First test and a Dead world
First test and a Dead world
Tyron Starmage
This is the start of a new series I'm working on, I want to thank Zinnath for looking over this and fixing spell and grammar errors. Along with letting use his chara for this story. I would also like to put out there that I might be opening the story to other people. So if you think you might like to see you chara in an up coming story drop me a line. We can see if I can use your chara for the story I have in mind to come. So please enjoy this and let me know what you tink of it.
A young male rex standing about eight foot tall or so stands at the computer station for his portal generator. Reaching up he rubs his hazel eyes as he works on going over all the readings the rex begins getting from the portal. He reaches up scratching his head through his brown hair, which is pulled into a ponytail that comes down to about his shoulder blades. His dragon like ears twitches softly as he listens to the sound of the portal. Being a bit nervous about using it for the first time his wings unfold a bit then refold as he looks over the data for the area in which he wishes to open the first portal. Wearing a white lab coat in which to hold some of the things he might need in his pockets, under that he's wearing a red t-shirt with a pair of loose fitting jeans. The rex scans over the data coming in, the computer A.I. is also scanning over the incoming data. He sighs softly as he notices that it seems this planet died. Due to some kind of war that wiped out all life forms. By using the portal to form a small rip in the area to scan the surface for about a mile to find nothing but sand, sand and more sand. The rex shakes his head and steps away from the console to a small fridge he has in the basement, opens it and pulls out a can of soda to takes a drink as he thinks about the mission he's got planned. While also wondering when his friends will show up so he can tell them about what he's got in mind.
"I'm getting some readings from the light there is very light radiation in the atmosphere. From what I can tell, what ever they used did not damage most of the buildings, the damage you see has been done over time from the wind and sand. My scans show no life forms at all, very little water also." Sauran the computer A.I. says as he reads off the report from the data his scanners are picking up.
The young saurian sighs softly as he turns and walks back over to Sauran. He shakes his head as he looks over the data coming in. "How could anyone hate each other so much that they destroy everything just to make sure the other person doesn't win?" finishing off his drink he throws his empty can in the recycler so he can get back to his work. The young rex rubs his eyes as he looks over the area where they scanned looking for the best spot portal into. Hearing a noise his ears twitched, looking up at the floor above him as he wonders if maybe his mate has return from his outing. Hearing the foot steps come to the door leading into the basement he looks over at the stairs as he waits to see who it might be. The door opens as the young red dragon with black hands, the black running up to just below the elbow. His feet are also black up to just below the knees. He stands just less than eight feet tall with black hair pull back into a ponytail that is just above the shoulder blades. His blue eyes look down the stairs as he notices that he can hear his mate working in the basement again. He is wearing a light blue tank top with a black pair of shorts. Walking down the stairs as he looks around to see where his mate might be. Reaching the bottom of the stairs, he notices his mate standing in front of the console looking at him as he walks down the stairs.
The dragon walks over to him, leans forward and gives the rex a soft kiss on the muzzle. The rex smiles softly as he returns the kiss. Breaking the kiss the young dragon looks into his eyes, then turn to look at his project, "so tell me Tyron how goes your work?" he asks as he looks over his shoulder at his mate with a gentle smile.
He smiles as he points at the data coming in from the planet their scanning. "Well as you can see I've open a small rip that's scanning the planets targeted area." Tyron says as he looks at the data again hoping maybe there might be something new there.
"Hello Devlin, as you can see the portal is fully working along with me. It's nice to meet you at last, I hear you talking while you help him work. But I was never able to reply, my name is Sauran I'm the portal A.I. and well be in charge of making sure nothing goes wrong on his end.
Devlin looks at the console for a second then smile's softly, "it's nice to meet you Sauran. It's good to hear that we will have you keeping an eye on us while we're out exploring." The dragon says with this soft smiles forming across his muzzle as he turn to look at his mate with a soft smile.
Tyron looks over at Devlin with a smile, "I was working on a hologram program so that he could have a body of his own. I thought it might be a lot nicer to interact with a person than a console." He says with a soft smile and rubs the bottom of his muzzle as he looks over his mate; he steps over giving him another quick kiss. Devlin turns as he kisses him his hands coming out to slide into his lab coat, his hand moves around to his back as he pulls him into a hug; his claw slowly slides down his back to rub over his ass. Tyron growls softly around the kiss as his reaches out hugging his dragon gently.
"Since you got your portal working what you say we go up stairs and celebrate a bit. And you know what I'm talking about," Devlin says softly as he breaks the kiss looking into his eyes as he grins at this, while his right hand comes around to gently, toy with the front of his groin.
"Well dear if you remember we do have a friend coming by soon. It would be kind of rude to make him wait at the front door while we making out up stairs." Tyron says with a soft smile as he looks into his dragon's eyes.
Devlin looks into his eyes with a smile as he chuckles softly, "not like Zinnath hasn't seen us naked before." He says with a soft chuckle and grins, Tyron laughs softly at this as well. Tyron's ears twitch as he hears what sounds like the front door opening, turning from Devlin he looks at the stairs to the basement. Zinnath walks up to the door, as the house computer system knows he is one of the people allowed in the house it opens. He walks through the door, holding a computer pad, looking over some notes he made about the portal. He stands about five foot eight inches tall, his age is around twenty maybe a little young. He is wearing a pair of black jeans with a light white shirt that help with keeping him cool on hot days. His right hand comes up to scratch his head softly his dark green eyes that seem to penetrate the soul scans over the pad before him. At his right hip is his short sword with a dragon handle, the eyes of the dragon is the same green as his. At his feet are black combat shoes; over top of his white shirt is a black lab coat. Behind his right ear is a pencil, Zinnath smiles softly as he heads for the basement. Heading to the basement door, he notices it was already open so he figures someone must be down there already. Devlin looks over his shoulder as he hears the sound of someone coming down the stairs. He smile softly as he keeps his hand on his mates groin figure he might give Zinnath a little show.
He turns back to look at Tyron as he gives him a deep kiss on the muzzle. Tyron looks a bit surprised as he feels Devlin's tongue slide into his muzzle. Reaching the bottom of the stairs, he looks over at the two kissing males and smiles softly; he shakes his head gently as he almost starts laughing. "Why is it every time I see you two your making out with each other? It would be nice for one to be able to come down here or most other place in this house and not see one of you kissing or worse." He says as he starts laughing hard at this, Tyron looks at Zinnath around his kiss with wide eyes.
Tyron breaks the kiss with a soft growl as he looks at Zinnath. "We don't end up making out that much and I didn't hear you bitching the other night when you where in my bed." Tyron says with this grin slowly creeping it way across his muzzle, Devlin chuckles softly.
"Hmmm well it's nice to hear that my sexy rex didn't have to sleep alone." Devlin says with a soft laugh as he looks over Tyron then over his shoulder at Zinnath who just shakes his head at the two of them.
Zinnath shakes his head as he rub his ass a little, "no I wasn't bitching about it. However, the next morning I was feeling it a bit, but I will do it all again if you would have me. I would also love to feel your strong arms wrapped around me holding me close to you as we slept." He says with a soft smile as he walks over giving the saurian a soft kiss on the muzzle. He then turns to kiss the dragon also before turning to look at the console sitting the pad down as he looks over the incoming data. "I see you have the system up and running at last, I was looking over the data you gave me on the pad. I wasn't able to track down any trouble but I see you found it." He says as he turns to look at the two who have not moved yet but are still watching him. Devlin smiles as he removes his hand from Tyron groin and steps back a bit.
"Hello Zinnath it's nice to meet with you, I would like to also thank you for your help." Sauran says while scanning the room to watch what everyone is doing.
Zinnath chuckles softly as he notices the systems A.I. is up and running. "You're more than welcome; it's good to finally be able to talk with you." Zinnath says as he begins to read the data on the planet they have been scanning. He shakes his head softly as Tyron steps up to stand on his right and Devlin to his left. "So there no life, very little water on this planet, it would seem that it gets hot in the daytime, around ninety-eight or higher. I can only guess that it must get cold once the sun goes down." He says as he looks over at Tyron, then turns to look back at the data with a sigh.
Tyron nods in agreement, "yes so from the looks of this were going to get hot weather gear. We will need cooler weather gear for the nights so we'll need to bring a lot of water for this trip along with food. With any luck, we will be able to find somewhere that is not too hot and not to cold to make camp. Also there is one other thing I need to do before we begin this little trip." He says as he walks over to a nearby cabinet, opening it reaches in and pulls out a hypo spray. He walks over to the two who both have puzzled looks on their face and muzzle. "This shot will help you once we get to where we're going; you see there are nanobots in here. It helps if you get hurt they should be able to heal small wounds. Bigger ones will take more time but they should be able to keep you alive long enough to get help. They will also allow you to be able to breathe just about any kind of air; the only thing I don't think you can breathe is vacuum. So who would like to go first," he asks as he looks between the two who have been listening to what he had to say.
Devlin looks over at Zinnath then step forward as he figures he'll go first to get it out of the way. Tyron gives him the shot, Devlin reaches up rubbing the spot a bit, as he didn't even feel it. "I didn't feel anything you sure that you gave me the shot?" Devlin says as he looks at the hypo spray then at his arm again as he doesn't notice any marks.
Tyron chuckles softly as he looks at Devlin, "yes it works. The hypo spray is designed to give you a shot with out the need for a needle. I shoot it right into the skin without the pain you feel of needles." He says as he steps over giving the same shot to Zinnath who does much like Devlin did look at his arm noticing no marks.
"That's a lot better than having some of those long needles being jammed into you skin for all those different shots you sometimes need to go off world." Zinnath says as he steps over the portal, the portal itself is a large circle. Along the inner side of the wheel are five lesser looking objects. He begins to look over everything to make sure it is working as planned to open the portal. Alls fine so he walks back to look over the control as Tyron returns the hypo spray back to where he got it. Devlin begins to go over the safe checklist for the system as they already almost blew up the basement with one other test last time. When the system shorted out and nearly sucked them all into a void. "It looks like we're ready to give it a test firing." Zinnath says as he looks over at Tyron as he waits for the ok to start it up.
Sauran powers up the force field in front of the portal if something goes wrong I don't want to be nearly sucked into nothing again." Tyron says as he looks over the reading one more time finding everything looks good. There is a faint hum then the sound that almost like a pop as the field comes into being. "Alright Zinnath go right a head and turn it on and let's hope we get it right this time." Tyron says as he turns to look at the portal he sighs softly as he crosses his fingers and hope it works this time.
Zinnath lets out a soft sigh as he reaches down and pushes the button to open the portal. "Well here is hoping it works," he says as he turns to watch the portal power up. The lesser fire cross the opening and with a few seconds a thin blue line appears which quickly opens into a portal of blue. The blue quickly changes into that of the dead world, they see nothing but sand, not far from the opening they notice what look like skyscrapers buried almost to the top of the buildings in sand. They all let out a cheer as they see it worked this time.
"Sauran send one of the drones through the portal I want to make sure it safe before we even think about heading into it." Tyron says as he hears the sound of a small door opening. Near the back of the computer system a small drone comes, floating up as it heads for the portal the field drops so that it can pass. It stays down even after it passes by it everyone watches as it fly up to the portal. Then goes right through it and end up on the dead planet. The drone makes a few scan of the portal then returns to base, all three of us look over the data and agree it seems safe enough. "Well it seems that electronics can pass through it without any trouble." He says as he steps up to stand before the portal, "there only one other test we can do and that to send someone through it." He says as he steps forward standing right before the portal.
Both Devlin and Zinnath get this worried look on their face and muzzle. "You can't mean you're really going to try going there yourself." Devlin says, as he looks a little shocked at the idea of his mate passing through the portal.
Zinnath looks at Devlin then at Tyron with almost the same shocked look at the idea of him going. "There has to be another way I mean what is your mate and you lover going to do if something would happen to you when you pass through. You leave us alone in this world and haven't even the slightest idea what that might do to us?" Zinnath says as he takes a step forward as he tries to figure out a way to stop him before he steps into the portal.
Tyron smiles at them both over his shoulder, "don't worry I'll be fine." He says, he steps through the portal, stepping out of it and is hit with a blast of hot air that makes the saurian start sweating. He covers his muzzles from the blowing sand that has been stirred up by the violent gusting wind. With his left hand, he covers his eyes as he works at looking around but the wind begins to blow harder as he can see a sand storm heading right for him. Quickly he turns heading back into the portal as he is covered in sand. Shakes his head he ends up sending sand flying all over the ground around him. He looks at the two with a smile, "told you I'd make it but it would seem we're going to need some dessert gear there's a sand storm kicking up over there as I'm sure you can tell." He says as he points over his shoulder at the sand that can be seen flying everywhere. Sauran ends up putting up a field to the sand from flying into the basement and trying to fill it up.
Zinnath growls in only a way a human can as he walk right up to Tyron and punches him hard on the shoulder. Tyron gives him a puzzled look like what was that for, "you could have been killed. Know next time you do something that dumb so help me I'll get myself a hand full of saurian balls and squeeze." He says as he turns walking up stairs being a bit upset at the saurian for pulling that stunt. Tyron looks after him a bit puzzled as to why he is so upset. Someone needed to do it so he figured it should be him since it was his portal after all. There's no sense in sending someone else to do it when it was his idea to make it in the first place. Devlin just shakes his head as he give him an angry look then follows Zinnath upstairs.
"I believe that they are upset because something could've happened. You might have been trapped there and they would have never seen you again. The thought of being without you scared them both, they love you dearly." Sauran says as he closes the portal to keep the heat and the sand from entering the room.
Tyron sighs softly, "I know they love me and I care about them too. Nevertheless, someone needs to do it and I did not want to send those I love into the portal yet. I knew if something went wrong between the two of them, they would have saved me. I would have been able to survive out there for a while. Zinnath is human and I have no idea how long he would have been able to survive the heat. Devlin might have had a better chance but I wanted him to be there to help Zinnath. Besides, as I said it was my project if it killed anyone it should be me. For I couldn't live with myself if it was one of them who got hurt by it." He says as he brushes some more of the sand off his body. "Well I guess I should head for the shower and get more of this sand off me." He says as he makes his way for the door leading upstairs. Reaching up stairs he heads for the master bedroom, stepping in he looks around for Devlin or Zinnath. He sighs as he notices neither of them are in here, walking across the room he steps into the large bathroom. There is a large sink to the left of the door, straight ahead is the large bathtub that can easily fit the three lovers with enough room for another body or two. Beside it is a large stand up shower that could easily fit five or six saurians. Walking over to the shower, he reaches in turns on the setting for a nice warm shower. Closing the door he works on getting himself undressed, pulling off his sand covered short then throws it in the clothing hamper. Reaching down he begins to unbutton his jeans, sliding his hand down to the zipper he slides it down. Putting his hand on either side of his pants, he begins to slowly slide them off. Picking them up then throws those into the clothing hamper along with his shirt.
He sighs as he reaches down scratching his heavy saurian balls as his limp cock lay on top of them. Turning he steps over to the shower as his tail twitches softly, opening the door he steps in, with a sigh Tyron walks over into the flow of water, putting his head under the water and closes his eyes. He feels the warm water and sand flowing from his head to the drain below. Pulling his head from the water, he reaches up running his hand over his head as he works to get the water out of his hair so it doesn't run into his eyes. Reaching behind him, he pulls free the tie that holds his hair in place, his hair flows over his shoulder as he sighs. His hair is only long in the back and a little on the side to help when he wishes to hide his ears from everyone. He shakes his head softly as he sends water flying everywhere. He steps back a little as he works on letting the water flow down the front of his body, he sighs softly as he enjoy the feel of the warm water. Reaching up to the soap dish, he takes the soap into his hand. Getting it nice and wet, he begins to lather up the soap between his hands then he begins to wash slowly over the front of his chest getting it soap up he moves to work on both arms and under arms. Moving back to his chest he works his way down to his belly then his groin. Working the soap over his balls then begins to work the soap on the length of his limp shaft. He moans softly as the feel of his hand sliding up and down the length of it. He sighs as he stop for he knows if he doesn't, he'll just keep going until he's fully hard and cumming.
Moving to his right leg, he works his way down to his foot, getting that finished he moves back up to work on the left leg. Standing back up he works on rinsing off the soap from the front of his body. Lathering up his hands again, he begins to work the soap over his ass and down between his ass crack and under his tail. Moving his hand down his tail, he works on washing it, turning around he rinses off his backside. He stands there for a few before turning off the water and stepping out of the shower. Grabbing a towel, he works on drying off as he thinks to himself why I did that since I am planning to go back in an hour or so and I'm going to be covered in sand again. He shakes his head as he works on drying off, walking out into the bedroom he grab a fresh pair of pants out. Sliding them on he walks over to pull out another red tank top, walks over to the closet and pulls out a pack, he begins to gather all of his gear he will need for the trip. Packing his bag, he heads off for the kitchen, getting food, water and anything he might need. He looks around; as he notices no one else seem to be around. He shrugs his shoulder a little, as he heads back down stairs as he figures they might be down there. As he comes down the stairs, he hears the three of them talking about the mission to the dead world. They both turn to look at him as he sits his pack down they both notice his hair is still wet and hanging lose behind him. Sitting his pack down he looks at the other two as he notices they seem to have gathered up the rest of the things they might need for their trip.
"Sorry about getting upset at you Sauran told us what you said after we left." Devlin says as he looks over at Zinnath who smiles softly at Tyron.
"I agree I shouldn't have gotten so upset over it, it's just I don't want to lose you after I just found you." Zinnath says with a soft smile as he walks over and gives Tyron a soft kiss on the side of his muzzle. Tyron smiles softly as he looks at Zinnath then over at Devlin with a smile. He then looks at all the gear lying on the floor around him; he then looks back at the two of them.
"So anyone made up a plan for what we are going to do once we make it to the other side?" Tyron asks as he looks between the two of them then over at Sauran.
"Nope we haven't got a plan yet; we thought maybe you had planned one." Zinnath says as he looks over at Devlin who nods softly in agreement.
Tyron smiles as he sighs softly, "well I do have an idea of what to do once I get there. Once we get to the dessert, our first mission will be to reach the ruins. Once inside the ruins we need to find a place inside to make camp. Once we have camp set up we can work on making plan to explore said ruins. So make sure we have enough water and food for a few days. Also, make sure you got something for cover you mouth or muzzle along with your eyes. A cloak or something to help keep the sun off your body would be a good idea to. Since you don't want to end up getting sunburn or a windburn, I think we should use the small hover sleds to carry our gear to keep our hands from being out in the open." He say as he looks at a lot of the gear sitting around on the floor and notices that it seems that they got most of it laying around already.
"Hmm I'll have to go get some goggles along with something to cover my muzzle. I've got just about everything else I might need for this trip." Devlin says as he heads up stairs to get a few things he might need.
"I guess I'll go see if I can find me something along those lines also." Zinnath says, as he head off looking for the last pieces of gear that he might need for the trip of theirs. Picking up his gear, he places it on one of the small sleds so that he will not have to walk with his hands out. Once it's programmed, it will follow you without the need to use your hands. Reaching down into his bag once he gets the sled packed he pulls out his white cloak. Pulling it over his shoulders, he hooks it around his neck; he reaches down into his bag pulling out his goggles. Putting them on his head, he pulls out a scarf to cover his muzzles from the blowing sands. He steps back to check over the data and notice the storm seem to still be going on but not as strong right now. However, by the reading he's getting the storm is not planning on letting up any time soon. He shakes his head as he figures it's either go while it not so bad or wait days for another window. He decides that he and his small team can handle a bit of wind and sand. As he finishes getting gear up both Devlin and Zinnath come walking down the stairs wearing much the same thing as him. he notice that he also got his sled ready so they set about getting everything ready to go. With in a few minutes they got all their gear packed up and have programmed their sleds to follow them. With any luck, the sand shouldn't give them any trouble since they have been tested for this kind of thing.
"Well if you're ready to go let's head out, Sauran please open the portal to the dead world." Tyron says as he looks between the two then looks at Sauran to make sure he heard the question. They both nod as they move over to get ready to head to the other world, "alright Sauran open the portal and keep an eye on us." He says as he joins the other two in front of the portal. There is a sound of the portal begins to open the blue line appears then turn into a blue portal before it opens into the dessert planet. Tyron pulls his hood up, and then pulls his goggles down over his eyes. Pulling the scarf up over his muzzle, cloaking himself he begins to step into the other world. Stepping into the other world, he notices the wind seems to have stop for a few. He turns to look at the other two as they get themselves covered up and make their way onto the world. As they step through the portal, it closes behind them leaving no trace of the portal. Right as the portal closes a gust of wind hits them all almost knocking them over. Tyron growls at the wind as he motions for them to head forward. Sauran works on helping them through the sand storm, which has made seeing next to nothing. After about an hour and half of pushing through the door, they can start to make out the out lines of ruins. It takes them another ten minutes for them to reach one of the buildings. Side that the wind doesn't seem to hit as hard they begin to screech for a broken window. Finding one, they make their way into the building, once inside the group looks around and notices it seems like it might have been an office.
Stepping into the building, he can hear the wind howling into the hole. The sound sends a shiver up his spine as it sound like the wind is howling about losing its prey. Pulling the hood off his head, he looks around the partly sand filled room. At the far end of it is a doorway leading into the darkness and the unknown. Putting his goggles on his head, he reaches into his bag pulling out a flash light. Turning it on he turns to see the others doing the same, once ready, they start to move deeper into the building. Shining his light at the door, they begin to make their way out into the dark hallways. "Sauran you still receiving my signal," Tyron asks as he speaks into his mic, while looking around the hallway.
There is no reply for close to a minute then he hears the saurian sound voice reply. "Yes I can still read you, would you like me to start recording your findings?" Sauran asks as he listens for what Tyron would like him to do.
"Yes I would like you to start recording this; it might come in handy later for if someone wants to explore this planet some more. The doorways seem to be build for people standing somewhere around seven feet to eight foot judging by the height of the doorways. We are in what I would guess to be an office building, so far I haven't seen anything that can tell us how advanced they might have been. Pause recording for now until I find something else that needs to be said." Tyron says as they head down the hallway both Zinnath and Devlin looking into what looks like cubicles. Finding nothing of use they keep moving deeper into the building, coming across a big empty room they step into it. They look around the room a bit confused at why there would be nothing here. Shrugging his shoulder Tyron kneels down by his sled as he looks around the room figure's this is a good a camp as any. "So what do you guys think this look like a good place for camp?" Tyron says as he looks at the two of them as he looks over his gear in his bags.
Devlin shrugs a bit as he looks around the large room, "looks like a good place to me. And it's close to the place we came in so we can get out easy if we need to." Devlin says as he kneels down opening his bags.
Zinnath shuffles through his bags as he looks over both Devlin and Tyron. "This seems like a safe enough place for camp, we can explore the rest of the buildings from here." Zinnath says, as he pulls out a small lamp, turning it on it seems to help banish the darkness in the room. Tyron pulls a lamp just like Zinnath's; within a few minutes, they got the place lit up bright enough to be able to see around the room easily. Tyron pulls out a full size air mattress along with an air pump, after a few minutes he got it fully pumped up. Pulling out the rest of the bedding he works on getting the bed-sit up, putting his pillow on it, he waits for the other to do it. Zinnath seeing the bed set up walks over putting his pillow on the bed then goes back to working looking through the rest of his gear. Devlin follows him as he pulls his pillow out of his pack. About an half hour later they got their camp set up, a place to sleep a small heater to help make sure the room stays warm at night. Along with a cooking stove for when they need to fix dinner. Digging out the scanner and other things, they need to explore the building and areas around the building. Putting them into smaller easier to carry bags, they get ready to head out into the rest of the building. Tyron stands up and stretches softly as he yawns softly after getting the camp set up.
"So you guys ready to head out there and explore this place?" Tyron asks as he looks over at the two finishing up with putting their gear into the smaller bags.
"I'm ready to go whenever you two are," Zinnath says as he stands up looking at the door to the room. He then looks over at Tyron to see if he comes up with another plan as to how to explore this strange place.
"Ready to go if you got a plan for what we should do now that where in this place." Devlin says as he slides his pack over his cloak deciding it might come in handy later.
"Well the best plan of action I can see at this point is for each of us to take a different area of the building. We got our headsets on if we find anything we can get a hold of each other and I'm sure Sauran can help us find you. This way we can cover more ground more quickly, plus we need to find a way down the ground level of this building. Or I should say what ground level for this building was once. Once we get to the ground floor we should see if there is any way to get out of his building or is the sand all around it. I figure we could search around for a few hours then come back here have dinner look over our findings then get some sleep and get another start at it tomorrow." Tyron says slipping his pack onto his back, he looks at the two then starts to walk for the door. Reaching it, he stops as he looks to make sure the other two agree with this plan. He notices that both of them have followed him to the door so he figures they like the plan.
Once in the hallway they all look around with their flashlights, "I think I'll go left here." Devlin says as he pulls out his scanner and begin to takes some readings as he walks down the hallway.
"Alright I'll head down the right here and see if I can't find away down." Tyron says as he starts with Zinnath following behind for a few.
"I'm going to head off down this hall here and see if I can find anything." Zinnath says as he makes a right at the first hallway the come to. Tyron nods to him as he pulls out his scanner and begins to take readings. After a short walk, he stops as he takes his pack off his shoulder. Sitting it on the ground he digs through it until he find a small trap, pulling it out he works on using it to hook the flash light to his arm to give him another free hand. Putting his bag back onto his back he starts walking down the hallway again using his arm light to check into the different room. He finds it odd that he sees nothing that look like any kind of technology in any of the rooms. Coming to the end of the hall he notice's something that looks like an elevator, Tyron looks around and finds that there are no buttons to make it work. He scans the elevator looking to see if it's like he figure that it would have open when you walk up to it, if it was not in use at the time, the person walked up to it. Finishing with his readings, he flashes his light around as he looks for another way to get to the ground floor. Noticing a door, a few feet away he walks over in hopes that these people still used stairs in the buildings. Opening the door he notice's a stair well, stepping into it he looks down at what looks like a staircase goes on forever.
