"Indeed" You say and take a closer look at the Ruby. It's a deep red, almost like blood. It's covered in markings that are glowing white hot. They're so hot you can't get too close to it without getting burned yourself. The markings seem to be arranged in a pattern though. "Careful now" Koriza exclaims. She picks it up and puts it on her back. "It should deactivate pretty soon." It makes sense Koriza can handle the Ruby, she is not as clumsy with fire magic as you are. In fact she is naturally inclined to master it. You've never seen her struggle with anything involving fire. "Time to go home?" You ask Koriza, who responds with a quick nod. Soon you are on board the Zippy-blimp, back to Yanawa. > You say "So if the thrones are light masters, Zalisi is an ice and water master, you and Korisana fire.... why is Abysmalia dissing my dark magic skills? Or so you thought.... As you try to relax, you hear the unmistakable sound of Zalisi and Redsamuru going at it, doing the deed... As you are about to march over to the room next room, you hear sobbing instead! Redsamuru has problems with stamina when he gets to perform the ramba bamba with Zalisi. You can't even imagine the emotional toll it takes on her. "Zalisi, are you okay?" You call out to her as she tries to compose herself. "Yeah... I'm good..." She says, a bit unconvincingly. "So, what's up?" Redsamuru cries louder "not me!" Zalisi gives you a dirty look at your poor word choice. That evening, you, Koriza, Disarria, Zalisi and Redsamuru are at the dinner table. The awkward tension weighs down thick. > You say ".... "Yeah, shit happens." You reply. Zalisi throws a pillow at you. "Not that sort of problem!" she cries, before burying her head into the table. The other three exchange glances with each other. > You say "Still as dysfunctional as ever I see. Let's keep private matters private. Redsamuru? You came a long way as a person. Don't let this muck it up!" "Damn right!" Koriza exclaims. "I'm not discussing this." "You brought it up!" Zalisi cries. "To get it out the way" Koriza responds. Disarria snickers "Redsamuru sure came. Shortly, to be exact" poking fun of his premature problems. "Can we just... drop it?" Zalisi asks. Redsamuru roars as Disarria made fun of his masculinity. Disarria gets chased around y Redsamuru, for her it's all games and fun. Koriza sighs and sinks her face in a double facepalm. "This is why I fear telling you!" Telling what? You think. > You say "Koriza, what do you have to tell us?" Koriza sighs. "Why do you think I trained you in fire so quickly and suddenly? I don't want it either but... I am staying here. Korizan needs her queen. I need to form a government from all... you know. My parents..." she looks down and a tear rolls down her cheek. She has a point, the government is a mess. You don't want to head for Volecia without her. "I'll stay." You say. "What? But... why?" Zalisi asks. "To help the kingdom out, of course. It's not about me, it's about the kingdom." You mainly just want to be with Koriza, and it's obvious to her. Koriza sighs again, sobbing lightly. "I expected that Enty, but you got a destiny and I got one. For now they diverge. I spiked your food, better go lie down" > You do as Koriza says, you do not want to make it any harder on any of you. You lie down. You feel dizzy and soon fall asleep. The next time you wake up, you find yourself on the submarine. Slowly the blue clears and Zalisi notices you. "Enty! Hey there. How are you feeling?" > You say "Like part of me missing. That being my Koriza. " Zalisi looks down and nods. "I understand. I've lost my first love in a similar way." Ouch. You did not need this sting referring to yourself.

"Yeah, but what happened to Koriza?" You ask, tears forming in your eyes. "Koriza spiked your food with a heavy sedative and dragged you onto the sub. She cried all the time but she left you one of her scales." Zalisi explains. > You say "So it's me, you, Redsamuru and Disarria then? " Zalisi nods "Red told me we will head for Chernitrov , Molich!" You look at Zalisi funny, as this isn't where the capitol is. "Zal, why ain't we heading for the capitol?" You ask. Zalisi answers. "Red wants to buy some parts or something. I am not technical" "Great, we're heading to the middle of nowhere to get some parts." "I don't think it's as bad as all that, but I have a feeling that something will happen. go check on Disarria and Redsamuru" You nod and exit the room and see Redsamuru and Disarria talking to each other in the hallway. It seems to be about money. "Entropion is a chad! He sure carried some gold!" Disarria facepalms and Red notices you. "Hey, you brought money from the royal funds yes?" "I'm part of this team aren't I? So, where is the money?" Zalisi joins you and says "We had a deal, I don't see why you need money." Redsamuru looks at Zalisi and back at you. He stops for a moment and thinks and says "I'm sorry, but I'm just really angry right now." Zalisi facepalms and you say "It's alright, but we need to talk about this." > You say "You want to upgrade the sub, Red? Why you want money so suddenly?" He says "I want to make the sub faster and better in every way, but I need money for that." Zalisi asks "Why can't you just use the remaining funds to improve our situation?" Redsamuru answers "This isn't a situation where we can just wait until the problem goes away, Zal. We need to get to the capitol as fast as possible. So, we need money. For blue dragon magic" > You say "Time literally saves lives, so I think we need to hustle on Molich. A magic oriented culture would value me and Disarria, 2 purple dragons!" Disarria nods "I've read about Chernitrov when I was kept in the blasted palace. It's the magical research capitol of the world! .... or was, my books weren't very new." Redsamuru comments in his obnoxious manner "not anymore! Us, the yellow dragons, are the true masters nowadays!" Zalisi says "We don't have much of a choice, we need to try there first. I just wish we got there faster." You say "I can get us there faster, but I need to leave the sub." Zalisi says "Well, that sounds dangerous, and I don't think we can all fit on your back..." Redsamuru interrupts her by saying "see?! We NEED new parts!" Toy agree, no matter how irritating Redsamuru can be. You continue your mind numbingly boring trip, dreamscape gives some relief and most of your time is spent sleeping. The many icebergs of Volecia come into view. > You say "Redsamuru? Icebergs are bad news for a submarine built for tropical waters. Aren't they?" Redsamuru answers "Nah, we'll be fine. We just need to go slow and not hit any of them." You say "Are you sure? I've heard they can sink a ship as large as a castle." Redsamuru says "Don't worry about it, we'll be fine. It's not like anyone else is in a position to help us if something goes wrong." > You say "Gee.... very reassuring. I know you are allergic to exercise, but I want you to dock on an iceberg so we can fly to Molich" Redsamuru says "I'm not docking on any damn iceberg. Disarria decides to add fuel to the fire by adding a sarcastic remark. "Yeah because the Bastarkia Gargantuan totally tanked that iceberg." In response Zalisi quickly guides Redsamuru to their room as Redsamuru seems to have blown a fuse! You shake your head and sigh deeply. Redsamuru generally obeys your orders even if it's with a lot of complaining. Soon the sub is docked to an iceberg. Soon you, Disarria and Zalisi stand outside on the iceberg. Redsamuru refuses to go outside as usual. > You say "Hey, Dis and Zal? I can see the land... vaguely. This is going to be a long flight. Zal, you're up front as blue dragons can handle the icy winds the best. " Zalisi nods and spreads her wings. Soon she takes flight and approaches the front of another iceberg. You follow her closely with Disarria following you. Soon Zalisi reaches the front of the berg and begins to flap her wings, slowly gaining altitude. You do likewise and follow behind Zalisi. The flapping of your wings and the cold icy air causes you to shiver. The wind chill is so cold it literally burns your throat. > You concentrate on your love for Koriza to use fire magic and warm your body. You concentrate on your love for Koriza as she is the only one who can occupy your mind right now. Soon you feel your body temperature rise and soon a red hue encompasses your body. Soon a red aura encompasses your body and you can feel the heat emanating from your body. Soon your wings catch on fire and Disarria flies closer to you "mad respect Enty!" You blush, smiling. "Koriza knows best...." > You say "Hey, uh, gals? I just realized something... Molich is the most magically advanced region in the world.... Disarria and I are purple dragons. We're going to get a lot of attention aren't we?" Disarria rolls her eyes. "Yeah duh, kind of the point if we want to influence the world to our advantage" good point. You don't like the idea to get bothered all the time at all though. > You say "Disarria and I could use our disguise spells until we are ready to mingle. I want a nap first when we arrive. " Disarria turns into an illusion of Koriza and winks at you flirtatiously while sticking her tongue out. "Oh Enty, how do you feel about breeding me now?" You feel very awkward. Zalisi rips out a laugh. "I'm sorry Enty, I really am. Disarria, you're an ass." You shake your head and sigh, your fire tapers out as Disarria made it awkward.

You and her take the form of blue dragons soon after. Disarria pokes fun of Zalisi next. "Look I am captain emo" you smirk in response and tell Zalisi it's only fair. You land in a large settlement made out of rock, makes sense as wood is more scarce here! It is all beautifully crafted and colored. These patterns are so numerous it cannot be artisan but has to be arcane. Supported by the idea this place is full of dragons of all colors sans orange and violet. > You say "Hey, Zal, what parts did Redsamuru want to buy? He raged before he could tell me." "He wanted to make the engine more.... explosive. Something about liquid gas becoming water? He wants thing he calls a "ice crystal cryo thruster" and some metal plates." She responds. Disarria recognized something and adds to that "typical, these are exceedingly rare, but it would help us greatly! We need to find the research facility." That means outing yourself as purple dragons to get anything like that. > You say "Well Disarria, that means we are going to experiment and play with magic! Sounds awesome." Zalisi shakes her head at you. "Well, you are a curious one, I'll give you that." She says as she leads the group through the city. The city is bustling with people of all kinds. Dwarves, elves, humans, even androgynous creatures that could only be half elves walk the streets. Everyone is dressed in fine clothing and jewelry. You see many things you would want to own. After some searching a looming behemoth of a colorful st Basil cathedral styled building appears before you. A mixture of a palace and university it seems... makes sense for an intellectual society. You drop a comment how this architectural style looks like soft serve ice cream. Disarria just shakes her head. "It's called Draroque, you dolt." She says. " Now let's get inside before someone sees you." The group enters the building which seems to be mostly classrooms and lecture halls. "I'll go ask around, you three wait here."
