Bunny Tails: Chapter 5
#6 of Bunny Tails
Well, not much to say but here it is! I am not sure why, but something about this chapter made me hesitate to upload. I have changed several different themes and points in this and feel that I am still following a good path as far as the story is concerned! That being said I am curious about how this particular chapter will be received... I am definitely proud of how it turned out, yet I still wonder if I made the right choice in where I decided to take things. I hope you all will leave feedback for me so that I can either continue to feel proud of my work or try a different approach if the overall response seems negative. x3
The very end was an addition that, while not entirely necessary, gave a bit of insight into Chance and what is going on with him in particular. More to be revealed as things progress though! I hope you all enjoy and I eagerly await any and all comments! :3
The next few days were a blur. Klaus spent most of his free time trying to think of a way to approach the situation to Miles. His mate has always been easy to talk to, even about the most difficult of subjects, yet this particular topic was not something Klaus could broach easily. The bunny was sitting on their front porch swing waiting for his mate to get home. It was Friday, which meant that Klaus only had one class that day. He had gotten back early yet had avoided even stepping foot inside. He kept his blue eyes transfixed down the road waiting patiently as he sorted through his thoughts. His head had begun to ache in frustration as every scenario that came to mind played out wrong. In some Miles did not believe him and they ended up arguing, and worse. Klaus assumed these were just left over doubts that he previously had about the wolf taking Chance's side. Klaus pushed these aside hurriedly.
Then there were those where Miles ended up beating Chance half to death. While Klaus did not really mind this scenario, he did not really see it turning out for the best in the end. The bun was sure that if that happened then some of the furs from the football team would get involved and Miles could get hurt. Miles could be very protective of the bunny. Klaus remembered going to a club with his mate last summer. Klaus had been startled to feel a paw groping his bottom and had spun around to confront the furvert who had touched him. Before he could say a word to Husky responsible, Miles had planted his fist in the side of the canine's muzzle, knocking the husky to the floor. Miles was not a violent fur, yet when someone messed with Klaus the wolf seemed to lose sight of himself. The bunny ended up having to drag Miles out of the club in order to stop him from continuing his assault on the husky. That was the first time he had ever been truly angry with Miles. Klaus did not mind the wolf taking up for him, but sometimes Miles let his protective instinct get the best of him.
Klaus sighed and closed his eyes thoughtfully. A light breeze whispered through the trees, tousling his hair and tickling the fur on his cheek. The only other sounds were those of birds chirping and the creak of the swing as he used a foot to push himself back and forth. His thoughts seem to slowly vanish as he relaxed. Klaus slowly laid himself down onto his side. He folded his arms under his head and draped an ear over his face. His tail flitted happily to and fro as he drifted off, the sun covering him in a blanket of warmth.
Klaus started awake almost as quickly as he had dozed off. Something had slammed to the ground in front of him followed by a snicker that made the fur on the nape of his neck rise eerily. He sat up and stiffened at what he saw. Standing tall in front of him was a naked horse, cock swaying in the breeze. Chance smiled at him and took a step forward, his huge member growing erect as he approached. Klaus scrambled out of the porch swing and flung himself over the railing. He looked back to see Chance chuckling at him, his fully erect cock throbbing eagerly. Klaus ran around the side of the house, frantically trying to pull his keys out of his pocket as he reached the door. How the hell did he get here? Klaus thought fearfully as he fumbled for his keys. He glanced behind him and saw...nothing. Chance was nowhere to be seen. Klaus had finally gotten his key into the door when it was jerked open violently, slamming against the wall as the tall equine filled the doorway, his visage a picture of arrogance. Klaus yelped as Chance grabbed his ears and yanked him into the house. The horse drug the flailing rabbit through the house towards Miles and Klaus's bedroom. Klaus was glad for the pain, it overpowered the usual sensation involved with his ears being handled.
The stud threw the bunny roughly onto the bed, quickly pinning him down with a thick paw over his throat. Klaus gasped for breath as the horse began tearing the clothes off of him. Chance's huge cock lying stiffly on the bunny's body, leaking pre and twitching with anticipation. _When did he get undressed?_Klaus felt hot tears streaming down his face as his jeans and boyshorts were both torn from his body. The stallion flipped him over and tied his arms behind his back roughly, the horse's large sack dragging across the bun's naked flesh. Klaus pleaded and cried as Chance scooted back, placing the head of his thick rod at Klaus's tight pucker. Klaus felt a push, followed by an odd falling sensation....
He yelped as his head hit the wooden porch beneath him. Klaus looked around him, rubbing his sore head as he realized where he was. That was way too real... He thought with a shudder. He heard a door slam and saw Miles running up the steps of the porch, a concerned look etched on his face. "Sweetheart are you ok? What the heck happened? I pulled up just in time to see you fall. How's your head?" The wolf gave Klaus a quick once over, "No blood..." He smiled warmly at the bun and stroked his cheek lightly.
"I guess I just dozed off... I'm sorry to worry you love." Klaus smiled up at the wolf apologetically. His eyes twinkled with relief as he gazed up at the wolf before nuzzling him lovingly.
Miles chuckled and shook his head, "No, I am being way too dramatic. You're much too tough for this to hurt you." He smiled and looked back at his truck. Klaus heard another door slam and his gaze shifted towards the vehicle. His heart felt as if I had been placed into a vice as Chance began walking towards them.
"Why is Chance here?" He asked, trying to hide the nervousness welling up within him. He gripped his legs tightly in order to hide his shaking as visions from his dream danced across his thoughts.
"I'm sorry I forgot to tell you babe... I invited Chance over to come see our place. I thought it would be a nice way to repay him for having us over." Miles smiled down at his mate.
Klaus could not help but beam up at the wolf. "How could I ever be mad at you?" He giggled and stood, taking a deep breath in order to prepare himself to act friendly towards the equine.
Chance's grin was as haughty as always as he stepped up onto the porch. "Well you two do have a lovely home! How's it going Klaus?" He winked playfully and it took all of his self-control for Klaus not to scowl at him.
Instead he smiled up at him, his voice sickeningly friendly. "I'm good! How are you enjoying Southpaw U?" Klaus tried to seem genuinely curious. Chance's large brown eyes seemed to bore into him.
"Well so far so good! Practice has been hell but that's exactly what I was hoping for. The females are seriously easy going here too. I mean that Raine girl? Damn she is wild. I took her out for lunch and got more than even I expected, if you catch my drift." His smile made Klaus's stomach heave. Seriously Raine? He thought disappointedly.
"Well let me show you around! Sorry I can't offer to cook, but we kind of need to resupply... We can go grab a bite somewhere back in town later on. Coming babe?" Miles helped the bunny to his feet, checking again to make sure his mate was uninjured. The wolf motioned for them to follow him inside with a paw. Klaus did his best to avoid looking at Chase, who was currently bragging about how much Raine was texting him after their date. Klaus was going to have a serious talk with that tigress.
Klaus looked down in surprise as his phone vibrated, Miles and Chance intent on some photos of the wolf from back in high school. Klaus was certain it had to be Raine, she always texted at some point in the day. His cheeks burned when he opened the message. A picture of Raine being penetrated by a thick, shining equine cock stared him in the face. Her expression was one of sheer ecstasy as she was being split in two by the massive member. Klaus looked up to see Chance grinning at him behind Miles' back, his paw casually slipping his phone back into his pocket. Klaus erased the message and excused himself from the two. He walked into the bedroom and slumped onto the bed, frustration coating his mood like an oily film.
The bunny seethed with anger. Such a fucking jerk!! Klaus wanted to scream. "How could Raine do this? With such an asshole?" He said angrily, yet softly enough that his voice would not carry down the stairs. He buried his face in his paws and cursed softly. "Well now, that is a harsh word coming from such a hot muzzle." Klaus felt the blood drain from his face. He turned to see Chance behind him. The stallion was smiling and had already undone his pants to reveal a large bulge in his boxers. "Miles is grabbing some drinks from the gas station down the road. I thought that after that picture you might want a taste for yourself. I must apologize though, it may still taste a bit like your friend. That picture was from this morning."
"Fuck you." Klaus said brazenly. Chance's grin melted, anger creeping onto his visage. "I have decided to tell Miles everything. He loves me and I know he will never believe you over me." The bunny stood tall, keeping up the act of bravery as he started walking purposefully towards the door. A strong paw stopped him.
"You're right. Miles will believe you. But that doesn't mean I can't have my fun with you before he gets back." He grunted as he pulled Klaus in, muffling a cry for help using a pillow over the bunny's face. Chance grabbed Klaus's ears roughly and squeezed, causing the bunny to cry out in pain. The stud yanked his ears hard, throwing him down onto the floor with a loud thud. Klaus felt himself being pinned down as Chance straddled him roughly. He clamped down on the bunny's throat and shoved his cock into the bun's gasping maw. Klaus felt his lungs beginning to burn. "Suck it you little bitch, that's the only way I will allow you to breath. And don't fuckin' bite me alright? I would hate to have to hurt you. What ever would I do if my paw were to squeeze too tightly from the pain?" A wicked grin spread across the equine's muzzle, a low groan escaping as he pushed his cock further into the bunny's maw.
Klaus whimpered as Chance pushed the thick shaft into the bunny's throat. He could feel the pre leaking down, the taste of it filling his maw. The stallion moaned as his cock slid further into the bunny's stretched maw. He felt a sharp pain bloom inside his leg from under Chance's knee. Klaus prayed silently for help, hoping against hope that he would be saved from this horrifying act. His thoughts were of Miles, of how his mate would react if he was here to see this. The visage of Miles turned away from him in shame, his head shaking derisively as he faded slowly away. Klaus was thrust back to reality as the thick cock was seemingly torn free of his maw leaving him gasping for air. A loud crash caused him to jump as he scrambled to sit up, now no longer pinned down by the large horse. His jaw dropped in disbelief as he saw Miles standing over Chance. Blood dripped from the stallion's mouth as he stared in shock at the wolf standing over him. Klaus paled at the look in Miles' eyes.
"What the fuck do you think you are doing Chance?" The wolf growled, his fur standing menacingly on end. Miles' eyes seem to beg for blood, his teeth bared as if preparing to rend flesh from bone. Chance swallowed loudly before speaking, his voice quivering with what must surely have been a mixture of fear of the wolf and disbelief that Miles was standing there in front of him. Miles seemed to notice the latter, speaking with a tone that dared the equine to interrupt. "I guess it's a good thing that I forgot to grab my wallet out of my pack, huh Chance? Now, I will ask you one more time before I bleed you all over this floor. What the fuck are you doing to MY MATE?!" With this the wolf stepped forward threateningly. Miles emitted a deep, thundering growl.
"Geez man chill. Your little bunny came on to me. He practically begged me for it. If anyone is to blame it's him." Chance seemed to grow more confident with every word. "I mean seriously bro, I would never make a move on your mate. He just wouldn't take no for an answer! He basically pulled me on top of him. I was just about to stop him when you showed up and knocked the fuck out of my head." Chance stepped up to Miles, his confident swagger returning as he placed a paw on the wolf's shoulder.
Miles turned his gaze to Klaus, who for the first time felt fearful of his mate. Those burning eyes locked onto him, staring deep into his very soul. Klaus shivered and shook his head slowly as tears welled up in his eyes. "Miles..." His voice was lost as he saw the wolf's face suddenly change, the rage subsiding into apt horror as he saw fear swimming inside his mate's eyes. It was not just the fear of losing his mate that Miles saw in Klaus's eyes. Klaus was actually afraid of him. Miles felt as if he had been hit by a train as that realization washed over him. It had just dawned on him the way he had been looking at the bunny.
He turned back to Chance, anger rising once more, contorting his face into a fierce snarl. He seemed to stand even taller than before as his gaze burned into the stallion. "Get out. I want you out of my house. Our past is the only thing keeping me from beating your face into the floor. So, before I decide to throw all of that to the wind I suggest you leave." Miles was visibly shaking in an attempt to contain himself. Chance let his paw drop from Miles' shoulder.
"Fine. Whatever man. Just be glad you caught me off guard. I can't believe you would take his side over mine." Chance brushed himself off and spat blood at Miles' feet. "You and your little slut have a good life, but just remember that you owe me a lot. I covered for your ass more times than I can count, and you let some dude get between us? He's a GUY Miles. I mean fuck." He was cut short as the wolf's fist once again connected, smashing into the equine's jaw with a loud crack. Chance dropped to the floor in a heap as Miles knelt down and pulled the horse back up by his shirt. Again and again his fist connected, blood beginning to paint the floor as Chance bled freely. Miles forced himself to draw back as he let the horse's battered body fall back to the floor. Chance groaned softly and rolled over in pain as Miles spoke, "Say ONE more thing about him Chance. Call Klaus a slut one more time and I will continue to crush your fucking skull. Otherwise I would leave quickly if I were you. You won't get another chance to leave."
Miles did not even look at Chance as the horse picked himself up off of the ground. From the sound of his groaning one would swear that the wolf had beaten years from his life. He stood as tall as he dared, shuffling slowly out of the door muttering to himself as he went. The stud glanced at Miles once more and saw the wolf with his back turned. Chance hesitated, then seemed to think better of what he was considering. Instead he turned an eye towards Klaus. His eyes held a devious shadow within as he winked at the bunny, his muzzle twisting into a grotesque smile that caused the fur on Klaus's nape to stand on end. Chance groaned once more as he shuffled out, blood still dripping from the wounds on his muzzle, one eye swollen almost completely shut.
Klaus looked back at Miles and swallowed nervously as the wolf stood motionless, his eyes staring off into nothing. The bunny slowly tried to pick himself up off of the floor. His lips quivered as Miles still refused to look at him. As he stood Klaus felt one of his legs begin to give way. He was forced to lean onto the bed frame to steady himself. The bunny inhaled deeply, speaking in a broken tone as he struggled to damn the oncoming flood of tears. "Miles... please... speak to me. You know I would never do anything to hurt you. Chance was lying... Please..." Klaus attempted to take a step towards his statue-esque mate. His leg quivered and gave out, dropping him to his knees. His leg was bruised and his hindpaw was throbbing painfully.
Miles slowly seemed to come back to reality. His gaze swept towards his mate and his demeanor softened drastically. "I know love. I just... it hurts. I never thought Chance would do this to me." His voice was laced with sadness and confusion.
"Miles... it's not the first time..." Klaus shrunk back as he saw the wolf's eyes harden.
"What?"
"The day we went to his place, he did something similar, though not quite as brazen. At school Monday he forced me into a closet and threatened me. He even took pictures of what he did. I was so scared... He said that he knew for a fact that you would take his side over mine. He was going to blackmail me. I tried to find a way to tell you... I was going to today..." Klaus slid down onto the floor, sobbing softly into his arms as Miles looked away from him with a hurt expression. Klaus was so scared of what would come next. Miles would leave him. He would be alone once more, without the one he loved so dearly. It felt as if a blanket of despair was being laid across him. "I'm sorry... I should have told you as soon as it happened... I..." His voice trailed off as Miles turned sharply to face him.
"You are damn right you should have told me! Klaus Nightfur in all the time that we have been together did it never occur to you that maybe I trust you above anyone else? You have shown me nothing but loyalty and love. I have shared the most intimate side of me with you! So why the hell would you think for a second that I would not believe you in this?! Why...didn't you just trust me...?" His expression grew somber. Silence deafened the room as the two furs stared at each other.
Miles sighed as he padded close and knelt down, stroking the bunny's face softly. "Look... I love you Klaus. Nothing will ever change that. Just please never doubt the fact that I trust you. I wouldn't be here if I did not have full faith in you."
Klaus looked away shamefully. "I'm sorry Miles... I feel like I have let you down...I'm just... so scared to lose you..." Klaus blushed as his tears returned in full. They streamed down the already matted fur of his cheeks. He felt a paw wipe his cheeks lovingly. A finger pulled his chin up and Klaus inhaled sharply as his lips met those of his mate, strong arms wrapped around him as all thought melted away. The bunny quickly lost himself in his mate's loving embrace. Pain was a distant memory as love flooded into him. His body felt warm from ear to toe.
"Let's get this leg taken care of, and your beautiful ears..." Miles cursed softly as he touched the bun's ears lightly. The pain was enough that the soft touch of the wolf's paw made him jerk away. Miles cursed softly as he picked his mate up carefully, laying him onto the bed before running to grab bandages.
"Miles... can I please get a shower? I... feel so dirty..." Klaus felt like crying again. His voice had been a broken whisper. The wolf turned to look at his mate, eyes shining with unshed tears as Klaus's voice echoed in his mind. Miles nodded and carried the bunny into the bathroom, slowly undressing his mate as he ran warm water into the tub. The entire process was framed by an uncomfortable silence. The water caused Klaus to inhale sharply as it touched his somewhat swollen leg and ears. Klaus let the warmth overtake him. It filled his senses and before long he was asleep, breathing slowly as Miles sat beside the tub watching him with sad eyes.
Miles sighed as he ran a paw through his dark hair. He looked down to see blood form the horse had splattered on his shirt. He took his shirt off and threw it onto the floor, but did not move from his spot beside the sleeping bunny. Klaus looked so peaceful lying there asleep as the warm water soaked away his pain. The wolf smiled softly at his mate. His face then darkened as he thought of Chance. It was not over, Miles knew that much. Chance had not paid enough for what he had done to Klaus. The canine knew that he would take no further action though. No, Klaus would not want that. Miles doubted that the stallion would ever mess with his mate again, not after that beating. He stretched languorously before lying down on the cold tile floor to wait until the right time to carry his mate to the bed. Klaus would need him even more for the next few days. Miles intended to be there for his bun. He would reassure his mate that everything would be fine, Chance would not bother him again. He sighed and stood up slowly, considering how he was to get the bunny into bed without waking him. He reached down to hit the drain switch on the tub. He then grabbed a towel and wrapped it gently around his mate, patting him dry as best he could. The wolf picked up his mate as gently as a mother would her cub. He chuckled at how light his mate was, smiling as he walked to the bed and laid his mate down, covering the still wet rabbit to avoid him getting cold. He then lay himself down and placed his arms around his mate, paws holding firmly. He smiled and nodded off as thoughts of his mate swam through his head.
Klaus opened his eyes slowly. He was not quite as sore as previous, though his leg still ached when he tried to move. He looked over to see Miles sleeping soundly next to him. He caressed the wolf's muzzle gently and murred softly at the feel of his mate's fur. Klaus pulled the covers off of him and carefully straddled his mate, careful not to wake the wolf or to aggravate his own injured leg. Miles had almost killed Chase to protect him. Klaus felt warm just thinking about how the wolf stood up for him. Miles was always so concerned with protecting him. Klaus felt so secure just having him near. He laid his head onto his mate's chest and listened silently to the thumping of the wolf's heart. The rhythm was soothing as it beat steadily. The canine's breathing was soft and even.
Klaus blushed as he looked up at the wolf, a curious but not at all unfamiliar feeling rising within him. He wondered why he would have so much desire after what had happened. Miles was everything to him. Yet for some odd reason it had just sunk in that Miles would give anything for him. He leaned forward and kissed the wolf softly on the lips. Miles stirred and quickly returned the bunny's affection. Klaus moaned softly into their kiss as he felt his arousal grow. His erection growing fully as his paws explored the wonder that was his mate's body. He was quick to strip Miles down and eagerly kissed down the wolf's muscular chest, his pecs firm under the bunny's soft lips. Abs taught as Klaus licked and kissed slowly down towards Miles' growing member. Klaus gave in to his feelings. He took Miles into his maw and began to suck and bob as his paws fondled the canine's soft orbs. Miles moaned as the bunny tended to his thick arousal. His own mind blank as pleasure coursed through him, causing his hips to thrust into his mate's welcoming maw. He almost whimpered as he felt Klaus pull away.
Klaus smiled as he climbed up to kiss his mate once more. His leg ached softly but was soon forgotten as Klaus reached back and placed the thick wolf cock at his entrance. He sat back slowly as the shaft pierced him with an eager throbbing. He moaned lustily as his mate filled him completely. He leaned down and kissed Miles as the wolf began to thrust slowly. Klaus's head spun as the thick shaft worked his tight hole slowly. This was more than just making love, this was truly becoming one with the one that he loved above all others. Miles was the other half of him. The wolf truly made him whole. Klaus grabbed the fur on the wolf's nape tightly as his mate began to work faster. The thick canine shaft was pulsating inside the bunny, reaching deep inside before pulling out and sliding swiftly back in. Klaus worked his hips in motion with the thrusting cock, grinding down onto his mate in order to push the full length of his mate inside of him. Klaus's own cock ached for release as he felt himself shiver in pleasure.
Klaus arched his back and Miles continued to thrust as he felt the bunny tense around him. His knot began to swell as his orgasm closed in. He did not slam the knot into the bunny, instead pushing slowly inside as their lips met yet again. Klaus blushed and moaned into the kiss as the knot made its way deep into his insides. His body shivered as he came hard onto the canine's chest, drenching both of their fur in the warm seed. Miles pulled the bun into a firm embrace as he released his own seed into his mate. It flowed forth eagerly, filling Klaus fully and even leaking past the thick knot that locked the two mate's together. They both collapsed onto the bed, panting heavily yet never breaking their passionate kiss.
They laid there for an unknown amount of time. Their muzzles and tongues intertwined as they expressed their love for one another. Klaus thought of how stupid he had been for fearing that Miles would not believe him. He realized that Miles had put his whole heart into their relationship, as had he, and that nothing would pull them apart. Klaus was reminded then, at that moment, that Miles was the one. He would be with this one fur for the rest of his life. No one could possibly change that, and no matter where life took them, Klaus was just happy to be able to stand by his side.
Chance spat blood onto the pavement as he walked hurriedly down the road. He felt as if he had been run over by a train, his tongue bothering a tooth that felt as if it could be loose. He scowled at the cars passing by as he awaited the one that would carry him home. He looked ahead and saw a large truck pulling over to the side, Brent seated in the driver's seat. "Took you fuckin' long enough." He said with a pained grimace. He climbed into the passenger seat and scowled at the look the large bovine shot his way. "What? Want to say something about it?" The stallion said threateningly.
Brent scoffed and grinned haughtily, "I just think it is funny that you got the shit beat out of you. What happened to Miles believing you over his little toy huh?" He guffawed as if he had just made the funniest statement of his life.
Chance glared at him through his one good eye. "Fuck you. Miles has become way too involved with that little rabbit. I can't believe he actually hit me like that. His best friend!"
"Ex best friend, you mean. Don't worry about it. You lost the bet and now you have to pay up. I told you the rabbit wouldn't go for you. You thought you were some hot shit, and just look at you now. You'll have quite a scar from the beating."
"Fuck you man. The bet is still on. You guys chose who I would fuck, now I am going to follow through. I just have to change up my strategy a bit."
Brent cocked an eyebrow and smirked wryly at the stallion. "Oh? Well I am sure Miles will be happy to let you close to his mate again. He will probably welcome you with open arms and wagging tail."
"Sarcasm is not something I can deal with right now Brent. No... I have some other ideas about what to do about this little situation. I never back down from a bet. Meanwhile I can fuck that tigress all I want."
"Raine? Nah Klaus will end that one. They are way too buddy-buddy for her to continue to see you. Just stick to your usual sorority sluts and forget about those two for now. We have games to focus on. You have this whole year to prove yourself right? Besides, I can talk to the guys and get you passed since you were able to score with Raine. She is all but impossible to hook-up with anyway."
"No....I agreed to go through with this whole initiation thing, and you all chose the target. Now I am going to make good on this. Honestly I would think you would be a bit more helpful, seeing as you have your own grudge against those two." Chance gave the bull a sly grin at the subtle jab at his pride.
Brent's grip tightened around the steering wheel. "Yeah... I do have a small grudge. Miles made a fool of me over that little bitch of his. Thanks to those two I spent a whole year beating anyone who even mentioned that I might be gay. My question is why you were so quick to betray your best friend?"
"Miles has always been the type who seemed to attract others. I mean he had the females lining up to have a shot at him. I decided to ride his tail and pick up those hotties that did not catch his eye. I never really considered him a best friend, not something I really need. He was just a way to get laid easily. He would reject and I would pick up the pieces. We had some good times, and he thought we had become close. Honestly I never really liked the guy. He was way too humble and it made me sick. I think I fucked every girl he ever dated. Also on the topic of your grudge, you were drunk and horny. Plus Klaus does have an amazing ass. I mean I was quite excited about being able to wreck that, but now I may need some help." Chance cocked an eyebrow at the bull, waiting for a response to his last comment.
Brent glanced at him, a curious gleam in his eye. "What did you have in mind?"
Chance chuckled softly and grinned as he stared out the window watching the landscape go by. He touched his muzzle and eye lightly with a paw, the throbbing pain only feeding his thoughts. When he spoke it was in a low, menacing whisper, "Oh... I am thinking of a few things...but for now let's just let things cool down a bit...."
