Although part one of this story originally started as an April 1st joke, there was enough interest and enough vocal encouragement for this story to continue and so I created a part two then a part three. Interest remained and so I'm presenting part four. Part five will be out if/when suitable interest is gained on this chapter, so make sure you fav and comment-- and don't rely on others because you never know when this spin-off will get the axe due to disinterest!

Our protagonist is a 19 year old college student named Kaiden Wilson, a Unity Programme graduate from Vancouver British Columbia, and the odd situation in which he is put thanks to a discovery of yet more versions of earth in the rapidly expanding multiple-reality-stretching world in which this story series takes place. It also introduces several of Kaiden's gryphon partners. The Viddin, as they call themselves are divided into multiple categories based on species, and overworked, over-utilized has one of each. In this chapter, Kaiden awakens in an awkward situation on Sunday morning, but it only gets more awkward as things progress.

As always, thank you for reading, and I appreciate all the comments and favs I receive.

Chapter 5

It was still early morning when Kaiden awoke and it took several seconds for him to realize where he was. The cool air of Plateau earth chilled his nose and cheeks but he was surprisingly warm otherwise; only then did he realize that he'd fallen asleep on the balcony to Nittik's room. Moreover, he was still laying on the Viddin's Jiyjah and Nittik himself was splayed out on the Human, creating a living comforter of sorts with his wings draped across the both of them to preserve their body heat.

It was he realized, Nittik that woke him, sharp, pointed beak gently preening the Human's hair. The gryphon discontinued the tender gesture and began to vigorously rub his head against Kaiden's face. "Good... you're up. I was almost afraid I'd have to peck you."

viddin, in fact, did not peck, but it was a term they'd adopted from English suggesting a sharp, attention-getting shove, nudge, or nip. Yawning, Kaiden squirmed in the gryphon's grasp, turning so he could gaze eastward through the bars of the balcony's railing. "Why so early? We have today off and the sun isn't even up yet."

Nittik let out a mirthful chirp. "Exactly for that very reason, Kaiden! I wanted to watch the sunrise with you."

It was a touching gesture, and right in line with the combined playful-yet-romantic approach the ocelot/kestrel had used through the entirety of their night together-- granted, there was far less lewdness in the morning. The gryphon's feathers fluffed out and he resettled his wings to make the position more comfortable for himself while still providing Kaiden with protection from the cold morning; the Human realized in a split second that he was still naked, and he felt the form warmth of Nittik's sheath rub against his thigh-- and the lewdness level was maintained, he realized.

Putting the presence of his classmate's sex organ's on his leg out of his mind, Kaiden resolved to simply enjoy the moment and watch the horizon. He took in a deep breath of the fresh air and, despite also being surrounded by the obvious musky, bestial scent of Nittik, he could still appreciate the crisp freshness of Plateau Earth's air. Unlike back on Land Earth, the Viddin did not have any real industrial pollution nor did they generate huge swaths of garbage. Their world, in fact, lacking any real industrial advancement was largely free of any kind of foulness or blight generated by fossil fuels or mass production.

One other side effect of the lack of pollution was the greater O2 and lower C02 count in the atmosphere. Greenhouse gasses meant that the planet was heating at a slower rate and the ozone layer was largely intact. While the sun was the same as ever, the added UV protection provided by a thicker atmosphere meant that sunburns weren't quite as severe and sunglasses worn outside were only a good idea and not mandatory.

He also read somewhere that it was safe to observe the first two minutes of sunrise before the sun's light was at an angle where the atmosphere wouldn't absorb enough of the eye damaging photons for it to be dangerous. During his stay he'd never been up early enough to observe it. In that moment, Kaiden remembered that he'd brought up that fact at the beginning of the week to his classmates. He glanced down at his classmate, who remained in his lap only to see Nittik staring back up at him with a quirked beak and the fluffy feathers around it puffed out; he was definitely smiling.

Kaiden glanced back toward the horizon, feeling a blush come to his cheeks. He didn't want to come across as rude by not addressing Nittik's contribution but he also felt a little foolish. Nevertheless, friendship and good manners won out. "Hey-- um... thanks for waking me. I've... kinda been wanting to watch the sun come up for awhile."

The Viddin let out a soft, pleasant squawk, one of his talons giving Kaiden's angle a gentle squeeze. "You're welcome, Kaiden. You mentioned you wanted to see it, and I thought it would be so much better with company."

The Human didn't even have to pause to consider his next statement. Leaning forward, he pressed his forehead against Nittik's, bridge of his nose touching the gryphon's beak as he announced "I'm sure it will be."

The quiet, intimate moment was broken by the sudden powerful blast of air accompanied by the rapid sound of backstrokes of wing beats-- the kind used by Viddin when they're settling in for a landing. A moment later the railing to the balcony creaked as a large amount of weight settled against it; a lynx/falcon gryphon grabbing onto it with his talons as he peered over it at the two laying on the Jiyjah. "Wow... I almost didn't make it... but I'm here with one minute and fifty two seconds left to go! I'm glad I had a tail wind for most of that journey or I might not have arrived in time."

Despite over half of the Viddin's body hidden from view beneath the balcony Kaiden still recognized Prirn immediately, and not just becaue of his attention to time; Prirn, like many of the lynx/falcon breed of gryphon had very personalized stripe-and-dot patterns on their cheeks and the ones on Prirn's face almost looked like mirror image ascii confused/troubled slanty faces; he often joked in emails back home that the ":/" was real in the group's timekeeper. Knowing WHO it was still didn't answer a more important question in Kaiden's mind as to WHY the gryphon was there. "Um... hi, Prirn."

The newcomer puffed up immediately as he hauled the rest of his large body up and over the sturdy railing and onto the balcony. "Hello Kaiden! Nittik said that you'd be joining him to watch the sunrise and he thought it would be good for me to come by and watch with you too! I just returned to the Centre and need a drink, but I'll be back in less than thirty seconds to sit with the both of you."

Sauntering past the two of them, Prirn nudged the sliding glass door open with his beak and trotted nimbly inside. With one question answered, another popped into Kaiden's mind and he didn't hesitate to ask. "Nittik... why did you invite Prirn to join us watch the sunrise... and how did you know I'd agree to it when you told him?"

Nittik's tail flicked against Kaiden's leg. The Viddin craned his head to look up at the Human. "Like I've always said: I am very good at getting what I want. As for WHY I invited him, well... you remember how I told you that Vetlyk would make ME into a Jiyjah if I created a conflict over which of us got you as a sexual companion..."

Kaiden did very much remember that. "Right. Vidin don't like competition and don't share very well."

The gryphon nodded vigorously. "Yes. To that. All the yes. Like I said, when it comes to one-on-one we are very bad at sharing, but as a group we--"

Although the human could have been mistaken in how he was following the jump in logic, the fact that he felt Nittik's unsheathed erection resting against his thigh erased all doubt. "If Prirn was included in the-- in what we 'have going on', then--"

Nittik was still all smiles "Then Vetlyk wouldn't take it out on me, and everything would be just great!"

Kaiden frowned. "Assuming I was okay with it, you mean."

As if realizing for the first time that the Human might object to the arrangement, Nittik deflated, all of his feathers lowering and his beaky smile disappearing. "Well... you ARE here to learn about Viddin and our social structures, and our rituals and--" he paused, visually changing his posture at the same time as he changed his tactic "--and besides, Prirn has a major 'thing' for you."

That sudden reveal pushed Kaiden's train of thought right off the tracks. "He what?"

Nittik's feathers puffed out again in mirth and good-will. "Oh yeah... he has it BAD. Fawning over you like an imprinted chick. Does a really good job of hiding it too, mostly because he's so awkward about it."

Kaiden took a moment to examine his classmate's face, looking for the tell-tale signs of Viddin untruth; he was still a novice at it and Nittik was wiley, but would something like that be a topic he'd lie about? The Human honestly didn't think so. "Really? Are you serious or are you pulling my leg?"

The common English phrase had turned out to be a favorite of his study group, mostly because the Viddin loved the imagery of it all. Nittik took it in stride, barely even acknowledging it as he replied "No-- honest truth. Prirn has never had a mate... he's not very sure of himself and I know you've noticed. When he can't distract himself with reading he spends his time watching the sky or clock-- whatever's within view so he doesn't have to look at you cuz he's afraid he'll embarrass himself."

The Human was ready to answer another question but in that moment the sliding door opened again and Prirn came out, kicking back behind himself to close it with a hind paw. He plopped down on the balcony beside Kaiden and, just as Nittik had stated before, avoided eye contact, staring out toward the east. "It is going to be a beautiful morning."

Shooting a knowing glance toward Kaiden, Nittik's face feathers puffed up even more and the Human noticed the tell-tale way the stripes on his cheeks fanned out because of it, indicating that mischief was in the works. "Hey Prirn... what do you think of my Jiyjah?"

The larger of the two Viddin did a double-take, glancing toward Kaiden and the Gryphon laying atop him. Prirn recoiled. "I can't believe you have that out with a Human company around, Nittik. What are you thinking?"

Kaiden scrambled to cover himself as Nittik slowly withdrew the cover of his wings from the Human. "It was a mating aid. I only used it a few times before we got physical. Oh, I can't even begin to describe how his good his hands--"

In the blink of an eye Pririn had launched himself into the air, and, accompanied by the screeching roar of a Viddin 'war cry' bowled over the slightly smaller Gryphon. The 'discussion' that followed dissolved quickly into full-on Viddin dialogue wherein even the two of them talking and listening simultaneously to one another was enough that Kaiden was completely lost. Shivering slightly, the Human just covered his privates and turned his attention back toward the east; at least he could still enjoy the sunrise.

It took all of three minutes for them to resolve what would have been to Humans at least an hour of dialogue. At that point Prirn was facing fully away from Kaiden, nares as red as cherries and eyes focusing on the horizon as he switched back into English. "Well, the LEAST you could have done was told me he was naked."

The morning air was still almost as cold as it had been when Kaiden had first awakened and he was just starting to shiver. Folding his arms around himself and rubbing his upper arms with his hands, the Human stood. "I think I'm gonna head inside and get dressed-- it's still pretty chilly out and--"

Nittik interjected immediately. "Going inside is a great idea, Kaiden, but you shouldn't get dressed yet unless you think Prirn would like to 'unwrap his present'. How about it, Prirn, would you prefer--"

"HOLD IT!"

Kaiden's exclamation was enough to halt Nittik, which was quite a feat since he, out of all of the group, had the least problem with talking simultaneously. Prirn remained facing away but the smaller of the two Gryphons rotated his head around to look right back at the Human, tail flicking with a frustrating amount of mirth. "Okay... it is being held. You're welcome to talk now."

Moving to the sliding door, the young man made his viewpoint known. "You're already acting like it's a done-deal and I've agreed to this... scheme-or-whatever."

Nittik bypassed all discussion with a simple question. "Are you saying after all you've done with Vetlyk and me, you wouldn't want to with Prirn?"

Before Kaiden could speak the Lynx/Falcons head drooped slightly and he spoke forlornly. "It's alright, Nittik... there are still plenty of other members in our study group he can choose from to keep Vetlyk from killing you."

Even though Nittik squawked at the same time as Kaiden blurted out in surprise he was pretty certain their comment was the same: "Kill me?" as opposed to "Kill him?"

Taking a moment to compose himself, Kaiden quickly doubled-back to Prirn's earlier statement. "And what do you mean by just dismissing everything so quickly. Although Nittik is wrong about plenty, I didn't say that I WASN'T interested... did I?"

It was the truth; there was something endearing about the awkward gryphon who always tried so hard in class but could hardly ever muster up the self-confidence to talk to him. Kaiden had honestly thought that Prirn was just stand-offish, but, as the new understanding settled into his mind he finally began to realize that it was just the Lynx/Falcon's hesitance, uncertainty, and, most likely, lack of conidence. Still looking away from Kaiden, Prirn picked at a loose piece of textured flooring. "Well... I mean... you have so many Viddin to choose from, and most of them are a lot more--"

Nittik interjected emphatically "Experienced?"

Prirn shot the smaller gryphon a withering glance but otherwise he only responded with a slight shrug of his wings. Sexual conquests and experience, Kaiden knew, was a big point of bragging for mature male Viddin, so chiding Prirn about it was either a low blow, or else Nittik was trying to get a rise out of him. The Human wasn't about to let the teasing continue. "Alright... but not outside."

Both gryphons spun around immediately to regard him but, just as quickly, Prirn tried to overcompensate and ended up falling flat on his face; Kaiden hadn't thought it possible for a four legged individual to lose balance so easily, but it looked like he may have tripped on his tail. Prirn let out a dejected "Ow."

It was in English, so in all likelihood it was his pride that was hurt more than anything else. Regardless, Kaiden went over to help him back up. "Come on... let's go inside and then we can discuss things further."

Prirn's gaze flickered back and forth from focusing on Kaiden to looking away. He'd switched back over to squawking in the Viddin language, further identifying what needed to explanation: he was nervous. "Alright... are you... going to stay out of your clothes? I mean... it's alright if you do-- but also okay if you don't... I-- I just... it'd help ahead of time if I knew so I--"

It would have to happen eventually and, truth be told, Kaiden was a little smitten with the Viddin's awkwardness; nobody had ever had a goofy-style crush on him, and the Human had almost always had partners more experienced than he was. The uniqueness of the situation was enticing, and, if he was being honest with himself, the attention of the dippy, bumbling gryphon was endearing in a way he hadn't expected. Resting a hand on Prirn's shoulder beneath his wing, Kaiden took a gentle hold of the fur there and leaned forward, touching his forehead to his classmate's, nose touching Prirn's nares.

The gesture silenced the fumbling gryphon immediately; it was an intimate gesture, not unlike a kiss, an it worked just as well for shutting him up. A shiver ran through the Viddin and, considering was as large at the largest dog breed, the motion was noticeable. A moment later, Prirn's beak ground together, creating a grating sound and Kaiden felt a warm, thick spray of viscous fluid spatter against his ankle. Prirn continued quivering, letting out a low-toned moan an a second jet joined the first; it didn't take long for the Human to realize what was happening.

It didn't take Nittik long either. "Congratulations, Prirn! That was your first time! How was it?"

Prirn's feathers puffed up slightly and Kaiden saw his hackles raise before he growled out his response. "Go catch a downdraft, zofra-head."

Unable to hide a chuckle at Prirn's relatively benign insult, Kaiden slid his arm more around the gryphon's back, urging him up into a walking position before rising himself and heading to the door. "Just ignore him, Prirn."

Nittik danced from his left paw and talon to his right paw and talon then back again. "Exactly... I'll just get my Jiyjah and join you two in the main room... you two will get your space and I'll get my show."

Even as Kaiden was about to offer up a rebuttal, Prirn responded calmly with "That's fair, but no more commenting."

The Human looked quizzically at the larger gryphon. "Really?"

Prirn nodded, passing through the open sliding door and speaking over his shoulder with surprising clarity "This is his apartment and he is willing to let us be here together. Besides, I'm afraid if we wait until you can be clothed and down the hall in yours then you may change your mind."

Kaiden had a hard time trying to figure out what was just so cute about the statement, or how he could consider an enormous hunting-cat-raptor hybrid to fit such a description, and yet Prirn seemed to do so easily. Unable to come up with any objection himself, he simply looked back at their 'host', who was gathering up his Jiyjah in a talon and beak. "I won't... but alright. And, Nittik, like he said: no comments."

Mouth full of leather, Nittik hobbled over on three legs, letting out an affirmative, excited cluck. "K."

Focusing again on the larger of the two Viddin, Kaiden saw that Pririn had taken a seat in the middle of the room, still looking away awkwardly and wings slightly drooped; he also saw more than an inch of pink flesh peering out from the whitish-grey fur of the gryphon's sheath. Taking a step closer, he held a hand out to his nervous classmate. "You look like you're waiting for a punishment."

Prirn offered a hesitant, awkward, clucking chuckle. "Just... nervous."

Kaiden's hand made contact with the side of Prirn's face right behind his beak, fingers dragging through the downy-soft feathers; the gryphon immediately closed his eyes and let out a long, steadying breath; it made the Human smile. "How's that?"

"It's... nice. I like it."

Realizing that he had to be the one to call the shots, Kaiden took control. "Then why don't you lay down and let me see what else you like?"

It was a corny line when he heard it spoken aloud, but, despite how much it seemed to belong in a porn, Kaiden was being honest with his classmate. With no hesitation, Prirn flopped down onto his side, collapsing as if he'd fainted. Looking up from his position on the floor, the gryphon asked hesitantly "Like... this?"

Smiling, Kaiden reachedout and gave the Viddin's feline hind leg a gentle tug, pulling it away from where it was draped over the other, revealing the Human's first clear view of what his classmate was packing, and he wasn't disappointed. While Prirn was several inches taller at the shoulder than Nittik, the larger gryphon was almost identical in size 'down below'; Nittik often bragged to anyone listening about his size, which apparently wasn't an exaggeration. Still, even though Prirn appeared to be roughly equivalent to the smallest of the study group viddin, that was still larger than most Humans, which made Kaiden's next plan a little unforgiving.

Stroking the inside of the gryphon's thigh, Kaiden tried to sound confident with his next question. "Are you sure you're alright to be my 'kawkikik'?"

The noun Kaiden had selected was one of a half-dozen the Viddin had for the partner in an act of sexual intercourse, and the human had chosen it specifically because none of the limited options in English felt like they'd convey the right message-- somewhere between a mix of 'fuck buddy' and 'friend-with-benefits'. In response, Prirn's nares immediately flared red and his tail tucked up between his legs. "Oh, uh, Kaiden... classmate... friend-- I... do not think I could... manage to... have you... mount me."

The gryphon's expression was priceless, not just because of the shock evident in his wide eyes, but also the coupled sense of hopelessness that was so evident in his features. Had there not been a misunderstanding it would have been heartbreaking but, since it WAS evidently a misunderstanding, the Human just laughed; Viddin were almost never content to be mounted by another male and, despite Pririn's interest in him, that was still apparently the case. Kaiden didn't let the misunderstanding last long. "No... I won't be inside you, Prirn... you'll be inside ME."

A mosaic of relief, desire, excitement, embarrassment and confusion washed across the expressive gryphon's face, but it was the final emotion that took root. "But... how will I mount you if I am laying on my back?"

Kaiden, still kneeling by Prirn's rump gently caressed the Viddin's inner thighs with either hand, causing the hybrid's hips to shudder and several inches of his bright pink shaft to slip free of his sheath. Swallowing his own trepidation, the Human tried to sound confident; he never thought he'd be going farther with a Viddin than he already had but something about Prirn made him comfortable with exploring even further. "If you're willing to trust me, I'll show you."

Prirn's hips began quivering again, half-fidgeting, half-thrusting as his member continued to grow, expanding fully out of its sheath as it dripped precum like a faucet. Despite his obvious excitement, the gryphon's voice was still meek. "As... as long as you're not mounting me.... I guess it's okay..."

It was an odd choice of words, especially since Kaiden could easily use that as a turn of phrase but, rather than try to break the tension with humor, the young man kept it to himself and stood, stepping through the space between Pririn's splayed hind legs until he was standing with a foot on either side of the gryphon's hips. "Just let me know if you have a problem with anything I'm doing and I'll stop, okay?"

The Viddin swallowed audibly but, rather than speak, his beak parted once, then twice, and he finally settled on just nodding his head. With his classmate's permission, Kaiden slowly knelt down until his knes were touching the carpet and his hips were hovering just a few inches above Prirn's. Reaching back behind himself, Kaiden's hand slipped through the gryphon's velvety soft groin fur until it found its target. Prirn let out a squawk of surprise, and his talons lashed out to grab hold of the sofa, which was just over his shoulder, and he garbled out a quivering 'yarp' as he exploded for the second time that morning, sticky seed painting his abdomen and managing to coat Kaiden's forearm as he wrestled with the twitching member.

Off to the side, Nittik muffled his own words with a beak-ful of leather, going to town on his Jiyjah; although Prirn's musky scent filled Kaiden's nose the smaller gryphon's distinct odor was still present, and the clarity of it mixing with the strong aroma of Prirn's seed left Kaiden with no doubt that the Ocelot/Kestrel had probably already unloaded at least twice as well. Rolling his eyes, the young man shrugged off the thought and slowly encircled the still pulsing flesh of Prirn, choosing instead to focus on his current partner and, building up his courage, Kaiden carefully aimed it, and slowly lowered himself down.

Despite the pointed tip of Prirn's member, the Viddin's generous size was still a lot to take in but, fortunately, he had plenty of the gryphon's spent seed as lubricant. Inch by inch Kaiden lowered himself down, watching Prirn's reaction the entire time. Prirn's eyes were wide and they somehow grew even wider as more and more of his shaft disappeared into the Human. The young man could feel his classmate's rapid heartbeat through it and, as he finally felt the generously sized testicles press snugly up against his butt, Kaiden felt relieved that he'd managed not only to take the entirety of the gryphon into himself, but with only minor discomfort. Prirn's response, however, was beyond measure.

The Viddin let out a low caw-- a moan by any measure as the transluctent flight membranes on his eyes flickered. A gleam of pure euphoria flashed in his eyes and his beak was half parted, tongue hanging limply from it as he quivered like liquid gryphon beneath the Human. Kaiden smiled, wincing slightly as he adjusted himself astride his classmate, reaching a hand down to gently run his fingers through Prirn's neck feathers. "Doing okay, Prirn?"

Murmuring scarcely loud enough to be heard, Prirn recite a piece of Viddin prose that Kaiden had recalled learning about in class that spoke of first experiences that would be remembered always. "Behold the sea, for I have spent my life high in the peaks."

Smiling still, Kaiden reached down and gently raised Prirn's head off the ground, hugging it to his chest. "You are so silly, you goof."

Hugging the Viddin's head to his chest, the Human slowly began to raise his body up, only to relax his leg muscles and slide back down the gryphon's engorged shaft. Despite the two times Prirn had already cum that morning, he didn't last much longer his third time. The Viddin's beak worked against his chest, preening and nibbling as he huffed, grunting and, a moment later, Kaien felt his insides awash with a cascade of liquid heat. By that point, the gryphon's hips were quivering so violently that the young man had trouble staying in place.

He was just about to ask if everything was alright when Prirn slowly pulled his head back; Kaiden released it immediately but the Viddin only drew it back far enough to look him in the eye, embarrassment still there, but a sense of desire and lust overriding it long enough to ask his question. "Kaiden... classmate... friend... kawkikik..."

The Human slowed his movements, settling back into the gryphon's lap and eliciting a pleased groan as a result. "Hmm? What is it, Prirn?"

Even though a blush returned to the Viddin's nares, he managed to push out the words with surprising clarity and lack of hesitance. "I would like to mount you... if you will let me... please."

There was something earnest, honest, and, if Kaiden was being truthful to himself, really sexy about the way his classmate added 'please' to the end. Although he was a little concerned with giving the 200-something pound Viddin control of the situation, he really did trust Prirn, and so he relented. Raising up and off the gryphon, the human drew free of Prirn's girthy flesh and squirmed as a small torrent of semen escaped him. "Alright--" Going to his hands and knees beside the sofa, he rested his head against one of the cushions. "--is this okay, Prirn?"

Rather than respond verbally, the Viddin gave him a gentle nudge on his flank with his beak, rotating him slightly until he was facing the couch. Only once the large talons were resting against the cushion on either side of his head did Kaiden realize understand Prirn's reasoning, and it certainly was well-founded. He didn't get to consider it for long, however, as he felt a furry abdomen come to rest against his back and, after a few tentative exploratory thrusts, his classmate found his mark and hilted himself in one go.

Kaiden saw red from the intrusion, which was sudden and sharp, eliciting a grunt from him as pain lanced through him, but a separate sensation quickly joined it as Prirn withdrew; dozens upon dozens of the little thorny projections on the gryphon's member were stroking his insides and, despite himself, the human let out a deep moan. As if identifying that as permission, Prirn exploded in a flurry of activity, rutting him with abandon. Even if Kaiden was angry at the careless nature of his classmate's style, he was too overloaded by the sensations rocking his body and, in a matter of seconds, he did his own impression of a Viddin and lost himself to an orgasm; Prirn had two in the time it took him to recover.

Nittik broke his promise of not commenting, saying only "Okay... that's REALLY hot."

That wasn't the end of their morning together, however-- not by a long shot.
