Nodrog turned back. "All right."

Roslyn pulled him to the center of the living room. "Have a seat. It's been a while since I have had any company."

Nodrog smiled and sat on one end of the couch and hoped it was sturdy like the one Alice and Jenny had. "I am afraid your plane is totaled. They stripped it rather bare by the time I found it."

"I figured as much, it is a popular air frame. This was a little too close, I might look for something a little safer. Do you want a beer?" Roslyn rummaged through her fridge. The wine was good, but a cold beer sounded better.

"Why not." Nodrog admired her curves from the living room.

She grabbed two and sat across from Nodrog on the couch.

"Thanks. Safe sounds a little boring." Nodrog said and they both laughed.

Roslyn opened her beer. "Maybe, this was the first time I really thought it was the end. Until you showed up my only company was a dead guy."

"I have to admit, to see the life and defiance in your eyes, even with four broken ribs and a leg... It speaks volumes about your resolve and character. It also proved to me you were worth saving." Nodrog said.

"Does that mean you would have left me if I was too fragile and weak?" Roslyn asked. She hoped she was not weak, considering the amount of time she spent working out.

"No, because you still wanted to live. You were not going to give up and accept your fate. That alone would have been enough to save you. I have wasted enough of my time saving people who had given up and did not deserve to continue living." Nodrog said.

"There are worse fates than death." Roslyn said.

"I know that all too well. But as Jean said, diamonds in the rough hold my fancy." Nodrog said with a sly smile.

"That is usually why I am single, a little too rough for some. All the glitz and glam... those other woman can have it. At least Alice gets it." Roslyn said she glanced at her beer. "Course now I am outa work till I find a new plane."

"I thought you said you could use a break?" Nodrog asked.

Roslyn laughed and put her feet up on the couch. "Maybe, haven't seen my brother in a while, those kids must be getting big."

"That would have been nice..." Nodrog said absent mindedly and after finishing the beer, he ate the can.

"To have a family... I suppose so. You mean to tell me that living with those two horny little girls you haven't knocked one up yet?" Roslyn asked.

Nodrog shook his head. "Iron dragons cannot reproduce. Our existence is purely coincidental."

"Too not be able too, or to have missed the chance... Still with all I have done and the places I have been. I wouldn't give that up for anything. I had applied to fly space craft. Unfortunately you don't do much flying, its all done by computers and crap. I like being in control too much for that." Roslyn said and finished off her beer. She looked at Nodrog, it was easy to see he understood the control part.

"How did you do it? Sneak in like a shadow or more of a smash skulls kind of approach?" Roslyn asked and watched his reaction.

Nodrog smiled. "Quietly with very little direct involvement. Outright slaughter is not much fun. It's probably childish but I think of it as a game, the less magic or tricks I have to use, the better."

"I have only pulled the trigger a handful of times, it was easier than I thought it would be." Roslyn said.

Nodrog looked her in the eyes. "Depending on the situation it can be."

Roslyn held his gaze. "This is the second time I have been shot down and taken prisoner. I was flying cargo planes for the Air Force, thirty thousand pounds of medical supplies and food. Fuckin' bastards didn't try to force us to land to steal the stuff, just blew us out of the sky."

"So you have survived two plane crashes?" Nodrog asked.

Roslyn chuckled. "Four counting this last one. I had to belly land a plane with froze landing gear, that was exciting. The other one I was training a new kid and he skidded off an ice covered runway."

"How long were you held the first time?" Nodrog asked.

"Three months, but under better conditions. At least they fed us and we had a toilet. The camp came under fire and the guard stood to close to our cage for too long." Roslyn paused. "I pulled his pistol out of his holster and held onto his belt with my free hand. Did not even give him a second thought as I shot him."

"I took his keys and eight of us made a break for it. A friendly unit found us and hustled us to a tracked personnel carrier." Roslyn said.

"Never a dull moment. It sounds like." Nodrog said.

Roslyn laughed. "The first time I was truly afraid was fighting a fire out west. I had just dropped down to dump water and the wind just changes directions. Plane lost nearly sixty feet of altitude and it fanned the flames up high enough to blacken the bottom. I jerked the dump valve, my copilot and I pulled back on the sticks hoping we would gain altitude."

"I guess I don't have any stories like that to relate. It wasn't until Alice woke me that I had ever faced a world that could harm me. It took several blacksmiths a day to weld a chain link to my back to imprison me... Jim cut it off in less than a minute, that was terrifying." Nodrog said.

"Everyone is afraid of something. Monsters are one of them. I had to have my father check under the bed and in my closet for monsters every night until I was twelve." Roslyn said.

"And now you are having a beer with one that saved your life." Nodrog chuckled.

"Trust me, the irony is not lost on me. Sherman and Jenny told me a little about what happened. I got most of it from that little cross dressing lion." Roslyn smiled and brushed her hair back. She wasn't usually flirty like this.

"I didn't think he usually told people that." Nodrog said.

"He didn't, Sherman had carried him up front and I saw a little more than I should have. The boy wears rather short skirts... How many did you have to kill to allow them to get away?" Roslyn asked.

"Well Sherman and Jenny managed to kill five each... That left me the other sixty two." Nodrog said.

"Do you always count them? You said it was a game." Roslyn wasn't sure if she wanted to know, but he was talking and she didn't really want him to leave.

"Force of habit from a long time ago. And yes even that is a game to me." Nodrog said with an evil smile.

"I bet you cannot remember how many total." Roslyn teased.

Roslyn was a little shocked when that evil smile was replaced by sorrow. "No, I tried to quit counting the total after fifty... thousand." Nodrog said.

"I thought that is why they created you?" Roslyn asked.

"It was." Nodrog said.

"Maybe I am the one digging a little too deep. I apologize." Roslyn said.

"It's alright, I don't mind. You have a better understanding of the world than other people." Nodrog said.

Roslyn wasn't sure how to take that. "Those girls have lived rather sheltered lives, or were forgotten. If I ever get the chance, I will lay Jenny's dad out."

Nodrog laughed. "Might be a line for that."

"I am sure there is, and a very long one at that. I cannot imagine he is very thrilled with your presence." Roslyn hated Robert, the only good thing that man ever did was father Jenny. Because her two siblings were worthless fucks.

"I am sure he is not. I don't worry about other people's feelings towards me." Nodrog kept the smile to himself as Roslyn played with her hair again.

"Those girls and my opinion must matter enough for you to save us." Roslyn said with a sly smile.

"Okay, you have me there. However this is the first time I have gone against orders, for anyone." Nodrog said and looked her in the eye. "That is how much you stand out from the others."

Roslyn sat her beer can down so she could get up. She stood in front of him, with his head in her hands. "Trust me I really appreciate it and will never be able to thank you enough for it."

She brought her head down to his and tentatively kissed him. Just their lips at first, the second one was a little longer and the third longer still. Roslyn did not hesitate as he reached out and pulled her closer, she knew exactly what she was doing. Each kiss was longer and more passionate than the last.

Her body ached to be touched and she smiled as his hands roamed up from her hips, under her shirt. Roslyn ran her hands down his shoulders and held on to the backs of those well sculpted arms pulling herself closer. Sure she had been with a few young studs with firm arms before, but they paled in comparison to the raw power the iron dragon held. Nodrog paused long enough to look into her eyes.

"I need this." Roslyn whispered with a sensual smile.

A smirk crossed his face as Nodrog unfastened her shirt deliberately slow, kissing and nibbling on her neck. As her shirt and bra fell silently to the floor he kissed his way down to her breasts. She pulled herself into him more as that electric tingle teased just around her nipples.

Roslyn had been setting the pace and was only in control because he let her. It was like flying in a storm she was at his mercy when it came to how much control she had. And that was the way she liked it. She ran her hands down his sides and unzipped his shirt. Roslyn got his shirt pulled off just before he picked her up and carried her back to the bed room.

Now the tables had turned as those cobalt eyes looked into hers. To be pinned under all of that power was exciting. He outweighed and was considerably stronger than any man she had been with before. Which made the genital and tender caresses all the more arousing. Razor sharp fangs capable of rending solid steel, teased through her fur with such a light touch it sent shivers up her body.

His experience showed as he continued to undress her without a break in his attention to her pleasure. They way he hungered after her naked body was very clear in his eyes. Roslyn moaned softly as those eyes took in all of her.

"You are a very beautiful woman." Nodrog whispered in her ear as his fingers roamed farther down her body.

Roslyn slowly sucked in a deep breath and arched her back as his metal scales teased her wanting body. The near fiery breath on her naked form adding to her need and arousal. "I thought I was in charge?"

That toothy smirk came back and he laughed. "... not anymore." Nodrog kissed just above her clit.

Roslyn moaned and clawed at the bed covers as the scales on his snout rubbed her clit and his tongue teased its way inside of her. His hot breath and that spark brought her higher than any previous lover. She ground her hips up into his mouth as she came, a very welcomed release after her concrete hell.

She opened one eye enough to look up at him as he stood up. "I didn't say you could stop."

Nodrog finished getting undressed. "Oh, I haven't even started yet."

Roslyn quickly pulled her bare feet away from him as he tickled them. She could only get so far before she was against the wall and he got closer. With his hand and arms on either side, she was stuck. The cool sheet rock at her back and the hot monster not even inches away, that playful little smile on his face. He kissed her like she had out in the living room and pulled her close once more.

They both laughed as he held her and rolled over onto his back letting her be back on top once more. She straddled his abdomen and reached behind to slowly stroke him. Oddly surprised by its completely smooth surface, the rest of him was certainly rough.

Unlike many men, he only ran his thumbs over her legs as she eased onto him. Seeing how long it had been, she appreciated him not just grabbing her hips and thrusting when she was not ready.

The only thing he did was prop himself up on his elbows to kiss her chest. She smiled as he nuzzled her neck silently letting her know she could take all the time she needed. While not much for dating she did have the occasional one nighter, usually with another pilot, the last was a young mustang stud who had a thing for older women. He was a little much, and while Nodrog was not as big, he still was larger than most men she had.

Roslyn placed her hands on his abs as she rocked forward pulling off him slowly. She lowered her head and kissed him as she rocked back down. The bed, a hot meal and the alcohol had warmed her up after her concrete hell. She had been cold and wet for days, to have him inside of her along with the heat that came off of him... that was the heat she needed to finish warming up.

Laying against him she kissed his neck. He matched her slow pace and held her in his arms. Roslyn moaned softly as she felt her second climax building. They had quit kissing and she lay on him as he did most of the work, not that either of them minded or needed to say or do more.

It was the contrast of what he was and his actions that had the most profound effect. Sure the interesting shape of him was novel, it was everything else that she got the most pleasure from. Roslyn had heard the stories and seen the aftermath of his encounters. She wondered if Alice thought and felt the same thing. He was the car or plane that ran on the absolute limits, make a single error or mistake and it would be all over.

Actually a raw force of nature might be a better description Roslyn thought as he got her to moan as he ran a single claw up her thigh and side. He admitted to killing many, but laying in his arms... she had never felt safer. She said she needed it, and he was doing more than she had hoped. A quick fuck out in the living room was what she had been thinking about, not a lengthy and romantic encounter.

"not that..." Roslyn moaned as she grabbed his neck and pulled herself up. She tensed up as his knot brushed against her, causing her to pull away just as she climaxed a second time.

Roslyn clung to his neck breathing heavily as he came. Her forehead resting just on his snout. She smiled as he kissed her there and put both arms around her. She relaxed and he rubbed her back as she slowly fell asleep.

Nodrog lay in her bed until she was sleeping deeply. He gently rolled her onto her back and got up to find something to clean her up with. Nodrog kissed her cheek after covering her up. He picked his clothes up and turned out her light as he went to the bathroom to clean up.

Morning came rather quickly. Roslyn sat up and looked out the window. It was snowing. She got up and loosely tied her bathrobe closed as she went out to the living room of her fourth story apartment. The iron dragon stood near the window watching the snow come down.

She was surprised he had not finished getting dressed, not that she minded. You would have to be a man hating dyke to not find him attractive. Roslyn almost jumped as he spoke.

"Hope you don't mind, but I made a pot of coffee." Nodrog said with a smile. He could see her reflection clearly. Alice and Jenny were beautiful in their own right, but Roslyn had a beauty that only comes with a little age. It was easy to see in the way she carried herself and in her attitude.

Roslyn poured herself a cup and walked over to him. She put an arm around him and kissed the back of his bare shoulder. "I had expected you to be gone. I am glad you stayed."

"That would not have been polite. I wanted to make sure everything was okay before I left." Nodrog said.

Roslyn stretched and sat on the arm of her couch. She took a sip of her coffee, a little strong for her liking. "Everything is and will be. Last night was wonderful... I might have to get caught so you can rescue me again."

Nodrog turned and kissed the top of her head. "Or you could just call."

Roslyn was a little flustered as he walked off to put his cup in the sink. She watched as he pulled his shirt on. "Again thanks for everything."

"Instead of going to see Marko tomorrow, call your brother and go see him. I will let Marko know you are okay. Take care." Nodrog said with a smile and vanished into thin air.

Chapter.

Two days after Nodrog left.

Alice gave Jenny a kiss before leaving for work. Today Lilith was coming to help explain the situation Jenny now found herself. However she did not know what time and got dressed when Alice did, since monsters seemed to like early morning.

Jenny was washing her plate in the sink when Azule appeared in the living room. He greeted her with an enthusiastic wave as Lilith came out of him. Jenny waved to the shadow before he vanished. "Good morning."

"Good morning Jenny." Lilith said with a smile. The petite elf had her hair pulled back in such a way it hid her pointy ears. She was wearing pants and a simple shirt. Jenny noticed her collar instantly and seemed to know what it was without asking.

"I am glad you could come and explain things to me. Would you like something to drink?" Jenny asked.

"Not right now, thank you. I had been told your apartment was in a tall building, but this is much taller than I had expected." Lilith said as she looked out the window.

"If it was not so foggy you could see the mountains." Jenny said as she walked out to the living room.

"I know he asked for me to do this, but I am not sure why." Lilith said

Jenny plopped down on the couch. "He didn't really tell me, maybe he figured I would be less nervous around you than Eitak or Nightrunner."

"They are a little busy for this kind of thing." Lilith said and sat across from Jenny. "First I will have to see what kind of collar you have."

Jenny sat on the edge of the couch and had her hair pulled back in a high pony tail. "He knows green is my favorite color."

Lilith looked at the collar and then at Jenny. "It is pretty. Nodrog told me the two of you are special, but now I know how special. I have not seen this type of collar before."

Jenny was a little worried. "Is that good or bad?"

Lilith blushed. "Good. Collars serve a number of purposes, one is to designate your rank. My plain leather signifies I am bound to my mentor as punishment for unauthorized use of magic."

"Pewter is an interesting metal because it conducts magic better than other precious metals like silver or gold. Precious metal collars are reserved for the most respected of slaves, having a pewter one signifies how highly Nodrog regards you." Lilith said a little mater of factly.

"Then the gem stones must have a different significance." Jenny said.

"Correct, the gem's color ties into elements and magic. Darker stones are more in tuned with dark magic. Your stone has a deep rich color, lending itself to darker magic, but is still light enough it easily handles light magic. Green is commonly associated with earth elements, which Nodrog is an earth element dragon." Lilith said.

"Eitak and Nodrog gave me a very short explanation. I know he can use it to control my actions... I forgot he told me not to do something and it cut off my voice." Jenny was still embarrassed about it.

Lilith thought about it a little. "Well, I will go over everything so I might repeat what they have said. When you willingly offered your blood to Nodrog and he accepted it, you are bound by a blood contract. The reasons behind it can vary widely, you did it to show trust. Most enter a blood contract to save someone else, or are offered as an exchange for a wider protection. However the key part, no matter the reason is that the person offering the blood do so by their own free will."

Jenny nodded. "I follow that part."

"You offered your blood to him to as a sign of unconditional trust. So your blood contract is not unheard of but..." Lilith tried to figure out a good description, English was her fourth language.

"Extremely rare." Jenny said.

"Yes. The reason behind your contract, who Nodrog is and the collar he placed on you all work together. Since he has no master and serves no one, you do not have to worry about someone overruling his decisions and treatment of you." Lilith said and smiled.

"Okay, I understand that, I think. But from what they told me it sounds like I get a lot of benefits for nothing." Jenny said.

"That's because you are forgetting the major point." Lilith said.

"And that is?" Jenny asked.

Lilith became very serious. "You gave up your free will and have become a walking snack for a blood and flesh eating monster. He can and will feed on you whenever he desires for the rest of your life."

"oh..." Jenny said, yeah that was a rather big point. She shivered at the thought of being just a snack.

"However, there are many benefits to you. You are bound to him and that will never change, but you cannot be bound by anyone else." Lilith said.

"What do you mean?" Jenny asked.

Lilith giggled. "It means you cannot be told to act against him by any means or magic. That includes going against his wishes. You also can not be physically restrained by bonds. You are the Iron Dragon's and his alone. Because of the relationship the three of you have, no one can turn you against Alice."

"The collar uses the master's magic for all of its functions. It also amplifies any you might have. Nodrog will always know where you are and you can talk with him no matter the distance involved. He can use it to punish or reward you, or take control of your body." Lilith said.

"I don't like the sound of that last part..." Jenny said.

"Depended on the situation, even on another world he could see through your eyes and react faster than you ever could. Enabling him to protect you from afar, or manipulate an object you are unfamiliar with." Lilith said.

"And since I am bound to him, no one but him can do that." Jenny said.

Lilith smiled. "Correct. Because of the weight many contracts carry those who make the collars do a great deal to protect those in the contract. Since some people do not follow the rules and try to attack a monster through their slave. That is why you cannot be turned against Nodrog. All blood contract collars have very unique abilities dependent on the master."

"I get the feeling I am not bullet proof." Jenny said with a grin and the two laughed.

"Not quite, it can protect you from harmful gas, poison and keep you from drowning. Again a small exchange for what you are giving Nodrog." Lilith said.

"I suppose the rules reinforce that." Jenny said and watched the cute little elf pull out a scroll and hand it to her. Jenny opened it and found there were a hundred or better.

"To some extent yes, some are there for your own protection. Because of your slave rank, many do not apply along with Nodrog being a dragon changes some. Actually you will find most to be proper edict when in the company of other monsters." Lilith said and pulled out another scroll so they did not have to read over the others shoulder.

"Mom said I should have paid attention in finishing school..." Jenny said as she glanced them over.

"Except you won't be asked to walk with a book on your head. The hardest one you will most likely find is the same one I have a hard time remembering." Lilith said.

"Only speak when spoken too?" Jenny asked and looked up at Lilith.

"That's the one. Nightrunner, will be the most lax when it comes to these. His sister... she will give you a very short time, before she will remind you of your place. Generally if you just act politely you have most of them down. You can refer to Nodrog by name or call him master... anything else in company might get you in trouble." Lilith said.

"So big metal ass should be avoided." Jenny said and they both laughed.

"Yes." Lilith snickered a little more. "It is annoying to ask for permission to speak and waiting until you are addressed but those are big ones. As is where you stand next to him."

"Eitak insisted I learn that right away." Jenny said.

"She will give you the most grief if you forget. There is a way around it." Lilith said with a smile.

Jenny smiled, she liked loopholes. "Do tell."

"If he takes your arm on his or puts an arm around you. Then you can be standing beside him instead of the half step behind. I have to remain an arm's length behind, unless told other wise." Lilith said.

"What about this one about appropriate dress? Who determines that?" Jenny asked.

Lilith found the one she was referring too. "The function determines that or Nodrog himself. Unless you are attending a gala or banquet you need not worry about that one. Some vampire clans expect their slaves to wear certain attire at all the times. Again Nodrog gets to do as he pleases with half of these."

"Then why the big hurry? I don't expect to be going off world all that often." Jenny said and flopped back against the couch.

Lilith shrugged and leaned back. "I really cannot tell you why... Unless he has something to do and expects you to go with him. Actually I wonder if I was supposed to take you to register... Do you have a mirror I could borrow?"

"I do. Register for what?" Jenny asked as she got up and Lilith followed.

"That is the other down side, we are not much higher than pets." Lilith said and drew some symbols on the mirror.

Jenny actually recognized the pattern and was not surprised to see Nightrunner in the mirror.

"Can I help you two?" Nightrunner asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Sorry to bother you, but no one mentioned anything. Do I need to take her to register?" Lilith asked a bit nervously.

"Since Nodrog is busy you probably should." Nightrunner said and glanced away as someone spoke to him. "Alright... Eitak insists that you do. Sorry about that and thank you for the help Lilith."

"Not a problem Sir." Lilith said and bowed her head.

After the magic ceased Jenny turned to Lilith. "I never thought you would be shy after the way you attacked Nodrog that night by the castle.

"Nightrunner is not bad, but Eitak scares me more than Nodrog ever did." Lilith whispered as if Eitak could still hear her.

"Let me send a message to Alice letting her know we will be gone." Jenny said as they went back out to the living room.

Lilith pointed at Jenny's feet. "You might want some shoes too."

"Good point." Jenny texted Alice as she walked over to get some shoes.

Azule appeared once more and the two girls passed through him. Thankfully Jenny recognized the room they appeared in. "Is there a reason we always use the same room?"

Lilith nodded yes. "It is considered impolite to use magic or shadow creatures to show up anywhere you please. All castles have a room like this and in most towns the inn is considered okay."

"That makes sense. I guess my money is worthless here." Jenny said as the heavenly smell of pumpkin pie blew through the air.

"Unfortunately it is." Lilith said as she led them through the castle.

Jenny reached up to touch her collar. "I wonder how he paid for this..."

"That is a good question, because he bought a very expensive collar." Lilith said.

"I guess if I want to know I will have to ask him." Jenny was paying attention this time to the people around them. She noticed mixed reactions from those who paid any attention to them.

"We must make quite an interesting pair." Lilith said as they left the castle to walk down a busy street. "The monster betrayer and the iron dragon's blood slave."

"I have noticed." Jenny said. They had arrived at a squat building that only had stairs leading underground.

"Not all creatures of the night can travel freely in the daylight. That's why we have to go underground." Lilith disliked coming to these places and could tell Jenny was equally uncomfortable as all manner of horrors leered at them.

Jenny tried to look confidant which only seemed to draw more attention to herself. A few horrible creatures drew close, Jenny figured in hopes she was easy prey. Unlike the other trips to this world, Jenny did not hear anyone talking in a different language. She understood what everyone was saying at all times.

And not all of it was good. Lilith seemed to be the focus of their resentment of the pair. However it was clear they had two opinions of her. Jenny was either a pitiful little girl to throw herself at Nodrog, or they outright hated her for defending the dragon in the first place. "I don't need anyone's pity" Jenny mumbled.

"What was that?" Lilith asked trying not to make any eye contact with the other... creatures in the rooms they past. She was a being of light, and was terrified of the dark. Actually she was a little in awe of how composed Jenny was.

"I said I don't need anyone's pity. I know exactly what I did." Jenny said.

Lilith nervously looked around. "That is a little reassuring."

"Do they hate him because he can be out in the light, or just because he was created?" Jenny asked as they turned down another hall.

"Partly because he is a day walker and partly because he devoured a vampire soul. For our own safety do not call them night walkers... it is a severe insult." Lilith leaned close to Jenny and whispered the last part.

"That is helpful to know." Jenny said as they approached a desk with a huge and ugly looking woman vampire. There was nothing attractive about her at all. The large woman did not acknowledge them until Lilith spoke.

"We need to register her and her master." Lilith said. The fat vampire enjoying her nervousness.

"Your name pussy cat?" The lady asked.

"Jenny Becket." Jenny didn't look around much, but if someone drooled on her, there was going to be hell to pay.

The blob wrote her name in a large and old tomb. "Your master?"

"The Iron Dragon Nodrog." Jenny said and smiled to herself as everyone got very quiet, those who had gotten too close quickly backing away. Jenny silently said his name and hoped he would hear her.

"He has never had one before, are you making this up?" The blob asked and the room fell completely silent as Jenny's eyes glowed the dragon's icy blue.

Jenny's mouth moved but it was not her voice that came out. "This girl is indeed my blood slave. I trust there will be no further problems, nightwalker." Nodrog said through Jenny.

"No, no sir." The blob stuttered and quickly filled out the rest of the entry.

Nodrog sat on a log in the jungle as he traveled to find Roslyn. His own eyes glowing and a smile on his face by the sight through Jenny's eyes. 'How does it feel to be royalty love?'

Jenny and Lilith were on their way back to the main part of the castle. 'It is going to take getting used to. Did you have to insult the blob?' Jenny asked him silently.

'Yes, because she was not showing proper respect to you or Lilith. I know where Roslyn is, hopefully she will still be alive when I get there. Take care.' Nodrog said to Jenny from light-years away. He glanced up at the nights sky before picking up Roslyn's bag to continue on.

"Did you call out to him?" Lilith asked.

"I did, first try even." Jenny said with a smile.

"You and Alice sure have gotten the hang of things so quickly." Lilith said.

"For being so feared and single purposed before Alice found him, he is a surprisingly good teacher. He is good about explaining most things... except the part where I became his slave by offering him my blood." Jenny said.

"Well to be fair you are the first person to do that. Plus from what I picked up from Nightrunner, Nodrog was hoping you might get an exemption. Since your planet is one of the very few that monsters do not have an open presence on." Lilith said.

"To late to worry about it now. So Alice and I were wondering what you thought of him now?" Jenny asked. They were just wondering around at the moment.

"Now, I respect him. He seems to be slower to anger and is genuinely trying to be more than the self centered omega weapon he had been turned into. I knew him before they became one. Nodrog is an elemental dragon firstly and they tend to look down on most races. Clearly the other two had significant and lasting effects on him." Lilith said.

"Judging from comments I have heard, he is still working on that part." Jenny said.

"When he first arrived on your world, it was a good thing there were two other souls in that body. He probably would have killed everyone... Elric and the vampire must have had a hell of a time reining in that temper." Lilith said.

They stopped to watch a jousting practice. "When he was shot on our trip to the middle east, I saw some of that temper. Of course he did lose part of his head and had a hole in his chest big enough I could have reached through him."

"When he was in Germany... he was injured even worse. I heard Nightrunner and Eitak arguing about it." Lilith said and looked around.

"He told us a little." Jenny said.

"Eitak was furious. Nightrunner had to have a meeting with three angels. One of whom had seen it for himself." Lilith said.

"Gabriel, one of heavens' guard." Nightrunner said as he walked up to them.

Both turned red like they had been caught doing something wrong. "I trust everything is in order?" Nightrunner asked a slight smile on his face betraying his amusement.

"Yes, she is registered as his. We covered the rules before we came here." Lilith said.

"Very good. " Nightrunner said and turned to look at Jenny. "I let it be swept under the rug as long as I could."

"It's alright, this is my own fault." Jenny said as they watched the games. "Like so many other things..."
