“Keep it together Jeeve, keep it together!" Jeeve repeated his mantra as he slinked through the halls, doing his best to keep a level head as he walked past his potential masters. The human reached his locker and sighed as he opened it

“One week and six days left . . ." Jeeve grabbed his books and binder then closed his locker, only for a certain pokemon to be standing right behind him. Jeeve jumped at their touch saying

“Don't scare me like that!"

“Oh we're sorry love! I didn't mean to frighten my new mate." Jeevelooked left then right, trying to find the source of the voice. The human then looked down and groaned as he realized who had startled him. Before him sat Gracie the Ninetails, by far the most popular pokemon in school. She was captain of the pep squad, president of student council, and also the lead organizer for mateship day. The human wearily looked at Gracie then said

“Oh look . . it's Gracie. Hi Gracie." The ninetails chuckled replying

“And hello to you lovely. A little birdie told me your birthday's in only a week!"

“Well more like a week and 6 days, but okay I guess."

“Well I just dropped by to remind you that you'll be my mate and I was also wondering when you wanted to start moving your stuff over? We can start today if you'd like?" Jeeve used every fiber in his being to hold a fake smile and said

“Gee my schedule's really packed this week. How about we just cross that bridge if we get there?"

“If we get there?"

“Well yea if. You can't honestly sit here and tell me no other pokemon can claim me on my birthday. For all you know I could be on my way to school and get mated in the parking lot. So I wouldn't be making all these big plans for something that probably won't happen. Well it's been fun, but 3rd period is about to start and I'd hate to be late for history." Jeeve politely waved then quickly shuffled down the hall, ignoring the evil glare Gracie was sending his way.

The bell rung right as the human crossed over the classroom threshold, prompting him to take his seat.

“Hey J! You put together your speech yet?" Jeeve turned to his left and smiled as Ricardo came waltzing in late. The lucario dropped his books and plopped down in the chair saying “I've been thinking about what I should say and I think my speech should have special effects!"

“Special effects?"

“Yea man! I'm talking lasers, smoke, and rock and roll! Can't you see it?!"

“I see . . ."

“Yea!?"

“I see . . . A lucario making a fool of himself at graduation." Ricardo playfully hit Jeeve in the arm sparking a mini match of bloody knuckles between the two. Dahlia walked in the room and shook her head at the sight saying

“So this is our valedictorian and salutatorian? A couple of kids playing a childish game." The boys stuck their tongues out and continued hitting each other. Dahlia sat behind Jeeve and ruffled his Afro causing him to shriek saying

“Hay you lost your mind!? You know how long it takes to pick this out every morning!?" The delphox rolled her eyes and replied

“Try having fur as luxurious as mine then you'll know the real struggle. Say Jeeve I saw Gracie hanging out by your locker all mad and stuff. You say something to her?"

“Only that she can't claim me before I'm 18. She already wants me to move in with her, like we're married or something?" The two pokemon tilted their heads in confusion and asked

“Married?" Jeeve sighed and corrected himself with

“Apologies, slip of the tongue. I meant to say mated." The two's confusion disappeared and they continued on talking like nothing had ever happened, leaving Jeeve to turn away upset. Sometimes the human forgot how different they were and it showed in conversation. The word 'marriage' doesn't exist in pokemon lexicon. Jeeve had found that out the hard way when he gave a presentation on the 'courting rituals' of humans. His classmates stared in disbelief at what he had said. 'Humans typically seeing one person for months upon months?' 'Humans not immediately mating with someone who had turned 18?' All these concepts were hard for his classmates to comprehend, but the human didn't care . . . He had still gotten the A.

The class continued their talking and rowdy behavior until their teacher, a beautiful gardevoir floated in the room. She calmly sat her materials down and began writing on the board before she said

“Good morning class. I take it your weekends went well?" The class responded with various yes', no's, and everything in between making her laugh and say

“Well that's about what I expected! Alright as you all know yesterday's assignment on the Pokemon revolution is due, so pass it up. Oh and those of you thinking you'll just turn it in later today I'm sorry to tell you, but that won't be happening. After I collect them now I wont be taking anymore, so you better get them in if you want credit."

Jeeve reached in his bag and pulled out his homework, but not first without casting a glance over at Ricardo. The lucario was practically tearing his bag apart trying to find his work.

“Jeeve! Dude I'm screwed!"

“Hmm I'll say. What's the matter? Forgot your homework at home again?"

“Wha?! No! I was doing it last night at your . . . place. Very funny now hand it over!" Jeeve only laughed as he passed the fuming lucario his work, Rick shook his head and glossed over it saying

“Thank Arceus! How I'm supposed to be your number two guy if I'm slacking?"

“Heavens no! How would I go on knowing you would fall from your well deserved spot." Rick only stuck his tongue out as he passed his work up. Dahlia passed her work up also saying “Hey J? When are we gonna work on you know what?"

Without hesitation Jeeve replied “Today afterschool. We're not going to my apartment, so you'll need to meet me in the parking lot."

“Sounds like a plan J." Jeeve turned around and focused his attention to what the teacher was saying, but Dahlia couldn't focus at all. The delphox could only stare dreamily as the love of her life sat in front of her taking notes. Dahlia sighed happily and doodled a few sketches of her and Jeeve holding hands on her paper. The pokemon had harbored feeling for the human since their first meeting in middle school, back when she was a braixen. Dahlia had transferred from another school and was feeling rather out of place. She had been picked on the entire day, antics even going as far as to steal her lunch. She remembered crying alone during recess, only to have Jeeve come up to her and ask

“You okay Phoxy?" Dahlia looked at the human through tear stained eyes and lost herself in his bright green irises. The braixen had never experienced a crush before and it had effectively silenced her. Jeeve smiled brightly and asked again

“You okay Phoxy? Are you hungry? My mom likes to pack two sandwiches for me, even though I tell her not to. I guess it's a good thing she did though huh?" Jeeve sat on the bench with Dahlia and slid up to her, unintentionally rubbing his leg against hers. He handed her a sandwich and watched in mild curiosity as she practically swallowed the thing whole. She looked to him hesitantly, making him say “You still hungry? Here take mine, school's almost over anyway. Actually just take my lunch, Arceus knows you need it more than I do."

She wanted to argue that he was practically skin and bones, but she didn't. The braixen just greedily gobbled up the food, much to Jeeve's amusement. Once she was done he patted her on her cheek and smiled saying

“My name's Jeeve Javari and I'm a human . . . You uh probably knew that though. Oh you wanna hang out with me and Ricardo? Don't worry about him, he's cool." Dahlia's voice hitched as she struggled to say something, anything to her new friend. She opened her mouth to speak, but only tears came out as she tried to make words. Jeeve saw this and wrapped his stringy arms around her saying

“Hey don't cry! I know you probably heard what the other kids were saying but you don't have to listen to them! I think you're cool and I'll be your friend! Just please stop crying!" The braixen really tried to stop crying, but the tears only flowed harder and faster as he kept massaging her back. The human's hands moved lower, right above her flank, but he seemed to pay no mind, only intent on making her feel better. The braixen's cheeks flushed as she received the attention, never in her life had anyone made her feel like this before and she relished every second of his touch. Though like all good things it came to end with Jeeve saying

“Well it's almost class time. I'm heading back, you wanna tag along?" Young Dahlia was unsure of what to do, thinking of how to respond, but Jeeve did it for her. He placed his hand in her paw and led them both back to class, chatting away the whole time. The braixen mouth only hung in awe at his beauty and it was at that moment she vowed they'd be mates some day . . .

Dahlia smiled warmly at the memory for it was one of the fondest one's she had of Jeeve. To this day she still intended to hold true of what her younger self had proclaimed, the delphox wanted Jeeve and she wanted him now. The wait for his 18th birthday was honestly killing her, she wanted to fell his smooth lips against her own, run her paw across his bare chest and feel what it felt like to be taken by a human. The pokemon had heard stories, hell she had seen the not so discreet acts in the locker room, but she wanted to experience it herself.

Dahlia looked over at Jeeve again and noticed him sneaking notes to Ricardo, and sighed. She was madly in love with him, but through all her probing it seemed like he wasn't interested in her or anyone for that matter. She always knew competition for his affection would be fierce, but now with him planning to build a pokemon replant, things were looking bleaker and bleaker everyday.

Dahlia closed her eyes and concentrated on Jeeve, hoping to break into his mind and see what he was thinking about. The delphox had read his mind before, but she had found it extremely hard to do, and it always ended in a headache.

Dahlia face grimaced as she strained herself to break into the genius' head. He always made her work for it, never had she just been able to bypass his mental block, but oh she relished the first time she did it.

When Dahlia first broke into his thoughts she was ecstatic The delphox thought she would find a treasure trove of knowledge and deep seeded secrets about her, but all she found were superficial thoughts, boring science facts, and nothing regarding her, it honestly hurt her a little. So she pretended not to care about him, only to have her facade shattered every time she saw the human.

Dahlia clutched her head in pain as she failed to read the human's mind. She was impressed at his sheer mental fortitude, but she refused to be defeated so she tried again. She thought long and hard then smiled as she remembered that she still had a chance with him.

A few weeks ago Dahlia had been following Jeeve around and actually caught him with his mental barrier down and his mindscape shocked her to no end. At the time his mind was filled with lewd images of naked delphoxes, naughty pin ups, and all around raunchy pornos, typical of a male in his senior year of high school. Dahlia shuddered to herself at the memory, it was such a delightful shock to see Jeeve thinking of her species like that and whenever she felt down and out, she remembered that time.

Dahlia refocused her efforts into prying his and almost squealed in delight when she broke through. She wasted no time and began poking around his thoughts, looking for anything about her. On the surface there was nothing about her, but then she pried deeper, finding the treasure trove of forbidden thoughts. The delphox paused and looked at Jeeve. She knew what she was doing was serious invasion of privacy and if he ever found out, he'd probably stop trusting her altogether. The thought alone was almost enough to have her quit, but she resolved that she had come too far to turn back and so she peered her mind eye into his most secured thoughts.

The one that practically jumped out to Dahlia was one that was only a few days old. The memory had started with them off at The Grease Trap eating and having a good time.

She couldn't hear everything real well but from what she was watching it looked like Ricardo had told some funny joke. They all laughed real hard and Dahlia's paw fell on Jeeve's thigh. The delphox tried to remember doing that and she honestly couldn't so she shrugged and continued the memory. She hadn't noticed when they went out, but in this memory blurb she could feel all of Jeeve's emotions, specifically his arousal. The human was sweating and shaking at just the mere contact of her paw, which flattered Dahlia. The human excused himself from the table and practically ran to the bathroom, where he locked himself in a stall and began stroking himself.

Dahlia's mind eye widened at the sight and she had to control herself, for it would look real bad if her arousal flared up in class. She would then have to fend off her entire class wanting to 'help her' and that was something she just couldn't deal with. Dahlia pushed the memory down and flipped to another of Jeeve and her at his apartment. Dahlia instantly recognized the memory of when she had to go to homecoming and work the ticket counter. Student council forced her to wear a dress and she came to the human for advice.

She remembered him being so calm and collected that night, casually telling her which dress she should go with, little did she know what was running through his head. She could feel his arousal through the memory and it was hard to keep herself from reaching over and mating the real Jeeve then and there. She pushed the memory back down and skipped through his head to another memory that was pretty recent.

Jeeve was in bed, clad only in his boxers as he slept fitfully. Jeeve tossed and turned, mumbling incoherently as he moved. The human suddenly stopped and slid grumpily out of bed. Reaching over for his bottle of lotion, he began slowly stroking himself. Dahlia had to bite back a lusty moan as she watched this memory because it was the only one with a really good picture of his length. She estimated it had to be at least 7 and half inches and with the way he was stroking it, it must've been pretty hefty too.

Dahlia's breathing quickened as Jeeve picked up his pace, moaning and groaning to some unknown female. The lewd display went on for another few minutes before Jeeve reached his climax screaming “OOHH DAHLIA! OH FUCK YES!"

The delphox let out a cough, effectively breaking the mental link between them. Dahlia cheeks were extremely flushed and her loins were begging for attention. She looked around and was thankful no one was looking at her, well no one except Jeeve.

“Hey Dahlia you okay? You seemed kinda spooked." The delphox looked at her crush and nodded her head saying

“Y-Yea . . . I-I'm fine. Something must've flew in my mouth or something." Jeeve nodded knowingly and went to respond, but was stopped by their teacher who said

“Oh? Excuse me Mr. Javari. I forgot you're a genius and you don't need education." Jeeve quickly turned around and replied

“Sorry Ms. Rosa, I got distracted for a sec."

“That's quite alright Mr. Javari, though I'd like to see you after class." Jeeve uncomfortably shifted in his chair at the tone of her voice. It was just a tad too sensual for the human.

“Actually? Mr. Javari would you like to come to the front and read your report on your historical figure?"

“Uh I'd love to and all, but I don't think anyone wants to hear about my boring old project."

“Nonsense Mr. Javari! I for one love your projects. They're always well researched and have a layer of effort put into them that I just don't see in my other classes." Jeeve sighed in defeat and grabbed his report, making his way towards the white board. The human nonchalantly walked up to the board then jumped as something slapped his ass cheek. Turning around he saw Gracie flashing him her fangs, granted in a playful manner, but that did little to ease his disgust.

Jeeve stood in front of the class and took a deep breath in saying

“Hello. My name if Jeeve Javari and my project is about the pokemon who engineered a cure for the Poke-flu. His name was Nathaniel Clawson, an Alakazam from Sinnoh. Through his hard work and perseverance he . . . Oh what the hell!" Jeeve tossed the report over his shoulders then said

“I'm about to lay a truth bomb on just about everyone in here. Nathaniel Clawson didn't invent the cure, he didn't even work in that division where the cure was created, in fact no Pokemon created the cure." The class began quietly murmuring amongst each other leaving Jeeve to say

“Yea hard to believe right? Well believe it! The one who created the cure was a human woman by the name of Stella Javari, or as I know her my mom." The classroom roared in protest and many tried to argue his claims, but Jeeve silenced all of them saying

“The history books will tell you Nathaniel discovered the T-7 virus and was able to halt it's division and effectively kill it, but that's so wrong it hurts! We can't kill viruses 100% No what had to be done was a work around. My mother figured out that the virus was always changing and that we needed a way to counteract that, so she created a medicine that was always changing too! The flu shots you all get start out the same, but once inside your body they morph to suit everyone's individual needs. My mother saved the lives of millions of pokemon and she never even got so much as a thank you for what she did!"

Dahlia and Rick exchanged looks of worry as the class continued taunting Jeeve. Someone in the back raised their hand then said

“Why should we thank your mom? How do we know that you didn't make that story up!?"

“Well unlike you I have over a 110% in this class. I've memorized just about every word in those wrong textbooks and I can assure you that what I'm saying is right."

A charizard up front locked gazes with Jeeve and caused the human to internally panic. He recognized this pokemon from Arc's hideout, seeing as he was always there. The charizard seemed to pick up on Jeeve's distress and said

“Well genius. Why don't you fill the class in on where your fantastic mother is now? I mean I'd wanna know what brilliant projects the savior of the pokemon race is working on." The class hummed in agreement, egging the human to tell his mother's whereabouts. The charizard smirked then said

“Well if he won't tell you, then I guess little ole' me will have to do! This guy's full of shit! I've seen his mother at Arc's hideout, she's a showroom dancer and part time prostitute." The class laughed and mocked Jeeve as he stood there, defeated.

The charizard leaned back smoothly then said “So let me get this straight again? You want us to believe your mother was some super genius scientist that discovered the cure to a disease, but now is nothing more that cumdumpster?"

The human's head was hung low as the class continued berating his mother, but something inside him snapped.

“Yes." The classroom's laughter subsided when the charizard leaned in closer and asked

“What'd you say?"

“I say yes you ignoramus. I fully expect you to believe what I said, in spite of you bringing up my mother's job now."

Instead of laughing, the class exchanged confused glances as Jeeve continued saying

“You all just don't get it do you? Besides the few humans in this class, I look at everyone here and see spoiled, entitled brats! You live in a society that just gives you whatever you want whether it be jobs, opportunities, or even mates. You all don't work for anything! I have a 5.135 Gpa and the next highest gpa ia a 3.4, now tell me who deserves to go to college? But because you were born charizard or ninetails or lucario or delphox, the world is yours!"

Dahlia listened to Jeeve's speech and couldn't help but cringe at the way he said delphox. To Dahlia it seemed like that part was aimed directly at her.

“So yea my mom's a prostitute, but the world's smartest prostitute! Without her there would be an estimated 4.3 million pokemon deaths to date! My mother was great, the best of her kind, but if I had to pinpoint her biggest mistake, I'd honestly say it was finding that cure . . ." There were four other humans who had the class with Jeeve and they all clapped enthusiastically at the end of his speech. They clapped and clapped even as the pokemon majority remained silent. Jeeve cast one more glance over the class then walked over to his seat grabbing his bag and left.

COURTYARD

“In . . . and out. Breathe Javari breathe . ." Jeeve said to himself as he meditated in the courtyard. He knew he was in deep trouble after his little outburst in class, but if there was one thing he couldn't tolerate it was disrespect towards his mother. The human continued his breathing exercises then stopped as he felt a presence in front of him. Jeeve groaned and opened his eyes, expecting some more harassment, but only found four humans standing in front of him.

They all exchanged looks between each other before the smallest, a girl Jeeve recognized from Calculus, stepped forward saying

“Jeeve it's me Amanda! We've had every advanced math together since freshman year!"

“Oh hey Amanda . . . What's going on? Looks like you guys are about to jump me or something."

“Oh sorry, we didn't mean to scare you, but we want in." The human raised his eyebrow questioningly and asked

“Uh huh . . . Who are these dudes again?" Amanda smiled then introduced the others from left to right, starting with

“This hunk here is Jason Ortega. He's the only human on the football team." Jason reached his hand out and shook Jeeve's saying

“So Mr. Genius? I heard you got a vendetta against society too."

“You heard right bro." Amanda smiled and moved on saying

“And this rascal here is La'Shaun King, but everyone calls him Shifty K." Shifty K and Jeeve exchanged a look of mutual respect, then shook hands saying

“Jeeve Javari? Javari . . You uh from West side Alola?"

“Born and raised. I'm guessing you're from East side then?"

“You got that right. How'd you get here? My momma got sold off at some auction and the asshole stuck us here."

“My mother's boss told her she was coming here to conduct long term studies, only for her to get snatched up by some Poke creep." Shifty K only shook his head saying

“Different stories, same outcome. Well it's finally nice to meet another brotha here. I was starting to think we were extinct."

Jeeve chuckled dryly and replied “Oh we are . . ." Amanda clapped her hands together and said

“Well then . . . Last but not least my soul sister Amy Brigado!" Amy shyly waved then pulled her hoodie over her head.

“Sorry Jeeve it's not you, she's just really shy."

“That's quite alright, but I what I want to know is why you're here introducing yourselves. I take it it's not to get to know me."

Amanda laughed then said “Oh Javari, nothing gets past you does it? Well how do I put this . . . We uh-" Jason groaned inpatiently then said

“Look man we were at The Grease Trap yesterday eating and minding our own business, when we heard you talking to that lucario and delphox about making Pokemon repellent! Look man we all got something in common here . . . All our birthdays are three days apart! Amy's gonna be 18 in just 3 days, we wanna help build this thing!"

Jeeve scratched his chin thoughtfully then replied “I'm sorry, but I can't do that." Jason quickly reached for Javari's collar and held him up saying

“Why the fuck not!?"

“Because I can't make an repellent in just three days! It's gonna take at least 5 days to gather all the information and materials, then we still have to test it and debug it! All those things take years to do under normal circumstances!"

“You're the super genius! You can figure that shit out!" Jeeve forced himself out of Jason's grip saying

“Yes I can! But it's gonna take time, I can't promise you I can do it!" Amanda came up to Jeeve and placed her hand on his shoulder saying

“Please Javari . . . We're desperate. We don't wanna be mated off anymore than you do!" The human squirmed under their pleading gazes then relented saying

“Fine! I'll help you, but first let me tell my friends about the changes." Jeeve turned to walk away, but was grabbed by Shifty K who said

“Nah man, can't let you do that."

“What're talking about? Let go dude!" Amanda intervened again and removed Shifty K's hand saying

“Sorry about him, he's got . . . trust issues with pokemon, we all do Jeeve. I know Dahlia and Ricardo are your friends, but they can't know about this! You never know who could be working against you."

“Look I appreciate the concern, but they already know about the project. Did you forget we talked about it yesterday?"

“No I didn't . . . Look Javari, just . . . Don't talk about the repellent anymore to them. You need to be careful who you associate with."

“Says the girl I barely know . . ." Amanda sighed heavily then replied

“We get we're asking a lot of you, but please listen to us! You're at a disadvantage with that delphox as your friend. Psychic pokemon are among the most devious and dangerous. Think about it for a second she's probably read your mind 100 times in all the years you've known her. She knows you almost better than you know yourself!"

“So what am I supposed to do? Shut my brain off!?"

“Just . . . Be wary okay? You're 18th birthday is real soon too and you know how pokemon get around human's 18th birthdays." Jeeve nodded knowingly then said

“Alright fine! I'll play the bad friend and keep this a secret from them, but what about you guys? What do you bring to the table that can help speed this along?"

The four smirked simultaneously then Amanda replied

“Let's meet up afterschool and we'll show you what we bring to the table."

“Hmm. Alright you guys got your phones? We'll meet at this address here, tell no one where you're going and bring whatever you feel's gonna be necessary to help." The four humans furiously copied the address down then listened as Jeeve said

“We meet in two hours. Don't stay after school to chat or hang out. I'm conducting serious business so if you're in, you'll be there promptly understand?"

Shifty K pulled out a toothpick and stuck it in his mouth saying

“Don't worry Javari, you can count on us. We humans gotta stick together am I right?" Everyone nodded in agreement then left for their afternoon classes, determined to see this project through.

“Where have you been J?! Rick and I were worried!" Jeeve shrugged his shoulders and sat down saying

“Calm down Dahlia I was just hanging around, needed some time to calm down." The delphox studied his face for any signs of deception, but ultimately found none. She then tried to check his mind for the truth but found that his mental defense had been refortified as if he were hiding something.

“ . . . Yea so when are we gonna get together and work on the 'project?'" Jeeve's relaxed stance quickly shifted to a defensive one as he said

“Don't worry about it, I'm going to figure something out." Dahlia's suspicions quickly flared causing her to reply with

“Figure something out huh? Are you giving up on the project?"

“No I didn't say that, I said I'm going to figure something out."

“Well yea I heard you, but your tone of voice sounded like you had plans to give up. We can still help you know."

“It's fine just drop it okay?" Jeeve's tone had a slight edge to it and the delphox didn't take to kindly to being sassed.

“What's your problem Jeeve? Are you still mad about class earlier today?"

“No. I'm far past that now."

“Then why are you acting like a defensive jerk?"

“Defensive?! I've got nothing to hide so why would I be defensive!?" Dahlia tried once more to break into his thoughts, but couldn't even scratch the surface for Jeeve's mental block was too dense.

The delphox then smirked as she thought of what to do and said “I never said you had anything to hide. Being defensive doesn't mean you're hiding something . . . But in your case it just might."

“Why don't you mind your own business and stop interrogating me!?"

“I'm just asking simple questions and besides . . . Your business is my business."

“You don't own me." Dahlia hadn't meant to say it, but her emotions had gotten the best of her. She knew she had messed up as soon as she had opened her mouth, but by the time she realized her error . . . it was too late. Dahlia uttered four little words, four words that changed the dynamic between the two

“Not yet I don't . . ." Jeeve gave her with a look of pure dread mixed with hatred, but said nothing. He only turned and buried his face in his textbook, ignoring the watering eyes of the pokemon. She reached out and placed her paw on his shoulder, but hurtfully withdrew it when Jeeve scooted away from her.

Dahlia whispered sadly and said “Jeeve love, what have I done?"

UNKNOWN LOCATION

“You live here bro?"

“Of course he doesn't live here! This is an all pokemon neighborhood! They don't even allow unmated humans here!"

“Then why the hell are we here?!" The group continued arguing in front of the house, but Jeeve ignored them. Instead he walked across the well kept grass and up to the front door where he knelt down and picked up a rock.

Amanda quickly shuffled up behind Jeeve and asked

“When you asked us to come here, I thought you meant your house! This is Kalos Heights Jeeve!!"

“Yes I know."

“Then why are we here!? We could get in serious trouble for being here!"

“That we could . . ." Jeeve tossed the rock up and down a few times, then turned it over revealing a small grey key. Jeeve put the key in the lock and stepped through the door, holding it open for his jittery friends.

Once inside he flipped a light switch bathing the room in soft tanish light. The interior was warm and cozy, like that of an elderly person's home. Pictures were everywhere, various photos of Jeeve and his extended family scattered the house, relaxing the group a bit.

Shifty K walked around examining the house and said “Who's house is this? Your grandpa's?" Jeeve nodded and moved towards the desk in the living room and said

“This house belonged to my grandpa and his Pokemon master before they passed . . . But that's not important right now, gather around everybody. The group moved around Jeeve and watched as he booted up the computed on the desk. The genius took out his mother's necklace and placed the micros sd card inside saying

“This micro drive here holds the last of my mother's research . . . This is our only shot at creating a repellent against pokemon . . ." Jason folded his arms and grumbled saying

“Tell us something we don't know . . ." Jeeve glared at him, but stopped when Amanda stepped in front saying

“Please don't fight guys! Forgive him Jeeve but . . . Something happened on our way here." Jeeve swiveled around in his chair and asked

“What happened?" Amanda sighed and hung her head low and said

“It happened afterschool. We were walking towards Jason's van when we s-saw j-jenni-" Amanda sniveled violently then buried her face in Jason's chest sobbing. Amy tapped Shifty K's arm, causing him to sigh saying

“Eh man look here, Jennifer got mated off today . . ." Jeeve let out a strained cough as he processed the news. Jennifer Rivera was the heartthrob of the humans at Kalos High. She regularly spoke out against the rules and malpractices aimed specifically towards the human students. She fought her way up and became the student body president, effectively dismantling many of the opinions that humans were inferior.

Jenifer had the largest queue of waiting pokemon to mate with her than any other human. She had made a list and publicly denounced the individuals in an assembly once, much to their embarrassment.

Jeeve clutched his chest then asked “Dear Arceus . . . W-Were t-they at least gentle?" Josh growled in anger and replied

“You should've seen those savages, they fucked her raw! They dragged her out of class kicking and screaming the whole way. I tried to fight back man I really did, but I wasn't strong enough . . ."

Amanda stifled her tears and said “H-Hey don't blame yourself! You did more than any other person at school, but you need to realize there was nothing you could do."

Shifty K pulled up a chair and placed it next to Jeeve saying “Truth be told, she was planning the same thing you were. We started this little enterprise with her about a month back, helping her anyway we could. She worked day in and day out bro, barely eating and barely, but in the end it wasn't enough . . . We all met at the Grease Trap a little bit before you arrived and racked our brains on how we could help her, but our efforts were fruitless."

Everyone took seats around Shifty as he continued saying “But then you came along, talking about making repellent and junk. Should've seen the look on Jennifer's face, the girl was beaming at you. Once you left she made us promise to continue with you from where she left off, to make things right she said."

Jason cursed under his breath and said “she should've ran! I told her to run! We had everything figured out too! Where she would go and how to get there, but no! She had to make a statement, and for what!? Four high impact pelvic fractures, a bruised rib, and dislocated jaw!" Jason stood up and huffed abruptly then left the others for some time alone.

Amanda sighed and said

“Don't mind him guys. Jennifer and Jason had been dating for years . . . He's just taking it like any good lover would." Jeeve swiveled back around in his chair and started typing on the computer saying

“Well that was remarkably depressing, but there's still time I think . . . My mother's notes are pretty thorough and we might be able to make some magic happen."

“Thank you again Jeeve. We honestly can't thank you enough for this, but do you really think you can create a cure in three days?"

“Hard to say Amanda . . . I created that rubix cube solving robot in an afternoon, but this is something of a different caliber. I don't know if I can do it, but I promise to give it my all." Amanda nodded and left the human alone to work, but soon Jeeve stopped and asked

“Who's birthday is in three days?"

“Jason's . . ."

“I'll do what I can . . . Promise."
