Chapter One: Knight of the Rift, Part One

A storm has gathered, and through it two fractions sit waiting for lighting to strike; at which they will move. Carson City has found peace but for how long can it be held? The egomaniacs, the Kagens and the cunning Riftwalkers stand facing each other, between them a town of civilians. Lighting nearly stuck once and the only people keeping it from striking twice are the Outsiders.

Three months have passed and peace has only been found out of minor respect to the Outsiders below. Yet with every passing moment, the danger to the city only increases. And on Lake Tahoe, the lakefront is changing. Kagen interests are shifting and new interests are being brought in. A soft wind passed over the lake and shifted the winter trees.

Bright thought about where he came from, the universe behind him pushing him and his race to this place. The war was close, but death was closer for him at every moment. The Kagens had no home, they traveled the universe looking down on the mortals they wished to care for, but even Bright knew that tenant wasn't for them to follow. And yet the Riftwalkers were evil, he knew that in his heart no matter how much the devils on the other side tried to grab him.

Bright looked around at the village built around him on this world, Kagens could be any race appear like any mortal but on the inside was where they appeared different and when they died, their cells regenerated, they were as vulnerable as any mortal they just had a backup plan.

But Bright through about the Riftwalkers, they were crafty recruiting mortals and making them immortal. Riftwalkers had strong exteriors and interiors and didn't need to regenerate in order to continue to fight. But both sides knew they could appear like anyone.

Some to the mountains around had lost their leaves to the winter, but others mostly around the lake and closer to the Nevada basin has kept theirs. Still the northbound wind carries the scent of Kagens with it. On the northern shore of the lake, a town has formed. With temporary cabins and large tents set up, in the middle a slowly burning fire, heating the town and through the town's rode, many a Kagen walked through.

Most carried supplies with them, flowing carefully through the town. All of the Kagens were under the guidance of one man and one man alone, Twilight. The shark stood over the camp smiling. And looking to his left, a single shark stood next to him, his brother Bright.

“Well then Brother are you sure you don't wish to come with me, I hear the lava worlds of Magmoria are great for the skin this time of year." Twilight spoke as he leaned against the back of tree in front of them a bare field, except for in the center, a tiny collection of burn marks and tiny regrowth of grass.

“No I'd like to stay on Earth, I think it's become a theme of sorts for me; the nice grass and wind blowing through my hair, Las Vegas, Boston, and Washington DC are all great in all the time lines we go to, but we have a war to fight, there is no going back from this moment." Bright concluded as he stood up, holding in his hands a metallic case. Inside was a very special gift, the case was about as long as a Bright's hands could be held out and he made sure to hold it very carefully.

“Well if I can't convince you otherwise, no reason to go on, but you know where we haven't been in a while?" Twilight asked as he reflected on the tree.

“Where?"

“New York City, we need to go there and share a hot dog, when the Kagens have won we'll go, just you and me on a family trip." Twilight let the words out, almost with a nostalgic sense, his deep voice cracking and letting something soft out. The sharks let out a shared gasp of air and then before them the portal arrived.

A green glow formed in the field and a quick flash of fire disposed of the grass that had collected there in the meantime. Looking over to the next tree hoping to hug his brother goodbye, he found Twilight running. The shark was already halfway through the field and before Bright could say anything, he was gone.

“Bye, good luck!" The lone shark reacted and hoped his brother would hear him through the portal. Probably not but it was a hopeful thought. And then with two more flashes of light, two more figures appeared through the portal and then it closed, like that the Kagen was gone and he was alone on this Earth.

Two people walked through, both in red armor and swirling red capes they were most definitely Kagens. Bright fell to his knees in traditional fashion and held the case, closed before him. It depended from general to general, but presenting the camp's gift would always be seen.

Bright opened his eyes a bit and peered through under the case, the first was a large brown wolf, his armor seemingly bulked up and designed to show off abs and large muscles. His eyes seemed to burn and he was wearing an impressive helmet, red in color and almost like a flame in shape. His gauntlets were seemingly a different metal and seemed to be built and treated differently.

The other most likely the lower of the two, was a dragon, his idle face seemed to suggest that he was bored. Still he looked dangerous, his thin body but massive wings making him look more like his ancestors. Bright looked away as the two Kagens approached him in the grove.

“Ah, look at this, a traditional gift. How well, this is the first front so I do believe your gift will be quite appropriate." The wolf complemented as he grabbed a hold of the metallic case's handle and opened it, and a smile formed on his face. “Ah yes, a sword from the outworlds I believe, how right, to show that we will cut off the head off the Riftwalkers here and now."

“Stand Kagen." The dragon spoke, with a slight hiss. His scales shined in the soft sunlight. Bright waited and the wolf placed the sword back in. Closing the case, the shark handed it to the wolf and the transfer of power was complete. This man was now the leader of the Kagens, in this camp at least.

“Well then introductions, you are Bright and we have heard a lot about you as for us, I am High General Octavius and this is General Zonate." Speaking with great vigor, the general looked at Bright and both of them seemingly reached a conclusion. Waiting for a second, they stood still and waited.

“Well then, kid I remember you. On Talion IV, you fought in the jungles with me and fought in the fire." The dragon remembered and then the fire in Octavius's eye was recognizable, and instantly like a memory Bright found himself back in that world.

Quickly the fire spread through the forest, sending the armed and armored Kagens throughout the jungle and splitting the Riftwalkers. Bright ran forward, through the underbrush and cleared it out of his way as he slashed forward and attempted to stay ahead of the forest. His vision was compromised by the smog around him and his hearing by the burning of the tinder behind him.

And then suddenly one jumped out at him, Bright raised his hand, his cape swirling behind him and stopped the Riftwalker with a shield. And then with no compassion, Bright blasted a hole through the head of the Riftwalker. That was only the first of his many kills, he needed to stay ahead of everyone and push back the Riftwalkers from this world.

“Everyone with less than three regenerative cycles return to the fallback line, all else focus on the center and attempt to split their forces." Like a message on a walkie-talkie, a telepathic message shot through Bright's head and as he heard it, his body passed it on. The Kagen stopped and looked around, looking through the dark smoke he saw the field.

Turning back as he walked forward, suddenly someone flew past him in the forest. Their eyes met for a second, and for that second he absorbed all the details of that person. It was a Riftwalker, Basil, he watched as the fused shargon flew past and into the field.

“Well then we will have to deal with you." Bright spoke as he raised his hand and prepared to fire. He imagined tearing apart the body of the fused man and seeing what was inside, how everything would look, maybe he would have two hearts just the same as any normal Kagen. And then smoke entered his nose, Bright coughed. His focus was thrown and he lost his energy.

“Well then Riftwalker consider yourself lucky for now, maybe one day we will meet again on the battlefield and you and I will battle!" Shouting Bright, ducked his head under the branches and approached the battle field. Energy blasts were being thrown between Kagens and Riftwalkers as it seemed to be hell and then like that in one massive explosion it all ended.

“Fall back men, one of them exploded!" Bright looked up as the field burned and forward fire exploded into the air. The Kagen was knocked back and seemingly all the Riftwalkers started to retreat from the battle as well. Bright saw the fire in his eyes, soon the fire that could burn worlds at his command.

“Yes I do remember that battle, you were giving the orders that day, but in my experience I find I work a bit better with dragons as well." Bright spoke and looked at Zonate. The dragon blinking as he turned toward the shark, Bright started to walk away and the generals looked at each other as they followed.

“Now then the rest of the camp is dying to meet you two, hopefully you can put an end to this damnable Earth sooner than I can." Bright spoke as he held his hand up to the sky and seemingly a burst of fire appeared. If he could touch the ground like that the fire would spread at his command.

Bright was knocked back as a concussion wave hit him and the shark was knocked through the jungle. Tumbling through the hooded underbrush and getting knocked into the branches around, the shark was then knocked onto the ground, like that he fell and looked forward.

“Oh god this one is going to hurt, well there is a first regeneration for everyone and it's my turn." Bright wearily spoke as he felt the branch stabbing his arm, he looked down and saw the blood flowing from his arm, that usually wasn't good for him and he closed his eyes and waiting for the orange glow to envelop his body. But it never came. The shark laid in pain as he looked forward and saw the orange glow on other people but never hitting him.

“Dammed injuries not being enough to hurt me." Bright complained as he stood up and looked forward, as he held onto his injuries. It was more than painful and the shark groaned as he held onto the wound. Stepping forward he looked to his friends, the Riftwalkers were going to come back and hurt his friends.

Even as Bright waited to pass out onto the ground, he still waited for the first regeneration of a new era but it never came and he was left stumbling through the brush towards his destiny. And then he saw it, the bodies on the ground, all on the floor, it burned its way into Bright's eyes and the Kagen shark would never forget.

“So then, tell me how much you love me?" Isaac asked as he leaned his elbow into the table, not finding his food quite as interesting. Finn smiled as he swallowed down his foot and looked over to Isaac, the shark seemingly looking into his eyes and trying to pass time. They were in the cafeteria, in the brown-brackish tiled lunch room filed to the brim with as many students as possible, everyone flooding the lines.

Finn Harris was a seventeen-year-old shark, and the times had worn him down. Stress and worry inside of his system, his smooth skin wrinkled ever so much as he lifted up his blue eye. Still as the shark sat down he adjusted his blue and white jacket, next to him the love of his live, Isaac O'Neill.

Isaac personally preferred his purple and black jacket, and was the same age as Finn. A bionic leg on his knee kept him walking his powers of gravity giving him a spot in the Outsiders. As Isaac put his hands on Finn's, his hands sparked, Finn smiling and trying to hide his powers again.

The Outsiders, were an organization of superheroes, strong and mighty. But now they had a new threat, the Kagens and the Riftwalkers who both arrived from an interdimensional portal and went to war with their town Carson City in the middle.

“Well I love you so much, I would let you clone me a million times just so that you can have more than enough fun with me." Finn spoke as he grabbed his spoon and took the tapioca pudding and ate it down as sexily as possible. Looking forward, Isaac leaned in and Finn swallowed his food again.

Isaac touched his face and they touched. Grabbing his chin, Finn stroked it and touched lips to Isaac, the two of them kissing over the lunch table. Everyone watching them as the two touched and as the pulled away, the sparks between them more then Finn was able to ever make with his powers. Finn leaned in and kissed him again.

Just holding him in place, Finn kissed his upper lip and pulled away smiling and then kissed him a bit more, his smile growing each time. Before it devolved in to a full make out session they realized that the entire lunch table and lunch audience was watching them.

“I love you so much right now." Isaac stated as he pulled away and then looked around, everyone was staring at them. Ross, a dragon was smiling with them and Erick, a fun loving Komodo Dragon, seemed indifferent to the situation, from half way around the room Finn watched as Michelle, a traitor to the cause, now wearing a camo jacket, glared them down. Tidus, another shark and Finn's friend looked embarrassed and all the while Billy looked jealous. And then Iren slipped into the table, she was showing a bit and it reminded Finn of the time he found out he was having a child.

Like most times in a strange place they didn't know Isaac and Finn were making out in the lobby of a hospital, white walls with antibacterial spray thrown around like it was some sort candy. And while Erick watched and laughed a bit as the two made out. And then the two pushed away. Isaac turned his head and looked over to the two large folding doors.

“So then are you having this baby yet?" Isaac spoke and Finn turned over. Finn hated his boyfriend for not being angry, three months ago after the near war at the airport, the entire team fell apart. Only now was it recovering, but either way there was still going to be baby and it came from Finn.

“Yeah, yeah don't share the love, it's not happening yet." Iren suddenly came to the set of chairs and looked down at the “affair" happening before her. With a hand on her stomach she looked at the two Outsiders and smiled a bit. Iren groaned as she sat down at another envelope and held in her hand an envelope. Finn couldn't tell if she was kidding or just playing with them again.

“Ah yeah and we're back to this again, just let this go. Just because you got yourself knocked up by some man doesn't mean you have to drag us with you into hell as well." Isaac said as shocked the group, Iren looked at him and glared seemingly she had a look of satisfaction on her face.

“Oh really the envelope says differently, DNA testing came in and I didn't even need to get Finn off once more." Iren stated, as the shark looked embarrassed at the fact. She started to chip at the envelope and open it. “Outsider data base my ass."

“Really and what would you know about getting men off?" Isaac retorted with a look of satisfaction on his face. Erick laughed a bit in his chair and even turned towards him.

“And you are the father, you may have said I mothered Ross, but now you're going to have to raise him and I know that you can pay." Iren re-retorted and then seemingly like that the tension was gone from the three. Everyone looked as she took the papers out and placed them on the table. And just like that the Outsiders looked onto the piece of paper. Seemingly Finn was the father, Isaac opened his mouth and looked over to Finn.

“What the hell, how the, why the, where the even did this happen and where; do we have like a date of conception?" Isaac asked in rapid succession as he scrambled onto the paper and held it up to his face, looking onto it as he managed to get the whole attention of the room. “Whelp, Finn I think this one is onto you because you are shit out of luck on this one."

Finn suddenly found himself being looked at by the whole group of people, watching as they expected an answer, seemingly demanding one. And then Finn paused, he looked over to Iren, this was his child, this was his and if this paper was correct this was his responsibly. He paused, looking at the group and wondered what to say. He had nothing.

“Well, let me explain. I don't know, I don't remember anything but there was this one night where everything was knocked out. If I knew I would tell you guys and trust me this isn't something I would want to lie about." Finn said as the group looked at him, he really didn't sell that answer as good as he hoped and he knew that they were not considering buying his bullshit.

The three looked to Finn and the shark found himself without a real answer better than that. Finn stood still and looked at the group, wondering what they would think about him. Would this ruin his reputation? He stood still and everyone seemingly peering into him and his mind, everyone looking for an answer that wasn't there.

“He's telling the truth, I just took a quick peek and I see nothing, so either way I saw something that everyone wasn't going to like." Erick suddenly piped up and like that everyone turned towards him. Iren started to burn again but Ross managed to hold in his pudding this time. Looking around, Erick nodded at the group and they accepted his answer.

And then like that as three doctors drove a stretcher into the hospital doors, through the entrance with a man on it The three of them looked at him and saw that he had some sort of nanopiece on his hands. The three of them paused and they knew that he was infected as well, the doctors seemed to have masks on and seemed to be ready to get into hazard suits.

“He was found in the warehouse district." Erick added opening his eye and adding to the conversation, the three of them too that without doubt and like that the conversation was turned from the baby and to the nanobots, Iren was barely a month pregnant anyway, who knew what kind of mutant child they would have anyway.

“The idiot must have touched his hand into a puddle that had some goop we didn't clean, the idiot probably will have to lose his hand, but the spread should be cut off if the doctors have Azbantium equipment with them." Isaac explained as he watched the doors disappear into the door.

“Don't say that." Finn said.

“Sorry, the truth." Isaac retorted.

“God this poor baby, going to grow up in a strange household, so then maybe we should rotate houses or maybe you want to live with me or Isaac you have a big house." Iren changed the subject again and got the two sharks to look at her.

“Yeah no, leave my house out of this." Isaac retorted.

“Well I mean…" Iren added.

“Ok Iren, we have like eight more months to figure this out." Finn interrupted Iren and took the conversation with him. “So then let's just settle somethings with the nanobots and the Kagen Riftwalker war. And then we can figure this out with the baby and what not."

God knows what the perception filter turned that into but Finn knew he was right in that sense, but of course nothing had happened in the two months since and that meant that Finn could do nothing, it was just his luck. So of course the shark was a bit nervous at the lunch, he was just waiting for something to happen at the school or in the town.

“Hey Iren, how are you feeling?" Finn asked as she sat down, turning away from Isaac, he looked at her stomach and put his hand on it. Of course he felt nothing but he was still waiting for the day where he could. He smiled at her and she smiled back, they finally reached some leave of acceptance with each other and decided not to go at each other's necks.

“Pretty good, just some nausea, but how are you guys doing." Iren added as she pulled over her tray and sat down. For a second it looked like she was going to say something but then she just burped. Gas exited her mouth and everyone looked at her strange. “Yeah that happens, no help from you."

“Really don't play with me, at least everyone will remember me." Iren sat down and wondered for a second. Pausing she looked over to the two and then held on for a second. The two of them paused before they continued eating again, nobody said anything. Until of course Isaac spoke.

“Yeah everyone will remember you for managing to turn my boyfriend straight with that little tumor in your stomach." Isaac spoke, and then seemingly with his lashing out turned back towards his food. Finn almost said something but ignored it even as Ross spit out his tapioca pudding into Barry's hair. The Komodo Dragon brother of Erick nearly cursed but kept his composure.

“Sorry but I can't I cannot get enough of this, this is amazing." Ross whispered as got a napkin and started to wipe the pudding off. Billy shook his head and Tidus continued to eat as he watched the occasion happening in front of him. Even Finn found himself laughing a bit, as Iren got steamed and her fur turned red. She held her stomach, still barely showing.

“Does this happen often." Billy asked before he was interrupted.

“Ok well Isaac, you've been saved for now, because I don't want to deal with you, so then onto the next part of discussion the Nanobots, I think they might be coming." Iren said as she sat down, seemingly integrating back into the crowd that quickly. Billy looked as she gathered the paper and put it into the tan envelope. Holding still, he looked to Ross, who nodded at her.

“Were in a strange place, happens every once and a while, don't worry by tomorrow we'll be back to normal. Just don't mention it." Ross said as he looked at Billy and grabbed his hand, rubbing it, still it seemed like there were somethings that couldn't be explained easily. They moved over and got a deserted part of the table, the two of them getting away from the drama.

“So then about things that don't involve superpowers, do you think we can study a bit, for the exam?" Billy asked as he felt Ross just reach around and get a bit more pudding off his head. Billy rubbed the back of his head and tried to rub the rest of it away. Ross laughed a bit and looked into Billy's eyes.

“Listen don't be so crazy, just do your best and I know you'll pass but if you want to do a little more studying, that be fine by me." Ross suggestively said as he rolled his eyebrows, getting more than a laugh out of Billy. Isaac looked over as he felt his alpha relationship being threatened. Finn laughed a bit and Iren did as well, both of them looking at each other before looking away blushed.

“Please Billy, we try not to sexualize Ross because of how young he is." Isaac said as he looked over at the two of them. Isaac looked down to his tray and saw how full it still was. “Well then, I think seconds are being opened up right now."

“I knew that by the sense of dread in the lunch ladies." Erick said nodding as he stood up and walked towards the counter with his tray in his hand. As he walked into the front of the line, no one behind him, he grabbed a few items. Pizza, rice and all the good stuff, and walking forward, with his tray on the cold metal counter, it looked like Erick would have a good lunch.

And even with the glass between him and the steaming new food, Erick felt his stomach growling. He walked forward, and arriving at the cashier, he realized he had no money. Panic struck him and he knew it couldn't happen again, panicking the lizard suddenly found his mind else ware.

“Press the tiny symbol on the side in order to use the free system and just sneak some food out before the asses come in."

Erick suddenly heard the words of the lunch lady in his head and looking over he realized that he searched through the memories of her. And then like that starting something he sneaked the food past with the free button. Erick smiled and looking around, no one seemed to realize it. As he looked around the brown tiled room, filled to the brim with students, Erick realized no one cared. He wondered if he could do it again.

And something told him that he might do that again.

“Now then, what should we do?"

Sitting down on a metallic table, the woman known to the Outsiders as Loraine Hart swung her legs and looked over where her male opposite was sitting, he was once known as Gene Whitman and both of them were Nanobots, not in the traditional sense, they were made up of Nanobots, a swarm with a living brain and a living purpose.

“I say we attack, we do something big, something that will strike fear into the heart of all people below us and then they will truly know who is the true race to stand on this Earth." Nano-One said as he looked over their holographic map of Carson City, the only thing visible inside their dark room. He looked over it and wondered where would the best place to strike be.

“We need to do something that will make the city begin to lost trust in the Outsiders and then we can slowly start to make our way into the city and regain it and her people into us." Nano-Hart spoke with extreme justification on her side and then suddenly a blue light blasted in from the side of the room, a TV panel hung on the wall started to glow. Both of the Nanobots started to bow as the image loaded.

“Now then you two, know that you have my permission to do what you want, attack the city, disrupt the Kagens. Just don't do anything that will lead to war between the two groups."

On the screen was the nanobots' master, of course cloaked in shadow and speaking with a modulated voice. The two of them stood up and nodded, and then staying silent waiting for him to disappear off the screen, he did not, instead the hologram projector displayed two more nanobots.

“These two, Frostbite and Flashpoint, the two of them have been selected because of their extreme adaptability to begin transformations into Generation Two leaders, something you two lack the capability to do." And then like that with a switch of an off screen button the master of the nanobots disappeared and the two were left alone in the room.

“Wait did you hear him, he said we lacked the ability to be generation twos. We're being replaced." Nano-hart yelled out coming to conclusions quickly. The hologram generator turned back to what it was previously was tinkered by the nanobots as she zoomed into the city.

“No it can't be already, we can't be replaced we're too powerful to be replaced, but if he wants can't he shut us off with a press of the button and then we're more than kaput!" Nano-One said as he too started to look at the map of the city, he paced around the room, finger to his chin as he tried to examine the city for her weakest point.

“Ok then we need to do something big and spectacular, like a circus, get everyone to come on down and then transform then, like that or maybe we can put the nanobots into the pipe water and then everyone will be transformed by drinking it, we need to do something before we're obsolete!" Nano-Hart screamed as he she looked at the map, looking for an answer, for something to do, something to be show as still competent.

“Our time is running out, we don't have time to do anything, we need to strike the plate while it is hot and then maybe our master will see something in us, that we still can be used." Nano-One said as he struck his fist into his palm and then looking at the map he wondered.

“Do you think that we can get access to the security camera system of the city and once we do that, we can see who is loyal to our cause and see who is not if you do get my meaning." Nano-Hart had a stroke of genius as she quickly played with the hologram player and then seemingly as the entire system booted down around her it then started up.

“Wait are you suggesting that we do that, we don't seem that desperate do we, well then let's get it on already." Nano-One said as he cracked his fists and then a security camera feed popped up and it was of their last battle, she focused in on the Outsider and even if his face was changed he couldn't hide forever.

...

“Brother Ignatius, he is now trapped forever down here. No amount of energy can break through Azbantium chains, not even him in this state." A random Riftwalker explained as the two of them stood over the endless void that was the lowest point in the camp. It was dug out and a large building formed around it, a forcefield was placed below the general and he stood only able to look down at the sorry state of the man.

“Ok then you may go now solider." Ignatius commanded as the lone Riftwalker exited the building and left the High Brother alone to look down on the trapped beast below. He almost smiled, this was still a win for the Riftwalkers, he could be released on anything and then maybe he would even be able to deceived and purposely attack the Kagens.

“Well then my friend, when you don't want to attack the city then we can talk but until that time passes your will have to stay down here and contemplate your sins because you have been a bad boy almost starting a war." Ignatius taunted and looked down into the tunnel, he smiled knowing who was down there.

“So then Elijah, who do you really want to kill?"

And all the way down at the bottom of that whole, something stirred. Steam blasted against the rock floor and it flowed up before mixing back into the air. Two large chains were set against the rock wall and held something massive in place, it seemed to be as large as an elephant, forced onto all fours by the chain as it was pulled to the ground.

It was Elijah, his massive form with a triangle symbol on his head. He was the measure in change and the change in the system of Carson City was massive, as the city moved above him, he stirred below waiting silently, without the ability to talk, he waited for his revenge below the Earth, for his brother, against those that took him from the Riftwalker.

“Outsiders, Riptide!" Elijah screamed out barely formed words coming out of his mouth and getting the leader of the Riftwalkers to walk away. He laughed to himself as even with power strikes and blasts the man who wanted to destroy the world will be kept contained for now, but if at his command then he would release the beast.

“Well then hold on you silly beast, your revenge will be found one day but not today, trying to attack Basil for holding you back, you crazy beast you are an animal now." Ignatius said to himself as he walked out of the building and in his eyes it turned into a tent. Looking around they had a forcefield raised over their town and even with the sand dunes around then, he could still see the Kagens in the distance waiting to strike.

“Not if we strike first." Ignatius threatened as he looked over and then to Carson City, about as far as Basil could throw his sword with multiple people, it was a nice city, but it was still in their way and if the Outsiders continued to be nimrods in this war then they would be destroyed by his hand. The ground shook for a brief moment.

And thus Carson City in the distance of both of the Kagens and the Riftwalkers, she stood defiantly between them as a wall protecting her citizens. Her buildings were being rebuilt after the near first war and she was being protected. Two groups, the Outsiders and the Military, both looking over the city and keeping her from being destroyed by one of the groups.

The military pulled a fast one on the Outsiders and took their weapons generator Michelle before the first averted war and now tensions between then are nearly as strong as with the previously mentioned groups. Still the sun still rose very day and the sunset every day and somehow the city survived.

Either through pure luck or stupidity; the city managed to survive not get blown up and somehow a temporary peace was found between the two groups, two months later both groups are still at each other's neck waiting for the other to back down and waiting for the other to do something.

All four sides were ready for war and the nanobots weren't helping either way, they stood in the shadows pushing the buttons of everyone and sometime that tension would boil over.

Walking forward, with weight in his steps Finn looked ahead and knew that he was welcomed around. He was seemingly in a massive tent structure, maybe it had to be a few hundred yards wide and seemingly it seemed to be the meeting hall of the Kagens. A large divider from the ground up, formed a room for Finn and the shark looked down at his notes wondering if these were the right words to say.

He stood silent taking in his notes and making sure that he knew what he was going to say to the Kagens, this had to be powerful and it needed to make an impact on the Kagens this had to be the speech that got the Kagens to change who they were and made them back off from this planet.

In its essence this speech had to be the one that told the Kagens to fuck off and get off their planets but in a nice way. Finn did not want to be thrown out of the par-tent-eon or worse booed out. He shuffled his notes and checked through it, and then he stood up Bright appearing at the door and getting ready to let him out to the blood thirsty Kagens outside.

“Are you sure you are ready?" The Kagen asked as Finn walked over and looking over his notes nodded. “You don't have to do this, if you want me to convince the Kagens to leave this world then I might be able to ask."

“No I have to do this, I have to convince both sides to end this war before I have to end one of you for destroying the city." Finn said and like that he walked into the center of the tent. It was seemingly dug into the ground and he stood over a ledge that overlooked all the Kagens. Walking out and grabbing onto the edge of his podium, Finn took in how surrounded he was.

Like the grand chair that a roman emperor might sit in, he was in the highest point of the whole colosseum and all the Kagens in the room would have a good look and a good aim at him. Finn took another breath as he placed his cards down and looked over, seemingly a thousand or so chairs were set up in rows, each on a ledge higher, everyone really could see him.

Taking a breath, the shark knew he had to be fierce and he had to show he was in control, which might have gotten him destroyed if he wasn't smart with it, so he had to convince the Kagens to let him control them. He had to throw the most obvious coup ever and all around it was a farce, which meant he had little going for himself.

Finn took another breath and looked for Bright in the crowd, the Kagen sat down and like that the two lights hung from the massive center pole lowered and instead two side lights lit up and focused on him. All the Kagens quieted down and turned their heads.

“So then, let's talk Kagens. You may be an interdimensional force from across the whole universe and have the power to do so, but understand I will not sit back and allow my city to be destroyed." Finn started as he decided to start his speech off with a bit of a show, he needed to condense his speech into its main topic and not getting destroyed was a good one.

“Whether it be by complete coincidence or a force even higher than all of us, you have all ended up here in this city and so have the Riftwalkers." Finn explained and in that quickly pause after, the Kagens started to boo at the mention of their enemies, which Finn took as a good sign for him. At least he wasn't getting booed.

“Yes I know you do not like the Riftwalkers but neither do I, I like neither of you because repeatedly you have threatened destruction of my town. Do find it in the kindness of your hearts to relocate yourself or leave this planet and allow us to deal with the Riftwalkers and eject them out of the universe." Finn spoke with vigor in his voice and he looked down to the crowd.

And then they started to laugh at him, the crowd laughed out and laughed more and more. That was enough from them. Opening his hands, Finn let out a two bolts of electricity, they struck the metal pole and lit up the entire tent in blue, two tiny fires started above him and Finn knew he had gotten their attention when they quickly started to quiet down again.

“So then do I have your attention, because allow me to repeat myself, my town, Carson City, in the middle of this vast desert which would be perfect for fighting, will not be threatened by you. Because we have stayed in this town for three hundred years and will not allow ourselves to be pushed around by bullies like you so then take that into your heart and if you don't then dam you all. I am the Knight of the Rift, and you cannot take that away from me." Finn exploded and didn't want to see the reaction of the crowd, he walked away from the podium and disappeared into a different layer of the tent.

He didn't have time for this, he wasn't going to be made a fool off. Exiting their quite massive tent, the shark made the way towards his bike. Maybe the Kagens would attack the town just for him acting stupid, and maybe the shark deserved that, but he knew his town didn't. He ignored the laughing and yelling of the Kagens exiting the tent as he grabbed onto his bike and started it up.

He drove off onto the dirt road and looked down at the lake as he drove by it, he could see the reflection of the massive mountain in the sky, if only the Kagens were as passive as the mountain. He then felt his phone ringing in his pocket.

“So then what can I do for you Barry?" Walking into the room of the nicely dressed Komodo Dragon, Finn looked around and wondered where Erick was normally the two were together doing whatever shit they could do to themselves when their parents were around. Finn looked at the room and looked at all the posters, they seemed to be rotated out on a monthly basis.

“Well it's about Erick, I don't want to worry you, as fun as that would be seeing you get all panicked and sweaty, no stick to the plan, he's been acting odd all of a sudden, finishing people's sentences and stuff. I wouldn't think much of that if not for his powers." Barry explained with a worried expression as he sat on his bed, Finn raised an eyebrow but didn't doubt him instead he sat down on the bed next to him and put his arm around his scaly friend.

“Well you need to have a bit more evidence than that, as much as Iren would like it you can't just go up to a person shouting question on little basis." Finn laughed as he shook the bed a little and looked into Barry's eyes, the lizard at least seemed to be telling the truth. “Do you have anything like that silly lizard?"

“Well I mean one night I was hitting with a dude and then as Erick walked over, he told me to stop imagining his penis. I mean he could be joking but I felt him in my mind, because when he left suddenly I felt empty. It was like he was in there, like he opened a door and came inside." Barry said and that got another eye raise out of Finn. The shark contemplated if he had to do something about this, if it was even a problem.

“Well I don't know, maybe he just experienced a power boost, an artifact underground or something with his powers mutating might have caused him to lose control. He might have just been trying to keep his cool, also how often do you imagine penises?" Finn asked and then he retreated it, he saw Barry blush and he knew he should have done it, was this the way he would act around his child.

“Never mind that don't worry about it, I'll talk to Erick and see what he has to say on it." Finn said and like that he stood up, Barry did as well and the lizard spread out his hands, as if asking for a hug. Finn obliged and embraced the lizard.

“Also I am thinking about yours right now, do you have two or one, just you know a question for later?" Barry said and then he managed to get the two of them blushing.

“Ah you're going to have to ask Isaac about that question, because I'm now leaving!" Finn screamed as he exited the door and decided to walk away from that awkward situation.

“So then, I think I figured out you might be a bit jealous because of the baby situation, so then tonight we get everything to ourselves." Finn explained as he sat down on his bed, all the while Isaac nonchalantly laid on the bed, grabbing Finn's blue pillow and putting on his face, getting the scent of the shark. Isaac put the pillow down and smiled at Finn.

“And what would that entail?" Isaac asked as he leaned up a bit and looked to Finn, the shark smiling with seedy eyes. Finn put his hand onto Isaac's feet and grabbed his boot, rubbing his toe through the rubber and getting a look from the shark as Finn realized he was touching metal.

“Still wearing boots to bed, are you looking for a kinky time?" Finn rolled his eyebrows as he grabbed the rubber aglet and pulled at it, uncurling it and pulling off the dirty boot and pull it off. Looking at the metal foot, it seemed to be a tightly and cleanly made metal casing inside of it probably some wires and circuits.

“Well I think you know that I am always looking for a kinky time, especially around you." Isaac pulled back his foot and showed Finn his other boot, as the shark took the boot of that as well. Seeing a dirty mark on the metal heal, Finn put his thumb and rubbed it off while Isaac looked indifferent to it.

Finn reached forward and leaned onto the bed as he grabbed the buckle of Isaac's shorts and he played with it a little. Grabbing the leather of the first buckle, he pulled it out from the metal base and pulled the belt out, throwing it onto the floor. He put his hand onto the waistband and grabbed onto the button.

“You want to do this? We can just cuddle if you want?" Finn held on for a second and while he knew that Isaac could be a bit more prude when in the bedroom, then he would have let on outside, quite more, Finn just wanted a bit more permission. And then Isaac nodded.

Pushing the button through and grabbing the top of his cargo shorts, Finn soon stood before the nearly half naked Isaac. And while the bottom of his legs might have appeared neat, Isaac's legs were much more of a cyborg mess. Finn rubbed his hands between the scar tissue and the metal legging, it was all very unclean looking.

The metal seemed to be embedded into his legs and blood seemed to flow through in tubes, the metal seemed to be folded up and seemed to be melted as well. A single opened panel showed, the amount of wires inside and the end of the blood transfer. Three massive screw bolts held the leg in place and below that their seemed to be the location of the battery pack.

“Your beautiful." Finn said as he just rubbed his hand carefully over the scar tissue and got a moan from Isaac. Whatever did cause this? Finn wondered for a second but then he was taken by something even more important. Inside Isaac's boxers pre leaked out from a massive shaft, for once it did seem that the shark had something to back his ego up on.

Finn smiled and leaned forward grabbing the waistband and pulling them down, it shot up with life, the dark blue shaft appearing with pre-glistened on its head. To Finn it was perfect, the perfect size, shape, and length. The head perfectly transitioned and formed the perfect mushroom shape. And it was long enough that Finn could have fun.

Still barely half-erect, Finn got a little wild and let his hair down, leaning against the bed and grabbing it like a microphone, just pushing himself up to it and breathing on it. His hot breathing causing it to throb like wild and releasing a tiny drop of pre down its shaft. Finn acted like a saucy performer, quickly shifting his grip and rubbing down the shaft, getting a moan from the shark.

“Oh yeah you really know how to work it don't you?" Isaac asked and the shark said nothing as he leaned closer and bent his head down, his lips just touching the lead. Another drop of pre but this time, Finn reacted and opened his mouth taking it in and licking his lips, as well as the head before him. With his other hand Finn reached up and rubbed Isaac's shirt, feeling his chest.

Opening his mouth, Finn leaned down and took the head into his mouth, wrapping it in his tongue and making sure not to let his teeth hurt his special delivery. Isaac moaned a bit more as the shark before him leaned down and started to suck on the shaft, pulling it more and then letting it out, just so carefully teasing the back of his throat as he pushed himself up on the bed in order to position himself. The room was silent and quiet; all Finn could see was his lover in front of him.

Finn reached past the first button of Isaac's shirt and leaned in, feeling between the crevices of Isaac's chest and then over a bit, he felt the tiny nipple and he started to rub it. And was rewarded with another drop of pre, Finn dropped down a bit more as he rewarded his own love. He held it on his tongue and tasted the salty trail it formed down his throat.

“Yeah we'll show the world, we don't need anyone, we can be own our own and do this all by ourselves, saving the world and the Outsiders." Isaac spoke in rambles as he grabbed Finn's head and rubbed his hands through his hair, before pushing down on the shark. Finn just felt the head touch the back of his throat and he swallowed a bit.

He didn't see it fit to gag, as he was given such a nice penis and then as it entered the back of his neck, his muscles started to add to the mix stimulating Isaac's head as he pushed deeper and deeper, the shark moaned out more in pleasure. Finn licked around the shark and continued to suck on it like a candy-pop it was his and he could do with it whatever he wanted to.

Finn found himself up against Isaac's pubes, they smelt amazing like the shark had been working out and then pulling his hand back, he rubbed his hand through them, and breathed more air. With both hand free now, Finn reached under Isaac's leg and found his balls, grabbing them and just touching them in his hand, got him another drip of pre.

Finn felt his own members pulsating and awakening inside his own pair of pants but ignored them, knowing their time would come later and he rubbed, Isaac's thigh. He was careful, not to play with anything and then he felt Isaac start to get desperate and like that Finn pushed himself away, the shaft slowly getting pulled out of his mouth and only a line of pre connecting the two of them.

“Hold your cum, I want it on the other way. I cleaned myself really good for you." Finn said as he backed off and stood up, grabbing his shorts and letting them fall to the floor. Not focusing on his own erect members he instead, bent down a little and purposely grabbed his pants, throwing them off to the side as he gave Isaac a bit of a view.

“A tonight's episode is brought to you by the letter O, capital O if I am not mistaken." Isaac said laughing as Finn backed up and then seemingly crab walking on the bed, put himself over Isaac's dick. “Well then looks like you're going for a ride tonight cowboy."

Isaac grabbed Finn's waist, just slowly rubbing his hand over it as he pushed the shark down onto his shaft and both of them moaned as head touched star. With the shark's spit of blowjobs past on it, it easily got past Finn's rings, the head subtly compressing and then expanding again as it entered. The shark was careful to hold himself and his lover careful, Isaac knew that even Finn didn't want to slid down all at once.

Finn opened his legs and put them on his bed, his feet touching Isaac and their toes intertangled as Isaac slowly lowered down. Finn moaned as he felt himself filled, he felt a bit of pain and held himself back, Isaac acknowledged him and said nothing only rubbing Finn's back as they waited. And then Finn lowered himself a bit more.

“Oh god you're so tight." Isaac played with Finn, reaching around and grabbing the shark's nipple, getting a playful dirty look from the shark.

“You're so big." Finn retorted and he shifted himself a bit, just allowing a bit more before it started to just hurt again, but he felt the pleasure and he felt himself growing to half-mast as well.

Both of them bantered and Finn allowed Isaac a bit more, access and then a bit more and a bit more and then the shark felt himself hilted. Finn moaned as he felt his balls sag down and touch Isaac's. He reached down and grabbed both in his hand, and then he pushed himself up and decided to go for a ride.

Feeling his walls touched by Isaac's head and feeling everything was a welcome change from the day to day pains of real life, Finn started to push himself up and down as he grabbed his erect twin pain in hand and felt then as well. He leaned back against Isaac and then the shark leaned his head over.

The shark started to kiss, well as best as they could as Finn started to grind himself against Isaac's massive shaft and the two lovers were covered and everything felt great. Isaac started to moan again and Finn felt his own orgasm coming both of them started to speed up and knew they were only going to last a minute more, their kissing became sloppier and more panicked as they got closer and closer and nearly there. And then Finn felt it.

He was knocked off Isaac, in fact, he was knocked away from his bed and his room in fact, and suddenly he was flying through the air. Isaac was around him, but he wasn't next to him and he felt more than empty. And then he realized it, with a thud to the ground, the shark landed and rolled. Isaac hit the ground with a lesser thud and the two of them were in the streets.

Finn felt dizzy and horny at the same time, something was happening, he felt burning, he realized his face was burning, no it was burnt. He held his hand up to his face and it was burned as well. He didn't feel right, now he wanted to puke. It felt horrible, he looked forward and his house was missing.

Just a massive red dot, and it was expanding and then it hit him it was an explosion. And then as he looked forward for a second of clarity realizing his house had exploded, the moment was lost and then a pile of rubble had him, Finn was knocked out and covered in big pieces of concrete. Both sharks were knocked out and covered in rubble. Holding his hand up into the air he tried to reach out and grab Isaac but he failed, screaming as a rock hit his head, the shark was knocked out, feet away from his love.
