soren nodded and started the car. the drive back was silent, with soren not even turning on the music. eli sat without speaking and watched soren.

The two laughed as soren carried them to bed, soren laying eli gently on the bed before lying down next to him.

He vaulted over the back of the couch and hugged soren, resting his muzzle on soren's shoulder. soren smiled. "they found it early, and she reacted well to treatment.
Adjustments
