"Where are my keys?" the roo said in a panic as he dug into his pants pocket which was the only thing he was wearing as he unlocked the door and started the car with a roar.

He backed out the parking lot rear ending the car behind him as he put the car into drive and sped out of there.

"Damn, that was one crazy bitch. Why'd she bite me?" he said looking at his leg which had teeth marks in them which turned his rusty brown fur a light greenish tint.

He realized he had his headlights off and reached to turn them on. As soon as he did, something large ran across the road making him swerve off the road and crash into a tree. He let out a moan and opened his door falling to the ground in a daze.

"Shit." He mumbled as he felt his head to feel a small cut on his forehead.

Rustling leaves grab his attention making him scramble to his feet and limp into the forest. He limped his way through the darkness, the only light coming from the half moon in the sky. He looked back every couple of seconds to see if anything was there. He stopped and leaned on a tree catching his breath, not noticing the shadow above him.

"What was that lady? She sure as hell wasn't human."

He stood up and noticed the tree across from him was pulsing. Curious, he walked up and took a closer look. When he got close enough, he noticed that he could see his reflection on 6 smooth objects which blinked.

"What the fuck?" he said and started to run.

He turned around only to feel his body got constricted with a silky, stringy substance. Losing his balance, he fell to the ground as his air got knocked out of him.

"Its not proper manners for a person to leave in the middle of his happy ending Mr. Shank." a voice said in the darkness.

"It's also not proper to bite the customer you crazy bitch." he shouted back.

The figure walked out the shadows as he looked up in horror.

"Ho......holy shit. Get the fuck away from me."

"Not until you had your happy ending. Okay boys, bring him back."

He felt something furry brush his legs. Straining his neck, his face went pale as a spider the size of a miniature stallion picked him up and carried him off. He let out a yell in the forest that fell on death ears.

"All right listen up." George said in the briefing room. "Our target is this man, Jeffery Stone," he said pointing his laser pointer to a picture of a raccoon. "He is currently hiding out in the abandoned Parrelli train station just on the outskirts of town. Thanks to Emily's little "meeting" with him, we got this information."

Everybody let out a chuckle causing Emily to go a deep red.

"This person is wanted for drugging and murdering women under the age of 30. He uses a drug called "Icarus" which renders the subject into a sex crave person with no consideration of friend or foe. He rapes them and kills them during the orgasm."

Susan walked around the room handing folders to everybody.

"The folder you are getting now is satellite images of area. As you can see, the area is highly secured on all sides. The main target is believed to be in the manager room. Infrared images count as many as 20 people inside, plus the 15 outside."

George looked at everybody before continuing.

"These men are paid killers and will not hesitate to kill you, so shoot first and read them their rights later. Any questions?"

"Who's going inside to be a mole?" Billy asked.

"Since Emily managed to get on his good side, she'll be going in. Her pick up person is meeting her soon."

Daniel flinched a little which George picked up.

"Any other questions?" George asked. "All right, get to work and good luck."

"Yes sir." everybody sounded off and scrambled outside to the waiting vans.

Dan, Emily, and Sam were at a SNDU car getting ready.

"I really don't want you doing this." Daniel said.

"I'll be fine Daniel. I'm a big girl." Emily said.

"That's not the point." Dan said with a touch of anger.

Emily cupped his face and kissed him softly, twisting her tongue with his.

"Have faith in me."

"Okay Emily, you're all set," Sam said placing a small chip under her hair. "I'll be monitoring your vital signs. When he injects you with the drug, you have exactly 3 minutes to take the pill before the drug takes effects."

Sam handed her a ring that opened up to reveal a small yellow pill.

"Okay." Emily said putting the ring on.

"One more thing," Dan said tying a string around her left ear. He chanted a quick spell making the string glow a light purple before disappearing.

"What's that for?" Emily asked.

"Communication. Just focus your thoughts into it and me and Sam will respond."

"Thanks," she said giving him another kiss and whined a little when she broke off. "I'll be waiting for you."

She got into the car and took off. Dan watched it fade down the street before a whistle grabbed his attention.

"Let's go bro." Russ said in the car.

Dan looked in the direction of the car again before walking to his brother's car and getting in.

"She'll be fine." Angel said reassuring.

"I hope so." Dan said as they took off towards the station followed by 2 vans.

"Ms. Mayor, are you sure it was a good idea for them to setup business here?" Donna asked.

"They've only been here a week and already brought in over 200 thousand." Julie said reading an email.

"But still, a place as "detestable" as that shouldn't belong in this town.

Julie put down the paper and placed her glasses on top.

"I know. I share your feelings. But they did put down a hefty down payment on it so I can't say no. Plus, we were going to tear that building down anyway."

"I guess so. But still, a place like that doesn't belong in this town."

"You scared your husband's going to leave you for them?" Julie said with a chuckle.

"If he values his legs, he wouldn't dare." Donna said showing her teeth in a grin.

They both let out a laugh before returning to work.

"All right Emily, this is as far as I can take you," the lab said stopping at a corner.

"Thank." Emily said getting out.

"Be careful," he said and drove off. "Package has been delivered," he said over the radio.

Emily walked towards the corner of the street wearing what she was told to wear, a knee high blue skirt and a black tank top with matching sneakers. She stopped and leaned on the light post getting glances from various people along with a few whistles making her smile. It wasn't long before a human wearing a pair of black pants and a brown dress shirt walked up to her. His neck high long blonde hair blew slightly with the light breeze.

"The grass is greener on the other side." he said.

"But the drier grass gets you higher." Emily responded.

"Follow me please."

They walked around the corner to a waiting white SUV with its windows tinted. The man opened the door for her as she got in and he followed. The driver was a Siberian tiger who kept glancing back at her with a smile. He pulled into a dirt road towards the station where the guards were. One of them walked around holding a MP-5 on his shoulders.

"This way please." he said.

She followed him inside seeing a variety of furs and humans holding guns and walking around. Walking up some metal stairs, he led her to a door that had the faded words of manager on it. He gave a couple of knocks before opening it for her.

"Ahhh, there's the beauty which captured my eyes. Welcome." Stone said getting up.

He was wearing a pair of white dress pants and a black silk shirt that was unbuttoned showing his tan chest fur.

"Thank you." Emily said taking note of the heart shape bed in the room.

"Care for a drink before we get to know each other better?" he said massaging her shoulders.

"You really know how to turn a girl on." Emily said leaning into him.

He gave a smile before turning his back letting his tail twist with hers. Walking over to the desk, he reached under and grabbed the bottle of wine that was in ice and popped the cork pouring the contents into 2 glasses.

"Come my dear, have a seat with me." Stone said patting his lap.

Emily smiled and sat on his lap thanking him for the drink as they both took a sip. She let out a gasp as she felt his hand go up her thigh.

"Very beautiful indeed." he said kissing her neck.

"Tell me more." Emily murred putting both their glasses down and kissing him.

He let out a sigh as she rubbed his chest softly. Pulling open a draw, he took out a black bag and set it on the desk.

"Let's let the real party begin." he said pulling out a needle along with a vial of light blue liquid.

He pushed the needle into the vial and began to fill it until it was a third full.

"You ready foxy?"

"You bet. Give it to me."

"Boy, the chief wasn't kidding." Billy said looking through the binoculars. "All heavily armed from shotguns to MP-5s to AK-47s."

He crawled back to where everybody was at gearing up.

"I counted 15, 5 to the front and a variety on all sides of the building."

"All right," Russ said pulling out the layout. "Billy you lead team 1 and take out the back. Simon, your team handle the squad to the east and Dan, the right. Once you guys are in position, I'll take my team up the front."

"Yes sir. You heard the man, move out," Simon said motioning to his team of shepards as they slowly advanced to the east side.

Billy took off with his team leaving Dan and Russ. Russ looked at his brother and noticed the slight twitch in his hands.

"You okay?" he asked.

"Somewhat." Dan said.

"She'll be okay. Don't lose focus."

"Gotcha. My team, let's roll."

"Yes sir," they all said and followed Dan through the abandoned cars at the station.

Russ turned to Angel who looked at him.

"Angel, you're my cover. Watch our backs."

"Yes sir," she said with a smile and salute making Russ chuckle.

"Let's go."

Stone pulled the needle out making Emily moan.

"How does that feel baby?"

"Wicked," she said with an evil grin.

"I knew you'd love it," he said squeezing her butt.

"Tell you what handsome, let this fox go to the bathroom and then you can take this little bitch for a ride," she said squeezing his hard on through his pants.

She gave him a kiss and a lick on the ear before getting up and walking to the bathroom, making sure to wave her tails seductively. Getting in, she closed the door and let out a breath.

"Need to hurry," she said and went to the sink.

Taking off the ring, she opened the top and placed the pill in her hand. She turned on the facet before letting out a yip as a knock on the door startled her.

"Almost done in there foxy? I'm getting a chill."

"Almost sexy," she responded.

She looked down in time to see the pill wash down the drain.

"Shit," she said.

Her mind started to panic before she remembered the string.

"Sam, can you hear me?"

"Yes Emily. Your vitals are starting to peak. Are you okay?"

"The pill got washed down the sink. What do I do?"

"Shit. I'll tell Dan. In the meantime, try your hardest to control yourself."

Emily was about to answer when she felt light headed. Her body seemed to catch on fire as she panted heavily.

"Emily? Emily?" Sam said but got no response. "Shit, the drug has her."

Stone was about to knock again when Emily knocked the door down and tackled Stone on the bed, growling evilly.

"Just the way I like it foxy, rough," Stone said with a smile.

Dan kneeled behind an old car waiting for the sign before Sam started speaking to him.

"Dan, come in."

"What's up Sam? How's Emily?"

"Bad. She dropped the pill and her vitals are peaking quickly."

"Damn. How much time does she have?"

"Judging by her signs, not long before she's a feral fox wanting nothing but sex. When that happens, she'll be dead."

Dan's mind started to spin. He wanted to save her but didn't want to jeopardize the plan either. He looked up at the 3 guards and made up his mind.

"My team, stay here."

"But sir, shouldn't we wait?" a bulldog asked.

"I can't wait. Stay here and whatever happens, don't fire."

Dan inched his way careful, taking cover behind a couple of stacks of tires. He peeked around to see a human, fox and wolf smoking away. Russ saw him move and contacted him.

"Daniel, what are you doing?"

"Emily dropped the pill. I'm going after her."

"You will wait. Don't lose focus on the task at hand."

"By the time we get in, she'll be dead. I'm sorry Russ, I'm not taking that chance."

Dan pulled out the ear piece and brought his knife out, casted a cloaking spell and went in.

"I'm going to the bathroom," the wolf said putting his gun down.

"Whatever," the human said puffing a blunt before passing it the fox.

As soon as Dan was close enough behind the fox, he dropped his spell and quickly slit the fox's throat. The blood sprayed out catching the human by surprise. His reaction time was slow as Dan ran up and cut his throat, both his wrists, took him down to the ground while pushing the knife into his heart. The wolf came out with a look of shock.

"Holy shit," he said and went for his gun.

Dan grabbed the blade of his knife and flung it at the wolf striking him in the throat. The wolf let out a gurgle and pulled the trigger, firing shots into the air. This got attention as he heard shouting and footsteps.

"Dammit Daniel," Russ growled. "All teams, move in now."

All teams converged on the station as gun fire was heard all around. Glass was heard breaking from the building upper floor as gunfire came from them pinning some of the team behind cover.

"Angel, can you take care of the people in the windows?" Russ shouted as bullets embedded the wood of the crates he was behind.

"Will do," Angel said.

She closed her eyes and concentrated, causing the wind to blow softly around her. Opening her eyes, she focused on the windows and knelt down. Grabbing some grass, she blew them towards the windows. When the grass got close to the windows, it expanded into a huge blanket covering them.

"All set."

"Good," Russell said reloading.

Emily let out a moan as Stone ran his fingers lightly over her lips. They were wet to the touch as he gave a smile.

"Thank god I casted a sound proof spell in this room. Otherwise everybody would want a turn with you."

He saw Emily's head going up and down and the knife in Stone's hand.

"Shit, Emily," Dan said standing up.

Thinking fast, he fired his gun in a tight circle around him. Finishing, he jumped and used all his weight and crashed into the room shocked Stone.

"What the fuck?" Stone said.

"Drop the knife Stone," Dan said pointing the gun at him.

Emily was still working him making him jump which each lick on his head.

"I'll kill her cop," he said positioning the knife under her throat.

"By the time you move your hand, there will be a bullet in your head."

Emily let go with a slurp and stood up positioning herself over Stone erection. Stone got an idea and stopped her making her whine in need.

"How do I do that?" Dan said struggling to hold her down.

Russ looked around the corner and fired at the lab trying to flank around him.

"How you holding out Billy?" he said reloading.

"My team is with Simon's team but pinned down from heavy fire from the people in the windows."

"I'll handle them," Dan chimed.

"DANIEL!! You fucking idiot. Why didn't you wait?" Russ snarled.

"Because Stone was seconds away from killing her. I know what I did was stupid but I refuse to let the best thing that came into my life die. You can yell at me all you want once this is over but I know deep down, you would've done the same thing for Angel. Now do you want me to take care of the people at the window or not because I see Stone trying to leave?" Dan said sternly.

There was silence on both ends besides the gun fire when Russell chuckled.

"You're growing up brother. Good job."

"I hate to break up this love session but we are under fire," Billy said.

"Fine, Dan, take out the people at the window. Billy, meet up with me and we'll go through the front door."

"The front door? We'll get gun downed for sure."

"Not really," Russ said looking at 2 lion statues. "Dan, do it."

"Roger that."

Daniel took another peeked out he door to see 5 people shooting out the windows. He also noticed that they were standing on a metal walkway. He smiled before placing his hand on the walkway.

"Hope you guys have rubber insoles."

Dan's eyes flashed as lightning ran through his fingers into the metal before surging towards the gunmen. They all let out yells as the lightning coursed through their bodies making them shake, smoke was rising out them as they dropped to the ground.

"Window's cleaned up. Its all you Russ," Dan said ducking back inside to avoid the gunfire aimed at him.

"Okay, cover me," Russ said to his team as they nodded.

He got up and sprinted towards the statues as bullets ripped the ground by his feet. He made a sliding stop between the statues as bullets made a ping sound on the statues.

"Okay boys, time to got to work," Russ said with a smile.

He placed his hands on each statue and focused his thoughts.

"Animate life," he said as a wave of magic flowed into each cat.

Their eyes opened before glowing green and letting out a roar as they broke free from the pedestal they were on.

"Give them hell," Russ said with a tired smile. He coughed a few time as they each gave out second roar.

Each lion took off towards the entrance as people shouted and shot at them with no effect. Instead of going through the door, they each made a hole in the wall crushing whoever was behind it.

"All teams, move in," Russ said getting up.

Dan heard the crash and looked to the see the lions tearing into everything.

"Show off," Dan said before he caught sight of Stone leaving the back. "Russell, Stone's trying to leave. I'm going after him."

"Daniel, wait for help."

Dan took off after Stone through the back door to see a black Porsche with nobody in it.

"Drop the gun cop," Stone said appearing from behind the door.

Dan grunted but slowly dropped his gun to the ground.

"You never should've interfered with my prize kill."

"Force of habit, sorry."

Dan felt the cold muzzle of the gun at the back of his head.

"Are you ready to die?"

"Not before I collect my 401k."

Dan quickly turned around grabbing the gun as he as Stone struggled. Stone gained the advantage with a knee to the stomach and flipped Dan over his shoulder into the wall.

"Die," Stone snarled as he fired 2 shots which connected with Dan's chest.

"DANIEL!!" Russ shouted as he ran towards them.

Stone grunted and got into the car which started with a roar and sped off. Russ reached Dan who was breathing hard.

"God damn, I wish they made bullet proof vest that lessen the blow to the body so it doesn't feel like a baseball bat hitting you," Dan groaned.

"You asshole," Russ said a little emotionally before looking up to see Stone's car turning the corner. "You won't get away Stone," Russ growled.

Russ placed his finger in the sand and started to draw a circle in it. His finger went faster causing a miniature whirlpool to appear. Looking at the car, his eyes flashed causing the whirlpool to sink into the ground. Stone was laughing as he turned on the dirt trail.

"I'm almost home free."

The car came to a sliding stop as Stone looked confused. He felt the car starting to sink as he opened the door to see a sand whirlpool bringing his car down. He tried to jump over it but it was too wide as he started to get pulled into it. The sand got up to his neck before it stopped, leaving only Stone's head above ground. Russ let out a laugh before getting light headed and sitting next to Dan.

"Always doing things the flashy way," Dan said as the faint sound of police cars could be heard in the distance.

Rick walked through the street, head down as he played back everything he learned from the fight Dan had with the element.

"He's not bad at all. I couldn't find any weakness in his fighting, but then again, I wasn't fighting him."

Something good filled his nose as he looked up to see a small bakery at the corner. His stomach growled and gave into the sweet smell. He opened the door causing a bell to ring and walked up to the counter.

"Just a minute," a voice said behind a door.

From behind a curtain walked a cute female panther. She had dirt brown hair tied into a ponytail, beautiful light blue eyes and a smile which would make any man do a double take. 5'4 was her height as the nails on her hands were painted sliver with tiny bits of gold glitter. Covering her short sleeve shirt and grey pants was an apron with the words Rosie's on it.

"Welcome to Rosie's Bakery, what can I get for you today?" she said in a rich voice.

Rick was stunned for a second before looking at the menu.

"Umm, I'll take loaf of sweet bread please."

"Sure thing," she said with a smile.

Rick watched as she expertly cut the bread into slices making his tail wag rapidly for some reason. The door opened again as a small otter walked in. He had his hands in his pockets as he approached the counter.

"What can I get for you today sir?"

"Give me all your money and don't try anything stupid," He said bring out a small pistol.

The girl let out a shriek and dropped Rick's bread onto the ground. The otter turned to Rick pointing his gun at him which didn't faze him.

"Don't try to be a hero pal."

"Are you going to pay for the food she was making for me before you made her drop it?" Rick said in a low growl.

"Not my fault she has butter fingers. Come sister, hurry it up."

Rick let out a growl and started to walk towards the otter.

"Stay put man. I'll kill you if I have to."

"You have to hit me first."

The otter let out a snarl and fired a shot. The bullet seemed to go pass Rick without harming him. This shocked both the otter and the girl as the otter fired some more but to no avail. Rick reached out and grabbed the gun in the otter's hand and crushed it making the otter yell in pain as the some of the broken parts got imbedded into him hand as he lifted him off the ground with one hand.

"I'll say it again, are you going to pay for the food she was making for me before you made her drop it?" he said in a snarl as his eyes burned with anger.

"Ye.....yes. Her.....here take the....money," the otter whimpered digging out some money from his pocket.

Rick dropped the otter who didn't wait a second longer as he rushed out the door. He turned to see the panther with an amazed look in her eyes.

"Sorry about that. Are you okay?"

"Oh, um, yes, I'm fine," she said with a blush. "Here you go," she said cutting another loaf and handing it to Rick. "On the house."

"Are you sure?"

"Positive. Thank you again," she said with a small bow.

"It was no problem at all," Rick said with a smile before leaving.

"Please wait in here and you'll get the special treatment Mr. Blake," the receptionist said to the bull.

The bull nodded his head as the door closed leaving him in a semi large room. It had a king size bed with silk curtains around it. Two black leather couches on a Persian rug was in the center of the room with a small table holding a couple of candles and varies bottles which appeared to hold oils in them. The lights were dimmed to a minimal as the candles lit the area around the couches. He walked over and took a seat studying some of the bottles.

"Man, I'm glad there's a place like this in town finally."

He took some time to look at the various art pictures on the wall when the door opened and in walked a human female wearing a blue and white kimono. Her green hair flowed freely as her eyes shined like white pearls.

"Hello Mr. Blake, I'm Shrade, co-owner of the Bibiki Bay, here to give you your special treatment," she said softly with a smile.

Blake looked her up and down before giving a smile.

"Please have a seat, or lay down if you prefer."

Blake looked at the couch, then the bed. He made up his mind as he opened the curtains to the bed and sat down.

"Take off your shirt please," Shrade said walking over to the table and grabbing a couple of bottles of oils.

He nodded and undid his shirt laying it to the side. Shrade walked over and laid him down on his back before sitting on his legs. Blake got a good look at her close up as her skin was smooth as silk. She had a faint smell of strawberries, peaches, and other scents which he figured came from the oils. Her kimono was open at the top revealing her small perky breasts. Popping the top of a bottle, she rubbed some on her hands as the scent of chocolate chip cookies filled the room.

"So Mr. Blake," Shrade said rubbing his chest. "What brings you to the Bay?"

"I heard about you from a couple of friends," Blake said letting out a sigh as his muscles were worked on.

"I see," she said with a smile. "Is this your first time here?"

"And won't be my last."

Shrade worked his muscles listening to him sigh when she felt something poke her from behind making her smile.

"Are you enjoying this Mr. Blake?"

"Very much."

"Would you like me to take care of you?"

"Ummm, it doesn't cost extra does it?"

Shrade looked back to see her twin sister walking along side a black widow. Everything about her was the same except she had brown eyes.

A ringing sound came from Kerith's pocket as she dug out her cell phone.

Rick laid in bed, a book in his hands before closing it as he read the last page.

"Not bad," he said getting up looking out the window at the clear blue sky. "I wonder if the book store has the other volume?"

He got up and got dressed before heading out the door towards the elevator where he saw Alucard talking to Ginyu.

"Are you sure?" Alucard said crossing his arms before rubbing his chin.

"Positive. Inside sources tell me Russell used the Treaty act against Evan."

"Which means Evan is pretty much under the control of Russell for the time being. It will take him a good long while to get out from under his thumb, considering what Russell has on Evan."

Alucard closed his eyes and laughed.

"It appears Russell Miller is a person not to be taken lightly. He seems to a lot smarter then we took him for."

"What about him?" Rick said walking up making both Alucard and Ginyu look at him.

"Ahhh Rick, nice to see you," Alucard said with a smile.

"You were talking about the one of the brothers correct? I want to know."

"We were just discussing that Russell appears to be the smarter of the 2. He knew how to use the Treaty act against Evan."

"Treaty?" Rick said confused.

"Do not worry your self over the Treaty. It has nothing to do with you, if you confront Russell, do not underestimate his cunning or intelligence. Where are you off to?"

"Oh, going to see if the book store has the next volume of the series I'm reading."

"You always were a reader every since you were little. You have the money in your account right?" Alucard said as the elevator doors opened.

"Yeah. Thanks again," Rick said before the doors closed.

They watched the doors closed before Ginyu looked at Alucard.

"You still want to go through with your plan?"

"Yes. Once I have all 3 of their powers, nothing will stop me."

Rick entered the book store and went down the isle where the book was supposed to be at. Looking carefully, he spotted the last copy as he gave a smile. Grabbing it, he walked out the isle and turned the corner to come crashing into a person making them drop what they were holding.

"I'm sorry," the person said before looking up. "Hey, you're the one who helped me in the bakery. I can't thank you enough again."

Rick stood up and gave out his hand helping her up before picking up her things.

"No trouble at all." Rick said handing her the books before noticing one of them. "You like Dean Koontz?"

"I love him. He does some of the best sci-fi books besides Jim Butcher and Stephen King."

Rick's eyes lit up.

"Really? Then how about I treat you to lunch and we can trade what we know Ms....?"

"Avihenda, but you can call me Avhi."

"Pleasure to meet you. I'm Richard, but you can call me Rick."

After neglectfully dropping Alexia at their house, they made their way back to the station. Heading inside, the walked straight to the chief's office but stopped when they heard heavy crying.

"You knock first." Dan said.

Russ started to protest but the door opened on its own as Angel looked at them.

"Took you 2 long enough. Where have you been?"

"Too hard to explain." Russ said shaking his head and walking in.

They walked in and took a seat by the wall as the chief and a leopard tried to comfort the distraught female roo.

"Now that everybody is here, please tell us what you want Ms. Shank," George said handing her some more tissues.

"O....Okay," she sniffed, wiping her eyes. "4 days ago my son went over his friend's house for a sleep over. Saying there was some cool place that just opened up in the outskirts of town. After a day or so, I haven't heard anything from him so I called the parents and they said they haven't heard anything either."

"I tried calling his cell phone but he wouldn't pick up. I began to worry about him because he's a good boy and would always tell me where he's at. Then I got a call yesterday saying they found his car crashed into a tree but not him. I'm scared something might've happened to him."

"Do you have a picture of him?" Angel asked.

"Yes. Alonzo, give them the picture."

The leopard nodded before reaching inside his wallet and taking out the picture of their son. He was in the middle of his mom and dad with a baseball cap turned backwards, arm around them both with a smile on his face. Angel looked at it before passing it to Emily.

"What do you wants us to do?" George asked.

"Find my son, please. I'm so worried about him I can't sleep at nights."

Dan let out a groan before getting up and heading for the door.

"Where are you going?" Alonzo asked.

"I'm not getting involved in another missing person case. This is Marvin's department. Last time I got involved, I ended up fighting my own brother."

"Daniel, sit down now," George said in a growl.

"But chief...."

"I said....now," George growled giving him the evilest glare making Dan shiver before sitting down. "Don't worry Mr. and Mrs. Shank, we'll find your son for you."

"Thank you so much," she said getting up giving a bow before leaving.

Once they left, everybody looked at Daniel.

"You've got issues you know that," George said leaning on the desk.

Billy walked in handing George a folder.

"Here you go chief, his last know whereabouts."

"Hmmm," George said skimming through it. "Last seen running out of the Bibiki Bay. Wonder what he was running from?"

"Bibiki Bay? What's that?" Russ asked.

"Didn't you know? It's a new happy club that got built couple weeks ago." Billy said raising his eyebrows a couple of times.

Dan's eyes lit up before shooting for the door.

"What are we waiting for? Let's go check this out. We have a job to do," Dan said exiting.

"He seems eager," Russ said getting up himself.

"Typical male, always ready to see scantly clad women show themselves off," Emily said with a huff.

"I think Dead Beat was the best novel Butcher did out of all the series," Avhi said munching on a cookie.

"Nah, Storm Front was the best," Rick said drinking some of his tea.

"Storm Front was boring to me. Dead beat had more action."

"Nonsense. The way that guy killed everybody was very cool and also very hard to do."

"Maybe," Rick said with a smile making them both laugh.

The door to the café opened as a panther followed by a husky and collie entered. The panther looked over to see Rick and Avhi.

"Hey Avhi," he said in a wave before walking over.

Avhi looked over before smiling.

"Hey Justin," she said getting up to greet him in a hug.

"Who's this guy?" Justin asked looking at Rick.

"Oh yes, this is my friend Rick. Rick this is my brother Justin. Rick helped me in the bakery not to long along."

"Really? Well nice to meet you Rick. You have my thanks for helping my sister," Justin said offering his hand.

"No problem at all," Rick said shaking it.

"Where are you off to?" Avhi asked.

"Oh, me and my crew are heading to this new place called the Bibiki Bay. Heard the girls there are hot and they give happy endings."

"You know mom doesn't like you going to places like that. You remember what happened last time when you went to the Hideout?"

"Only because you ratted me out."

Justin let out a humph when the collie spoke up.

Avhi let out a sigh before sitting back down. She looked at Rick as he had a far away look in his eyes. She touched his hand gently as he looked at her.

"Something wrong?"

"No, just remember something," he said shaking his head. "Can I walk you home?"

"Sure."

They walked out together side by side with idle chatter here and there. Reaching her house, they walked up the front steps before she turned to him.

"Thank you again Rick," she said with a smile.

"Where do you live?"

Rick pointed to the tall building in the middle of the city.

"You live in the Lexicon building? Isn't that expensive?"

"Nah, my uncle owns the building so I get free lodging," Rick said with a smile.

"I see. Well I had a good time and thanks again," she said giving him a kiss on the cheek and handing him a scrap of paper with her phone number. "Call me sometime. And we can continue our little debate."

She gave a wave goodbye before opening her door and giving one last look. Rick walked down the path leading to the wooden gate as he walked through. He scratched his head before rubbing his horns a couple of times.

"Guess I could say I got lucky."

Dan stood there, mouth open. This place in his eyes was heaven. Beautiful women everywhere walking, talking, dancing, and even making out. The marble floor entrance led to a beautiful carpet with a front desk. A palm tree logo with waves in the background was on the front of the desk. 4 plasma TV's showing different shows were playing on the back wall. A bell sat on top of the counter as they walked up to it.

"Man, I've died and gone to heaven," Dan said looking at a cheetah and lynx walk by wearing very short shorts and a tank top.

They gave him a smile and a wave making Dan grin before he let out a grunt as his right ear was pulled.

"Will you stay focused?" Emily said. "We're here to find out about the boy."

"What are you talking about? I am fo...cused," Dan trailed off as a white wolf walked by topless while tying her blonde hair.

"Yeah, focused on all this scattered ass walking by," Emily growled grabbing his ear harder making him give an ouch.

Russell laughed as he tapped the bell a couple of times.

"One second, I'm almost finished," a voice said in the back.

A minute or so later, a black bear walked out with a smile on his face followed by a zebra. She walked up to the counter and fixed her silver hair up.

"Come back again Tony,' she said with a wave as the bear waved back. "Now then, welcome to the Bibiki Bay, where pleasure is out motto."

Now it was Russ's turn to stare as the zebra stood there topless with a smile on her face. His face went red and stuttered his words.

Angel rolled her eyes before speaking up.

Emily and Angel had Dan and Russ by the ear as Kerith led them upstairs into the manager office. The office was nice with leather couches, rich soft rugs and artist paintings on the wall. On the left side of the desk was a large aquarium with several fish swimming around.

"Please have a seat," Kerith said.

They had a seat as Kerith sat down in an executive leather chair crossing her legs.

"Now then, what can I do for you?"

"We were wondering if you could tell us if you seen this boy?" Emily said handing her the picture.

Kerith look at it before shaking her head.

"Can't say that I have my dear," she said sadly. "I would remember a handsome boy like that."

"Well according to reports, this was his last place of visit. Plus his car was found not far from your place of business." Angel said.

Kerith was about to answer when Shrade walked in wearing a see through nightgown.

Everybody looked at her, then Kerith, then back again.

"This is my twin sister, Shrade," Kerith said.

Shrade got up and walked over to the desk grabbing 2 business cards.

"Here you go boys. Come back again and I'll give you a "special" tour."

"No doubt," Dan said reaching for them before Emily snatched them.

"We're done here," she growled grabbing Dan by the arm.

The twins watched them leave before Shrade turned to Kerith with a lustful look in her eyes.

"We may have a problem with those 2 girls though."

Avhi shivered nervously as Amon walked up to her placing his hands on the wall she was on blocking escape as he smiled evilly. Rick closed his book marking where he left off as he stretched his body.

He walked out his room when he heard voices. Curious, he walked around the corner and

saw Avhi trapped by Amon making his tail bristle as he growled angrily.

"Come on, just one kiss," Amon said inching closer.

"No, stop it," Avhi said pushing him back.

"Back off Amon." Rick growled.

Amon flinched as he turned to see Rick glowing with a light red aura around him.

"Humph," he said backing off as Avhi hurried to Rick.

"Are you okay?" Rick asked, not taking his eyes off Amon.

"Yes, thank you."

"My offer still stands sweetheart." Amon said.

"You come near her again and I'll kill you." Rick said bluntly.

"You and what army kid? You may be Alucard's favorite, but you don't know who you're dealing with. I'll put you in your place if you challenge me."

Rick shook with anger as he took a step forward before Avhi grabbed his arm.

"Please don't," she said scared.

Rick calmed down and looked at Avhi before nodded his head. He turned to see Amon walking away laughing.

"I'm sorry about him." Rick said.

"It's okay."

"What bring you here?"

"It's my brother Justin. I think he's in trouble."

"Trouble?"

"Yes, here listen. He left this on my voice mail."

Avhi pulled out her phone and played the message back.

"Avhi this place is crazy. These girls here are crazy. They've taken Pat and Jose somewhere. I heard them screaming and........oh god, it's after me. Avhi, you have to....."

The message ended like that as Rick crossed his arms.

"I don't know what to do. Can you help me?"

"I don't know what I can do, but I'll help. Let's go."

They headed outside as the setting sun gave off its last rays of sun shine. They got into his car and headed for the Bay. The palm tree logo lit up the sky as they drove into the parking lot. Finding a spot wasn't easy, as they got out and looked at the entrance.

"Let's try the rear entrance. More then likely nobody's going to give us a straight answer." Rick said.

Avhi nodded as they walked towards the back. A loading dock was there for deliveries as well as a trash compactor and bailer. The double doors were hooked to an alarm and a camera. Rick waved his hand causing the camera to pause and the alarm to be disabled. Hurrying in, they ducked behind some boxes as they heard voices. Once the voices were gone, they slipped out and looked around.

"Where to go now?" Avhi said looking around.

Her footsteps echoed on something hollow which Rick caught. He walked over and bent down, tapping the ground.

"Something's underneath. Possibly another room."

Rick looked around until he spotted something glowing dimly in the corner. Walking over, he gave a couple of knocks to find another hollow spot. His hands moved around the wall until he felt a latch and pulled it. The wall opened to show a small elevator.

"Come on," he said getting on.

They got in as it descended downwards. When the wall faded to a clear mirror, what they saw shocked them. Underneath the Bay, was a massive warehouse hangar. Small dim lights were hanging from the ceiling giving the place an eerie atmosphere. Giant cocoons hung from the walls and floor which pulsed lightly but you couldn't tell unless you were extremely close. The elevator stopped and the door opened as they walked out.

"What......is this place?" Avhi said shakily.

Rick walked over to one of the mounds on the ground. He put his hand to it as it pulse lightly like a heart.

"Whatever these are, it's alive."

Avhi walked ahead looking at the various sizes of cocoons lining on the wall. Her ears perked up when she heard a small moan. She recognized that moan and ran towards it. Ripping a cocoon open, Justin's face appeared.

"Justin?! Oh my god, are you okay?"

Justin opened his eyes weakly and looked at her.

"Av.....hi? You.....shouldn't be.....here."

"What happened? What did this to you?" she cried as Rick walked up.

"Those girls are not......what they appear....to be."

"I have to get you out of here."

"No," he said shaking his head. "It's......to late.....for me."

Blood came out his mouth as he coughed before turning his eyes to Rick.

"Tale.....care of.....my sister."

He coughed up more blood before his eyes rolled into the back of his head. Avhi cried as she reached up to touch his face. Rick noticed his skin move as he grabbed her hand in time as a spider came out his mouth.

"Justin...." she cried.

"What the hell did this?" Rick said.

He was so caught up in thought that he didn't feel the black widow crawling up his leg. It got to his arm and struck make Rick yell in pain.

"Dammit," he yelled grabbing the spider and crushing it in his hands.

"Who's there?" voices said further in.

"Damn, time to go," Rick said grabbing Avhi.

They got to the elevator as they heard heavy footsteps from everywhere. Rick held his head as the poison from the bite spread through his body.

"Rick are you okay? You're sweating heavily," Avhi said then noticed the huge discolored bump on his arm. "You've been poisoned. We have to get you out of here."

The elevator came down slowly as Rick heard the footsteps getting closer as well as beams of light.

"How much do you weigh?"

"What?"

"How much do you weigh?"

"About 99 pounds why?"

"Hold on to me."

She held onto him in a hug as Rick jumped into the dark wall corner. His claws dug into the cement wall as his wings expanded covering them both as they began to blend into the darkness.

"Whatever you do, don't make a sound."

"Did you find anything?" a voice said.

"Nothing, but I found one of the babies dead."

"The mistresses aren't going to like that."

Avhi looked to her left and started to shiver wildly at the sight. Rick noticed and looked as well as the huge trap door spider walked by them slowly. Rick saw the fear and tears in Avhi eyes as she gripped him harder.

"Damn, can't find anything. Let's go inform the mistresses."

"Okay. Come on you 2."

The spider jumped and landed on the ground and disappeared with the voices. Once the coast was clear, Rick descended slowly and went to his knees breathing heavily. The door opened to the elevator as Avhi helped him in. Helping him to the car, she took off down the road, not noticing the daddy long legs underneath.

"I'll take you to my house. I have some stuff for poison," Avhi said looking at Rick who had his eyes close and panting heavily.

She helped him inside and to her room where she laid him down. Rick didn't even notice where he was as his body went limp and he passed out.

"I can't believe you 2," Emily said angrily looking at Dan and Russ. "You guys are pigs."

"We're men. What do expect?" Dan said shrugging his shoulders.

Emily gave a scowl and George looked at everybody.

"Well what did you find out?"

"We didn't find anything. We met with the manager and she said she hadn't seen the boy," Angel said.

"I found something interesting," Billy said walking in.

"What did you find out?" Russ said, before he blew his nose hard for the fifth time.

"Check out these headlines from another city."

Billy tossed Russ the paper and he skimmed through the headlines.

"Local officials can not explain the rash of missing teens that has happened during the last couple of weeks. Officials commented saying they are trying their best to locate them but so far have turned up nothing. This headline is 3 months old."

"It gets better. I did a search for missing adults in the database under the age of 30, and almost 3 cities has had a huge increase in numbers. And can you guess why?"

"Maybe they don't like the place they are living in and moved out?" Dan spoke up.

"Wrong. Here read this headline," Billy said give a couple of clippings to Dan.

"New massage parlor Bibiki Bay now opens for business. Man, they are growing fast."

"That's not all. As soon as the place opened, all these disappearance began to occur. Starting to see a pattern here?"

George crossed his arms as the cigar in his mouth rolled around.

"So you're saying the Bibiki Bay is responsible for all of this?"

"Bingo. Just a hunch I have, but I haven't been wrong yet," Billy said with a smile.

"All right let's go with this hunch of yours Billy. Take Russ and Emily with you."

"Sorry chief, I'm not going. That place drives my senses crazy. Plus there's something I need to talk to Angel with in private," Russ said getting up and grabbing Angel by the hand. "Let me know what you find."

Dan scratched his head in confusion before looking at Billy.

"I guess it's us 3 then. Come on, this place is off the hook when you see it," Dan said with a smile.

"I can't wait," Billy said before folding his ears at the menacing growl Emily gave.

"What do you mean you couldn't find anybody there?" Shrade screamed angrily at the horse that was shaking.

"We checked everywhere mistress but there wasn't anybody there."

Her eyes turned into slits as huge fangs started to grow from her mouth. Kerith watched before speaking up.

"Are the cameras working at least?"

"No maam. We checked and there is a 2 minute delay where there is nothing but static."

"Which means somebody used magic to disable them."

Shrade was just about to pounce on the horse when Kerith grabbed her and calmed her down.

"Relax sibling. We will get revenge for our child. Killing this one is not worth it."

Shrade relaxed as her features returned to her natural beauty as she brushed her hair back.

"You're right. His life force is probably weak as well."

A spider appeared from a trap door as Kerith looked at it.

"You found the person responsible for it? Good girl," Kerith said petting the abdomen. "Here's your chance to make up for your fuck up. Bring this person back, and take Brutus with you."

The horse shivered at the name as a humvee size tarantula crawled next to him. Shrade walked over and hugged the spider.

"Make sure not to kill this person. Leave that to mommy."

Dan got out the car with Billy as he whistled.

"Not a bad looking joint," Billy said admiring the view. "A little out of the way though."

"If we go into the front again asking questions, we won't get any answer," Emily said. "Let's try the back."

They watched her head around the back before following.

"Boy, you sure picked a feisty one there," Billy said in a whisper.

"Indeed. But you should see the way she moves," Dan said with a grin.

"I can hear you 2 you know," Emily said not stopping.

They headed to the back as they watched a couple of ladies empty the trash. Sticking to the wall, Dan took a look at the surroundings.

"A camera's watching the back. Door's probably wired too."

"How do we get in?" Emily asked.

"Simple," Dan said with an evil smile, placing a silencer on his gun before taking aim.

The gun let out a piff as the camera shattered. Dan smiled putting his gun away as Billy shook his head.

"You know that's probably going to come out of our pay check?"

"Says who?" Dan said walking to the door.

He moved his hand up and down before disabling the alarm and walking in. They heard voices making them take cover behind a large container. Dan took a peek and smiled as he saw Shrade walk by.

"Billy, that's one of the hot twins I told you about," Dan whispered.

Billy took a peek as his eyes widened.

"Wow, she is hot. My god."

"Cut it out you 2," Emily growled.

Shrade stopped and looked around making everybody duck. Shrugging her shoulders, she walked to the corner and called the elevator and got in. Watching the door close, they got out and walked over.

"I guess we're going down," Dan said.

They huddled into the elevator and went down. Going down, all their mouths open at the sight of the hangar. The door opened as they walked out and looked around.

"What the fuck..?" Dan said looking around. "What the hell is this place?"

Emily looked around before stopping at a cocoon on the floor.

"What is this?" Emily said as Billy walked up.

"That's a spider's egg sack. But this is usually big," Billy said. "What could've made this?"

"What indeed." a voice said around them.

Dan and Billy had their guns out and looked around before the ground started to shake a little. Looking around they couldn't find anything until a large figured appeared above them in the light.

"WHAT THE F...." Dan started.

Walking into the light was a huge arachnid with the upper part looking like a female as it had a pair of breasts and long gray hair. Its eight eyes locked onto them as it lowered itself to the ground.

"So, you've come back to kill more of my children?" it said in a hiss.

"What?" Billy said confused. "We just got here lady."

Emily looked at it closely before it sunk in.

"You're that bitch Shrade aren't you?"

"You catch on quick you little whore," Shrade said moving closer. "But since you seen me for what I am, I can't let you leave alive."

All around them, variety of spiders started to appear as Dan froze in his place, his fear of spiders taken over.

"This is bad, we have to go," Billy said as he noticed the elevator still there. "Daniel, come on."

Dan couldn't move as his whole body shook watching the platoon of spider's race toward him. Billy rushed up and grabbed him by the shirt and dragged him into the elevator as the doors closed and ascended.

"Don't let them leave alive," Shrade yelled.

The spiders climbed up the wall after the elevator, striking the glass with their legs. Emily got up and placed her hands on the window. The next strike caused the spider to shriek in pain as lighting coursed through its body.

"Daniel, snap out of it dammit," Billy said before slapping him.

Dan grabbed Billy by the throat angrily.

"What the hell you do that for?"

"This is no time to be spacing out. We got to get out of here."

The elevator came to a stop as they dashed out the exit, causing the alarm to go off. Rushing to the car, Billy started the motor with a roar and sped off. Looking in the rear view mirror, he saw the horde gaining on him.

"Shit, those are some fast mother fuckers."

The hood of the car got dented in as a spider landed on top, driving its fangs into. Billy let out a yell as the car swerved on the road. Dan unloaded into the hood hearing the shrieks as the bullets ripped into its exoskeleton before it tumbled on the ground.

"We're never gonna outrun them at this rate."

"Just keep driving," Dan said as he ripped opened the top of the car as Billy's eyes went wide.

"Hey man, I just got this car worked on."

"They did a bad job," Dan said looking at the parade of spiders running after them. "I hate spiders, Freezing fog."

A wave of white fog appeared in front of Dan as it expanded rapidly. As soon as the spiders ran into it, their bodies froze instantly, incased in ice as Dan gave a smile before sitting back down as he pulled out his phone.

"You owe me a new top," Billy said as they drove back to the station.

Rick woke up with a groan. His body was weak but the dragon half in him was doing its best to cure the poison in his system. He vaguely remembered anything as he looked around the room he was in.

"A...Avhi," he said weakly.

He forced his body up out the bed and managed to find a waste barrel in time as he threw up in it.

"Avhi," he said again getting up and opening the door.

The house was in ruins as there was a massive hole in the wall. Furniture was tossed aside as books, paper, and all sorts of things covered the ground and blew around as the wind blew inside.

"What the...."

He heard low voices coming from downstairs as he hobbled over on weak legs. Underneath the rubble were Avhi's parents.

"What happened?" Rick asked.

"He took her. He took our baby," the mother cried. "Then this monster of a spider poisoned Jake," she said gently rubbing the forehead of the panther in her lap. He had a huge discolored bump on his leg that was oozing liquid.

"Av....Avhi," Jake said breathing hard before grunting in pain.

"Please, you have to save Avihenda," she said in tears looking at Rick.

"Don't worry. I'll come back with your daughter. I promise," Rick said as the sound of police could be heard in the background.

He stumbled to the hole in the wall and threw up again, going to one knee.

"Hang on Avhi. I'm coming for you," Rick said as his wings expanded and took off into the air, zigzagging all the way.

"Are you kidding me?" Russ said, as he let go of Angel's hand. She was flushed and had a seemingly slap happy, contented smile on her face.

"No, I'm not kidding." Billy said. "That shit was real."

"So what does this mean? That these twin spider women are eating the victims?" George said.

"That would be my guess," Billy said shrugging his shoulders.

Everybody looked at Dan who was pacing back and forth, holding his arms together and shaking lightly.

"Is he okay?" George asked.

"Yeah he's fine. He'll get over his fear," Russ said. "So what do we do? We can't let that place stay open and no judge is going to give us a warrant to issue that place to close, with out hard proof."

"I'll tell you what I'm going to do," Dan said reaching in his pocket as his phone rang. "Hello. You have it? Good, I'll meet you in meeting place number 3."

"What are you going to do?" Emily asked.

"I'm going back there, and I'm going to shoot every fucking thing that moves. Big or small, doesn't matter to me. What matters is killing as many of those eight legged freaks as I can before I pass out from fear."

They watched him leave before looking at each other.

"He sounds serious about this," Angel finally said getting up and nuzzling Russell's cheek. That got an odd look from Emily before she rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"Spiders are one of his major weaknesses. If he said he's going to kill them, he's serious about it." Russ said.

"All right, you guys do what you have to do. I'll try and convince the mayor that what we are doing is for the best interest of the city." George said.

"Right chief," Russ said walking out with everybody.

They reached the car to see Dan staring into space. Emily walked over and touched his shoulder lightly making him jump. She saw the slight fear in his eyes before kissing his forehead.

"Relax Daniel. You can overcome this."

"Easy for you to say. Hurry up and get in. I need to visit Vincent."

"What for?" Russ said getting in.

"Need to pick up my spider slayer," Dan said with a smile putting the car into the gear.

Rick fell to the ground with a thud, landing next to a car as he was breathing hard. The flight over was hard on him as it took most of his will power to stay a float. His ears picked up the sound of a girl screaming as he gritted his teeth.

"Avhi, hang on."

The sound of a car pulling up grabbed his attention as he ducked undercover. Peeking through the window, he let out a growl at who he saw.

"Daniel, how much did this cost?" Russ said looking at the massive gun on Dan's shoulder.

"This, my brother Russ, is a 10mm HV Penetrator. Shoots 10 inch nails at high speed pinning anything to the wall bleeding them to death." Dan said patting the gun on the side.

"I didn't ask what it was, I asked how much it cost?"

"Let me worry about that," Dan said with a smile making Russ groan and hold his head.

"This better not come out of my retirement!"

Rick slid back under the cover as he felt the urge to throw up come on strong as he threw up on the ground.

"You hear that?" Angel said.

"Yeah. Somebody's here." Russ said pulling out his gun. "Spread out and look."

Rick wiped his mouth and cursed himself for doing that. He peeked in the window again to find everybody gone.

"Shit, where'd they go?"

The sound of a shotgun being cocked to fire was heard made Rick turned his head slowly. He looked up to see Russ with his double barreled pump action shotgun pointed at him.

"Get up nice and slow. One false move and you'll have a nice big hole in your head."

Rick got up weakly, growling in anger.

"Who are you?"

"None of your business." Rick spat out.

"Did you find the person Russell?" Emily asked walking up. She noticed who it was as she bared her fangs. "You."

"Emily, you know this person?" Russ said.

"He's the one that caused the disturbance in the park with an earth elemental."

"I don't have time to fuck around with the likes of you," Rick growled turning around. He didn't get far as he went to one knee holding his head.

Emily saw the discolored bite on his arm and walked up.

"You've been poisoned. Here, I can help you, as much as I don't want to."

Emily bent down and touched his arm making Rick snarl and slapped her hand away.

"Don't fucking touch."

"I'm just trying to help you."

"I don't need your help."

Another scream echoed through the night making everybody look towards the Bay.

"That sounded like a girl screaming," Emily said.

"How observant of you," Rick said getting up.

"You don't expect to go in there like that do?" Russ said looking at him. "You're in no position to fight let alone walk."

"Why do you care Russell Miller?" he said looking back at him.

"Because it's my job. Now I don't know what happened between the 2 of you and frankly I don't want to know. Right now the only thing on my mind is saving that girl. Now you can either accept help from us, or you can go in there and get yourself killed in your condition? The choice is yours."

Rick grunted as another scream echoed from the building. He closed his eyes before opening them up and looking at Russ.

"Fine. But make no mistake, Russell Miller, once this is over, you and I will have business to take care of."

"Very well." Russ said with a nod.

They made their way to the entrance where Dan and Angel were waiting. When Dan saw Rick, his eyes lit up with fire as he aimed the gun at him. Russ walked in front of him shocking Dan.

"Russ get out the way. That bastard is bad news."

"We have a temporary truce Dan until we find the girl."

"How can you trust him?" Dan said not easing up.

"You can't." Rick said bluntly. "But right now, the only concern I have is saving Avhi."

After another scream, Dan eased up and nodded his head before speaking.

"One false move and I'll shoot you where you stand."

Avhi cried as she felt the blood come down her shoulder as Shrade pressed her claw deeper into the wound.

"I'll say it again, why did you kill our son?"

"It wasn't me, I swear. I didn't do it."

"Lying bitch," Shrade snarled twisting her finger making Avhi yell in pain.

"That's enough Shrade," Kerith said getting up from her seat.

"But Kerith...."

Shrade didn't get out her sentence as she got back handed to the ground. She looked up at Kerith with hurt eyes who looked back.

"Its obvious she didn't do."

"How do you know?"

"Because her eyes are not lying to me. Whoever killed our child will come to save her, and when they do, you handle it."

Kerith turned her attention to Avhi as she wiped the tears from her eyes.

"Don't worry my dear. Once we find the killer, we'll let you go. I promise. Prince, watch our girlfriend here and make sure she doesn't try to leave."

A black widow appeared from the ceiling and blocked the door after Kerith and Shrade left, leaving Avhi shaking and crying.

"So how do we get these people out of here?" Angel asked.

"Simple really," Dan said walking over to the fire control panel and pulling the lever causing the alarm to sound.

People started to file out of the Bay in a panic as they walked in. Russ's sense started to get assaulted again but he held himself together.

"Where to Dan?" Russ said.

"Loading dock. That's where the nest is."

They started towards the back when Rick stopped and sniffed around. Russ looked back at him.

"What's wrong?"

"It's Avhi. She's near, very near."

"How can you tell in all of this? Surely your senses are going crazy like mine?"

"Unlike you, I'm not trying to smell that. I'm going after Avhi. Don't try to stop me."

Russ watched Rick disappear into the back as Dan looked at him.

"Are you just going to let him go?"

"He's not the enemy right now. Let's go."

Shrade and Kerith looked around curiously as the alarm went off.

"Our murderer must be here. I'm going back," Shrade said.

Kerith watched her sister climb the wall before disappearing into the trap door. She shook her head and sat down on the cocoon, waiting patiently.

Dan, Russ, Emily, and Angel made it to the back as they looked around. Dan walked to the corner and felt the wall, finding the latch as the elevator opened up. Getting in, Russ and Angel mouths opened at the sight as Dan started to shiver.

"Holy shit," Russ said looking at the sight.

"My god, this is......disturbing," Angel said shaking a little.

"You haven't seen the occupants," Dan said taking the safety off the gun.

The lights inside got a tad brighter revealing Kerith who was sitting upside down on a cocoon.

"Welcome to our domain. We hope your stay will be a pleasurable one."

Rick sniffed until he heard crying coming from behind a door.

"Avhi?" Rick said softly when he heard a gasp.

"Rick!? Is that you?"

"Are you okay?"

"They hurt my shoulder really bad, but it's not broken."

"Hang on, I'm coming in."

"No don't. There's a massive black widow on the door blocking it."

"Okay. Hang on."

Rick held his hand to the side as a sword appeared. He drove it into the door as he heard a shriek and green blood appeared from the hole. Avhi watched it curl up into a ball before watching the door open. Rick stumbled in and gave the spider another struck with his sword making sure it was dead before he hurried over to Avhi who hugged him tight.

"Are you okay? Let me see your shoulder"

She turned as her shirt was covered in blood which ran down her arm. He tore the sleeve off his shirt and looked at her.

"This is going to hurt but bear with it."

"Okay."

He nodded his head and tied the sleeve around her shoulder and tighten it hard making her yelp in pain as she felt the blood stop coming down her arm. She turned to say thank you but her eyes widened. Rick noticed and turned around only to be tied in a web like restraint.

"You killed my child. I smell his poison in you. You will pay," Shrade yelled.

Rick felt her tighten the web around his body, making the bite he suffered on his arm pulse with pain. He looked at the Shrade as her arachnid body came closer until she was staring at him with all eight black eyes.

"I wonder what your life force must taste like? I bet it's full of energy like those other 2."

Shrade let out a yell as she felt something pierce her abdomen. Looking back, Avhi had driven a pen into it before backing away scared.

"You little bitch," she snarled and used her back leg to strike her into the wall.

Rick's eyes lit up with fire as the web constricting him began to melt. Shrade noticed the resistant and turned around only to get a massive blow to the chest knocking her into the wall. Rick hurried over to Avhi who was getting up shaking her head with a whine.

"Both of you will die."

Rick looked over to see Shrade forming a glowing ball of magic. He let out a smile as he stood up.

"Is that for show, or are you going to use it?"

Shrade let out a yell of anger and tossed the ball at Rick. Rick stood there watching it get closer until it struck his body. What happened next shocked Shrade as she saw her attack hit his body before coming back at her rapid speed. She let out a yell as it struck the left side of her body as the acid began to eat away at her flesh.

"What....what happened? How could you do....that?"

Rick didn't answer as he threw himself at her and drove his sword into her heart, pinning her to the wall as blood came out mouth.

"That's a s.e.c.r.e.t," Rick said with a smile.

He backed away as both he and Avhi watched her arachnid form curl up. Rick went to one knee as he threw up again.

"Come on, let's go. I'll help you out," Avhi said helping him up as they got to the door.

"One second, forgot something important," Rick said turning around. He opened his hand as a ball of fire appeared. With a flick of his wrist, it floated towards Shrade before her body got engulfed in flames causing her abdomen to burst open. "Now we can go."

Everybody looked at Kerith as she stood there.

"You 4 will be the ultimate feast for our children. I can tell you have great life force flowing through your bodies."

"You must be dreaming. The day I get eaten by spiders is the day pigs fly," Dan said taking aim as he fired.

The spike nail traveled fast as Kerith looked on. When it got close enough to her, she raised her hand and caught it making everybody gasp.

"Your little toys, won't work on me. Come my children," she said raising her hands as an army of spiders appeared from everywhere. "Feast upon their life force until there is nothing left."

Like the sound of an earthquake, they charged towards them, fangs ready.

"Come and get me you eight legged sons of bitches," Dan yelled as he fired non stop.

Shrieks were heard as the nails imbedded them to the walls by their legs or abdomens. Emily and Angel stood back to back firing off spell after spell at the oncoming horde.

"We can't keep this up. There's too many of them," Emily yelled over the shouts and gun shots.

"Daniel, can you keep them occupied?" Russ yelled cutting the legs of a jumping spider that tried an air attack. He pointed his shotgun at one of the cocoons and fired his shotgun at it, once the twin shells impacted, the sac exploded from the explosive shells he was firing.

"As long as I can," Dan said hearing the click of the gun. He tossed it into the air and pulled out his Eagle and fired off 5 rounds into the closest thing before catching the gun and reloading.

"I'm going after her. Maybe if we kill her, they will stop."

"Go for it. We'll cover you the best we can," Angel said.

Russ chanted a levitation spell and took into the air towards Kerith who hadn't moved an inch. He brought his dagger out as it changed into a sword and made a sweeping arch towards Kerith who evaded nimbly before dropping to the ground, taking on her spider form.

"I won't be so easy to defeat wolf. I'm a lot stronger then I look."

"Then I guess I shouldn't hold back then," Russ said with a smile as his sword took on a yellow tint around the blade.

Despite her size, she was very quick, evading the swings and small ice ball spells Russell was casting.

"I have to slow her down somehow, but how?" Russ said jumping away from an attack.

His eyes scanned the area until he saw the light fixture. Perfect. He threw a ball of magic at the light causing the bulb to blow as it came crashing down to the ground a little further then he wanted it.

"Whatever you're planning, won't work."

"Won't know till I try."

He made a dash towards her as Kerith stood ready. He surprised her by turning quick and heading for the light fixture. He almost got close when he felt his legs go out from underneath him. Looking back, he saw a web around his legs as his body got pulled back towards Kerith.

"Going somewhere?" Kerith said with a smile as she pulled Russ in like a fish.

Russ struggled towards the fixture as he reached out for it but couldn't reach it as he was pulled back.

"Come on, just a little more."

He remembered his sword and reached out and touched the cord chanting fast enough before he got pulled back roughly into Kerith's waiting arms. He felt her rancid breath over his face making him gag as Kerith smiled at him.

"I've got you now says the spider to the fly."

"Sorry, but this fly isn't ready to die."

Kerith opened her maw wide as Russ saw the mandibles dripping with poison. She was about to bite down when she felt something wrap around her hind legs causing them both to drop to the ground. Kerith looked back to see the wires from the wall wrapping around her.

"What is this sorcery?"

"A little thing I managed to do."

"What did you do?"

"I just turned the electric wiring in this building against you. Nothing major. Look around."

Kerith looked around in horror as the wires in the building started to attack her family, squeezing and shocking them to death. Her eyes filled with tears before looking at Russ.

"I guess this is it," she said, "But if I die I'm taking you with me."

She said and opened her mouth as she pulled Russell closer and closer to her mouth so she could bite him. He couldn't shock her cause the same deadly voltage would go through him as he struggled against her greater strength. Moments later the sound of a double shotgun blast was heard as Kerith's torso exploded in a shower of greenish yellow goo. The goo covered Russell as he looked up to see Angel standing there holding his shotgun and trying her best to look macho.

"Not about to loose someone as frisky as you sexy." Angel said as she still held the gun.

"Careful with that sweetheart." He said getting up to take the gun from her as Daniel got his attention.

"Can we please get the hell out of here before I throw up?" Dan said.

They all nodded as they headed back into the elevator only to have the doors open up to a blazing room. They hurried out the door towards the entrance to see the flames engulfing everything. That's when Dan remembered something.

"Wait, where's that asshole at?"

Everybody looked around until they saw Rick and a female panthress getting into a car.

"Stop," Dan yelled raising the gun.

"NO, don't hurt him," Avhi said standing in front of him.

"Get out the way lady. That person is dangerous."

"I won't."

Dan's finger tightened on the trigger. He knew he could hit Rick but would cut it close to hitting the girl. Russ walked over and put his hand on the muzzle of the large gun bringing it down.

"Let them go."

"But...."

"We'll be seeing more of each other in the future, you can bet on that."

Dan grunted but lowered the gun and watched as Avhi helped Rick into the car. They watched it drive off before the sounds of police and fire fighters was heard in the distance.

"So, are you going to write this up or will I have to?" Dan said walking to the car.

"Mom! Dad!" Avhi said hugging them in the hospital.

"Oh my baby, you're okay," her mom said in tears.

"Yes, I'm fine thanks to Rick."

She turned to see Rick passed out on the chair. He had a slight smile on his face as his bandaged arm was healing. Avhi walked over and laid down in the bed next to where Rick was sitting. She tapped him on the shoulder startling him.

"How are you feeling?"

"A lot better thanks. How about you?"

"Doctor said the bone wasn't injured so I should be okay in a couple of days."

"That's good," Rick said with a yawn before resting his head on the bed and passing out again.

Avhi kissed his forehead and held his hand as she fell asleep herself.

Alexia came out the shower with a purr as she dried her head off. She prepared herself for this moment since she was little as a smile crept on her face. Both Angel and Emily were back at the White Council discussing what happened giving her the perfect setup.

"This couldn't get any better. My childhood friends are going to deflower me."

She gave a shiver thinking about it as she felt herself getting hot. Putting on a red nightgown, she slipped out the room and downstairs where Russ and Dan were last seen.

"Okay boys, are you......"

She stopped when she saw both of them passed out. Russ was on the couch splayed out while Dan was on the recliner with the bottom lifted up for his feet. She walked over and shook both them.

"Come on boys, I've waited for this moment. Don't let me down."

"Sleep......need sleep....." Dan mumbled out incoherently.

"Russell?"

All she got from Russell was a loud snore and a twitch of his tail. She let out a sigh as she headed back upstairs.

"I'll wait as long as I have to boys. You won't get by that easily."
