fight him after the lasers were soon deactivated. "You must be one of those Kriegs we hunt for," they said. Mark sensed a similar power from the foe who seemed familiar with a few Kriegs at some point. "How does this creep know about my family or me," thought Mark.

The man threw off his cloak and asked to Mark, "Have you battled another Krieg in your life?" Mark froze at the pale, bald man wearing a tight black uniform. "How could you be a Krieg, too," Mark snapped, once he could regain his composure. The pale man laughed and said, "I'm Saul Krieg, your newest enemy. I'm one of the reasons Raigeki lost his life!" Mark watched Saul dash to him and dodged the man's attempted assault. "I don't know who this guy thinks he is, but I will have to watch out," thought Mark. Saul then leaped with a lift from his arms and swung a leg to kick Mark on the skull, which would be enough to have been near-fatal. "You can't block this," scoffed Saul. Mark grabbed the foot in time and threw Saul to a wall, who sacrificed his left hand's fingers to stop the wall's solid recoil. "This man is faster than I expected," thought Saul. "Maybe Raigeki could be a contribution to his speed, but he looks to young to have his genes..." Mark watched Saul's hand immediately regenerating the fingers that it just lost.

"What?! How is he regenerating lost limbs," thought Mark. "That must be a Kin Bankai Alexandre warned me of!" Saul got up and devilishly smirked at his foe. "I'll just continue regenerating my lost limbs, but you can wait so long to put up with forbidden Bankai: Kindan or Kinmotsu," he said. Mark felt surprised by the knowledge Saul knew better than he did. "Who taught you that," asked Mark. Saul sighed and said, "Probably Arco, who taught Forbidden Bankai to Kriegs willing to help with Raigeki's death." (Mark's soul breaches through the possession.) Mark's face grew pale and felt sick from such a repulsive idea. "How could you betray Raigeki like that," he cried with some tears in his eyes. Saul sighed again and quietly said, "He scarred Arco and struck down his right eye with a thunderbolt as a cub, hence why Arco proudly assassinated him by the time you were born." Mark clenched a fist in spite and got his signature sword Blitzkrieg.

"I don't care for Arco; nobody turns against my family ," he yelled. Saul watched Mark race to him and barely dodged a lightning discharge. "How.....? How did he get that sword," thought Saul. "That was something Lord Raigeki used..." Mark swung his sword in an unexpected 360 motion and thoroughly sliced Saul's torso down to two halves. "Inner Bankai: Lightning Laceration should do this," thought Mark. Saul felt the lightning internally destroying his organs, in addition to his flesh and bone. "You damn traitor to the real Kriegs! My wife will be avenging me, so now you've done it: Lady Arca Grehound will have your head," he yelled. (Saul looks legitimately regretful at Mark, gesturing him to listen to him.) "But, before I end up deceasing, I will tell you something personal; I was forced to serve as Arca's greatest hitman, as well as Arco's only human son birthed, just to organize revenge against Lord Raigeki, who I wish could be your dad, not somebody loathsome, like me. I want you to tell Alexandre that I am now sincerely sorry for everything Arco put the both of you through. I thought I was in the right back then, but to have raped your mom and force her to live on... I can say I was wrong for supporting Arco. Please, lead our family, for me-" he said.

Mark cried as he held Saul's bleeding, upper-half corpse in his arms. "Saul... I'm sorry I did this," he quietly said as his hand closed Saul's eyes. Mark laid Saul down and left the traumatizing sight. "Previously, I have never killed another Krieg all my life. I thought we should remain together, but now look what I've done," he thought. "I had to end Saul's life and make it impossible for him to have lived on my side: just after redemption." Then, after this, Mark sensed somebody who was just near the vault. "Something's off and ominous," he thought. It felt like somebody stronger than Saul was near. "Hey! Show yourself," he angrily yelled. After hearing footsteps, Mark anxiously got his sword Blitzkrieg and summoned out a lightning-based clone. "I can use a substitution for this," he thought while he used his Inner Bankai for a clone. Suddenly, a quadrupedal Arcanine stormed through the hallway and saw Mark's substitute. "So, you must be the guy who infiltrated the lair," Arco angrily said to him.

Mark recognized the beast: Lord Arco. "Arco Krieg, were you," inquired Mark. Arco angrily looked at Mark and stormed at him. "I will kill you for disrespecting me as the one true Krieg Lord," he yelled. Mark intentionally stood still and happily took the bite to bait him. Blood gushed from his lacerated arm's brand new stump, but the substitution kicked in and transformed into electricity. Arco look horrified as his heartbeat suddenly slowed down. "That was a clone," he thought. "No wonder he has defeated Saul, but I never loved him anyway. Humans don't mean anything to me." Then, the real Mark struck the beast's skull with a sword's blade. Similarly, Arco's clone burst out hellfire. Mark's demonic tooth protected his body from the fatal flames and began weakening the flames. "Lucina... Thank you for keeping me safe," he thought. Lord Arco Krieg, now showing his anthropomorphic, true form, grinned at Mark. "Nobody could kill my feral form, so I have to congratulate you for being the first to accomplish that," he said. (Arco spawns out a decapitated Raikou head to Mark.) "But assassinating my brother was something I lived for!"

Mark's face grew pale at the sight of Raigeki's decapitated, taxidermized head. "So, Arco- you show your true form," thought Mark. "Hold on- is that Lord Raigeki's decapitated head there," he asked. Arco proudly nodded as he then teleported the head to his paw. "Yes; my personal trophy," he said. Mark's face went red just when Arco began laughing. "He was the most pathetic excuse of a Krieg then, and still is right now," Arco shamelessly scoffed once he began cremating the head with dark flames. Mark felt a demonic aura cloud him once more and he suddenly lunged at Arco. "Your corpse will be my personal trophy," yelled Mark. Arco's laughter immediately stopped as he saw Mark's dash. "Over Raigeki's soul that burns in Hell," responded Arco. Mark watched how Arco swiftly dodged and replicated some of his movement and began outrunning the anthropomorphic Arcanine. This time, Arco found it more challenging to stop Mark and attempted a Fire Blast.

However, after Mark crushed his throat with one choke hold on him with one grab, Arco's lungs were heavily burned by their own flames, but used a Forbidden Bankai to manipulate his blood cells' oxygen levels. When Arco attempted to bite Mark, the latter instantly pulled back his hands and powerfully destroyed his abdomen with one kick. Arco coughed up blood and looked astonished at Mark. "How... How can you do this to your beloved uncle," he asked. (Mark maliciously laughs at his prey.) Mark smirked with an unusual desire to inflict pain and said to him, "This is everything I have been waiting to do to you for years. I have been murdering women who worked for you to assassinate you as my prize, now that I will damn your soul to Hell... The wicked shall not go unpunished!" Mark then swung another kick to Arco's burnt lungs. This time, the rest of the rib cage broke and the internal bleeding got worse.

Once Arco was now critically injured because of the kicks, Mark plucked the left eye and crushed it in his hand. Arco painfully screamed as Mark crushed his left eye. "Now the right eye," said Mark. Arco nervously watched Mark used his nail to stab his right eye and yanked it from his skull, then burn the rest of it in the palm of his hand. Again, a blood-curdling sound was heard, this time a roar of pain from the burn. Arco heavily gasped for air as Mark pinned him to the ground and remembered to cremate the left eye as well. Arco, who was paralyzed in fear for the first time, in all of his life, regretted mocking Mark with the head, once the sword pierced his heart, then raised the sword to face Arco's eyeless remains. "Call me Lord Mark Krieg, you disgrace to my family," said Mark. Arco felt his soul being removed from whatever remained. "Raigeki... We'll meet again in He-" (His voice stops as he dies.) His mind stopped as Mark cut through his brain with one slice of his sword.

Mark, who got done murdering Arco, felt the satanic aura leave him as Lucina appeared with a dress. "Wow, what a mess," she said. Mark returned the tooth to Lucina, who could smell the fresh blood. "I won't need this; the goal of defeating Arco Krieg is now done," he said. Lucina nodded and cremated Arco's corpse. "I'll make sure that bad dog won't be going anywhere," she said. "He will never get a revival." Mark hugged Lucina, who kissed him around his cheek. "Lucy, I feel guiltier than I should from all this," said Mark. Lucina frowned a little and felt bad for Mark. "Why is that, dear," she said. Mark retracted Blitzkrieg and kissed her on the lips. "I feel like the devil's possessing part of my mind," he said. Lucina smiled and gazed in Mark's soft, brown eyes. "Don't feel bad, baby; you saved your family for now," she said. Mark shook his head and responded, "No! Arca is still out there." Lucina lustfully looked at Mark and smirked at him.

"I will get you out of here, but I'll steal from the vault," she said. "Don't rush to that," said Mark, who kissed her on the lips. Lucina smiled once they made out. Their tongues danced with the flames that last with the pair's love. Lucina groped Mark while she felt his muscular body. "I wish I were not in Hell to stay down there for the rest of eternity," she thought. Mark then watched Lucina vanish and heard something happening near the vault. "Damn it, Lucina," Mark loudly yelled. Lucina found the secret jewelry box and began to snatch its gifts. "I'll be needing these for my lingerie," she thought. Mark caught up with the she-demon and just smiled. "Do you plan to steal everything, Lucy," teased Mark. Lucina turned around and grinned. "It's for my collection, sweetie," she said. "I could also use some lingerie with these, too." Mark sighed and watched Lucina return to her theft. "You know, I think I'll teleport myself," he said.

Lucina's eyes sparkled at a ring she just found. "Wait! Have this one," she said as she tossed Mark a ring. Mark glanced at the ring and gasped at first. "Holy shit! This was worn by Raigeki," he yelled. Lucina immediately stopped as she stuffed a brown pouch of all jewels in the vault. "There is no way," she said. Mark showed Lucina Raigeki's emblem, the carved lightning bolt, on the ring. "According to an old Krieg story, Lord Raigeki had a lightning bolt ring after marrying a kind, beautiful Suicine with human-like characteristics just like his," he said. "This could be that lost ring!" Lucina smiled as she teleported out of the scene, once she robbed the vault's gems. "See ya, Lord Mark; I plan to call you that, since you've defeated Arco Krieg," she said.Mark teleported back to his house, where Ginger was already awaiting his return from days of his work in the war. "Mark! You're OK," Ginger heavily sobbed to him. Mark hugged his wife as she clang to him. "Well, Gin; I did find a gem at their base," he said as he took out the ring. Ginger was mesmerized by the ring as she looked at its bolt. "Isn't that part of the Krieg family," she asked. Mark sadly responded, "That was Lord Raigeki's wedding ring a jewelry store owner made for his special occasion. It's said to be worth millions, so the Taboo Market Industry stole that, as well as his life." Ginger then sobbed more heavily as she hugged him. "I can't exaggerate how much I could have missed you," she cried. Mark quietly nuzzled his wife to cheer her up. "I'll be washing off for now, Virginia. Come join me if you want," he said. Ginger immediately smiled as she asked, " Would you let me join you?"
