I tried to write this in at least a semi-academic style. I doubt it would fly with the SCP Foundation but its good enough for me.

A female beast similar to the demonic succubus. Preys on pregnant women, usually young mothers in their first pregnancy. During the night when the prey is asleep, the Fry'l Naga will invade the pregnant girl's womb, devouring the unborn child and replacing it with her own.
The Fry'l Naga child, who is always male, will develop normally within its surrogate mother, taking on her physical characteristics. Once born, it will appear as a normal child of the mother's race and develop as such throughout adolescence.
Upon reaching puberty all sexual desires for the opposite sex will develop towards the child's birth mother. He will experience strong sexual urges and desire to bed, and impregnate, his mother. These desires will persist and grow in intensity and frequency until the boy fulfills them either by seducing or raping her.
However the urge to copulate with his mother is sated, the boy's Fry'l Naga blood will activate and he will quickly metamorphose into his true form. With his new found stamina and sexual endowments he will likely resume sex acts with his birth mother sometimes for hours on end. Some birth mothers do not survive their Fry'l Naga son's awakening.
If the birth mother survives, her womb full of Fry'l Naga seed, she will become pregnant. This pregnancy will progress at an accelerated rate, resulting in the appearance of a full term pregnancy in a matter of days. During this time her Fry'l Naga son will take care of her, including near constant sex. The mother's abdomen will swell to a size and weight sufficient to incapacitate her movement.
It is at this time that the Fry'l Naga's actual mother will reappear to take her son and his birth mother back to their lair.
Fry'l Naga live in extremely well hidden caves, ancient catacombs, or other tunnel networks either found or of their own creation. These lairs are wretched, stinking places who's odors are pleasant only to Fry'l Naga. The interior of a Fry'l Naga lair resembles that of a vagina, with pulsing, living walls. The great warmth of these tunnels, combined with the sexual fluids which flow through them, create the unholy stench which wards off everything.
The Fry'l Naga male's birth mother will be taken to a chamber deep within the lair where she will be made comfortable and be taken care of by her son. She will retain her pregnant belly permanently, perpetually swollen to bursting while being constantly violated by her unholy offspring.
The Fry'l Naga matron will see to the mother's nutritional needs by nursing her at her swollen breast. The milk will sustain her body while slowly transforming it. Little by little the birth mother will begin to merge into the living, organic walls of the lair. Her arms and legs will go first and she will eventually feel her own heart and other organs cease functioning. As though she were an unborn child she will feel the lair itself take over as it pumps its lifeblood through her, welcoming her as an extension of itself. Eventually, all that will remain of the birth mother is her swollen belly, appearing as a large, bloated sac on the wall, and her vagina.
It is unknown whether the birth mother's mind is preserved during this transformation or if she becomes naught but additional flesh. However, if her mind is maintained, she can look forward to living out an unknown lifespan being constantly violated by her Fry'l Naga son.
After several months, the pregnant sac in the lair will grow to full size and a fully grown Fry'l Naga female will emerge during an unknown birthing ceremony. Fry'l Naga females do not live well together, so the newborn will leave and find her own lair to repeat the process which led to her birth.
Fry'l Naga possess an unknown lifespan, but upon death, they too merge into the walls of their lair, becoming a permanent part of their home. Especially old lairs may have hundreds of generations of Fry'l Naga and birth mothers in their walls.
Little study has been possible of living Fry'l Naga lairs. What is known of them comes from examining extinct lairs. These old, dead tunnels of decaying flesh hold little research value. Taking samples of the tissue and conducting DNA analysis is what has led to the knowledge of the lair's assimilation behavior.
It is unknown by what method the lair sustains itself, but one possible explanation is the Fry'l Naga males. Males feel an uncontrollable urge to continuously mate with, and importantly, ejaculate into, the vagina of their birth mother which is retained as an orifice in the lair's wall. This may act as a source of nourishment for the lair as Fry'l Naga males are also hunters, preying on wildlife, farm animals, and even humans for food. The males can eat several times their own body weight in one sitting, grossly distending their bodies.
The pungent sludge which flows across the floor and out the mouth of the lair is likely a mixture of Fry'l Naga sexual fluids as well as sexual fluids from the many orifices of the lair itself which may or may not have brains still attached to them.
If a Fry'l Naga matron is especially adept at picking appropriate mothers for her children, a lair can become too small to adequately house all of her offspring. If this occurs, the matron will choose a spot within the lair to dig an additional tunnel, which will end in another birthing chamber. It is believed that the matron can choose to secrete a fluid which causes the flesh coating that part of the wall to recede and expose the rock. The males will then begin to drink from their matron's breast, which causes their semen to turn into a highly corrosive acid. They will then masterbate, coating the bare rock wall and dissolving it. Over enough time, the males will succeed in carving out the tunnel and birthing chamber. The walls of the new tunnel will be very smooth, perfectly conducive to the spread of flesh across it.
A Fry'l Naga attack can be prevented by adhering to the following guidelines:
Do not become pregnant if you are under the age of 20, Fry'l Naga target young mothers
Do not live alone when your son reaches maturity, Fry'l Naga males are easily killed before they turn
If your son continuously attempts to seduce you, move in with relatives.
If your son is a Fry'l Naga, kill him without remorse, he is a monster, and not related to you
If you wish to be certain of not being targeted by a Fry'l Naga, have your first pregnancy terminated. Fry'l Naga only target first time mothers.
