His Pledge

The synopsis tis that a rabbit who was raised in a farm to be eaten was taken out because he was about to meet his expiration date. All the rabbits were raised with the idea of "if you behave, you won't be eaten" and he was the best one, so imagine his disbelief. He pleads to the master of the mansion and pledges his autonomy to the tiger, and then it gets worse and worse. :)
-His Pledge-
"Please! L-Let me go! I've done nothing but behave, I'll be quieter than the rest! I can help them! Please Please don't take me to the Kitchen Please!" I pleaded, being pulled from my arms down the hall, away from the other rabbits. There were various cats and jaguars that catered to us rabbits, keeping us secluded until it was time to feed the Golden Claws. These cat worker people were known as the Felidae, servants expendable to the elite ones. As a child, we were taught to behave in the farm so that we could someday escape our enclosure, with only the unruly rabbits being torn from the herd to be prepared for a meal. But... But I behaved. I almost grew up... I've almost been able to escape... Wh... Why is this happening to me? I was good! I was so good! I've lasted almost 19 years of this, it can't end like this, I still need to take my sister with me! We were going to swim in the ocean together! I can't die like this.
Before too long, I had decided to keep my mouth shut, not wanting to be more of a hassle than I already was, careful to hang my head low so that the Felidae don't have to look at me. I was eventually tossed down, brought to my knees as the Felidae stood back. I looked at the person they had brought me too and quickly fell into a deep bow. The deep strokes of black that clung to a silken orange fur coat. A deeper yellow that pierced my head with uncanny heat that only a tiger could replicate with their eyes alone. Along his mighty paw wore a decorative gauntlet, gilt in gold and draped around his pointer, ending in a sharp point. I was such an Idiot! I looked at him directly in the eyes, he hates when his servants do that! We were taught that the best way to serve him was without a noise and as unspoken as possible, not doing so much as thinking without his say-so and supervision.
"Hmm... You. What is this one?" His voice felt like the weight of a ship just rolled over me, sounding like a smooth drum that reverberated through my body as he spoke. I still could hardly register that I was bowing at the feet of my Idol! Surely he's seen how well I behaved for him and cleared up this whole thing. A Felidae stepped forward and bowed their head before speaking in a hushed tone.
"This one was about to pass its date. The more recent ones don't have a rabbit to make an example of, so this one was chosen." The cat explained. Yes! They realized it! Eventually I can get a life of my own and I can leave this farm behind!
The room was eerily silent, only the slight movement of his clothes as he shuffled in place. Was he thinking of how to let me go?
"Double check for any disobedience, in the meantime this one will have to do. Add another rule to their rulebook while you're at it" The tiger spoke, turning at his heel and swishing his tail in resignation to me and the Felidae at my sides. As I was picked back up from my arms again by the Felidae and dragged off, I couldn't help but feel worried again. We just came from this way, the only other room down this hall was... No... No no no...
"Please no! Please don't I've been so good you can ask any of the other rabbits! Th-they know me, I'll still be good I promise please don't take me to The Kitchen!" I couldn't help but scream, unable to grasp my fears anymore. I've been so good! Surely everything I've done for 19 years of my life wasn't just for nothing... Right? I felt a weight off my body when The Felidae stopped, looking back to the tiger who turned to face us. H-his glare... Along with the felines at my side, I lowered my head in obedience. Now is my chance!
"P-please! Please help me, sir! They were gonna take me to the Kitchen, but I-I behaved, just for you! I can still be good, I swear!" I broke from the Felidae's grip and leaped to bow again by the feet of him. He turned his feet to face me, I shuttered with both fear and what felt like honor... I'd never thought I could get so close to him! I could hear a low growl thrum across my body, feeling that burn from his glare again, shuddering to feel his attention on me after all these years.
"Rabbit... Do you have a name?" His voice felt smooth, but heavy. It was soothing just to be talked to by him, but I need to pay attention, I can't fawn just yet.
"N-no sir!" I hurriedly exclaimed. I could hardly contain my volume, I had only been facing the ground this entire time so I hope I'm not too loud for him.
"Good. You were one of the excelling rabbits, yes? No issues or anything to be put on the Felidaes radar. You're obedient." Each word struck deep within me, my Idol, complimenting me! This truly is the best day of my life!
"Pledge your autonomy to me."
"Wh-what does that mean?" I struggled to squeeze the words out. Admittedly I had no idea what he had just said. He scoffed, clearly disappointed with my shortcoming vocabulary.
"I figured it was something even you could fathom. I'm granting you the opportunity to leave this place behind. All you have to do is pledge your autonomy to me and live at my command." He offered, even his tone was more sympathetic to me. He... He understood! He realized that I didn't deserve the Kitchen, but to be close to my idol! He's so generous to someone like me!
"O-of course! I'll do anything, please! I pledge my autonomy to you, anything you wish, sir!" I pleaded, my head now pressing against the floor.and tears welling up my eyes as my wishes had finally been granted. My idol, finally acknowledging me and all that I'll do for him, years of training and teaching led me to this moment! To serve him, my tiger!
