The personal sanctuary is spartan, piled in one corner is a horrific pile of human body parts well cooked and glistening with melted fats. Near this Dark bounty a fanged and taloned beast squats on it's haunches using it's large tail as a counter-balance and absently chews, his muzzle full of meat while deep in thought.

Divested of the ceremonial robe the disturbing form can be clearly seen, squat and scaled, the spiked tail twitching at random, the face out of a human child's nightmare with eyes full of intelligence and unspeakable evils...

...Oh the memory of that dark and glorious night four months ago surges pleasantly through my being still... And so And so... In the human world above us a conveyance of many lives had an unfortunate accident (smirking at this) delivering to us a most bountiful and well roasted repast.

Supping on a well cooked appendage, glistening juices dripping from my teeth another large chunk is torn off, savoring the moist flesh and deep in thought I consider todays lesson to the coven... perhaps the third chapter of the Atrum Exerceo (Dark Exercises)... my thoughts are suddenly interrupted by my second, Ugut...

I turn on this intrusion Hissing angrily and quickly swallow my food... the maggot drops to all fours cringing and begging for my forgiveness "You are forgiven, dog!... now speak swiftly before I rip out your heart!" I would not actually do so, his knowledge and assistance assures him of survival... for now... "Sssorrry to interrrrupt massster but you have a visssitorr..."

Ah! it must be Sutus from the Doke coven I wondered on his lateness... "you may go Ugut..." he exits still on all fours and Sutus steps in ignoring him, Ugut pulls the curtain back into place.

"Hail! Sutus how goes Doke?"

Licking his muzzle I notice his eye on my meal "here brother enjoy our bounty by the graces of the Master" reaching out and grabbing a foot from the pile he gnaws on the heel then speaks...

"Mmmm... tender..." He Belches loudly "we at Doke have heard of your teachings and as you well know we grow stronger through the Masters knowledge..." swallowing the last of the meal in one gulp... "On behalf of the Master and his will I as leader of Doke think our coven should learn these new powers..." right to the point, a good leader...

I grunt "This seems most appropriate as the Master wills it then so shall it be..." most auspicious... "In honour of your visit would any of Doke care to join us tonight on our hunt?" Growling his approval "we at Doke would be honoured" no one turns down a good hunt as all give glory to the Master.

Turning and eying the food longingly "I must now call my coven together for todays word..." to business.

"By the Masters will I shall witness this..." as he says this he stabs an appendage with his Talons quickly devouring it... Good let him hear my power and blessings from he who leads us all, watching him silently as he chews... after the hunt I will arrange to meet his coven...

I place upon myself the dark robes of office and call for Ugut, he enters still on all fours... "Get up worm! by the will of the master it's time for today's words of power, gather the coven swiftly!" He nods then exits on hind claws, still bowed over forwards in respect, he will have them together within a few moments...

"Come Sutus join me in temple for todays words" Sutus bows and follows, we both stop and wash our claws in the pool before continuing on... As I enter the sacred place I hear the coven chanting the words of greeting for their teacher...

"Illa indignus vas supplicate themselves pro magister, magister has universa imperium super quis nos perceptum!"

("The unworthy supplicate themselves before the teacher, we give the teacher complete control over what we learn, In the Masters name!")

I automatically respond "Sic exsisto is, EGO mos docui vos vinco lacuna" the pactum falls quiet... "Todays words of power are from the third chapter of Atrum Exerceo..."

(I automatically respond "So be it, I will now teach the Masters words" the coven falls quiet... "Todays words of power are from the third chapter of Dark Exercises...")
