It felt frivolous to crack open their books and continue learning. Homework stopped being issued last week. At this point, it...

The mother tigress stood in the kitchen, pulling her hair into a pony-tail as she watched the coffee pot begin to gurgle. Oh how she needed the caffeine this morning. Allergies were terrible; why-ever they still existed she couldn't understand. As far...

The tiger walked toward the counselor's area. Past the library, into the first-grade hallway. He had not been to this area... well, not since first grade, of course. It was decorated with pale blue bricks, which actually looked freshly coated. When he...

"You are... growing crystals!"
"Nope, not that either."
Emeral huffed as she and Ket arrived at his door. "It _can't_ be Egyptian-related, that's too easy."

"What!?" She raised her hands up in animated...

Emeral waded through the crowd, as if through a murky swamp of reeds, kelp and driftwood. Why teachers had them line up at the door was a mystery to her, because it all ended up as a boiling race to eat food that probably needed to be shielded behind...

This was going to be the worst Monday, ever-ever; I could just tell. He and I didn't see each other all weekend. We could have. But, we both decided that we didn't want to have another episode like before, when Panda came by. I...
