In the Shadow of Moonlight - The Dream
A young woman becomes a werewolf and finds she strongly identifies with her wolf side. Eventually, she must choose between the human world and the wild.
Dreams, they say, are windows to the soul. What might a wolf-girl dream about?
This is a slight digression from the normal narrative and something of an experiment. It's more of an interlude than a chapter. As ever, I welcome any and all feedback.
Interlude
Sophia opened her eyes and looked around her bedroom. It was morning and the sun shone brightly through her window. Grabbing her warm covers, she luxuriated in the feeling of warmth they provided. Briefly, she had the feeling something wasn't quite right about where she was.
Of course I'm in my bedroom; where else would I be? I need to get ready for school. Shadow will be here soon.
The momentary dissonance faded and she threw off her covers with a clawed hand, Sophia looked over her body. She was in a long nightshirt and panties. Stretching, she lifted one foot-paw over the side of the bed and then another before standing. Her tail swayed as she balanced on what would have been the balls of human feet.
I need to put on some pants, Sophia looked around the room, but didn't see any. Oh, right, I had to wash them. But I need to do homework too.
Padding over to her desk, she looked for her books. They were stacked neatly next to her notebooks. Grabbing a pencil with a clawed hand, she opened her Sociology book and notebook.
I don't understand any of this, try as she might, she couldn't seem to read what was on the page. But I have to get my homework done or I'll fail my classes. I only have an hour before school.
Looking down at her math book, she briefly tried to puzzle out an equation. No matter how hard she concentrated though, the numbers and symbols seemed to shift and slide around the page. Finally, she threw down her pencil in frustration.
Oh, this is impossible, she stood, her tail twitching in frustration. Now, how am I going to wear socks and shoes? Oh, right, wolf-girls don't need socks and shoes.
A sound caused the ears on top of her head to swivel and she looked over at the door to her bedroom. Her eyes lit up when she saw Shadow standing there, his muzzle pulled into a smile. He stood on two foot-paws and leaned his broad, furry shoulder against the doorway. She felt her face redden when she realized he was naked except for his fur.
"Time for school Wolfgirl," he told her, his bright golden eyes staring into hers.
They weren't human words, she knew, but she still understood him perfectly.
Right, I'm Wolfgirl, she smiled happily, flashing her long lupine fangs.
"Almost, I need to find some pants," Wolfgirl told him. "And we need to find you clothes. Maybe my dad can give you some."
"Wolves don't wear clothes," Shadow pointed out in words that weren't words. "Neither do wolf-girls."
"Oh, right," Wolfgirl felt silly for thinking a wolf would need clothes. "But school will be mad if I don't have clothes. I don't have fur like you."
Shadow padded into the room on the balls of his feet. As he walked, taut muscles seemed to ripple under his fur. Wolfgirl felt herself start trembling with anticipation, her tail lifting the back of her shirt and pushing the lining of her panties part way down her butt. He reached her in a few graceful strides and she stared up at his long, handsome muzzle as he towered above her. Reaching around her back with his big, padded hand-paws, he pulled her to him.
Bending his muzzle down, he gave her a loving lick across her face with his long, broad tongue. Through her shirt, she could feel his thick fur and regretted not taking it off. She was well aware he could break her if he wanted, but knew he would never hurt her.
"We're going to be late for school," she said after licking his muzzle in return. "Let's get going."
"Yes, we don't want to be late," he agreed. "But this is a nighttime shirt."
"Oh, you're right," she reached down and pulled it over her head. "But all my clothes are in the wash."
"Then we will have to buy some," he murmured.
He pulled her into himself again, her bare skin tingling with electricity as his fur brushed against it. Nipples pert, she felt her breasts squish as he pulled her into a tight embrace. His fur entangled sensually with the triangular patch of fur on her chest. Reaching around him, she pulled a hand with padded fingers down his back, reveling in the feeling of her claws streaming through his fur. Again, they licked each other affectionately.
Wolfgirl's stomach growled, "but first I'm hungry."
"I caught a deer for you," he told her. "But Wolfgirl's don't wear clothes."
Looking around, she spied a dead deer under some trees. The snow was red with its blood. She could smell it and couldn't wait to sink her teeth in it.
"How could I forget?" taking a step back in the snow, she lowered her panties and stepped out of them. "Much better."
Feeling something wet below, she looked down to see her pink folds engorged with blood and glistening with lubrication.
No, that's not what Wolfgirls have.
She glanced away and then looked down again. This time, the top of a dark, engorged mound protruded from the fur covering her crotch. A 'Y' shaped opening in the mound hinted at the depths within. Spreading her legs slightly and lifting her tail, she flaunted her lupine spade as her juices readied it to be filled.
Exactly the right equipment for pups.
Swaying on her paws, she padded over to the deer before dropping onto her hand-paws. Now on all fours, she raised her tail. It didn't take long before she felt Shadow grip her sides with his leathery, padded paws. Raising her butt, she pushed her rear paws further apart. Then, she felt something big and hard slip into her waiting entrance. Opening her muzzle, she started panting in ecstasy as her canal was filled. Moments later she felt intense pleasure as sticky, warm liquid gushed out of her.
Standing up from her bed, Wolfgirl smiled at the white mess as it dripped onto the floor from her furry spade below. She was sure she'd be heavy with pups in no time. But first, she needed to get ready for school...
