As she did, I sat down heavily on the bed. It was very soft, and I shifted off all my weapons and kit. Lee Kim sat down beside me.

"So you enjoy doing this job?" she smiled at me, and I grinned back.

"It has it's moments, but I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't."

"And is Draco's rumours of Central true?"

"Depends what rumours you speak of." I replied.

"Well, according to him, you have such a variety of creatures..."

"Yes." I nodded.

"That you all are battle hardened and tough."

"Mostly." I accepted.

"And that you like to have sex with one another often." Lee Kim smiled, and I paused briefly.

"Admittedly so. While the job comes first, we bond together well through sex."

"So do you have limitations of who and whom you have it off with?" Lee Kim asked.

"No, not really. They're all a bunch of good friends, I don't judge people on looks."

"Good policy." the female dragon nodded,"Do you have any objection to fucking me?"

There was a bit of a pause, and Lee Kim blushed.

"I have offended you..."

"No, no, I'm just wondering if you have Conteur and Devlin, I should be superfluous."

Lee Kim really did laugh at this."Your manhood isn't as developed as theirs, correct?"

"Half, if that. But I certainly would if you wanted to."

"Good." she removed her clothes.

What did I miss? Oh well, I stripped my top and the uneven trousers off, and Lee Kim lay back on the bed. Sure, she was a foot taller than me, but she seemed to be submitting to me without argument. First time that had happened with a dragon friend of mine. To give her something to think about, I changed into my bionic form, and began prodding her pussy gently with my steel cock.

She wrapped her legs around the back of mine, and I felt her tail shift towards my ass. With sensuous movements, I felt the tip drag against the entrance.

"I don't mind, but remember this is a six foot human, not a raging dragon you're tail fucking." I replied to this, and she nodded.

As she did, I gently pushed in, and entered her. She growled in pleasure, the solid steel forcing her apart , and she pulled me down onto her chest. As I lifted my head, she forced me to make out with her, pulling me closer with her strong arms.As I kissed her, her tail pushed up hard, and her legs on top of mine meant I couldn't shift.

Her tail was forced into my ass, and she went very, very deep into me. I moaned through the kiss, and she broke off.

"Does that hurt too much?" she asked, in concern.

"There and no farther, is you don't mind."I felt like someone had pulled me onto a flag pole, minus the bit on top of course. She accepted this, and began fucking my ass with her tail.I likewise worked her pussy with my cock, and remembered the dragon's love for their spines being stroked.

With one hand I reach around her chest, and stroked the spines along her back, my hand being slightly crushed between the bed and the female dragon's weight. But she shivered as I stroked them.

The female dragon took quite a long time to get to enjoyment, I guess most dragons do, but this time so did I, so it was fairly equal. I say fairly, actually I ejaculated into her two minutes before she let go, so she was lubricated enough to ram her to orgasm. With a cindering roar, she let go a burst of flame, and I was quick enough to shift to one side as the jet seared past me and left a crysathemum of soot on the plaster on the opposite wall.

Lee Kim relaxed back down, and I rolled off her, looking at the result of the dragon flame and thinking "Dear god, I would have had my head taken off," as Lee Kim's breathing returned to normal. This steel alloy wasn't invincible, and really hot dragon flame might cause it to melt. True, explosions like the Stinger and ion engines worked, but it wasn't just that. I had yet to encounter a tank shell, but I bet it would easily punch a hole in this alloy.

But enough of the technical stuff, Lee Kim looked at the roof, her clawed hands resting lightly on her stomach. Then she spoke.

"You try harder." she said plainly, and I laughed, lying beside her.

"I feel honoured then." I replied, and Lee Kim smiled, looking at the roof.

"Alduin, have you faced death in your journeys?"

Long pause."Yes. Both for me and for others."

"Do you ever think about losing one of your companions?"

"If you had seen Kodey a couple of weeks ago, I wouldn't need to answer that. Why ask, Lee Kim?"

"My son, and his cousin, they have been at Central for many years now, but I always get this feeling that one day, we're going to get a message saying one of them has been killed. Or that they will come back with news someone else has been." Lee Kim continued looking up.

"It would take something more than extraordinary to take either of them. Devlin's unbeatable, and Draco is indestructible, well, in bionic form, I think you can count that they will live for however long they are with Central."

"And yourself?" the dragoness asked. I leaned back, thinking on this.

"I do not fear death, but I admit I am not the most likely of explorers. I survive due to my forms, and my intelligence. If you took away everything, I would be in trouble." I answered.

There was a longer pause, and I spoke again.

"Still, you should count yourself lucky, they have me for a partner. Without me, what would Draco be doing?"

Lee Kim laughed."Getting into trouble, although I hear you are the rash one in the party."

"Oh yeah." I laughed,"I've recently been swallowed by a serpent, now that takes some doing. On the other hand, I didn't get conned by the harpy elves."

"Devlin told us about that, we laughed for days." Lee Kim replied, as she got off the bed and began to get dressed. She was smiling again. She left, and I was left to recover in peace and quiet.

Devlin shook me awake."Oi, lay about, you're supposed to be getting up."

I looked blurrily around."Wassertime?"

"Six thirty in the morning, you slept for most of yesterday. Now we have the arrivals for the Hunt getting here at about eleven thirty."

"Bugerorf.Wake me then." I turned. Devlin bent down and physically picked my naked body up, dumping me on the floor. He was naked too.

"While I am aware you are far too overworked, and suffer from lack of sleep, you have to be prepared for Ramanahad." I grabbed my clothes, and rather than put them on, changed into my Tripod form, brushing my hemisphere on the roof. Then I changed back, and I was fully dressed. My burnt trousers had been placed in my bag, and I looked immaculate in my silver runic T-shirt. Devlin sighed.

"Some of us can't do that." he said, cuffing me gently. He got dressed while I grabbed my backpack together. My backpack fully loaded weighed about thirty five kgs, but now it was only twenty, as I had used up large amounts of .303 rounds during my demo, and I had also lost several shells to missiles. Then there was food which I had consumed, and so on. I strapped the bag on, as Devlin picked up his neat piles of required tools, and then spoke to me.

"Now, the dragons have a system for this, it's like the hunt. Five minutes head start, cameras are on them, and recording. What they have to do is find a way to trap the Hunters, and our job is to catch them any way possible. My suggestion to you, during it, be land-worthy, not your Raptor. And low blasts, we don't want to hurt them. This is the first part for them, and the ones that show the best resourcefulness, agility and strength are the ones considered. There are yet more tests after that, but this is the one you're required for."

I left the room, shouting. Everyone was awake before me anyway.

"Zac! Zac, you devilish G'zara! Where's your assault platform?" I looked around the landing for the two foot creature, and saw him at the bottom of the stairs. I slid down the banister, and landed beside him.

"I've got it, Draco's explained what we have to do, or rather what those who would be able to have to. I suppose I might have to sit this one, I can't run as fast as them."

"Nope, you're going to be on your platform, I'm chasing in my Tripod form."

Zac punched the air."This is going to be fun!" he scampered away, and Conteur greeted me widely for breakfast, with open arms.

"Alduin, I thought you were the living dead, you slept so long! Was it your excitement with Lee Kim?"

Ahhhh, she told him.Conteur seemed to read this thought.

"I hear you're quite the expert in bed."

"It's all lies, I tell you." I grinned. When in doubt, deny anything.

But we had a good breakfast, and left the house at nine o'clock. Everyone was going towards the huge spired building that was what everyone called the Eight building. I walked out, and changed into my Tripod form, lying down in my special way so Draco and Simba could attach Zac's platform. The agile G'zara climbed up, and got himself strapped in. Conteur and Lee Kim, not to mention some dragons walking past, found this a bit weird, my sitting position, and why Zac had to be up there at all.

With a series of lurches, and me tilting at a ridiculous angle, I got to my feet, and Zac turned his platform to face Conteur.

"Everything's working, I think."

Draco nudged me at this point." Alduin, sorry to butt in at this point, I have never seen you run in that form."

"Well, I've never needed to." I replied.

"Three two one go!" he said, sprinting down the road. With a howl of amusement, I gave chase. My speed was such that before one leg had landed, the next one was already off the ground, and the third was pushing away from the ground. Zac was not comfortable, but due to my legs being like they were, I easily caught up with Draco, and overtook him. I stopped slowly, and Draco came up panting.

"That looked ridiculous." he bent down and put his hands on his knees.

"It was ridiculous, and uncomfortable." Zac added.

"And it's not that fast." I pointed out.

The others walked up, Salbar was spinning his swords in the morning light in idleness. Javid was polishing his sniper rifle. Devlin looked at me.

"You, looked, stupid, but oddly menacing." the hellfire laughed.

"Of course, if I was chasing someone, I suppose I could just get Zac to nail them, or do it myself." I admitted, as we pulled around the block. Draco saw the crowd forming, and drew his phaser and one of Abby's prototype shields.

"Let's give them an entrance." Devlin saw his intention, and drew his phaser. Javid drew his, Salbar merely shrugged. Simba drew his and his shield.

"O.K., Dev, Alduin and Zac, vs. everyone else." Draco smiled."And nothing above one setting."

"Roger that.You go first."

Draco, Javid and Simba sprinted out from behind the building, running towards the crowd of dragons. Everyone parted as they approached, and they turned and ran backwards as me and Devlin walked out. Devlin fired first, and then I unleashed my Heat Ray.

I was aiming at the ground, about twenty yards short, and with my beam on full, practically melted the ground. A wisp of smoke came up, and Zac began firing his assault cannon.

The phaser blasts rang as the townspeople ducked for cover. Red lights bounced off every surface, and the three beside the building took cover as me and Devlin slowly advanced, firing a hail of gunfire. After the first short, I quickly toned it down to the appropriate amount, and was firing a blast that would last for about three seconds, and could be swung around, leaving a black trail of soot. Javid had to high jump over one as I brought it around at him, and Simba ducked it, throwing up his shield in defence.

Devlin had thoughtfully taken behind me for cover, as the three wanted to fire at him to take him out of the battle, and ray blasts whistled from above and below. Behind me, I could hear Conteur laughing with Salbar. Draco had taken cover behind the door alcove to the Eight building, so what I did was turn to face a series of window, aim carefully, and fire. The ray bounced directly off the windows, and my physics was almost perfectly correct as Draco ducked the reflected ray. He ran out from that cover, realising I was being clever, and was nailed in the foot by his Hell fire cousin.

He threw his pistol down in annoyance, and scowled at Devlin, just as Javid fired a burst that bounced haphazardly off my carapace and straight back at Draco. He ducked.

"Don't aim for the Tripod, aim for Dev or Zac!"

"What do you think we're trying to do? This would be a lot easier with my sniper rifle!" the wolf howled back, as Draco sat down. Simba's pistol was blasted out of his hand by me, while Javid finally got a blast to hit Devlin, but Zac hit the lion with two or three bolts, and then it was wolf versus Tripod and assault platform. Javid ran around the side of the building, and I went around the other way, and then changed back.

As I came back around the front, I spotted Javid dive behind the alcove to the door. As silently as possible I came close to the door, and then extended my two tentacles from my hemisphere. Javid ran out as I stepped forward, and while one tentacle lashed and caught nothing, the other neatly wrapped around Javid's leg. I lifted him up to about two feet off the ground, dangling by his foot. He folded his arms as he pendulummed back and forth.

"Alduin, this is most undignified." he said, as the others came over. I let him grab my other tentacle with his hands, and then let go, allowing him to swing back to terra firma. Then as everyone else approached, I squatted down, my hemisphere now at about seven feet. This was my relaxing pose, eight feet was normal, or as I walked around, nine feet was watchful or alarmed, as Draco put it.

Tokoz was one of the first to get back to where he had been standing.

"Practising, Draco?"

"Just a little.Alduin's new form takes some getting use to, for him, anyone facing him, and Zac."

"That's because Alduin has the gait of a troll, and my backside is ruined. Thank God I brought a pillow." the G'zara shouted from his lofty position. I brought a tentacle up and pointed at him with it.

"Excuse me, you wanted this platform, I said yes. Blame Abby for not making it comfortable. And as for walking, there is no other sensible way for me to move."

"All right." Tokoz said gently to the G'zara before our little argument developed."Now, our friends will be here in approximately two hours, that gives all of us that long to get this place spruced up. Just a general tidy up of things, and for god's sake clean the windows."

The dragons immediately squadded up to clean, and Tokoz spoke to me.

"Alduin, you are the fastest in the sky here, can you fly across the plains, and look for our friends arriving?Same in the other direction, there is a mountain path."

"Hear that, Zac? You're being evicted."

"Pity, I was just beginning to enjoy it." the G'zara shrugged, and got out. As soon as his platform was removed, I changed into my Raptor form.

With only the one working ion engine, the look of my craft had slightly changed. To make sure I was symmetrical, the ion engine now sat directly down the back, directly between the two normal engines and behind my cockpit. The air intakes for the ion drive were actually two, one from each side, and smaller, in a soft V shape into the front of the ion engine. From behind, Devlin gave me a once over before I took off, both normal engines were usual, but the ion engine's rear end now slotted between the exhausts for the normal one. I was still pretty sleek and low built, but my triangular exhausts were different to the formation I was used to, which was like a connect-the-dots W. but with out the one in the middle top.

You had to see it to really understand it. I took off along the length of the town, and headed towards the mountains, following a gravel like path hewn through the short fields. After five minutes, I came across a small party of dragons down below, and I made single pass over them, my camera recording where they were. Devlin relayed their position to Tokoz as I turned and flew the other direction. Eleven minutes to the clock after that, having passed back over the city, I saw a large mass of dragons travelling up a large road, the one that led to the town.

This task down, Tokoz told me to come back, and thanked me for doing what he asked.

"Not at all Tokoz." I said, throwing myself into a reverse loop, pulling out upside down five metres above the road, and a kilometre behind the dragons.

"You intend to terrify them?" Draco asked in my ear.

"I intend to fly above them." I replied, still at five metres.

"That comes to the same thing." Draco replied.

"O.K., yes I intend to terrify them." I said, shrugging as I homed in on their position.

"Why?" Draco asked of me, but it was Salbar who replied.

"Draco, you know that homicidal human by now. He has a nasty streak the length of Central's corridors, and a sense of humour possibly unequalled."

"Actually, I was giving them a taste of what they're going to find here."

"Well, as I changed form last night, dumping my LAV for the F-15, you have a point." Draco said in my headset.

"YAY, I have a plane for a companion."I shouted, exulted, before catching up rapidly with the dragons. They could see me coming, and as I converged on them, fire was spewed in my path by half of them. With a casual flick I barrel rolled hard, rolling over the top of the fire and flicking back level even lower than before. Then I had gone, doubtless leaving some very confused reptiles behind me.

I arrived back at the town, and after changing back into my Tripod form, Zac regained his lofty perch. I relaxed, sinking two feet down, Zac must have thought I was about to sit down, and the dragons continued going about their business.

Half an hour before things were about to start, the dragons with white bands arrived. These were the mountain tribe guys, and their leader came over to Tokoz, Conteur and Devlin.

"Good to see you all."

"Good to see you too, Rickard."

Draco stepped forwards."Rickard, how are you?"

"Not too bad, Draco. You looked perfectly fine, they haven't killed you on Central?"

"Not for the lack of trying." I grated out. Draco smiled as Rickard turned in alarm at me and Zac.

"What is that?" Rickard asked. I walked forwards.

"The metal thing is Alduin, in one of his forms. The little fellow is Zac, he's one of the sneakiest G'zara around."

"And together?"

"They make the most dangerous assault platform on Central." Draco grinned, and ducked as I fired a one setting burst at his head. Zac merely leaned on one of his guns.

"On the other hand, you thought this was a good idea too."

"I didn't know what havoc were were designing." Draco replied, smiling, and then had to shuffle behind Devlin as Zac casually fired a burst in the ground beside his foot.

"I'm saying you work together well!" he said, trying to sound indignant.

"On the other hand, you're also having a go at us. I should fuck you in this form." I replied.

There was a collective laugh.

"How?" Rickard chortled. With a pneumatic noise all four tentacles slid out of my hemisphere, two either side, and hung ready to grapple. The mountain leader's eyes raised.

"Ah, that's how."

"I've never fucked a dragon in this form before, never fucked anyone before in this form, but there's no time like the present."

"NOT keen." Draco replied, as the group of dragons that had been walking up the road arrived. There were many different coloured bands, and there was about one hundred of them.

"Which Centralite toy buzzed us earlier?" one of them looked at Devlin in slight annoyance.

"That toy." Devlin thumbed over his shoulder at me. The dragon in question shook his head.

"Honestly, flies like the wind, makes a noise like a thousand pigs in pain. I guess this is the transforming human Draco insists on going on about?"

"Alduin Raptormaster, yes." Draco nodded."The problem with him is he's so unpredictable, and short of direct cannonade, nothing can hurt him in this form."

"Well, Simba's dumped his tank for a Spitfire, we got a couple of planes in the air." the lion shrugged.I turned around on him.

"Praise you, Simba, I've always thought you would be so traditional. Can we see it?"

"Not right now, but I didn't want to be a modern day fighter, because you two were, and I thought I could go with a Spitfire."

"Weapons?"

"Cannon, explosive rounds like my gattling gun, but my Apache can't do four hundred kph like this can. Besides, the Spitfire uses a lot less petrol than the Apache, and your jets, being a prop plane."

"That is true." I nodded my hemisphere. The jet engines were thirsty buggers."So how did you test this?"

"A couple of weeks ago, I tested the aircraft on the tech planet, and I could fly for about three hours without feeling too drained."

Hah, twenty minutes on normal afterburners got me exhausted, although more if I sacrificed a couple of Lift Plus bottles. It was like my NOS, I would change back, and the Lift Plus bottle would either be empty, or it wasn't there, as I the glass had also been used to fuel me.

The dragons were milling around, talking to one another, and I spoke to Devlin quietly.

"You're all half naked, sexually excited, this is going to turn to sex." he smiled, and managed a wounded tone.

"We're all professionals, Alduin. Afterwards, yes, but we're just making small talk. Has anyone seen Silverine?"

"I think he's a little shy of the company." Draco replied,"He's on one of the roofs, with a pair of Centralite glasses."

"On record?"I teased. Draco gave me a very sarcastic look, and I dropped it.After some time of mingling, Tokoz spoke.

"Right, will the potential candidates step forward, please?"

About ten youthful looking dragons, all full grown but somewhat slender in build, stepped forwards. Devlin had told me they would normally be anywhere between 21-25, barely past teenager status.

"Right, this is very simple." Tokoz smiled at us." The Centralites are to try and catch the candidates, they have to try and hide. Silverine,"he raised his voice, looking up,"Are you taking part in this?"

"Yes, as are Blake and Valmeero."

I noticed Blake, Salbar and Javid had been very quiet here, maybe they were a bit spooked by the place. Silverine's wolven head looked over the gutter down on us, and he smiled at the crowd below. A couple of the potential Centralite dragons flinched at the evil grin.

"The longer you go, the better. Now, Silverine has something for you all."

Silverine smiled again."Doubtless we need to know how you perform while in the woods and we can't see you. We need to see your tricks and plans unfold, and so borrowed our own dromes from the Hunt for today."

The dromes appeared over the ridge, and gently hovered in a cluster around Tokoz.

"We didn't have those when we did ours." Devlin whispered to me," Centralite tech is really handy sometimes."

"Right." Tokoz said."Five minutes should get you safely in the forest, then these guys have full permission to chase. And a word of warning, flying will make you obvious to these guys, and Alduin can fly many times faster than you."

Not with a G'zara on a platform on top.I thought, but didn't say so aloud.

"GO!" Tokoz shouted, and the ten dragons turned and ran towards the bridge to the forest. Valmeero and Blake joined Silverine, and all three sat on the edge of the roof, watching their quarry disappear. We sat around, I stood around, and the G'zara pulled out a book to read, leaning against one of his guns as he read.

"Anything interesting?"

"Just a G'zarian romance story. And any jokes about our size will result in me hurting you."

"I wasn't going to say anything along those lines."I protested.

Salbar was in prayer for all of those five minutes, Draco pulled from nowhere a flask of dragon coffee, and both he and Devlin had a cup. I could practically taste it through my air grille.Silverine was nodding his head in time with music, he was listening through his camera glasses. I thought this was a good idea, and inwardly switched on my own glasses, finding the music lists I had somewhere.

"Green Day, are we the waiting?" I suggested to Devlin.

"No, something more upbeat."

"Why are we waiting?" I chuckled.

"Go for something with bass.Or good thumping rock."

"Right, Offspring, Keep em Separated."I agreed, and set it going. No one else could hear it, but Devlin laughed.

"We got to keep them separated, pairs of youths can be trouble."

"That's the idea." I said, as the drum crashed in. Tokoz nodded, and we set off. I walked fairly fast, keeping in time with the music, and all three on the roof swooped into the skies. Javid had drawn darts from somewhere, and he looked at me.

"Find a tree top in the centre somewhere, use my camo foil I borrowed from Thomas.I've got a silencer too."

"So how big's the dose?"

"Well, it should knock them out for about an hour, and no grogginess afterwards. What ever they're paying me at home, it isn't enough." We crossed the bridge, and saw the three aerials flying over the forest.

"We're looking for dromes, not dragons. The dromes don't hide."

"They do if said dragon hides it. They would have thought on this." Devlin replied. I kept to the path, and my feet echoed on the gravel. The rest of the team went into the forest, and I continued down the path, Zac tapping on my carapace.

"I can hear that music, Alduin. Could I request something else?" I switched to Queen, and we continued on.

Twenty minutes of walking, Javid spoke.

"Right, I've found a tree, it's reasonably centred, I'm transmitting my location to you, and I'll tell you if I see anything."

There was a rustle in the branches behind me, and as I turned, I saw one of the youths, he had just spotted me.

"Oh sh..." he ran towards a cluster of trees as both me and Zac hailed blasts at him. The drome followed at a gentle pace, and I followed the drome at a gentle run. Sure I might have looked ridiculous, but no one was watching. There was a scuffle of noise ahead, and as I came to a halt, I found Salbar with his swords interwoven in front of the dragon's neck.

"One down." Salbar said, and lowered his swords. The dragon started breathing, but he looked annoyed.

"Where did you spring from?"

"Alduin, I live in the forest, I am good at this." the lizard replied, sneaking off into the foliage.
