Chapter 50: Monster in Paradise
Thomas and Jeremy make their way to see someone who might be able to help with not only their Unova travel issue, but with Jeremy's newfound position. But while resting, Thomas discovers something lurking in the water.
[This story does contain explicit material, so if you're under the age of 18, you probably shouldn't read any further, blah blah blah.]
The trip back to Seafolk Village was mostly uneventful. The trainers had either battled Thomas on the way up and weren’t keen for a rematch so soon, or recognised he was striding back quite merrily from one of the region’s hardest trails, and didn’t particularly want to find out why. Several pokemon popped out to make their presence known, and Thomas let Jeremy give them a going over with those left in his care. Were any trainers to have stepped up, THomas would have taken their challenge - Jeremy wasn’t officially a trainer yet - but he saw no reason why the Kommo-o couldn’t practise on some pokemon. Of all pokemon brought out, for some reason Carmen seemed the most thrilled about these encounters, and would give the two of them huge hugs upon defeating her opponent, before giving them a spritz of potion from Thomas’ bag. The Man allowed it, happy to see her cheerful, but reminded her every time that in future, those were for the team and not whichever wild pokemon decided to rear its head that afternoon.
They arrived on the wooden dock comprising the town’s main street come early afternoon. The inhabitants greeted them chirpily, commenting on how amazing the Kommo-o looked. Jeremy’s ego inflated considerably despite his blushing, and by the time he entered Una’s residence, he was standing tall and all puffed up. “Why hello there.” She chuckled, amused by the Kommo-o’s stature. “I take it the talk went well?”
Jeremy pulled the leather tube from off his back and handed it to her with care. The Kahuna’s eyes went wide as she didn’t even need to see what was inside to know what it was. But with a massive grin she pulled out the paper inside and gave it a good look over. <I think you need to-> Jeremy began, but he was interrupted by a leaping Una wrapping him in a tight embrace.
“Congratulations!” She squealed, hugging the Kommo-o tight. After a few seconds she collected herself, clearing her throat. “Yes, of course. I’ll ratify this. Just need to find…” She glanced around her office before spying a small wooden box. “There it is!” Jeremy looked to Thomas, who shrugged, but flicked his fingers in a ‘shooing’ motion for the pokemon to follow the island’s Kahuna. By the time all three were huddled around the desk, Una had opened the box to reveal a stamp and some ink, along with a series of small badges in the shape of Pokeballs set into a little square device. She opened the ink pad, rolled the stamp in it and gave the bottom of the paper a good solid whack. The stamp lifted cleanly, showing the insignia of Una’s office, with her signing just beneath it a moment after.
The Kahuna turned to Jeremy, and smiled, holding her hand out to shake his. He tentatively took it in his claw and with a brief shake, Una smiled. “You, Jeremy, are now considered in mine and my Totem’s eyes, a trainer.” The excitement in the air was palpable, as Thomas had to hold himself back from leaping on his lover to show him how proud he was. “Under the United Pokemon Training and Research Laws, you are granted all the rights and privileges afforded any human trainer, and any attempt to ‘capture’ you will be seen as a breach of these laws.” She looked to Thomas “You may hand Jeremy his ball.”
He held his wrist out for the pokemon to unlock the bracer, but Jeremy placed a claw on either side of it and smiled. Una’s eyebrow raised at the intriguing setup Thomas had regarding his pokemon, noticing a similar arrangement on his other wrist. <That won’t be necessary.> He said, smiling.
“If you’re sure.” Una’s eyebrow remained raised, her curious demeanour turning to that of suspicious intrigue. “Regardless, you’ll need this…” she picked up the little square device and pressed down forcefully on one of the badges. “I think it goes-” the machine beeped “Ah, there.” She cleared her throat, handing the badge to Jeremy. “That is scannable at any pokecenter, and will reveal your classification as Trainer to any who ask. This whole thing is a bit of a trial endeavour, so not everywhere will necessarily be up to speed, just be patient and polite.”
<I- I don’t know what to say…> Jeremy stammered, taking the pin and pressing it into the pokeball belt along his chest. <Thank you. Thank you so much.>
“If the Totem thought you worthy, you must have deserved it. Though from what you two have been through,” She nodded to Thomas “I’m not surprised.” She looked to Jeremy, then the badge on his belt. Some switch went off in her brain as she realised something she’d forgotten. “Arceus! I almost forgot!” Jeremy looked a little panicked as Una grabbed his claw and dragged him out into the main room. She pulled out a small rack of pokeballs and placed them on a table. “I know this isn’t usually the way this is done, but, circumstances and all that.”
Thomas understood immediately, and was barely able to contain his joy as the three starter pokemon balls were taken from the tray and placed one by one on the table. It took Jeremy a moment before the full weight of the decision hit him. <W-wait, are those…?>
“Option A;” Una beamed, having never done this before “Is the Grass and Flying type Rowlett. When it eventually evolves into Decidueye, that typing will change to be Grass-ghost, so just keep that in mind.” She pointed to the next ball. “Option B; a Litten, a fire type. It’ll evolve to a Torracat fine but evolving to Incineroar it gains the Dark typing.” Jeremy made a sideways glance to Thomas, who flushed red and tried looking anywhere else but the three pokeballs. “And lastly we have option C; Poplio. Same as the other two, but its second evolution changes the typing from Water to Water-Fairy.”
Jeremy looked the three almost identical balls over. He’d not expected to have to make this choice. In retrospect, Thomas had it easy, his starter Mac was practically chosen for him given the strange circumstance of their meeting. He wondered what the Ryme City Rangers would have to say about this. He’d been raised to accept humans and pokemon as being equal in a city where ‘trainers’ as such didn’t really exist. Yet here he was, a brand new trainer, with the choice of his own pokemon. It went against so many things he was taught. Thomas could see there was something bothering the pokemon, placing a hand on his shoulder to offer his help wordlessly.
The Kommo-o looked to Thomas, needing to be told what to do. He was in too much conflict, and the man knew it. Thomas sighed, stepping up beside Jeremy to offer some sage advice. “I’m not going to choose for you.” Jeremy grunted at the man’s unhelpful statement. “But, as you’re a trainer now, I’d suggest thinking about what pokemon types you’re already carrying, and what roles need to be filled.”
<That’s not…> Jeremy shook his head, and after a moment it all clicked in Thomas’ head.
“Ryme City is not anti-trainer, it’s pro-pokemon equality. Don’t forget, this whole thing is in conjunction with them.” Thomas rightly pointed out, smiling when Jeremy realised the foolishness of his worry. “You’d know probably better than most experienced trainers what any pokemon would need, and how far to push things in a battle. You could be the very best, like no-one ever was.”
Jeremy looked from Thomas to Una, having made up his mind. Well, made up part of it. He still had three balls to choose from. He began counting on his claws, but eventually had to start vocalising his thoughts. <Water, Flying, Dragon… Grass and Electric, until, well…> He looked to Thomas, who nodded in agreement that the Luxray and Titan would be effectively returning to Zye’s purview once the legendary pokemon was revived. It left really only one decent choice. Jeremy pointed to the litten’s ball. <I choose the Litten, if I can.>
“Of course you can!” Una said, placing the other two pokeballs back in the tray. She then handed the remaining ball to Jeremy proudly. “Open it up. Meet your new companion.” Jeremy’s claw shook slightly, the importance of everything overwhelming him. He depressed the button, and in a cascade of sparkling light, a small orange and black cat appeared on the floor beside them. “Litten?” It meowed cautiously, blinking the several figures into view. <Someone… chose me?> It looked from Una to Jeremy, before spying the only other human in the room. It started walking over to Thomas but was stopped by Una.
“Ha, not this time, little one. Meet your new trainer: Jeremy.” She hefted the little cat up, placing it in Jeremy’s arms. The Kommo-o was easily the largest being it had ever seen, and being held in those heavily armoured and massive claws was nerve wracking for the smaller pokemon. But after a few seconds it realised Jeremy wasn’t there to hurt it, holding the smaller pokemon carefully until it was comfortable. It purred inquisitively, leading Una to chuckle. “There ya go.”
<Wait, but you’re…> It began, still not entirely sure of what was going on.
<Yeah, it’s all a bit new for me too.> Jeremy responded, scratching the fur between its ears with a huge claw. This seemed to immediately placate the small pokemon, its eye rolling back in ecstasy.
A hurried knock at the Kahuna’s front door was followed by a red-faced man bursting in, a look of panic about him. “Uh, Kahuna? That Hakamo-o’s at it again.” Jeremy went pale and gulped as Thomas stifled a laugh. “The waterfall, he-”
Una raised her hand, palm out and the man quickly stopped mid-sentence. “Never a quiet day.” She groaned, grabbing her pokeball belt from the stand before heading for the doorway. “Sorry to bring an end to this, but duty calls.” She gestured for Thomas and Jeremy to leave, and they did so with haste, the newly acquired Litten taking up a spot on the Kommo-o’s shoulder in the process. The man outside was gripping a fisherman’s hat with both hands as he shifted back and forth on the dock nervously. With all of them outside, Una gave both Jeremy then Thomas another quick hug. “Congratulations. And may the journey ahead be challenging but enjoyable.”
“And may your Hakamo-o be easy to deal with.” Thomas offered with a grin “I know they can be a handful.” Jeremy thumped his shoulder playfully. “But thank you, really.”
<Yes, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.> Jeremy added, reaching up to scratch the Litten’s back. Both he and Thomas waved to Una as she hurried off after the nervous man. <So… you’re coming with us then?> He asked the pokemon perched atop his shoulder plates.
<I am, aren’t I?> It asked back, a little confused.
“Yes, you are.” Thomas chuckled. “Though ‘where’ we’re going…?” He shrugged at Jeremy, hoping the Kommo-o would have an idea of what to do next. But Jeremy just sighed, pointing with a smile at a particularly flash looking yacht on the other side of the dock. Its sleek white exterior set it apart from the more ramshackle oddities surrounding the village. “Uh, you recognise that boat or something?”
<Aether Foundation.> Jeremy said, his smile more there for his own confidence in dealing with the group he hadn’t spoken to in some time. He wasn’t sure whether his actions had burned those bridges or not, though given Ranger Twine’s reaction to his file back in Sidna, he hoped they would still be on good terms. <Let’s see if they remember me.>
Before Thomas could argue, the trio were striding off towards the sleek vessel. Once close a sailor popped his head out from behind the wheel. “Alola.”
<Alola.> Jeremy returned the greeting with a wave.
“What brings you fine folks over here?” The question seemed more one asked out of irritation than curiosity, but Jeremy paid it no mind.
<I need to speak to Professor Comosus.> The sailor looked from Jeremy to Thomas, an expression requesting help plastered across his confused face.
Thomas sighed, remembering not everyone would speak Kommo-o, even in Alola. “We need to speak with Professor Comosus. Comosus?” He double checked with Jeremy. It was strange understanding the pokemon’s words both innately and having them translated by the Rotom in his head.
“I take it you need a lift out to Paradise?” He sighed, realising he might actually have to do some work. Jeremy gave a sign with his claws, the symbol for the Ranger’s spiral obvious in the flick of the pokemon’s wrist. “Right, right. Climb aboard. Gotta say, a ‘Pokemon’ Pokemon Ranger is a new one for me.”
Jeremy helped Thomas up from the dock onto the back of the yacht before jumping up himself; one hand holding the Litten to his shoulder as he leapt. Thomas looked to the back of the rocked boat - thanks to Jeremy’s landing - expecting there to be a cutout for a sharpedo or other waterborne pokemon. But instead he saw nothing. Looking over the side he spied a pair of propellers in the water. “Solar powered.” The sailor said, spying Thomas’ curiosity. “Got plenty of sun out here, might as well use it.” A Golduck, hearing the commotion, came up from what appeared to Thomas to be some sort of small galley below deck. He gave the new passengers a once over before nodding to them and heading back down.
And with that the boat rocked forwards, accelerating with a hum away from Seafolk village. Once free of the expansive system of docks, they peeled off to the east, the sun on their backs as the sailor radioed a conversation too quiet to be heard over the slapping of waves against the boat’s hull. The boat ride afforded Jeremy some time to chat to his new companion, the two of them conversing quite happily while Thomas just sat back and relaxed; the warm air whipping across his face as they sped off towards ‘Paradise’. He longed for the day that this could be a daily thing, where they weren’t running for their lives or trying to shatter criminal organisations. But right then, it was nice.
It took nearly an hour before the gleaming facade of the Aether Foundation’s headquarters broke the horizon, its westward facing bank of windows incandescent with the glow of afternoon sunlight. Thomas sat in awe of the sheer majesty of the place, while Jeremy just gave a smile like someone returning home. He knew they’d need to talk about all this when they had time, but for the time being Thomas was happy just to let his Kommo-o lover be in whatever headspace he needed. He reasoned going from number one ‘most wanted’ to glorified trainer in the span of a week would surely be doing a number on the pokemon’s head.
It wasn’t long before the yacht pulled up at Aether Paradise’s ferry stop, a helpful Foundation member dressed all in white helping to tie the boat off so its passengers could disembark. Thomas and Jeremy thanked their pilot before asking about for the Professor’s office. Jeremy knew the building well, but through Thomas he was able to at least be polite about his impromptu intrusion. They were led through an assortment of checkpoints, with Thomas having to sign up for a visitor’s pass to get into the research wing - something he was apparently just barely cleared for by his role in the Dragon Institute’s ranks - while Jeremy’s status seemed to get him through with no troubles.
By the time the sun was dipping low on the horizon, they had managed to reach Professor Anne Comosus’ office; at least, according to the metal plaque emblazoned across the door they stopped at. The Litten looked at Jeremy expectantly, the Kommo-o poised to knock, but seemingly unable to bring himself to. Not that he had to. “Oh come in already!” A voice shouted from inside. Jeremy’s cheeks flushed pink in embarrassment as he sighed, turning the doorknob and waving Thomas through first. “Oh, Alola young man.” A bespectacled woman with white hair seemed a little perturbed by the figure striding through her doorway, until Jeremy stepped in behind. “There you are!”
Professor Comosus walked over to the new arrivals, giving Thomas a quick hug before wrapping her arms tightly around her old friend. “My how you’ve grown! I knew you were gonna be big, but wow!”
<Professor-> Jeremy mumbled, embarrassed at her compliments.
“Oh, gotten too important to call me by name eh?”
Jeremy’s blushing diminished as he finally allowed himself to break out into a childish smile. <Anne.> he chuckled, pulling her back into their embrace. <It has been a long time.>
“Yes it has. Come, come. Sit.” She motioned to a pair of couches “So who’s this cutie you’ve got with you?” Anne asked, flomping down on one of the couches, gesturing for Thomas and Jeremy to take the other.
<Well, Thomas here-> Jeremy started, but he was interrupted by Anne’s laughter.
“HA! Not him, dear.” Her smile seemed to indicate Jeremy had just let loose a massive secret, which in some ways he had much to Thomas’ dismay. But if she was worried or concerned, the Professor didn’t show it. “No I mean this little ball of fluff and fire.” She waved the Litten over, who seemed to read the room and dashed across the coffee table and into the woman's lap for pats.
<Heh, well, funny story that.> Jeremy pulled the belt on his chest around so the pokeball-shaped pin stuck in it was more visible. <I just came from Poni Island.>
“Congratulations are in order then!” She clapped, and a rotom-infused fridge waddled over, belching forth a few cans of soda and some chocolates onto the table. She seemed to act as though the entire process was normal, though was shocked when the rotom inside Thomas’ earpiece pulled itself free to converse with the animated appliance. “Well… that was… new.”
“It’s a long story.” Thomas sighed, wondering if his words would be taken as a warning, rather than an invitation. He would be disappointed.
“Oh, do tell. I love a good story.”
Jeremy gave Thomas a light-hearted grimace, prompting the man to explain for the fourth time between them in the last two days, the various exploits this last month had brought them. Jeremy assured the man that Anne could be trusted with what they knew of the Zygarde, and after his ‘cube’ had been produced, Thomas could tell she was trying desperately to remain polite and focused on his and Jeremy’s journey and not the career defining discovery of a lifetime sitting on the coffee table in front of her. Once she was brought up to speed - and after considerable effort to stop staring at the dormant legendary Pokemon - Anne took her glasses off, polished them a bit, nodded a few times and asked plainly “So how long have you two been fucking?”
“Oh Arceus.” Thomas grumbled, their relationship having been rumbled by the Totem Kommo-o the night before. “Is it that obvious?”
“No, I just know what to look for.” She replied simply, much to Jeremy’s surprise. “Oh, don’t give me that look, I was young once. There’s this Machamp in Hau’oli that could work miracles with those hands.” her voice practically growling as she remembered the heady days of her youth. Blinking the thoughts away, she returned to the embarrassed Thomas and stunned Jeremy. “So is it recent, or has it been brewing for a while?”
“From… day one…” Thomas muttered, head in hands in embarrassment.
It was Anne’s turn to be stunned. <To be fair-> Jeremy tried, but she was already on that little nugget like a town gossip hearing the first bit of juicy news in years.
“Boy, I knew you’d be a troublemaker, you. The first day? Hah! Was he your first? Did you seduce him, or was it the other way around?” The fridge Rotom stopped its conversation with its kin seemingly to raise a few questions regarding things that had happened, but was filled in quickly by the other as to Thomas’ proclivities. At least that’s what the man assumed now his translator was off buzzing around making friends. The Professor was prepared to launch into yet more embarrassing questions meant more in jest than to be actually answered, but she was beaten to it by Thomas, who felt he needed to stand up for Jeremy somewhat.
“It’s not been easy, especially after we discovered our meeting was… not by chance.” He sighed, staring at Zye’s hibernating form. “The Zygarde altered Jeremy and my emotions, our… minds, forcing him to come protect me.”
“But I thought you were trying to protect him?” Anne asked, trying to remember the origin story Thomas had attempted to get through in a single breath only minutes before.
“I think that’s what got Z- the Zygarde interested in me in the first place. He saw what I was prepared to do to save someone I’d not even met, and wanted to… study me. That’s, that’s what it felt like. Kinda.” Thomas tried to remember back to that night Zye showed him and Zana the vision of its past, but he didn’t understand the colours back then the way he did now, and that whole thing was not something he wanted to share with anyone but his most trusted circle.
The Professor seemed lost for words, sitting, nodding away as she stroked the Litten in her lap. But after a while of thought, she managed to arrive at some sort of decision. “We have little time left today, so it might be best to leave it ‘till morning, But…” Anne took a sip of her soda, relishing in the dramatic pause. “This installation has quite a nice Solar collector. Originally it was designed to research… other things.” She looked to Jeremy with a ‘don’t you start’ expression “But aside from the occasional solar experiment, it sits unoccupied on the top floor. Given your friend there seemed to gain some pep from being out in sunlight, that array could be just the thing to give it a nice wakeup call.”
Thomas blinked, unsure of what to say. The two most cliched words of course sprang to mind, and before the silence could turn awkward he blurted them out. “Thank you!” After taking a deep breath he continued. “Thank you, I really don’t know what we were going to do.” The fact that Zye had needed sunlight before had not occurred to the man, his cheeks going red with shame as he realised he’d just spent several days in wonderfully sunny weather, most of that time away from prying eyes that wouldn’t question the strange device containing his important charge.
“Well, that’s what we’re here for. To help out those who need it; pokemon and humans alike.” Anne said proudly. “So, what exactly does the Dragon Institute want with this pokemon anyway?”
<I’m surprised you don’t know.> Jeremy stated <Given everything that happened a few years back.>
“Oh, I was well too busy with my own experiments to worry about that inter-corporational nonsense.” She waved the notion off before taking another sip of her drink.
Jeremy shrugged, trying to sum up everything he’d discovered. <So they seem to have had a wormhole open up over in Unova a few years back. Something came through and they think this one is linked to it somehow.> He tapped Zye’s temporary abode. <They weren’t sure it existed until they found some of its cells, and even then didn’t expect my old-... someone to actually find one intact.> Thomas looked to Jeremy, intrigued by what he stopped himself from saying. Up until then he’d always referred to Parker Simons either by first or last name. But Thomas could have sworn the pokemon was about to say ‘my old trainer’. It struck a chord deep in the man’s heart, and he wasn’t sure whether it was a good thing or not.
If Anne noticed the slip-up, she didn’t say anything, insteads focusing on the matter at hand. “So you think they might be trying to research Ultra Energy?”
Jeremy shrugged. “Best guess. Either they want to know what came through, or want to know how to send it back. There is a small chance someone there might be looking into bringing more things through, but from what I could tell when I… uh… ‘checked’ their emails,> He clicked his claws together as one would making ‘air quotes’ with their fingers <they’re more interested in finding out what it is than replicating it’s arrival.>
“I’d love to know why they think whatever came through is related to this ancient thing.” She prodded the cube with her near-empty can.
“You know what he is?” Thomas asked, a little puzzled.
“Nope.” Anne said, skulling the rest of her soda. “Well, not officially. Got some suspicions though.” Thomas sighed, sinking back into the couch. “Aww, you seem sad. What’s up?”
Thomas couldn’t tell if the woman was being sarcastic or honest in her own quirky way, so he gave her the benefit of the doubt and relayed his frustration. “So, he started off as this little green guy.” Thomas rotated his pokedex to show Anne the screen, and the scan that was taken upon discovery. He then swiped to show another scan of Zye as a black and green dog, and another to show the small wormy ‘cells’ that made up the pokemon’s mass. “It seems he uses these other smaller pokemon to alter himself into a bigger form. He was that canid from Owlra all the way to the islands just after the cruise. He’s now a rather large serpent.”
“How intriguing. I would love to run some tests; assuming your friend would be okay with that.” Anne added, her desperate need for knowledge shining through her friendly demeanour.
Thomas smiled nervously. “That’s probably something you’ll have to ask him when he’s conscious.” Thomas leaned forward on the couch. “So, the Aether Foundation wouldn’t know where to find more of those cells?”
<You want to find more?> Jeremy asked, a little shocked.
“I don’t think Zye is back to being ‘himself’ yet. Not his proper self, at least.” He thought back to their journey so far. “I think most of the cells have come from temples or shrines other pokemon had built for him. Some have been underwater, probably from back when the continents were in different spots. But I figured there’d still be some above ground, maybe exposed through erosion or something.”
Anne took a deep breath, exhaling loudly as she gestured for her rotom to fire over another can of soda, which she caught without looking. Cracking the top open and taking a swig, she seemed to hit upon an idea. “Nothing comes to mind here, but you could check Antiquities of the Ages in Hau’oli City. Quaint little shop, but they do have quite a range of actual artefacts in there. If they don’t have it, they at least might know where to look.”
<Shopping aside,> Jeremy all but growled, trying to get them to focus on more important matters, at least more important to him, <We still need to get to Unova. What would you suggest?>
Anne took another sip of her soda, weighing the options. “Well, by boat would usually be my suggestion, but you’ve not had much luck with those.” She chuckled. “There is an airship, departs once a week. Should get you there in about two days, weather permitting.”
Jeremy’s eyes lit up. <Two days? Perfect! When do they set off?>
“Yesterday!” Anne said jovially, wanting to see Jeremy’s reaction. If she was expecting crestfallen, she’d have been disappointed, with Jeremy’s almost patented sarcastic eyebrow raise staring her down. “Relax, pinky. There’ll be another in six days.” Seeing Thomas’ confusion at the maths, Anne felt the need to explain. “The winds this time of year go heavy in one direction. Lucky for you that’s where you’re headed. Two days there, four days back, and one day a week for what I assume to be maintenance.”
Thomas sighed. “Damn. Well, would we be able to stay here in the meantime? Wouldn’t mind a bit of safety.”
“Safety? Ha!” Anne blurted out, almost pulling a spit-take with her drink. “Boy, you’ve got nothing to worry about here in Alola. The Cogmen know well enough to keep their distance, and our people keep a very close eye on what goes on in these waters besides. After everything you lot have been through, take a few days to just rest. We’ve got the security covered.”
<Are you sure?> Jeremy asked, safety had been something in rare supply over the prior month, even when he thought he was in trusted company. But as much as he could question the loyalty of the Seadra Promise’s crew back at the Silent Whismur, Anne he knew.
And he could tell from the look in her eye that she meant it when she reiterated “You are safe in Alola.” She placed the can on the table and leaned forward, patting her hands on his claws. “As long as you don’t piss on a Dugtrio nest.” All three shared a laugh at the absurdity of her comment. And for the first time in a long time, Jeremy and Thomas began to relax. “Well,” Anne slapped her knees, startling the Litten still curled up in her lap. “I’ve got a few folks you’re gonna want to talk to.” She scooped the orange and black fuzzball up, handing it gently back to Jeremy.
<Who do I want to talk to?> The Kommo-o asked, a little confused.
“Got some interesting new meds for you to take, might help with the whole ‘trainer’ thing. Though…” She looked to Thomas, an apologetic expression upon her face. “I’m afraid his clearance isn’t quite high enough.”
<Where I go, Thomas goes.> Jeremy stated without hesitation.
Thomas on the other hand, hesitated a bit more. “Jeremy, if you trust Professor Comosus-”
“Please, ‘Anne’.”
“If you trust Anne,” he corrected himself with a sheepish smile “Then so do I.”
<Are you sure?> Jeremy took Thomas’ hands in his, searching the man’s eyes for any shred of doubt.
“Check in with Reception, I’m sure they can arrange some quarters for the night. We’re gonna be a few hours still, so might want to grab yourself some dinner too. There’s a canteen on deck five open till midnight.” Anne suggested, waving to her Rotom to let Thomas’ pokemon return to his headset.
<I’ll see you later.> Jeremy said, wearing a nervous smile as he was being dragged from the office.
“Yes you will.” Thomas chuckled, leaving just behind them as Gem zapped back into the side of his head. Anne locked her door before heading down one of the hallways with a security checkpoint built into it. The eight-foot Kommo-o waved goodbye to Thomas as he was playfully yanked through, leaving the man to take in the silent warm corridor alone.
He made his way back down to the reception area checkpoint and pleaded his case to the woman who had given him a whole stack of papers to sign just minutes before. She seemed understanding enough and after double checking his details in the system, scanned the details into his pokedex; which he would use to access the areas of Aether Paradise he was cleared for. When asked what there was regarding food and leisure facilities, Thomas perked up at the mention of a sauna. He might be able to get some points back with Zana at least.
With relatively simple directions - and a fair amount of signage - Thomas found his room with no troubles, dumping his bag on the bed. The room itself was quite small and utilitarian in nature. There would be barely enough room for him and Jeremy on the bed, let alone any space to move around it. He realised most pokemon he had with him would either be far too cramped in the space to have more than one out, or would be too inexperienced/inattentive to leave out alone with the purpose of protecting Zye’s cube. Zana was the obvious choice, but given she was the one he wanted to treat to the sauna, that plan was off the table.
With a sigh, and the hope that he wasn’t overthinking things, Thomas took the cube and restacked the towels in the cupboard to hide it behind them. There was a room safe, but were he to lock it, that would be the first place a would-be thief would check. So he did. If he was lucky, anyone breaking in to steal his stuff would try to take the safe with them rather than crack it there. He also did a once-over of the pokeballs on his person, making sure everyone he was responsible for was present and accounted for; even the Malamar.
Then, grabbing one of the towels from the stack - careful not to expose his sleeping friend - Thomas made his way to the sauna. He had to go down a level and through a few hallways, but once again the overabundance of signs throughout the building saved him the embarrassment of having to ask someone. He’d gotten a few strange looks from passers by, but mostly the staff seemed friendly enough. But it was when he reached the pool that Thomas had to take pause.
In the water - travelling at incredible speed - was the blue blur of a Golduck. As the pokemon made another round and came close to where Thomas was standing, it glanced out of the water. With a wake that would have put a powerboat to shame, the pokemon shifted into high gear, opening the man’s eyes to exactly how fast it was capable of travelling. The quest for the sauna had been put on hold as Thomas marvelled at not only the Golduck’s speed, but its manoeuvrability. It would race towards one end of the pool, and with little to no effort pull a full 180 in the water to power back the way it came, without so much as glancing the wall.
Thomas couldn’t help but stare, which only served to make the Golduck commit more extreme pool speed violations, not to mention the growing height of its wake. Before the man knew it, waves knee-high were crashing against his legs. Looking back at the door he understood why it was so well sealed. Having the man’s attention taken from it - albeit momentarily - the Golduck finally calmed down enough to approach the edge of the pool. <I’ll be done soon.> It quacked before setting off again to finish its regular exercise without showing off.
Blinking several times to snap himself out of it, Thomas made his way around the pool, gave the golduck a sheepish wave as he opened the door to the locker room, and wandered in. The room itself was rather small, with a central ‘path’ going from one side of the room to the other, each side flanked by backless benches before a row of lockers. Behind them was an open, tiled area full of showers and drains. There seemed to be no designated ‘pokemon’ or ‘human’ areas, which Thomas was happy to see. So picking one of the unoccupied lockers, he disrobed and packed the lot in there, wrapping his otherwise naked form in the towel he’d brought along. He pressed his finger to the scanner, the electronic pad locking the door before he wiped it clean with a corner of the towel.
With the door to the pool behind him, the door to the Sauna beckoned from in front. He walked through the aisle of lockers to the thick wooden door, opening it to a blast of hot, moist air. With a smile and a deep breath, Thomas stepped inside, closing the door behind him. Sensors inside picked up on a new occupant, and instantly dumped some water onto the hot rocks in the central basket. A burst of steamy vapour rose through the room like a fog, Thomas’ body relaxing just from the initial barrage of heat. He searched the room for a seat and found it empty, so picking an inviting section of bench, Thomas sat and relaxed properly. Retrieving Zana could wait a few minutes.
He’d barely had a moment to himself in weeks, and without his companions present, the man could finally allow himself to think. Except in the wonderful warmth of the Sauna, he had no desire to. He just wanted to sit back, relax and let time swallow him up. Another burst of steam brought the temperature up just enough for Thomas to start sweating, the aromatic vapours doing their own work as he realised whatever was being pumped over those stones was not just water. He thought back to Jessa, wondering what sort of herbs this place was using, and whether she’d want him to send her some. He filed it away as something to look out for in Hau’oli city during the week they’d be waiting for the airship to arrive.
As he thought about it, there was a lot he could get done while stuck in Alola. The crew needed some time off, and he knew the place was famous for his beaches. Pretty much everyone but the Quilava would enjoy spending a day or two in the surf, though he was hesitant to let the Malamar out to enjoy it. The thought of which got him thinking about that particular beast and what to do with it. Perhaps he could train it? Or failing that, trade it? Perhaps someone in Aether Paradise would be willing to help out. “Another thing to add to the list.” He groaned with a huff.
With the previously named ‘Drake Party’ pretty well split in two, there was an opening in Thomas’ roster. He could try finding somewhere to catch a pokemon, a thought that had him remember what he’d told Jeremy earlier on: ‘I’d suggest thinking about what pokemon types you’re already carrying, and what roles need to be filled’. He repeated the advice inside his own head, and began doing exactly what Jeremy had done, listing his various types. “Dark, bug, poison… ground, water, fire. Do I count Gem? Hmph. Need someone for flyers. Rock? Electric?” He pondered the possibilities, hesitant to pull out the pokedex and actually work it out partly because he’d done this only a couple days earlier but with double the pokemon to choose from. Since then he’d lost all dragon types, both electric and his only flyer - Squishy not included - to Jeremy. Although he didn’t mind so much, he was proud of his Kommo-o lover. But it left him short-staffed.
He was about to continue his self-contained rant when the Sauna door swung open. The Golduck strode in, mid stretch. <Oh, great. That’s where you went.> It lamented, putting on a fake grin as it wandered over to the other side of the steamy room. Thomas felt a little embarrassed and unable to speak, but the pokemon didn’t seem to mind, continuing without expecting the man to give him an answer. <At least I had the pool to myself.> It grouched, slumping down into the wooden seat. It nodded Thomas’ way, who returned the gesture in kind.
Thomas sat quietly, reclining a little as he tried to internalise the discussion he was having previously to himself, but to little use. The Golduck was mumbling to itself, only a few words clear enough to hear. <Stupid patrol… boring… lazy prick… could've gone to… shoudla done… stupid boat…>
It was several minutes of a near constant white noise of the Golduck’s self-named quacking before the man finally interrupted. “You sound stressed, are you okay?”
<Oh, just fine.> ‘He may say he’s fine, but his tone indicates he is not.’ Gem added some commentary to its translation. Thomas was a little jarred by the realisation that the Rotom was not just on autopilot, but seemed far more conscious in his earpiece than he’d previously assumed. <Stuck on a damned boat all day, fuckin’ trainer doesn’t even let me swim on my fuckin’ break. Then, when my boring ass stupid fucking shift is finally over and I want to get some training done, what does the shitstain do? Ditches me for some fuckin’ bimbo in accounting. Hope his dick falls off.>
Thomas sat there staring at the unrestrained dirty-mouthed Golduck opposite him. He gulped, not sure how to process the information. <So ‘Fuck it!’ I thought. ‘I’ll just get some laps in and take a nice relaxing rest in the sauna. But no, some fuckin’ la-dee-da trainer from across the fuckin’ sea is here asking stupid fuckin questions he’s not gonna understand the fuckin’ answer to anyway. Fuckin’ trainers.> There was a deep breath from Thomas as he sat through the Golduck getting some pent-up feelings out, though he couldn’t help but feel personally attacked. He was about to respond, but the Golduck wasn’t done yet. <Yeah, yeah just sit there listening to me blather on. ‘Golduck Golduck Golduck’ or some shit. Fucking humans, dense motherfuckers, the lot of ya. Bet yer an entitled prick too. Arse so fucking tight I could shove a rolycoly up there and it’d come out a fuckin’ diamond.>
Thomas couldn’t help but chuckle at that last one, he’d not heard that before. However his stifled laughter caused the Golduck to freeze. Realising the pokemon may have just caught on to Thomas understanding what he’d said - every single word - he decided it was time to break the ice. “Arse ain’t that tight. Well, not anymore.” The Golduck’s irises shrank almost to a pinpoint, but Thomas just waved hurtful words away. “Don’t worry about it. Sounds like you had a pretty shit day, needed to release.”
<Don’t know the half of it.> The Golduck grumbled. Somewhere under those feathers, Thomas was sure the pokemon was blushing in embarrassment.
“Could be worse. Could be sent on a mission by someone you’ve never met, to somewhere you’ve never been, and if you fail you go back to being homeless and penniless with the added bonus of having all the friends - and lovers - you’ve made along the way taken from you with no chance of ever seeing them again.” The Golduck blinked several times before looking at Thomas in baffled horror. “Oh, and hunted by not one, but so far…” he counted out on his fingers “-three international criminal organisations who have made multiple attempts on your life.”
The Golduck muttered <Tauroshit.> Which was Thomas’ cue to continue.
“I’ve been electrocuted, paralysed, swallowed and raped by an assortment of pokemon and even had to have an ear replaced because apparently my brains taste delicious.” He tapped the implant and pointed out its sister scar further down his neck. “Which is why I can understand you. Of which; say hi Gem.” The little electric sprite popped an arm out of Thomas’ earpiece to give the confused Golduck a wave. Once the Rotom’s limb was back inside, the man took a deep breath. “Sorry, that was unfair. I guess I needed my own release. It’s been a… busy week.”
<WEEK?!> The Golduck almost choked on his words.
“Oh, oh, no. No, those things haven’t all happened this week.” The golduck exhaled, calmed by Thomas’ explanation. “No, that’s just been this last month.” He thought the Golduck might just up and leave, not wanting to deal with all that. But instead it just began laughing. Thomas joined in, the absurdity of his story in how he told it - albeit just the brief summary - allowing him to see it for what it was. Once the two had calmed down and gotten their breathing back under control, Thomas walked over and offered his hand to the pokemon. “Thomas.”
<Po.> They shook hands. With a better understanding between them, Po chuckled. <Sorry I was so hard on you before.>
“Hey, I’ve known my fair share of shitty trainers.” Thomas shrugged, taking a seat next to the Golduck. “Sorry you’re stuck with one looking for a Tail Slap, rather than teaching it.”
<Heh, good one.> Po gave Thomas’ shoulder a light punch. <So whatcha doin’ here? Hiding out from some thugs, or…>
“Taking a break. I think.” Thomas shrugged, chuckling a little. “Recently escaped an assault on a cruise liner only to be picked up by a smugglers ship which we had to fight our way off. My crew need some time to wind down, and we got a week before we can leave Alola, so… yeah. Taking a break.”
Po nodded in understanding. <Yeah, it’d be good to take a bit of time out, y’know. Not have to worry about all the stupid shit ya gotta do.>
Thomas sighed. “Hey mate, if you need to vent, go for it. No judgement here. Believe me.”
<It’s not that I want to vent. I just… you wouldn’t understand.>
“Try me.” Thomas said wryly, one eyebrow raised.
<Okay then.> Po took it as a challenge, straightening up and turning on the wooden bench to face Thomas. <My trainer has his little network of women all gagging for him. Every day he brags about how amazing they all are and which ones are better than others at blowjobs and shit, but when it comes to my free time - my time to get some action - he fucks off, leaving me to entertain myself if I’m lucky or just balling me up if I’m not.> The Golduck clenched its fist, looking like he was ready to punch something, or someone. <And what the fuck am I supposed to do stuck in this place? All the pokemon around here are right up themselves, and either too busy with their own work or off fucking other more interesting pokemon. Who’d have a Golduck when there’s a fuckin’ Buzzwole down the hall?>
‘Buzzwole’ was new to Thomas, he had to assume it must have been quite the pokemon to make it the first choice comparison for Po. “Had my fair share of human-to-human experience like that. Honestly, given how down for it most pokemon I’ve come across tend to be, I’m surprised you’re not more popular. Seeing you in the pool even with a feathery coating, you’re pretty ripped.”
<Thanks, I do try to keep- wait, what?> Po rewound what Thomas had said in his mind. <how ‘down for it’ we are? For your pokemon, right?>
Thomas took a deep breath. “Sure.” He knew he was not convincing. He knew he could be if he tried, but something in him just didn’t want to make the effort.
Po smiled mischievously. <I call Tauroshit.>
“Fine. I’ve had fun with pokemon. It’s not exactly ‘approved’ by the masses, but no-one gets hurt- well, sometimes I do, but that’s my own damn fault.”
<Pokemon fucker, eh?> Po’s attitude changed a little upon discovering Thomas’ proclivities. <Bet it makes you feel pretty fuckin’ powerful, fucking your pokemon.>
“Well, most of the time they fuck me.” Thomas replied snarkily, managing to shock the golduck yet again. “Seriously though, I absolutely do not take advantage of anyone. There’s full consent, and I make sure there's a complete understanding that if things get uncomfortable it can just end; no strings attached.” He inhaled and exhaled loudly, leaning back against the wood-panelled wall behind him. “Life right now is hectic, and I’ve stared down more gun barrels lately than I’d have liked. That… changes one’s priorities, y’know? And if I die tomorrow, I want to have enjoyed today.”
Po seemed lost in that notion for some time. Thomas could tell he was considering the man’s plight in comparison to his own. <You really have had all that happen to you, haven’t you?>
“Not one lie. Left a lot out though. Feels like the last few days all I’ve done is talk about myself, so you got the quick version.” Thomas looked to Po, the pokemon absorbing the weight of his words and realising his size in the scale of things. An idea flashed through his mind, and he let loose a huffed laugh, shaking his head. “I’ve got a proposition for you.” Po blinked his way out of his contemplative state to look at Thomas. “You’ve clearly got some stuff to get out, and I want to take a load off. We’re both here, alone, why not have some fun?”
<You want to… with me?> Po tried to define Thomas’ idea with generalised hand waving.
Thomas took each of Po’s hands in his own, and looked straight into the pokemon’s eyes. “No… I want you to fuck the everloving shit out of me.” Po’s eyes went wide at the suggestion. “Don’t hold back, and talk as dirty as you like. Okay?”
While Po’s mind was still trying to get around Thomas’ words, his member made itself known. The soft downy sheath surrounding the Golduck’s cock began to bulge, revealing a slit of flesh that soon erupted with the thick pink organ. Thomas looked into Po’s eyes lustily, and the pokemon finally took control of the situation. He grabbed Thomas’ head and guided it down to the expanding member, pressing his lips against the unfurling mass. The man took a deep breath before wrapping his lips around the expanding erection, but was surprised when it continued growing in his mouth as though pulling its mass through itself and out the tip.
He was thankful of his foresight in breathing beforehand because within a second the slimy - almost tentacular - cock was pushing its way into and down his throat. That’s when Thomas began to feel the slick shape widen in the strangest way. He could feel it push further forward, corkscrewing through his oesophagus before pushing against the valve at the top of his stomach. His belly groaned at the pressure as Po grunted, trying to push himself deeper. Thomas’ eyes rolled back, feeling the twisted mass in his throat stretch him out as more and more was stuffed inside, the cock continuing to unfurl despite the confined space.
Po continued to hold the man’s head in place as the pokemon’s cock unwound inside him. Then he remembered what Thomas had said about talking dirty. <You like that, trainer?> Thomas moaned his affirmation into the Golduck’s cock. <Fuckin’ bet you do.> Thomas was fighting what felt like a losing battle with his gag reflex, until with a firm grip around the man’s throat, Po began stroking himself in a most perverse way. Webbed fingers brushed along the man’s throat, pushing against the skin to feel the throbbing protuberance beneath.
Thomas thought the act would cause his body to finally succumb to retching heaves of breathless choking, but Instead of seizing up and trying to expel the mass of throbbing flesh, he instead felt his body calm into an almost Zen-like state. He could still feel the cock wedged deep in his throat, but aside from feeling po’s heartbeat and the odd stretching of his oesophagus, Thomas was in no real pain or distress. Realising the Golduck had pushed himself deeper than any other pokemon, he couldn’t help but wonder how much deeper Po could go. Thomas gulped against the writhing tool, and with a surprised gasp from his pokemon lover, his lower esophageal valve opened.
In a rush of twitching flesh, Po’s cock filled Thomas’ stomach, the recently diluted acid tingling against its sensitive slickness. It was too much for the Golduck. Their species were exceptional at getting their cock as deep inside their mate as fast as possible, and releasing just as quick. Thomas’ gut was no egg-filled womb but it was as warm and inviting as he’d had in many a month. <Take it all!> A burst of cum wound its way through his corkscrewing cock, spraying out into Thomas’ gut as the pokemon’s climax hit.
But Thomas was not about to end their encounter so quickly. He reached up, wrapping his fingers tight around the base of the monster cock. It was far more slender than he was expecting from a pokemon of Po’s size. The base was barely wider than his wrist, and was covered in small bumps not too dissimilar to an enlarged version of the taste buds on the man’s tongue. With a decent grip around Po’s member, Thomas made sure to stop the flow of cum, a cheeky twinkle in his eye staring straight up at the confused Golduck. <Fuck, I- I said…> He tried removing Thomas’ fingers but without tearing them off, it would be no use. Instead Po’s hands clenched and unclenched indecisively before pushing Thomas off. With a glugging hack, The spasming length pulled free of Thomas’ mouth. <What the fuck? I thought you said->
“Fuck me; is what I said.” Thomas growled, though he couldn’t keep the angry ruse up for long. “Arceus, you’ve got a beast on you.” He stroked the cock tip as it slowly receded.
<You wanna be fucked?> Po grouched, grabbing Thomas by the neck. <Real proper fuckin’ fucked?> Thomas moaned, unable to verbalise a response partly from having his windpipe pressed on, and partly from the exhilaration of Po’s actions. All he could do was nod and whimper. The Golduck pushed him away, allowing him to fall to the wooden floorboards roughly, before grabbing a leg and using it to twist the man onto all fours.
“Don’t just fuck me,” Thomas all but begged “-use me.” He felt almost as though Zana was speaking through him, guiding his every word given the sheer depravity of his suggestions. He didn’t have to wait long for the Golduck’s response. Despite his member shrinking to barely a fifth of its prior length after his stifled orgasm, Po filled his hands with Thomas’ cheeks and spread them wide, burying the more manageable length into the man’s arse. Thomas yelped in surprise, though mostly because the only lube on that section was his own saliva despite the semi-erect Golduck penis having the texture of a tongue.
<Fuckin’ trainer, you don’t get to tell ME what to do!> He slammed his cock deep into Thomas’ arse, the man feeling its slow shrinkage halting as a good six inches of thick cock pounded away at his rear. <What’ya want, pokefucker?>
“Oh fuck!” Thomas groaned in sheer delight. “All your cock.” A webbed hand wrapped around the man’s throat, Po using that grip to hold Thomas in place as he gave him several hard rams of his textured cock. “F- f…” He could feel it growing inside him. Inch by torturous inch. Six turned to eight, then ten within the minute; nearly a foot of tongue cock slamming into him with every thrust.
<Feel that, fucker? Feel it?> The grip around Thomas’ throat tightened ever so briefly. <Fuck, course ya don’t. Loose fuckin ass of yours. Fuckin whore-ass bitch of a trainer.> He withdrew the majority of his cock before slamming it in again, several more inches deeper than the last thrust. <You will soon though, fucker.>
Thomas could feel the resentment, the passion behind Po’s words, and pushed past the restriction on his throat to push the roleplay a little. “B-better… I- I’ll tra-ain you y-y-yet…”
A switch flipped somewhere in Po’s mind. The change was almost immediate, and were the Thomas of last month present, he’d probably be fearing for his life. But as it was, the man remained calm, smiling out of the Golduck’s sight as Po went into a lustful rage. <I’ll train you motherfucker! Make you my personal cum bitch!> He roared, as much as a Golduck could roar. If Gem hadn’t been translating, Thomas may have laughed at that, but any thought of laughter was quickly abandoned as the same rapid expansion from a few minutes ago began occurring again.
Po’s cock pressed deeper and deeper into Thomas, the gradual pace increasing exponentially as inches grew in mere seconds rather than minutes, until with a quick and almost painful flick, the tip of the curled member unfurled itself several feet into Thomas’ bowels. “F…fu…” Was all he could manage as Po’s hot seed began flooding inside him.
The grip around Thomas’ throat tightened, the pokemon trying to show off his dominance as he continued thrusting harshly into Thomas’ rear. <Take it. Fuckin’ ALL of it!> He growled <Fucking trainer, think you’re better than me.> He pulled Thomas back, his powerful hips and leg muscles supporting their combined weight as Thomas’ head was placed next to the Golduck’s beak. <What are you?>
Thomas, relishing in being dominated so thoroughly, couldn’t help but reply “Y-your cum bi-itch…” As volley after volley of the Golducks seed poured into him. “F-fill me…” His desperate pleas rose above the din of hard slaps of hip on arse. But Po would not be told what to do. He released Thomas’ neck, pushing the man back down on all fours before pulling his still spasming cock - almost as long as the pokemon was tall - out of Thomas’ arse, holding it like a hose to douse him in the pearlescent spunk. “FUCK!” He cried, the sensation of several feet of curly tongue-like cock being quickly yanked out of him quickly replaced by the strange coolness of the cum against his back, compared to the heat of the sauna.
The man had barely any time to recover before a webbed foot roughly pushed him over, belly up. <You don’t get to order me around anymore.> He yelled, his cock tip flitting side to side with each jet of cum. It was then Po spotted Thomas’ rather solid erection. <Bet you like being humiliated by your pokemon? Fuckin’ perverted you are.> He shuffled closer, slapping Thomas’ face with the still leaking cock tip as he stepped in the man’s cock with his foot. The webbing pressed down against the rigid flesh, but not crushing it. Not until Po began to clench his toes.
“Oh fuck!” Thomas breathlessly cried, his cock being squeezed in a fleshy vice as the webbing wrapped around his cock between the toes. He tried to thrust up, but Po’s weight was too much. The Pokemon stood there rubbing the clenched toes back and forth, manually stimulating the man’s member. “Fuck, Po…”
The toes curled a little tighter. <You gonna cum for me?> Thomas couldn’t hold back after those words, his cock pulsing with seed as he was finally able to release. But the grip Po had was tight, much tighter than the man had hoped. A tiny pool of cum grew along his belly in little spurts. <That’s it?> Po laughed. Perhaps the Golduck knew his pressure on the man’s cock was too much, effectively doing similar to Thomas what the man had done a few minutes prior to Po. It didn’t seem to matter as the Golduck laughed, wringing out a pool double the size just from the final foot of his own limp member. <Fucking pathetic.>
Thomas was about to protest his performance given Po’s foot shenanigans, but as soon as he opened his mouth, the Golduck aimed his cock square at the orifice and squeezed out the last cup or so of cum from his lengthy tool. Thomas all but choked initially, but staring the Golduck in the eyes, he closed his mouth and swallowed all that settled within. <See you in the showers, whore.> Po grunted as he slammed the sauna door open, striding through to the cool locker room beyond.
It took Thomas a moment to gather his wits, but he eventually picked himself up - along with his towel - and stumbled out into the more open space. He glanced around and saw only one spot along the wall with the shower running. There were no barriers erected for privacy, so Thomas could tell once rounding the line of lockers that it was Po cleaning himself off. He walked over cautiously, not sure exactly how the Golduck would react given the last few minutes. But as he approached, the pokemon seemed to be in much higher spirits. Po waved Thomas towards him, and as soon as he was close enough, gave the man a hug. <Thank you for that.>
Thomas chuckled a little sheepishly. “Thank you. That was… an experience.”
<Figured, since the cuffs, y’know… you’d like it rough.> Po grinned mischievously as he scrubbed off what little cum had gotten onto his feathers.
“Y’know, I keep forgetting I have them on. Not that I forget they’re there, just that they have meaning. To others. Who know…” He shook his head, trying to force his brain to stop talking in disjointed sentences. “It was kinda refreshing, in a strange way.”
<You did seem to have fun.> Po joked, slapping Thomas on the arse with a widely stretched webbed hand.
“Understatement of the year.” Thomas chuckled, helping wash the pokemon’s back. Po moaned into the man’s explorative fingers as they silently washed each other in turns for the next few minutes. It was only when the door to the pool opened up, signalling the entry of several pokemon and their trainers that the two separated; Po heading back to the locker area with Thomas finishing washing the Golduck’s cum from his arse.
When the man finally shut off the taps, he wrapped his towel around his waist and carefully walked across the wet tile floors back to his locker. Po was sitting on one of the benches chatting to a Poliwhirl. Thomas let the two converse, picking up the occasional bit of banter about the Golduck’s trainer and his romantic antics as he got dressed. Before the man could leave, Po broke from the chat to ask <So, swimming again tomorrow?>
Thomas smiled, trying not to give too much away. “Maybe, depends on if I can get the Roly Coly outta my arse.” Po’s eyes went wide, but the Poliwhirl simply broke into hysterical laughter. While the Poliwhirl was distracted, he gave Po a suggestive wink and a grin before striding back out into the pool area. He wasn’t sure if he’d still be at Aether Paradise the following day, but if he was, there were worse ways to spend his time than having some more fun with Po.
