Ornithology and Exploration Pt4
#122 of Exploration
After several minutes of driving, we could see the village. It was a cluster of rather crude structures of canvas and wood, and there were easily several hundred of them. Me and Alex slowed down to thirty kilometres, just as all the avians who we were beginning to see made for cover behind their tents. we both came to a complete halt not ten metres from the nearest lean to, and after I helped Willowing get out of his seat belt, we vacated the vehicle.
Alex got out of the Corvette, stretching various dormant muscles, and rubbing his back.
"I might need a visit to the chiropractor." he said in Centralite.
I smiled knowingly to him, and Willowing rushed forwards.
"Friends, my fellows, do not be afraid of us. It is me, Willowing!"
Avians peeped out from everywhere, looking rather dubious at this statement, but before long they knew him for who he was, and me and Alex sat on the bonnets of our cars, discussing to one another the pros and cons of our cars while Willowing explained what had happened to his part of the tribe while this lake tribe explained what had happened to them.
The short answer was, nothing much. They had found the lake, it seemed healthy enough, and they had camped by it. Nothing much lived around here, and the ground was reasonably fertile. Willowing's story was greeted with amazement, especially the encounter with the trolls, and then the arrival of Ja-ryaq's servants. He gestured at me, and spoke reverentially but softly.
"That one there is actually a statue, he was brought to life by the god's power, and he suffered no harm during the fight. His touch can heal or wound."
The avians were very shy of us, but Willowing seemed keen to introduce them to us. The leader, I believe his name was Ibixis, came forward, looking very nervous at our two impassive faces, and bowed deeply. Willowing gave and received directions with this new tribe, and Doran cut onto my link.
"Alduin," he said calmly," have you finished over there? I might need Willowing's help."
"Are they being hostile?"
"I came to a halt, and was immediately set upon by eight of them with metal weapons. I had to drive a kilometre before they went back."
I turned to the slightly distant Willowing and raised my voice a bit.
"Willowing, your companions are attacking Doran! We need to lend him a hand to explain to them." Willowing looked half fearful of this idea, and Alex volunteered to stay here with the lake tribe.
Alecto reported in that the avians in the forest now lived in the trees of this new forest like they had in the old, and Jay had gone into discussion with them, and everything was running quite smoothly. Willowing got strapped into the car, and I floored it, switching scanner links and heading in a straight line to the next village.
It took about forty minutes, by which time Doran was getting slightly bored, and was contemplating moving in for another go. I saw the dark purple and black Lotus, and pulled to a halt beside him.
"Are you aware that car could hide practically anywhere?" Doran looked at the car as I lowered the small half window slit. His window was already down.
"Only when it's dark.Come on, we'll head over there together."
"Best of luck then.I didn't get much of a chance to say hi."
"Well then we make two, and we have an avian as well."
"As long as they see him in that black out." Doran laughed.
He started up, I had left my engine running, and we drove slowly over back towards the village. It was quite sandy over here, there was no way of hiding from anything, and the village was situated on the edge the river, as Ryan Lewis had predicted. This village was slightly smaller than Willowing's tribe, and all the avian guards were standing boldly in front of the village, impending our way.
"Very brave, but they're probably not going to expect this."
As we slowed down even more, the weapons in hand were lowered for attack. At the last second I buried the throttle, and jerked the wheel around. The car did a very noisy donut, throwing sand everywhere, and all the guards were covered with the rooster tails of sand. They dropped their weapons as the sand was scattered through their feathers and face. I stopped the car, and quickly got out with Willowing. Doran got out of his car and sat on the bonnet looking at the dozen avians, all of them rubbing the sand off them.
After a few seconds they remembered about us and looked at us with intense suspicion.
"You guys just attacked one of the servants of Ja-ryaq, you do know that." Willowing asked gently.
There was a long pause. All the guards were looking at Doran's relaxed pose in some fright. They were all deeply religious, and Doran was definitely scary. Then they caught sight of me in my full armour, mace and sword, and backed steadily away.
"If anyone tries to hurt Doran, they will deal with me, and you will know just how bad that will be." I growled.
"Master, let me talk to them, they did not know."
"Very well." This had been previously rehearsed on the way here.Willowing walked up to them and began speaking to them, while I picked up a crude wooden spear. I saw a couple of scratches in Doran's car, now I looked, and I placed the spear diagonally from the De Lorean's bonnet to the ground.
Everyone heard the clunk as I did so, and they all watched in fright as I brought my foot down on it about half way down. The top half of the spear was flattened on the ground, the bottom half went fizzing back towards Willowing before landing two feet short. I sat down on the De Lorean, and Doran looked at me.
"It is a very nice car."
"It's got the sleek look, despite the ruler usage." Doran laughed.
Ryan Viper flew over head, asking how our situation was. We told him everything was good, and he flew towards Alex's position. The avians looked up in time, having seen us do the same thing, and saw the Aurora flash over head on the white twin flame at near supersonic speed. There was a collective shiver, even from Willowing at the darting aircraft's presence, the sheer speed it travelled at.
As the leader of this tribe was summoned, Doran recognised one of avians who had got in a few hefty blows on the car and almost himself. The avian in question looked over at us, furtively, and then gulped as he saw Doran gesture for him to come over.
The avian looked at Willowing, and then placed his weapon on the ground, before walking over to the black wolf. I maintained a steady, bored look, and brushed some sand off the bonnet of the De Lorean.
"You want me, lord?" the guard asked.
"Yes, I require your presence." Doran replied frankly, and I spoke in Centralite.
"If you are going to have it off with him, you'd best do it in the car if it has black out windows. If not, take him a mile or two away. I don't think he'd fancy being fucked in front of everyone."
"Already thought about that, Alduin." he replied, and then switched to the avian language, "I seem to recall that you damaged my vehicle, and I want you to come with me."
All those within hearing turned, and the luckless guard looked at the predatory wolf in abject terror. Choice one, say yes and risk what ever the servant had planned, Choice two, say no and get in trouble for disobeying a servant.
He looked back at Willowing, who shrugged. With hesitant steps the guard stepped forwards, and the wolf opened the door to the passenger seat. As though awaiting execution, the avian got in, and Doran shut the door. He did the classic slide across the bonnet and got into the driver's seat. The car fired up, and Doran flicked it into reverse. The car went fifty yards before Doran's nifty J-turn got it facing the right way, and he drove off.
"What is he doing?" Willowing asked.
"That guard tried to hurt my fellow servant of Ja-ryaq, and while Doran is very patient for a creature, he wants a little repayment."
"He'll be alright, won't he?"
"That all depends." I replied, yawning widely, arching my head back. Willowing looked slightly worried for his fellow avian, and then went back to the conversation.
"You say it's mechanical, Willowing?" the leader said quietly, but my audio amplification picked it up.
"Are you by chance referring to me?" I asked, folding my arms, still sitting on the bonnet. The leader paled.
"Er, yes my lord."
I changed into my Raptor form, and did a vertical take off, hovering at about five feet. Willowing had never seen this before, and they all jumped backwards, holding their ears from the deafening roar. I changed back, and nodded once at them.
That seemed to answer the question very neatly, and I sat back on my bonnet, watching them talk to one another. They quickly guessed I had unnatural hearing, and made no further comment about me or my servants. Willowing exchanged instructions to get to the temple, and they did the same back, and Willowing walked back to me.
"Alduin, my task is finished. Can we go home now?"
I opened my interlink function. "Doran, have you finished remonstrating with that guard?"
"Almost, give me another ten minutes."
I smiled, and Willowing took from my look exactly what Doran was doing.
"Right, I'm taking Willowing back to his tribe, and then going back home. Silverine wants us all back by two hours from now."
"Ten minutes finishing this fellow off, one hour drive back. No rush as yet."
"O.K., Alduin signing off." I got into the car. Willowing did the same with a bit of worry, he still wasn't accustomed to the car, but buckled himself in without help.
As the guards all watched, I drove around in a gentle circle, the engine idling at about 10 kph. As I pointed towards the burnt forest and then the temple, I hammered it. The De Lorean spun for grip, and then surged forwards. I gripped the wheel, and before long rushed past the Lotus of Doran.
We did come to the forest. I drove straight through the centre, it was like driving an easy obstacle course. But my smile faded as I drove through.
No tree survived the fire. Each was a blackened trunk, and the charred turf smoked and hissed, even now.The desolation made my happy heart go and cower in a corner, and Willowing looked out the window with a look of sadness.
"This used to be our home, Alduin. It was a beautiful place, once."
"I could well imagine, Willowing."I had slowed down to go through the forest, and looked around. This was not fair on the avians at all, no one should ever be forced from their home like this.
We came out of the forest and continued towards the hill upon which the temple lay. It was quite prominent coming from this direction, and I could see by the entrance there was a great multitude of avians, but why they were there I did not know.
I drove up the hill, and as I arrived on the verge found out why. Alex was back there in his ZR1, and he was talking with Kodey. Alecto was also back, and was sitting strapped in his car, having a nap surrounded by curious avians.
I pulled to a halt, and was instantly surrounded by the same. Willowing got out of the car, and everyone leapt back as the gullwing door went up. I turned in my seat, and lay down sideways on both seats. I wanted a quick power nap myself. The avians curiously looked in the door, looking at me, and examining the interior of the car.
I don't think I did get to sleep, myself, but after listening to the avians for ages, I suddenly felt Kodey shaking me gently. Standing in the passenger seat, leaning over me, was the reindeer.
"Hey Alduin, there's a ceremony taking place to honour us." he said in Centralite.
"In which case I most certainly should not be there." I replied to him,"the statue does not eat, the statue does not need thanking, he was merely doing what he was commanded to by the god."
"We're all invited."
"You are the servants, I'm a stone figure that was granted life by him. I famish not, I tire not, and I obey orders expressly from him. And I'm certainly not going."
Willowing couldn't understand the language, but he noticed the tone in my voice.
"Alduin, what's going on?"
As the avians shuffled away, I lowered my voice to speak with him.
"I am a statue in the eyes of your men, and no statue needs to attend a feast and ceremony. I need no honour, I was doing as the great god wished, he gave me life in return. I will have to go."
Willowing looked like he was about to cry.
"Will you ever come back, Alduin?" he asked, and I felt near to crying myself. I gently hugged the avian, and felt the tears on the side of my face.
"Doubtless we will try and keep our eyes on you guys, make sure you're alright. I will certainly try, Willowing."
The avian broke off, and I smiled at him. He smiled weakly back at me, and I stood out of the car, and Willowing stepped back to join the others looking at me.
"Right, Abigail, I'm coming back. My Delorean's being teleported in thirty seconds."
"What about the others?"
"They have a party to attend." I replied, and Kodey looked disbelievingly at me. Silverine was walking out of the temple, Alex was looking at me in confusion, Ryan Lewis was on the roof of the temple, scanning some of the roof tiles, which had once been richly decorated, and he turned when he heard that. Alecto was awake, but he hadn't been listening.
After half a minute, my car vanished, and Silverine got to me.
"Alduin, where do you think you're going?"
"I'm going home, the statue's not attending any ceremony." we were still speaking in Centralite.
"Really? Your loss. I can't wait to try out the feasting here."
"And I can't, because a statue has no stomach, remember?" I raised my eyes, and Silverine grudgingly nodded.
I nodded at the others, and changed, transforming into my F-22. Silverine picked up my nose, and pointed me vertical, at the same time drawing his shield to deflect any flame overspill, and I punched the ion engines and afterburners. Silverine fell back immediately, but I rocketed into the air. Rising like an avenging angel, the altimeter rose rapidly. The ground behind me went backwards, and soon the temple was no more than a dot. Then I, with my typical flamboyance, dropped both my bombs on a count, for the first time, like, ever.
I gave them two seconds each before detonation, and launched them both. Then I quickly teleported.
I arrived on Central and changed instantly into my bionic form, landing lightly on the corridor of steel. Silverine spoke.
"er, Alduin, what just happened?"
"What did happen, I wasn't watching."
"Well, after watching you ascend on a pillar of flame and smoke, you almost got out of sight when suddenly there was a huge explosion in the sky, and you were gone."
"I dropped two bombs with a delay of two seconds."
"Right. See you when we get back."
"Will do, enjoy yourself."I said, as a glower came around the corner.
"Hello, Alduin. Going to run off this time?"
"Depends, do I have to explain my actions on the planet?"
The glower laughed,"We watched your actions, Silverine sent a recording of everything until after the battle, where he was being savaged by the young avian. The statue did pretty well, I fancy."
"It's a knack."
I walked down the corridor, and the glower hovered with me.
"Admittedly I wonder whether we arrived where we did because of some fate, or other guidance. We happened to be there in time, to lend a hand and win through."
"The teleporter has no mind, it is not capable of thinking for itself. If you land on an uncharted planet, no amount of thinking where is going to help. Inwardly, I would say that it was chance."
"But outwardly?" I looked keenly at him.
"Who knows what exists out in the universe. If these holy creatures do exist, and they felt a need to defend their folk, then that could well explain it. But do you think it likely?"
I thought on this for a minute.
"I'll reserve judgement." I replied, and the glower chuckled.
"So do we." he replied. We walked, or hovered, in silence until we got to the food store. The glower said farewell and went off down the corridor, while I sidled into the food store.
Gareth was sitting at a table, and he was alone in the food store. I pulled up a chair next to him, and the fox lowered his book.
"Master, how are you today?"
"The usual, Gareth. The adventure was interesting, we ended up helping a bunch of small avian creatures. What about you?"
"Not much."
"Are you actually in a party at the moment?" I asked, looking at the fox sideways.
"No, not really. I'm just the locksmith."
"So you only get planet fall if someone can't handle a locked door or vault by themselves?"
"The other option is to wonder what's on the other side forever." the fox grinned, and leaned back.
The door opened, and Arachno walked in, his many legs shifting in odd angles to avoid the tables and chairs as he came over. The spider settled into a chair, and his multi faceted eyes focussed on me.
"Hey, Alduin, how's it going?"
"Not bad.You?"
"Brendan broke a finger on his planet, he didn't say how, but apart from that, quiet. What's with the helmet?"
Conversation between me, the good doctor and Gareth was fairly low key, there hadn't been a lot to talk about, and so I ended up showing them what had happened on the avian planet. Both were suitably impressed with the display, and as we talked, the door opened.
A wolf walked in, not one I had ever seen before. He was arctic white, but with a very faint blue mane, and hypnotic blue eyes, like my own. He wasn't particularly tall, but by god he was handsome. Time Dancer was behind this wolf, and I noticed the wolf was looking very nervous.
I perked up. This looked like a new member. I kicked backwards with my seat, and changed into my aircraft form, hovering at one metre in height. I rose, wafting forwards, the wolf looking very surprised at me.
"Name." I said, in a nasal staccato. The wolf backed into Time, the canine was smiling, and giving me a glance that suggested being a bit gentler.
"Um... Nord.Nord Icewolf." he said. I was recording all this. Silverine had a habit of testing everyone on arrival by his scare tactics, I thought I'd give it the same go.
"Time Dancer, you found him?" I said, in the same voice.
"I did, Alduin." she was trying not to laugh at the wolf's discomfort," He is good with a katana, and he is magical. I felt he would be a good member of the team."
"Has Silverine been informed?" I immediately snapped, and Time Dancer glared.
"Do you honestly think I am stupid? Silverine has already seen video of this wolf in action."
"I could be really vicious and lie to your question, Time." I laughed, and Time rolled her eyes.
I changed back into my bionic form, landing right in front of Nord, and placed a friendly hand on his shoulders.
"You didn't turn and run, you must be pretty brave."
"I had no idea what you were, nor what you were capable of doing.....Alduin, sir." the wolf replied, quivering. Time was looking at the jackal helm in interest.
I laughed." Trust me, you're better off not knowing. Time, has he been for an ABM yet?"
Time shook her head." He hasn't, that's why I came here, I was looking for Arachno."
Arachno stood, saying goodbye to Gareth, and Nord paled even more seeing the spider.
"What is an ABM, Time Dancer?"
"It allows you to breathe in all types of atmospheres, Nord," Time consoled," And our master surgeon here is the one who can implant it."
Nord looked scared at the doctor, and held his hands together.
"You will be there with me, Time?"
"Do you not like his appearance, Nord? I can't name one of us who wasn't originally frightened by his looks."
"What about this creature?I...mean...Alduin." Nord pointed at me,then realised that my stern act might mean I would get angry at some terminology.I burst out in a high laugh.
"Nord, I dived off the operating table seeing him!" I chuckled, and Nord flushed. Arachno laughed.
"Don't worry, Mr Icewolf. Four people to date have attacked me, twelve have rolled off the table and backed into a corner, and at least eight have shouted in panic. Has he seen a glower yet, Time?"
"No."
"Seeing Arachno is pocket change compared to seeing a glower." I winked at the arctic wolf, and he looked dubious.
"Why, are they tentacled creatures, or monstrous beasts?"
"Nope. They are much worse than that." Arachno replied, and Nord walked out with Time and Arachno.
As the door closed, I turned to Gareth.
"I think he's pretty good."
"You transformed into a hovering metallic warplane, and he didn't run or shout, I think so too." the fox replied.
"I was debating between that or my Tripod form." the fox raised an eyebrow.
"You've got your Tripod form back?"
"I have, it is advantageous in certain situations.Just I haven't needed it recently."
"I see." Gareth nodded, he seemed to be thinking on something. I changed into said Tripod form, my three nine foot legs clanging on the metal floor. Gareth smiled, and commented that it looked sleeker and more cooler, had I been designing on it? I said not really, maybe it was just the light.
Brendan walked in, and jumped in surprise.
"Oh, for Central's sake, Alduin, will you stop using that form?"
"Why?" I tried to sound completely innocent, turning to face him.
"Because whenever you appear suddenly, I get a fright." the dragon walked underneath me, breathing deeply.
Ryan Lewis walked in.
"They've practically finished, I came back....I thought you looked different." he smiled at me, and my red eyes flickered as I chuckled.
"I thought, I have my Raptor for speed and flying,I don't need a rally car."
"I am annoyed at him." Brendan replied, drawing his sword,"I mean, watch this, Ryan."
He charged off at a run, swinging his sword at me. I shot out a tentacle, and caught the dragon by the wrist before he could hit me with the weapon. He dropped his sword into his other hand, and sheathed it, looking at Ryan.
"You see?" he said, pulling gently at his imprisoned hand. Ryan grinned.
"Are you complaining he's picked something that's too invincible?"
"Ryan, this demented human melted tank armour with his ray, and withstood gattling rounds from Simba and another helicopter on a planet they visited." the dragon replied. Demented, was it?
My three remaining tentacles squirmed out, while the dragon was looking at Ryan for a reply.
"Granted, it's good." Ryan nodded, watching the tentacles with amusement,"But I think it's got other advantages. In the bedro...." he got no further, as the dragon followed his gaze.
"Oi!" the dragon shouted, trying to wrench away," Don't you dare! I am not having sex with a robot!" he flailed with his free hand, trying to stop the three tentacles from getting nearer. Gareth was laughing, and Ryan was smiling at the dragon's panic attack.
"Alduin." he said, and I stopped, looking at the human. The dragon was struggling to get loose.
"I don't think he wants to have sex, Alduin. I would like to though."
Brendan looked at me, and then at Ryan.
"I don't mind sex, but not with what ever he calls this form. Make him let me go!"
I released him, and changed back, while Brendan rubbed some life back into his wrist.
"Is Gareth keen to get involved?" I asked. Gareth nodded, standing.
"Brendan?"
"I don't want to be raped by that machine." Brendan replied.
Gareth laughed,"That's a risk you're going to have to take."
The four of us walked back to my quarters, and Ryan led us into the bathroom. He, while Brendan and Gareth stripped down, locked and then bonded part of the door, and then went over to the sink drawers.
"What do you expect to find in there?" Brendan asked.
"Lubricant, Alduin's tentacles need it." He drew out a large unmarked bottle, with a clear liquid inside. It looked like liquid soap or dishwash, that stuff all looked the same to me, and I changed into my tripod form.
All three of them took a handful of the stuff, and began massaging the lubricant over my tentacles.Once that was done, they began considering position, while my greasy tentacles rubbed against one another to make sure they didn't miss any spots. Ryan and Gareth ended up suggesting that they all sucked one another off, and I got to penetrate them anally. Brendan tried to suggest something else, and then the fox and human tackled him to the ground.Gareth began to gently suckle on the dragon's cock.
Brendan was somewhat distracted by the fox's treatment, and Ryan positioned himself as the third line of the triangle, taking the fox's cock in his mouth. Brendan started oral on Ryan, and the three some was complete. I stepped forwards, and standing over the three of them, I sent all four tentacles down to join the fun.
There are merits for going fast, but there are just as many for going slowly. All three simultaneously felt my thick steel tentacles pressing against them. The fourth of course was for Gareth's vagina, and as I applied force they shifted in slight protest, sighing. Brendan was somewhat tighter than the others, it took a bit more force, but before long all of them were taking about a foot of my tentacles inside them.
Gareth was soon lost in bliss, both his ass and vagina were being fucked, so his pleasure was that more intense than the dragon or human. Ryan was also pretty good at oral, and after only a few minutes Gareth began moaning loudly as his own climax came rapidly. The fox squirmed under our combined treatment, and Brendan had to place a clawed hand on Gareth to keep him sucking the dragon. Gareth let go about thirty seconds later, and I felt a rush of liquid run down his vagina, coating my tentacle. Ryan made a muffled sound as he had to deal with the fox's cum, and he swallowed, rising briefly off the fox before continuing.
Surprisingly it was Brendan who let go next. Maybe the fact he was hardly ever fucked anally meant he was more pleasured by it when it did happen. The dragon roared suddenly and Gareth got off his cock just as several bursts of semen landed on his muzzle and chest. Gareth let go again before Ryan did, and a minute or so after Ryan did, I ejaculated. All of them knew it was coming, I had been thrusting harder with my tentacles, and Gareth was moaning with the prospect of a third orgasm when I ejaculated.
I shouted, which through the Tripod's distorting speakers sounded like a shriek, and all four of my tentacles delivered a decent load into their respective recipients. All of them moaned as they were filled, and Gareth howled as he ejaculated for the third time. I retracted my tentacles after finishing, and all three broke up their triangle. Gareth rolled onto his back, copious amounts of semen leaking from his ass and vagina over his tail and onto the floor. Brendan got up onto his hands and knees, panting, and Ryan sat up with a seraphic smile.
The foursome broke up after that. Ryan wanted to go home, Gareth wanted to do something on Central, and Brendan wanted to see his brother. So I changed back and teleported both me and Ryan back to our home.I placed the jackal helm in the drawer at home, and wondered how Willowing was coping with things back on his planet. He was such a innocent and wonderful avian.
