“DUE TO THE UNTHINKABLE ACTIONS OF KING AND QUEEN LEONIDES OF LIONDONESIA REMOVING FORMER PRINCE APOLLO LEONIDES FROM THE ROYAL FAMILY, BANISHING HIM FROM THE COUNTRY, AND CUTTING HIM OFF FROM THEIR ROYAL FINANCES, FOR THE SOLE REASON OF MATING WITH A TIGRESS; I, KING KUMARI TEGORA AND MY LOVING WIFE, QUEEN CAMERON TEGORA HAVE TAKEN IT UPON OURSELVES TO ADOPT APOLLO LEONIDES INTO THE FAMILY AND WELCOME HIM WITH OPEN ARMS! SINCE APOLLO HAS BEEN LIKE A SON TO THE TEGORA FAMILY FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW, HE WILL BE A WELCOME ADDITION TO THE PEOPLE OF TIGERIA REPRESENTING ALL THAT WE STAND FOR! WHICH IS, SHOWING LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE FOR EVERYONE NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE OR WHERE YOU COME FROM! THEREFORE, WITH THE APPROVAL OF APOLLO, HIS NEW LEGAL NAME WILL CHANGE FROM APOLLO LEONIDES TO APOLLO TEGORA! MAKING HIM AN OFFICIAL MEMBER OF THE TEGORA FAMILY!".

That was the Official Decree My King had filed late last night and uploaded to their FURBOOK Government Account, all he had to do was iron out the details of the decree in yesterday's meeting. I did end up asking My King why access to the TIGERIA Royal Finances weren't granted like they were with Zuma and myself becoming members of the Tegora family. My King actually considered that and said he could always add that clause in if needed. However, he had a good feeling he wouldn't need to do that.

Now, I found myself early in the afternoon seated in My King's Lap in the middle of a Couch with Apollo seated to our Left and Alpha seated to our right. My Boys Brent, Ethan, Kahari and Zuma were standing all behind us as My King was turning on the TV, which I asked “Umm My King, what are we watching?" My King kisses my forehead as he says “Well first off sweetie, we went over this, I want you calling me Hubby from now on! Since you're my Wife and the Queen of TIGERIA , Hubby is a much better name for you to call me by. Okay sweetie?" I nod and reply in agreement “Yes Hubby".

I do remember Hubby mentioning that to me this morning after briefly discussing it last night with Alpha after they went over welcoming Apollo into the family. Which, in all honesty, I liked the name Hubby better. I then hear Hubby continue “Second, we are going to be watching Cable News coming out of LIONDONESIA and their Capital LOKARTA! Since we have Satellite TV here I am able to get Channels from Countries around the world!". I look at Hubby puzzled “Oh, why are we watching that Hubby?".

Hubby nuzzles me affectionately as he says “Because Baby Girl, I have been informed after I posted the Decree on FURBOOK late last night, their citizens are now aware of what's happened to Apollo and are outside the Leonides Palace protesting!" I look up at him in surprise “Really?! So it worked?!". Hubby chuckles as he turns on the TV to LNN “LIONDONESIAN NEWS NETWORK" and says “Only one way to find out!".

Soon, images of a large crowd of Lions protesting outside of the Palace are made visible, with an aerial shot showing the crowd extending throughout the city of what looks like to be miles, which all of our Jaws drop to the size and scope of it. We were hoping for large crowds of protestors but we weren't expecting something this massive. I just hear Apollo softly state “I don't believe it!".

Hubby then turns up the Volume as an Older Brown Lioness sitting behind a Desk with a whole Panel of different Lions and Lionesses turns to the Camera and starts speaking “Unprecedented numbers of Citizens are making their voices heard today outside of the Royal Palace in LOKARTA after it has been revealed former Prince of LIONDONESIA Apollo Leonides, did not, in fact, decide to leave the Royal Family on his own doing. A Decree uploaded on a TIGERIAN government through FURBOOK has revealed that he has been adopted by King and Queen Tegora after it was revealed King and Queen Leonides banished him from the Country and the Royal Family. What was the reason for such a decision? Because Apollo had mated with a Tigress! We have tried all day to reach King and Queen Leonides but they are not responding for comment!".

Then, the Camera pans to a Younger White Lion on the Panel who says “While we can only go off of the Official Decree made by the TIGERIAN Government Account and calling the Palace in TIGOS confirming that Apollo Leonides is now Apollo Tegora, it is not a good look for King and Queen Leonides when they are refusing to comment on this change in events! If the reason is true, that in fact, Apollo was stripped at his line to the throne solely because he mated with a Tigress, the Royal Family will be severely out of touch with the 80 Million Citizens of LIONDONESIA. How do we know? Well, we have had several polls taken on our FURBOOK page throughout the Day as well as Phone Call Surveys; we asked the question 'Do you Support Former Prince Apollo Leonides becoming King with a Tigress for a Queen, making the future Ruler of LIONDONESIA a Liger, after Apollo's passing?'". The results were astoundingly in support of the Former Prince! With 86 to 90% of Respondents saying 'YES' to this survey, which has a 3.5% Margin of Error! This correlates exactly with the Question we asked a couple of days ago whether they support the Interspecies Marriage of King and Queen Tegora 2 Days Ago! Those numbers had 88 to 92% saying 'YES' with a 3% Margin of Error! While King and Queen Leonides did attend the Wedding, a lot of the protesters we spoke to today are getting the feeling they only attended the Wedding for Good Publicity and not because they support the King and New Queen! Let us also remind folks that King and Queen Tegora adopted, now known as Apollo Tegora, only one day after their Wedding! ONE DAY!".

The Camera then turns to a Younger Black Lioness who says “That's right! While I am one to be skeptical of Polls, just getting a live shot of that crowd of what looks to be now Millions of people protesting in the City outside of the Palace, I'm more likely to believe these polls are accurate! Let's also remember that this a Monday! The Work Week has started back up for people and kids are supposed to be attending school! We are seeing Lions and Lionesses walking out of classes and their Workplace protesting this news! This is honestly not something I ever expected to see in my lifetime! If for whatever reason these reports happen to be false, which based on our sources that does not seem to be the case, King and Queen Leonides better start talking fast! Otherwise, their reign over LIONDONESIA won't last much longer!".

Hubby mutes the TV as we all look at each other in awe of what is transpiring as Apollo licks along my cheek and says “Mom! You made this all possible! If it wasn't for your idea this never would have happened!". Before I can say anything, Alpha leans in to give me a kiss on the lips as he says “He's right Baby Girl! I can't believe I ever thought of something like what you just did! I've been aware of the situation with Apollo for years solely based on some brief conversations I have had with Kumari but issuing a decree never crossed my mind!".

Hubby pulls me into a hug and nuzzles my cheek with his Whiskers as he says “Frankly, I don't know how I never thought of it! I usually just list decrees to the local media here and sometimes they don't post on our FURBOOK government account, with Kahari having gone back to upload a few. Without Cameron though, this could have easily slipped through the cracks and we would have lost our chance to help out our new son! Which, by the way, Brent and Ethan, not sure if you have met Apollo before!". Brent leans over and smiles gently petting my head as he says “Oh we have met briefly, since he is friends with Alex we've seen each other in passing. Welcome to the Family Bro! I take it you will be attending Spring Break with us in a couple of weeks?". Apollo tilts his head a bit puzzled and ask “Spring Break?". Before Brent can respond, Kahari speaks up and says “Oh yea! I totally forgot Bro! Sorry! Well, during Spring Break all of us Brothers are spending Spring Break to BOSWELIA BEACH in WOLVERTON with all of our Mates tagging along! Our Uncles have a Beach house there we are going to stay at. You think you and your Mate would be interested in that?". Apollo ponders for a bit before he asks “Hmm she might, will Dad and our Uncles be there?". I then see Kahari grin “Nope! The only Adult Supervision we will have is Mom!".

I notice Apollo grin instantly as he asks “Oh? You will be there Mom?" I blush and nod as Kahari says “Yep! Which is perfect since my Dad and Uncles bought her a Mega Yacht she is going to let us all use while we are there!" Kahari was right, I did say they can use it as long as I'm on board at all times. Apollo smiles and licks my cheek as he says “Well then absolutely! If Mom is there how could I possibly say no? Plus, my Mate really wants to meet her, so this will be the perfect chance!". I then hear Zuma say “Exactly! Since she hasn't met any of our mates yet, we figured this would be the perfect opportunity to get to know them and spend some time with them!". Apollo smiles at me as he replies “Agreed! I know my Mate has nothing going on during Spring Break so we will totally be there!". I notice all my Mates' fist bump in excitement as I notice a guard rush in and whisper in Apollo's ear, who lets out a nervous sigh, causing me to ask “What is it, Son?". He solemnly replies “It's my Mother and Father. Well, what used to be my Mother and Father. Guess they are extremely upset and want to talk". Hubby nods as he says “Alright then, put them on the Screen!" I see him turn around to nod towards Zuma, who nods back pulling out his phone, making me question what that was all about.

Before I can ponder that, King and Queen Leonides appear on the screen, Older Yellow Lions with the King having a Graying mane and the Lioness showing some Graying in her Long Golden Wavy Hear. King wearing a Tuxedo and the Queen wearing a Ballgown Dress, with the King wearing the Crown and the Queen wearing a Tiara, both looking angrily back at us on the screen.

I then hear Hubby reply with a polite yet slightly hostile tone as he says “Ah yes, Mr. and Mrs. Leonides, what can I do you for today?". Queen Leonides starts yelling angrily at the screen “OH CUT THE CRAP KUMARI! YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS ABOUT! NOW IF YOU WILL EXCUSE US, WE WOULD LIKE TO TALK WITH OUR SON ALONE PLEASE!". I notice Apollo turn to smile down at me and then my Hubby as he stands up, lowly growling as he shouts back “WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO SAY TO ME, YOU CAN SAY TO THEM, MY FAMILY!". King Leonides shouts back as he says “OH STOP THIS NONSENSE THIS INSTANCE APOLLO! WE ARE YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!".

Apollo starts to growl even louder as he shouts “WHAT KIND OF MOTHER AND FATHER KICKS OUT THEIR ONE AND ONLY CHILD FROM THE COUNTRY REMOVING THEM FROM BEING NEXT IN LINE FOR TAKING THE THRONE! THE ONLY REASON BEING THAT I MATED WITH A TIGRESS!".

Queen Leonides then takes a deep breath as she says “Look Apollo! That was for your own good! We did that so you would realize it's much better for you to marry your own kind! I mean, come on, having a Liger as a future King? How preposterous and unbecoming of the Leonides family! If you would just abandon that Tigress you can come back home and go to College here, find someone of your own kind here, then take your fathers place at the throne as King, passing down the reigns to someone of our proud species. I know there are several Lionesses your Father and I think are the perfect fit for you; heck, even a couple Feminine Lions if you're into that. Could even find another Strong Male Lion just like yourself to mate with. Just as long as it's someone with your own kind."

Apollo gets visibly angry as he walks closer to the Screen, claws out, Shouting “I AM NOT LEAVING MY MATE! I LOVE HER AND THAT IS THAT! NOT NOW AND NOT EVER! WHY DO YOU HATE TIGERS SO MUCH?!". King Leonides speaks up and clears his throat “Son! We don't hate Tigers, that's not the issue. It's just that Tigers, like other species, such as Wolves, Bears, etc. need to stay with their own kind!". That causes me to get visibly upset as Hubby places me in between himself and Alpha, who are both growling angrily at this point along with all of my Sons, including Apollo, who speaks lowly to them “And why must they do that?".

King Leonides continues and says “Son, if they don't stay with their own kind, it tarnishes their blood line, making a species weaker and inferior, just like the Humans." Suddenly, Alpha and Hubby get off the Couch with their Claws drawn out standing next to Apollo as Hubby says “INFERIOR?! ARE YOU SAYING THE QUEEN OF TIGERIA IS LESS THAN ME?! FOR FUCKS SAKE YOU ATTENDED OUR WEDDING!".

King Leonides continues “Look Kumari, we attended the Wedding to solidify our relationship with our two countries, were large trading partners after all. Plus, we know the harm Numia has done to you and your Sons over the years. We get it though, us creatures being much stronger and more powerful, have the urge to Dominate and take control over someone inferior, someone we can get our rocks off too without having emotional attachment. I can see why you married the Human though, it's a good image for the Country, which is why we attended the Wedding and allow them into our country as well. You just can't expect me to believe though that you actually have true feelings for her, don't you?".

I start to feel tears well up in my eyes as Hubby points his claws closer to the screen as lowly growls in a threatening response “First off, she has a name, her name is Cameron, she is my Wife and the Queen of my great country. I do love her with every fiber of my being, her sons love her, and we're all the happiest we have ever been. Is there a problem with that?".

Before King Leonides can respond, Queen Leonides pushes past the King and shouts at the screen “BECAUSE YOU AND ALPHA HERE JUST SOLD OUT YOUR OWN SPECIES TO ONE OF THE DUMBEST AND SLUTTIEST CREATURES TO HAVE EVER LIVED!".

The Room goes absolutely silent as I try to hide my tears, noticing my Sons who were standing behind the Couch now have their Claws drawn out as I notice Zuma put his Phone away.Then, Apollo puts one of his arms out and turns to them, nodding for them to stop as he turns back to the Camera, letting out a sinister chuckle and grinning as he says “Who do you think was the one who came up with the idea to have the decree announcing my adoption shared on FURBOOK in the first place?". Both King and Queen Leonides look towards me, then back at Apollo as their eyes go open in shock, with Queen Leonides stammering “W-what?! T-that can't be! T-there is no way some Human could have come up with that!".

I start to slowly stand up to walk a bit closer to my Mates and Sons, giving me a view of Alpha grinning and baring his fangs in front of the monitor as he says “Oh but she did Nora! Our Girl is quite smart! What you didn't know about her is that in the dimension she came from, she got her M.B.A. and had a good career as a Business Analyst! She unfortunately lost her job due to Budget cuts at the company she worked at! Don't let that deter you from her wits though; heck, I'm sure if she wanted to, she could come up with some sort of punishment for stripping your former son from the Royal family!".

That was quite the Bold Statement Alpha had made, could I possibly come up with a punishment? I mean, I have no Government or Leadership experience. This causes Mr. Leonides to scoff as he says “Oh please Alpha! So the Human got a lucky break! Even a Broken Clock is right twice a day! May have hurt us in the short term politically, but Economically we will be just fine, which if that's the case we will remain in power for years to come!".

Suddenly, a Lightbulb went off in my head! I don't know what came over me as I pushed past my Mates and Sons to look up and Grin at the King and Queen of LIONDONESIA , stating “Well then, if I'm a Broken Clock, I'm about to be right for the second time today!". The King and Queen look at me in shock as King Leonides shouts angrily “HOW DARE SOME LOWLIFE HUMAN SPEAK TO ME IN THAT WAY! ALPHA AND KUMARI, ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO ALLOW HER TO TALK TO ME LIKE THAT?!".

Alpha growls and shouts back at them “DAMN RIGHT I WILL RICHARD! YOU GET OFFENDED SHE STANDS UP FOR HERSELF AFTER YOU DEGRADE AND INSULT HER?! GROW A FUCKING PAIR WHY DON'T YOU!". Hubby takes a calmer tone as he looks down at me smiling, asking “Well my Queen, what exactly did you have in mind?".

I then notice Hubby motion Zuma to pull out his Phone again, pointed right at me again as I ask “Well Hubby, you did mention LIONDONESIA is one of the biggest importers of Fish and Seafood, right?". This causes the King and Queen to tilt their head in confusion as Hubby says “Well yes, them and the UNITED URSINES are easily the biggest Importers of the stuff! It's one of the Biggest commodities they consume as a whole, if not the biggest! What are you getting us sweetie?". This causes me to grin in excitement as I say flatly “Sanctions!". They all look puzzled a bit as Hubby asks “Sanctions? What do you mean luv?".

Oh, I guess maybe they have another term for it in this dimension, that or it's not something ever been considered. I look up around the room and back as I explain “What I'm trying to say is, if King and Queen Leonides do not reinstate Apollo as the rightful Heir to the Throne, then Ban ALL Exports of Fish and Seafood from TIGERIA into LIONDONESIA! At least, that would be my suggestion."

There are audible gasps in the room as they all look expressionless at me, before King Leonides shouts out “ARE YOU FUCKING CRAZY?! OUR ECONOMY WILL CRASH! KUMARI, PLEASE KEEP YOUR HUMAN IN LINE BEFORE SHE KEEPS SPEWING OUT NONSENSE!". Hubby growls out the monitor as he grunts “First off, she is my Wife, the Mother to my Sons and the Queen to my Kingdom!". He then grins at me as he smiles and nods “Second, I actually think it's a good idea!". Apollo then speaks up as he says “It's not a good idea, it's great! I'm totally on board!". King and Queen Leonides panic as King Leonides shouts “ALPHA! DO SOMETHING! YOU HAVE A STRONG BOND WITH KUMARI! TALK HIM OUT OF THIS!".

Alpha nods sternly as he replies “You're right Richard, we do have a strong bond." Alpha one of my hands with his paws and then pats Hubby on the shoulder as he says “Thanks to this marvelous Lady, we're Brothers now family! And Family always sticks together! Because of which, I support this decision!".

Queen Leonides screams out “NO! YOU CAN'T DO THAT! WE WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!". King Leonides in a frenzy starts walking around and taking deep breaths “I-it's okay, nothing has actually happened yet, we just need to figure out how to spin this before our citizens find out and Kumari issues another decree."

Suddenly, a Yellow Lion in a Military Uniform comes running in shouting “YOUR HIGHNESS! THE PROTESTORS ARE ATTEMPTING TO BREAK THROUGH THE GATES!" King and Queen Leonides start to gasp in fear as King Leonides shouts “WELL CALL IN MORE SOLDIERS TO GUARD THE GATE THEN!". The Soldier shouts back clearly panicked himself as he shouts “ALL THE SOLDIERS WE HAVE LEFT ARE GUARDING THE PALACE! THE REST HAVE ABANDONED THEIR POSTS AND JOINED THE PROTESTORS!".

The Queen lets out an audible scream of fear as he asks still in a panic “WHAT?! WHY WOULD THEY DO SUCH A PREPOSTEROUS THING?!". “OH I THINK I KNOW WHY!". It was Zuma, who had his phone tucked away again, as he grabbed the TV remote and adding the volume back on while Kahari switched the Video Call to a different screen so the King an Queen can watch as an Older Brown Lioness, who we saw earlier on TV, have a solemn look on her face as she shows live images of what's unfolding saying “You are watching Live Footage of Protestors attempting to barrel through soldiers past the palace gates and make their way inside. You can hear Protestors, images now showing what look to be nearly the entire Capital in the streets, chanting slogans such as quote 'YES TO APOLLO! NO TO SANCTIONS!' and 'HEY HEY! HO HO! HUMAN BIGOTRY HAS GOT TO GO!'. These chants stemming from two separate FURBOOK Live Streams done through the Official TIGERIA Government Account, which they may get heavily fined for if it's deemed this not a direct governmental matter to TIGERIA. Penalties being $1 Million for the First Offense, $2 Million for the Second Offense and $4 Million for each additional offense. However, knowing how well off the TIGERIAN Royal Family is, just like the LIONDONESIAN Royal Family, that amount is pocket change to them."

The King and Queen look in absolute horror as images of the Protests continue appearing on the screen as the King shouts “HOW COULD YOU ALL DO SUCH A THING?! WHOSE IDEA WAS THIS?! DID THAT HUMAN SCUM PUT YOU UP TO THIS SHIT?!". Zuma has his claws out and shouts back “HEY! I'M THE ONE WHO RECORDED THE WHOLE FUCKING THING!". The King responds angrily “YOU CAME UP WITH THIS YOU FLEA RIDDEN FILTH?! HOW DARE YOU!". I shout back “DON'T YOU DARE TALK TO MY SON LIKE THAT!". I then feel Apollo's paw come across my shoulder and smile down at me as he looks back up towards his parents shouting “IT WASN'T ZUMA! IT WAS ME!".

Both King and Queen Leonides stand their expressionless for almost a minute until Queen Leonides starts to ask teary-eyed “Why Son? Why would you do this to your own Mother? Your own family?". Apollo gently puts both paws on my shoulders, walking us in front of my mates alongside and sons as he says “My Family is right here! My Mother is right here! What I'm staring at on the screen is two heartless bigots who cared only about their well being and paid no mind to anyone else, even their own son."

This makes King Leonides ask in frustration “Why Son? After everything we have done for you?". Apollo scoffs as he says “Stop calling me your Son! You never made me feel like a Son! Rarely ever talked to me, only times we went out together was for a Photo Opportunity! You only saw me as an object to carry on the throne! Never saw me as your own son!". Queen Leonides seems to shrug it off as she says “Well, I'm sorry Son, that's just how Royalty is. Whole purpose is to protect the Blood Line."

Apollo replies in a low growl "No it is not! Another reason why I'm glad I'm no longer part of your family! Plus, I have the King and Queen of TIGERIA as my parents, which will give me 9 additional Brothers and 3 Uncles! The Family I always wanted! From now until the Day I die, my last name will be Tegora, NOT Leonides."

Both King and Queen Leonides sigh in disappointment as King Leonides says “Well Son, or should I say Apollo, if you want to stay in TIGERIA with that Tigress of yours and take some lowly Human for a Mother, so be it! Now, if you can please do a Live Stream to the Protestors to tell them to go home?".

Apollo gives them a smirk as he says “Oh I'm not doing that! I still need to reclaim my rightful place as heir to the throne." King and Queen Leonides looks confused as the King stammers “But you just said…". Apollo scoffs as he says “Just because I'm sticking by my Tigress and my new family does not mean I'm giving up the throne! My Tigress will become my Queen and my first Born Liger will pass on my legacy! Give it up Richard and Nora, the great Citizens of LIONDONESIA don't want you around anymore, now that they have seen your true colors!". The fact that Apollo called them by their first name seemed to strike a nerve as Queen Leonides shouts panicking “SO WHAT?! YOU'RE GONNA LET THOSE PROTESTORS OUTSIDE JUST BREAK IN AND KILL US?!".

Apollo waves his paw and says “Whoa not so fast! I am willing to make a compromise." King Leonides shouts angrily “AND WHY WOULD WE COMPROMISE?!". Apollo shrugs and dismissively smirks as he says “Fine, get torn to shreds by an Angry Mob, though the more accurate term is utterly distraught citizens." The Soldier from earlier runs back in shouting “MORE SOLDIERS JUST ABANDONED THEIR POST! WE CAN'T HOLD THEM FOR MUCH LONGER!".

King and Queen Leonides look at each other in fear as Queen Leonides shouts in a panic “ALRIGHT! WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU WANT?! HURRY UP WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME!". Apollo smiles and starts to cross his arms in front of him listing his demands “First and foremost, you will let me back into LIONDONESIA and grant me full citizenship back effective immediately! Second, we will follow the original plan you had for me ever since I was a Cub. Once I finish College, you will step down as King and pass the throne onto me. Since I finish College Next May, you have just over a year to continue your rule until handing off the throne to me. Which, once I'm made King, me and my Mate will be known as King and Queen TEGORA, passing that Name down to our children from now into the future. Next, while you still remain in power, if you pass any laws, they will require my approval before going into effect! That way, I can make sure you're not trying to keep me out of power! Finally, along with immediate reinstatement of my Citizenship to LIONDONESIA , you will give me back access to the Royal Finances! Even though we're not officially family anymore, I am next in line to the throne and entitled to the Finances! Don't worry though, once Richard steps down you will both be guaranteed to keep Half of the Royal Funds until you both pass. Since we are the only three members of Royalty left, there are no other members to financially support. Plus, unlike Richard, I will have the ability to spoil my mate while not going crazy overboard as you did with Nora. Also, in order not to stir up tension, I will stay in TIGERIA to finish my Studies here and will officially return to my Home Country the day after I receive my College Degree, where I will immediately be sworn in as the New King of LIONDONESIA! Do we have a Deal?".

King Leonides sighs in defeat and rubs his forehead in annoyance as he looks over to Queen Leonides saying “Well Nora, I don't think we have a choice." Queen Leonides screams out angrily “NO RICHARD! IT CAN'T END LIKE THIS IT JUST CAN'T! THERE HAS TO BE SOME OTHER WAY!".
