Cologne Hinder Ch 2
#1 of Cologne Hinder
Installment 2 of the Cologne Hinder series. I understand that the first story was rather weak, from some of my colleagues and fellow furs who reviewed the story before it was posted. I will try to make up for it this time. This will be extremely short, I know. However, it introduces a major plot point, and I need time to lay out what happens next.
Again, all characters are my intellectual property, and are thusly copyrighted, blah blah blah
Now to the real action ^_^
PS- Some of you factually correct furs will point out that deer don't live in the Arctic, but these are a four legged creature similar to reindeer that dragons call simply 'deer'

Arising from the sweet slumber that beheld me, I noticed a sensation, alarming but not altogether unwelcome. As I opened my eyes, I saw a sight that took my breath away. Between my legs was the goddess Caroline, giving me a morning wake up call.
Not quite remembering what happened the night before, I jumped in surprise, causing Caroline to stop her suckling, a worried look on her face.
"what's wrong, Cologne?"
"Nothing, It's, It's nothing. Just not used to waking up with a dragoness in my bed. That's all."
" Well, now that your awake, how about you put that tongue of yours to good use, hmm?"
I complied eagerly, delving my dark tongue into her steamy folds. The vibrations on my member that ensued this were absolutely amazing, forcing pre to leak from my slick cock. She smiled, and took it back into her muzzle, always being one to please others.
Just losing my virginity the night before, I didn't last long against her needy suckling, and I felt my orgasm approaching quickly. I doubled my efforts, hoping to make her orgasm at the same time I did.
My work paid off, and we came together, moans and cries of pleasure filling the whole apartment. We slumped back on the bed, tired from the morning activity, basking in the sweet afterglow of our shared orgasm.
This gave me the time I needed to ask the question that had been turning in my mind since we arrived at my apartment the night before.
" I don't mean to sound rude or anything, but why me? You could have easily picked any male out there, but yet you choose me."
"Its simple silly. I've been watching you, and you never take things at face value, like everyone else. You look deeper, hoping to find more, and that's the kind of male I want. Not just someone who likes me because I'm pretty, but also for who I am. Though I have to admit, your not bad looking yourself."
I grinned at this, and we playfully wrestled on the bed, laughing until our sides hurt. " I'm hungry. Got anything to eat here?"
"Yeah. There's some deer in the fridge. I caught it Friday, and it's still fresh."
" Wait, you catch your own food? I usually go to the market and get mine." I gave her a puzzled look, then said " Sometimes they keep their kills for a week or more, hoping someone would be stupid enough to buy it. Plus, I like the thrill of a hunt, it gets my blood flowing."
"After I eat, can I go hunting with you, please? I've never seen someone hunt before, and I want to learn how."
"Well, its mostly instinct, but sure, if that's what you want."
We quickly devoured our food, and prepared for the hunting trip. Lucky for me, my apartment is on the outskirts of town, and the forest is just a half a kilometer from where I live. Usually, I have to stalk my prey, as Zack and his gang injure my wings to much to hunt by air. However, I was looking forward to a good aerial hunt, and I'm sure Caroline was too.
We flew together towards the Great Forest, where there were deer aplenty, and my mouth watered at the thought of catching a fresh deer and hauling it home for a well-deserved feast. I showed her the basics, how to dive, and how to fold your wings for a silent descent. She was an eager learner, but she scared away 3 deer before she got the hang of a stealthy approach.
"This is amazing! It truly gets your blood flowing. How I wish I could show my brothers this new skill."
"You have brothers? I thought you were an only child."
" No, silly. I have 2 brothers, who I love dearly. I would of had a sister, too, but she was a still-born."
"I'm sorry, I didn't know."
"Don't apologize, It's not your fault. Now let's hurry up and catch us a deer, I'm tired."
Finally, we saw our target. A big fat deer was crossing the meadow, and I signaled for Caroline to try her newfound skills. I was amazed as I saw her aggresively pluck the deer off the ground, breaking it's neck with ease, and carry it's lifeless body to me. " Not bad for my first kill, eh?"
" You're a natural. I didn't think you would get it on the first try." She grinned, and we headed back to the apartment, craving the fresh meat we would enjoy tonight.
As we arrived, Caroline noticed the blood on her claws, and a look of dismay crossed her face. I smiled, And grabbed a fresh cloth and some honey-colored oil from the cabinet.
I washed and polished her claws for her, and she kissed me lightly as a thank-you.
Then, the town siren sounded, warning the city folk of an impending attack. We all went to our designated bomb shelter, and awaited the 'All Clear' signal. It never came, and for three days we sat in the cramped shelter. Caroline was terribly frightened that her brothers might not have made it to their shelter, because they loved to play near the outskirts of town. Finally, one of the guards decided to go outside and see what was going on.
He came back with a look of horror on his face.
We asked him what was the matter, and he choked out, " They're dead, they're all dead!" Several people went to look for themselves, all with the same horror on their visage. Caroline began to cry, almost positive that her parents and brothers had been killed as well. Outside, the city was leveled, bodies everywhere, and we were the only survivors. Caroline continued to weep, and I hugged her, hoping to comfort her but to no avail. As for me, I couldn't shed a tear, as the only person I truly cared about was in my arms. I did, however, feel sorrow for my friends, who presumably didn't make it. You have to understand, though, that dragons only cry at times of pure, unadulterated sorrow, when the heart is near bursting with grief. I sighed, and hoped tomorrow would be a better day.
