Robot Rampage
#4 of One Shots
Welcome back, my lovely reader!
I wrote this short story a few years ago for a "gameshow" anthology that never even materialized to my knowledge, I never even got paid if I recall. Meh, either way, the contract is expired now so I've cleaned it up and I'm sharing it with all of you, loves!
This is a cat-and-mouse tale centered around a robot battling show. A short, sweet little raunchy tale with a bit of angst and a bit of love! Hope you'll enjoy it!
Also, the mouse in this tale being named Jasmine is coincidental and not in any way related to the Jasmine in Avalanche of Love, I simply forgot I had used the name when I wrote this three years ago!
Let's jump right in!
Welcome back, my lovely reader~

Robot Rampage
The familiar scent of machine grease and sawdust filled her nose while she torqued the wrench, the shaft of a screwdriver in her mouth as she gnawed at it, memories flooding her mind. She thought back to her very first year when she began doing this.
Robot Rampage Season twenty-eight finale...
A stocky bald male doberman held a microphone in his paws, dressed in a silk suit, his large black ears hanging down naturally as he spoke out to the crowd, "Well, my loves, none of us took her seriously when she first came on the scene. We all thought we would be saying things like, 'keep an eye on this one in the future' after her first loss, but boy did she fool us! That first loss never came at all!"
Crowds in the arena roared their love and approval for the small mouse standing next to the much larger dog. "Not even out of high school and here she is, being crowned as our youngest Rampage Robot's champion, let's hear it for our own wonder-puppy, Sprocket!"
The dog shoved the mic into the small blonde mouse's face, her grey ears springing up, not expecting to be put on the spot. She cleared her throat then set the announcer with an annoyed look. "I'm in my final year, stop talking about me like I'm a grade schooler."
The audience laughed and a few 'ooohs' rang out in playful jest towards the emcee as he put a handpaw to his chest in mock hurt. "Ouch, well that's fair young lady. You've brought down teams of people thrice your age, you're the champion and you get what you want!"
He showed his pearly white teeth in a wide grin and pushed his padded-palm out, starting over. "Let's hear it for our new champion, a young mouse with a bright future here, Sprocket!"
The audience roared to life once more as the mouse fidgeted on her feet, coiling a loose strand of her blonde hair in a finger. "T-thanks... I wasn't trying to be rude about it."
--*--
There was another grunt as she snapped down hard on the shaft of metal, grinding her teeth in irritation as she worked on the wiring, little divots and chew marks all along the screwdriver shaft.
Season twenty-nine finale...
"She wowed us last year, and here she is again folks! We watched her climb the ranks without missing a beat and once again she stands champion over the other smoking piles of scrap!" The doberman called out excitedly towards the crowd as they roared and some fans even had made her banners they waved.
"Thank you, everyone, I want to also personally thank my mother who is my greatest inspiration." The young mouse gave a bright smile at the camera and a bashful wave, having taken on a few more inches of height since her last time there as well as filling out a little both in chest and hips, but still a small thing compared to the dog that stood next to her.
"No one's ever won three championships in a row, and only a pawful have won two, could we be seeing a dynasty in the making folks? I dunno about you but I'm eager for next season to find out!" The emcee barked the words out excitedly as he thrust his paw out towards the arena of spectators, all roaring and cheering.
--*--
Another bolt tightened here, another sheet of steel soldered there. The mouse ground her teeth and shook her head, trying to focus on her work and not the forced trip down memory lane her brain was taking her on.
Season thirty, two years ago...
"What an upset! You managed to squeak out that victory and bring our mighty mouse champion to her knees! What do you have to say?" The doberman grinned and pushed the mic into the face of the young adult tabby, his gray ears poking out of his inky black locks of jagged hair.
The young cat smiled and shook his head, his cheeks a little hot with embarrassment. "Her system failed at a critical moment from dumb luck, I don't feel my skill had anything to do with it."
"Oh ho... a modest champion and a dynasty brought down all the same. Here at Rampage Robots, keeping your rig working through system faults is just as important as hammering your opponent to scrap, don't for a second think you don't deserve your title young cat!" The doberman shouted the words to the crowd who screamed their adoration back towards him.
She stood there on the sidelines, her remote control in a shattered heap at her feet from where she had slammed it to the ground furiously as the gyro-stabilization shaft failed. She had double and triple-checked the damn thing, but a lucky wayward stab of the metal claw spear on the cat's rig happened to catch it, leaving her robot a sitting duck.
He had been gracious and didn't bother keeping the damage up, simply bowing out of the fight and taking his win, much to the dismay of the audience who wanted him to push her rig into the moat of acid on the sides of the arena.
--*--
The memory made her check the stabilization unit, rolling the heavy rig over to inspect the gyros and seals. Another whine of metal filled the workshop as she torqued an already tight bolt, reinforcing the harness.
One year ago...
"I said it a few years ago, and I say it again now... Could we have another dynasty in the making folks?" The emcee showed his teeth, holding his palm out to the tabby, his black hair a little longer with the passage of another year, his own figure a little more filled out with muscle and tone..
This time it wasn't a fluke, she made changes and he seemed to just anticipate her counters to his original design. It was like a chess game and he was two moves ahead of her at all times. The victory was absolute this time and she knew it while sitting on the sidelines for the second time. She glared at the cat that had bested her twice and now stood to claim what she dreamed would always be hers. She couldn't lose to him three times, she had to beat him next season or she wouldn't be able to live with herself.
--*--
A knock came to the workshop door and she lifted her grey eyes, settling them on the door but not saying anything. It opened and her mother stepped in. She was a mouse like her, but taller and with blue eyes, though they shared the same tone of blonde hair and body figure. The older mouse sighed and folded her arms. "Jasmine, sweetie... you've been in here working on this for hours. Dinner is already cold and your father is worried about you."
"I'm fine, I just need to make sure things are at one hundred," the younger mouse grumbled while holding the screwdriver in her teeth.
The older mother-mouse frowned and put her paws on her hips. "I worry you've been neglecting your health over this. Are you eating well and maintaining your teeth properly?"
She ground her teeth on the shaft of the screwdriver and the metal gave with a snap from the wear of chewing on it for so long, at least this one lasted a few weeks. "My teeth are fine mom, I don't let them overgrow." Jasmine rolled her eyes as she lowered her rig back to the ground with a huff.
"Will you come inside and eat if I reheat your dinner? I hate that you come over and then just spend all your time in the workshop." The older mouse strode over to the robot, looking it over with the eye of scrutiny only an engineer would do.
Jasmine said nothing and leaned back on her palms, watching her mother scan the rig. The older mouse finally gave her a nod, "Come inside and eat, then later you need to calibrate the dynamo widget and tighten the hexal radial sprockets."
The younger mouse drooped her ears and showed her a grin, her two front teeth looking slightly more prominent. "Mom, those aren't real words. I know what you're saying, but anyone else would think you're a lunatic."
The older mouse put her handpaws on her hips through the coveralls she wore and glared playfully at the younger mouse. "Well... I'm the one that taught you everything you-"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm going..." Jasmine waved a paw as she quickly retreated out of the workshop to avoid the motherly lecture.
"What will you do if you don't take home the championship this time?" her mother called out to her while washing the dishes from the night's dinner.
"I don't give a damn about the championship, just bringing down Crank-shaft," Jasmine grumbled the words while sipping on her hot tea.
"What's the young cat's actual name?" she called out over the sink curiously.
"I don't know, I didn't bother learning it." The younger mouse shrugged and kept sipping the tea.
"That's surprising, have you not spoken as competitors?" Her mother lifted her large grey ears, the tips rounding slightly as she looked at her daughter.
"He tried to play meet and greet last year after his decisive victory. I just walked away and refused to talk to him." Jasmine sneered and moved to hand her mother the empty mug.
She frowned at her daughter and collected the mug. "I did not raise you to be a sore loser, Jasmine. Every competitor we face has a lesson for us to learn, win or lo-"
"Yes, I know!" Jasmine spat the words out and clenched her teeth. She clenched her fists and shook her head, "Still... seeing him looking at me with that apologetic look just pisses me off..."
The older mouse frowned but said nothing. Jasmine sighed and gave her mother her own frown before continuing, "It's fine... I won't lose to him this time and if I do. Well, I'll just retire from the competition and go to college for that engineering degree you've been on my tail about for the last few years."
Her mother smiled gently and dried her hands on the dishtowel. "I only want your future to be secure my little mouse."
"I know Mom, but right now even the runner-up purse brings in more money than I would make in a year. If I can knock back a championship this year, I may have enough to build my own workshop and start fabricating higher-quality parts," she huffed the words, a little excitement in her voice.
Her mother gave her an amused grin. "Sorry my old workshop isn't cutting it."
"Your workshop is great, Mom. I just... I could use more space and-"
"A boyfriend?" the older mouse cooed out teasingly.
Jasmine fixed her mother with an annoyed glare. "Really... I don't care about boys, Mom. Machines are much more interesting."
"I'm not sure that's a healthy way of thinking, my mouse." She clicked her tongue and then nodded. "Well, all the same. Come along, I will help you adjust those widget-wobblers and back-stretch bolts."
"Mom, those aren't real!" Jasmine snapped out at her as they both walked out of the house towards the small workshop.
--*--
"As I live and breathe... I didn't think I would ever see you again, 'Iron-Butterfly'." The doberman showed his teeth as he grasped the paw of the mouse, shaking it firmly.
"It's good to see you again too, Tyler. It's been a minute." The mouse giggled as they parted grips and she placed her handpaws in front of her, her small wiry tail flicking about lazily.
"I can't believe it's been so long. I still remember when you were a young college student in pigtails," the dog barked the words with a grin, his eyes looking nostalgic.
"And I remember when you still had hair," the mouse quipped back playfully.
The dog pushed a paw to his chest and gasped in mock pain. "How cruel of you, well I had to do something to hide the grey coming in." He laughed the words and then put his paw to his head, the hair shaved to the furline. "What can I do for you, love?"
The mouse gave him a nod and smiled. "First off I thank you for not telling your audience at large that she is my daughter."
The dog tapped his chin and frowned. "Well... it would have made for quite the spectacle, but we couldn't disrespect the wishes of our greatest champion of all time. Seven titles in ten years. It's a shame you never pulled off three in a row."
"Yes, perhaps I shouldn't have taken that ninth year off, but having a puppy seemed more important," she hummed the words thoughtfully then nodded. "Which is why I'm here..."
The doberman set her with a business-like look and frowned. "You're not going to ask me anything underhanded, are you? Like fudging the rules or something?"
The mouse put her paws on her hips and glared at the dog. "Perish the thought! My daughter will take her lumps and learn to be a gracious loser and winner, I will not try to stack the deck in her favor."
He folded his arms and nodded, "Well, that's a relief. I didn't think you had that in you, Iron-B. I'm glad I was right."
"Of course..." She ran her fingertips through her blonde hair, clearly showing a bit of white forming in the roots near her furline. "I want her to meet this, 'Crank-shaft.' I'm inviting him to my home for lunch, a former champion meeting one of the new ones."
The doberman's tail flicked up from its wag and his ears lifted. "Hang on... why would you want that?"
"She doesn't know her competitor, she avoided the personal aspect of things, and so she does not have the proper mentality to challenge him. It is only when you know your opponent that you can fully strive to defeat them," she spoke the words as if giving a lecture.
"Interesting outlook... she won't try to kill him will she?" the dog barked the words with a laugh in his voice.
"I don't think she will... regardless it's an invitation from me, not her. I will simply make sure she is present and let nature take its course." The mouse nodded to herself as if she had planned it all out from the get-go.
"Nature huh?" The dog showed her another grin and put his padded-palms back on his hips. "You make it sound like you're trying to hook them up, Iron-B."
"Well, I've seen him. He's a fetching cat and I did marry out of species. It's not something I would oppose, but it's not the main focus of my intention either," the mouse huffed the words against her blue-painted claws, buffing them on her chest. "Still, I've been told I can be quite the match-maker at times."
The older mouse cut her eyes to the doberman and gave him a cocky smile, "Besides... You've seen the old episodes. It's obvious what he thinks of her."
Tyler barked a laugh and shook his head, "Obvious to me and the whole audience, I think the only ones oblivious are them."
"No, just her," she fired back with another grin.
"It does my heart good to see you've not lost that feisty-haughty attitude, Iron-B." The dog showed her another grin and gave a nod. "I'll extend the invitation to him but I can't promise he'll bite."
"Oh, he will. No one in their right mind that's on the circuit right now would pass the offer up, especially if you mention my workshop," she spoke the words in a long-lost cocky tone, then set the dog with a gentle smile. "Thank you, Tyler. I appreciate you humoring me."
"Anything for an old friend." The dog gave the mouse a grin and clapped a hand gently over her shoulder, "I'll be in touch with more details when I have them."
--*--
His hair was now long enough to fit into a small ponytail, the tabby looking to have put on a few more pounds of muscle and a bit more height since last season. He bowed deeply to the older mouse, standing easily two feet above her. "I can't tell you how much of an honor it is to get this invitation! I've seen all your old matches, you made some crazy monsters back in the day."
"'Old shows'... 'back in the day'... gosh, you sure know how to make a mouse feel her age, young cat." She gave him a playful grin, showing she wasn't serious as she placed a paw to her forehead, her ears folding.
The cat perked his striped ears up and frowned. "Oh... My apologies, Ma'am!" He gave her another deep bow, his tail drooping.
"'Ma'am'? You're not helping your case, cat," the older mouse hummed the words playfully and turned from him. "I'm teasing you, please come inside, I've prepared some tea and will have lunch ready in short order. After the pleasantries, I can show you the workshop and we can talk rigs."
The cat nodded and eagerly followed the mouse into her home, the scent of the home kept a faint scent of machines despite how tidy it was. Tea was shared as she prepared lunch, her wiry pink tail lazily whipping about. "Ah, my daughter will be joining us, I do hope that is alright?"
"O-of course, it's your home after all and I'm simply a guest." The young tabby gave a polite nod and smiled at the older mouse. He hadn't put the pieces together yet or noticed the similarities. That stood to reason since Jasmine wore her hair in a short pixie style and her mother wore it long, flowing hair that came down past her tail. Not to mention in her heyday, she kept it dyed red, so her old shows reflected that.
The older mouse lifted her ears and smiled as she heard the motorcycle pull into the driveway. "Ah... I suppose it's showtime," she hummed the words playfully.
"What do you mean?" The young cat tilted his head curiously.
"You will see." She gave him a wide grin, showing her teeth, her blue eyes shining with mischief.
He heard the front door open as she called out, "Yo, Mom! I'll be in for lunch in a few minutes I want to check some calibrations on-" Jasmine cut her words off as she stopped at the entrance to the kitchen, the helmet she had been holding falling to the floor, her maw hanging open as she saw the tabby sitting at the kitchen table.
The young cat's eyes widened as she walked in, recognizing her in an instant. "S-sprocket?!" He spat the words out with shock in his voice, his cheeks hot instantly from her presence.
"W-what the... what in the flying fuck!" the mouse hissed the words out through her teeth, squeaking furiously.
"Watch your language in my house, young mouse." The older one gave her a stern glare and put her paws on her hips.
"M-Mom! What is this?!" Jasmine snarled out, jabbing a finger at the cat sitting there awkwardly.
"He's a guest, I invited him to see the workshop," the older mouse spoke the words casually while standing at the stove.
"The workshop... the workshop with MY rig in it?!" the younger mouse spat the words out furiously, glaring between her mother and the awkward-looking cat.
"Yes... MY workshop and I have already covered your rig with a tarp, he would have seen none of it." The older mouse showed her own teeth, giving the smaller one a strong maternal glare.
"Look... look... uh... ladies... I never wanted to cause probl-"
"You shut the hell up!" Jasmine fired back at the cat, a furious glare in her eyes. The cat visibly flinched and jerked his gaze from her.
"You will not talk to him like that in this house, young mouse!" Her mother gave her a stern look and put both paws on her hips.
"Fine, I'm out then!" Jasmine spat the words out and snatched her helmet up off the floor, storming off out the front door.
There was an awkward few moments of silence before the mother cut her eyes back to the cat and cocked a brow. "I saw how you looked upon my daughter in the old episodes, are you going to go talk to her, or let her storm off? I won't intervene a second time on your behalf, young cat."
His maw gaped in the realization of the older mouse's chess game, then gave her a nod before quickly standing. "T-thank you..."
"Use the door to your left, it will put you out to the side of the house where she parks her bike," the older mouse hummed the words, still stirring a pot casually.
Jasmine clenched her teeth, grinding them as she stomped towards her bike. The side door of the house swung open as the cat sprang out and looked around before locking in on her. He quickly moved over to her and gave a huff of breath, "S-Sprocket, hang on a sec!"
"Get out of my way, or I'll run you over, Crank-shaft!" the mouse squeaked the words, climbing onto the seat of her older model motorcycle.
"Look, I didn't know, okay?!" he spat the words out, his ears snapping to peaks as he showed her his own glare. "I didn't mean to piss you off or barge in on you!"
"Cool, then fuck off and get out of my sight," the mouse grumbled the words and moved to put her helmet on.
"Fine, but can I say one thing?" The tabby folded his arms and jerked his head away, showing his sharp teeth as he hissed through them.
Jasmine paused and sighed before fixing him with another hard glare. "Out with it then."
"I started doing this because of you. Not to beat you, but because I looked up to your skill." He threw his paws out and took a step back as gravel crunched under his boots, showing he wouldn't try to stop her. "That's all, I watched you for two years before building up the courage to make my own rig. I did it to impress you, not make you hate me."
The mouse lifted her ears, her grey eyes growing wide at the confession. "Impress me? Look up to me?"
"Yes... that's what I said." The young tabby folded his arms and set her with a strong gaze. "I wanted to tell you this the first and second season, but you just refused to talk to me."
"Are you stupid or something?" the mouse grumbled as she climbed off the bike and walked over to the cat, tossing her helmet into the driveway before putting her paws on her hips.
"Maybe?" He showed his sharp teeth and gave her a grin that she found a little cute for some reason. His tail snaked about and coiled before he shrugged. "I didn't make good grades in school, never made it through the college applications either. I just did a tour through a tech school and became a mechanic."
"A mechanic... I got beaten by a mechanic?" Jasmine laughed and folded her arms against her stomach, giving the cat a smirk. The bike jacket she wore was of a heavy material but she hadn't zipped it up yet and he could clearly see the heavy rise of her chest in the shirt she wore beneath. She may have not gotten her mother's eyes, but she took her figure which was curvy and round in all the right places. The older mouse had quite a collection of male fans back in the day, even after she married.
He lowered his eyes and gave a weak smile. "You made me feel even a loser like me had a chance, if a cute young mouse like you could do it without a college degree or background."
"You think I'm cute?" she huffed the words, then narrowed her eyes. "Wait... Yes, I didn't have a college degree and was still in high school, so? Are you saying you assumed I was some kind of dumbass and didn't have any education or experience in what I was doing?"
"No!" He threw a paw up and shook his head, his striped grey tail going stiff. "Look... I've never been good with words. That's why I like cars and machines, okay? It... it wasn't an insult. I think you're great, and I know you're crazy smart."
Jasmine gaped her maw at the words, feeling a sense of deja vu then set her jaw. She gave the tabby a calculated look before speaking, "It's not fair."
His ears lifted and he tilted his head, meeting her eyes directly for the first time. They were heterochromatic, the left green, and the right blue. "I'm sorry... what isn't fair?"
"You know my name because of my dumb mother, I don't know yours," she spoke the words, then quickly jerked her grey eyes from his, seeing she had been staring into them.
He blinked a few times, processing the statement and trying to remember his own name after having been lost in her eyes. "Ah... It's... Chase."
She frowned and folded her arms, making her chest push out in her jacket, giving the cat another calculating stare. "Are you sure? You don't sound sure to me... Chase."
His ears lifted and he gave an awkward laugh, the sound mixing with a faint purr as he rubbed the back of his head. "I'm sorry, that's it. I'm just... a little nervous, you know?"
Jasmine frowned and took a deep breath in before flicking her wiry tail about and unfolding her arms. "Alright, Chase... Well, you met me, and you've shown you're better than me. Is that what you wanted? You're the better rig builder."
"I just got lucky, I know-"
"Fuck you, you don't know anything!" Jasmine showed her teeth and jabbed a finger into his chest, feeling he had some surprising firmness from the muscles beneath.
The cat flinched at the jab and stepped back, the frown on his face showing he didn't appreciate the aggression. "Look, Jasmine... I'm not here to gloat, or... well, I have no intentions, I didn't expect to be meeting you today."
"Well, that makes two of us." She snapped her teeth, then looked down at her paw before glancing back at the cat. "Sorry, I'm not trying to be a bitch... just two years of brooding and all that jazz."
Chase shook his head and gave her a gentle smile, his eyes looking resigned as if he had already made a decision before he spoke. "That's okay. Look, Jasmine, I looked up to you for years, and I think you're really cute. One of the reasons I got into this was to meet you and tell you as much."
She grunted at the words and looked away, her cheeks warm before she cut her eyes back. "That sounds really sweet... and also really stalker-y."
He hissed out and threw his padded palms up. "Oh, gods no! I n-never tried to seek you out or anything outside of competition for a reason, I never wanted to come off that way... I just thought you were a cute mouse and wanted to compete with you, okay? I swear I'm not trying to stalk you, I'll leave right now if you want me to."
She smiled at his little panic attack and shook her head, "No, maybe I just don't know how to handle such things. While girls played with dolls or talked about boys they liked, I worked on machines and read engineering magazines. I've not developed a lot of social skills, you know?"
Chase bit his lower lip and gave her a nod of understanding, "I do... I never played sports in school or even had a girlfriend, my only 'friend' was my teacher who hosted shop class."
They stood there for a long moment staring upon one another. He easily had a few feet on her but looked in great shape, probably from all the constant work on vehicles and his rig. She on the other hand had a surprisingly curvaceous figure, but her arms were well defined from all the upper bodywork that working machines took.
Jasmine clicked her tongue and yelled out to the house. "I'm going to show him the workshop, Mom!"
The older mouse grinned from the window, out of sight but having been eavesdropping on the whole thing. She took a few moments to stall as if she wasn't right by the door before opening it. "Okay honey, lunch will be ready in about an hour." She gave them both a smile and turned to move back into the house.
Chase frowned and swallowed a lump in his throat before watching her walk past him, her tail whipped and smacked his leg as she walked by, cutting her eyes up towards him. "Well, come on... but don't think you're getting any insider tips on my next rig that I'm going to destroy you with."
He watched her walk past, his eyes moving to her rear, seeing the curves of her hips and round backside hugged by the denim jeans she wore, her thin pink tail flicking about. He shook his head and willed his footpaws into motion before speaking out, "I would never dream of that, I want to keep it fair and square between us."
"Fair and square eh?" Jasmine opened the door to the old metal building, flicking the light switch. The old lights stuttered and spat a few times before coming on with a low audible buzz.
The small shop had a very comforting scent of oil, wood, and iron to it. He thought back to long-gone days of playing in the garage while his father worked on cars, the scent of oil and iron mingling with the wood of the building.
"You alright?" Jasmine called out to him, tilting her head curiously, her ears lifting slightly.
Chase shook off the memories and gave her a smile. "Yeah, I was just... well, the smell of this place reminds me of my childhood in a way."
The mouse smiled and nodded. "I get that, I spent my youth in here, playing and trying to help my mother work on her projects."
They stared upon one another once more, an awkward silence settling. His ears lifted as her own scent drifted to his nose now that they weren't outside in the breeze. She had a soft floral scent that blended well with the sawdust and just a faint hint of sweat, no doubt from her working on her rig this morning. Another odor was coming off her but he couldn't quite put a finger on it, he wasn't familiar with girls since he was raised alone by his father.
Jasmine shifted her gaze from his, catching his own scent. She had never had brothers, so she had nothing to compare it with but the scent of her own father who didn't happen to be a mouse and certainly not a predator like a cat. "Ah... so this is it..."
"It's nice. A bit cramped but I can see it's a well-situated workspace and a lot of love is put into this place," he purred the words as he started walking around the small room, his tail flicking slightly.
She grinned at his purring, then gave him a laugh before shaking her head. "That has to be the sappiest thing I've ever heard. How could you tell if it had 'a lot of love' put into it?" The mouse air quoted the words with a smirk.
He blushed under his fur and showed his sharp teeth in a grin. "There are little signs of it all over, like the small decorations that wouldn't belong in a shop," he hummed the words and moved to an old wooden beam, brushing his fingertips over the small knocks in the wood. "Like here... a spot to gauge someone's height for example. Maybe a mother occasionally checking her mouse's growth?"
Her cheeks burned at the perceptive words and she looked away, grinding her clenched teeth. Her heart started thumping in her chest at the very organic and down-to-earth display from the cat, his words touching on her emotions, making her memories flood forth of her childhood. "N-not bad, Chase... you're pretty perceptive..."
He smiled at her and nodded to the large tarp covering a mass in the corner. "Your latest rig, I presume?" he purred the words as he walked back over to the mouse.
"Yeah, no peeking allowed." She grinned up at him, her cheeks hot as she put her hands on her hips.
"I wouldn't dream of peeking..." he purred the words, his blue and green eyes settling on her grey ones.
"Not even a little curious to take a peek?" Jasmine hummed with a grin, and then her ears folded as he moved a little closer, his scent strong and feral, triggering something in her that made her stomach twist in knots.
Realizing what he was doing, he took a deep controlled breath in through his nose, trying to calm himself. That was his downfall though, because that scent flooded into his senses again. The scent of her, not just the floral sweet scent of a mouse, but the strong overwhelming smell of one in heat. The mouse had started her cycle this morning and it had been tearing at her all day.
"Well... maybe a little peek, but not at the rig..." he purred the words, his fingertips hesitating before moving to brush her cheeks, feeling how soft and warm they were.
Jasmine's eyes grew wide at his touch, all the common sense in her screaming to slap his hand away, call him a pervert, and throw him out of the workshop. She ignored the logical course, finding his display earlier endearing and his scent too intoxicating to simply brush aside. "Who do you think you are, Cat? I didn't say you could touch me..."
She couldn't help but grin, seeing the cocktail of emotions in his eyes. The cat was shuffling the cards around in his mind, trying to decide if he should follow his bravado, or err on the side of caution and pull his paw away. She gave a slight frown as she felt his padded-fingers hesitantly pull from her face, making her cheek feel cold in the air of the workshop.
"I didn't say you had to stop!" The mouse reached up and grabbed his paw before it fully left her face, pulling it back, her eyes growing more fierce as she stepped a little closer, placing her free hand on his chest.
Chase shook his head, biting his lower lip and staring into her deep gray eyes before giving her his own strong gaze, his brow furrowing, his ears lifting. "S-so which is it? Do you think I had a plan? You think I've some grand-"
The mouse pushed her fingertips to his lips and gave him a glare before removing her paw. "Don't be such a pain... you're a guy, you should know what to do in a sit-"
The mouse squeaked out as the tabby shoved his mouth to her own. Her eyes widened, then closed and she threw her arms around his neck kissing back with both curiosity as well as eagerness. Jasmine parted from his lips a moment later and huffed out, "T-that's... not what I was referencing or expecting..."
"Sorry... it felt appropriate..." Chase spoke the words, leaning in and brushing his lips to hers once more. Jasmine's eyes widened and she started to protest but he silenced her with another kiss, her smaller body shuddering in his arms as she gave in and returned it again.
They stood there locked in the heated kiss for several moments, his tongue moving into her small mouth, her own meeting it as they explored one another. Their paws soon joined in, her fingers pushing to his chest, her claws digging in and dragging against the t-shirt he wore, feeling the definition against her fingertips.
His own handpaws pushed to her chest, rubbing and squeezing at her full round breasts, feeling her peaks grow hard against the thin bra inside her own t-shirt. The mouse pulled from his lips puffing out in a hot pant, her small pink tongue showing as he rubbed her breasts, her nails dragging down his chest before she blinked her eyes open. "I-I'm not... I'm not normally like this... I'm not that kind-"
He put his padded-fingertips to her lips, giving her a smile. "I'm not either... I understand..." he purred the words and moved in, kissing at her throat. His teeth grazed at her furred flesh as she whimpered and tilted her head to the side, baring her throat to him fully.
The tabby dragged his tongue over her, his heart racing at the idea he was touching her, tasting her even. She could smell his own desire now, the rut of a cat mingling with the heat of a mouse. Her brain felt slightly foggy as she panted up, her fingers tangling into his hair. She pulled the tie out of his soft black locks, letting his hair spill out of the ponytail before gripping pawfuls and moaning as he suckled at her throat.
His heart leaped into his throat as she moaned out for him softly, his courage swelling and throbbing in him just like what was trapped in his own jeans. He moved to grab the mouse by the hips and hauled her up on top of the nearby workbench, tools scattering in all directions. "S-stop me if I cross a line... I don't want-"
"Shut up... just keep going..." Jasmine groaned the words and gripped his hair, pulling him back to her and shoving her mouth to his once more, her own tongue rolling with his. She felt him peel the heavy biker jacket off her, and then his paws slid up under her shirt, fumbling for a few moments before finally snapping the clasp free on her bra.
The kiss broke and she tossed him an excited grin before raising her arms. He took her cue and peeled her top off her, the mouse's full breasts spilling forward, peaks hard from his attention. The cat didn't even hesitate, moving down and shoving his maw right to her left teat, suckling hard. She moaned out, her claws tangling into his hair, feeling him so eagerly sucking upon her. His sharp teeth slightly pressed into her breast, but not hard enough to leave marks.
She folded her ears, her wiry tail snapping about as he suckled, popping her from his mouth before moving to the other and giving it the same treatment. "Ha... no fair... let me see you too... I can't be the only topless one..." she groaned the words, moving her fingertips over his large grey-striped ears, seeing a silver hoop in his left one while she rubbed them.
The tabby suckled a few more moments before parting with his tongue giving her hard peak a final flick then nodded and stood up, grabbing his shirt and peeling it away. His strong, sculpted-looking muscles came into view under a thin coat of striped gray fur and the mouse gave an excited huff, sitting up and dragging her nails down his form. "Chase... you're in great shape for some dork that works on robots..." she cooed the words excitedly, her fingertips moving over the rise of his abs before grabbing at the front of his jeans.
"You're one to talk..." he purred the words and bit his lower lip, his palms moving to rub at the mouse's heavy breasts, her nipples looking slightly darker from his sucking. "Gods, you've got a gorgeous body, Jasmine..."
She gave him a deep blush he swore he could see through her cheek fur, grinning at his words. "Your's isn't too shabby either..." The mouse gripped his jeans and jerked them open, then hopped off the workbench, pulling them the rest of the way down along with his boxers. The cat's swollen length sprang out right away, full, rigid, and dripping with precum for her. The mouse gave him a drunk-looking grin and gripped his shaft, pumping him a few times, feeling the sticky dribbles of clear liquid spill against her fingertips.
Chase lolled his tongue at the grip of her paw, his ears folding as he purred. Jasmine gave him an amused smirk and licked her lips. "Come on... if you don't take the reigns, I'll just keep doing this... you want this to be a just a paw-job?" she cooed the words playfully, then squeaked out as the cat grabbed her hips and jerked her around.
The mouse groaned as he turned her and stripped her own jeans and white panties down, her slick mouse petals coming into view, her scent filling his nose, hitting him like a sledgehammer. Jasmine lolled her tongue and looked back at him, shaking her rear, her wiry pink tail lifted, the heat in full control of her now. "Hurry up, hurry up!"
Chase snarled and grabbed her hips, seeing the height issue and just picked the mouse up off her boots, bending her over the workbench, her feet kicking in the air playfully with jeans ringed around them. The cat slid his dripping tip right to her tight entrance and ground against her, both of them gritted their teeth and gave their own form of a hiss at the tight clench. Finally, he worked his way in with a pop and the mouse groaned out in a deep eager moan, feeling him spread her walls until he bumped into her core.
"So good... oh gods it feels good... move... grind, do something!" The mouse snapped her teeth together and glared back at the cat, her nails digging into the other side of the workbench to brace.
"Anything for you, Jasmine..." he hissed the words, moving both paws to hold her hips, her tail lightly smacking into his chest while he began to move his own hips. The mouse rewarded his efforts with soft eager moans, her walls rippling and her honey coating his length, dripping off his sacs and puddling into the dusty old floor beneath them.
"Chase... ngh... so good... don't stop... please..." she huffed the words, her tongue lolled as she looked over her shoulder at him, watching the cat take her, his length plunging deep with each stroke, bumping into her core before repeating the process, small hearts showing in her gray eyes. He spent several moments like that, just pumping into her smaller body while she jerked against the workbench.
He ground and bucked against her, the small mouse squeaked out excitedly with each push, her eyes feeling wet with tears from the pleasure. "Ngh... Jasmine... I... so good! I don't think..."
"One more... give me one more!" she moaned out, then gave a shrill excited moan as he bottomed out hard, grinding his tip at her core until she crested. "Yessss... oh, it's amazing..." Jasmine cried the words out in almost a sob, glancing back at him again, her tongue showing, her tail whipping about, her grey ears lifted as his own mismatched eyes seemed to show hearts for her.
"You're too tight... I can't..." He gritted his teeth and shoved deep into her before huffing out, his paws gripping into her rear, digging his claws into her cheeks. "S-should I pull-"
"I'll break your leg if you pull out!" the mouse shouted the words and showed her teeth as she grunted while the cat shoved hard into her a few more times. "It's safe, just do it!" she moaned the words then her eyes widened as he gave a final rough push and she collapsed onto her elbows.
Both their tongues lolled, hers as his heat erupted violently in her, his as he succumbed to her tight clenching walls. Jasmine sighed out, feeling his release coax a final release of her own, the mouse grinning drunkenly as her walls clenched and milked at the cat's length. Chase practically growled as she took everything from him, his hips grinding gently until she had every drop. Even after he had given it all up, the mouse's walls just kept milking as she finished her own heat-induced release, now full and warm with his love.
With a defeated groan the cat slumped over her, his own elbows slapping to the workbench next to her own. She flicked her ears, feeling his chest on her back, feeling his panting hot breath on her ears. Jasmine sighed blissfully and brushed her heel against his leg. "Gods be damned cat... I loved that..." She hummed the words with a pant of breath, then smiled as she felt him nuzzle her cheek before kissing it.
"I'm so glad... you were amazing... I hope I did alright," Chase purred the words, kissing along her cheeks softly again and again.
Jasmine giggled and gave him a lazy smile. "Well, I've got nothing to compare it with since that was my first, but I think so."
The cat huffed out and bit his lower lip. "W-wait... yours too? I thought it was supposed to hurt?"
"Eh, it stung a little at first, but... I work with machines, my paws and arms are constantly getting cut, pinched, burned, etcetera... You know how it is." She gave another lazy smile and then tilted her head. "Your first time too? That kind of makes me happy..."
"Really?" He smiled and kissed her cheek again. "I thought it was just me... I'm glad you're happy too."
Jasmine sighed and shook her head before pushing up to feel him nuzzle her jaw more. "Alright... get me off this damn bench, my hips are killing me..."
There was some awkward cleanup to be had, but thankfully they were in a workshop with access to cleaning supplies. When it was all said and done the mouse sat on the edge of the workbench they had mated on, her footpaws lazily kicking, the cat next to her, his arms holding her gently.
"This is insane... I can't believe we did that in my mother's workshop... The place I used to play as a puppy in..." Jasmine sighed the words, feeling the cat nuzzling her cheek.
"I hope you don't regret it... you were wonderful, Jasmine." He hummed the words, giving her ear a playful nibble.
The mouse giggled at the love bites and pulled from his lips. She then pushed her palm to his cheek, guiding him to look upon her as she pecked his lips in a quick kiss. "I don't, but you better not think I'm some easy mouse... I want you to take me on some proper dates after this."
Chase lifted his ears and blushed, his tail wagging like a dogs would. "R-really? You're giving me a chance to date you?"
The mouse grinned at him and pushed her forehead to his own. "No... it was a booty call, we're back to being sworn rivals... get the fuck out of my workshop!" She spoke the words playfully then nuzzled against him, "You seem alright, I'll give you a chance since you put up with my bitch fit earlier."
The cat purred excitedly and shoved his mouth hard to the mouse's once more. She squeaked against his lips and squirmed as his paws moved to rub at her breasts through her shirt once more. "Guh! Down cat... at least let's go eat before we have another round!" she groaned the words playfully and pushed at his shoulders with a giggle.

Robot Rampage Season thirty-four finale...
The doberman flashed his pearly white teeth as he thrust a hand outwards towards the arena of screaming fans. "It took over thirty years, but I'm happy to announce we have a dynasty in our house, my loves!"
The arena roared with cheers as the spotlight came on, the cat and mouse back to back, each holding a remote rig at their sides, grinning at one another over their shoulders. Jasmine's hair had grown several inches, strapped in a pony-tail like Chase's which was down to his tail now.
Tyler flourished his hand towards the couple as he continued, "After each of their individual retirements, Sprocket and Crank-shaft formed team, 'Platinum-Butterfly' and have been an unstoppable force of nature, now having clinched their third championship! This team will go down in Rampage Robot's history! Are you all eager to see if they can keep this dynasty going next season? I certainly am!"
Jasmine and Chase turned to one another, each sharing a grin before they embraced in a deep kiss before the entire arena. Tyler whistled out and called out to the fans and the audience watching. "Not oil or gasoline, but could it be love that fueled this powerhouse to victory? What do you think?" He turned to the camera as it panned back to him and off the couple, thrusting his paw out towards the viewers at home. "I'm Tyler Harris and this has been Robot Rampage, we'll see you next season, loves!"
