Learning to Swim - Part XV
#15 of Entropy Series
The gang meets a new friend and things take an unexpected turn.
Due to complications in my life it took a while, but I'm back ladies and gentlemen! This chapter's a bit long and segmented, but it's also a pivotal point in the plot. Things are about to get shaken up and you fine furs have front-row seats!
As always, this story contains adult content and explicit imagery. If you are not legally able to view such material or it disturbs you, please stop reading immediately. To all the rest, Enjoy! Comments and critiques are encouraged!
Adrian sighed as he sat down on a bench by his rail station, paws clamping his head in a futile attempt to reduce his headache. He dropped his gaze down to the bag near his hindpaws and huffed again, his phone lit up with a missed message. A quick check proved Iolvin was concerned over Dee's choice to huff it to work rather than accept a ride.
"What's that idiot worried about?" Ilaria nearly scared Dee to death when she spoke over his shoulder, joining him on the bench with a wicked smile. "Sorry, sorry!"
"Crap! Don't do that, Ari!" Dee held his phone to his chest and bopped the girl with his free paw. "What are you doing here anyway? Robyn's car not working again?"
"Nah, she wanted some alone time. She said it was to get some things done and take some meds, but..." Ari paused to look at Dee's quite miserable appearance and took the chance to change the subject. "We're fine though. But what about you? Looks like a hell of a hangover."
"Yeah, I guess we need to lay off the drinking for now huh? Don't know what's up but even I don't go out after just one drink."
"Oh, I'm wishing I had a heads-up myself hon. But you're right, we can't drink until we get the rest of that work done on us." Ari picked up her bad leg and lopped it over
the other, letting the prosthetic hang so her stump could rest a bit.
Dee looked over at a newcomer as he sat down and then quirked his head back to Ilaria. "Hey, how do you know that anyway?"
"Oh, right. You know about Sprite too..." Ari reached over to her pant leg and gave the nanite girl a light tap. "Well she found out a bit late that the nanites have some sort of quarantine they do with toxins. You can show yourself by the way, Sprite."
Sprite slipped out from her little hiding spot near the girl's ankle and waved an arm toward her bag and tablet. <Mistress is correct. Our sisters are less developed in their self sufficiency. Control modules will augment their weaknesses.>
"Yeah, what's the status on that anyway?" Ari investigated.
<The required components are complete and being kept sterile by our sisters in your laboratory. We are ready to perform their implantation at will.> The fairy girl stiffened a moment and then blinked to her masters, adding another message to the tablet. <Timing is rather lax, but we urge our masters to accept the new devices within approximately ninety hours. Master Rustfelt will start having complications after that barrier.>
"Oh, so that's my deadline?" Adrian spouted. "Sure, we were going to do this tomorrow anyway so we'll be fine."
"Yeah, we'll be alright. We'll work this all out soon enough." Ari took a look down the tracks and spotted a train coming their way. "Hey, that's us. You can ride on my shoulder here on out, Sprite. No point hiding you until we're back home anyway."
Sprite gave a nod, fluttered her wings, and flew up to Ilaria's shoulder for a better carrying position. Once she was settled, other two got up and slipped into their recently-stopped train. A pawful of seconds later they were on their way to work.
"So what's the plan today then? Finish up the records or do some actual testing?" Adrian asked as he led himself to a seat.
"Nah, I cleared up the records already. We're caught up." Dee waved a paw to the seat next to him but Ari just shook her head and leaned against a pole. "Been laying around too much lately. I could use the stretching. And a good hour at the..." She quirked her head at some movement in another car, then quickly homed in on it when she realized what was going on in there. "...range... Hey Dee, look at this. We need to get help."
"What's up?" Adrian rather harshly pinged as he looked over to the other car, the look on his face immediately afterward confirming he understood immediately. "Crap, we need to get someone in there!"
Ilaria huffed over to the sliding connector door and practically ripped it open. Even through the noise of the passageway between the cars she could hear what was going on clearly enough to get her blood boiling. Inside the rear car a wolf girl was being surrounded by three guys. When one of them noticed Ilaria intruding he shouted "Just turn around, honey," through the glass and locked the door shut.
"Damnit, Craig! Stop!" the girl shouted as she fought off the grabs from one of the guys. "I told you already, I'm not in the mood today!"
"Hey, you need money don'cha? Then suck my dick already and we'll be outta your hair." The fox up front, apparently Craig, fiddled with his pants and moved closer to the girl. "This is goin' down one way or another, girly. You can enjoy it an' get paid or we can just take it howe'er we want."
Ilaria tugged on the second door to no avail, her own experience like the girl's flooding her with emotion. "Damnit, get away from her! Fuck!" She noticed Sprite moving down her arm toward the handle and pleaded, "Please, do something! Get help!"
Sprite made a chirp or two and headed over to the edge of the door. She slid her paw over to the locked gap and then expanded it back into a liquid state. In a quiet and quick movement she was able to effectively wave a gooey tendril back at them through the glass. She retracted the appendage and then quirked her head questioningly to Ilaria with yet another chirp.
"Yes, just get in there and help that girl!" Ari excitedly hushed back to the nanite girl.
Sprite simply nodded to her mistress before slipping through the door gap with such ease that it just as well might have not even been there at all. Almost immediately the guy by the door was flat on his face, the nanogirl liquefying and expanding just beneath him such that he was displaced as if a wave of water had rushed behind him. The flurry of little robots spooled up into a vortex behind the next guy, who thanks to his buddy was spinning around in response to a thud and series of moans. By the time he noticed the glowing mass though, it was already wrapping around his right side and slamming him face first into a row of hard, plastic seats.
"The fuck is that!?" screamed Craig as he paused his assault to watch what was happening.
Sprite released the second man and allowed him to slump with one arm over the seats. Then in a surprising move she reconstituted her solid form, flying over to hover in front of the fox's muzzle. The two looked at each other with puzzled expressions, Sprite's own soon lingering back towards the otter on the other end of the sliding door. From this range her mistress's words were muddled but Sprite got the meaning of her pointing and yelling. Returning her gaze back upon Craig, she smiled until the assailant was willing to do the same.
"Ah, just a damn brat then? Well shove off fairy girl. This here's none of yo--"
Craig had done exactly what Sprite had calculated and opened his blabbering mouth. Without much haste the nanite being expanded one of her arms into a long tendril and crammed it down the fox's gullet. Immediately he started flailing about in panic, his paws trying to grab the goopy gag but finding no purchase. Soon his movements slowed and his garbled screaming silenced, the lack of fresh air forcing the fox to lose consciousness. Once all the lights were out and nobody was home, he slumped to the floor and slid free of the tentacle. Without missing a beat Sprite then retracted herself back to her small, solid form and glided over to the door to unlock it for her mistress.
"Sprite! What did I say about hurting others!?" Ilaria quickly made her way past the unconscious furs on the floor so she could hover over the wolf girl, ignoring a text message on her phone that she was certain originated from the fairy. "Damnit... Are you alright, hon? Everything's okay now..."
"The fuck!? They were better to me than most guys!" The girl was apparently upset she was rescued, slouching forward to hold her face in her paws. "Now I'm down three good ones, shit. What the fuck am I supposed to do now?"
Ari blinked a few times at the response, recomposing herself. "Calm down, hon. You don't need to be around guys like that. What's your name, sweetie?"
"Ashe," the wolf answered as she forced herself to calm down. "And my pup over here is... shit." She felt around under her seat randomly and then called, "Indy? India, where are you girl?"
Sprite hovered over to another seat on the other side of the cabin and buzzed Ari's phone again, this time cranking the vibrator to double power so she'd be noticed. Ari sighed in frustration as she checked the messages. <All assailants are incapacitated with minor injuries. Protocol is still intact.> The first message at least made the otter feel better about the fairy's little rampage. The second line more poignantly read, <Mistress, there is a feral canine hiding beneath our location.>
"Oh, I think we've found her hon... uh, Ashe." Ari walked over to the pooch, a young Hungarian Poolie by first glance if the characteristic dreadlocks were to be trusted. A device on the puppy's back was catching under the seat, and after being cleared of obstruction it brought up a substantial question. "I'm sorry... I... Are you blind, Ashe?"
"Yeah, what of it? Just bring me my pup and I'll be fine."
"Woah..." Adrian slipped as he finally found the courage to investigate things. "Impressive work, Sprite."
Ari gave him a quick glance and said, "Not now, Dee. We need to get her out of here." That then brought another question to mind. "Ashe, where are you trying to go? We'll get a taxi next station for you."
"I don't... ehh..." Ashe grabbed a bracing pole and pulled herself to her hindpaws. "I'm just going wherever. I mean... I was sort of sleeping until these guys cornered me."
Taking a second to watch the pup hastily return to her master's side, Ari put things together slowly. "You're homeless, aren't you?"
"We should take her to the lab for now," Dee spoke up. "Once we all cool off we can decide where to go from there."
"Yeah," Ilaria agreed with a nod, "sounds good enough for me. Ashe?"
"I just don't want to be around when these guys wake up." She grabbed the guide bar attached to India and then picked up a rather heavy-looking bag. "Let's go."
"Here..." Ari offered a paw, correcting herself and taking Ashe's free one instead. "Let me help you around these bums."
"Here, let me get a chair or something," Adrian murmured as he entered the lab.
"She's blind, not crippled," Ilaria informed as she led Ashe through to a metal table. "Ashe, we're in a lab that handles weapons amongst other things. Don't go fiddling around too much unless you want your paws blown right off, alright?"
"And I'm supposed to just do ~what~ now?" Ashe signaled for India to sit at her current location. "At least tell me where I'm not supposed to go."
Ari stepped back and took a surveying gander at her own laboratory, never really having to blind-proof it before. "You're at the tables now, so uh... ten yards or so forward is the gun range. Don't go past that gate. To your whole right is where we store and tweak larger stuff..." She paused a minute as the nanite foundry came into view. "Dee, could you move that? No need getting her in the same mess as us, huh?"
He looked over himself and responded, "Right. I'll move that and the gas bombs. Wouldn't want one of those falling on the puppy."
"Yeah, that would be bad." Ilaria came back over to the girl and looked her over again. "Do you need anything, hon? I think we've got some spare clothes in the--" She looked over to the locker room and smacked her own forehead. "--right, forgot the lockers and shower. They're to your left, the left-most door on that wall. Feel free to--"
"Make myself at home? Heard that one too many times." Ashe slid an arm over the tabletop to check it was clear and then placed her heavy bag on top. "I've got a change or two with me, but the shower sounds nice. You have Internet access here?"
"Yeah, Wi-Fi if you've got that. The password is--"
"Nope, don't tell me. Ruins the fun." The wolf found some spare clothes in her pack and then motioned for her pup to move again. As she reached the locker room door however she stopped to comment, "I understand you were trying to do the right thing back on the train, but all it did was screw me from riding that one again. Thanks and all, but for everyone's good just let me be."
"Ashe, we only want to help..." Ari attempted to correct the girl, hushing herself when she saw the unimpressed look on her face.
"Many have tried. But I'm not used to that lovey-dovey family time crap. Just let me take a shower and I'll be out your fur." Ashe looked like she wanted to add in something extra, perhaps a bit rude, but instead she felt for the door and went in for her shower.
"Seriously, what's with that?" Ari asked Dee.
With a shrug of his shoulders Adrian let out, "No clue. You'd think she'd be more grateful or something."
Ari sighed and started looking around. "Well let's check on Sprite then. Where you hiding, little girl?"
The nanite girl fluttered over from Ilaria's desk and stood in front of her, commandeering the screen of an instrument on the table. <We are here to serve, Mistress.>
Noticing more than enough chipped sections on the fairy's arm Ari asked, "You alright? Did you take damage in that fight or something?"
The screen flickered as it cleared itself then lit up with a fresh message. <We have lost some of our sisters to the tissues of the fox from earlier. Our damage is nominal. We still contain sufficient ranks to replicate our lost kin.>
"Alright, as long as you think it's okay. I'm just glad you're still here to begin with, and not just because we need those implants from you either." Satisfied with the state of things Ilaria headed over to the locker room herself to see if she could assist Ashe. "I'll give the girl a paw if you want to get back to work, Dee."
"Sure, Sprite and I can run cultures on that SPD project that I never finished." Sprite took that as a cue and flew over to Adrian. "You ready for some work, Sprite? It's easy stuff."
Ilaria gave the two a quick smile even though neither was looking back to see it. She headed to the lockers and pushed open the door, immediately hearing the shower water running in the adjacent room. She stepped around the various tidbits of clothing now littering entrance to the showers. Ari was about to make herself known by asking if the wolf needed any help, but something else caused her to hush instead. She heard a faint murmur or mumbling and thought maybe the girl was talking to her dog, instead finding the need to swallow deeply and find her quickly. Ashe wasn't talking, she was crying.
"Oh Ashe..." Ilaria moved into the steamy room and found the girl crouched against the far wall with Indy slumped against her side. "You don't need to hold it in, hon. I'm here for you."
It took almost a whole minute for her to collect herself enough to form proper words, but Ashe eventually responded, "I'm... fine..." Her tone betrayed her words however, gags and gasps separating nearly every syllable. "I'm used to it..."
Ari sighed at the girl's resistance to outside help and sat next to her in the running water. Wanting to at least break through to her she changed the subject with, "So what kind of wolf are you, hon?" She paused to look the girl over as best she could without directly spying her private areas; she found Ashe's name quite fitting with a grey and white coat of fluffy fur. "You look the spitting image of my dad you know?"
"Hmm? You don't have a growl to your voice though..." Finally, the barrier was lowered.
"Well I'm mostly my mom's side, river otter. Dee out there's an otter too." Ari slumped her head against Ashe's shoulder. "But you still haven't answered my question."
"Arctic wolf." The girl seemed to open up but was hooked up on something. "Hey... can we not talk about our families? I'm not so..."
"Sure, we can pass on that. If you need to talk about it though, I'm here," Ari timed her words with a hug. "I'm always here for you."
Ashe rested her forehead on Ari's arm and rolled it over to bop her head. "Yeah... Well, thanks for earlier. Those guys were assholes anyway." Her breathing was a lot steadier now, more confident. "I might be used to all that but it doesn't mean I like it."
"You know, I was... raped... earlier this month. I still haven't told anyone about it, and it hurts inside when I think about it." Ilaria squeezed the wolf girl snugly and added, "There's no shame in sharing if it helps down the road."
Ashe perked up for a bit and forced herself to calm down when she heard Ari's words. "It wasn't rape, not really. They pay me for it, and usually don't force me to do anything. And sometimes I really need that cash... Which is why I got angry at you I guess."
"If they ever did something when you didn't want to, I'd call that rape hon." Ari released her embrace and slowly got up to her hindpaws, keeping a paw on the girl's arm. "Here, Ash. Let's get you cleaned up. We can talk about this later when we're not in cold water."
"Sure... huh. What ~is~ that damn sound..." Ashe took Ilaria's paw and stood up, her ears quirking about trying to pinpoint whatever she was hearing. "Even an otter should be able to hear that whirring noise, right?"
"Whirring..." Ari shifted her weight and adjusted her leg, all the while listening for the sound she was describing. "Not sure."
"No, there is was again. Do what you just did over again."
Ilaria looked down at her prosthetic leg and forced it to bend and kick with a trick of the accelerometers. "Is that it?"
"Yeah, what is that?" Ashe's head and ears were locked on the otter's leg now. "Been bothering me since I met you."
Ari let out a little chuckle and brushed a paw through Ashe's hair. "I've got a fake leg. Guess I just got used to it." She gave another brush through the girl's hair and noted, "You know, blind or not you've got beautiful eyes."
The wolf's light fur betrayed her, allowing Ari to see her blushing. "It's from birth if that's what you're wondering... But thanks. Most furs think my eyes are creepy."
"Well don't get the wrong idea but I think you're damned sexy for a blind hobo. You take care of yourself pretty well." Ilaria leaned down and gave Ashe a quick kiss on the forehead. "Just don't let my brother get any ideas, haha."
"Wait, I'm gonna meet him?" Ashe frowned in surprise.
"Yeah, I'm taking you home after work," Ari answered with a smile. "I think it would do you some good to be around friendly furs for a bit, and I live with my family. Sound good?"
"We... uh... Don't expect much from me, but we can try that." She shook herself mostly dry and then added, "I don't handle families too well, so don't say I didn't warn you."
"Come on... There's some towels over here..." Ilaria deflected as she headed over to a cabinet in the locker room. "Let's get you back in some clothes. And me in my backups I guess."
"Mom? I'm back," Ilaria announced as she walked through the side entrance to her house. She checked the kitchen and den for her mother but found no signs of life. "Hey, where you at?"
"In my room, dear," Catherine's voice silently filtered from the back.
"Alright. I've got friends with me." Ari held the door open for Adrian and Ashe, moving more out of the way when the wolf girl and her dog went through. "Dee, can you show--"
Ashe stopped and flicked Ari on the snout softly with exceptional precision for a blind girl. "I'm not helpless you know. I'll be fine on my own, Ilaria."
"Sure, just trying to be a good host and all." Ari shut the door and headed over to a kitchen bar stool, giving Ashe a passing rub on the back along the way. "I'm pretty sure my parents will be okay with you staying a while. Might have to sleep on the couch though since there's no guest room."
"Yeah, and the other rooms are already a bit uh... crowded already," Dee chimed in as he found a place on the other side of the counter to stand.
"Just find me a power outlet and I'll be alright. I'm good sleeping anywhere." Ashe slowly made her way to the others using their voices and stopped at the counter on a cue from India. "You forget where you found me trying to catch some Z's earlier."
"Yeah, not so successfully I should add. There's an outlet on this counter by the way." Ari went to kick out the stool on the end to make some noise for the girl, but Ashe reached out and found it quickly enough. "Huh, you handle yourself pretty damn well though."
"Why is there a feral animal in my house?" Cat rounded the corner with an empty clothes basket and moved over to her daughter, eyes locked on Ashe and Indy. "You know I'm alright with friends but pets are another thing missy."
"Mom, it's alright. She needs her puppy to get around." Ilaria waited until her mother perked her head to the side in understanding before appending, "Right... Mom, this is Ashe and her pup India."
"You find the most interesting friends, I swear..." Cathy put the basket down on the countertop and then moved to be in front of Ashe. "Nice to meet you, Ashe. You can call me Cathy if you want." She then gave her daughter a glance. "You sure now's the best time to bring new friends over though? I thought you were going to talk to your father tonight..."
"Well, that might have to wait. We'll see; depends on his mood later."
Dee slipped in, "And how much he's had to drink," to comment as well.
"That too," confirmed Ari. "But more importantly, can Ashe here stay with us a little while? She's had a... rough day... and really needs a place to straighten herself out."
"You mean as a guest? There's already enough traffic in here with you lovebirds roaming about." Catherine placed a studious eye on Ashe and took a deep breath. "She's not a runaway is she?"
"I've been homeless since fifteen, Cathy. Ran away yeah, but you would too if you had a dad like mine." Ashe pulled the blame off of Ari and put herself in the spotlight. "Ilaria here saved me from a pawful of guys trying to force themselves on me. I think she wants to look after me for that but I swear I'm fine. I would appreciate the courtesy of you letting me stay a night though, if that's alright."
"Or more," Ari quickly added.
Catherine raised a brow at the girl's words, taking a moment to look at her daughter's expression. Still not convinced she looked to Dee and asked, "That all true? Was Ashe here almost raped?"
"Yeah, it's the truth Cat," he answered.
Taking time for another sigh, Cathy looked back to Ilaria and said, "She needs to be around friends then. If you can find room for her I'm alright with her staying a bit. But make sure her little friend doesn't scratch my counters or anything."
"Thanks mom. I'll take responsibility for her and Indy," Ilaria quietly cheered.
With a nod Ashe added, "I'll stay out of your fur, trust me. Family time isn't my thing, you know?" She reached over the counter to prod for the electrical outlet Ari had mentioned, charger in paw. "Okay, maybe a bit of help's okay. I need to keep my laptop alive."
"I still can't believe how well you use one of those things," Ari commented as she took the girl's paw and guided it to hover over the outlet.
"She showed me how it works. Pretty nifty actually," Dee added.
"What's nifty?" Robyn suddenly asked as she walked through the side door and shut it as quietly as it was opened. "Ooh, is this that poor girl... Ashe?"
"Nice to see you too, sweetie. Why yes, I did have a good day." Ari playfully rolled her eyes and opened her arms, inviting Robyn in for a quick hug. "Yeah, this is Ashe. Ashe, this is my mate, Robyn."
"Nice to meet you, love," Robyn warmly passed to the girl along with an outstretched paw. After a few awkward seconds she then rolled her eyes as well and giggled, "Sorry, forgot you were blind."
"It's... alright..." Ashe took a moment to think something over and then gave Ilaria a somewhat creepy stare. "...I didn't know you were gay... I mean, all that talk about Robyn sounded like a guy and..." A quite visible flush of blood shone beneath the girl's light fur as she continued, "Oh gods, the shower..."
"Bisexual, hon. And no, I wasn't 'eyeing the goods' if that's what you were thinking." Ilaria put down her squirrel girl and spin to face Ashe, a paw going to her shoulder. "Trust me, I'm not the type to go on looks alone. You're safe until I get to know you better, haha."
"Right, so I'll start on dinner then while you all get to know each other. Dee, honey..." Catherine moved to the fridge to get started, her head poking out to finish her request, "Do you know when that handsome son of mine's coming home today?"
"Class until seven I think, Cathy." The otter boy moved to help with the preparations. "We should make something tasty if these two are gonna talk to your husband later."
"Your dad? What's all this about?" asked Ashe as she pulled out her laptop. Switching it on and revealing the screen was broken, she added, "I mean, sorry if it's too personal or something..."
"Nah, nah..." Ari shrugged her shoulders at Robyn and waited for her to okay the situation with a nod. "Well my dad doesn't know I'm bisexual, and that... uh... I'm also partly a guy. The plan was to tell him tonight after he's had a good time playing cards. Might lessen the blow, you know?"
"And her brother's dating me too, so we were going to tell him that as well," Dee appended as he pulled out a chopping board.
"If you want to hide somewhere while we do that, I won't blame you Ashe." Ilaria looked at the laptop with a lopsided glare and added, "We have Wi-Fi here too, so you can play on this thing or something. It might get a bit heated if I know my dad well enough."
Ashe pulled out a set of earbuds and popped one into her left ear. She waited a second for something to trigger in the sound and then started typing on her laptop. "Like I said, family stuff and all... Where am I sleeping? I'll just hide out there."
"Well, that might not work out so well... I was thinking you'd take the couch but that's out here..."
"Ielunschra! I thought I raised you better than that..." Cathy put down some vegetables she was bringing over to the sink and stared at her child. "There's the fold-out couch in your father's office, remember? I'm sure that would be much more appropriate for this nice girl."
"R-right mom..." Ari huffed at the light scolding and rebooted, "I guess you can hold up in our dad's office. He shouldn't mind for a few days. The router's in there too so at least you'll get a good signal while you're here."
"I'll probably end up sleeping on the floor anyway, so you really don't need to go out of your way..." Ashe paused as she waited for another cue, then fervently typed away at the black screen. "...uh... I'll be just fine. I appreciate the help though." She typed a few more lines and then shut the screen on her device. "Okay, so how can I help with the cooking? I might not look it, but I used to cook every day."
"We're just making a sauce right now. Not much I think you can do, really." answered Cathy.
"You need to chop stuff, right?" The girl perked up and begged, "Please? It's been a while since I've been able to cook! I swear I won't cut myself or anything!"
"Uh... Sure, if you really want to. I was just trying to be a good host, dear." Cathy finished rinsing the veggies and placed them on the chopping board. "Can you make your way over here?"
"Yeah, one sec!" Ashe reached down and found India's brace bar, then followed that down to the pooch herself. Giving her a scratch on the head Ashe commanded, "Stay here, girl. I'll be back." She then hopped off her chair and followed the counter edge all the way over to Catherine's position. "So where's the knife?" Ashe asked with a paw flipped up to accept the utensil.
"Oh, here," Cathy answered suddenly as she snapped out of a trance. Placing a chef's knife in the girl's paw she apologized, "Sorry, it's just interesting to watch you move about."
"Not unlike Ari here, heeeeeee!" Adrian joked as he went to join the others, his spot in the cooking process now taken.
With a bop to the noggin Ilaria huffed, "Goofball..."
Ashe rolled over on the couch she'd found in the study, the wolf not being accustomed to anything more delicate than ground or benches to sleep upon lately. She grabbed for an earbud a few times over her head, an end table holding her laptop as it desperately choked down some badly needed electricity. Device in ear, she then tapped a key and listened to the coded tone that came back.
With a sigh Ashe untethered her head and reached over the front of the couch. "Still going. Good thing we got some juice for the ol' girl or all that would have been for nothing." She gave India a pet from above and commented, "Hey, you might have the right idea, girl. That wood floor sounds cozy."
The wolf girl perked her ears as she heard a commotion from the rest of the house. It appeared that things were getting heated between this house's father and the rest. A spiked chill ran down Ashe's spine as she thought back to similar moments with her own father and how this must have been what the neighbors felt. Then just as she went to silence the noise with her earbuds, the house went more or less silent on its own.
"Shit, that isn't good." Ashe rolled around completely and took a deep breath. "Well at least we can sleep, Indy. Night, girl."
"...my own flesh and fucking blood!..." a rather drunken voice mumbled just outside the door. Then the passage opened just long enough for the man to stumble inside the room. "Ain't right they dun wanna screw the right way..."
Suddenly Ashe found herself yelping as the full weight of this drunken fur sat down on her legs. "OW!! Hey, watch it!"
"Well dun go sleep'n in my study, girly." As she guessed, it was Ilaria's dad making a fool of himself in private. "Hey... yer a husky?"
Ashe reiterated, "Hey, off the legs please!" and found no change in Vasily's position. With a grunting sigh she gave in and answered, "No, I'm an arctic wolf. NOW can you get off?"
Vasily shifted so he wasn't pinning her legs oddly, but still sat on her all the same. "Dun talk back ta me, girly. Ya stay in my house, ya do as I say. Got it?"
"Y-yeah..." Ashe answered reluctantly, obviously not liking such a ruling but too far into things to refuse. "Uh... please can you get off? It hurts a bit."
"Nah, I like the view..." Vasily ran a paw up the wolf girl's back, lifting her shirt as he went. "They might not get it, but I smell yer in season, girly." He pushed on her shoulder and shifted his weight so Ashe was more or less face-down in the couch.
"Don't you fucking..." Ashe was stopped by a firm clasp of the larger fur's paw around the back of her neck. "...P-please... I just wanted to sleep..."
"Way I see it, ya made me horny and ya need ta fix dat. Besides, I ain't havin a girl in heat in my house dat ain't happy." Vasily got up now that his paw held Ashe down and quite audibly fumbled with with his belt. As his pants hit the floor he added, "So take it like a good girly an e'rybody'll be happy."
As the husky started playing with the girl's own pants to pull them to her ankles, Ashe threw up one flimsy request. "C-condom? Uh..." She shut herself up as Vasily got back behind her and started rubbing his cock against her opening.
"Now why would ya want one o' dose?" Seeing the wolf girl wasn't into the mood herself he paused to spit at their junction. "Only way ya stop that heat is wi'out one. So lemme get ya a dose of my medicine, yeah?"
Without much warning at all Ashe found herself being painfully filled inch by inch. When she felt something inside her pop the yelped and pleaded, "Stop, please! It hurts!" only to find herself hilted on the husky before her words ended.
"Damn yer tight, girly!" Vasily went to add some more makeshift lubrication and stopped himself in surprise. "Oh, dat explains it. Congrats on bein' a woman now, hehe."
Ashe grunted and winced as the larger male hammered away at her sore pussy. For a short while she continued her attempts to crawl away even if she didn't know her way around the house to escape. Running was impossible anyway, a few thrusts later leaving Vasily with most of his weight resting atop the girl. He clamped down on the small of her shoulder with his muzzle and gave a few firm presses forward, suddenly bringing the realization that his knot was inflated to the wolf girl's mind.
"Please... don't!" Ashe whimpered as she tightened the muscles around her thighs in protest.
"No heat in my house, girly." Vasily slammed home until he was fully seated inside the girl then added, "And my wife hasn't lemme dun dat in years!"
Tears started rolling down Ashe's muzzle as she got used to the extra volume inside of her. She tried to think about something else but only ended up doing quite the opposite. Ashe's mind settled on the mass rocking softly inside her, sorting out the different sensations triggering in its proximity. Then the unthinkable happened, causing the girl's crying to worsen. She realized she was enjoying how it felt.
"Fuck, gonna..." Vasily pushed uncomfortably hard into the girl below him and clamped his teeth around her neck again, choking out his words through her fur. "...Gonna cum, bitch!..."
Ashe shook her head at his words, tensing and gripping his length even though her mind screamed otherwise. She bucked back against Vasily a few times until he no longer did the same, a warm pulse tickling her deep inside in just the right ways. Then without much warning a pressure started building between the two and drove Ashe crazy.
"That's it, girly," Vasily growled low through his teeth. He bucked a few more times and tensed himself. "Grah... So nice ta take a bitch..."
As the husky writhed about in bliss and continued to deposit his gift, something finally overtook Ashe with an almost violent fury. A tingling sparked inside her groin and quickly spread out to her limbs, sending them into uncontrollable fits and shakes. Her whole body began to convulse for a brief moment and her vision blurred. In seconds it was all over, but she would have killed to experience it even another nanosecond. Ashe had just claimed her first orgasm.
"Ooh, someone's gett'n' wat she needed..." Vasily picked the two of them up a bit and scooted so they were both lying on their sides. "Now jus' go ta sleep and ferget all dis even happened, missy. Our lil' secret."
"B-bastard..."
