I don't usually stop for hitch-hikers but the nearest city was over one-hundred miles away and i couldn't seem to let myself be that cruel. it was an unusual sight for me to see someone dressed in a business suit walking in such an arid zone.

The paths he walked along were well kept by the parks services in the area and meant for hikers, runners, and those out on nature excursions. along some of the paths were smaller, less kept trails meant for side vistas.
