"OK now you all need to defuse" (Ms. Star)

That was the last thing I remembered as my vision blurred and I felt myself collapse.

I awoke in the hospital with what seemed to be ten doctors standing around the room looking at all sorts of screens and readings.

"Where am I?"

"Ajax you're finally awake." (Ms. Star)

"Yeah, where are my brothers?"

As I said that I could see her face drop with a look of worry.

"What is it? Where are they?"

"You guys haven't defused... the doctors have been running all sorts of tests to see if we could defuse you all, and if we even should."

"Well why shouldn't you have? How long were we asleep?"

"You have been asleep for 7 hours. We have already contacted your parents, They are outside waiting. We have been trying to find out what condition your brothers are in, but this whole fusing concept has never happened before."

I immediately went to work searching for any trace of my brothers minds.

HEY ARE ANY OF YOU FUCKERS IN HERE!?

No response...

IF ANY OF YOU CAN HEAR ME ANSWER NOW!

Still nothing...

'I'm not getting any response from them. Are they OK? What happens if I try to defuse right now?"

"We don't know. We need you to calm down, we will sort all of this out." (Ms. Star)

Guys get your asses out here, NOW!

What the fuck are you screaming for? (Kade)

Kade, oh god, what were you doing?

What do you mean? I was sleepi... wait, Where am I?

You are still fused with me, so is everyone else.

What? How is that possible?

I don't know. But we passed out after training, right when Ms. Star asked us to defuse.

Has anyone else responded?

No not yet.

"Ajax are you OK?" (Ms. Star)

"Yes Kade just responded to me. He's OK as far as I can tell."

"Good, can he defuse?"

Ya I should be able to. (Kade)

In a flash Kade was standing next to the bed. Everyone just stared at him.

"Well I'm glad to see you are OK." (Ms. Star)

"Yeah I'm just fine. I'm more worried about everyone else." (Kade)

"Yes we all are."

We waited for what felt like hours for any sign of my other brothers. No matter how many times I yelled in my head all that came back was silence. Eventually they allowed our parents to come in.

"Are you guys OK?" (Mom)

"Obviously their not OK. it's this crazy places fault." (Dad)

He said this while staring at Ms. Star.

"Dad, it's not their fault, They were trying to help us control this power." (Kade)

"Can I get off of this damn bed?"

"we would prefer that you didn't." (doctor)

"Let him get up!" (Dad)

I stood up without waiting for an answer. I gave my parents a hug and turned. That's when I felt a huge power boost surge through me.

Whos awake. (Me)

Ugh... Where am I? (Tony)

Yeah what's going on? (Joe)

Anyone else up? (Me)

We're we asleep? (Vince)

Ya I guess you could say that.

I explained everything to them and told them to defuse after telling everyone in the room who was up.

"Joe. Tony, Vince man am I glad to see you guys." (Kade)

As everyone got their greeting out of the way I tried activating my unnoticeable powers to see if that would awake anyone else. I couldn't activate anything and still only heard silence from my mind.

"How much longer do my boys have to stay here?" (Dad)

"Until all of them defuse, and we check the physical state of all of them." (Ms. Star)

My parents weren't happy about all of this, but we had to make sure everything was OK. Ms. Star led them to an apartment building that was on the same grounds as this hospital room. All the doctors worked all night to try and help with this situation. Eventually Garrett woke up and defused. He was more dazed than everyone else. No matter how hard I tried Seth Carson Lance and Farren didn't wake up. We all decided to rest for the night. We would figure out what to do in the morning.
