Damn, such a killjoy. I managed to stay up enough to write this. I hop you like it 'cause it's very informative and there are hints of things to come!
And to answer those concerned viewers of sinfulnature1123, I didn't make him the weirdo. His background was heavily demanded!

Chapter 2: The Job Of The Century
"Why are there humans here, Arceus?" A deep voice said, startling the four humans in question. Seje looked around for the voice, eventually looking at a pitch-black shadow-looking thing in the middle of the room.
"They're here for the new jobs I have to offer." A calm but demanding voice said to the four humans' right, where the BIGGEST llama they've ever seen was standing there, a gold-wheely thingy around the waist of it.
"Oh, wow!", Koraru said, looking at the Mew duo," They're so cute! :D" This had made the small pink cat get up from its seat float towards Kora, who was gaping at the cat. The cat looked at her, floating around Kora. Then, it squealed and flipped around happily. Kora beamed at the cat, smiling the whole while. Piplup was still getting over the unnecessary shock.
'Did she call Mewtwo cute?' A voice in their heads said, Seje and Chris looking for the voice until set of red and blue tentacles for a hand raised up for a red and blue DNA Pokemon in a chair next to a big, green snake.
"Cool. I like dragons." Seje said, looking at the snake.
"Well, that's enough semi-introductions for now." The llama of whiteness cut in. "They need to know why they're here." The cat nearby Kora landed on her head, much to Kora's excitement.
"OH MY ARCEUS! THIS IS SO CUTE!", she squealed, hurting many ears, "Who's got a camera?!" Seje pulled a camera outta nowhere and promptly took a perfect shot of the cat and Kora. She ran up to look, seeing herself in a cute pose and the pink cat doing a peace sign with its left paw. Piplup was still dazed. The scene was just frigging adorable.
"Thanks Seje!" she said, gawking at the photo sent to her phone.
"If I may", the white llama interrupted again, now irritated from being interrupted again, "I need to explain something."
The llama that had whiteness that defied pureness cleared its throat. "Now, for the questions on the Council's mind as to why these humans are here, let me explain via Observation Pool." A flash came through the room and a contained orb of water was in the middle of the room. It began to shape in a square that started to show images. Inside the orb, you can see Seje and his Electivire taking down the Team Neo grunts with their Happy Dance, much to the two's embarrassment and some of the Council member's laughter. Next, the screen showed Chris beating the poacher's face in, making the assailant cower in the corner from guilt. Then, the screen showed the image of Koraru saving Piplup from a death by Hyper Beam, making the aforementioned proud of herself. Finally, the screen showed Sin protecting his mother from his father, who went completely PSYCHO! Sin smirked at his antics and got pats on the back from the others.
When the images split up to each humans' shining moment-or in Seje's case, literally-, the llama that defies all laws of animal physics said, "These four heroes are here today to become...Guardians." This had caused side conversation amongst the Council, but they were promptly shushed by the white llama.
"Seje, Christopher, Koraru, and Sin. You four shall become Guardians of the Pokemon World. As Guardians, your job is to make sure the innocent is safe from harm, taken care of, and protected when the need arises. The sinners must be apprehended or dealt with accordingly. Now, I'm not asking you to kill; only asking to do whatever it takes to protect the innocent. Are there any questions?"
The white goddess, as confirmed by her voice, waited patiently for a question from the humans. As one, all 4 raised their hands.
"Yes?" the llama said, hoping they wouldn't refuse.
Then, in unison, they said, "Where do I SIGNUP?!" This had relieved the llama goddess to no ends as the humans cheered. Sin's mother was relieved as well, having finally gotten over the life-flashing she had not too long ago.
"Okay, first things first, though. The way you are now will not do for the jobs ahead. You'll need abilities based on your preference of combat, as it will be inevitable in the future." The goddess of white coloring said. Everyone humanoid in the room was looking less confident than earlier. Then, Seje and his Electivire stepped up first.
"My Lady Llama", he started, "While I may be an energetic S.O.B, I feel as if the only way for you to see my preference is via thought. So if you may..." Seje bowed in front of her, head towards the celestial llama of all good.
"Alright, as I do this, no one is to bother me or him. And NO mind invasions!" she directed the last comment at the big cat with a really big purple tail. He just looked away.
The llama that is she began to glow purple along with Seje. The link was connected and the llama goddess was shoved into Seje's mind...
Seje's Mind...
The llama goddess opened her eyes inside of Seje's mind, looking at darkness at first. Then, a flash appeared next to her. The light dimmed to reveal Seje, or his subconscious representation.
"My Lady", the being started," As I am now, you may come to think tat I'm just happy-go-lucky. Well, I would have to reprimand you and say you're wrong. I was always pessimistic in my early years. When I was at the schools, I would hide away from others, keeping to myself. As I grew up, it only gotten worse." The entire time Seje's subconscious is speaking, images of his past shows up. "When I grew up, I took solemn in video games. Though just simply frames and digital detail, I always wanted to see the actions of the animated in real-life action."
When Seje was talking about his hobby, images of known video game characters were shown to Arceus. A girl teenager wielding a red scythe is shown on the screen, fighting a pack of demon wolves on a snowy plain. A third-person POV of a lady with white and black clothing is shown fighting another girl with a white dress on that went to her waist. A first-person POV of a video game character wielding a shield and another wielding akimbo pistols in an Old Western atmosphere is shown last.
"While it may seem like simple computer games to most", the being started again, catching llama goody-two shoe's attention," These 'characters' have a special place in my heart. And it is with great hope that I ask for their abilities." The representation of Seje's mind said with a tone of finality.
This left the goddess to think about what she saw and what she said. Though the backgrounds of each of the female animated characters were a bit on the shady side, they did have impressive fighting styles.
"Alright", she said, getting Seje's subconscious representation's attention, "If that is what you wish..."
Back In The Hall Of Origins...
"...Then so it shall be..." the llama goddess said, catching everyone's attention. The llama glowed with white energy, said energy condensing into a orb that shot into Seje's brain. He stood up and smiled at the llama.
"By the way, my name's Arceus." she said, revealing herself to the humans.
"I KNEW IT!" said Koraru from in-between the cats from earlier. "I TOLD YA IT WAS ARCEUS! NOW PAY UP, CHRIS!" she exclaimed, having her hand out to him. Chris just blushed and handed her 2000 Poke.
"Uh, did I miss something?" Seje asked as he came over to them.
"No, I made a bet with Chris to see who the llama was and I said Arceus! He said Giratina!" exclaimed Koraru excitedly.
"In my defense, I never saw Giratina before, so get off my back." he said Mareepishly.
"Actually, I'm right here, human." A gravely voice said to Chris' left. They looked and saw a ghostly dragon. His wings looking transparent but black anyway, his body was mostly gray and black with red markings and gold bands. His face was half-covered by a band, his eyes being a black iris and blood-red pupils. Chris edged away from the scary-looking dragon, while Seje looked on in admiration.
"So, Seje, what powers you get?" asked Sin, who had came over after seeing his mom Linda off to a safe room in the Hall Of Origins with her Houndoom.
"Lemme see if they'll work..." Seje stepped to the middle of the Meeting Room, eyes closed in concentration. He looked in his mind and thought of an action from one of his favorite video game characters, Nisha, when she uses Showdown.
"Okay... You, shadow thingy. Come closer." Seje said suddenly, eyes still closed.
"I do beg your pardon? My name is Darkrai, you little pest. You'll learn-" the shadowy-thingy, now known as Darkrai, started, but was cut off by Seje.
"Yeah yeah yeah, that's nice, sucka!" he said, shocking the small Council members as they never heard someone back-talk Darkrai before, let alone cut him off from saying something.
"But can you do me a flavor", Seje started again, reaching his left hand down towards his left hip in front of a square flashlight that wasn't there before," And... HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE 'EM!" he yelled, pulling out a black and purple, long-barreled pistol out of nowhere, the atmosphere around them turning Old Western for some mysterious reason. Darkrai, who had not been expecting the sudden gun-point interrogation, promptly raised his hands.
"Whoa, Seje! That's cool!" Koraru said, looking in awe at Seje's new power.
" I know, right?" he said in response, putting the pistol away, much to some other Council members' relief.
"Up next...?" Arceus started.(I was having SO much fun describing her animal equivalent.)
" I wanna go!" Koraru said, leaving the Mew duo in their chairs and Piplup in their care. Kora stepped up to Arceus, bouncing on her heels in anticipation.
"So, what abilities would suit you, my child?" Arceus asked.
"Well..." Kora said, putting on a cute thinking pose," I always wanted to be able to heal others when they're hurt... and I wanna be able to cheer others up when they're down in the dumps!" she said.
"You wish for Healing and Apathy? I see, and it is what you wish, so... it shall be!" Arceus yelled, glowing green this time. The energy formed into a wooden staff woven beautifully with ancient runes on the handle.
"[Squeal!] Thank you, my Lady!" Kora said, already gawking at her new staff.
"Next up, you two?" Arceus asked Chris and Sin.
"I'll go up." Chris said, no longer holding his Lucario, who was having her arm healed by Celebi.
"What may be your preference, my child?" Arceus said, getting excited by the choices so far.
"I always wanna protect those I care about. What happened today was proof of that. But then, I thought about it. What woulda happened if the man didn't hit Lucario? He coulda hit me with that bullet and I woulda been down for the count. I wanna be able to get up from being thrown down. I wanna keep going where a normal human shouldn't be able to." he finished his mini-speech of gushiness with that note.
"You are to be the Strength of this group?" Arceus said, looking amongst them.
"Oh, we'll group-huddle on that note and tell you when we're done getting de-humanized, my Lady." Seje said.
"What Seje said!" Kora said, ever so enthusiastic and who went back to the Mew duo, trying to get Mewtwo to play with her and Mew.
"I guess..." Sin said, ever so vague about himself.
"I guess we'll decide when we get done, haha." Chris said, ready to get his abilities.
"All right now, if that is what you wish, then so it shall be!" She glowed a red color and it formed armor of sortas that latched itself onto Chris.
"That armor is the best there is for your role, young one. It is detachable, if you're wondering, and it can only be wore by yourself and those you deeply trust so they can be protected by you in a sense. I assume that you already know about your Aura abilities?" she said, ecstatic over the choices today.
"Yes. I train with Lucario in Aura everyday." Chris said with a hand over his heart in a fist. He stepped back.
"And lastly, Sin." Arceus said. Sin stepped up, along with his Charizard and Jolteon, who had been silent the entire time.
"What abilities do you think would suit you, my child?" she asked.
"Well", Sin started," I wanna be able to stop a problem before it starts. What coulda happened today if you hadn't stepped in is an example as to why I ask this. And", he also said, actually thinking," I always wanted to know what it's like to mess with someone's brain." he said, bowing in respect.
"Wow. Humble, Creative and Honorable. Three traits I love when talking to humans of your caliber. Your wish is granted!" she concluded, glowing black and purple. Sin started to glow inside a black and purple egg. When the light show was done, Sin was wearing a black and purple suit. The entire suit was black while purple conduits trailed the suit dimly lit. He wore a mask that covered the mouth area of his face. Sin took a look at his-self.
"Man, I look cool." he said, showing emotion for once.
"Now", Seje started, getting EVERYONE'S attention AGAIN," We have to huddle. No peeking and listening in!" He grabbed Koraru, Chris and Sin, who was still looking at his new suit, and they huddled-up together. Whispers were audibly heard, but anyone outside the huddle couldn't understand them.
Then, the group huddle broke and they lined up in ABC order. Chris started first.
"My name is Christopher Willord and I am the Muscle of the Guardians." he said confidently. He stepped back and Kora stepped up.
"My name is Koraru Kinomoto and I am the Medic of the Guardians!" she said energetically, making Chris blush. She stepped back and Seje stepped up.
"My name is Seje, and I'm the Leader of the Guardians!" he said, matching Kora's enthusiasm and his Electivire clapped in response. He stepped back, allowing Sin to finish.
"My name's Sin, and I'm the Assassin of the Guardians." he said coolly, making some of the female Council members blush and quiver.
"Now", Arceus said", Kneel my Guardians." The quartet kneeled in response.
"I hereby dub thee Guardians Of The Pokemon World!" she exclaimed, the Council members cheered at her words.
This has been mercenary man guy.
