I didn't want to go with the corny dolphin sounding names either, ruling out things such as “dolphy," “delphina." “keiko" was nice, but already taken by a male killer whale. somehow i decided on “keiki." i'm not sure why, it just seemed to fit.
The Breeding Station
The first cross whale and orca had been born on the delphina, _her_ship. but still... moren spoke up, "i...i really didn't know what was going on either. i peeked into maya's pod, saw you three, um, m-mating..."
