RiftVeil Labs: Bayou Watch (Anthro Crocodile TF)
The RiftVeil transformation laboratory is officially up and running, readily taking new volunteers/clients. For a young nerd who has been having it rough lately, meeting up with his friendly-neighborhood mechanic (who recently went to the facility) gives him the courage to get a fresh start by having a transformation overhaul. But how will he react on it when it's all said and done? Enjoy :)
Guest appearance is by lowe_gear as he transitions into his muscled up crocodile fursona.
Welcome to RiftVeil Labs, ladies and gentlemen! I wish to extend a warm welcome to anyone just viewing this new facility as we specialize in transformations or simple body modifications to whoever wishes to use our services. As the series goes on with each episode, I hope to eventually have guests stop by (if they desire) and partake in some fun or procedures. Mind you, this purely for fun and I don't intend to ask for any funds for a story. Anyways for more info, simply message me (notes might be best) and I'll give you the details.
RiftVeil: Bayou-Watch (Anthro Crocodile TF)
The young man adjusted his glasses as he looked down at the handwritten note he pulled from his pocket, somewhat crumbled from the trip over. "I wrote down the directions for ya here. Once you get to the small blue building, just ask for Bolt. I'll give him a rundown for you once my shift ends."
Looks like the place, assuming my GPS didn't send me somewhere random, muttered Alphonse to himself, sliding his iPhone into one of his pockets. His nerves had already began to set in as he eyed the sliding door entrance. He could feel the blood begin to pool at his feet, wiping the sweat beads from his brow from how hot the summer heat was. The 20 year old nerd never imagined a conversation with his local mechanic a few days ago could ever lead him to be doing this: having a life changing procedure to start as someone, or something, new. But hearing how ecstatic the biker mechanic talked about the procedure he had a few weeks back and how he felt free as a bird now (literally), Alphonse had to further inquire more about it. Clearly other customers showed interest when he returned to the shop as a buff ass anthro brown-feathered hawk with yellow arm tattoos, nearly getting winks and feels from the ladies over his manly muscles. But only a few took him up on asking about the RiftVeil research facility, despite how eager he was to promote his friend's new business to others who looked interested. Buzz had good chats with Alphonse before when he brought his BMW in. The nerd had been a regular for a while at the shop, and always wanted to be friendly with anyone he approached. Yet, as his mind refreshed about the harsh times he went through in school, he knew this opportunity wouldn't come up often. He had to seize it. After all, anything could be better than the bullying he took on a regular basis.
Alphonse looked down briefly at his somewhat pudgy figure, a fresh reminder of his current self. Always last to be picked in sports, no matter how hard he tried; always made fun of for fumbling on a simple play or team event. The youth wanted to be a team player, but few would give him chance. If he was someone else though, maybe a muscular stud like his mechanic Buzz, Alphonse could make something more of himself and get the confidence he yearned to help others, as well as make new friends along the way. Here goes everything, he thought to himself as he took a deep breath and marched through the sliding doors.
The security guard was eating a fresh glazed donut as the pudgy, black-haired youth wandered in, heading straight to the counter were the guard stood. "What can I do yaz for today, good sir?," remarked the guard in a thick Italian accent after scarfing down half the donut.
"Yes...I...I'm here to see a Mr. Bolt Fenris about an appointment," replied Alphonse, his hand shaking slightly against the counter top. "The name should be under 'Alphonse'."
"Let me see what the computer says, ok?" The guard's fingers slammed the keys in a fast motion as he pulled up the system log, scrolling down till he spotted the boy's name. "Alrighty, Alphonse. You have a 10 a.m. appointment with Mr. Fenris about a body transformation procedure, correct?" The youth nodded with a smile as the guard finalized the log to send a relay message to Bolt about the arrival. "Done and done, my good sir. Now if yaz please follow me, I'll show yaz to the lift." Alphonse stepped to the side counter as the man swiped his keycard on the new digital pad as the wall separated with sliding doors, leading to a staircase. The two men walked down the small flight of stairs till they reached the big yellow lift shutters that lead down to the facility, the guard stepping to the side to push a red button for the doors to open. "In ya go, Mr. Alphonse. And please keep near the rail on the wall till the lift reaches the bottom, copesh?"
"I will. And thank you sir," replied Alphonse with a brief bow of gratitude to the guard as he stepped into the lift and clasped the rail. With another press of the controls, the shaft doors slid shut and the lift quickly descended down the long tunnel to the facility, all while the nerd adjusted his glasses with nervous anticipation and a quirky smile at what awaited him below.
Bolt glanced at his side armband for a digital bio check of the coming patient as he approached the lift doors. Don't mess this up, buddy, the silver-furred lombax muttered to himself, trying to psyche himself up. He was already wired on coffee as it is from getting ready for the first official day of the opening, but no one arrived. Now being day 2, their first OFFICIAL client would be arriving to have a transformation procedure and the feline, as well as Dr. Zero on call, were both determined to make sure everything went well. Doing a "test run" on a friend with new equipment? No problem. Doing the first procedure on some random person they hardly knew? They better damn well make no mistakes, lest they have to find a new career in the immediate future from the ensuing backlash. Bolt groaned under a breath with each passing second. Fortunately, he remembered a tip Jude gave him on dealing with any immediate stress or nerves. "Close your eyes, find your center, and inhale/exhale a few breathes to clear yourself of bad thoughts," is what he remembered hearing. As the feline closed his eyes and relaxed, his pointed ears perked back to attention as he heard the lift reach the bottom and the seal on the doors began to turn open.
Bolt confidently walked forward with a swift adjustment of his lab coat as he extended a paw to the youth exiting the lift. "Good morning, Alphonse, and welcome to RiftVeil Labs." The two shared smiles as they shook hands/paws. "My name is Bolt Fenris. I'll be performing your transformation procedure in a little bit."
"Greetings Mr. Fenris," Alphonse replied as he straightened his stance. "Thank you for taking my request for a procedure, even if it was through a friend of yours that referred me here." He scratched his wavy black hair to relieve the awkward tension he began to feel.
"Not a problem, sir. And just relax while you're here," Bolt mentioned while giving a pat on the youth's shoulder. "This nose ain't for show you know, heh heh. I can smell the sweat coming off of you. Your nervous, I'm guessing?" Bolt tilted his head with inquiry, making sure the client felt comfortable.
"O I'm so sorry," flustered Alphonse as he waved off the notion. "I know it must be that obvious from my demeanor. I-I-I just don't know what to expect really when this is all said and done." He adjusted his glasses as he gave a determined look to reassure the lombax that he was ready. "Anyways, I'm ready as I'll ever be, Mr. Fenris."
Bolt gave a chuckle as he escorted Alphonse down the open corridor to Dr. Zero's office. "That's the spirit! And you have nothing to worry about, I assure you. You're in good hands, or rather paws, with us, heh heh. We've done this type of procedure many times before already." Way to stretch the truth, Captain Charisma, Bolt echoed to himself in his thoughts with a funny grin across his muzzle. That'll be the perfect speech to give him when you're looking over his dismembered body if this goes south.
While Alphonse was left in awe by all the fancy technology that loomed over head and the life support tanks along the wall, the youth was brought back forward with a snap of the feline's claw as he gestured towards the open office with "Magnus Zero" labeled on the side. "Before we can begin the procedure, Dr. Zero wants to go over the remaining details and make sure you fully consent with a signature. I'll see you in a bit." With a friendly bow, Bolt trotted off to the procedure bay as his blue-tipped lion tail brushed the exposed side of Alphonse's leg, sending a tingling jolt from how soft and fluffy it felt against his dry human skin.
"Wow...that feels soft," he muttered to himself as he glanced back at the lombax before walking through the doorway to see another human sitting behind a maple wood desk, kicked back in his leather chair as the man smiled back to Alphonse.
"Welcome to RiftVeil Labs," I (Dr. Magnus Zero) spoke as I stepped up from my chair to give an extended hand to the youth. "You must be Alphonse, correct? I'm Dr. Magnus Zero, one of the main directors of this facility."
"A pleasure to meet you Dr. Zero," Alphonse replied as he gave a firm shake of my hand with a nod. "My mechanic Buzz mentioned some good things about you and Bolt."
"Did he now?," I remarked while crossing my arms with an open smirk. "I trust he didn't divulge any trade secrets about the procedure we gave him," as I leaned close.
The pudgy youth quickly shook his head and waved his hands, ensuring nothing of the sort happened. "Heh heh, I jest my boy. Just wanted to lighten the mood is all and make you feel more comfortable," I replied with a chuckle as Alphonse laughed back while stroking his hair in embarrassment. "Please, have a seat and I'll run the details over with you. Pretty sure Bolt can use the time to grab another coffee while we chat."
Alphonse adjusted himself in the leather-armed seat as I sat behind my desk and pulled up a hologram projector on the table for full view. I retrieved my glasses from my side coat pocket before opening the client folder and addressing my client. "Alrighty, let's have a look at your file," I mentioned, keying in the digital data as a 3D green-lined grid with a version of his body portrayed above the hologram disk. "So the procedure you had requested was a body transformation from a male human to a male anthro crocodile." I used a side clicker to pop up red highlighted spots across the subject's body along with a stream of data below it on biometric specifics. Alphonse adjusted his glasses as he observed the data, scratching his chin with a smile at how well the data was accurate, while I continued the consultation. "The red regions above are an early indication of your body specifics, such as strength and muscle capacity, that we pulled from going over your public files. I know it sounds sketchy, but since you are an early and new client, we just want to iron out the details."
"I understand," Alphonse replied with a nod of approval, satisfied with the background check.
"The final notes that Buzz mentioned to us was that you also wanted a surge of growth enhancements in all your muscle regions. Hmmm." I brushed my goatee as I glanced up from the file, the youth's flushed face apparent from the remark. "So essentially you want to look as buff as Buzz currently is. Fair enough," I finished with a simple shrug, knowing I had to abide by the client's wishes. "Looks like everything checks out. You can leave the office towards the lift station to Procedure Bay 1 when you're ready, unless you have any other questions?" I put my glasses up while Alphonse stood a few feet from the door now, pondering anything else to bring up before raising a finger and opening his mouth in my direction.
"A-a-actually, yes. It's an odd question though." The pudgy youth still had that determined look with him, but a hint of hesitation could be felt in the air around him. "How bad will it feel? Like...is the pain really bad?"
I shook my head with a stern face. "The pain won't be severe as you might think, but you will feel it. You came here for a reason to do the procedure, at least from what Buzz told me when he gave me your info." I walked over to give him a reassuring pat on the shoulder with a comforting look. "I promise you'll be fine. Bolt knows his stuff around this process, and its more simple than you might think. Plus the feeling you get after it's all over will be one you've probably never felt before," I said as I glanced to the floor briefly, making sure I was confident to myself in speaking to the youth. "Obviously I might not have had the treatment, but seeing how Buzz felt when he finished his procedure was magnificent. *sigh* Anyways, I'm not one for speeches." As I paced back to my desk, I remarked over my shoulder. "Now get going, Alphonse. I wouldn't want to keep that jittery feline waiting any longer, heh heh." With a nod in show of thanks, Alphonse grabbed the side of the door and rushed over to the procedure bay to begin the treatment.
The youth stepped through the slider bay doors to the exam room, marveling once again at the fancy tech that sat at the back wall along with a bookcase of various large books/tomes. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed a swaying paintbrush tail to the inside wall as he heard pounding coming from the table. Stepping further in, Alphonse could already see the lombax at work on the lab table with a mortar and pestle in hand, crushing a few tablets into a fine blue powder for a nearby flask. Bolt seemed to sense the human's presence from the sound of the doors opening but also from the slight musk of sweat that exhumed from the youth's pores, his stubby nose whiffing them in.
"Still nervous about what's gonna happen?" inquired the feline with a toothy grin as he gave a playful smirk at the surprised boy before refocusing on crushing the remaining tablets.
"It's that obvious?," sighed Alphonse as he paced over to the wall, taking out his eye glass cloth to wipe his glasses. "I'm just anticipating what's gonna come next, and if it will actually turn out like I want it to, you know." He continued while staring at the back wall as Bolt turned a pointy ear for the conversation, all while pouring the blue powder into a viscous substance to stir it up. "Buzz probably didn't tell you the reason why I quickly volunteered to go through the procedure in the first place. I mean he's a really nice guy, so he probably left it out when he contacted y'all." Leaving the beaker with a stir bar for a short time to finish the serum, Bolt twirled around and gripped the front of the table with his paws as he leaned back to hear the human out.
"Sounds like something major to have gotten you all worked up to do this," the lombax replied as his ears tipped down a little.
"It's nothing life threatening," Alphonse chuckled as he stood with a relaxed posture, "it mainly had to do with the hardships I've went through for the last few years at school. I'm starting my first semester in college in a few months, but I'm still getting over what I went through when I was in high school. All four of those years were rough, constantly getting poked fun at by the jocks for being a computer nerd and being blamed for sucking so bad at any sports I tried. I wanted to be active and a great team player, but no one really gave me a chance; heh, I usually got picked last for most of the team sports or even taken advantage of by the cool kids because I have such an open heart to help people. You know?"
The lombax gave a friendly smile as he nodded, knowing full well what the youth meant. "I can relate with you on the gullible part for sure. I was big into track in my school days, but my curiosity got the best of me sometimes. Still remember the dark smell of the lockers I got shoved into or having my tail-tip shaved off by a bunch of jealous leopards for looking like I made a move on their girls." He raised a paw in a fist as he cheered "power to the nerds", getting a similar fist thrust from the now relaxed youth. "I think the serum is ready," Bolt said as he poured it into a test tube before capping it on the end into a syringe dart. "Let's head to the chamber in the back so we can get things started." He motioned over to the door.
"Wait...we aren't doing the transformation here?," questioned Alphonse as he was led out to the other wing.
The backroom chamber was about half the size of the facility's first wing, being nearly thirty feet high, but not as wide as the other area. As the two individuals walked towards the center, they approached a large looking container that was empty initially, but had a few drains on the side; the walls were transparent (most likely an advanced glass) and the metal plates held the box well in tact as they approached a lowered platform with cable attached above at the side.
"So what is this thing?" asked Alphonse as he glanced around the large container.
"Think of it as an open pool if you will," smirked Bolt as he tapped the thick glass with a claw. "Normally we do most of the procedures in that other room, since the usual request is for a mammal or avian species. However, we have areas in the facility that are used for other transformations that take a more...alternative method. Your transformation involves reptilian DNA, but also of the aquatic type since crocodiles are more at home in the water. Because of this, we're gonna have you enter this tank or pool while the transformation runs its course."
Alphonse's eyes nearly bolted out of his skull, staring back at Bolt with a look of "are you serious?!?" to which the lombax gave a smirk and nod. "B-b-but I barely know how to swim. And there's no way I can hold my breath that long!"
"Heh, I figured you mention that. That's why you'll need this." Reaching a paw into his right pocket, he pulled out a white pill with black lines before holding it forward for the human to take. "Please take this," Bolt mentioned while taking a bottle of water from a nearby tray for the human to drink it. With a quick look of the pill, Alphonse threw his head back as the pill slid down his throat along with a few swigs of the water. Shame we couldn't make that a suppository type, he thought to himself with a cheeky grin before stepping towards the lift platform.
"So what's this supposed to do?," inquired Alphonse as he checked his arms. "I don't feel any different."
"The pill won't work yet until I apply the serum," Bolt remarked with the syringe gun on his hip. "Anyways, just toss your shirt and shoes on the side and join me on the lift. I'll lower us into the tank."
The pudgy nerd, not showing any signs of embarrassment now, complied as he tossed the red t-shirt in a pile and kicked off his shoes, feeling the cold floor be slick at his feet. He then stepped forward onto the lift as Bolt activated the crane controls to lift them up and over the 15 foot wall and lower the platform onto the tank floor. "O and I'll take your glasses for you by the way." You won't be needing them anyways after this, thought the lombax. The youth nodded as he handed the glasses over and stepped off the platform, rubbing his hands together with a quick breath.
"So what n-OOOWWW," yelped Alphonse as he felt a quick jolt of pain from the syringe bolt that pierced his left shoulder, plunging a blue capsule of liquid directly into his skin. "My...arm..." Immediately he grabbed his head as his vision began to blur and the room started spin, looking over to see the lift platform quickly receding as water began to flood the tank from the opening drains.
"I'm sorry for the tactics, Alphonse," apologized the feline from above as he put away the dart gun. "I had to act quickly once you took the serum. Just sit tight and enjoy the ride," he barked back as he waved a paw. Man I feel bad for doing that, Bolt thought. The water quickly engulfed half of the tank as the submerged human began to convulse below in full view. In a matter of seconds, the serum effects started to surface.
Alphonse scowled with an open mouth with overwhelmed senses, taking on water in his mouth but not drowning (mostly due to the pill he took). His skin began shed in patches into the pool to uncover a rough and ridge-lined layer underneath, the swamp green scales engulfing his arms and legs. The serum immediately targeted his muscles as his neckline increased in girth, his mouth blasting out a volley of bubbles as his throat widen for more water to fill his expanding lungs. His pecks burst outward in ripples to company the larger lungs within his chest, his nipples sinking inward as his front chest tone slowly warped into a softer lime-green underbelly.
The morphing human flailed rapidly in the water from the pain as his quads and biceps swelled with strength. His spine cracked and popped a few times with an echo, signaling to the feline that looked on as the reptilian figure rose in height with each stretch of his skeletal structure. The water waves of the tank sloshed violently for the first minutes of the change until dying down as the thrashing of the subject began to die down. Alphonse opened his now yellow slit eyes to see clearly through the water layer around the tank, his transparent membrane of the eye flapping open and shut as his vision adjusted to his new senses. He stared down to where his nose once was as he could see the green bumpy tip began to jut outward inch by inch as his maw stretched in all directions. The fleshy tongue had thickened somewhat as it slathered around to explore his large mouth with dagger-like teeth that rimmed the sides of his outer lips, chomping a few times at the water to get a good taste of the new "air" he breathed in. Gazing down to his ripped arms, the scales had completely swarmed over every inch of them as he flexed his slick hands with newly grown white claws that reflected in a similar manner along his tree trunk legs below and clawed feet. He could already feel right at home in the water, effortlessly floating halfway in the tank as his limps could move freely with each swish. He briefly got a glimpse of his girth between his legs as he winced a final time from the bony protrusion that stretched out along his tail bone. With each swish in the water, his new tail became plated in a similar swamp green set of scales as it stretched to over three feet long. A minute had nearly passed once the changes had subsided, leaving Alphonse to float momentarily in place as the he pondered the new feelings and strength he now had at his disposal. So this...this is my new body now?, the new anthro crocodile thought to himself as his large nostrils flared out a few more bubbles. He ran his long tongue along his razor row of chompers with a warm smile while he took his right clawed hand along his other arm, feeling the bumpy texture of the scaled muscles beneath his fingertips. It felt so good. So, so good to the touch. Out of nowhere, the croc's slit eyes darted toward the side of the tank as he heard a loud tap echo through the chamber from the feline paw tapping the side glass.
"Go ahead and trying swimming out of the tank," Bolt shouted as he pointed a clawed digit towards the metal bar on the top. Placing and flexing his large leg muscles down in a spring-loaded form at the bottom of the tank, the gator slammed the ground with a swift kick as he flew through the water and burst out of the tank, flying through the air briefly before landing on the outside plated floor with a slam.
Bolt quickly rushed over to check if the anthro croc was alright, only to get a wave of a clawed hand from the reptile as he rose up. "I'm fine...just somewhat difficult to think at the moment," Alphonse growled as he was stunned from the slight dip in tone from his new voice. He flexed his arm to adjust himself while cracking his neck. The former human found it odd from the feeling of having an extra appendage flap behind him, not having control of it as it dragged along the ground. "Urgh, so this is a tail? Feels weird..." he remarked while running a clawed hand under his snout.
"Heh heh, you get used to it without knowing it's there," grinned Bolt as he twirled his paintbrush tail in his paw for show. "Unlike mine that I use for balance, yours is strong for swimming. Could probably knock me off my feet if you whipped it at me." The feline slowly took a few steps back as the gator pondered the idea with a flick of the tail on the floor, but immediately dismissed it.
"I got to ask though, Mr. Fenris. What was in that...pill you gave me?" God...my head hurts, the croc thought as he rubbed his scaled head. O...right, don't have hair anywhere anymore. He shook his head as the feline pulled a similar looking pill from his pocket.
"This pill didn't have really anything to do with the transformation at all," Bolt explained as he handed the pill over. "You needed to be submerged in water for the serum to take full effect. I made it easier on you by mixing the muscle growth serum I usually administer with the reptilian DNA I needed." He grinned as he stepped over to feel over the muscled forearm of the over seven foot tall lizard as he continued. "In regards to the pill, it just acted as a makeshift air supply so you wouldn't drown in the water. It filled your shifting lungs with air molecules so your tissue could grow in quicker. And...I might've laced it with a paralytic so you wouldn't break your back from the muscle spasms, heh heh. Sorry about that." His ears drooped with shame as he rubbed the back of his head. "I personally requested using nanomachines to felt ease you through procedure, but Mag thought this was a cheaper approach for something this simple."
"It's alright," shook off the croc as he extended a clawed hand. "I feel so much better this way now, and you and Dr. Zero are who I can thank for that." He bowed before Bolt as the feline was shocked by the gentlemanly act from the muscular brute that towered over him. "Thank you...for everything."
"It's our pleasure," the lombax replied with a confident smile as he shook the hand, nearly getting a jolt of pain from the overly squeeze from the croc. Bolt quickly pulled back his paw and shook it as the stunned croc's eyes widened.
"O right, forgot about that. I'm so sorry Mr. Fenris," apologized Alphonse as he tried to help. "I didn't know how strong I am now."
"No no no, don't worry about me," he remarked as he shook it off with a smile. "I was actually going to do a few tests on your new biometrics to see how they checked out before you left. And THAT, pretty much gave me a good idea of how much strength you have now." Geez, I'm gonna need a cast for work tomorrow, pondered the lombax as he felt the bones rearrange in his furry paw. "Anyways, let's get you some new clothes from the fitting room so you don't walk out of here naked, heh heh." Bolt's eyes darted down to the impressive manhood between the crocs thighs as Alphonse followed the gaze and blushed in embarrassment before covering up.
After half an hour of doing a running exercise, strength lifting session, and a quick swim across the pool for Bolt to record as extra data, Alphonse walked with the lombax back to the lift station. Now sporting a large pair of red swimming trucks (with a large hole for his scaly tail) and a black tank top, the croc gave a satisfied grin as strode forward to the gate. He even managed to find a pair of sunglasses with orange lens to go with the new stud look he had as he turned to the lombax. "Thank you again, Mr. Fenris. I feel like a new man now, even if I'm still well...young."
"That's what we want to hear, Alphonse," Bolt returned with a nod. "We like to see our clients satisfied with everything that happens. And I hope it changes your outlook on things to come. Feel free to come back whenever or spread the word about us when you are out and about. I'm sure few people still know this organization even exists."
"Take care, Mr. Fenris," as Alphonse the anthro crocodile waved and stepped onto the lift, taking it back to the top out into the real world as a new person.
(A week later along a sunny beach shore)
The waves swept slowly in the distance as the tide rolled in, the cheerful and happy shouts coming from some of the high school seniors as they enjoyed the fun trip to the beach to celebrate the final year coming up. As a couple of jocks ran along the shore, they smirked to each other as they noticed another freshman from their area making a beautiful sand sculpture of a Roman statue. They hurried over as the kid continued to shape up the touches along the work, only to be quickly surrounded by the three boys.
After exchanging some words with the shaken kid as he looked powerless to defend himself, two of the boys grabbed him by his arms and tossed him violently into a tide that swept up the shore as he flailed in the water while the other grabbed his bucket and smashed the sculpture to rubble.
No sooner had they done the deed and tried to walk away from the crime scene did a loud whistle come out nearby, making them turn their gaze to a wooden tower chair with an umbrella. A large muscular croc with red shorts strode forward through the sands as the sunlight gleamed off his shades, grinning a toothy smirk as he recognized the seniors before. "Yo man, what's the deal?," barked one of the seniors at the towering figure before them. "We didn't do anything wrong."
"You don't remember me, do you guys?," retorted the lifeguard with confidence in his voice. "I can beat you blokes senselessly into the sand right now if I wanted to for what you did to me school. Don't remember the old Alphonse, eh?" He cracked his large neck as the boys suddenly remembered the nerdy kid from school and stepped back in fear. "Hmmph, but I won't hurt you guys. It wouldn't be any fun for me like it is for you. I only want to help others, and make sure punks like you don't take advantage of others."
"Wait wait...we're sorry man," pleaded the seniors as they got on their knees.
"Save it!," barked the burly crocodile as he kicked a clump of sand over them with his big clawed foot. "Now scram before I change my mind!"
No sooner as the kids headed for the hills down the beach shore did the crocodile let out a hearty laugh before walking over to the kid they tossed in the water, who was just getting back up. Not like I would've hurt em anyway, he thought to himself. They'll get what's coming to them in the long run. The lifeguard knelt down as he checked the boy over to make sure he was ok. "You alright kid?"
"Yes, sir," replied the boy with a smile as he bowed before the looming reptile. "Thank you for what you did back there. I really appreciate it."
The croc gave a toothy smile as he gently gave the kid a pat on the shoulder before telling him to stay safe as he paced back to his shaded chair stand. As the focus zoomed in on the side of the lifeguard stand, a sign with the croc's face and name was plastered on the side of it. {ACTIVE LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, NAME: Goryu the crocodile}.
