Canine Condition [Commission]
“It’s really nice out today, isn’t it?” “It is. I’m glad we did this.” Annie kicked her legs slowly back and forth where she sat on the bench, looking up at the sky overhead as she did so. The spring sun shone down through the trees,...
First Day On The Job [Commission]
“You sure this is right?” “‘Course I am.” The dog pointed out the line on the sheet of paper he’d been given, the one that read ‘Floor 17, room 1718’. He had white fur all over interspersed with various shades and splotches of grey, brown, and...
wander ~ Chapter 1
After a while, Monday mornings all start to blend together. You're at school, you're there, but you're not really _there_. Left your mind and most of your consciousness back at home underneath warm blankets; I know that I've fallen asleep on the bus...
Burying Two Bones With One Dog [Sketch]
Max’s paw ran through short, thick fur and pressed into the skin underneath, the lines of sleek muscle repeatedly tightening, again and again in rhythm with the thrusts that bounded through him. He swallowed again, lungs tingling with the mixed bite of...
Reciprocation [Commission]
Immortal let his gaze follow the foxwolf as he knocked back the rest of his drink, rose, and strode out towards the dance floor, bushy tail swaying low behind him. What an _enigma_, that Brent: from the first time tonight when he'd settled into the...
The Fox From Vault 97 (Fallout)
Companionship in the Wasteland is hard to find, like a good, intact suit of power armor: when you get your hands on it, you hold onto it, you take care of it. People tend to mock it and make fun of it, especially the more brazen ones - "shit, I don't...
Kissing Practice [Sketch]
"So whose is bigger? Come on. It's not a tough question." Max couldn't believe he had gotten himself into this position. Or, rather, he _could_, but it still seemed absurd to him: Erika's paws gripped his shoulders from behind while her...
Impatient Theatergoers
"What movie did you wanna go see, Luke?" I paused my game and turned my head to Harold, my roommate - or, rather, the guy with whom I'm renting this house. He's a big German shepherd who's at least twice my age, and I guess you could say that we're...
Dirty Water (art + story)
Matt sighed and raised a hand to shield his eyes from the setting sun, the sky over the trees painted a smooth, rich blend of pink to violet to blue where he looked. The tall, craggy façade of Mount Mortar to one side and thick forest to the other, he...
Love Ya, Bro!
When it comes to interests, my brother and I are about as different as the water of the sea and the sand upon which it washes: sometimes they may cross over or mix, but as a general rule tend to remain separate. Where I like opera and metal, he likes...
Deep Trouble [Trade]
Dan crossed his arms in front of his chest and rolled his eyes, the golden retriever out in the yard taking his sweet goddamn time with his business. Sometimes he felt _certain_ that Axel was smarter than anyone gave him credit for: he'd often do this...
Overencumbered
The striped hyena tugged at the hanging branch, testing its strength beneath the sheet of canvas resting over it. There had been the smallest of cracks as he had first done so but now it seemed fine; he bunched some of the material up in his paws and...
