Chasing the Sun - Chapter 32: Steps Not Wide Enough
"Eh, you ever wondered how Tom and Max get along so well?" In front of him, Vilkas looked at him strangely. The husky then put his drink down and asked him, "Seriously, what's up with you and sudden deep questions?" Kevin only shrugged before...
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 12: Interlocking
Honestly, he was feeling sick right now. Leaning back on the chair, Octo watched this bear in front of him with disinterested eyes. He put the side of his head on his fist, looking bored as hell to cover his nausea. This bear was the boss of the...
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 25: The Things We Would Do
Instead of feeling happy, Kevin felt somewhat worried. The plan itself sounded nice; he used to want to go somewhere for the summer holiday anyway, but he had a job now, and he wasn't sure about leaving it for two weeks. He wished he had paid leave,...
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 13: Beers and Jeans
"The wolf on the house!" Kevin smirked at the customers and lowered the tray he was holding, flexing his arm at them. "At your service." he said, bowing slightly. They took their drinks. "Thank you!" He gave them a salute and went back to the bar to...
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 14: In the Walled Garden
Crossing his arms, Octo looked outside the car window. Not far was his family house. It was moderately decorated from the outside, showing just enough to impose yet restrained enough to be called refined. It was big, too big for just a family of three,...
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 29: Grey Shadows
Barrowislander summer festival. It had been a while since his last time here. It was still as festive as he remembered. Looking around, Rodrigo watched as people walked here and there, oblivious of things around them. Somehow, he felt kind of guilty...

Chasing the Sun - Chapter 24: Out the Ashenstones
Talking with Richard, Octo found out, was surprisingly quite enjoyable. As the panther put his cup down, he watched as Richard ordered his men through the phone. The hyena was nothing fancy; if anything, he was blunt and a bit offensive at times....
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 15: The Trees Left Standing
There was one thing that he learnt from another wolf Kevin had come to accept as a part of his pack, and it was that logic won arguments. If you knew the facts and you knew how to present them, you would win. The facts had to make sense because if...
Chasing the Sun - Chapter 19: Some Small Steps
He never thought he would be willing, much less feel comfortable doing this with a guy. If someone asked him to do this a few years ago, he might turn around in disgust. Octo was a witness to the things he would do to anyone who tried doing this to...
