Overencumbered
The striped hyena tugged at the hanging branch, testing its strength beneath the sheet of canvas resting over it. There had been the smallest of cracks as he had first done so but now it seemed fine; he bunched some of the material up in his paws and...
Diplomatic Dialect (art + story)
The warm, dry wind that blew across the savannah, swirling up dust from amid the depths of the knee-high grasses, went largely unnoticed on this morning. A small, rudimentary camp sat there just below the ridgeline of the hill, low enough that it would...
Warmth Of The Wild

Boat Ride (art + story)
Kael drummed his fingers along the rail of the boat, the wolf’s ears perked to the swishing of the breeze – and then flicking back at another sound coming from behind him. He turned and looked over that way, finally seeing the door to the main cabin...
Warmup Stretching [Sketch]
Piper couldn’t _believe_ her luck. She paced back and forth at the foot of the bench, not even bothering to look back at the locker room door: the first thing she had done was throw both locks and then give it a tug to make sure it wouldn’t be...
