Chapter 3 - New friends

Real world

At 10:00 am John woke up. During his breakfast he got a massage from his mother that said they will return home at 7:00 pm. The massage also said that they have a surprise for John. After he showered and cleaned the house he started Furries World.

Game World

After the game has started, John controlled his wounds and burnings. After that he left his room. At the door of the inn Jon met Emyltus and he said: " Hi, I want to ask if I can come with you and your friend to help you with some quests as a reward for saving me. " "It is OK for me but I don't know, what my friend would say about it." answered John and both began to walk to the city hall. After a walk from a 10 minutes they reached the city hall. At the door they could see Mike who was weaving. After John and Emyltus reached him he said: "You are late. I thought I have to look for you to rescue you again from the knights of white cosmos." "No I was late because my mother send me a massage about her return home. So I have to leave at 6:30 pm. "" Can I come with you both?" asked Emyltus and John and Mike said yes."I heard someone talking about a dungeon in west of the city. What do you say should we try our luck. ""Got idea Stalikanasus let's go" said John.

So they began there walk to the dungeon. After 30 minutes they reached the entrance of the dungeon. The dungeon was a old castle, which was abandon more than 100 years ago. Know it is hunted by Ghosts. "Take this." said Mike and gave a small crystal to John. "What is this?" asked John. "It is a enchanting crystal. This one gave a weapon the ability to hurt ghosts. But it will only last an hour but I have more if you need one. Emyltus do you also need one of the crystals." "No." with this Emyltus summoned a rod, which had magical power. "I am a magician so I can handle a few ghosts. Yesterday in the alley I couldn't use my magic because I used it all to make it save to the city and needed time to recover. But they found me before I could recover completely. So I had to you use my sword." "OK are we ready" asked Mike. When John and Emyltus said yes, they entered the dungeon. Mike began to sing"Ghostbusters, If there's something strange in you neighbourhood, Who you gonna call? (ghostbusters)If there's something weird and it don't look good. Who you gonna call? (ghostbusters)""Please stop Stalikanasus you can't sing you don't hit one right tone. Even in a game it sounds terrible." Before Mike could begin to sing again John said: "If I hear another tone from you. You will end like Trubatix." "That is not fair." and Mike look like a baby who someone had stolen his favourite toy. Clouds began to form over his head. "Emyltus stop that and let's take this dungeon I don't have the howl day." "Sorry." and the clouds disappeared.

The group entered the castle through the main gate. Before they could set one step on the ground of the courtyard. They were attack by a group of ghosts. Because the ghosts were weak John and his group could defeat them easily. After the fight had ended they had time to look at the courtyard. Everywhere on the ground between the cobblestone grew weed and flowers. The houses who stood on the courtyard were mostly destroyed through a fire or over the time because no one repaired the damage. John began to search in the ruins if he could find something useful. But he there were nothing which had some kind of value. So he walked back to Mike and Emyltus who had entered one of house which was still standing. From the inside John could hear the sound of fighting. Mike and Emyltus were fighting a group of ghosts and skeletons. John drew his sword and joined the fight. It was a hard fight with Emyltus magic they could defeat every enemy.

After that they began to search through the house if they could found something with value. On the second floor they found a chest in which were jewellery and some gems. Emyltus used a spell to see if they were enchanted but there were no enchanting on the things in the chest. So they took everything to sell it later to merchant in the city. After that John knocked on the ground of the chest to confirmed if there was a double bottom in the chest. But there was nothing hidden in the chest.

So John and his group left the building and continued there exploration of the castle. They walked through a gate to the next courtyard. Here they found more ghosts and skeletons. John and his group needed more than a half a hour to defeat every ghost and skeleton. The skeletons wore mostly sword and scraps of clothes. The skeletons were more dangerous than the ghosts because the ghosts disappeared after one hit, but some of the skeletons were capable of fighting. After the end of the fight John and his group search through the remaining of the skeletons and the courtyard, if they could find something with value but there were nothing. So they entered the main building.

Over the time everything was destroyed in the building. The stairs to the upper floor looked like it could break every moment. Before John could look more around they where again attack by ghosts and skeletons. This time it took more time to defeat the ghosts. The ghosts were stronger so they had to hit them three times before they disappear. The skeletons were wearing parts of an old amour. This means that not every hit would destroy one of the skeletons. It took John and his friend around forty minutes until all enemy were defeated. But everyone had wounds on his body so they need some time to heal the wounds with Emyltus magic and some potions. After they all had restored there health, they searched through the ground level of the building. But the rooms were mostly empty. They only found some coins, old clothes and old weapons who were not in a condition to be used in a fight.

After there search had ended they took the stairs to the next floor of the building. Again they were attacked by a group of ghosts and skeletons. The fight was harder than on the floor below. In the end John and his friend could defeat them after half a hour. After that they also searched on this floor for item, which had some kind of value. John was leaning on a wall, when Emyltus was opening a chest. The wall was breaking an John felt in a new room. There he found a another chest, who he opened. After he opened the chest a new ghost appeared and attacked John. The ghost was stronger that every ghost John fought before. He cried for help. Emyltus and Mike came after a few minutes to help John in his fight. It took the three a few minutes to win the fight. "John did you find anything in the chest." "Three gems who are glowing and are enchanted. Then a sword, which can be used with one hand and it is made out of some metal I don't know but I know where I could find a blacksmith." "OK you can keep the sword, if it is OK for you Emyltus." "I prefer the magic so I don't need a new sword." Emyltus used a spell to check what kind of enchanting was one each stone. One raised the magic power so Emyltus keep the gem. The second one raised the duration of a amour if it is incorporated into a amour. John keep it because he want to make a better amour for himself. The third stone raise the strength of a person so Mike keep it.

So John and his group healed there wound and took the stairs to the third floor of the building. But they were not attacked by ghosts or skeletons. So the could began there search on the floor. After a short walk they reached a big door which was locked. So Emyltus used his magic to destroy the door. After the dust had settled they saw that they had reached the throne room. On the throne was sitting a skeleton which wore a amour. The amour looked like it was made out of gold. But it showed no sins of age or damage from a fight. "So you little boys think that you come into my castle steel my treasures and take my throne. You are really pathetic if you think that you can defeat the great golden lord Rakiskaturanier. The ruler of this land, whose power was taken away by a group of rebels who claimed to fight for freedom. For peasant there is no freedom they life and die only for there lord. And so you will die" After the king had ended his speech he stood up from his throne and took his sword, which stood next to the throne. The king charged at John and his group . The king was faster then they expected and hit all of them before they could raise there weapons to defend themselves. The first minutes of the fight John and Mike could only block the attack. While Emyltus began to cast a spell against the king. It was a long spell so Emyltus needed some time. When the spell was ready a fireball came from Emyltus and hit the king on the chest. He made some steps back to maintain his balance. This used Mike and John to launch a attack against the king. They could destroy the armour but land no hit on the king himself. Without his amour the king became faster than before and so the chance to defend against the attacks became lower. But John and Mike didn't give up and launch there own attack. In the background Emyltus began to cast a new spell. Again it took Emyltus to cast the spell. This time it was a lighting who hit the king and killed him. So the bones of the king flew through the room.

After the dust had settled John heard a voice who said. " You piece of shit, when I got my power back. I will torture you until you don't know your own name and you will beg that I kill. " So John began to investigate where the voice was coming from. When he took the crown, he found a small being. "What are you looking at you scum. " John took the being on his hand. It looked like a yellow worm with three eyes. "What is this thing John." "I am Rakiskaturanier the ruler of this land. You will all kneel before me. " "No, we won't do that, but I think I will keep you as my pet. " "So after this is clear let's take everything what had value and return to the city." said Mike. So after they had taken everything. They return to the city and sold everything. In the end the made 1 gold coin for everyone. John bought from the money a cage for his new pet and some food. Then he said goodbye to his friends and returned to the inn to lock out.

Real World

When John ended the game it was 6:00 pm so he had one hour until his family returned home. He took a shower and changed his clothes. When he was cleaning his room he heard the opening of the front door. So he took the stairs down. There he was greeted by his mother. She said: "Hi sweety. As I said in the message. I have a surprise for you. So please close your eyes." John closed his eyes and a few seconds later he felt something wet one his face. He opened his eyes and saw a pup before his face. It was a husky. Most of his fur was black only on his paws and his belly it was white. "Say hallo to your new pet. I knew that you love huskies so a bought it today as a present for your good work at school." "Thanks mum. Does he have a name?" "Yes, his name is Balto. You have to take care for him and train him." "Yes mum a will do everything for this dog." So Johns mother gave him Balto and John took him to his room. Then he walked down to take the dog basket and the dog food out of the car. He brought the food into the kitchen and the basket to his room. When John entered his room he saw that Balto was exploring the room. In the next hours John showed Balto the house and explained everything to the dog. After the family has eaten John went to bed and Balto was sleeping with Jon in his bed and not in his basket.
