The sun sets over a lone tower of stone, secluded in a large forest. At the top of the tower in a study room, a human stood next to a desk, two split pieces of a wooden wand and a red feather shaft laid out on it. He was clad in a simple outfit of a matching set of shirt and pants, with a brown leather vest. Rather messy brown hair stuck out at funny angles around his head. The young man picked the shaft up and inspected it thoroughly with sparkling green eyes protected by goggles that made them look massive, stroking his small wispy beard as he did so. He then set the shaft within one of the wand pieces.

“Hopefully," said the man in anticipation. “This won't explode." He then placed the other piece of the wand on top of the other and picked it up with a smile. The wizard began to laugh in a giddy manner as he looked the completed wand up and over. His excited fit soon stopped, however, when the wand began to glow red and vibrate violently in his hand.

“Ha-ha," said the wizard in a deadpanning manner, still smiling. “Shit."

The ensuing explosion shook the tower, smoke billowing out of the upper windows.

“Finn," called out a female voice from the first level of the tower. “You explode again?" A coughing Finn, his whole body blackened with soot and hair blasted backwards, appeared, leaning over the railing.

“I've made an interesting discovery, Amethyst." said Finn, taking off his goggles, leaving circular areas of clear skin around his eyes. He peered down at a dragoness, the size of a Shire stallion and with vibrant purple scales and eyes that glittered like the gem that was her namesake. Bat-like wings lay folded on her back and a long serpentine tail trailed behind her.

“What's that?" asked Amethyst with a chuckle.

“I know why phoenixes make their pyres out of pine wood."

“So much for your new and improved Phoenix Wand." said Amethyst as Finn brushed the soot off him and made his way down the circular staircase along the inner edge of the tower.

“Eh, I'll get it eventually. Just have to find the right kind of wood, that's all."

Finn grabbed his staff, made of blackened chestnut wood with a large diamond at the tip to channel magic, and made his way to the fireplace in the central wall of the tower, where a wide variety of different woods were stored. He looked through them all: oak, cherry, maple, spruce. All of them were either ones he knew wouldn't make the cut or had already been tested.

“What about that ipe wood," suggested Amethyst. “You know, from that time we went south."

“From our trip to meet the werejaguars?"

“That's the one. Try that wood." Finn made his way to a small pile of especially dark wood, grabbed a piece, and headed up to his study as Amethyst watched with anticipation.

The dragoness sighed as the man conducted yet another experiment. Ever since she'd hatched from an egg under a young boy Finn's watch, they'd been together through thick and thin. They were practically siblings, they were so close. But for the past few months or so, Amethyst's heart began to race uncontrollably at the mere sight of him. It was only recently that she realized she had grown to see Finn as far more than a friend. But everytime she told herself she'd work up the courage and tell him, she'd fall back on it. It was like this for at least four times now, and she hated it. But she also didn't want to think about what Finn would do if she did tell him. Would he get angry? Force her away? End their friendship for good? These possibilities and more ate away at Amethyst's heart, preventing her from committing herself to confessing her love.

She then realized something. Surely Finn would've ended up a sooty mess as the tower shook with yet another explosion by now. Finn's ecstatic laughter soon sounded from his study as he appeared over the railing, waving a successfully completed Phoenix Wand over his head.

“It worked!" he shouted. Amethyst smiled, happy at seeing him so happy. Finn ran down the stairs and practically jumped at the tall dragoness, hugging her large form tightly. Meanwhile, Amethyst's heart ran the fastest it had ever gone, her face blushing as her breathing increased.

“I was beginning to give up hope," said Finn. “But you, old girl, you figured it out when it was staring me in the face the whole time! Thank you, Amethyst!"

“Don't mention it," said Amethyst as Finn let go of her. A small silence followed. Now's your chance, thought Amethyst. “So, Finn, there's something I've always been wanting to tell you." she said, winding a foreclaw in circles on the floor. No going back now.

“Yes?" inquired Finn, finally tearing his eyes off of the wand.

“I-" Amethyst stiffened suddenly, smelling an odd scent, like salty swamp water. She snarled wolfishly, her lips rising to bare wicked looking fangs as her normally circular pupils contracted to slits.

“What is it?" asked Finn.

“Uninvited guests that don't exactly smell friendly." said Amethyst as Finn donned a dark cloak and tall wizard's hat in an effort to make himself appear more threatening.

“Where?" asked Finn.

“Your study window." said Amethyst, pointing her snout upwards. Staff in hand, Finn stormed up the stairs and shouted an incantation.

“Inerva autae volitora!" he shouted as light shot out of his staff and out the open window. Lifting the unseen intruders through the window, he got a good look at them. Two small female anthro horned crocodiles, about four feet tall and clad in animal skins that covered their rather curvaceous bodies. In their hands they held crude climbing picks, and their faces were frozen in expressions of surprise, their green and golden eyes wide. Judging by their horns and size, Finn reasoned they were kobolds of the Sobekari race.

He walked down the stairs, lowering them to the first floor as Amethyst watched with a snarl. He set them down, standing in front of them menacingly as he unparalyzed their heads.

“Tell me why you're here and who you are," he said in a low voice. “Don't think about lying, this diamond of mine can tell."

“Please don't blast us into dust!" screamed the green-eyed one.

“Or turn us into frogs!" said the gold-eyed one. Finn wasn't expecting them to plead so fearfully so quickly. He knew kobolds were creatures prone to spontaneous episodes of emotion, but this was a bit more than he was expecting. He and Amethyst looked at each other in a slightly unsure manner.

“Alright, alright," Finn said, dropping the menacing act. “I'm not gonna hurt you. Just calm down and tell the truth."

The kobolds sighed in unison as they calmed down, their breathing and hearts slowing to a steady pace.

“I'm Berla." said the green-eyed one. Her scales were bright green in color, and her backswept horns were comparatively short.

“And I'm Jakala," said the gold-eyed other, her scales dark green with longer horns than her sister. “And we make a living as thieves, stealing things and selling them to whoever offers the most money. We were told about someone who lived alone in a tower in the woods. We thought it'd be easy pickings, but we obviously didn't count on that someone being a wizard and his pet dragon."

“Pet?!" hissed Amethyst indignantly, towering over the kobolds as they tried to recoil their paralyzed bodies. Finn raised a hand to her snout.

“Easy," said Finn. “I'm Finn, and the dragon is Amethyst. We don't mean you any harm. Right, Amethyst?" Amethyst gave one last glare, then finally calmed down with a deep sigh.

“Right," she said. “Sorry, you two."

“Don't mention it," said Jakala. “Now could you please unparalyze us? We promise not to steal anything."

Finn checked the diamond in his staff for signs of a lie. When there was none, he tapped them both with the bottom of the staff, releasing the kobolds' bodies of their paralysis. They both stretched as they rose to their feet, ridding themselves of aches in their muscles and joints.

“So why are you thieves anyway?" asked Amethyst. “Aren't kobolds normally traders?"

“We couldn't have been traders," said Berla. “Because our own mother didn't want us."

“She was with our father one night," said Jakala, tears starting to gather in her eyes. “And evidently they got a little too into it. Our father left the moment he found out our mother was pregnant with our eggs. She abandoned us in the nearest town when we could fend for ourselves, which was when we were still quite young."

“We lived as street rats," choked out Berla through sobs. “Forced to steal to survive. It was the only thing we were good at. Eventually we made a living out of it when we grew up. It's been like this for years. You were just our latest target. Nothing personal."

By the end of their tale, both kobolds were crying, tears streaming out of their eyes like salty rivers of sorrow. Finn looked at them with pity in his eyes, themselves starting to get misty. He looked up and down and side to side, thinking things over in his head. He paced back and forth as the kobolds watched in confusion. Amethyst, having known him all her life, was used to this. He always paced when he was deep in thought and trying to decide things. This went on for several minutes, Finn occasionally muttering to himself, oftentimes with thoughtful hand gestures. Ultimately, he stopped in front of Berla and Jakala.

“So," he said with an upright index finger. “After careful thinking, I've come to a conclusion."

“Which is?" asked Amethyst. Finn gave a big grin to all of his scaly company.

“I'm going to let Berla and Jakala stay with us!" he exclaimed happily.

“What?!" shouted Amethyst, Berla, and Jakala in unison.

“Yeah," said Finn, folding his arms with a wide grin. “I'm gonna take you two in. You both have had it so rough, and if you want, I could teach you a thing or two about magic. It's certainly better than petty thievery." If the kobolds were teary-eyed then, now it was only intensified. The both of them ran forward to a kneeling Finn and embraced him in a huge hug, crying tears of joy. Their comparatively large breasts squished into Finn's own chest, but he ignored the rather embarrassing feeling.

“Thank you!" cried Berla and Jakala in unison as they let go of their newfound caretaker.

The kobolds lay asleep on a couch near the fireplace later that night. Amethyst and Finn stood over them, like parents keeping watch of children. While she admittedly was a bit hesitant to the idea, Amethyst quickly warmed up to letting the newcomers stay. Here's another chance, thought Amethyst. She gently nudged Finn on the shoulder to get his attention.

“What is it, Amethyst?" asked the human. As he looked at the dragoness with those bright green eyes of his, she froze yet again. Only this time, it was out of hesitation. Her heart rate threatened to rise, but she calmed it before it could do so.

“I just want to let you know," she finally said with a sigh. “I love… how kind a person you are. You always see the good in creatures. Even those that are beyond reasoning and saving, you try appealing to their better nature."

“Why, thank you, Amethyst," said Finn with an appreciative smile. “That means a lot to me."

A moment of silence followed, ending when Amethyst yawned, fangs bared and forked tongue curled.

“Well," she said. “I think I'll be getting to bed now. You coming?"

“No," said Finn, scratching Amethyst under the chin. “You go ahead, I'll join you in a bit."

“Alright." said Amethyst as she padded up the stairs, cursing herself for falling prey to her hesitation yet again.

One month later. Berla and Jakala adjusted swimmingly to their new lives as ex-thieves and witches in training under Finn's tutelage. They acquired better clothes of form-fitting leather and wands proportional to their size made of mangrove wood and bunyip hair. Finn and Amethyst's lives were also changed for the better, as they finally had some decent company besides occasional visits to town, friends, and family. But for some people, things never changed. Finn's study exploded, a soot-covered Finn coughing up smoke as the girls looked up in amusement. It'd become so common that at this point they knew his screw-ups wouldn't harm him.

“Aaaaaand there goes the last of my fire salamander mucus." said Finn.

“How about not messing with fire elemental stuff this time?" said Jakala in a sarcastic tone.

“You're right," said Finn before thinking something over in his head. “Water elementals this time!" he proclaimed as the kobolds facepalmed and Amethyst dropped her head.

“Sure," said Amethyst in a sardonic manner. “What could go wrong?"

“You think you girls can go get some tiamat scales down at the market?" said Finn, grabbing a pouch of coins from his desk and throwing it to Berla. “Once you get those, you can spend the rest on whatever you want."

“Sure, Finn." said Berla as she, Jakala, and Amethyst headed out the front door.

The kobolds rode on Amethyst's back as they made their way through the woods, sunlight filtering through the trees and bathing them in warmth.

“So," said Berla. “About you and Finn…" Amethyst gasped quietly as her cheeks flushed.

“What about us?" she asked, hoping the kobolds wouldn't notice. If there was something she'd figured out over the time they'd been with her and Finn, it was that they had a mischievous streak.

“Come on," said Jakala in a teasing manner. “We've seen how you look at him. You like him, don't you?"

“That's ridiculous," denied the dragoness. “I've known him my whole life, we're practically brother and sister!" Both kobolds shot her a raised eyeridge and a knowing smirk. Eventually, Amethyst relented with a sigh.

“Fine," she said. “Yes, I'm in love with him."

“Then why not just tell him?" said Berla.

“Because I'm not sure how he'll react. What if he kicks me out in a fit of anger?"

“That's never gonna happen," said Jakala. “Like you said, you've known him your whole life. There's no way he'd evict you over something like that. He'll understand."

“You think so?" asked Amethyst with hope in her voice.

“We know so," said the kobolds in unison. “Besides, we think we like him too."

“Wait, what?" asked Amethyst in sudden confusion. But the sisters were silent after that.

They eventually made it to a marketplace not too far away, teeming with all manner of species and goods. They walked past several stalls before coming across one managed by a gnoll selling natural magical ingredients. Amethyst pulled out half the coins in the bag, then gave it to the kobolds.

“Go get what you want while I get the scales." said Amethyst.

“Like what?" asked Jakala.

“I dunno, sweets or a fancy sisterhood locket or something, I don't really care. I'll meet you at the gates." The kobolds nodded and walked off in search of something to buy.

After walking past several stalls, they eventually found a rather frazzled-looking stall keeper unsuccessfully trying to flag down a buyer. His white beard stuck out at odd angles, as if he'd been electrocuted, and ratty clothes covered his thin form. The kobolds approached the stall, curiosity taking over.

“You two," said the man. “Do you have any interest in objects of powerful magic?" Berla and Jakala looked at each other and shrugged.

“Sure." they said in unison.

“Well, have I got the item for you," said the keeper as he reached under the stall and took out an exotic-looking woodwind instrument, it's color deep red and its tip carved into the shape of a dragon's head. “I got this from a crazy lamia in the eastern desert. The Duduk of Tanin-Halam, a powerful magic instrument. Just play it, and all who hear it besides the player will be hypnotized to obey your every command." The kobolds grinned mischievously at each other upon hearing this information.

“How much?" asked Berla.

The kobolds made their way to the gates, the duduk wrapped in leather. Amethyst was waiting, the bag of scales being held by a wing claw.

“Alright," said Amethyst as they climbed up on her back. “Let's go. What'd you get?"

“Oh, just an instrument I want to play." said Jakala.

“Oh, that's neat. Didn't know you had an ear for music." said Amethyst with a smile. She didn't notice the way both kobolds smiled knowingly at one another.

Finn's study exploded yet again, the change in elements not doing a damn thing. Amethyst, Jakala, and Berla reclined in the first floor living room. The sun had set, and the kobold sisters decided it was time to enact their master plan.

“Go get earplugs, Berla," said Jakala quietly to her sister. “And get the duduk for me." Berla did as she was told, fetching the magic instrument and earplugs for herself, inserting them into ear holes in the side of her head.

“Finn," called Jakala as the sooty man peered over the railing. “Could you come down here please? I've got something to show you all." Finn brushed himself clean and headed down the stairs.

“New instrument?" asked Finn as he sat down next to Amethyst.

“Yep." said Jakala with a smile.

“Well, go ahead, play us a tune." said Amethyst.

“As you wish." said Jakala with a grin as she rose the reed to her lips.

A haunting sound came from the dragon-shaped end of the instrument, flowing through the air like water into the ears of Finn and Amethyst. The dragoness' eyes widened as her purple irises and pupils shrank inwards, quickly replaced by rings of green that spiraled outwards. Her jaw went slack as she swayed lightly on her feet, now in a trance. But much to the kobolds' surprise, Finn wasn't affected at all. Jakala stopped playing and looked the duduk up and over before she came to a realization as her sister took her earplugs out.

“I think it only works on dragons." she said.

“That damn coot scammed us!" shouted Berla.

“So," said Finn as the sisters looked around nervously. “What's all this about?"

“We thought we could hypnotize you both for… some fun." said Berla.

“Fun?" asked Finn. It took a bit for him to realize what they meant. “Woah, wait. I didn't know you both felt that way about me."

Finn paced yet again, thinking about the sudden news the kobolds had sprung upon him. Eventually, he stopped back in front of them.

“Look," he sighed. “I understand that you two are in love with me. You didn't have to keep it a secret. But you also shouldn't make anyone do anything if they don't want to."

“Well," said Jakala. “Do you want to do what we had planned?" Finn looked taken aback.

“I mean, I'm not saying no… So, I suppose I do."

“Really? Thank you! But first, Amethyst has something to say." Finn turned towards Amethyst, still hypnotized. She began to speak in a rather creepy monotonous voice.

“I've also loved you, Finn. For many months now. Every time I'd try to confess my love, I'd back away in fear of you rejecting me and casting me out." Now Finn was especially shocked. Not one, but two proclamations of love toward him in the span of five minutes?

“Now that that's out of the way," said Jakala in a seductive voice. “Let's get to business. You first, Amethyst. Do what you want. You don't mind, do you, Finn?"

“Of course not." said the wizard with a gulp as Amethyst stalked towards him. She blinked the spirals out of her eyes, but the normally purple irises took on a green color, still under the duduk's spell. Her breathing rate increased as her pent up arousal finally burst to the surface. She backed him up against the wall, towering over him as he gulped again.

“Be gentle," he said with a nervous smile. “I'm not exactly experienced in this sort of thing."

Amethyst took an index claw and slowly lowered the hem of Finn's pants and boxers to his ankles, the man stepping out of them and kicking them away. The dragoness gazed at his still flaccid penis and balls for a moment. She then began gently nosing the base and under his balls, inhaling deep whiffs of his masculine scent. Finn groaned as she gave small licks to his shaft, causing it to harden and lengthen. After some more teasing and licking, Finn's penis was at full mast. He and Amethyst locked eyes.

“Sit down on the couch," said Amethyst with a dominant tone Finn had never heard before. He followed her order. “And enjoy, little one."

The dragoness gave him a seductive smirk and chuckle as she took the tip into her large snout.

“Amethyst!" moaned Finn, the warmth and wetness taking him by surprise. The dragoness chuckled around his cock, sending pleasing vibrations through it, and began to bob her head. Slowly she lowered her head as she licked the tip with her tongue, and just as slowly she drew back, sucking as she did so. Hearing his moans, Amethyst ever so slightly increased her speed, letting out moans of her own to goad Finn on and bring him more pleasure. Her head was large compared to a human's, but she handled the penis in her maw with delicate care.

“A-Amethyst," groaned Finn. “Can you go a little faster? I can't hold it back much longer." The dragoness lowered her head to where her snout touched his base, then withdrew at an agonizingly slow pace, running her tongue along the underside of his cock before releasing it from her mouth.

“You want faster? I'll give you faster." she said, a gleam in her eyes that Finn was admittedly a bit scared of. His nerves were suddenly on fire when Amethyst took his cock back in her mouth and began to bob her head at an extremely fast speed, wrapping her tongue around it and squeezing.

“Amethyst," shouted Finn, clutching at the couch. “That's too fast! I'm gonna-" He looked down and saw Amethyst's eyes gazing up into his as his orgasm struck. With a loud moan, he shot load after load of white hot semen into the dragoness' mouth, her tongue squeezing and pulling so as to draw it all from his member. It eventually slowed to a trickle as Amethyst carefully retracted her head, keeping the semen in her mouth as she did so. She opened her mouth to show Finn the large amount he had given her, mixing with her saliva and sticking in strands to her tongue and the roof of her mouth. Then, closing her mouth, she swallowed it all with a moan.

“Such a delicious appetizer," said Amethyst erotically as she grabbed a blanket from the back of the couch and laid it out on the floor, running the tip of her tail up Finn's chin as she did so. “Now it's time for the main course. Lay down on the blanket, Finn." Once again, Finn followed her instructions. It was only then that he noticed the kobolds again, now stripped of their clothes, revealing slightly chubby bodies and even chubbier busts and posteriors. They were both masturbating themselves to the erotic sight of a naked Finn. But when he looked back at Amethyst, she was standing above him, her forepaws on either side of his head. She lowered her hips slowly, rubbing her now soaking wet pussy over Finn's still erect shaft. Both of them moaned quietly at the touch of each other's sex. Slowly, Amethyst lowered her hips further, the tip penetrating her sacred area at last. With a moan, she sank further, impaling herself on Finn's penis as they both moaned out loud. She raised herself upwards and smiled at Finn as she began to ride him at a steady pace.

“Fuck, Amethyst," said Finn, reaching up to scratch her chin. “You're amazing. This is amazing."

“Oh, don't worry," said Jakala through a moan as she fingered her pussy. “We're just getting started."

Not soon after, Finn and Amethyst felt their orgasms coming.

“I'm close, Finn!" said Amethyst, increasing her speed.

“Me too, Amethyst!" said Finn as he held on tightly to her forelegs. With loud moans, the both of them came, shooting cum out of their respective sexes, their senses on fire with pleasure. Amethyst nearly collapsed, weak on her paws, as Finn looked up at her with a smile. Suddenly, she looked quite confused. Finn noticed that her eyes had returned to their purple hue.

“Why am I on top of you and why do I feel extremely horny?" she asked. Finn looked at the kobolds, who had stopped their masturbation session. Amethyst looked down her body and saw her vagina penetrated by Finn's penis. She looked back at Finn's face as her own face turned bright red.

“Oh my gods," she said quietly. “Finn, I've been meaning to-" She was interrupted when the human embraced her in a deep kiss, the dragoness eventually accepting as their tongues coiled and collided with each other.

“Finn," said Amethyst between breaks in the kiss. “I love you."

“I know, Amethyst." said Finn as he broke off the kiss.

Amethyst got off of Finn as he rose to his feet, the kobolds looking at him with lust in their eyes.

“Our turn." said Jakala as she licked her lips, she and her sister walking towards the human, his penis now soft and shrunken. Suddenly, Amethyst's tail shot out and coiled around Berla, who screamed in surprise. She locked eyes with the dragoness, who was curled up on the ground and gave her a smirk as she turned her upside down and began to tongue the kobold's pussy, drawing quiet moans from the light green sister. Finn and Jakala looked on in surprise before turning to each other again.

“Well," shrugged Jakala. “My turn, at least. You'll get your chance eventually, little sis!"

Finn sat down on the couch again as Jakala faced his flaccid dick.

“Let's fix that, shall we?" she said with a smile. Turning around, she positioned her ass to where it touched his member and began to shake and toss it in a twerking assjob. Finn's penis was soon fully erect again, sandwiched in between Jakala's bouncing asscheeks. She then stopped and got up on top of the couch, standing above Finn as she still faced away from him. She squatted, Finn guiding his cock to her lower lips until they met. At last, he entered her, Jakala sitting on Finn in an improvised reverse cowgirl position. The two made their pleasure known, holding hands both for balance and to show how much they cared for each other. Jakala's ass bounced on Finn's lap while Berla moaned and gasped, now free from Amethyst's tail, as the dragoness ate her pussy out while pleasuring her own with her tail.

This went on for a while, until Finn spoke up through the symphony of sex sounding in his living room.

“Wait, Jakala." he said. “I want you to do something. All of you." Jakala rose off his lap, stepping down to stand on the floor to face him as Amethyst and Berla stopped their session and did the same. Finn panted as he waited for his nearly imminent orgasm to die down.

“Amethyst," he said. “You in the middle. Berla, Jakala, on either side," The girls followed Finn's instructions, understanding his intentions. “Go to town, you three."

Amethyst once again took the tip of his cock into her mouth, the kobolds licking at the sides of it as Finn groaned in pleasure. Amethyst sunk her head further as she took the whole cock, Jakala and Berla switching focus to his balls, lapping at them and taking them into their mouths. They all sucked hard, earning an especially loud moan from Finn's lips. Amethyst lowered her head to lick the underside of the cock as the sisters ran small licks up it before planting kisses on either side of the tip. They took turns taking the whole shaft into their mouths as Amethyst backed off, jamming it deep down their throats with erotic-sounding gags and moans. Eventually, Finn stopped them.

“Okay," he grunted. “Ease off and wait." Finn rose to his feet as the kobolds and dragoness knelt with mouths wide. Finn jerked himself off hard and fast as his scaly company eagerly awaited his gift to them. Finally, his seed shot out in great arcs and quantities across their snouts and in their mouths. The three of them savored and swallowed what gathered in their mouths as Finn fell back into the couch, his energy spent. The girls licked each other clean of his semen, then lay down on the blanket on the floor.

Finn, regaining his strength, got off the couch to join them. He laid his head on Amethyst's side as the kobolds hugged either side of him. They all sighed heavily, the dragoness and sisters taking turns to kiss their new human lover.

“Girls," said Finn as he rubbed the kobolds' heads. “I love you. All of you." But they didn't hear him. The three of them were deep asleep, love and comfort claiming their hearts. Finn chuckled, then laid his head down to join them in a peaceful satisfied sleep.
