SEASON 1, EPISODE 11: THE THIRD MATE

While Maalum was talking with Kiara, Kion just laid in his den as he has a visitor.

Goigoi: *upset* Kion. I warned you.

Kion: And I warned YOU!

Goigoi: Shut your mouth. Reirei kicked me out of my farm and that's your fault, you stupid lion. *growls*

Kion: Why don't YOU shut your mouth!? It's not my fault that she kicked you out. It's your own fucking fault! You lazy jackal! You're also forgetting that I'm the king!

Goigoi: I don't care about what you say. You're a fucking bad king. You changed Reirei. She used to love me and care about me. Now she only thinks about you and your stupid babies. You destroyed my family! *ready to attack*

Kion: Don't even think about it! *ready to attack*

Goigoi: You destroyed my family and now I will destroy... YOU! *jumps to attack Kion with his teeth*

Before he could do that, Kion lunges at him. They both start fighting. Then Maalum appears.

Maalum: KION! *worried*

Kion: *looks at him* Maalum! Get the Guard! Now!!

Maalum: No! I won't leave you alone with that monster. Grrrrr...

Goigoi: You again? I'll teach you to stay away from me, you freak.

Goigoi leaves Kion and takes Maalum down.

Maalum: Aaaaah!

Kion: NOOO!!! MAALUM!!!

Maalum tries to fight, but Goigoi's stronger than him and he bites him on his front left paw.

Goigoi: You're just a stupid freak.

Maalum: Aaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!! *so much pain*

Kion pushes Goigoi off of Maalum.

Goigoi: This is my last warning. Stay. Away. From. My. Reirei. Or I will kill you and your freaking boyfriend.

Kion: Then you stay. Away. From. Me!! You son of a bitch!

Goigoi is ready to attack again. Maalum's watching and crying with pain. Before Goigoi can attack again, Kion walks between him and Maalum. Next thing the jackal knows, Kion uses the Roar. It's the biggest Roar they've ever heard. It throws Goigoi all the way to Mama Binturong's Stone Forest and he lands on one of the very sharp stones, killing him instantly. Maalum looks at Kion and shows him a smile, knowing that now he'll be fine. Then he starts crying with pain. His leg is bleeding. Kion picks him up and rushes to Nirmala.

Kion: Nirmala! Help!

Nirmala: *thinking* What a busy week. Maalum?! *worried* Oh no. Kion. Fast. Lay him on this rock. What happened?

Kion: *lays Maalum on the rock* Goigoi attacked us.

Nirmala: *thinking* Goigoi?! You... You sure it was Goigoi?!

Kion: Yeah, it was.

Nirmala: *thinking* I can't believe I'm his mate. I need to break our relationship. I will heal him with the same process I healed you. By the way, how did you escape from him? *starts healing Maalum*

Kion: I uhhh... used the Roar on him.

Nirmala: *worried* Oh my! Where did you send him? *Whispers to Maalum:* It will hurt a little.

Rani: *breaks the kiss* Boys?!

Kiara gasps.

Kiara: Kion, Maalum! It's not what it looks like!

Rani: Baliyo. Just tell me.

Baliyo: Rani. I... I love Kion.

Rani: Hahaha. I know. You're great friends.

Rani: Ok. I'll give you a chance. I love you both and I want you to be happy, so...

Maalum and Baliyo look at Kion with happiness.

Rani: *serious again* This is really beautiful. But now we need to decide about Maalum. He needs help.

Meanwhile, Rani's sleeping inside the Tree and she's woken by Dogo.

She's still asleep.

Rani: *wakes up* Dogo?

Dogo: Hey. Sorry for coming here so early, but I'm worried about my father.

Rani: *yawns* It's okay, Dogo. Why are you worried about him?

Dogo: Well. Yesterday, my mother kicked him out of our farm. But he always used to talk with me before I went to sleep. Last night he didn't show up. I think something happened to him. Do you know anything?

Rani: Well...

She doesn't want to tell the truth about the fight between Goigoi and Kion, and the fact that Kion roared him out.

Rani: Ummm... He told me that he's going back to the Outlands for a bit.

Dogo: *worried* What?! Why?! We're a family. He knows I love him, no matter what happens between him and my mother. Why did he leave us that way? *a little sad*

Rani: He didn't tell me. Go ask Kion. Maybe he knows.

Dogo: Ok. Thanks, your Highness. I hope he's ok.

Dogo leaves, sad.

Meanwhile, Kiara and Kovu are still sleeping in their den.

Kion: *walks in* Kiara?

Kiara is still sleeping.

Kion: *walks closer and nudges her* Sis.

Kion: I have something to tell you.

Kiara: *Yawning* Kion. It's too early. Can we talk later?

Kion: No. It's about Maalum.

Kovu makes a little noise while sleeping.
