The Warmth of Feathers
#16 of Commissions
Thellos had a tendency to wander, and given the scope and state of Hyrule, there was plenty to wander about. Unfortunately, sometimes wanderlust got one into trouble. And that trouble was always increased when lost in the frozen wastes of Tabantha and Hebra. Even more so when not properly equipped. It just so happened that a kindly blue Rito came to the dog's aid in his greatest time of need. He had a very curious way of keeping the dog warm too. But then this was no chance meeting. Surely the Goddesses had seen fit for these two to cross paths as they had. After all, the Rito were in need of a new champion. A very different one than they had enjoyed in the past. And Thellos fit the bill quite well.
This was a commission for Thellos. He, like so many of you, have a big crush on Kass from Breath of the Wild. Since Thellos is a very close friend, I decided to bend my rule of 'no copyright protected characters'. Do not expect this to be the norm.

The bitter cold of the frozen north bit sharply at anything unprotected. Few ventured deep into the snow for that reason. Even fewer were undeterred by the creatures that roamed the hills and mountains of the icy region. Hebra was unforgiving to any foolish enough to come unprepared. Unfortunately for Thellos, he had not thought about what it might take to survive when he turned up the road that eventually brought him into the cold.
The thick-built St. Bernard hugged his chest as his teeth chattered. His fur was doing a fairly decent job of protecting him, but there was only so much it could do. While he wasn't in any immediate danger of freezing straight away, he was still very uncomfortable. He kicked himself for not finding somewhere that sold warmer clothing. At least he head materials he could build a fire with when he found a safe place to camp.
The dog trudged through the snow, having long since lost the path in the driving wind of a blizzard, desperate for some sign of civilization. His trek had carried him higher up into the hills, hoping he could get above the storm, or perhaps find a place where he could get a good vantage and reorient himself. Both were silly ideas, but then he was a little on the desperate side.
As he climbed higher, Thellos spotted a shape in the driving snow. It was tall and round, almost as if a sphere had pushed up out of the ground. Fascinated, he walked around the perimeter, keeping his distance. As he circled, he saw the mostly round shape broken up on one side by a protrusion that looked like an entry way, like a cave. The dog's eyes widened and he charged forward, hoping it might offer him some shelter from the blizzard. As he rounded the lip of the mouth, he froze. Thellos wasn't alone. Inside, huddled around a fire, were several creatures, some shorter than himself, some much taller. They were a variety of colors, blues, blacks, and whites. They all turned to look at the canine and a collection of snarls and howls sounded.
The St. Bernard knew all to well what that orchestra of noise meant. His eyes widened and he turned to flee, heading even higher up the hillside. Arrows streaked past him as he ran, desperate to get away. The shorter monsters were faster, catching up with him while he fought to contend with the snowdrifts he ran through. As soon as he heard the whistle of a spear swing far too close to his head for comfort, the dog drew his sword and shield, turning to face the creature nearest him. He swung his sword only to find it strike a metal plate deformed into an odd shape. In that moment, the blade shattered, rendering it completely useless. And it wasn't being held by the bokoblin who had attacked him.
A tongue lashed out, striking the dog in the shoulder. A great, terrible lizard had emerged from the snow, hidden by camouflage. He had run right past the scaled creature, waking it, begging it to leap into the fray. Thellos stumbled back from the blow and cried out in surprise and dismay. The bokoblin swung his spear again and brought it down to land on the dog. Thellos lifted his shield to defend. He felt the hard blow of the bone-tipped spear smash against the wooden circle on his arm. It cracked and groaned, complaining from the abuse. Another good strike and it broke apart, falling off his forearm.
Thellos was in trouble now. He didn't have a replacement sword or shield. He could hear the blood rushing through his ears as his heart raced. Another swing of the bokoblin's spear connected with his chest and sent him flying backwards. Instead of landing in soft, cold snow, or on the hard icy ground, there was a splash. He had been so preoccupied, he had not even noticed the sound of the rushing water behind him.
The dog stayed under only a moment as the deep, biting cold of the river pierced his very being, wringing him with pain. He pushed his head to the surface and gasped for air as soon as there was any to be had. The current had swiftly dragged him away from the battle, blessedly, but there was a problem. He was dragged under the cover of a stone roof. There was no shore to take hold of. He spun about in panic, trying to keep his head above water and spotted an island in the center of the covered region. Frantically, Thellos kicked and swam, trying to make his way to it. A paw reached out and scratched its claws across the hard, rocky surface just before he was pulled too far to reach.
The cold was wearing him down. His fingers refused to work properly, not wanting to bend. His body quaked and trembled as he lost precious heat. The light of the sky returned as he was spat out the other side of the stone roof. There was a shore again! He kicked hard, trying to reach for it as his vision began to blur. His paws reached and dragged along the rocky shore, but he couldn't command them to give him purchase. He was being dragged along faster and faster. The sound of rushing water, loud and angry, reached his ears. He turned to see the river simply vanish ahead of him. Spray kicked up just past the odd boundary between water and no water.
The falls! He was about to go over the falls! With how high up he was and how much strength he had lost already, there was no way he would survive the trip. Thellos whined and closed his eyes, praying to the goddesses to just let his suffering end.
And then it did.
A sharp jerk tugged the dog up and out of the water. He landed face down on the snow-covered ground, coughing and sputtering. The icy wind bit sharply, forcing him to curl up in the fetal position for whatever protection he could afford himself. Almost immediately, a heavy blanket was draped over him, shielding him from the needle-like teeth of the deep cold.
"Lie still. Conserve your energy. I'll start a fire." said a soothing voice.
The wind, while still angry and hateful, had died down, no longer a deafening howl but a spiteful whistle. It had stopped carrying as much snow with it, clearing the air to provide a much greater view of the surrounding region. Thellos lifted his gaze to find a tall figure crouched nearby, fussing about with a collection of wood and twigs. He was covered in feathers, mostly blue and white, and appeared completely unfazed by the mind-numbing chill in the air. The avian creature reached into a pouch on his belt and pulled out a dark, angular stone, then a small knife. He struck the stone with the metal blade, creating a harsh spark. The wood and twigs immediately caught and began to blaze to life in a roaring nest of heat and light.
This was someone who had practiced the art of igniting a campfire liberally. Starting one in a snowstorm was a feat in itself, but to do so as quickly as he had, that was a talent on a whole other level. With the fire now burning brightly, the bird turned his attention to a different task. He began plunging wooden stakes in the ground in a semicircle around the campfire, then stretched a piece of canvas between them, creating a windbreak. It would protect the fire and block much of the fast moving air--as well as what snow it still carried.
His task completed, the bird turned his attention back to the dog. He stepped back to Thellos' side and helped him sit up, then move closer to the flames, huddling nearby to help act as a shield himself.
"There, that should help. It's only a temporary measure. You're still in danger of freezing." the avian said.
"Th-thank you. I-I-I almost f-f-fell over the f-f-falls." Thellos said, his teeth chattering hard.
"That you did. I saw you try to defend yourself against the mob. It was unwise to try to fight so many, and so close to the banks of the river." the bird ever so gently scolded.
"I-I-I know. B-b-but I d-d-didn't have much of a ch-ch-choice," Thellos tried to sill his jaw and return it under his control properly, "I didn't even know the river was there. I panicked."
"Well, I suppose falling in the river and being pulled out is better than being slaughtered by bokoblins and moblins. But I have to ask, what are you doing so far north, deep in the tundra, without proper cold-weather gear?" the avian asked, wrapping an arm around the blanket-wrapped dog.
"I just... wander. I didn't know where I was going. I just decided to take a turn down a road and follow it," Thellos hugged the blanket tighter around himself, "Before I realized what was happening, it had turned cold. I stopped at a stable to see if they had anything I could buy to protect me but the best they could offer was a torch. And I lost that pretty early on when the storm hit."
"You're fortunate I was walking past when I was. Your song might have ended here if I hadn't seen you," the bird said, giving the dog a squeeze, "My name is Kass of the Rito. What is your name?"
"Thellos Allowarse. Thank you for saving me. I owe you my life." the dog chattered.
"You owe me nothing. It was simply the right thing to do. Now, where is it you are headed?" the azure bird shifted to press closer, feeling heat draining from him into the dog.
"I don't know," Thellos leaned into the squeeze, "I didn't have any particular destination in mind. Like I said, I just wander."
"Well I'm afraid you're not going to get very far up here in Hebra without the appropriate gear to protect you. Mobs and monsters are one thing, avoidable if you're careful, but the cold has no reason to stop biting into you." Kass said.
"Yeah, it wasn't the smartest move, coming here. But here I am, and I'm kind of stuck, I guess." Thellos replied.
"Well, since you've no actual destination in mind, I should take you to my village," Kass began working his hands in under the blanket to feel the dog's chest, "It's much warmer there, and we craft clothing for those who aren't able to withstand the cold like we can."
He was displeased with how deeply chilled Thellos still was. His wet clothing was beginning to freeze, crunchy little frost crystals forming along the edges of his tunic.
"I don't think I'd make it. Not in this weather. I'll freeze long before I get out of the storm." Thellos said.
His voice was growing softer, his words beginning to slur a bit. He was starting to grow listless and sluggish. Kass frowned and immediately began trying to unbutton the dog's tunic.
"We need to get you undressed. Your clothes are soaked and keeping you cold. Quickly, before you freeze." Kass said.
The dog nodded. He began working himself out of his dripping tunic and trousers while Kass held the blanket, positioning himself between the canine and the wind. It was difficult going while Thellos' fingers continued to refuse to cooperate, but he managed. Soon, he was seated on top of the lip of the blanket, wrapped up in it, the front open to let the heat of the fire pour in. Kass moved around behind the dog to huddle against his back, pressing in firm. The bird was a good deal taller than him, and served as an excellent windbreak himself. Thellos could feel the Rito's curved beak, not unlike a parrot's, resting just on top of his head. A soft chirr reached his ears as he started to feel less at risk of dying of exposure.
"Thank you again. You're too kind. But I'm afraid you've only saved me to have me die more slowly. I don't know how I'll make it from here without freezing to death." Thellos said, his jaw slowly beginning to obey him again.
"I'll hear none of that," Kass squeezed his arms around the chilled canine, "You'll make it to Rito Village. You have my word. There is still a way you can travel there without suffering from the cold."
"There is?" the dog tilted his gaze up as if to try and look at the bird, "How? Do you happen to have a fire rod or a flaming sword with you?"
"Unfortunately no, I do not. But I do have a very warm layer of feathers. I just need to wrap you up in them." Kass said.
Thellos chuckled quietly, imagining the blue bird carrying him in his arm-like wings, huddled against his fluffy chest the whole way.
"That's an interesting idea, but how exactly would you make it work?" the dog asked.
"That is where you would need to put a great deal of trust in me," Kass said hesitantly, "I must swallow you. My stomach is the only safe place I can offer from the ice and snow."
"Swallow me? You want to eat me? What, then you'd let me out when we get to your village?" Thellos asked, sounding slightly confused, as if he didn't fully understand, "Can you actually do that?"
"Oh yes. I'm well practiced in the skill," Kass assured him, "And you would emerge safe and unharmed once we reach the village. But if we are to do it, it must be now. You're dangerously cold."
The canine didn't even hesitate. He turned himself around and pressed into the avian's embrace. It was extremely comforting, and not just because he was about to slip into shock from the intense cold.
"Then let's do it. I don't know about you but this isn't exactly how I wanted to go out." Thellos said.
Kass chuckled quietly, wrapping his feathered arms around the dog in a firm, warm squeeze. No more words were said. He simply opened his beak wide and slowly eased it down over the St. Bernard's head. Under ordinary circumstances, Kass might have taken his time and savored such a meal, but that would only prolong the dog's discomfort. He swallowed readily, working Thellos' shoulders in until they stretched his cheeks.
A dark, hot, humid throat surrounded Thellos' head as he permitted himself to be devoured. Compared to the cold stabbing at him like a thousand knives, this was a welcome change. He closed his eyes and shuddered, unable to help but permit himself to get excited. The pulsing flesh of the friendly bird's throat squeezed and massaged him. His fur was quickly matted down by a strong coating of drool, taking a significant chunk out of the chill that had soaked into him. He wiggled his hips as he felt his sheath start to bulge. That carried some concern with it. Kass quickly became aware of why.
The azure avian sank his beak down around the dog's chest, only to feel something sizable prod under his chin. Kass canted his head gently to one side, angling one of his eyes to peer down at what might be the culprit. What he found was the dog's arousal. And it was quite large. It was roughly as big around as one of the bird's thighs, and he was strongly built, meaning if it could fit inside someone, it would give them a strong stretching. And it was promising to be a rather lengthy mast. It was continuing to swell, threatening to make it impossible to swallow down with the rest of him.
Kass opened his beak as wide as he could muster, then guided the steadily growing shaft into the grasp of his jaws. He almost gagged as it immediately sprouted directly into his throat. He hadn't expected it to reach that far that fast. Steeling himself, the bird swallowed, pushing down almost to Thellos' hips. His neck and chest had stretched to hold the poor, ice-cold dog under his feathers, and his tongue was rather enjoying what it had found. Kass found himself relishing just how the St. Bernard tasted before his member shoved its way in. Now, the bare flesh, drooling down across its smooth surface, only added to it.
Thellos shuddered as he felt the cold air nipping at his expanding manhood. He bit his lower lip, trying very hard not to let himself go off right then and there as he felt the bird's beak consume his monstrous member. A low, soothing "Mmm" sounded all around him, telling him that Kass thought he was delicious. The squirming, exploring tongue certainly supported that claim. As the dog was tasted, he found it harder and harder to remain still. His hips waggled about and a quiet moan was pulled from his lips.
The blue-feathered fellow heard that muffled moan and grinned around the canine. His new friend was enjoying himself, which the impossibly huge shaft stuck in the bird's throat made plainly evident. He swallowed once more, feeling his saliva seep down over what of the dog's form he had not yet consumed. He couldn't let that happen. It would only allow the cold to sink in more easily. He pulled Thellos' hips into his jaws, then his eyes bulged in surprise. His beak bumped against the heavy, bloated, sloshing sac the frightening sheath and shaft were attached to. How did the dog walk or run with all of this mass?
Kass grunted and stretched his beak open as wide as he could one more time, stuffing those enormous orbs into his mouth. They each were bigger than his head. They were each bigger than a watermelon! They were even bigger than the shield he had seen Thellos try to use only to have it break! Again, Kass began to drool down the dog's form. For a moment, he let his mind get lost in the thoughts already swirling in his head. He was silently regretting not getting a chance to play with this dog before swallowing him. But perhaps that could come later. And so he swallowed, his comically stuffed cheeks shrinking down as the dog's testicles were crammed into his throat, puffing out his neck to keep them contained.
With the addition of the heat and pressure, not to mention the steady massage of the bird's gullet trying to push everything down, Thellos' engorged sac was squeezed and stuffed in. He cried out in elated shock, his legs kicking weakly. The dog had found the bottom of the bird's slimy, quietly gurgling stomach and began to curl up, still coated in drool, leaving him slick and slippery. His thighs were surrounded in warmth as Kass moaned gently in relief. Clearly the giant scrotum had been a hefty thing to get down. Thellos felt the bird lift his chin and slurp him up further. The dog wiggled his paws, splaying the individual toes apart as he was stuffed into the stretchy, rubbery chamber he was to be protected inside.
Kass sat down on his rump, one large wing-hand holding his bloated stomach. He let the dog's paws hang there just outside his beak for a moment, trying to recuperate a bit. When he was ready, he opened his jaws again, swallowed, then closed his beak behind the wriggling paws. He ran his tongue across them gently, then gulped them down to join the rest of his delightful, incredibly generously endowed passenger. A deep, guttural yet gentle belch rose up out of the bird. He sighed and reclined as his belly surged outward slowly, feeling all of the canine spill into his welcoming stomach.
"Mmm, you are delicious. I would hope to encounter you again someday so that I might be able to enjoy you again. If you are so inclined." Kass said to his belly.
The feather-covered bulge of his gut shifted and squirmed. A few quiet moans came from within, making the bird chuckle gently. Eventually, the dog settled down, panting as he tried not to let himself cum. He assumed it might not be appreciated. The heat of the bird's interior was seeping into him, helping him recover from the unbelievable cold he had been pierced with.
"Thank you. I'm feeling much better," Thellos said, "I hope that taking me to your village won't force you too far out of your way."
"It's quite alright," Kass hiccupped, "I tend to wander like you, looking for those special places that inspired so many ancient songs. A quick visit home won't delay me in my search too long."
A yawn sounded deep in the bird's middle. His heavy, thumping heart and the steady noise of his stomach, combined with the powerful warmth of his interior, were quickly pushing the dog towards slumber.
"That sounds interesting. Maybe I could hear some of those songs sometime." Thellos said, just moments before drifting off.
Kass smiled and ran a wing-hand over his bloated gut, chirring softly in satisfaction.
"Then I shall play them for you while you rest." he said.
The azure bird got back on his talons, leaning back to offset the weight in his middle. He collected his things, as well as those belonging to the canine he had devoured, then began his long trek down the rocky slopes. He stretched his accordion in front of his chest, letting it rest atop his quietly gurgling belly, and began to play. The tune penetrated his gut, reaching the ears of his sleeping friend. The sound was strongly muffled, but still clear enough to discern the melody.
It took Kass most of the day to work his way back down to the road Thellos had managed to lose in the blizzard. The going was slower than usual thanks to the heavy load he carried, but he didn't see that as a negative. Quite the opposite in fact. From time to time, the Rito could feel a twitch or a kick from Thellos. The sensation made him grin and gaze down at his tummy with affection.
When at last the sun had died away, giving the world to night, Kass had made camp in an alcove against the rock face of a cliff. He had lit a fire and reclined comfortably, running his palms over the heavy swell, drinking in the deeply pleasant sensation of being so full. He would need to get to the village within the next couple of days to let the dog out. Otherwise he would start to feel the pangs of hunger creep in despite his full belly.
The more the azure bird lavished his stomach with affection, the more the dog inside stirred, little more than gentle squirms that tickled and teased the swollen avian. He cooed and let one of his hands slip down into his trousers, finding the firm, pulsing spire pressing up against his belly. He wasn't going to leave it unattended. Surely the dog wouldn't mind. It surprised Kass how little time it took to reach his peak. He shivered and moaned quietly as he made his mess, matting down the feathers covering the lower curve of his tummy. As if to say thank you, he wrapped both arms around his middle and squeezed it firmly. A stronger squirm came from the dog, making Kass sigh in delight. He hugged again, soaking up the struggles of his passenger, then relaxed, giving himself a chance to breathe.
Then, Kass squeezed his belly one more time, more firmly than the others. He huffed and shivered, his thighs tensing and twitching as if he were close to another climax. The dog within him groaned and writhed about strongly just before the bird's gut suddenly surged outward, expanding to almost twice its size. Kass cried out in surprise, pushed right to the very edge of orgasm by the sudden burst. A powerful heat swirled through his middle, and the newly expanded dome sloshed easily, as if he were a living water balloon. The dog's moans died down and he fell still again. But Kass could still feel something very large poking at the stomach wall from within.
Thellos had just enjoyed what was commonly referred to as a 'nocturnal emission'. And it had been so potent, so copious, that it had swelled the bird out to look as if he'd eaten two of Thellos. Kass panted and ran his wing-hands over the great, gravid swell, suddenly feeling a much stronger affection for what it contained. If he was lucky, that might solve his hunger problem without needing to digest the sleeping canine.
Kass smiled, suddenly feeling rather tired and relaxed against the rock wall behind him, palms slowly circling over the giant, gurgling gut. Maybe he could get another good swelling for breakfast when he woke up. He certainly hoped he might.
The morning saw a brilliant, clear day in the frozen north. The sun shown without anything to block it. Kass had already roused and managed to stand himself up. His belly had shrunk in the night, doing away with the veritable lake of seed his canine passenger had provided. Thankfully, Thellos was still intact and offering a gentle squirm with the right encouragement. The bloated bird fawned over his tummy tenderly before gathering his things to prepare to be on his way. Before he did, however, he wanted to test a theory.
Kass very carefully dropped down onto his knees, letting his great, round tummy sag to the frozen ground beneath him. Slowly, he began to rock back and forth, his breath starting to come in sharp huffs, making clouds of steam as it escaped him. He clung to his stomach and leaned forward over it, pressing it into the ground. A strong squirm came from his trapped friend, making him shudder anew. And just as quickly as it had happened the night before, Kass' belly surged outward, doubling in size once more. He cried out happily as he was lifted off the ground by it, splattering the enlarged swell in his own sticky release.
He couldn't believe how marvelous it felt when the dog did that. And all he had to do was help him a little. Slowly, Kass rocked himself back down on this talons, grunting as he managed to stay upright. With a good, strong lean back, the Rito managed to hoist his sagging, sloshing tummy off the ground. He returned his instrument to his hands and resumed playing as he waddled his way down the road, slowed considerably by the new bulk. It would take him even longer now to get back to the village, but he could not help but smile, a little giddy at this discovery he had made.
The day wore on with the Rito sloshing his way down the road mostly hidden in the snow. His tracks, usually only the imprints of his talons, were found in a shallow, zigzagging trench, dug out by his enormous stomach. As the hours passed, that trench grew more and more shallow until it vanished. His gut had shrunk away enough to not drag in the snow, though it was still quite vast. Eventually, Kass made his way to the fork in the road he sought. The path that turned south would carry him away from the icy tundra and down towards home. The path that turned north would take him further up into the mountains.
It would still be a day or two from there on foot to the Rito village, but he would be able to release Thellos once he was out of the snowdrifts. Suddenly, Kass found himself torn. He was conflicted over wanting to keep his promise and deliver the canine as promised to the warmer climate. But he couldn't help but continue to delight in carrying him, relishing in the full belly he had been enjoying since the night before. He stood there, trying to push himself to make a decision. Then a notion struck him.
There were hidden locations up in the mountains he had been wanting to seek out to continue his musical exploration of the land. The road leading north would take him up that way. He would head right past the flight range and continue on deeper into the slopes. He could make a quick pass then return south. It would only be a few days. And Thellos seemed quiet happy where he was. The bird sighed and smiled down at his tummy, running one of his large hands over the swell, cooing softly to his passenger.
"Forgive me, my friend. I'm not quite ready to release you yet. You're quite the pleasant traveling companion and there are a few stories about these mountains I would like to explore. I promise I'll keep you safe and warm if you promise you'll keep me nice and full." Kass said, not expecting an answer.
No answer came. He took that as an agreement with the plan and turned, strolling down the road headed back up into the frozen north. Surely the dog wouldn't begrudge him such an indulgence, not when he had been kind enough to pleasure him as he had. Kass' belly gurgled and groaned loudly as it continued to work its way through what remained of the lake of seed he'd been provided. He would stay well fed if he could keep this pace up. Though he couldn't help but notice his pants were growing slightly more snug. He chalked it up to Thellos being an especially pleasant traveling companion.
He did have to stop a few times as he waddled through the snow to find a quick release. It was a tricky prospect, getting a feathered hand under his gut to stroke himself without accidentally triggering another internal tsunami from the St. Bernard. Kass wouldn't necessarily complain, but it would leave him virtually immobile for a few hours. He didn't want that. It wasn't until he could feel the dog's shoulders pressing against the inside of his stomach and his belly only sagged halfway down his thighs that he permitted himself that little joy. Once empty, he massaged the slumbering dog until his feathered tummy ballooned back out, chirring happily for it.
So the trip went. Kass wavered back and forth between mostly mobile and almost too big to walk. Each time he made the sweet, sleeping pup groan and cum, Kass himself allowed himself a similar release. What he found interesting was the sticky mess he ended up spattering on himself was growing, and that snug sensation in the groin of his trousers kept growing. He didn't pay much mind to it as he wandered the rocky cliffs and sloping valleys. As the sun was setting on his third day of the excursion since making the turn north, Kass found a small wooden cabin. It looked abandoned.
The Rito rapped on the door, but no answer came. He gently opened it and peered inside to find the interior dark, cold, and unoccupied. The cloud cover of a heavy blizzard was closing in, and while he was quite able to keep himself warm in it, shelter was always preferred during a snowstorm if it could be procured. Kass stepped inside and closed the door behind him, then set about starting a fire in the hearth. In a few minutes, the cabin was warming nicely, just as the wind began to pick up.
Kass peered out the window to get a look at what the storm was doing. It was taking a nasty turn. He sighed and moved to settle on the floor in front of the fire, warming himself thoroughly. He ran a wing-hand over his gut, only about halfway through his latest 'explosion'.
"I'm sorry my friend. It would appear my selfishness has trapped you here with me, at least until the storm passes. I do not know how long it will be, but I fear the terrain is too treacherous to navigate until it clears." he said apologetically to his belly.
Thellos stirred softly under his plumage. He had stayed asleep the entire time, safe and sound, comfortably stowed away in the bird's middle. With how the storm was raging outside, Kass assumed it wouldn't be clear until morning at the earliest. Given that, there wasn't really much point in staying up late. The Rito stoked the fire, added some more wood to ensure it would last a while, the settled on the floor in front of the hearth once more. He sat there, gazing at the flames as he ran his palms over his dog-filled middle. There wasn't any point in letting Thellos out right now. He would just end up going back in after the storm cleared.
Kass squeezed his belly to feel his companion squirm again. A grin spread across his beak as he formulated a naughty idea. The azure avian stood once more and disrobed, sighing softly in relief once his trousers were removed. He could feel a significant difference between his legs compared to what had been there prior to his encounter with the St. Bernard in his stomach. He found it difficult to believe, but he had gained in size. What had been average for his kind was now greater than the length of his palm, from heel to fingertip. His sac had swelled considerably as well, each orb now large enough to completely fill one of his large hands. Kass chuckled softly as he appreciated the new mass, wondering when he would get a chance to make proper use of it.
Tonight though, he intended to indulge himself a bit. The Rito moved back to settle on the floor again, this time on his knees. He marveled at how his length had so quickly become completely firm under the brief examination he'd given himself. Not only that, but it reached far enough that as his tummy rest on the floor, a portion of it was trapped between the bulge and the ground. Slowly, Kass began to rock his hips, gasping quietly as he let himself slowly sink into the lewdness of what he was doing. A gentle writhing gave his belly a soft stretch. A quiet moan came from the stretched, feathered dome as Thellos felt his world sloshing about. The Rito gave himself to the moment, leaning forward on top of the bulge, pressing down against it with a portion of his weight. In a sense, it felt like he was doing pushups, but instead, he was humping his own swollen gut.
He rocked back and forth, shivering each time he felt himself approach climax, then slowly back off of it. It wasn't for lack of trying, it was purposeful. Kass wanted to make this linger. And linger it did. He could feel Thellos' wriggling as the dog approached his own sticky explosion, refraining so that he wouldn't get bloated too quickly. The avian's voice filled the little cabin as he made himself moan over and over, drooling liberally down his gravid stomach and onto the floor. His legs flexed, relieved to not have to hoist such weight about for a little while. His wing-arms bent and straightened as he arched his back, rolling his hips forward into the great bulge he'd come to adore.
When at last it became too much for him to ignore, Kass quickened his pace, his breath coming in short huffs. He grunted and groaned until he felt Thellos writhe stronger then he had been letting him. A sudden rush of heat and a rapid swell bulged his belly, forcing it to surge outward under him. An avian screech of pleasure filled the cabin as Kass' own shaft bucked and burst forth with its own milky-white essence. True to what he had been noticing as he continued on this little adventure with the dog in his belly, the mess had been significantly bigger than prior to their meeting. And he was finding he enjoyed that quite a lot. His stomach bloated out until it lifted his hands and legs off the floor, giving him a huge, sloshing pillow to lay down on top of. Kass fought to catch his breath as he clutched at his stomach, a tired smile on his beak. A wet belch followed, sending flecks of white out onto the floor, carried by his breath.
"Oooh, thank you my friend. This will make for a fine bed." he cooed to his belly breathlessly.
A loud gurgle sounded from his belly as a response. The gentle squirms of the dog awash in the sea of his own release slowly lulled the bird off to a pleasant slumber. Soon, the dog's motion faded as well, both of them taken by peaceful sleep. As the storm howled, the night slowly passed, and the Rito's swollen abdomen gradually shrank, just as it had before. By the time the dark outside gave way to a thin, weak morning light, Kass was rolled onto his side, huddled in close to the dying fire. His stomach was still quite swollen, heavy with his canine friend.
A shiver jerked him from his sleep unpleasantly. He lifted his head groggily, not recalling where he was for a brief moment. The wooden cabin had grown much colder than when he had drifted off. The dying embers told him why. Sleepily, Kass sat up and gave the fire another gentle prodding before adding a few more pieces of wood. Soon, it roared back to life and he was basking in the radiant warmth it provided. He reclined again, appreciating his tummy once more before glancing out the window.
The storm had not let up. If anything, it sounded like it had gotten stronger. This had to be one of the big storms told about in stories passed down by his people. Every few years, a powerful blizzard would sweep across Hebra, leaving it impassable for days. In his foolish greed to keep his belly full of the sweet, loveable dog, he had sunk them into the middle of one of those rare, monster storms.
Kass sighed and gave his tummy a gentle squeeze, not quite ready for another 'helping', but wanting to show his little friend some affection. He had to let him out. He owed the dog an explanation at this point. He pressed both large wing-hands against his heavy gut and gave it a gentle shake, trying to rouse the sleeping St. Bernard.
"Wake up, my friend. I need to release you so we can talk." Kass cooed softly to his middle.
An unhappy groan came from under his feathers, along with a gentle kick.
"Do I gotta come out? Can't we just talk like this?" Thellos asked, sounding very sleepy.
"I fear you might not stay awake long enough to if I leave you where you are. Please, I need to release you. There is something you should know." Kass insisted.
"Oh alright. I'll come out." the dog groaned.
Kass nodded and sat himself on the floor, legs crossed under his stomach, letting the gut fill his lap. He was going to miss being so stuffed. With a sigh of regret, Kass opened his beak and began gently squeezing at his middle. He could feel Thellos wriggle anew, this time with purpose. The dog began to stand, pushing his head up and out of the churning, fleshy chamber he had been calling home. With a few noisy gulp-like sounds, light broke in on the dog. His eyes squeezed shut in displeasure as he caught a brief glimpse of the outside world, framed by Kass' beak. He was tempted to just curl back up and sink back down in the warm, comforting little world he'd gotten used to. But he had promised he would cooperate.
The Rito held fast against gagging, making use of his extensive practice. He slowly began to lean forward as he felt Thellos' shoulders slip into his maw, seeing the fuzzy head poking out of his beak. He continued to help the escaping canine crawl out of his throat with great care. Once Thellos' arms were free, the dog could begin pulling himself out without too much effort on Kass' part. Much like when he was on his way in before, when his bulging, extraordinarily generous groin filled the bird's throat, it was a tricky prospect getting it past his mouth. With a fair bit of tugging and twisting, leading to a great deal of salty, clear ooze drooling from the dog's firming shaft, the two managed to pull themselves apart. Thellos' legs and paws slipped out of Kass' jaws as soon as his monstrous sac popped free. The two lay on the floor while they caught their breath, but only for a brief while.
The blue avian was the first to sit up, working his beak gently to help ease the stiffness out of it from having to pass such a large passenger. He then reached over to take hold of the dog. He pulled Thellos close against his chest, sitting the canine in his lap with his wing-arms wrapped firmly around him. A quiet chirr escaped the Rito as he sat there, cradling his friend.
"Good morning. Did you sleep well?" he asked.
Thellos was disoriented, not to mention he wasn't enjoying the comparatively cold air outside the avian's body. The firm hug against the soft plumage helped. He grunted quietly as he tried to position himself better against Kass.
"I slept great," the dog squirmed to cuddle in against the warm Rito further, "How long was I out? All day?"
Kass chuckled, his cheeks turning softly rosy. There was no point in beating around the bush.
"Longer than that, I'm afraid. Progress was slower than expected, so I had to keep you inside me longer than I anticipated. And then, I must confess, I was reluctant to let you out, so I decided a detour would cause no harm, just to have a look at a few key locations I had heard about. We're further from my village than I would have liked to be upon releasing you. We're high up in the mountains," the bird explained, "You've been asleep in my belly for almost a full week."
"A full week!?" Thellos gawked.
"Yes, and I am truly sorry. I did not intend on being overcome with such desire to keep you to myself. Aside from the pleasant experience of the physical side of it, knowing that you were housed safe in side me, comfortable and content, it was very gratifying." Kass explained.
The dog was still working through the shock of the revelation. There was no way he could have been asleep that long, was there? It had been remarkably cozy in the Rito's stomach, and he was no worse for the wear. But so much time had passed. It was alarming.
"Why do I get the feeling that you could have just left me in there permanently and I would never have known?" Thellos mused, not sounding upset or angry, but merely stunned.
The azure avian chuckled sheepishly, averting his gaze as he gave his canine companion a fond squeeze.
"The idea was rather tempting, but that would be unfair to you," Kass dipped his beak in shame, "As it is, my greed has trapped us in this little cabin until the weather clears. I arrived yesterday in the afternoon and decided to take shelter. The storm hasn't let up and doesn't look to anytime soon."
Thellos turned his head to find a window, peering through the glass from where he sat to see the white-out conditions outside. He shivered as he felt the chill trying to sink into his bones, clinging tighter to his Rito savior.
"So, you let me out to tell me that I'm going to have to go right back in for when the storm clears?" Thellos asked, "You could have just let me sleep the whole way through until you got me to the village. I wouldn't have minded."
"I had thought that might be the case, but I felt it only polite to inform you. Besides, it's rather lonely having no one to talk to on these long voyages of mine. I had hoped we could keep each other company for a time." Kass smiled hopefully.
"Sure, I don't mind. At least we're not out there." the dog said, pointing with his chin over his shoulder at the window.
"True. It was a rather fortunate find, this cabin. It's why I felt compelled to release you. That and I had some questions." Kass said.
"Questions? What about?" Thellos tilted his head.
"I could not help but notice while I was swallowing you that your masculinity is extremely generous." Kass grinned sheepishly again, his cheeks flushing even brighter.
The dog laughed a little, wiggling his hips a bit as he felt those enormous features press against the bird's waist.
"Yeah, I've got a pretty big cock, giant balls too. Figured you'd notice that. I hope that didn't cause you too much trouble on the way in." the St. Bernard mirrored the bird's blush.
"Oh no, of course not! Nothing I can't handle. I was just surprised by it is all. Is this something that has always been this way? Or did you happen across a means to become so... voluminous?" Kass asked.
"I've always been big downstairs, but things have gotten bigger over time. And more potent. I tried hard not to go off once I was in. I didn't want to end up popping you." Thellos said, giving the bird a look up and down, "Looks like you survived pretty well."
"Yes, about that," Kass blushed harder still, "Shortly after you fell asleep, I could not help but appreciate how full you made me. And the more I squeezed and stroked you, the more you squirmed. It was rather pleasant so I kept doing it. Apparently, you were enjoying it so much that you did in fact 'go off' as you put it. I've never felt so full in my life."
Thellos' eyes widened and he shrank a little in the Rito's embrace, suddenly horrified.
"Oh god! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean for that to happen! I hope you're not upset with me!" he whined.
"It felt marvelous," the avian hugged his canine friend tightly again, chirring softly to him to calm him, "In fact, I took to coaxing such sudden bursts from you once the first had been absorbed. You've been keeping me well fed on our journey together. It's part of the reason why our progress has been so slow. It's difficult to walk when you have a pond's worth of dog seed sloshing about inside you. But it's quite glorious."
Thellos eased down off of his panic hearing Kass' approval of what had happened, then buried his face in the bird's chest as he was told he had been made to orgasm several times over the course of the week. The very thought of all of this, and being trapped in the big avian's comforting embrace, was having a profound effect, stirring his sheath once more.
"Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it so much. And it looks like you'll get to again before it's all over. The trip down to your village will probably take several days from the sound of it." the dog said, his voice muffled by the warm, soft feathers surrounding his face.
"Very likely. I look forward to it," Kass cooed, "I was curious about something else. Do you have the ability to make others grow larger?"
"Huh?" Thellos lifted his face, "You want bigger junk like mine?"
Kass laughed, blushing hard once again.
"Well, I'm sure there are many who would enjoy such a boost in size and actively seek it out. I meant more if you've known to have that effect on others. I ask because I seem to be showing signs of it." the avian said, gently pushing the dog away far enough to expose his own groin.
It took some doing, given that Thellos' own features completely covered everything in front of him. But eventually, the dog was able to see the Rito's expanded groin. He had no basis for comparison, having never seen Kass naked before, so he simply stared curiously. He even dared to reach out and stroke over the pink flesh protruding from the soft, white plumage running down from the bird's tummy.
"You weren't always this size?" Thellos asked.
"No. I've grown quite a bit since slipping you in to keep you warm. I think perhaps it has to do with how I've been keeping fed, by making you fill me. Have you known that to ever happen?" Kass asked, peering down at his own groin, fighting the urge to press a palm against the back of the dog's to encourage him onward.
"It's not unheard of. I'm sorry. I suppose I should have warned you somehow. It's just not something I think about too much these days." Thellos said.
"You've no need to be sorry, my friend. I've been enjoying the new size a great deal," the Rito waggled his eyebrows a little, "In fact, I'm wondering how much further we could take it."
The canine blinked and looked up, not having expected that kind of a reaction.
"You want... more?" he asked, hesitantly.
"If it is at all possible, I'd like to try, yes." Kass said.
"So you'd like to swallow me again, just so I can keep cumming inside you to feed you, and see how much bigger your junk can get?" Thellos asked, putting it so very bluntly.
"Well, that was one thought," the avian's cheeks flushed once more, "But I did have another thought I was curious about. Given how large you are, and how much you can give, you must be able to sire quite a few children."
"I can," the dog squirmed a little, suddenly finding himself imagining all sorts of thoughts that threatened to make him stiff again, "Is this your way of saying you want me to knock you up?"
Kass laughed and covered his beak with one of his wing-hands, flustered softly by the suddenness of the broaching of the subject.
"I won't lie, the thought has occurred to me. You see, recent events have taken their toll on my people. We do not grow our numbers terribly rapidly so with the several losses we've seen over the last few decades, there is concern that we are in decline. If we could somehow bring fresh blood into the fold that can help us grow our village rapidly, that might save us." the avian explained.
"You want me... to impregnate everyone in your village?" Thellos asked, now sounding particularly stunned.
"Gracious no!" Kass said quickly, "I wouldn't dream of asking such a thing of you. Although, since you mentioned it..."
"Don't get me wrong, I'd be happy to help. It's just not something you get asked every day." the dog laughed.
"I think our meeting wasn't merely by chance," the Rito took the canine by the shoulders, "I think the Goddesses saw fit to put us both there by the river at the same time so that we might cross paths. We have been hoping for a way to increase our numbers rapidly, and it just so happens that I encounter a dog so generously endowed that it's clear he could father dozens of children so very quickly."
"Well, if your village will have me, I can't see why I shouldn't. I'm just a little worried about the whole cross-species thing. I'm a dog. You're a bird. The two don't usually go together." Thellos said.
"I believe that is why the Goddesses chose me to meet you. I have a way of removing that obstacle, though it does represent a significant sacrifice on your part. I could turn you into a Rito, but I would not be able to change you back once you have done your part," Kass locked eyes with the St. Bernard in deep earnest, "Your place would be with the village. You would be one of my people."
"That... sounds kind of nice." the dog allowed himself a small smile.
"You must be sure. It cannot be undone. You would forever be one of the Rito, your old life discarded." Kass said.
"If everyone back in the village is as friendly as you, I think I could live with that. So how does this work? Some sort of magic spell?" Thellos shuffled a little, backing away from the bird slightly to give him enough room to do whatever he might.
"No, there is no spell. I would need to carry you again, only instead of my stomach, I would need to slip you into my womb." the avian replied.
Thellos blinked a little, puzzled for a brief moment. Kass was male from what he could discern, and yet he had a womb? Very quickly, it dawned on him.
"Oooh, you're both. Have you been pregnant before?" the canine asked without any sign of being fazed by the revelation. It was a welcome acceptance.
"I have. My wife, Amali, and I have five children, three of which I carried myself. She has been hoping for a sixth to even the score so to speak." the bird chuckled.
"I'm afraid I'd push things further out of balance in that case," Thellos snickered, "But then, she's not here and you are. Not much we can do about that."
"No, there isn't. But I'm sure my homecoming will be met with great enthusiasm from her, so I'm sure that will help," Kass smirked, "I trust this discussion means you have chosen to accept my proposal?"
"Yeah, I can't think of a reason to say no, especially if it means I get to have you for a dad." Thellos said, leaning back in to press a cheek against the bird's chest.
It took Kass by surprise, but he eagerly accepted it, wrapping his arms back around the canine, squeezing the two of them together firmly. For a few moments, they remained like that, simply basking in one another's company, before Kass pulled away. He was possessed of a new look in his half-lidded eyes. A fond smile was spread across his beak as he gazed at the canid.
"A handsome boy like you will make a fine Rito. Before that happens, I think I would like to enjoy my time with you." the blue avian said.
"You're pretty nice to look at yourself. When you fished me out of the water and I finally got a good look at you, I had kinda hoped I'd get some play time with you." the dog grinned, leaning in against Kass.
"Then why don't we indulge one another?" the Rito replied.
Before another word could be said, the bird leaned forward, pressing his beak to the dog's muzzle in a firm and rather sudden kiss. Thellos had not been prepared for it, but quickly melted into the affection. The avian's large hands cupped along his body, caressing and stroking, getting a proper feel for his form rather than the quick devouring that had come a few days ago. It had been all they could afford at the time. Now, they could move at a more gradual pace and enjoy one another.
Slowly, the dog's length began to slip free of his sheath once more, threatening to push up between them and force their kiss to be broken. Before the girthy mast could so rudely interrupt, Kass pulled away, sighing softly as he scooped one palm under the dog's rump. It hoisted him up softly, making Thellos gasp. The bird tugged his canine lover in tight against him, but found those obscenely generous features to make his attempt virtually impossible. He would need to try a different angle.
Kass leaned forward, pushing Thellos's back against the floor. The dog didn't fight him as he was moved about. Nor did he resist as he was rolled onto his stomach, forced to lay on top of his quickly extending shaft. It drooled across the wooden floor as it grew, giving Thellos something comfortable to lean into. The avian meanwhile shuffled towards him, grinding his own rigid length against the canine, finding his shapely, firm rump to be quite lovely to the touch. The silky soft fur, now that it was dry, tickled his length and made the bird shiver. He straddled the dog's thighs, pressing down against him. The new size he was enjoying reached up past the small of Thellos' back, leaving a trail of clear ooze to mat down his fur.
"Have you ever been in such a position before?" Kass cooed softly.
"Plenty," the St. Bernard replied, "Don't hold back."
Thellos was fighting to hide the subtle quaver in his voice, his heart pounding in anticipation. The Rito rocked his hips, letting his exposed flesh slide back and forth along the dog's cheeks and back. Oh he was going to enjoy this. Tenderly, he ran one of his large wing-hands up over Thellos' back, offering a soothing massage to help him relax. It had the desired effect. The canine's form fell visibly slack. Kass leaned forward and laid down on top of the dog, his chest pressed against Thellos' spine. A low, happy chirp drifted from the bird. He wouldn't stop swaying, delighting in the heat between them as he smeared his sticky resin along the dog's back and rump.
And then it started. Kass rocked back strongly, letting his member draw back far enough to press the head into the crevice between the canine's cheeks. Thellos yelped quietly as he was suddenly pierced. Already, the dark flesh under his tail was getting a good stretch, but it was only going to grow from there. The bird rolled his hips forward, wasting no time in sinking himself as deep as he could into the St. Bernard's bowels. Thellos had been anxious already, but just the sudden intrusion sent him right to the edge, threatening to set him off so quickly.
The noise that came out of the dog made Kass grin. He didn't want him to reach the end just yet, so he slowed his efforts, focusing on keeping him right there, dancing on the edge. The avian was shocked at just how easy it was to drive himself to that same edge. Had the gain in size also resulted in an unprecedented sensitivity? The powerful shiver running up Kass' spine suggested that might in fact be the case. He was curious to see how he might take advantage of this, so he slowed even further, twisting his hips this way and that. Each time had put pressure on one side of the dog's bowels or the other, Thellos writhed harder and dug his claws into the wooden floor. Kass fought to keep his breath from catching in his throat. It wouldn't take much of this for him to finish. And that wouldn't do. It would be too fast.
The blue-feathered fellow pressed in deep, hilting himself under the canine's tail, then began to rock quickly, making short, shallow strokes. Thellos began to huff, slowly falling limp as he was used so deliciously. His tongue lolled out of his mouth as a tired, mindless smile spread across his muzzle. The whole thing left him drooling, both from his open-hanging jaws and from the large, obsidian rod stretched out across the floor under him. The heat radiating from it was enough to keep warm what of him was not in range of the fire.
Both lost track of time, their minds shrouded in the fever of chemical haze the onslaught of physical sensations were pouring into their brains. Kass' efforts paid off, keeping them both from reaching the finish line but certainly dragging them inescapably towards it. The strain of constant motion began to take its toll on the bird's legs. He couldn't hold out forever, and it looked like his body was telling him it was time to just get on with it. And so he did. The large bird slowed his pace, but each time he sank home, he rammed himself forward with aggressive strength. He grunted each time he plowed forward, and Thellos' moans echoed Kass' noises.
Steadily, the two mashed into one another, forcing themselves against each other harder. A wet slapping filled the cabin as they closed in on the end. It quickly became clear to the Rito that he was no longer in control. The twitching and throbbing between his legs signaled that he'd passed the point of no return. So he slammed home as hard as he could again and again, hastening its coming. A screech sounded, then a howl, as both bird and dog reached the desired moment. A heavy blast of thick, sticky bird essence flowed into the canine's bowels. It was quite the generous amount, leaving Thellos feeling his belly swelling just enough to give him a visible paunch.
The dark spire under him, reaching up past his chin, tensed and firmed repeatedly, giving the dog a gentle 'bucking bronco' ride as it unleashed its own flood. A vast splatter painted the floor--and a portion of the far wall--as he came, and came hard. If it weren't for the fact that there were gaps between the floorboards, he might have left the cabin flooded with an inch or two deep pool of his own seed. The cabin wasn't terribly large after all, but then Thellos was certainly quite capacious in regard to his manhood.
The two lovers remained locked together, their forms rigid and flexing as they waited for every last little twitch to finally come to a halt. It gave them a chance to fight for breath and settle down. And it took a while. Several long moments passed as the two gradually relaxed, seeing brief moments where they tensed back up, the bird clinging to the dog, the dog clinging to his own monster shaft. When at last they had managed to finally drift down from the high of their coupling, the Rito nuzzled his beak in against the dog's neck, chirring quietly to him.
"That was quite wonderful, thank you." Kass mused.
"It... it was great," Thellos huffed for breath, "It's usually really easy to make me pop. You kept me from going there too early."
"No sense in setting off the fireworks too soon. I'm just glad you enjoyed it." the Rito sighed.
With a degree of hesitance, Kass slowly pulled his hips back, mourning the loss of the intimate contact as soon as his shaft was free of the dog's grasp. Thellos was similarly disappointed, but not enough to be upset. His length, still drooling heavily, had started to withdraw back into his sheath. That meant his comfortable laying-down-spot would be going away soon. Knowing that, Thellos forced himself to roll over onto his back. Kass had moved to crouch on his knees over the dog, just finishing catching his breath.
"So, now's where we get to the whole turn me into a bird thing?" the dog asked.
"If you do indeed wish it, my people would be glad to have you. I certainly would welcome the experience of bringing you into the fold." Kass replied.
"Alright, let's do it. No time like the present." Thellos sighed as he lay on his back, finally feeling like he was able to breathe without strain at last.
Kass nodded and reached down to grip one of the dog's ankles. He lifted one very large paw, guiding it towards his groin. His other wing-hand cupped at his own swollen scrotum to lift it out of the way. A little spike of glee shot up his spine as he was forced to get a good feel for just how much he had grown. Now that he could see his groin, he marveled at his own size. Maybe slipping Thellos back into him would help him swell further. That alone was worth the effort.
Heat surrounded Thellos' paw as the Rito's folds parted around it. Kass gasped softly as he stretched to begin his task in swallowing the dog up once more. With one trapped between his thighs, the avian took hold of the other ankle and brought it to join the first. The same warmth surrounded it as had its brother. Thellos shivered softly as he that heat sink into his bones, washing away any chill he might have felt. It was not unlike when the bird had devoured him, and that was comforting. Kass released his sac, now that he had both of the dog's feet lodged in his cleft, and reached forward, gripping the legs connected to those paws. He took a moment, looked Thellos in the eyes, then pulled.
The Rito gasped again as he felt his tunnel stretch. A quiet, wet, slurping noise signaled the progress. The act was one that Kass had engaged in before, though not often. So rare was it that he was already feeling overwhelmed. But he didn't stop, not when he still had so much more to go. The bird reached forward and took hold of Thellos' hips, pulling him towards the fleshy passage he was to enter through. With his knees now trapped inside the Rito's canal, the dog shuddered, making his hidden legs shift. That set off a reaction neither had anticipated. Kass inhaled sharply and went stiff as his petals yawned open around the canine's legs, then the muscular passage beyond 'gulped' on its own. Thellos was drawn in almost up to his hips. His bloated sac mashed against the panting bird's, proving to be an interesting obstacle.
Kass was not to be done in by the tricky task. He worked his hips from side to side, pressing gently against the large, tender orbs that dwarfed his own. The dog attached to them fought to keep from wriggling, but made no effort to silence himself. He filled the little cabin with a number of noises and yowls as he felt the bird slowly, miraculously stuff the larger-than-melon-sized testicles into the soaked, heated depths almost half of him had vanished into. By this point, Kass' stomach had already begun to distend. He could feel Thellos' paws press against the interior of his womb. That alone was enough to make his eyes roll back in his head. When, with a pair of wet pops, the dog's obscenely large sac was vanished into the avian's waiting passage. It stretched his abdomen tremendously, seeing the Rito start to round back out.
With so much already inserted into him, Kass was finding it difficult to breathe steadily. Warm nectar soaked the St. Bernard's legs and groin, slowly seeping up over the softly bloated tummy he had been given. As the Rito paused his efforts to grip and tug with his hands, just to try and catch his breath, his tunnel forced him to continue making progress, slowly rippling away around the dog. Inch by inch, Thellos was drawn in, even without Kass' conscious attempts. Realizing he didn't have to do anything, the bird leaned back and let his body do what it would.
The Rito moved his hands from trying to grip at the dog halfway inside him to holding his bulging middle. He groaned as he shifted his hips about, finding the action gave his canal an easier time tugging his lover in. He could feel Thellos' swollen sheath grind against the wall of his passage, and that left him shivering all over again. The slick, dark spire that was beginning to firm back up was next, just as he felt the dog's rump slurped up. A second set of paws began rubbing the feathered dome as it grew. Thellos was happy to appreciate the belly he was disappearing into. Kass slipped his own palms over the dog's, smiling tiredly down at him.
"Not... much longer... then you'll sleep... for at least... nine long months." the Rito huffed.
"Can't wait." Thellos didn't bother fighting to hide the tremble in his voice. He was excited.
The heat pushed up over his stomach, kissing at his chest. He pulled his paws away from the steadily growing dome he was being concealed inside and tucked his arms in against his sides. He pressed his paws in towards the quivering folds and felt them quickly devoured. A few more gentle tugs saw his shoulders slip in, leaving only his head. The dog nuzzled in against the bird's groin, even offering him a few licks as several good dribbles of clear ooze drooled down onto his muzzle from the proud shaft above.
A large wing-hand cupped against the back of Thellos' head as Kass reclined, still on his knees, his gut sagging almost to the floor. The bird stroked over his companion's ears softly, wanting to hold there for a moment to savor the experience. He wasn't going to get long. He could feel his canal wanting to consume the dog, to completely devour him. He trilled happily and let his eyes drift shut. With one, good, loud squelch, the Rito pressed on the canine's head, helping to sink him the rest of the way in. Kass' petals closed once more, slowly, trying to return to the shape they had been prior to this whole endeavor.
Movement came from under the bird's feathers. He could feel Thellos shifting about, being drawn completely into his womb. He wasn't certain, but he could have sworn he could actually feel the entry--his cervix--clenching up to prevent his passenger from slipping back out until it was time. Kass shivered and cried out again as all the adjustment going on in his middle pushed him to climax one more time. His lower belly was painted white just as it had after he swallowed the dog. He flopped onto his back, both palms pressing against his grand, gravid tummy.
He couldn't possibly know it was happening, but he was connecting with Thellos, the necessary link falling into place to ensure he could support the canine. Gradually, his breathing slowed and he could feel the activity in his uterus slow down and finally stop. He smiled and dragged himself over to the bed, sitting up to let his belly, just as huge and heavy as it had been earlier, fill his lap. He cooed and gently squeezed the dome, careful not to do it too much lest he end up getting a heavy blast of dog seed where it might have serious consequences.
"And so it begins. Sleep well, my son."
The storm took two more days to finally pass. When Kass dared to venture back out, he had started growing accustomed to moving about with such an enormous middle. And he was all too delighted by it. Of course, he lost the ability to feed himself by making the dog erupt in his stomach, but that was a trade-off he was comfortable with. The bird could not help but grin as he waddled his way down the mountain, still playing his bandoneon. He had to keep his arms held up higher than usual as he worked the bellows, but tended to find comfort in resting them atop the gravid swell he now treasured.
The morning after he took Thellos into himself, he noticed a few subtle changes. As the days carried on, those changes became more pronounced. It forced him to change his gait further, keeping his legs spread further to accommodate. Then he noticed he didn't need to keep them spread as wide as his hips began to bow outward. It came one morning when he felt his son's weight pressing down in a more comfortable fashion, seated against him better. Also, his pants refused to fit. This pregnancy was having a much more profound impact on his body than any before it.
Content to savor his size during his travels, Kass left the deep chill of Hebra and ventured further south. The path he had opted for didn't take him to the home of the Rito, but instead far to the east. He knew it would be considerably longer to go that way, but the swollen azure avian could not help himself. He passed through Tabantha, the path Thellos had followed leading towards Hebra, then turned south again. The road took him past a number of locations he had already scouted, but wanted to revisit. This was largely due to an intense desire to draw out his travels as long as possible to enjoy his new son's company. He would get plenty of time to enjoy it once he was home, but he would likely end up nest-ridden under the insistence of his wife. Traveling while so gravid was a special joy he relished.
The craggy canyon known by the locals as 'The Breach of Demise' held his fascination for a time, as did the Seres Scablands. But eventually, he had to carry on. The bridge across Tanagar Canyon gave Kass some concern. He was used to being able to fly to wherever he wished to go, but weighed down such as he was, he wasn't sure if the old wooden structure was safe. When a traveler on horseback passed by, he decided he shouldn't worry. He didn't weigh as much as a horse after all. At least not yet. If he kept growing, that might change.
By the time the Rito passed Strock Lake, in the home stretch now, he had forgone anything covering his lower half. He had torn his pants open to try and use them as a loin cloth, but soon that did nothing to conceal his steadily swelling groin. Something about that left him giddy. After at least three weeks of travel since he left Hebra Mountain, Kass was finally looking upon Lake Totori and the spire-like rocky island in the middle where his home village was perched. The rope bridges creaked and groaned under his greater weight, but never threatened to give. He garnered a few stares as he passed other Rito. Without realizing it, Kass had gained a bit of a train of other avians following him.
His rotund--to say nothing of the exceptionally generous swells between his legs--had garnered quite a lot of attention and curiosity. Before long, half the village was gathered behind him, waiting to hear the stories of his travels, and how he had gotten so big. He was excited to tell them all, but first, his responsibilities lay with his wife.
Kass crossed the short wooden walkway to the airy structure he and his family called home. Before he could offer a proper greeting, his wife turned around and froze. Her eyes opened wide as she drank in the sight of her husband and his enormous stomach.
"Hello dear. I'm sorry if I worried you while I was away." the azure fellow smiled.
Amali stepped closer, unable to draw her gaze away from the gravid bulge her lover now possessed. Her delicate fingers reached forward and began to feel over the dome, eliciting a happy trill from its owner.
"I had faith you would return unharmed, but... what happened? You weren't this big when you left." the lady of jade feathers offered her husband's belly a gentle squeeze.
"No, I wasn't. I had a fateful encounter with a young dog named Thellos." Kass shuffled his way further through the entry and moved to settle atop the nest he shared with his wife.
The crowd that followed the blue fellow this far pressed in hoping to hear something about this change in his appearance, listening in as the minstrel relayed his adventures to Amali. She sat next to him, her attention completely undivided while she continued to fawn over his gently shifting gut. Seeing him like this had stirred up a good deal of jealousy, to say nothing of an intense desire.
It took Kass until the sun dipped near the horizon, bringing with it the coming of the night, to share the tale. But he managed to tell the whole story, everything of his travels up to and including his time with Thellos. It made several other Rito gasp quietly as they heard the dog's frightening fall into the frigid river. Then whispers passed through the group as he spoke of taking the canine into himself, not just swallowing him, but adopting him.
"So, you mean to tell me that not only do we need to make room for another child, but you broke your promise?" Amali frowned, "You said I would get to bare the next one."
"Yes," Kass blushed and averted his gaze, "I did promise that. I'm sorry, dear. I couldn't leave him, and I assumed the sooner it started, the sooner he could be re-born. He may very well help us prevent the decline of our people."
"That may be, but you owe me." Amali pressed in close, trying to push her pregnant husband onto his back.
She was successful, smiling slyly at him as she draped herself across his belly.
"I do indeed. And I intend to make good on my debt. In fact, I might be able to satisfy the entire thing in one go. With Thellos, this makes two children I owe you. And thanks to his influence, it's likely you could end up just as large as I am." Kass laughed quietly.
"Don't think I didn't notice that. You left a trail when you walked in. I wouldn't be surprised if it led all the way out of the village and beyond. I want to see what 'the new you' can do." the feathered lady trilled as she pressed her beak to Kass'.
It took no time at all for Amali to undress. Neither husband nor wife shied away from the idea of a public spectacle. There weren't any walls in their village after all. The green-feathered lady pressed in against her husband's swollen stomach, chirping softly to him as he lay reclined in their nest. He grinned softly feeling a very familiar shape press against his belly.
"I would hope you've had someone tending to that while I've been absent." Kass arched his back, trying to press forward against his wife's throbbing mast.
"A couple of girls have been keeping me satisfied, but no one can sate me nearly as well as you can, my love." Amali cooed as she ground herself against the warm plumage of her husband. She fully intended to take what she wanted from him, then roll him over and give him a similar ride. The second half might wait until morning, though.
They had been the first couple to experiment with the idea of blurring the gender lines. It had shown promise, given they had managed five children in very short order. But if the Rito were to truly recover from their decline, they would need more than just one pair of hermaphrodites. And they would need more than one egg at a time. Hopefully, Thellos' influence would yield better results.
A soft gasp escaped the jade bird as she sank down on the waiting member below. It was far larger than she remembered it being, pushing her almost to the edge of pain. Kass had noticed the difference too. Amali's embrace was significantly more snug that he recalled. The blue fellow fought to keep from showing a wince. He tried to reach around his grand tummy to take hold of the lady's hips, but he was just too swollen. Amali took note of her husband's inability to assist and spread her legs further. With a downward bounce, she forced herself further onto the engorged length she was keen to get to know all over again.
The small crowd--already gathered to hear the minstrel's tale--watched as the two lovers pumped against one another. Each time the lady leaned back, they caught sight of the generous swell her husband made in her abdomen. He had grown indeed. It left many wanting to try giving the monster a ride once she was done. If Amali would permit it. She might end up so greedy she wouldn't let anyone else try it. Rarely was she so selfish.
As the pair of birds rolled against one another, their time apart drifted away, the old fire roaring back to life. It had never gone out, but it had needed stoking. The dog hidden deep in Kass' womb had certainly provided all that was needed. Flesh and feather brushed against one another. Moisture oozed forth to soak stomach, thigh, and shaft alike. Amali had left a sticky patch on her husband's stomach while he had smeared his own slick ooze all around inside her. It was all she could do to keep from demanding more of him. She wanted to let herself go, but that would not do for their reunion. Perhaps tomorrow when he wasn't tired from travel.
They remained slow and passionate, gradually teasing and driving one another towards their shared height. Had Kass not been so swollen, he might have insisted on a proper mating flight. The ecstasy of the air rushing past them as they made love, falling out of the sky only to pull away at the last moment, it was a wonderful thing. But then it didn't permit them the joy of mating while one of them was with child. While it had not been outright spoken, they both knew they preferred the latter, when one or both were heavy with young. And with Kass as huge as he was, it only added to the experience.
Amali squeezed her arms around the blue fellow's stomach, already panting for breath as she rode the bucking hips under her. Kass was similarly out of breath already, but then he had the weight of his belly to contend with. The dog inside moved about, squirming in his sleep as his protective bubble was forced to sway and rock. That motion saw the father-to-be unable to hold himself back. He bucked up into his wife until at last he clapped his beak shut and flexed every muscle he could. A powerful surge flowed from him to Amali. She threw her head back in shock and elation as the flood hit her, stretching her belly visibly in mere moments. She cried out as she painted both their stomachs with her own release, ensuring they would both need to bathe thoroughly once this was over.
Kass did not stop rocking his hips as he let his distended sac unload itself into the avian atop him. The swell he gave her continued to grow, forcing her to lean back. Amali's hands moved from her husband's pregnant belly to her own growing middle. She could scarcely believe it was possible, but even as she was pushed towards her limit, she found herself wanting to see how much more she could take.
It took several moments for the world to finally come back into focus for the couple. Kass was the first to move, trying to sit up. He found it a bit more difficult than it had been just moments earlier. Amali was still set upon him, gasping for air, leaning back away from him. With a little effort, he caught a glimpse as to why. He'd managed to fill her to the point where she looked like she was already about to lay.
"Oh my. Are you in pain?" He forced out between breaths.
"The best kind." Amali managed to reply, sounding dazed, as if she'd only just been awakened, or perhaps had too much to drink.
The pair slowly managed to separate, leading to the jade-feathered lady laying down on her side next to her swollen husband, appreciating her own similarly round middle.
"I'd call that a fine welcome home." Kass chuckled.
"You can bet I'm going to want to do that again. I don't care if I end up so big I can't move." Amali laughed.
"I would be happy to give you however much you desire. Though, it would appear that we've drawn the interest of the rest of the village." the blue bird turned to look towards the entrance to their home, gazing over the crowd that had just witnessed their act of passion.
"Well, don't be rude. Play the good host and ask if anyone would like to join us." Amali grinned.
Kass' eyes widened a little at the notion just as a line started to form. He was going to be quite popular for a while.
Thellos had not woken in the midst of the married couple's reintroduction. Nor did he wake during the jostling about that followed as nearly every adult in the Rito village came to 'pay their respects'. And so it went most days. Kass was 'asked' to provide 'for the good of the village'. Which he did conscientiously. No one could see the progress of his son, unaware of how his transformation was progressing. Kass could feel it, however. He continued to grow, both about the waist and between his legs. Only days after he returned home, and he and his wife coupled, it was clear that Amali was pregnant. And not long after that, it was clear that her pregnancy wasn't of the normal variety.
A string of other pregnancies had followed. Not everyone who had mated with Kass ended up with child, but a good number of them did. And it included a few who had not expected it to be at all possible. Kass ended up one of a handful of males expecting. His return was deemed a miracle, the very one they had been hoping for. The months that passed were spent trying to understand how the dog had provided such an influence, as well as other volunteers among the village looking to undergo the same experimentation Kass and Amali had. Word was sent to the scientists from Akkala Lab who had enabled the change, and they returned to the village, all too happy to hear of the success and eager to help.
When at last Kass reached the end of his term, his belly tensed and he writhed in his nest as he gave birth. This was far different from laying eggs. For one thing, eggs were smooth, round, and much smaller than Thellos had been going in. For another, the azure Rito had not been nearly as heavily proportioned during previous birthings. He pushed with all his might, fighting to keep from letting himself fall into the oh so tempting feedback loop of slurping the 'newborn' back in, just to push him back out all over again. Amali helped as best she could, careful to not let herself get sucked in as well. Her husband's nethers had become quite greedy she noticed.
After a long day's labor, several sticky messes cleaned up, many messes left out of futility, and three exhausted Rito later, Thellos was welcomed back into the world outside the minstrel's womb. He lay on the floor of Kass and Amali's hut, still panting for breath, coated in a thick, sticky sheen. The dog was no more. In his place was a creature most decidedly avian, Rito to be precise. His beak was short and stubby, curved in a similar fashion to that of his father's, parrot-like. His was no longer wrapped in thick, soft fur, but a fluffy plumage that mirrored his old white and brown coloring. His paws had turned to the same wing-hands of his new people, though his palms seemed larger than the norm. As did his talons. What had been fur-covered legs were now the almost scaled-texture of a bird. His clawed toes splayed out larger than most Rito, providing a very wide base to provide remarkable stability for his broad, shapely hips. His generosity from before remained, though he lacked a sheath. Instead, his member simply dangled down along the front of his enormous sac, drooling ever so lightly.
"Happy birthday, son." Kass said breathlessly.
Amali sat on the floor with Thellos, resting his head atop her gravid stomach. She had grown even larger over the last few months, eagerly awaiting when it was her turn to give birth. She smiled down at her new son, having given him more than just a few good baths while he had remained sealed up in her husband's belly.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, dear." the lady cooed.
"Has it... has it been nine months... already?" Thellos was still tired from the ordeal of being born.
"It has indeed. Just rest, sweetie. You've had a big day." the mother-to-be offered with a practiced soothing voice.
Within minutes, Thellos was asleep again. He didn't wake until the next morning. The hut had been cleaned once more. Kass woke rejuvenated, ready to spend the next month tending to his wife's every need now that it was her turn. The new Rito sat as he was served a delicious smelling roast salmon dish that provided him with a curious energizing feeling.
"A lot has gone on while you were inside me," Kass explained, "The village is embracing the changes your mother and I championed before we met you. As well as the changes you've brought with you."
The azure fellow grinned, gesturing to his groin. Thellos noticed that his new father had indeed gained a great deal more mass since he went to sleep for those nine short months. They had been thought of as long at the start, but now it seemed like it was all too brief an experience. He couldn't help but notice that Amali was proportioned roughly as big as Kass had been upon diving into his womb. Others passed by just outside the hut, showing similar expansive bulges, many not bothering to try to conceal themselves with clothing. Clearly his influence had spread like a highly infectious illness. And it was one everyone was eager to catch. And at least half of the village was pregnant.
"I can see. I take it everyone's pleased with how things have gone?" Thellos asked, feeling slightly anxious seeing so many so heavily swollen.
"It's a very happy time for us, thanks to you. We're already on our way to doubling the village's population. We're going to need to expand and build new homes to house everyone." Amali said from up on her nest.
Five young girls were crowded around her belly, pressing, prodding, and rubbing the dome, peppering her with questions.
"I'm glad I could help. So, what happens now? I'm guessing I can't just live here off you two forever." Thellos took another bite of his breakfast.
"The village elder has decided that you are to be our breeder. Since all of this fertility spawned from you and your... generosity, we've decided we should take advantage of it. The Hylian scientists tell us the more we're exposed to your... gifts... the more like you we all will become. Whether that's a good thing in the long run or not remains to be decided, but it will ensure that our people will survive." Kass said.
"Breeder?" Thellos asked, suddenly a little nervous.
"Yes, breeder. There's already a waiting list of those who wish to be among the first to mate with you." Kass turned to look past the entrance to a nearby hut.
Just outside waited a collection of young ladies and even a few males, all gathered, talking about something that could not be heard.
"They're all waiting to mate with me?" Thellos asked, staring at the half dozen young adult Rito.
"You're going to be very popular," Kass chuckled, "It might take some of the strain off your mother and me. We've been tending to breeding responsibilities while I carried you."
"So, it's not going to stop until everyone in the village is pregnant, is it?" the former canine asked.
"Everyone of proper age, correct," Kass replied, "I can only imagine what kind of legends will be told of this time in our people's history. I think I'll have to compose a song about it. Finish eating. You've a busy day ahead of you. Your first full day as a Rito and you'll be fathering a great many children."
"And hopefully mothering a few of your own." Amali grinned broadly.
"You'll have to find your way on your own, I'm afraid. Your mother is going to need my attention all day. She's carrying four eggs. It's unprecedented." Kass stood up, stretching a bit. He was still acclimating to being empty again.
"Yeah, I guess I sorta supercharged you. It's a shame you're my dad. I wouldn't mind getting another good ride from you." Thellos mused.
Amali smirked as she ran a palm over her gravid tummy.
"Who says you can't? I for one would like to try you out." the green-feathered lady gazed at her "newborn" son with lust in her eyes.
Thellos swallowed quietly, sensing he was likely to end up incredibly sore by the end of the day. But then it came with the territory when one was to accomplish things that would end up becoming legend.
