#1 of Prisoners of Lust

Just a brief prologue to this set of stories, which is about the fate of the party that is assembled here.

The general idea of the stories here will be the fate of men who either deliberately go up against, or who accidentally stumble upon, the underground sex lair of a rather kinky individual with a fetish for having sex with male monsters, and the talent to turn men into monsters. I'll have a bare-bones idea for the end goal (i.e. what kind of monster the guy is going to transform into), and generate a feasible character using a very simple RPG system with random dice rolls. Then I create some encounters - adventurous, sexual, etc. - and use random numbers to determine the outcome.

"I'm here for Yule Baker and Timothy Morton," Lysander Zane explained.

Captain Uxbridge's eyebrow raised slightly in surprise as he accepted the sealed letter from the paladin's gauntleted hand. He only needed a quick glance to check that the seal was an authentic Holy Hand seal: Lysander Zane was a celebrated and popular figure in the kingdom. Physically strong and incredibly charismatic, the handsome yet unattainable man was incredibly beloved and respected by many, including the captain of Jagged Cape Prison. "I'd certainly be happy to be rid of them, but may I ask why?" he inquired.

Lysander answered, "There's been reports of monsters skulking about near the Overton Ruins. The Order has been asked to look into it."

"Monsters?!" the captain expressed surprise. "Surely not." His hand moved automatically: with only two movements of his arm, he had retrieved the dagger that was on his desk and broke open the seal.

Lysander agreed, "It's probably just a band of particularly creative highwaymen, but it this is Overton and the Order doesn't want to take too many chances."

Captain Uxbridge quickly perused the letter; in it, it states that the Holy Hand would be grateful for the temporary release of one Yule Baker and one Timothy Morton from the Jagged Cape Prison. The captain pressed, "That explains Baker, but I don't really understand Morton. There are better thieves in here - granted, not as many as we would like - and plenty who are just as good who aren't missing the lower half of their right leg."

Lysander smiled and elaborated somewhat apologetically, "The Order thought it might be easier to get you to agree to the request if it was for someone who wouldn't be missed, should things come to that."

The captain grinned, "Yes, there's certainly not many who are more disliked than Morton."

Lysander asked, "So I take it you'll assent to this request?"

Captain Uxbridge tapped his finger; after reading the letter, he'd had an idea, but just had to think of the best way to phrase his response. "I'll agree, but on one condition: I'd like to send one of my own men along. If the prisoners are only being released temporarily, I'd like to have someone there to keep an eye on them."

"I'm taking along a young initiate for training, as well as a local hunter as a guide," Lysander countered, "I can assure you it's unlikely an old man and a one-legged thief will be much of a problem."

It was the captain's turn to sound apologetic. He explained, "It's not just that, of course. My son is stationed here, and although he's not the best soldier around, he certainly could get a more prestigious assignment if he were given the chance to prove himself."

Lysander nodded, "I understand, but I could just put in a good word for him when my quest has been completed. I'm sure you don't want to risk your son's life."

Captain Uxbridge shook his head, "I'm afraid he wouldn't go for that. I believe he feels that he is perceived as being favoured, being my son and assigned under my command, so often goes out of the way to do a lot of unpleasant duties."

Lysander smiled, "Well, that certainly sounds honourable, so I couldn't turn down such a request. To be honest, I think my young initiate is somewhat intimidated by my reputation, and could probably do with someone of his own age about. On behalf of the Holy Hand, I accept."

Captain Uxbridge smiled, "If you'll excuse me, I'll arrange for the release of the prisoners."
