I personal feel like zhaiothe's tale was much better overall, but this turned out... alright. granted, i will say something about this piece: it's mostly a drama.

What Went Wrong - Scene 2
"your body has barely been introduced to sex other than that one session with zhaiothe." a faint whine in response. "have you been a bit more antsy since then? feeling sometimes frustrated for no reason?"
Hollow Bodies - Surface Tension
If you've read zhaiothe's story, it's been referenced in there before (i love the album that much.) surface tension is a track from the indie game: risk of rain. hard as hell at first, but the soundtrack is very good.
Wrong Side Of Heaven Act 1 - Page Avenue
In a way, this is a sequel to zhaiothe's tale, but it isn't about zhaiothe. if you didn't read collapse my dream and all of it's confusion with the multiple story arcs, you might be slightly lost. but not entirely.

Afterlife was actually the second story i wrote after that beast of a novel that was my first (zhaiothe's tale; a 454 page brick that i foolishly attempted to print out and only got halfway \>\>;; inkjets suuuuuuuck).
