A pair of con artists come to Drac's city of Maiyone, and attempt to purchase some transformative potions from the city alchemist with fake money. Needless to say, this doesn't go well, and the alchemist gets permission to punish them his way.

Part 1

For Engy

By Draconicon

Josephine and her husband, Sam, were all too aware that they stood out in the strange city of Maiyone. A pair of rare humans in an anthro-dominated city, she felt eyes on them wherever they went, and knew that they had been watched ever since their plane had landed on the east side of the city. Of course, she knew that it was more curiosity than any suspicion of them, but it was still hard to focus when one was being stared at so much.

Nobody knows anything, she thought as she followed her husband into the lobby of the central skyscraper of the city. Nobody knows that we’re not rich.

Far from it, if they were honest. They shouldn’t have been able to afford the flight out here, let alone the hotel in the better-off part of the city, but their notes had been convincing enough to pay for it all in ‘cash,’ and they still had over twenty thousand more to spend on this vacation. Most of it was going to petty stuff, things that they could take back home and sell, but this?

This was a chance to make some real money.

“You’re sure that this guy can’t tell the difference, Sam?” she asked as the elevator door closed behind them. “I mean, he is supposed to be a big-time alchemist. What if he figures it out before we get the goods?”

“Well, then, we find a way to make up a story. After all, nobody has to know that we know these bills are fake.”

“Yeah, but –”

“Don’t worry about it, doll. By the time they figure it out, we’ll be long gone, back to the states.”

That was what she hoped, but unlike her husband, she didn’t share his confidence. Everything here was so…different to what it was back home.

And it wasn’t just the magic and the sex that permeated everything around them. She felt like there were eyes everywhere, eyes that weren’t normal, eyes that were invisible, telling someone just what they were doing at all times.

She leaned against her husband, her head resting on his bicep as he loomed over her. He wrapped her up in a one-armed hug, patting her shoulder before running his fingers through her hair.

“Come on. Buck up. We need to sell this, you know.”

“Heh…I know…”

Josephine pulled herself upright again, taking a few deep breaths to settle herself. It wasn’t easy, but she just about managed it by the time that the doors opened.

It wasn’t quite the penthouse level, but the alchemist dragon had told them to meet him a few floors down in the place he’d set up shop. She let her husband leave the elevator first, since he carried the money, and she followed after, her dress sweeping at the floor and her high heels clicking against the hard surface.

Knock, knock.

“Come in,” came a voice from far further back. “Door’s open.”

“…You’d think he’d open it himself,” Sam complained, pushing it open.

Not knowing what to expect from an alchemist’s lab in the modern day and age, Josephine was still shocked at what was spread out before her. The room had to cover most of this level of the skyscraper, and there were entire quadrants of it that were devoted solely to different types of greenhouses to grow different types of plants. There was a register at the front that seemed to be more like a smartphone hooked up to a computer than anything else, and a dozen or more tables of different burners and test tubes.

Standing among them were various reptiles, four of which were darting about quickly, one of which was dragging himself around by testicles that were so large that they had to be fake, and one –

“Oh, hello! Sorry for the wait.”

Which turned to face them. He had to be the alchemist, since he was the only winged one – the only dragon – of the various reptiles, and he did have the metal arm that they had been told was his main distinguishing feature.

He was also naked under the lab coat, and the coat was open, giving both her and Sam a perfect view of the big yellow cock and heavy testicles that kept his legs wide apart.

The human woman blushed, turning her head to the side and covering the side of her face to block out the sight, but she still couldn’t believe what she’d seen.

That’s bigger…that’s like...twice as big as Sam…easily…

It wasn’t the first time that she had seen a cock in public in the city, considering what went on through the Red Light District – they’d taken a wrong turn and seen far too much – but this was supposed to be a place of business. The sheer casualness of it had taken her completely off-guard.

It was hard for her to keep her eyes on the dragon’s face as he walked up to them, too, particularly with the wet, fleshy ‘smack smack’ sound that came from his cock smacking off of his thighs. He smiled as he leaned on the counter, looking at them as he welcomed them.

“So, you must be Sam and Josephine, right?”

“Yeah, and you’re Engy, I’m guessing.”

“Yep. We just finished up your order, actually, so you have some pretty good timing. Quite a big one, wasn’t it?”

“Heh, well, we recently inherited a lot of money, and…well, we thought we’d live adventurously.”

“Oh, I figured that after seeing the kind of potions that you were buying. Lots of transformative ones, aren’t there? You planning on trying out different bodies? Different genders?”

“Something like that, yeah.”

That was a lie, of course. She and Sam had plans for taking them back to the states, passing them out to the different people that were willing to buy them. Turn that fake cash into real cash, when it came down to it.

She had a few contacts in the pharmaceutical industries that would be interested in the supposed transformative powers of Maiyone’s potion businesses, and she knew that Sam had a couple of friends that’d be interested in the more ‘practical’ stuff that the potions could pull off. Some wanted thugs, others wanted bimbos…

If they could purchase this stuff and get back home, they’d be set for life.

And it looks like the big lug doesn’t suspect a thing, she thought as Engy gestured towards his servants on the other side of the room. They carried three large cases over, each one looking heavy enough that they might need help to get it down to the car they’d hired at the base of the skyscraper.

Now, the moment of truth…

She fidgeted as Sam pulled the case up, putting it on the counter. Just as he was about to flick it open, though, Engy held up a hand.

“Ah, I prefer something like a credit card instead of cash. I mean, I know the dragon standards and all, but there’s no real point in having it to sleep on. I mean, do you see the spikes? I’d just rip it to shreds.”

Both humans froze in place.

No cash. That was going to be a problem, considering that the bills were counterfeit. They had been able to pass them off as real so far, but that was because they were handing over so much at once that nobody had the chance to really count it or check it without holding up the lines everywhere.

If this dragon wanted it as a digital process, then they would have to put it in at the bank, and they’d be busted right then and there.

“You know, you could just deposit it yourself,” Sam said, flashing a smile. “I mean, it’s a big case of money. You can look at it yourself.”

“Oh, I could, but I don’t like handling so much of it at once. That’s more the master’s thing.” He chuckled. “I can hold your goods here, you know. Just go down around the corner; there’s a bank that’ll deposit any amount for you in minutes. The goblins there are very good at their job.”

“Yeah, but we have a plane to catch soon. We need to get back to the airport, and there’s no time to make a deposit.”

Anyone on the mainland would have been pressured by that sort of demand, started to bend, but not this dragon. He just shrugged, gesturing for the various lizards around him to start taking the crates of potions away. Sam grabbed for one, only to have his wrist caught by the big yellow dragon.

“You don’t pay for them, you don’t get them.”

“Man, this is five hundred thousand dollars. You’re going to let this walk away because you’re picky?”

“Oh, I’m not doing anything of the sort. I’m going to keep it – and you – here until I figure out why you’re being so weird about it.”

Josephine’s eyes went wide. In the space of a second or two, they’d gone from buying their meal ticket for the rest of their life to risking getting caught and imprisoned for the rest of their lives, instead. She reached for Sam’s arm, pulling him back before he could get them in deeper trouble.

“I’m so sorry for my husband. He’s just worried about us wasting money on the flight back. If you’ll forgive us, we’ll head down to the bank right now.”

She reached for the case of counterfeit bills, only for the dragon to stop her, too, shaking his head as his metal hand gripped her wrist.

“I don’t think so. I think we’re going to wait for my master to come down here.”

“What are you talking about, your master?” Sam asked, pulling futilely against the dragon’s grip. “Just let us go and we’ll do it your way.”

Or rather, they’d cut their losses and run. That was what Josephine hoped he meant, because if he didn’t, then his stubbornness could get them in deeper trouble than jail. That watchful feeling had just gotten a hundred times worse, and she felt a strange pressure in the air that only got worse, right up until –

“You seem to have a situation here, Engy.”

A deep, darker voice. She whipped her head over her shoulders, her eyes bugging out.

A black dragon that stood seven feet tall loomed over them from the doorway, his body barely covered in a robe as dark as his scales. The only point where the blackness seemed to break was at his eyes, and that was more of a sucking, swirling mist rather than any comfort against the shadowy figure.

“Yeah. These two paid for an order of potions, and they want to pay with cash. Mind checking it for me?”

“Of course not.”

Shit, shit, shit!

There was nothing that they could do. She and Sam could only watch as the black dragon circled the desk and opened the case. He pulled out one bill, touched his claw to it, then shook his head.

“Fake. Every single one of them.”

“Figured.” Engy sighed. “I guess having that big of an order was a little too good to be true.”

“Anything ordered from overseas is usually too good to be true.”

“Okay, so, uh, we might have been willing to scam you,” Sam said, even as Josephine was begging him to just shut the fuck up. “But, uh, you caught us. Nobody got away with anything. No harm, no foul, right?”

“Wrong.” The black dragon shook his head. “You planned to scam my underling here out of a great deal of materials and potions, and at a guess, you planned on spreading them through a foreign country without any thought as to why it’s kept here. I can’t allow that to go unpunished.”

“Mind if I do the punishing this time, master?” the yellow dragon asked. “I mean, I have a few thoughts for them, and it’s not fair that Veronica and Zavis keep getting the job.”

“Heh. Do what you want, my friend. They’re in your hands now.”

#

“Well, this is a fucking mess,” Sam muttered.

“Yeah? And whose fault is that, I wonder?”

Her cheeks burned as she felt the cool stone against her back, trying very hard not to think about the fact that she’d just been marched, stripped and bound, from the top of the skyscraper down to one of the under-floors. The fact that there had been people in the lobby to see her naked, stripped of everything, had been humiliating enough, but the fact that the lizardmen had been touching her everywhere in the process had been worse.

At least her husband had suffered the same fate. He was as naked as she was, the two pale-skinned people blushing up a storm as they were forced to show off to one another, tied down on opposite sides of the room. Both had their arms in metal bands over their heads, pinned against the wall, their legs forcibly spread.

In the case of her husband, a steel band had been clamped around the base of his cock and balls, forcing him to throb and point his cock at her. She kept trying not to look, but it was hard to do that when they hadn’t been that intimate in the last few years.

“What do you think he’s going to do to us?” Sam asked.

“Oh, who knows? If he can do half the things with those potions that the tourism board says he can, then he can make our lives hell.”

“And I think I just might, for all the stuff that you were planning.”

The two of them turned their heads as the yellow dragon stepped into the room. For all that he had a fat ass and a soft looking body – other than the metal arm, of course – he looked surprisingly serious at that moment. He looked between them, then sighed.

“Look. All I wanted to do was run a business here. Have a good time, sell some potions that made people happier and sexier. That was all I wanted to do. Was that so worth coming here and fucking up?”

“Well, um, we weren’t…well, is it fucking it up to get a little competition back home?” Sam asked.

“Sam, just…shut up,” Josephine muttered.

“But –”

“No, seriously, just shut up. You’re going to make it a hundred times worse, no matter what you say. Just shut up and let this goddamn dragon do what he wants to do so we can go home.”

For all that she was scared, too, she knew that it was not going to help them to keep begging. They’d already made their fuck-up. Now they had to deal with it.

The yellow dragon turned to her, then crossed the floor. Soon, they were standing almost chest to chest, and she looked up from his cock to his face with resignation in her eyes. He cocked his head to the side.

“Do you think that you’d be allowed to go home after this?”

Josephine’s eyes went wide.

“…What?”

“I get to control what happens to you now. There’s a lot of things that I could deal with. I’ve had people try to kill me and my friends. I’ve dealt with thieves. I’ve dealt with thugs. And I’ve tried to be nice, most of the time. I really do. Sometimes, people push me too far, but I always, always try. But someone trying to cheat me and my master, and other people?” The dragon shook his head. “If I just let you go after a little lesson, you’d just try it again. Or other people would. I need to make sure that nobody else gets the same idea that you did. I’m sorry, but…well, on the bright side, when it’s all done, you’ll want your punishment more than you ever wanted your old life.”

“But…but we…”

“I’m sorry, but you were the ones that started this in the first place.”

She kept trying to sputter an excuse. This wasn’t right. They hadn’t even managed to buy anything, let alone get away to commit the crimes that they’d been charged with. Even as the yellow dragon opened his case, pulling out different potion vials, she struggled to find something that would get them out of this.

She was still struggling right up to the point where he shoved one of the glass vials to her lips and made her swallow its contents.

It was hot and salty, not dissimilar from the taste of cum after giving someone a blowjob, and Josephine was half-convinced that she’d just been force-fed a vial of the dragon’s seed in some petty attempt at vengeance. She coughed and sputtered as it was forced down her throat, huffing and puffing as she was made to swallow it or drown.

As soon as the slimy contents were making their way down her throat, however, she could feel something. Something shifting. It was starting at her lips, almost like her mouth was growing more stiff, more rigid. She flexed her face, trying to purse her lips…and found it impossible.

“What…what’s happening…to me…”

Every time she opened her mouth, it felt more like she was stretching more than her jaw. It felt like her entire face was moving, or at least, the entire lower half of her face. Her jaws almost seemed to click as they moved, as if her mouth was longer than it actually was.

And then, she realized it was, as her nose started to push forward, and her lips and cheeks followed.

“Ah…ah! What the hell?! What the hell?!”

Eloquent, really, but what else could she have said as she watched her face mutate? It only got worse as she realized that it wasn’t just the shape that was changing, but her skin, as well.

“Jo? Josephine, what’s going on?!” Sam shouted.

“I don’t know! It’s just…doing…something to me!”

Blue scales were spreading out from her lips, gradually creeping across her face, almost like paint, at first, then hardening like latex that had been painted over her face. It cracked shortly after, forming lines between the different scales, differentiating them from one another as they kept crawling up and along her face.

Oh god, oh god, where are they going to stop?!

She was panting, even hyperventilating, and her chest was rising and falling so fast and hard at that moment. Her breasts were bouncing, slapping against her chest as she freaked out, shaking her head as if her stretching, growing snout would just snap off and leave her normal again.

Of course, it didn’t, and the more freaked out she got, the faster the scales seemed to spread, running up her head and then through her scalp, covering her hair where it didn’t just cut it out right then and there. Clumps of it fell to the floor around her, leaving her with none of the brown locks that she’d had before.

As the blue scales crept along the side of her head, touching at the corners of her eyes, she hissed in fear, expecting to go blind. Instead…

Instead, she started to see things more clearly.

Her vision went slightly blue, yes, as if looking through a nearly-transparent colored lens, but everything was sharper, more detailed than before. It was like she could see things better than glasses or contacts had ever done for her before, like she’d needed a new prescription and hadn’t noticed it.

Her eyes dropped, taking in everything around her –

Twenty tiles, eighty-seven dust motes, three-hundred-thousand points of dust –

The numbers and precision came almost immediately, and she yelped as she felt the information coming in. She closed her eyes tightly, shaking her head.

“That’s part of the change to being a kobold. Leftover evolutionary trait of serving dragons and keeping their hoards in order. You had to know everything that was there, and if you didn’t, then the dragon would punish you. It kind of affects everything that you see, these days,” Engy explained.

It didn’t help her anxiety about the situation in the slightest, nor did the word ‘kobold.’ It might have told her what she was turning into, but the fact that she didn’t want to be turned into something made that far less comforting than the dragon might have thought.

As the scales spread over the back of her head and down her neck, she felt something else. Like she was getting stiffer, more angular in the face, things being shaved to different forms than she’d had as a human. Like her face was more straight-lined, less soft, with a more developed snout than she felt she needed.

And as the scales hit her shoulders, some things grew as others shrunk. Notably, her muscles and her breasts, respectively.

“Oh god…oh god…”

“Jo, are you…are you losing…”

“My breasts…oh god, they’re getting smaller…”

They hadn’t been huge to begin with, little more than a medium B cup, but they had been hers. They’d been a steady weight on her chest ever since puberty, and now they were gradually disappearing, slipping away. It felt like there was something in her chest vacuuming away the fat in her torso, pulling it out of her, dragging it away as her skin was tightened, the scales pulling the bumps in tight against her chest until there was nothing left.

All the while, her shoulders were thickening, muscles rippling out from her neck and down her shoulders. She grunted as she felt the sudden tension of power being restrained in them, flexing them to the point where the bindings over her head started to feel too tight to contain her.

Nnngh…fuck…

She was huffing and puffing, struggling to keep her head on straight as her body kept changing. Even as she felt the muscles growing down her body – never enough to make them pop, but enough to make her look thick, enough to make her have a bit of a muscle gut rather than to be hard-abbed – she focused more on the feeling of being so…so different.

Then, she felt the first crunch.

“Nnngh!”

She arched her back, drawn up on tiptoes, but even as she stood up straighter, her hands didn’t push any higher through the cuffs that held them. If anything, she felt…shorter?

“Oh, shit. Hold on!”

She was right on the verge of having her ankles and wrists popping out of alignment by the time that Engy pulled her out of them, and she slumped to the floor, panting hard as she felt the soft crunches of her spine collapsing together, the sucking, slurping feeling of her limbs getting shorter as she shrunk down.

Kobold…kobold means…small…

Josephine had forgotten about that, but it was sure as hell something that she’d remember from now on. She looked down her arms as the blue scales fell down them like clicking waterfalls, rasping against each other as they overtook her pale skin and changed her at every turn. Her limbs were thicker, stronger, but they were so much shorter…

As the scales hit her hands, one of her fingers seemed to melt away, leaving her with three fingers and a thumb on each hand. They were smaller, daintier, but there was something do them that screamed that they were no longer feminine.

Maybe it was the yellow claws growing out of the tips of each, replacing her nails. The idea of a manicure was more than a little appealing as she saw the sheer size of them, the points looking like they were made to hold something tight, to pin and pierce and squeeze so that it couldn’t get away.

Soft cracking sounds followed sudden pressure points up and down her spine and along the back of her head. She couldn’t bring her head up to look, couldn’t bring herself to turn around to see what it was, but she could imagine. Horns. Horns and spines along her back.

She was becoming a monster. A little scaly monster.

She stopped shrinking somewhere around four feet tall, bigger than the kobolds that she had read about in stories, but still more than a foot shorter than she had been. Looking down between her arms, she could see her legs, see her feet as her toes melted down from five to four to three, forming three thick digits that were as clawed as her fingers were.

As the tingling of the potion rippled through her, tingling from her belly and limbs down to her middle, she groaned, lowering her head to the floor.

“Mmmph…what else…can you take, huh?” she panted. “What else are you going to do to me?”

“Well, I was going to start with turning you male, actually.”

“What?!”

“You gotta be fucking – oh my god!”

Sam’s shout echoed in the dungeon room as Josephine rolled onto her back, half-squishing the little nub of a tail that was starting to grow out from her spine. She arched her back again and again, her body spasming as her scaly pussy suddenly started to clench.

Fuck…fuck…what the…hell is…

Thrusting her hips up by instinct as much as for any other reason, she looked down and saw something pushing out from between her pussy lips. Something solid, almost like she had shoved a toy up there or something. It was impossible to believe it, but it looked like…like…

There’s a cock…there’s a cock coming out of my pussy.

Despite her shock, her hips kept moving, thrusting, punching against the air. She kept trying to slow them down, to make them stop, but they refused to obey. The need to hump, the need to thrust had taken over her body, and she was making little whimpers and moans the more that she did it.

Little by little, the head of her new cock poked out from between her pussy lips, rubbing up and nudging her clit as it faded away. She bit her lip, trying to keep from making a sound, but how did you not when you were growing a fucking cock?!

“Ah…ah…ah!”

She was panting, gasping, her hands in tight fists at her sides as her slit was spread wide, her cock fucking its way out of her in little bursts. A thickness that should have been impossible for someone as small as her to take was gradually forcing its way out, and it felt so much better than being fucked.

She didn’t want it…but it made her cum.

“AAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!”

She screamed at the top of her lungs, thrusting forward one more time, and her cock just about exploded out of her on its way to freedom. Forcing her pussy lips to the side, it shoved up and out, slapping against her belly as it dripped and oozed slime all over her.

But it didn’t squirt. Not yet, anyway. She felt it trying, felt the urge as her pussy lips dropped down, swelling and becoming a pair of balls under her new cock, but the shaft itself didn’t blast the ceiling or her with the seed bubbling inside.

“Alright, just about there,” Engy said, pulling her up by her shoulder. “Now, let’s let those hips fill out a bit…”

“Oh god…don’t I have enough? Hasn’t that potion done – oh fuck, it’s so hard…”

The four-foot-tall kobold couldn’t think enough to fight as she was dragged back to the wall. Her arms were pulled up and over her head, her cock thrust forward by a block against the base of her spine, thrusting it into view so that it couldn’t be hidden.

That cock…Her cock…

Her. I’m still here. He changed my body, didn’t change my mind.

Her cock was still throbbing, begging for attention, but she’d already been tied up. There was no way for her to touch it, let alone stroke it. But did she want to stroke it?

No, no way. She was a woman, a female, even if she had a cock. Even if it was throbbing, bouncing, and still…

Still growing…

Holy hell, how big is it going to get?

Just staring at it, the vision of a kobold told her that it was at a length of nine and a quarter inches, with some trembling going on as a couple of centimeters strained to add themselves to it. She looked away, not wanting to imagine herself with something even bigger, but her balls were churning and begging for her to do something with it, anyway.

Chained as she was, her arms and legs forming an X against the wall, her balls were nothing more than a free weight that was dragging down between her legs, pulling at her crotch and making her new cock bob up and down every time that she so much as twitched. The sensitive shaft drew gasps from her every time that it moved, and she bit her lip to try and control the noises that were trying to break free.

Engy patted her cock, though, and that shattered that bit of self-control.

“NNNGH!”

She thrust forward, almost fucking her cock against the palm of his hand before he pulled it back.

“Okay, that might have been a bit of a stronger dose than needed, but it’s a good start. You’ll be great for the next part of the whole routine.”

“You…you…fucker!” Sam shouted. “What did you do to my wife?”

“Well, the kobolds have been complaining about lacking studs lately, so –”

“We didn’t even do anything to you!”

“You tried to, though. Tried pretty hard, actually. And besides, this isn’t really a punishment when you get right down to it.”

She barely heard what they were saying, trying to focus on anything but the throbbing going through her dick. She closed her eyes, huffing and puffing as she thought of her home. Thought of the people she knew.

Thought of the fact that they had made promises that they weren’t going to be able to fulfill anymore, and those promises had been made to some very, very powerful individuals that could fuck with their lives very badly.

Maybe…maybe it’s for the best…that we stay here, she thought. Maybe they can’t get us here…

And maybe…maybe she could find a way to control her cock? After all, men did it all the time. It couldn’t be that hard.

She hoped.

“Now, let’s see how you deal with the opposite potion, Mr. Sam…”
