After waking up next to his now enslaved friend, Toby noticed something weird about Jake.
Is he wearing a collar? Wait, is this the collar I planned on giving Jake as a mating bite replacement?
After getting closer to him, his assumption was confirmed, the collar had a shiny plate on it, engraved with his information.
Could it be that I'm dreaming again?
Toby quickly verified this by using one of his reality checks he had learned when he started lucid dreaming.
Huh, so if my theories are correct, everything that is changed here, will also be changed in the real world.
Toby smiled to himself after he realized what power he possessed by being able to do that. He was also pleased to know that he didn't have to go out and buy and oversized collar for his new 'pet' anymore. He now started to think what changes were the most important to do now and remembered his wish to not be noticed by the public, so he could always walk around as a dragon...and maybe also...naked. He was blushing, thinking about this arousing possibility. But he still wasn't sure how he was able to make the changes since until now, every change to the worlds happened unintentionally. After some thinking, he came up with an idea.
What if I just walk outside, as a dragon, and strongly think about the desired reaction of the people...like mind control?
He couldn't believe that this would work, but he reminded himself that he didn't have any better idea, and until now, many things that had been previously impossible actually became reality. So he walked towards the front door, letting Jake continue to sleep on the couch, and walked through the door, still being transformed into his dragon form.
He welcomed the fresh air brushing against his scales but was quickly interrupted by the first citizens who pointed at him in dismay. He quickly started focusing on them in his head, imagining them being used to him in his form. Since this was his lucid dream, the citizens actually stopped looking puzzled and continued their everyday life. He thought it would be unrealistic for these changes to also apply to the real world, but he was soon going to find out.
Wanting to make sure that his brainwashing worked, and nobody would notice his outwards appearance anymore, he set himself the challenge to go to a supermarket and see if anybody would act out of the ordinary.
But before he did that, he got another idea to give him the possibility to enter this world without having to be asleep; he needed a portal.
With his goal in mind, he strongly started to imagine a portal to the real world in front of him, until suddenly little sparks appeared in the air, forming a big round shape. A moment later, he could see his friend on the couch through it, still sleeping.
“Great! It works! Now I can switch worlds anytime I want to! How cool's that?!" he exclaimed, slowly letting the portal close again.
Remembering his original goal, he used his enhanced speed and quickly ran to the nearest supermarket. He then walked in on all fours and closely watched the customers for any kind of reaction. After getting bored by the lack of reaction, he went a step further and began his transformation back into his human form. It wasn't as painful as in the real world, but he still felt very naked afterwards, quite literally. He was now intentionally standing completely naked in the middle of the busy supermarket, again watching very closely for any kind of reaction or stare he might get. And again, nothing happened. Taking advantage of the hilarious situation, he let his cock transform into its dragon form and began stroking himself wildly. Then he got an idea:

“Still doing that, huh?" came the chuckling answer.
Jake slowly got up, lifting a paw to his neck.
“Did you put this on me?" Jake asked smirking.
“Yes, I did, my pet," Toby answered sarcastically.
“You can stop talking like that now, it's gonna feel really creepy otherwise."
“If I have to!" Toby answered ironically again.
After a bit of silence Toby began: “Hey, do you remember James?"
“Of course I do, there's nobody else you put your eyes on like that. You always told me how hot he is," Jake answered.
“Well...I thought...maybe we could...I don't know...turn him into my slave too," he explained blushing.
“Oh Toby, you're such a pervert...and I like that," Jake was now blushing too, “But how'd you suggest getting over there, without getting noticed?" he added.
“Oh, I've already fixed that."
“What do you mean you've already fixed that?!" Jake asked confused.
“Well, I was in my dream world again...and...well everything that I change there, affects the real world...that's how you became my slave too, but don't worry, I didn't do that intentionally!" Toby explained, “and after I added the option to enter it through a portal, I changed the people's mind to not suspect anything special about me or people similar to me."
“So, this means you can enter your world at any time and people don't mind you being a dragon?!" Jake asked astonished.
“Well...yeah."
“You keep impressing me constantly Toby!"
“You say that a lot and I'm impressed myself, but you still didn't answer my question; Do you want to turn James into your co-worker?" Toby asked smirking.
“Well...ehm...fine, but you have to promise me to focus your domination on James and not on me, ok?" Jake demanded.
“Deal!"
