Zippy sighed quietly as he walked into his hideout. It had been provided by the Brotherhood. They provide safehouses for all of their members. Or, that's what he had been told. He had never actually met another member, but he assumed that's how the organization worked. He didn't feel like worrying about it. He placed the clockwork rifle on the small wooden table and surveyed the room. That's all the "hideout" really was: a room. It had a cot and a table and a few cupboards, but that's it. He smiled a little though. This was his dwelling. If he had the funds he could do with it as he pleased. Just like his weapons. He could mod them however we wanted to. He just didn't have the gold.

He placed all of his weapons onto the table and looked them over briefly. He took good care of his weapons, and wasn't sure how he felt about having a new weapon that he knew very little about. He knew how clockwork pistols worked, but not the rifles. He'd have to do some experimentation to figure it out. He checked his wound and smiled when he saw it had stopped bleeding. He took off his robe and wrapped up his wound. He'd have a few days before he had a new target. And he'd be getting a considerable pay for this contract. He smoothed out his orange and black fur and lay down on his cot. He stared up at the ceiling and slowly drifted to sleep.

The sun peaked through Zippy's window as he sewed up the cut in his robe. He liked it being in good condition, since it was his only one. He had other clothing, but he only had one Brotherhood Robe. And he wasn't sure if he'd get another one. He jumped slightly when someone knocked on his door. No one ever knocked on his door. He crept over to the door after grabbing his clockwork pistol. He hid his pistol behind the door frame and cracked the door open enough for him to see. He was mildly confused when he saw the Doe from the previous day.

"H-hi! My name's Gene, and I j-just wanted to thank you f-for saving me yesterday..." Zippy stared at her. He hadn't really focused on her when he saved her. But now that she was standing at his door he realized how cute she was.

She was kinda short, about 5'1 with light brown fur with specks of white and light brown head hair. She had a slightly curvy build and was dressed in the usual robes of the village women.

"Did you follow me?" Zippy looked behind the woman but didn't see anyone.

"Well err... Y-yes... I saw you last night and wanted to talk to you." She rubbed her arm nervously.

The assassin grabbed her arm and pulled her inside. She looked around his residence as he slipped on his robe. "What do you want?"

She looked at him and smiled. "I just wanted to thank you. And I wanted to know if I could join your organization? I mean, I know I'm not much, but I could help out."

Zippy stared at her. Could she be useful? He wasn't sure. He had been told that he could recruit members, but he hadn't found anyone useful yet. Would she be valuable?

GRUESOMENESS TEST V.2

The sight was gruesome. The road was covered in blood and body bits. But this wasn't a car accident. Of course, that's what the news would call it. An "accident". People wouldn't panic then. The body, if it could still be called that, was lying in...

Zippy Schmidt: Master Assassin (Contract Kill)

The sun was setting and Zippy was climbing up the ladder that was leaning on the guards HQ. He had pondered why it had been left there, but he just assumed it had been some sort of laziness by someone. He gently pushed open a window at the top of the...

Zippy Schmidt: Master Assassin
