After Work
It involves popping balloons with cigarettes, which is something i've never seen before on here, or much artwork with mylar balloons. realizing that, i decided to just write it for fun and it's one of my favourite stories to date.
Latexed Lugia
Tipping the thin, shriveled balloon into my hand, i tossed the bag without a second thought. i then turned my attention to finding the mouth of the balloon to manually inflate it.

So this is my third commission for theloonerking and this one involves ash ketchum, lucario and a basement full of balloons and inflatables. this took me a few days to complete, but i'm reasonably happy with the result.
