Part Three: The Fun House

"Welcome back everyone at home," Freaky exuberantly cheered down the nearest camera as the lights turned on. The raichu had changed into a plum coloured jacket and matching bow tie sometime during the interval and Nidonocu couldn't help but wish he was wearing something similar. It would be better than what wardrobe had provided them with for the next game. It was embarrassing to think everyone at home was watching him wearing a pair of tight lycra cycling shorts and matching vest. The clothing was breathable and light but clung with elastic around the neck, waist and thighs and left nothing to the imagination. The way his crotch bulged was quite definitely visible as were the heavy muscles under some of his fellow contestants' bodies. Daniel and Con both had well defined torsos; they certainly put Nidonocu to shame. Bright, neon orange also really didn't work with his purple fur but he hadn't been given much choice so turning his attention back to Freaky he listened to what the next game was to be.

"This challenge is quite simple," the raichu was saying as he gestured toward a set of three doors set at intervals around the walls of the plain white room they had been led into, "Around us are three regular apartments. There is a main hall, a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom." He turned and grinned at the contestants, "Everyone at home is being given a chance to see what they look like in advance. But all you guys need to worry about is how to win! Above the door to each room is a symbol; somewhere in each room is a large plastic object in the same shape as the one above the door."

At this point he held up a T bar shape of red plastic about half a foot long, "To get back out you have to find all four items and assemble them into the locking mechanism in the door. First two teams back out win, the third team will then be locked in and removed from the game!"

He gestured a paw at his contestants to gather and smiled at the camera, lime furred legs carrying him over to a small pedestal and a large orb that had six swirling coloured balls spinning around inside of it. "Now our machine here will pick out two coloured balls at a time, the colours match your outfits. Those of you who are paired will be team mates for this challenge so work together and do your best to get back out before the others," with that the raichu pressed the large button before the pedestal and watched as the coloured balls whirled faster and faster inside the plastic orb.

Darting down the corridor with Flinty by his side Nido glanced at the four doors, bouncing from foot to foot as he considered the symbols engraved above them. There was a square, a T shape, L shape and a zigzag, he frowned trying to decide which one would be the best to go for first but the blue and white fox darted past him and through the door into the bedroom.

"Come on bunny, I don't want to lose this!" Flinty's voice called out before he yelped loudly in surprise. Running in to see what had happened Nido saw that the fox had pulled open a cupboard and been doused in thick grey slime. The purple hybrid bunny grinned at the fox before moving over to a stack of boxes in one corner.

"We should have known it would be full of goo, come on we need to do this quickly," pulling the lid off one of the boxes Nido got a face full of thick purple slime. Spluttering and wiping gunge from his face the bunny ruffled through all the boxes as quickly as he could, slowly being covered in more gunge as it continued to spray up through the jets in the floor. It wasn't easy but moving on from one location to the next Nido and Flinty turned the bedroom upside down, grey and purple slime pooling around their feet as they tried searched high and low for the first key. It took them two, maybe three minutes to locate the slim L shaped piece of plastic hidden at the back of one of the wardrobes. Hurrying out into the corridor Nido waved the gunge coated form of his team mate on toward the next door.

"Get searching, I'll put this in and come join you."

The fox nodded and hurried off as Nido moved toward the door. He'd just slipped the key into place when the ceiling opened a series of vents and started to pour thick waves of slime down onto his head. It was thick, slimy and left Nido with no choice but to push his way through to get back to Flinty. Each curtain of gunge was a different colour, leaving his body a multi-coloured mess in seconds as the hall started to fill with muck.

Finding the door Flinty had gone through closed Nido tried the handle only to find the door was stuck. Applying hid shoulder and grunting heavily Nido forced the door open only to be knocked backwards as a waist high deluge of thick purple gunk flowed out. He had a glimpse of the formerly blue fox valiantly clinging to the sink basin as jets of the same purple slime poured out of every tap and shower nozzle. It was heavy and thick and the sheer weight of it slopped over Nido at the same time something caught at his ankles and tripped him. Forced to scrunch his eyes closed as he was dunked under the thick slime the poison-bunny flailed and pushed up. Goo clung to his body and soaked through his clothing and as he surfaced, clawing at the walls for support Nido was shoved back under as something heavy thumped against his chest, a heavy weight pushing him back under.

Reacting on instinct alone the bunny wrapped his arms about whatever was holding him down. For just a moment his arms found some resistance, it felt like a torso shape wrapped about his, thick and slimy arms coiled about his shoulders, holding him down. Then the mass dissolved back into the goo and Nido sat up with a start, shivering and gasping for air as a last, lingering sensation brushed across his legs and ankles as he sat up to his waist in the mock hallway.

"What...." he watched as Flinty waded out of the bathroom, heading for the door and shouted back at the bunny.

"I said get up, try the next room I've got it and...." he paused at the door as a siren glared and for the first time since they came into the apartment Panzer's voice boomed out. "We have our winners, Daniel and Forest, they are out and don't they look a sight! Congratulations you two, let's hope the others are faring better, but as I'm sure you can see they all seem to be a bit more... bogged down. But it looks like Nido and Flinty are behind! Delph has their third item only the bathroom left now!"

Turning away from the door Flinty forced his way back down the hall, ducking through the curtains of thickly pouring coloured goo to reach Nido and help the bunny back to his feet. "We've got to hurry, one room each!" the bunny nodded and pushed his way into the living room leaving the fox to stumble and slog his way through the gunge into the kitchen. It was knee height in the hall now and he really struggled getting the kitchen door to swing open. Whilst he was struggling to get it open Freaky's voice cut through the rather jovial background noise.

"How did you do it? That was a record time, our play testers never pulled it off so fast."

"We got lucky," Daniel said cheerfully, "We also left the kitchen and bathroom to last as we figured there'd be more gunge outlets in them."

Flinty groaned and staggered into the kitchen, gunge coiling about his ankles as it poured into the room, making the linoleum floor slippery and treacherous. Pulling open a cupboard and staring inside he ducked as the kitchen sink seemed to back up. A fountain of dark grey gunge shot up into the air, falling down over the fox's back as raindrops as he hurriedly pulled open cupboards and boxes, shaking packaging materials, powders and all manner of stuff onto the floor as he desperately looked for the piece of the key hidden in this room. Kneeling down in the goo, grimacing a bit at the way the liquid slime oozed over his waist and soaked into his tight shorts the fox pulled open the cupboard under the sink. The zigzag shaped piece of plastic he was searching for was fixed to the wall behind the drain pipe but as he reached for it, muzzle lighting up with a smile of triumph his paw snagged some sort of hidden wire and the drain clicked open.

For a second Flinty was staring into a black hole as the pipe was exposed before an inch thick torrent of grey gunge hit him full in the face. Gasping and falling backwards under the spray of slime Flinty threw his hands out behind him to try and support his body as he was pushed back. Sat on his arse, thick slime pattering against his chest he tried to push forward only to yelp as something gripped him between the legs and squeezed. Wriggling and batting a paw into the gunge the fox found nothing but a discarded box.

Scrambling onto his knees Flinty leant forward only to topple forward and vanish under the surface with a wet gloop, flailing with his hands beneath the surface at whatever had pulled him off balance. For just a moment it felt like a pair of arms and as he blinked his eyes clear he could have sworn there was a shape half emerged from the goo. A masked face with a pair of dark gooey eyes and dripping pointed ears. But when he looked again it was gone and the sirens sudden cry made him forget all about it as Panzer spoke.

"And the door is open! We have our second winners, Delph and Con are out! Well done you two, come on out.... heh you are a mess but congratulations!" With a groan Flinty staggered back to his feet and stumbled out into the hall. His body was dripping goo, the sticky grey stuff oozing in waves over his bare chest; he'd lost his vest at some point during that last tumble. His shorts were heavy and saturated with the heavy slime too, threatening to slip free of his hips at any moment. He found Nido in the hall leaning against a wall, the key from the living room held in his hands. The purple bunny had lost his shorts and had a wry smile on his muzzle as he tried to stop the gunge drop dripping off his shaggy bangs into his eyes.

"Hey," Flinty said with a rueful to the bunny, "Sorry I wasn't fast enough,"

"Ah is OK," Nido said with a brave smile, dropping the key piece into the gunge as it lapped about their waists. "I only just got here when the buzzer sounded. Still..." he perked up and grinned, "I beat my brother, so that's what counts. Now how do we get out of here? I wanna get clean this stuff is really thick and icky."

Turning back to the camera as the door to the changing room closed behind Daniel, Freaky waved a paw toward the screens showing the losers, dripping in a thick layer of gunge and waiting for some direction from the studio, "Shall we re-join Flinty and Nidonocu? I think everyone at home will quite like what we have in store for them."

The screen changed, shifting point of view to a camera in the gunge flooded apartment complex letting the viewer's get a good look at the rabbit and fox as Freaky spoke to them from a distance. "Hard luck guys, sorry to see you both out of the game. Still you gave it your all and were pretty close. Now then to avoid making more mess we're going to open the drains in there. You'll have to wait a bit whilst we make the room clean enough to let you out."

"How long will that take?" Nido asked, "This stuff is going to get cold pretty quickly... ah...." he cut off as all along the length of the corridor bubbles of air erupted. The grey and purple slime tugged at their legs as the goo rushed away. Nido grabbed a doorframe and hung on desperately, reaching out with his long, snake like tail as Flinty was swept past catching him. The blue fox had been knocked off his feet by the sudden movement amongst the goo. It was a real struggle for Nido to hold on; his paws kept slipping on the wood of the frame due to the gunge coating his paws. Flinty was struggling and pawing at the bunny hybrids tail, Nido could feel him starting to slip free of the slimy embrace of his tail.

The camera panned around, slowly settling down to give the viewers at home a good view along the length of the corridor and the far wall. Slowly a panel slid aside to reveal a wall of thick glass. Nido and Flinty hadn't seen it yet but the thousands watching at home could see into the massive tank of swirling, multi-coloured goo. Purple, black, yellow, grey, white and orange all swirled together behind the glass. Slowly the liquid started to take on shape and form. The curve of limbs soon became visible, bright eyes and rounded muzzles pressed up against the glass. The grey goo slowly pushed out into the shape of a raccoon's head. Next to him, condensing out of the purple wall of goo was a shape those at home could easily recognize as the bright eyed, cheeky grin sporting otter. Between the pair of gooey creatures however was a truly exotic beast. Backed up by gallons of goo was a multi-coloured ferret, his paws resting lightly on the glass as he watched Flinty and Nido struggle against the rush of goo draining away.

"Looks like you two are having some trouble with the drains in there," Freaky called out, his tone dripping with mischief, "Why don't you look behind you; some friends have come to lend a hand!"

The glass wall slammed open and the gallons of goo surged forward, propelling the three waiting gunge creatures forward. Flinty had time to get his arms and Nido yelled in shock as the gunge hit. The seemingly solid creatures grabbed them with powerful arms, dragging them apart. Leaving Nido and Flinty to the tender embrace of the creatures that had formerly been Kyle and Whistler the larger, gooey, swirl coloured ferret raced excitedly down the length of the hall, filling it further, helping the level of gunge to increase. As he reached the door back out into the studio he stopped and turned and cheered as Nidonocu went down under the goo, the bunny squirming as the grey goopy raccoon shaped creature held the struggling contestant beneath the gunge. Whistler had carried Flinty into one of the side rooms and the camera's view switched round to show the big otter had the blue fox pinned up against a wall and was teasingly stripping his struggling form, ignoring his protests. Once he was finished the broad shouldered, purpled otter plunged the fox beneath the goo and also held him under!

The audience were shown a split screen view of the two former contestants letting Nido and Flinty lift their heads above the surface to gasp down needy breaths of air as Kyle and Whistler knelt down in the gunge, sinking their gooey bodies up to their chests in the thick gunge that filled the apartment. Both boys were barely recognizable, their heads dripping with a thick layer of goo and from the way they were squirming and the manner in which their goopy assailants were making the gunge churn and slop back and forth against their bodies there were being treated to an invasive consolation prize much like Kyle and Whistler had suffered.

Everyone got a great view when the big, purple goo otter stood up, hefting a weakly struggling Flinty with him and pushed him against the wall, hips moving, thick, gooey shaft briefly visible as he drove it in and out of the poor fox's rump. It was quite the scene and almost as hypnotising as what was being done to poor Nidonocu. Kyle had him held firmly beneath the gunge, his body shifting, moving, stirring the gunge into a great mass and dunking the poison-bunnies head beneath the surface of the gunge. Holding Nido's head beneath the surface Kyle grinned widely, the grey, gunge raccoon's face lit up with a big smile as he rutted the rabbit. He let him up for air, the poor, struggling bunny gulping down air in the brief moments he was allowed above the surface only to be shoved under again. The time between breaths was increasing however as Kyle held Nido down for longer periods. His thick, slimy, oozing body manipulated the gunge however to let other parts of the rabbit surface, arms, legs, his groin and tail but his head only came up when he drew his arm back.

Slowly however changes started to become visible, Flinty's body was starting to sag back into Whistler's grip, his limbs melting, mingling blue goo with the otter's purple. Nido's thrashing started to slow down. His body lifted up out of the gunge as Kyle leant backwards, exposing a taught, muscular body that stiffened and then sloughed apart, splattering into the gunge all around Kyle as he was transformed.

With a whoop of delight the multi-coloured ferret splashed down the hall and dove under the gunge to resurface steadying a dripping, purple poison bunny made from thick gunge. It oozed slowly, blending into the slime pooling all around them as if his legs just merged into it all. Emerging from the other room Whistler and Flinty slid happily through the gunge to join the others, the fox now a solid shape of light blue that dripped and oozed like the others. More and more gunge seemed to pour into the hall, slowly but surely filling it up. The last glimpse of the apartment was of the coloured ferret racing down toward them, sliding and zipping through the gunge like a fish through water so he could thrust his face up close to the camera. He grinned widely before dissolving into an oozing wave of gunge that buried the camera beneath the surface of goo. The apartment was full and the shows latest losers had met with their own, personalized sticky ends.

"That's it we're into the first ad break," Nall murmured into his headset as his hands flicked over the various switches on the panel on front of him. "That was good, viewer figures are at one hundred and seventeen thousand and rising. I'd say we've struck a chord."

"What the hell was that, that thing?" James shouted from the other side of the booth, throwing down his head set and turning to glare at Freaky as the raichu walked into the room, "That Luka character, he isn't one of my initial test subjects. He's going to render all my data unusable. We agreed only people changed by mg formula would be used!" The raccoon was quivering in anger as he faced down Freaky, his white and grey striped tail bottled out into a thick brush of fur.

"I agreed to use your solution yes, but if you assumed it was the only option I had you should have known better." Freaky said admonished the raccoon, "Your lovely scientific concoction allows Luka a lot more freedom in how much mass he has and it is, I am told, a great aid to his ability to puppet and control those minds that fall into the goo."

Nall listened for a moment as James started to argue with Freaky, the raccoon scientist waving his hands in the air and all but shouting at Freaky. The raichu just nodded and responded in a cool, calm, quiet voice. It was all the cover the spider/ferret hybrid needed. Sliding his hands across his abdomen like tail Nall started to draw out a thick line of glistening silk from his hidden spinneret. Coiling the sticky substance around his four other limbs for storage he slowly, carefully padded up behind James, "Unlike you," Freaky was saying, "Luka works for the studio where as I don't trust you James, you always have some other plan in the works. You're not about to let anyone else retain control of your goo creatures when we are done here tonight."

Growling the raccoon pulled something out of his coat. It was a small needle attached to a glass vial. Shifting his weight, ready to throw he we jerked off balance as a loop of thick silk flipped over his head and caught about his muzzle. Half turning toward Nall in shock, eyes widening James was too slow to stop the next few loops of silk. They fell around his body swiftly, Nall quickly looping the sticky strands about James and pulling them tight. Manipulating the threads with all six hands the spidook tugged firmly on the coiled silk, knocking the albino raccoon off his feet. Freaky caught James to stop him smacking the ground head first and then stepped back to watch as the spider hybrid heaved on his threads and hoisted James feet first into the air.

Silk slipped from Nall's abdomen as the widely grinning creature slowly span James, winding the silken cord about his captives body, building up several layers that hid the raccoon under slightly wriggling fabric. He took his time, expertly weaving and spinning and tightening until James was buried under several inches of thick, stifling webbing. Steadying the new cocoon Nall looked across at Freaky and smiled softly, clawed paws teasing across the bulging, squirming outline of the raccoon.

"He took that as well as we thought he would, so what do you want me to do with him now? Shall I drop him in a vat of gunge or...?"

Waving a hand and checking his bow tie in the mirror the raichu replied quietly, "He's yours, have fun, but after the show. The next game is due in a few minutes."

"Sure," Nall said, smiling widely, pedipalps shifting gently, "And thanks, I like raccoons," he patted the cocoon fondly and turned back to his control console, humming happily to himself, day dreaming slightly about what he could get up too with his new toy.
