Here we are once again with another chapter of a story I have been working on for one of my high tier patrons from Patreon! This story is an example of what I offer to the high level contributors on my Patreon page, found here: https://www.patreon.com/comidacomida

Seeds of Divinity is a story that takes place in a low-tech, high adventure world with some amounts of fantasy. It focuses on a young man by the name of Raedryn Wescott, the elder of two children from a very influential, very well-off merchant family. Unlike the rest of his household, Ray is not really 'into' business and prefers more scholastic studies. Although he was interested in finding out why he came into a possession of a strange amulet, he is hardly ready for what answers await him.

This story is sponsored by Kalendius' generosity, and will continue to update monthly until completed, or until he has concluded his time as one of my patrons. If you like this story be sure to let him know too over on FA: https://www.furaffinity.net/user/kalenidus/

Please be advised that this story will contain a lot of adult m/m and m/m/m content in upcoming chapters involving a human and furries.

Chapter 7 begins with a hot injection of content directly after we left off in Chapter 8 (yes, word choice was on purpose). From there, we begin to move into direct plot progression, which is hopefully something people will enjoy almost as much as the first part. :)

Raedryn paid no mind to the fact that he was squeezed between the writhing bodies of a Varken and Sunfeili; Wolf and Cat-- Herald and Bird. He was caught up in the moment, each of his companions affording him as much attention as the other. The young man had heard stories of those who sought more than one partner at once but it had always been presented as some kind of indecent indiscretion; it was an affront to the church and a weakness of the soul to be so caught up in the sins of the flesh; it was also the most erotic thing he had ever seen, let alone been a part of. Despite having spilled his seed less than twenty minutes prior, he was already firmly and painfully erect.

That condition hadn't gone unnoticed. Almost mewing into Herald's muzzle and against Raedryn's lips, Bird's words were so full of conviction that they somehow pushed through the Human's haze of blissful lust. "Master... Master Raedryn... I... want you in me."

The statement, considering their position, was impossible to misconstrue; it could only have possibly meant one thing but Raedryn couldn't help but think he'd misheard it. The Sunfeli broke the three-way kiss, eyes staring intently into the young man's. Hoisting his lithe, feline form up onto the lip of the bath, Bird wrapped his legs around the Human's hips, pulling him closer along with the Wolf behind him. Raedryn felt the cat's flicking tail tickle his thighs and, before he knew it, he shivered when his erection touched the underside of the spy master's tail, guided up beneath it to the crevasse which--

The young man's breath was interrupted, catching in his throat the moment he felt the tight ring of muscle kiss the head of his member. It parted beneath the firm pressure with which Bird pulled him forward and Raedryn was sure the air had been knocked out of him as his shaft was pulled greedily into it, bathing his sensitive flesh with burning heat that sent sparks all the way down to his toes. Finally able to gasp, Raedryn did so when he felt a broad tongue brush against the back of his neck and a thick slab of pointed flesh slide up between his ass cheeks as Herald announced physically that he should not be forgotten either.

Paws grasped him from the front and from behind, both companions pulling so close to one another that Raedryn was sandwiched between them. The young man's mind was as assailed by thoughts as his physical senses were by the Varken behind him and the Sunfeli beneath him, paws gripping and caressing him, fur plastered against his bare flesh, hot breaths huffing out as the physical exertion increased in pace, verve, power and urgency.

Muzzles met once again next to his face for a second time, but, unlike the first, Raedryn needed no encouragement and he dove in, joining them as lips graced, tongues wrestled, and heady breathes combined between them. Even as they joined in union, however, Bird did not relent in his inquisition. "You had best not cum before Master Raedryn does, Wolf. He deserves your all, and even more."

Herald didn't so much as miss a beat, either in words or in his thrusts as he spoke the words, even going so far as to catch the side of Raedryn's lips with one of his teeth, nibbling gently on it as he announced. "And he shall have all of me, and then some."

The Sunfeli's eyes meandered to the Human next, pupils so wide that they looked like black pools with only a hint of color surrounding them. "Master Raedryn,I disavow your father, and serve your family through you... only you. Now, until the end of my days."

If the young man had harbored any hesitation of Bird's intentions the even, clear, unflinching gaze burned it away with the heat that simmered just barely beneath the surface. The cat was not a passive participant to the union of three bodies; he was pushing back just as hard into each of Raedryn's thrusts as Herald was grinding into the Human from behind. Starting to pant himself, the young man only nodded. "I... believe you."

Leaning forward to rub his head against Raedryn's collar bone, Bird licked, kissed and nibbled his way up the young man's shoulders, almost growling out his statement to Herald. "Do not keep me waiting, Wolf."

The Human shivered when he heard two muzzles touch over his shoulder, and his ear burned with the sound of tongues entwining. Herald, through the kiss, released a soft growl and, before Raedryn knew what was happening, he was hoisted bodily into their, right along with Bird. Raedryn cried out in a combination of surprise, pain, and euphoria as the weight of the Sunfeli came crashing down, hilting him into the spy master's tail hole.

At the same time, however, their combined weight impaled him directly onto the lupine flesh already buried in his backside and, with barely any hesitance, his body opened up, permitting everything Herald had to offer; he had been knotted in a single, quick motion, and it was far too much. Raedryn came. Hard. Even as the Human's entire body shuttered with the strength of his orgasm, he heard Bird murmur lustily, desperate and demanding. "Yes... Claim me as yours, as I have marked you as my Master, make me your servant."

The Cat's muzzle found Raedryn's mouth and, even as Raedryn had his shaft buried in the feline's backside, so to did Bird bury flesh into the Human: his tongue invaded the young man's mouth and ravished him with nearly as much force as the lupine organ rapidly expanding in his ass. Behind him, Herald brushed his teeth against the nape of the Human's neck as he murmured reverently "Bless us, this moment, my Lord, my Master, my All, for we are one."

He was unable to stop himself from acknowledging the prayer. "Amen."

Raedryn closed his eyes, the sensation of his two companions' orgasms washing over and through him as surely as his own. Bird yowled out his release, a geyser of Sunfeli seed coating his abdomen in one... two... three... four blasts and slowly slacking off, even as the spy master's inner muscles continued to milk the Human far into over-stimulation. Those sensations, however, were almost lost amidst the sea of Varken semen pumped into him with abandon. Behind him, Herald's entire body shook with the power of his release, the Wolf holding both the young man and the cat in the air as he emptied himself into Raedryn.

When the Varken's release finally began to wane Herald slowly lowered them back down, the small of Bird's back coming to rest against the lip of the bath and Raedryn's feet finally touching the floor of the bath; despite being back on solid ground, however, the young man's head continued to spin. That sensation only grew until his vision disappeared in a flash, and something else took its place.

Raedryn had never seen the room in which he found himself, or, rather, where he was looking. The Human had no impression of actually BEING in the room-- he didn't hear anything and couldn't feel or smell anything, but he could definitely see. While he knew he wasn't there, however, he saw things as if he was, and what he saw gave him pause for thought: he was looking at a Molz, and the broad-shouldered, squat, shaggy-furred badger was staring right at him. The young man realized that he saw his reflection in the Molz's eyes, suggesting that Raedryn was indeed there, and yet, even as he came to that conclusion, he snapped out of whatever trance in which he had found himself.

The first thing he noticed when he came to was that he was laying on a bunch of towels, several of them wrapped around his body. His head, he realized, was also laying in Bird's lap. The Sunfeli noticed him the moment he opened his eyes. "Hey... Wolf. He's awake."

The feline slowly helped Raedryn sit up, and helped support him with two strong paws. Looking around, the young man saw that they were all still in his bathing chamber, but he was not wet and he did not have Herald's knot buried in his backside. That realization brought forth a question. "How long was I out?"

Herald was by his side in a moment, holding out a glass of water; Raedryn could tell right away that it was cold by the condensation beading on it and he accepted it with a thanks, feeling immediately refreshed the moment his fingers closed around it. He felt even better after taking a sip. The Wolf smiled at him patiently. "You were in your trance for perhaps twenty minutes... no longer than thirty."

Bird was surprisingly forthcoming. "I was concerned for your health, but the Varken said you would be fine... he called it a 'Divine Reverie'."

Herald, rather than elaborating, got right down to business. "Correct... so what was it you saw, my Prophet?"

There didn't seem to be much reason to ask for elaboration on the significance of a 'Divine Reverie' since Raedryn felt that the context spoke for itself. "I saw a Molz... it felt so weird... like I wasn't there, but he still saw me... I think?"

The Wolf nodded, kneeling down and resting a paw on his shoulder. "What can you tell us about the surroundings in your Reverie?"

The young man, despite his confusion, did not miss that Herald had said 'us' and, judging from the ear flick from Bird, neither had the Spy Master. The Sunfeli spoke first. "That is all well and good, but Master Raedryn should be given time to rest. If interrogating him is absolutely necessary then you can do so while we get him to bed."

Again the Human heard one of his companions referred to everyone in the plural. It was a little victory in his mind; perhaps the two weren't wholly oil and water after all. He continued musing on those thoughts as the two argued about the importance of the information versus the value of his wellness or the minute amount of energy revealing divinely granted secrets would take against a statement of "Don't be an asshole, Mutt."

Raedryn realized that the two still probably had quite a ways to go.

* * * * *

Raedryn awoke, surprisingly refreshed in the late afternoon. His mind flowed with half-awake memories of being snuggled by feline and lupine both, his two companions laying with him together upon his bed, constantly insulting one another-- playfully insulting, if he recalled correctly. The two of them had, in fact, been cuddling with him as he slept, but the sound of something downstairs within the house had caused both of his companions to sit up, awakening him. They didn't seem alarmed, but that didn't make the young man any less curious. "What is it?"

Bird seemed far more perturbed than anything else, slowly slipping out of bed as he grumbled quietly back to the Human. "It is the stone mason. It seems he is done for the day and seeking contact."

Raedryn sat up, wincing at the soreness from his rump. "I suppose I should probably go out and talk to him."

Bird, who was already getting dressed, glanced back at him. "You are within your right to join me, Master Raedryn, but I can handle things well enough. You should stay here and continue your rest."

Something about the spy master's insistent suggestion rubbed the young man the wrong way; he still had that defiant streak with regard to the Sunfeli's requests... baby steps, he reminded himself. Sliding out of bed, the Human dressed quickly, selecting a simple bath robe and a set of slippers. Bird, who never presented himself in anything but his best, dressed up completely for the meeting, which meant that Ray had already made it to the door by the time the cat finished lacing up. The two went into the hall together and Bird led him down the stairs.

The meeting was a short one; Mason Stonewright acknowledged that he'd finished his assessment and would be back in the morning to finish the work. He'd be bringing a few of his sons and figured the job would conclude before nightfall. As the 'man of the house', Raedryn followed all of the proper protocol set forth by his father when it came to doing business and confirmed that the house would be open to the Hopling and his kin. Business concluded, Mason showed himself out and Bird closed and locked the door behind him.

Raedryn barely managed to keep from smiling stupidly. A lot was on his mind as he addressed the Sunfeli. "So..."

Bird was back to his usual stoic, reserved self. Nodding his head to the Human, the spy master repeated the statement "So..."

The young man pushed the conversation forward. "Do you trust Herald now?"

The cat blinked, his eyes narrowing ever-so-slightly. "More than before, but less than I would need to in order to leave him alone with you."

It wasn't the worst answer in the world and, as the two headed to the stairs, Raedryn pushed further. "Are you at least okay with him?"

Once more the Spy Master's response was offered in a tone that suggested that there was no commitment forthcoming, repeating his prior statement word per word. "More than before."

Raedryn's smile finally started to peek through is carefully controlled expression as he dropped his next inquiry. "Okay... me is one thing, sure.... but how would you feel about 'spending more time' with him?"

The Human left the statement relatively vague, but he did emphasize the euphemism. It obviously didn't go unnoticed. Walking up the stairs two steps ahead of the young man, the Cat declared "Master Raedryn, if you value his service I cannot fault him for remaining in your presence. As for what I--"

The Human's smile widened and he pressed the issue in a not-so-subtle manner. "What about 'spending time' with both of us?"

Bird actually missed a step, very nearly falling forward but he caught himself quickly. He lashed his tail against the banister, composing himself before announcing calmly "I would not oppose the idea."

Herald's deep, rich voice called from the hallway where the Varken stood, leaning against Raedryn's room's door frame, still completely naked. "Nor would I."

Even as the Sunfeli undressed himself the Varken began disrobing Raedryn. As a group they returned to bed; the Human found himself with Bird snuggling into him from one direction and Herald from the other. Neither Bird nor Herald made it sexual and the young man, despite having found himself irrevocably attracted physically to both, realized that his body probably couldn't take any more that evening. Instead, he reveled in the feeling of being enveloped by two furred forms. Herald snuffled the top of his head. "You should get all the rest you can, Bringer of Light... tomorrow we should prepare to depart.

Although Bird tensed up against him, Raedryn was surprised that the Sunfeli didn't object-- not directly, at least. "If you're leaving town, Master Raedryn, then I'm coming with you. When I said that I pledge myself to you I meant it."

Having just been on the cusp of relaxing again, the young man let out a long sigh. "I don't know what's coming, Bird. We've both our entire lives in Kashyr... you shouldn't have to be forced into leaving it."

The Sunfeli bumped the top of his head against Raedryn's cheek, rubbing it vigorously against him. "The fact that you don't know what's coming is EXACTLY why I'm coming with, Master Raedryn. You need your spy master. Besides, you are not forcing me. I choose this. I choose you."

Herald chuckled, pulling them both closer to him as he snuffled Bird's head as well; the Cat let out a displeased hiss but Ray felt the Sunfeli's heart skip a beat against his chest, revealing that the resistance was all for show. The Varken loosened his grip and gave the spy master some space, snuffling the Human's ear while speaking. "You have this effect on Fractals and Celestials alike, Great Prophet... once you have found us, and we you, it would darken our world to be separated from you. Do not send him away."

It was the last thing any of them said; Ray knew he would not part ways with either of his companions and, despite him not specifically saying so, it was readily apparent that they both understood. In all his life, Raedryn had always found it difficult falling asleep without being under the covers but, surrounded by feline and lupine fur the young man found it an incredibly easy undertaking. He slept deeply, and he dreamed.

* * * * *

They were after him; Raedryn didn't know WHO was after him, but they were powerful, and they had influence so great that the many doors flanking the street were barred to him. He called out for someone-- anyone, but no doors opened as any possible saviors chose instead to keep him out. They, whoever they were, drew closer-- their presence was a shadow, darkening the road behind him and it was drawing closer. He felt complete and all-encompassing fear and, despite not knowing what would happen if They caught him, he somehow knew deep within that it would be far worse than anything he could possibly imagine.

The gas lights on the streets of Kashyr were lit from sundown to sun up but, for whatever reason, they were dark that night, leaving nothing more than the bright full moon overhead to illuminate Ray's shadowy path. Everywhere he looked the only light to be found flickered far behind the clouded windows of the buildings that were closed to him; all brightness was kept from him as They drew ever nearer, darkening the already cloaked road, drawing ever nearer, ever closer to their quarry... and Raedryn ran onward.

The side streets and alleys he passed by were darker even than the unlit street, drowned in liquid blackness and hidden behind walls of shadows. Everywhere he ran-- everywhere he looked-- it was darkness. It was gloom. It was murky nothing... as if the street around him was the only sanctuary in a sea of ink and the trail of light behind him was growing ever shorter as They drew nearer. There was nothing past his field of view-- nothing beyond the walls and barred doors on either side of him... until there was.

Raedryn didn't notice it until he had very nearly passed the alley but, just as he was about to race past it like all the others, the young man caught the sight of a single lantern hanging on a hook outside an unspectacular door which was not only open, but it was open to him! He didn't how how he knew, but he did. Wasting no time, he spun to the side, charging down the alley toward the door-- toward succor; all the while, They were in hot pursuit.

The moment he stepped through the door it was as of the shadows outside were in an entirely different world. Raedryn found himself in some kind of pub-- one he didn't recognize, which was an oddity since he was fairly certain he'd been to every single establishment in Kashyr. Yet, there he was, and, despite there being no customers, the room was definitely some kind of drinking hall, complete with tables and chairs, a small stage for performers, a hearth with a blazing fire within and, of course, a bar.

It was this last feature that caught his attention most prominently because of the fact that there was one other person in the pub standing behind it-- Raedryn stood staring at a Badger staring back at him; it was a Molz-- THE Molz from his Reverie. The furred 'bartender' was a particularly scruffy Badger, fur around his muzzle shaggy and unkempt and, surprisingly, white with dark brown rather than the usual white with black. Talking around a thick cigar in his muzzle, the stout purveyor of the pub said only "What the hell are YOU doin' here?" and Raedryn awoke.

* * * * *

It had been a long time since the young man had experienced a nightmare and when he last had he'd awoken with a start. Opening his eyes to gaze calmly at his ceiling, Raedryn realized that first, he had never shared a bed with a Sunfeli and Varken and their presence had kept him from bolting upright and two, he wasn't entirely sure that he would have described the dream as a nightmare. Things took an even stranger turn as Bird shifted beside him. "Oh... you are up as well, Master Raedryn?"

The Human nodded, pulling his arm free of the spy master's loose grasp so he could rub his eyes. "Yeah... I had the strangest dream. I was running down a street being chased by... I guess... blackness."

Bird's pupils, which had been spread wide immediately contracted to slits. "Did you go into a public house with a Molz behind the bar?"

Herald, who had been laying muzzle-down in a pillow rolled over and sat up. "Of course he did. We all did."

Raedryn rotated his head to regard the Varken and he heard Bird do the same behind him. The Human asked the question before the Sunfeli could. "What do you mean by 'we all did'? Is this more magic-stuff or something, Herald?"

The Wolf stretched, licking the back of his teeth as he regarded the Human. "Yes... I suppose you could say that, Great Prophet."

Bird huffed. "So we are sharing our dreams now?"

Herald rotated, swinging his legs off of the mattress so he could stand up. He walked around the bed to gather his clothing. "No... not OUR dreams... the dreams of the Sundered God... Prophet Raedryn's dreams. The Divine Reveries. They are visions sent to us by his Grace, providing guidance in his task-- in OUR task. This tells us much."

Raedryn was never much for vague answers couched in riddles. "What exactly does it tell us, Hearld?"

The Varken had already slipped on his leggings and was gathering the rest of his gear. "It means that we need to leave, for They know that we are in Kashyr."

A chill ran up the young man's spine at the tone in the Wolf's voice; still having no idea who 'They' were, Raedryn was suddenly very certain that he didn't want to find out. Needing no more encouragement to ready himself, the Human immediately went to his wardrobe and began pulling out anything that looked like it would be suited for travel. Bird, however, was not so motivated. "If there was some shadowy organization seeking Master Raedryn I would now about it... my network of sources extends throughout this city."

Herald wasn't done with his vague declarations. "That is because you are spending all of your time looking in the shadows, Cat, and what you should be most concerned of is hiding in plain sight."

Raedryn opened his mouth to object about such vague responses but, in that moment, their discussion was interrupted by a loud, thunderous sound of a knocking at the manor's front door. In the middle of getting dressed, the young man very nearly cried out in surprise, but he quickly recovered, calming himself even as he declared aloud "Oh... that's probably Mason and his sons."

Bird was already dressed. Resting a gloved paw on the Human's shoulder he spoke softly. "Stay here, Master Raedryn. I shall let him in and then we can plan on our next steps." He paused, glancing to Herald. "If it is not, and is trouble, take Master Raedryn and get out. I will find you later."

The young man wanted to object but Herald only nodded, speaking before the Human. "You are important to the Prophet. If it IS trouble then hold to your word-- get away and meet up with us soon. We will not remain in Kashyr long."

Bird offered only a succinct nod before disappearing out into the hallway. Herald helped Raedryn with the rest of his clothes, going so far as to also slip a traveling jacket and cloak onto the young man, finishing off the ensemble with gloves and a wide brimmed traveling hat. As the Wolf added the head accessory the Human smirked. "My dad hates hats... he doesn't want anyone in the family wearing something that might hide our identities."

Hearld nodded with a wry smirk. "And that is precisely why we DO want you to wear it, Voice of the Divine... we do know for certain that They don't know your identity so we--"

The sound of wood splintering violently brought their discussion to an immediate halt. The blast was accompanied a moment later by a stalwart, authoritative voice making an immediate demand. "Raedryn Wescott. In the name of the divine, bring him to us now!"

It was Bird's voice providing a response but Raedryn was unable to hear the reply, ushered out of the room and down the second story hall away from the front door. The Wolf didn't stop herding him until they reached a window facing toward the garden behind the manor. The Human glanced back down the hallway, trying to make out the conversation, but the Varken brought his attention back to him as he inquired "I need you to hold tightly to me, my Prophet."

Without fully understanding his intentions, Raedryn did as Herald indicated. The moment his arms were in place the Varken picked the young man up onto his back; the Human had just enough time to wrap his legs around Herald's waist before the Wolf jumped. Somehow managing to hold in his scream of terror, Raedryn was dumbfounded as the two floated slowly to the ground, completely unharmed by the fall. Without missing a beat, Herald lowered him to his own feet, glancing back to the Human only long enough to say "Quickly and quietly, Blessed Lord... this way."

The Varken led him quickly through the streets, moving just short of a full on run and causing Raedryn to have to fight to keep pace. They had made it all of three blocks before the sound of a watch horn echoed from behind them. It was picked up by several others and, by that point, the young man realized that something was very wrong. "Herald... are those TEMPLARS coming after me?"

The Wolf's answer was, for once, direct. "Yes, Master Raedryn. The Church rejects the Shattered One and will villify you. We must get you to safety."

Mind awash in confusion, fear and apprehension, Raedryn lost track of his surroundings as Herald led him by the hand into a part of the city the Human didn't know well. Initially distracted by the tumult of thoughts rolling around in his mind, the young man was ultimately pulled out of his introspection when he recognized one of the streets... then another... then another. He almost never went to the section of town populated by the non-Humans and he didn't know the area, but he recognized certain otherwise unspectacular unmarked buildings because he had seen them the prior night... in his dream.

Ray realized the turn was coming up even before Herald led him into the alley. The two scrambled down the short distance to the dead end and the door that stood at the end. Unlike in the dream, the door was closed but had the look of a place of business about it-- mostly due to the sign next to it, identifying the storefront as 'The Teamster Hall'. Herald didn't even bother looking at the sign, pushing the door open and walking right in. Raedryn followed without a word.

The Wolf made it all the way into the establishment but, the moment Raedryn stepped through he was grabbed from the side. Letting out a hoarse cry of alarm, the Human was pulled tightly by strong arms grappling him. It took several seconds for him to realize that he was not being restrained; it was a hug. Even as his face was buried into a dark tunic awash with the faint feline musk of his spy master, Ray heard Bird speak against the top of his head. "I distracted them and got out... you weren't followed, were you?"

Raedryn didn't have a chance to answer. Without even looking in the direction, Raedryn knew exactly who was calling them the moment heard the challenging shout. "What the hell are YOU doin' here?"
