The Second Law - Epilogue
#109 of Entropy Series
This is the end of times. Entropy has overcome all. It is the heat death of the universe... Kidding! The gang welcomes a long lost friend, rebuilding their family to greater heights.
And so all great stories must come to a conclusion. I was so excited with this epilogue that I literally wrote it in a single day. One of my favorite characters is back in my grasp and I couldn't wait to breathe some life back into her. May everyone enjoy this final entry of my Entropy series and the final chapter of The Second Law.
Until the next story, happy reading my friends.

"So... these girls are ours?" Robyn examined her fully grown children, then slid her gaze down to her flat, artificial belly. "Blimey..."
"They're wonderful, aren't they?" Ilaria squeezed her arms around her returned wife, forcibly ignoring the oddities of her new body to which she wasn't quite accustomed yet. "Do you remember? The very last thing you did was fight for them. Now look... You brought such beautiful girls into this world."
"They're so stunning. They can't possibly be ours, can they?"
"Oh, they definitely are. This one here is Mikhaila... and this one is Michelle."
Robyn swallowed a lump in her throat as she started to tear up. "You... used my favorite name? Ottah, that's so... so sweet of you to remember."
"If you think that's sappy, get a kick out of this: their middle names are Robyn, for obvious reasons."
"Sweetie... I'm speechless." Robyn inspected the two closely, noticing now the way they wore their lower drapes over spats like their mother. "They're a bunch like you, Ottah. Are they...?"
"Packing? Yeah. Actually, they have a peculiar sexual situation going on." Ari ran her fingers through Robyn's hair and gazed into her mechanical eyes, her fur and skin feeling far too lifelike. "You're probably on the top of their list of people to fuck right now. I think maybe they'll have to hold off until you agree to something like that. They're... different."
<We definitely have been fantasizing as we assembled her.>
"What was that?" The robotic squirrel gained a concerned expression as she questioned her daughters' gestures. "That's bloody sign language, isn't it?"
"It is. They've both been deaf since birth. Don't worry; it's easy enough to pick up. Just try t face them when you talk." Ari finally gained the courage and confidence to brace her wife by the chin and pull her into a kiss. "Everything is alright, Pillow. We just need to get you caught up... and relaxed..."
Robyn squeaked as a webbed paw fondled one of her large breasts. "Ottah... Ah... H-Hold on, then..." She held that paw still with one of her own and ducked out of another attempt at a kiss. "I still have questions, yeah?"
"S-Sorry. I just... I've been missing you for the longest time. I still can't believe this isn't a dream." Ari nuzzled her wife and cradled her into a snuggling hug. "Our whelps brought you back, so ask away. And girls, could you please use text for your mother?"
The twins nodded as they coordinated that Mikhaila would create the hard light text while Michelle signed. <We can do that. Go ahead, mom.>
"Bloody hell... That's right cool, that." The squirrel looked at her realistic paw, then kneaded her breast with a huff of pleasure. "Right... This isn't a blood and bone body? It feels like it's mine."
<Part of it technically is. We used what genetic code we could find in your remains and fixed it using what you gave us. Some of your body is regrown organic parts. Oh, this will sting but don't freak out...> Mik leaned in closer with a knife and sliced beneath her mother's breast. She peeled back the fur and skin, revealing a sack of gelatinous liquid. <The majority of you is artificial. You have nanites acting as blood and they can make certain repairs, but some things require manual maintenance. We'll look after all that.>
"So you've been... rebuilding me?" Robby hissed in pain as the faux skin was reset, her nanites very basically sealing the cut. "But what about the ol' noggin? I get the robot part, but how do ya' copy a bloomin' brain?"
<That's the one part we had to get right. We grew a new one, but the memories you had are organic.> The girls sat next to their reborn mother and latched onto her arm and shoulder to rest their heads. <But between both of us we had copies in our genetic memory. No child gains every memory, but you had lucky twins. The only reason we could make you is because you lived through us. That makes you unique.>
Ari rubbed a paw on back and forth between her daughters' backs. "So we can't bring anyone else back? That's... unfortunate."
"Who else needs bringin' back?"
Ilaria looked to her own twin, staring into Iolvin's eyes for a moment before drooping her gaze to the ground. "We buried our dad today. There are others too. This war was... rough. Be glad you missed it."
"No... Not Vasily... Gods, I pray Cat's alright." Robyn perked up as she ingested those words properly. "Wait, we had a full-on war? Where are we, Ottah?"
Ari perked up as she thought of a way to cheer up her confused wife. "You know, I have a great way to explain all of this. Can you walk?"
"Don't see why not." The squirrel gave her legs a try, finding her balance a little off due to her new weight distribution. "Slice o' fried gold. What now?"
"Girls, could you find us a port side window?" The girls nodded with smiles as they opened a portal to a recreational area with large bay windows. "Thank you, girls. Who's up for a change of scenery?"
Robyn didn't take the sudden rip in space and time as lightly. "What in the bloody fuck is that!?"
"Oh, right. Our girls have a magical vendetta against doors. You'll get used to it." Ari passed through first, offering two outstretched paws to her mate. "Come on, Pillow. It's perfectly safe."
Robyn eased herself over the lower lip of the portal, closing her eyes as she crossed over. "If my tail gets snipped from my bum you'll never live it down, Ottah."
"Well thankfully now we can just bolt a new one back on, Pillow." Ari aligned her wife to face the windows and covered her shut eyes. "Ready to live out a dream?"
"What's this all about, hon?" Robby peeled the paws from her face, revealing a brilliant view of the Starbreeze undergoing repairs with the fleet, the gigantic moon of Yangurraar filling in as a backdrop. The squirrel silently squeaked as she went speechless. "C-Crikey..."
"You always wanted to build a ship and go to space." Ari kissed her stunned wife on the cheek. "Well you built the first interstellar ship, and we brought you along for the ride of your life."
"Ottah... I can't..." Robyn looked up to her tall, proud wife as she surveyed her accomplishment and pulled her down for a more direct kiss on her lips. "You said you had my remains? So you...?"
"I know your old will said to bury you, but that didn't feel right. You were right beside me on my mantle this whole time. Best view in the galaxy." Ari spun to face her mate, lifting her up by her haunches to matching face level. "I couldn't lay you to rest until I granted you your dream, Pillow."
"G-Good on ya', Ottah..." Robyn shifted her weight and toppled her wife onto a padded bench facing the windows. "Allow me to repay that kindness... Break in this new body with me?"
"Worth every single battle..."
The twins slowly shut their portal, smiles plastered over their muzzles. <Let's just leave them alone for their anniversary. Shall we?>
"Oh gods, Pillow. That feels so good." Ilaria cooed and hissed as a plump set of squirrel tits enveloped her cock. "It's like you're a damned sex machine..."
"Well I am a machine now, but you're the randy one here." Robyn slid her ample chest up and down her wife's manhood, licking and sickling her tip every time it thrust upward. "Might we take a breather after this, Ottah? Cyborg or no, I've got my limits like any other bird."
"Am I pushing you too much? S-Sorry, hon. I h-haven't seen you in forever."
"Well in my eyes I saw you just before waking up. I just... need to settle in is all."
The buzzer on the bedroom door chimed, prompting Michelle and Mikhaila to answer the door for the benefit of their mothers. <We've got it. Keep being sexy.>
"Th-Thanks, dears."
The two smiled as they opened the door wide, grinning as Sydney stared at the soiled squirrel giving her wife a messy treat. <Hello, Sydney! And Uncle Yoyo and Dee! What's up?>
"We came to check up on Robby." Iolvin shook his head in disbelief. "I gave them a few hours to get this out their system, but seriously? Just how long are you able to go, Lulu?"
"As long as I can." Ari sat up on her elbows, her breathing deepening. "Pillow isn't m-making it easy, eith-ther."
Adrian giggled as Robyn simply gave a thumbs-up with a cock in her mouth. "At least it looks like you're having fun. Seeing you together again... You look so happy, Ari."
"She... does..." Rhyme slipped past the crowded doorway with her kids, guiding them to their room. "Come on, pups. Take your showers and head to bed."
"Oh gods! Pillow!" The whole room watched intently as Ari shot a fountain of amber cum all over her wife's chest and face, all except for one tanuki that shoved her children into their room. "Fuck... Gods, you're good at that. Thank you, Pillow."
"Thank yourself for the treat." Robyn licked her tits, a pointless act as Ari's cock would keep erupting lightly for minutes to come. "Speaking of showers, we might need to sneak one in, Ottah. There two loos?"
"Just the one, sadly." Ari sat upright and pulled her wife up for a sloppy kiss. "I've waited so long already. I can wait a bit more now that I've got you here."
"You two are way too cute together." Iolvin smugly sat down on the side of the bed. "I'm happy for you."
Dee started to join his mate, but paused to tug on Sydney's shoulder as she tried to run off into the back room. "Hey, where you going?"
"I promised a certain ghost I'd do right by her. I'm doing that now." Conviction overtook the meerkat as she shook off Dee's paw, pausing to deliver a message before she continued her path. "Let me show you I'm sorry, Robyn."
The squirrel looked up at the meerkat a bit puzzled. "Wasn't that the security guard guy Carbon hired? I hope she's happy with her transition."
Laughter broke out in the main bedroom, but it only drove Sydney harder to settle her debt. "Rhyme? Can we talk?" She knocked on the triplets' door until the tanuki produced her face. "We need to talk. Got a minute?"
"Uh..." Rhy hid a concerned frown at the laughter, then ducked back into the room to watch her girls undress while Pepper took his shower. "S-Sure."
"Look... I know where you're coming from." Sydney took control of her new 'client' and sat her down on a bed, choosing to sit next to her rather than her default choice of looming ominously. "At first I felt like a third wheel. Carbon and Eve are literally an inseparable pair. I don't have the history they do."
"I'm... fine, Sydney. You can--"
"No, you're not." Cid took a deep breath and rethought her approach, choosing a more direct route. "I promised myself that I would never let this family fall apart again if I could help it. I nearly made one marriage break down and I'm not letting yours follow the same path."
"I appreciate it, Sydney, but... I just need some time is all."
"Rhyme, I was in your position too. I felt I was just some piece of meat on the side for when the main course wasn't enough." The meerkat held out her paw and did the same with Rhyme's own, displaying their wedding bands proudly. "You know what this means? She loves you until the end, unconditionally. I realize now all my doubts were just me being the bad mate, not loving my spouses without question. So, I tried jumping right into the mix and giving it a shot in a leap of faith in our bond."
Rhy slouched as she stared at her ring, even after Sydney dropped her paw. "And... did it help? You got to share Carbon's love?"
"No." Sydney stood and headed for the door, smiling as the girls bopped each other with their pillows. "I realized I love Carbon and Eve both, and they love me back just as much. Then we brought our children into the world and we became even closer. I'm happier now than I've ever been." She opened the door and left it cracked as she left. "You should take that leap."
"Sydney?" Rhyme honestly smiled as she opened the door to rejoin the others. "Thank you."
"Just doing my duty to the family, hon. That, and I kinda like you."
"Ouh! Security lady! Come join us!" Robyn pulled Sydney down onto the bed, thankfully after having toweled off her artificial fur. "What are you sorry for? I don't hold grudges, mate."
"But I... I let the guy loose that..."
"Water under the bridge. Hey, what's your female name? Oh, and you still got your meat and veg? Want a go together to make it good between us?"
"My...?" Sydney tilted her head in absolute confusion. "What have you been telling her about me?"
"Absolutely nothing, and it's hilarious." Ari pet her wife between the ears as she corrected her. "Sydney's always been a woman, hon. Just a clever disguise."
"Oh... Well the offer still stands." Robyn invitingly spread her bare legs and further spread her cum-stuffed pussy. "Let's clear the air."
"Actually... could ~I~ take up that offer?" Rhyme nervously stood at the end of the bed. "I'd like to... bond with my new wife."
"Wife? Come again, mate?" Robby looked to Ari for answers. "What's she talking about?"
"Seriously, sis? You never told her?"
"There are so many questions, so we've been going down the list..." Ari pulled Rhyme onto the bed and into a cuddle. "Sorry, Rhy. I should have brought it up sooner. Pillow, this... is my other wife, Rhyme."
"You remarried? I mean, I don't blame you with that libido, but..." Robyn's eyes lit up in realization. "So those kids just now, they're yours too?"
"Ours, if you'd like. Yes, we had triplets." Ari fumbled with Rhy's shirt, unbuttoning the top so she could fondle her breasts. "We had a lot in common, and we fell in love. But if you're willing, I'd like us to live together... maybe even all as life mates?"
"Ottah, you know I want nothing more than a giant family. We have--or had--an open relationship, and I'm keen to explore that further." Robyn reached out and unclasped Rhy's pants, shoving her paw down the open front. "And with my new body, just about the only way I'll get more little ones is like this anyway. Now it's just for fun with me."
<That isn't exactly true.> The twins sat on Dee's lap, Chelle idly reaching into his pants to start his own engine. <We managed to regrow one of your two ovaries. Reproduction may still be possible given enough attempts.>
"You mean...?" Robyn immediately reached for the nearest cock, shoving Yoyo's sirat drapes aside and pulling him between her thighs. "In that case, no sense stopping here. I'm adding to this family until i finally kark it for good."
"Wait, Robby... Just wait." Iolvin embraced Robyn from behind, gliding his cock along her slit as he moved to rest flush against her. "I can't do this, not now. When we were in another universe... I found out that their version of the twins... they were ours. I was the father." Yoyo slid his lubricated cock back and poked at Robby's ass, proposing a compromise. "I could fuck you where it's safe if you'd like, but... maybe we should... let you and Lulu have some real kids of your own."
"What? They're... ours?"
"I'm the more virile of the two of us, in any case."
<No, you're not our father. We have only memories of both our mothers.> Chelle was now full on riding Dee's cock, with Mik quickly working on disrobing Sydney for a taste of meerkat. <Yeah. Our counterparts could have just looked the same because you and mom share the same genetic contributions. You're good, Uncle Yoyo.>
"You heard the young ladies." Robyn reached between her legs, pulled Yoyo's cock to indent her pussy, and shoved her hips down with a pleasant hiss. "Now fill me up and don't look back, Yoyo."
"Yes ma'am." Yoyo eased himself in to his knot, growling and churring once he hit rock bottom. "Fu~ck... Those girls got ~all~ the details right, didn't they?"
"They sure did." Ari followed suit, shoving her entire length into Rhy until it elicited pleasured whimpers from the tanuki. "I think I'd rather this particular flavor right now, though."
"Can I have a taste, Ottah?" Robyn smiled as Ilaria scooted over with shallow thrusts, practically smashing her two wifes together for a kiss. "Hm... Scrumptious. Don't you agree?"
"I'm not sure..." Rhyme took a moment to appreciate the one wife inside her and the other pressing her breasts against hers along with placing a paw over her clit. She reciprocated in kind, fanning her own paw over her new wife's love button. "...but I think I'm growing on it."
Ilaria resumed her loving assault upon her wife's nethers, for the first time in her life feeling fully content. "Let's bring even more happiness into our family."
"So this is home, eh?" Flynt rested an arm behind his head as he relaxed on the hull of the Starbreeze, his other arm leading behind Gimbal to cuddle her close. "You even been, honey?"
"I've seen it from further away, but never in such detail." Gimbal rested her head on Flynt's shoulder as they surveyed the planet from beside Luna, it's moon. "The signals emitting from this planet are so lively. I think I'd really like it here."
"Well there's definitely plenty of random patterns for you to feed off if the people are anything like my family." Flynt flared his flames as he stretched out, planning to take a nap whenever he finally dozed off. "This is beautiful. Now I'm glad we flew the rest of the way instead of diving from Jupiter."
"So am I. This is a hell of a sight." Evelyn smiled as she cautiously joined the two. "You mind? Or would you rather have the spot to yourselves? It is quite the romantic overlook."
"Gimmy Bear?"
Gimbal offered a floating arm so Eve could mirror her brother. "Please, join us. There's always room for you, Evelyn."
"Thank you, hon." Eve joined the snuggle pile and emoted a false sigh as she attempted to relax, her mind visibly running around in circles. "I'm pretty sure you've found out all my secret spots by now, huh? This one's very calming."
"We decided to take in the view instead of listen to the various ambassadors gearing up for their official first contact. Too much politics." Flynt examined his sister and smirked as he understood her plight, humoring her with polite questions anyway. "But that's not what's got you riled up. What's the matter?"
"Just a family issue. Everyone's emotional right now." Eve propped her head up and gazed at Earth. "Getting out of this ship for a while would help that. There's a lot of people wanting to reconnect with loved ones."
"Well speaking of family, I've got it on good authority somebody's going to be a proud mother soon."
"Oh. Is that true?" Gimbal turned to her quirky boyfriend for answers. "What is the gestation period for the average Terran?"
"It varies, depending on sub-species and how much it affects their family." Eve smiled as she shifted back to what she assumed was her brother's point. "And yeah, it's been long enough. We were hoping to let the sex and species stay secret, but in a test the other day we accidentally found out Sydney's having twins. Thankfully we managed to shut Ellie's giddy trap before he spilled any more beans."
"Really? That's amazing, sis."
"It won't be long, anywhere from a week to about a month. She might give birth before we reach Earth, even."
"Well good for you. I'm happy for you three, Eve." Flynt shrugged his shoulders and finally decided to push his true point. "But you're still uneasy. Let me guess why... Sydney's not the mother I'm supposed to be talking about..."
"How'd you guess? I mean, I'm unsure myself. I feel a little different and I can't explain why, so I was thinking..."
"You mean you don't know?" Flynt reached over and pressed his cold flaming hand on his sister's stomach. "I can see them. They remind me so very much of us."
"You mean..." Evelyn hunched forward to hold her hands over her brother's, tears of joy welling in her eyes. "After months of trying and hoping, are you saying I actually got pregnant? It's possible?"
"It's proven. Sis, you're having twins yourself." Flynt pulled Gimbal and Evelyn into a group hug. "Congratulations, Eve."
"I'm so... so happy."
"This makes me happy as well, Evelyn." Gimbal nudged her head into Eve's shoulder affectionately. "The taste of this emotion is my favorite. Congratulations are in order."
"Thank you!" Eve wiped her eyes clear and looked forward to their eventual destination. "Let's make sure my kids grow up in a safe, peaceful world."
"That job is done, thanks to you and the rest of our family." Flynt slowly stood on the hull, waving into the shielded front window to brighten up Alexandria's day. "We overcame the odds and fought for exactly this. Our children have a bright future."
"Well you two need to work on that part. If Carbon can give me children, there's hope for you two yet. Never lose that hope. You'll get lucky one day." Evelyn rose to her feet as well, smiling as bright as ever with the news. "Let's go tell the others! They'll be ecstatic!"
Gimbal nodded her mostly emotionless head and followed the walking singularity. "Yes, let's deliver the news. I wish to sample their emotions."
Flynt hesitated for a few seconds, staring at Earth in solidarity. "We don't need luck. We have the most loving family in the universe."
"There is one constant in family: Love. It is always present, always affecting the family. Love within a family can never be created nor destroyed, only transformed. It is for this reason that family may always trust in love."
